MIKE ADAMS: “37 Lies Americans Tell Themselves To Avoid Confronting Reality”

Have you noticed the incredible detachment from reality exhibited by the masses these days? The continued operation of modern society, it seems, depends on people making sure they don’t acknowledge reality (or try to deal with it). “Denial” is what keeps every sector of civilization humming along: medicine, finance, government, agriculture and more.

The trouble with the denial approach is that eventually the lies collide with reality. Until that day comes, however, happy-go-lucky Americans are merrily enjoying their courtship with self delusion, repeating the following 37 lies to themselves as if they were true:

Lie #1

All FDA-approved medications are safe to consume in any combination, because the FDA protects the public.

Lie #2

Food prices keep going up because inflation is a natural force that can’t be halted.

Lie #3

The mainstream media is telling me the truth when it reports on world events.

Lie #4

Chemical food additives are tested for their safety before being widely used across the food supply.

Lie #5

We can all pump groundwater out of the ground forever, and it will never run out.

Lie #6

We can also pump fossil fuels out of the ground forever, and they will never run out, either. Why worry?

Lie #7

If anything bad happens in terms of a national emergency or natural disaster, the government will take care of me.

Lie #8

It doesn’t matter where my food comes from as long as it’s cheap and delicious.

Lie #9

GMOs must be safe to eat because a bunch of scientists paid by the biotech industry all tell each other that GMOs are safe and therefore have reached “scientific consensus.”

Lie #10

Government debt doesn’t matter because the government can simply create more money any time they want.

Lie #11

Mercury in vaccines must be safe to inject into children, otherwise the CDC and FDA wouldn’t allow it to be used in vaccines.

Lie #12

Organic produce is a waste of money. I’ll buy conventional produce treated with pesticides and herbicides because the cost of all the cancer treatments I’ll need 20 years later will be covered by Obamacare anyway.

Lie #13

The history taught to children in public schools is a true and accurate history. Columbus was best friends with the Indians, too!

Lie #14

Swallowing fluoride chemicals is good for babies and children, and that’s why cities put fluoride into public water supplies.

Lie #15

Flu shots prevent the flu. That’s why the package inserts for flu vaccines openly state there is no scientific evidence to support any conclusion that influenza vaccines prevent influenza.

Lie #16

Whatever is backed by “science” must be true. Science is never falsified by corrupt scientists or corporate agendas, and scientific conclusions are never wrong.

Lie #17

The global ecosystem can handle unlimited human pollution without any negative consequences. We can all continue to dump unlimited toxins into the environment.

Lie #18

Cell phone radiation is harmless. The reason we know that is because the cell phone companies hired scientists to say so.

Lie #19

If everybody else is doing something, it must be the right thing to do. After all, how could so many people be wrong?

Lie #20

We don’t need to store food for emergencies because there will always be more food available at the grocery store.

Lie #21

There’s no need to be concerned about Ebola or other infectious diseases in America because the vaccine companies can always and instantly create a new vaccine that works 100% of the time, with zero side effects.

Lie #22

Local police departments need battlefield military weapons, armored cars and body armor because the drug war demands it.

Lie #23

If I buy something at Whole Foods, it must be healthy and free from contaminants like toxic heavy metals. (Or is it really?)

Lie #24

My vote really counts in national elections. We live in a democracy where the People have power over the government.

Lie #25

My checking and savings accounts are perfectly safe no matter what happens because my bank is FDIC insured.

Lie #26

Raw dairy products are dangerous and deadly because the FDA told me so. Those horrible farmers selling raw dairy products should be locked away in prison.

Lie #27

My oncologist recommends chemotherapy treatment for me only because he cares about my wellbeing, not because his clinic sells the chemotherapy drugs at a huge profit.

Lie #28

The government isn’t secretly recording my phone calls or reading my emails. Why would they? I’ve done nothing wrong!

Lie #29

Commercial dog food is healthy and nutritious for dogs. Dog treats made in China are also trustworthy and free from contaminants like lead.

Lie #30

The only way to prevent infectious disease is with a vaccine. Vitamin D and healthy immune support have nothing to do with it.

Lie #31

After I pay off my house, I own it free and clear. (Think again: Property taxes mean you’re only “leasing” it from the county. Stop paying those taxes and you’ll find out very quickly who really owns your home.)

Lie #32

Google will do no evil, and the fact that the company is developing humanoid battlefield robots, autonomous drones and super-human quantum computing brain chips is nothing to worry about.

Lie #33

Cancer is caused entirely by bad luck (or smoking) and has nothing to do with the food I eat or chemicals in my personal environment.

Lie #34

The radiation release from Fukushima wasn’t that bad. Sure, it was many times larger than the Chernobyl disaster, but authorities say we have nothing to worry about.

Lie #35

Autism isn’t caused by vaccines, and the way we know is because the CDC scientist who admitted to a massive conspiracy of scientific fraud to bury the evidence linking vaccines to autism should not be believed.

Lie #36

All foods certified as “organic” are automatically free of toxic heavy metals and contaminants.

Lie #37

Human civilization is the only intelligent civilization in the entire galaxy. Anything else would simply be too scary to contemplate.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Your Body Is Smarter Than You Think”

The human body is a temple of thoughts. It has the wisdom of its own.

For centuries, healers have pondered the connection between mental and physical health. In recent years, science has begun to recognize the powerful connections through which emotional, spiritual, and behavioral factors can directly affect health outcomes.

As research in the field of mind-body medicine is finding, emotions and thought patterns can contribute to imbalances within the body, and therapies like hypnosis, visual imagery, meditation, and yoga are being used to re-establish balance and promote health. The mind and body connection happens on both a physical and chemical level.

The brain is the hardware that allows you to experience mental states that are labeled the “mind.” This concept of the “mind” encompasses mental states including thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and emotions. Different mental states can positively or negatively affect biological functioning.

The human body is a temple of thoughts. It has the wisdom of its own. There are a lot of positive energies that run through our body and a person should channelize those energies for effective results. Meditation is the best way to keep our minds focused and it also helps in maintaining an effective connection between the mind and the body, helping us to act prudently.

Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. It is about not trying to turn off the thoughts or feelings. Through meditation, a person learns to observe them without judgment.

And eventually, he might start to better understand them as well. Meditation is of several types and the correct one should be chosen depending on the type, habits, and nature of the person who will be meditating.

The different types are Loving-kindness meditation, Body scan or progressive relaxation, Mindfulness meditation, Breath awareness meditation, Kundalini yoga, Zen meditation, Transcendental meditation.

In order to establish a good connection between the mind and the body, a person should be able to listen to his body. In order to do that, one must be a good listener and must be very patient.

The use of hot water is a very effective tool which helps in relaxing the mind so that a person can pay attention to his body. Discussed below are a few things that can be under a shower which will help a person to listen to the wisdom of the body.

When you are under the shower, try to close your eyes and feel the hot water running down your body. Keep yourself calm and don’t let other thoughts disturb you. Focus on the sensation of your body. Use your hands and massage your body a little to make it feel better.

After a long hard working day, you must be exhausted. While under the shower try to find the part of your body which aches the most. Try and concentrate on soothing that part of your body, leaving out all the rest.

For better results use some lotion or oil on that area. It helps in increasing the sensation. In the end, ask that part of your body that what does it want you to know.

Hot water helps in relaxing the nerves of our body and helps to calm the mind. This, in turn, establishes a good connection between the mind and body.

After the question has been asked, there is a thought, vision or intuition that pops up in the mind. Trust the instincts and follow out the order. This is the first sign that the body is communicating with the mind.

After this, you can either choose to do the same with the other parts of your body that might be troubling you or leave the shower. By repeating this method on a daily basis, you will know how to listen to the wisdom of your body.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Amazing Tree Energy — How Trees Help Us Heal”

Trees are the most spiritually advanced living beings on the Earth who are constantly in a meditative state and subtle energy is what they speak as a language.

Trees can help open your energy channel and help them reciprocate with healing their blockages. A relationship with the tree is a mutually beneficial one which needs to be nourished.

Healing Abilities Of A Tree

Taoist masters observe that trees not only have the power to convert Carbon Dioxide into Oxygen but they have the capacity to absorb any negative energy and convert into something useful. The trees are firmly rooted in the earth and the more firmly the trees are rooted into the earth, higher they reach the heavens above. Trees are the wisest absorbing the vital energies from the earth and universal forces from the higher dimensions.

Tree: Healer And Friend

As a spiritually advanced living being, they co-exist with nature and human beings. Trees are quite intelligent and they do have a sense of touch and feel and they have conscious emotions too. Trees have the ability to calm you down when you are under the weather and they can also end all your miseries — however, this relationship needs to build up.

Choose A Tree To Work With

Through the time in history, trees have been used for various healing and medicinal purposes and for this the bugger trees have always been the best choice, especially the Pine trees.

They radiate Chi, nourish the blood system, strengthen the nervous system and ensure longevity. These trees fill the soul and our spirit. Pines are the immortal trees. Although pine trees are mostly the best choice, many other trees or plants can be used. The larger trees contain the most energy. Among the most powerful are trees growing near running water. Some trees feel warmer or hotter than others; some feel cooler or colder than others.

Here are certain trees that have the energy to heal and you can choose one among them to work with:

1. Cypresses and cedars lower the temperature and feed Yin energy.

2. The Willows help fight the dry winds to eliminate excess moisture from the body, reduce blood pressure, and strengthen the urinary tract and bladder.

3. The Elms calm the mind and strengthen the stomach.

4. Maples fight the dry winds and help reduce the pain

5. Banyan trees (Indian Fig) purify your heart and help eliminate bodily moisture.

6. Cinnamon can remove the cold from the heart and the stomach

7. Fir trees help to absorb bruises to reduce sweating and first heal bone fractures.

8. Hawthorns help digestion, strengthen the intestine and fight low blood pressure.

9. Birches lower body temperature, eliminate body moisture and help detoxify the body.

10. The Prunes feed the spleen, the stomach, the pancreas and calm the mind.

Establishing A Communication With A Tree

To communicate with a Tree, you have to have the heart to understand they are as human in their emotions than you can believe. When you talk to a tree, you will notice that they respond. As you choose to begin working with a tree, you have to see to the fact that a tree is nothing but a counter part of you and they are all but trying to tell you to be humble and humane with them.

They have the power to unlock your intuition and help you in your spiritual journey.

ALEXA PELLEGRINI: “The Power of Water for Healing and Spiritual Growth”

ac30f6b80c7ef467c7228580008acc10

Our organs and our cells are comprised of water — in fact, up to 60% of our bodies is made from water alone!  Yet as a society, we continue to forget the healing benefits of water and consistently choose soft drinks, coffee, flavored water and energy drinks as water substitutes.  Water — and not Vitamin water or sparkling soda, but real, pure water is your best friend on your journey to repairing your mental and physical health and increasing your vitality.

Why Water is Vital to Your Overall Health

Imagine a dam in a river that’s been closed off.  Suddenly, the river’s flow begins to weaken, and everything that’s a part of the river’s ecosystem begins to fall apart.  Fish and small mammals can no longer absorb the nutrients they need from the water.  Waste from the river has nowhere to go, so its population dies off.  When the water disappears, so does the vitality of the environment.  The human body operates similarly: without water to usher nutrients and proteins throughout the body, the body’s organs begin to shut down.  Even the food we absorb can’t be properly digested without water to act as a lubricant.  Without water, our body also has no way to expel toxins or pollutants, which increases our chances of acquiring serious ailments from constipation to cancer.  The body’s ‘ecosystem’ perishes.

There’s one organ in your body that needs water the most: your brain!  The brain is 75% water.  Without proper water intake, the clarity of your thinking will decrease and you may be in a perpetual state of fatigue without knowing why.  The best way to preserve your brain health and boost its performance is not just to use it, but to nurture it and care for it.  Your brain never stops running, and it requires constant fuel.  So, before you reach for that cup of coffee in the morning, start your daily routine off on the right foot by showing some love to your gray matter and having an 8 ounce glass of water.

Water Not Only Nourishes Us – it Also Heals the Soul

Water has always been emphasized for its nutritional value, but its other healing benefits shouldn’t be overlooked.  Even observing the ocean or a flowing stream of water can soothe the troubled mind.  Perhaps one of the reasons we feel so comfortable in the water and listening to the sounds of rushing water is because it mimics the fetal state.  From conception, we develop while floating in the embryonic fluids of our mother’s womb.  Floating on the surface of a warm bath or pool can draw us into a state of total comfort and relaxation as we subconsciously return to feeling completely nurtured and protected, just like we did before birth.  When we surrender our need to be physically grounded and allow the water to hold us, we also lose our need for rigid self-control and total self-reliance.  One of the best ways to mentally unwind and relieve stress is to go for a swim, then float on your back and do some simple deep breathing.

Salt water is also a wonderful natural alternative to traditional anti-inflammatory agents.  Gargling with salt water helps strip away excess mucus and bacteria lingering at the back of the throat and in the tonsils to either prevent or treat a cold and a bad sore throat.  Bathing in warm salt water or swimming in the sea can help dry up acne, scab over minor open wounds and encourage the drainage of harmful toxins from the lymph nodes.

Listening to water during meditation and visualizing water are two excellent ways to help reduce stress after a long, difficult day.  The body, when held in a constant state of tension for long periods of time, has been proven to suffer — scientists have found a link between consistently high stress levels and an increased chance of getting heart disease, cancer, anxiety disorders and other serious conditions.  The following exercise will help you take advantage of the healing power of water to reduce your stress levels and stay well.

Step 1:  Begin by taking some deep breaths.  Continue to breathe until you quiet your thoughts and feel relaxed.

Step 2:  Start to envision any kind of water: an ocean, a stream, a brook, even the rain.  Construct this visual in your mind, then try to picture what the water sounds like.  Focus solely on the images and sounds running through your mind.  How does the sight and sound of the water make you feel?

Step 3:  Now, picture immersing yourself in the water.  Whether it’s allowing the rain to glide over your skin, or diving head-first into a beautiful, warm pool, visualize your anxiety, fear, anger and stress melting away as soon as the water touches your body.

Step 4:  Close the exercise with a few deep breaths, and exit the meditation feeling cleansed and revitalized.

KIMBERLY SNYDER: “The Amazing Healing Benefits of Gratitude”

Healing Benefits of Gratitude

If you’re alive and reading this, you have something to be grateful for.  That’s great news!  This post will give you support in practicing gratitude on a regular basis, so you can better heal yourself, while lowering stress and anxiety, enhancing your sleep, and improving your relationships.

The Healing Benefits of Gratitude

You may not realize that something as simple as expressing gratitude — something that costs nothing and takes very little time — can have such an impact on your health.   Yoga Masters have been teaching for centuries that gratitude is a key component of a happy, balanced and healthy life, but it’s nice to see that it’s in alignment with modern findings.  A comprehensive look at gratitude and its effects  [1]  showed that when you routinely appreciate others or even just the positive parts of your life, you can experience:

  —Less aggression  [2]

—Heightened feelings of altruism, empathy, warmth, a greater desire to treat friends, family, and strangers with more kindness (you may even set off a chain of random acts of kindness!).  When someone does something nice for you, you’ll be inspired to pay it forward  [3]

—Reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety, and more optimism  [4]

  —More trust in others

—Extra intrinsic motivation to do and achieve more  [5]

—More satisfaction from relationships (romantic relationships also get a boost from gratitude!)  [6]

—Better ability to deal with criticism/less sensitive to others’ negativity

  —Better sleep

—Lowered likelihood of developing a drug or alcohol problem

—Lowered risk of eating disorder (thanks to a healthier body image)

   —Quicker recovery from post-traumatic stress

The review suggests that there could actually be a causal relationship between gratitude and well-being.  That means increasing gratitude could directly enhance many different aspects of your life, most notably your health.  Could there be an easier, or more inexpensive way to enhance both your happiness and health?  (Okay, sometimes gratitude can be challenging when you’re feeling down — especially in the beginning–but with practice, it becomes much easier, I promise!)  Training yourself to think this way only takes a few minutes at a time, per day or even per week. Eventually, it will help shift your whole perspective on life in a much more positive way.

What Is Gratitude, Really?

That seems simple enough to answer, right?  You can feel gratitude when someone helps you out, but being thankful isn’t always related to another person.  Are you thankful for your warm clothes in the winter, even if you purchased them yourself?  What about your meals, even if you’re the one who has to prepare and cook them?

No matter what, you can focus more on the positive and choose to feel gratitude for anything, or anyone, at any time.  Once you get into the habit of consciously appreciating the positives around you, that attitude spreads over into the times when you aren’t actively practicing the feeling of thanks.  I do this when I walk down the street or wander into my backyard and gaze at the lemon tree.  I express gratitude every day for each and every unique, beautiful tree and plant I see.  I think we should all be more grateful for nature and her beauty every day!

Final note about the research. When comparing feelings of gratitude to other areas of the subjects’ lives in the studies, there were correlations between gratitude and:

—Feelings of satisfaction with life in general

—Feelings of living life to the fullest

  —More self-acceptance and personal growth

—A feeling of staying true to themselves

—The belief that they have quality relationships in their lives

How to Practice This Universal Language

Learning to practice gratitude isn’t a long, drawn-out process.  You can start right now and begin noticing differences in how you feel and your outlook on life in just a few weeks, even if you’re not practicing daily.

Keep a gratitude journal.  At the end of the day or week, write down five things you’re grateful for.  This could be something as simple as being happy the weather was warm enough for you to hike before work earlier in the week or that your spouse did the dishes.  You can even be grateful for the lemons that you use to make your hot water with lemon in the morning, that fill you with beautifying vitamin C and enzymes!

Set an alarm on your phone that will go off periodically throughout the day.  Each time it goes off, stop to remind yourself of something you’re grateful for.

Don’t jump right out of bed at the sound of your morning alarm.  Take a minute to take a few deep breaths and think of a few things that you’re happy to have in your life or experience, whether it’s a beautiful sunrise or the warm blankets you have covering you.

Do something nice for someone else, family or stranger, even if it’s just giving them a compliment and thanking them for something they did.  Spreading joy and showing your appreciation for another human being not only brightens their mood, but yours, too!

Talk with your spouse or best friend at the end of the day about what you’re grateful for.  These daily talks are more interesting than asking if they took the trash out or fed the dog, and may open the door to strengthen your relationship, especially if you start naming things you’re grateful for in each other.

Leave little notes for yourself around the office or at home that remind you of the things you’re grateful for.  Running across those during a stressful moment could make you feel better.  Try sticking them on the top of your smoothie cup or one of the meals you’ve packed for the day.

Really think about what you’re thinking. No, that isn’t a typo.  Your thoughts affect your mood, and you’ll be happier if you’re thinking thoughts of gratitude!  When a negative thought crosses your mind (it happens to everyone, of course!), take a closer look at it.  Are you just feeling grumpy and turning your bad mood into one big growing ball of negativity?  Was your ego, the image and labels you hold about yourself, somehow wounded in some way?  Is there any truth in the thought that you can use to change your situation or use as a catalyst to turn your thought into something more positive?  Once you glean the useful bits from your negative thoughts, kick the rest and give your thoughts a more positive spin.  Here’s an example. Let’s say you tried something new and failed.  Instead of saying, “I’m a failure,” remind yourself that failing — sometimes multiple times — brings you closer to your goal.  It’s still progress and you can still learn from it.  And that’s something to be grateful for.

Tell someone that you appreciate them and why.  They’ll feel good, and so will you!

Start Today!

Use this today as a starting point for a lifetime of feelings of gratitude.  Your whole outlook on life will change once you give yourself that nudge, and you’ll feel better in so many different ways when you begin focusing on the positives.  Look at what you do have, be thankful, and strive to reach out to help other people and keep the goodwill going.

The goodness in your life will blossom in even more abundance as you do.

Now here’s my turn: I’m sending gratitude to YOU for being you and part of this wonderful community.

Love,

Kimberly

THE AURAS EXPERT: “Aura Cleansing For Health And Well-Being”

Aura Cleansing for Health and Well-Being.jpg

As we accumulate unwanted energies in daily life, regular aura cleansing supports health and well-being.  Like psychic dust bunnies, we go around collecting debris on our aura, until we finally do something to cleanse it…

It is the same with personal hygiene.  If you do not bathe, your body will become dirtier and dirtier.  Gradually the smell becomes unbearable.  Eventually, your body even becomes a breeding ground for disease and bacteria.  If you do not cleanse your aura, your spiritual energy system will also become ‘dirtier and dirtier’.  Eventually you become unpleasant for others to be around (though they may not consciously understand why).  Your energy system then begins to attract lower vibrations which are also unhealthy for you and others.  And for those around you after an aura healing will believe it to be an aura cleansing spell, getting to enjoy your lightness again.

In modern culture, we expect people to take care of their personal hygiene by bathing regularly, if not daily.  But we are not yet so spiritually evolved!

Cleansing your Aura

Just like washing your hands cleans one part of your body and washing your face takes care of another… different approaches to aura cleansing will support you in clearing different aspects of your energy system.  Some aura clearing approaches are more lightweight–in terms of personal hygiene–like changing your clothes, or putting on deodorant.  They are still useful, but they can’t replace bathing!  Other methods of aura cleansing go much deeper–equivalent to having a good scrub-down, or going for a detoxifying spa treatment.

Options for Cleansing…

  • Bathing with Epsom Salts – Water helps wash away dirt, both physically and energetically.  Adding Epsom Salts to your bath stimulates the flow of your own energy and also draws minor psychic debris out of your aura.
  • Swimming – Submerging yourself in water helps cleanse your aura.  As ocean water contains salt and minerals, it is especially useful for drawing minor psychic debris out of your aura.
  • Sunlight – Gentle exposure to sunlight stimulates the flow of your own energy.  Some lower vibrations cannot exist with exposure to bright light.

FOUR MOST POWERFUL APPROACHES TO AURA CLEANSING…

1. Aura Meditation – Even basic meditation helps you relax and release.  Aura meditation works directly with releasing unwanted energies through grounding, clearing your aura, energy channels and chakras.  One of the most powerful ways to cleanse and care for your aura is energy-based aura meditation.

2. Aura Healings – In an aura healing, the healer supports you in cleansing unwanted energies out of your system.  The healer assists you in grounding out psychic debris, releasing blocks and helps you get your own energy flowing.

3. Aura Readings – Often we confuse other people’s energy with our own energy.  When we mistake foreign energy for our own, we do not want to release it.  We hold on to it because we think it is us!In a clairvoyant aura reading, a reader can help you identify your own energy and discern foreign energy.  When you recognize an energy is not you, it is much easier to release.

4. Feeling your Emotions – When your emotional energy is blocked, it creates congestion and back-up throughout your spiritual energy system.  This makes it easy to get stuck with unwanted energies.  Allowing yourself to feel hidden emotions creates a release of energy.  This movement and flow supports you in cleansing psychic debris.

Other Options for Aura Cleansing…

  • Wind -Standing with an open body posture in a strong wind supports you in releasing unwanted energies.  As sea breezes contain moisture, salt and minerals, ocean winds are especially beneficial for aura cleansing.
  • Gardening or Being in Nature – Through gardening and being in Nature, you come in direct contact with the earth.  This helps you get grounded and release unwanted energies out of your system.
  • Creativity – Creating something you’re enthusiastic about gives you a ‘creative high’.  These surges of creative energy stimulate the flow of your own energy and support you in releasing blocks and unwanted energies.

NEDA HASAN: “Top Twelve Ways to Raise Your Frequency To Attract A Vibrant, Enjoyable Life”

1562659-7

1. Sunlight

Not only is sunlight a way to make up for lost Vitamin D, but it is used to help stabilize the mood. You can shift stagnant, dull energy of the room by just opening your windows and letting light come through.

2. Sound

Solfeggio Frequencies and Binaural Beats, especially with the use of headphones, have been used to help diminish anger, depression, anxiety, and the list goes on. They are out there on YouTube for free. Check out 396 Hz on Audio Entrainment’s Channel. I would like to add that this is a perfect alternative for anyone who is lazy and reluctant to meditate. You can also listen to uplifting tunes that lift your spirit.

3. Herbs

Lavender Oil has a calming effective on the mind, especially before you go to bed. Besides the health benefits, basil is known to cure sadness and depression. Angelika root has been used centuries ago to get rid of evil spirits, but now it is used for upset stomachs, enhancing sex drive, and eliminating negativity. It should not be taken in heavy dosages, however. Burning Eucalyptus is known to help with colds. Green Oat is said to be good for addictions of any sort. Always check with your doctor if you want to consume any special herbs. Burning it however definitely will provide your home with a relaxed feel.

4. Enjoyable Exercise

Exercise, in and of itself, is known to release endorphins that help one feel better and release stress, but joy in exercise escalates the experience. If you enjoy dancing or playing tennis, do it! When you are having fun and burning calories at the same time, you are not only helping your emotional health, but physical health as well. Feeling like your workout is a burden will not help you to lift your frequency as like attracts like and a miserable journey cannot yield a happy outcome. The Key is to feel a sense of joy.

5. Water

Spending Time in Water will not only cleanse your body, but attract positive energy as Water is second closest to Source Energy, the first Being Light. This information is confirmed by Teal Swan, a legendary Spiritual Teacher. She advises to take a glass of water, set the time for a few minutes, and focus positive thoughts toward the water glass. Then drink it! Repeat this exercise for two weeks.

6. Appreciation

An attitude of gratitude is the key to abundance. Keep a Journal of positive things that cause you to feel joy just by thinking about it. It could be as menial as the violet curtains in your bedroom, or the bath filled with roses your children decorated for you when you came back from work. Positive Feelings are even more powerful than positive thoughts, so more joyful situations and thoughts will manifest. They trick is to just set aside time every day to dwell in a state of love.

6. Visualization

Visualization is the way to make it clear to the universe what it is you really want in this physical realm. When you hold up images you love and make them your phone wallpaper, or put up a vision board you see and have access to everyday, you help to materialize your goals. You cannot help but to have positive focus towards your dreams or whatever it is you are trying to attract. Visualization helps to develop clarity of what one wants in life. And you can keep adding to that board when your ideas expand. Imagining your dream lifestyle causes you to feel happy. Think of it this way: for a watchmaker to create a watch, he has to have an image of the finished result of the watch in his mind. It is the same way with your goals. Imagination is powerful. The journey becomes much easier once you know exactly just what your goals are.

7. De-clutter your Living Space

If you have a messy work desk, you can attract stressful situations. Cleaning up every once a week can remove stagnant, non-moving energy in a room to leave fresh vibrant energy flowing through. You will also feel more lively and in control of your life.

8. Eat More Fruits, Vegetables, and Nuts

Vegetables such as cucumbers not only add to clearer skin and help to reverse the aging process, but lift your energy. Nuts like almonds help with Vitamin D and help balance serotonin levels. Vegetables are not only great for vitality, but they resonate at a higher frequency that meat and processed food. They contain more life energy than dull foods like processed cheese and coffee. Never underestimate the power of Diet to transform your life.

9. Break Up with Stress

Stress weakens the immune system and can literally make one feel sick and be sick. Psychosomatic illnesses, such as excessive vomiting, are often caused by negative thoughts. Stress decreases energy and can lead to aging. When one is stress, they tend to make impulsive choices that make them feel good only physiologically and temporarily such as reaching for sugary snacks, which open the door to more disease and problems like cancer and diabetes. When one is in a relaxed state, they are less likely to manifest diseases in their life. And if diseases do arise, they are able to treat it quicker. Disease cannot survive in a body that is at ease. Your mental, emotional, and physical health are interrelated. Stress can attract more negative experiences besides illness, such as heavy workload, and unhappy relationships.

10. Watch Pure Forms of Entertainment

Most people are trained to believe the best forms of entertainment are action movies that involve, sex, drugs, and violence. Comedies like 21st Jump Street and Hangover have made blockbusters in today’s society. Movies like The Next Karate Kid and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, are seldom spoke of. Unfortunately, most people, especially in our youth, prefer a quick, easy way of forgetting reality that I call “entertainment for the sake of entertainment.” Gunshots, sexy scenes, and violence, seems to be the recipe for a great movie to many. But to me, true entertainment teaches a lesson about life, such as Forest Gump. They make people feel good, not just for a few hours of laughs and emotional excitement, but long when the movie is over. Furthermore, young kids who secretly do not like and are afraid of cheap forms of entertainment are peer-pressured and brainwashed into thinking such movies are healthy, just because it makes certain people laugh. A spiritually evolved person, however, does not feel amused by seeing a body part shot off.

11. Don’t Chase People who Aren’t Willing to Do Much for You

Many of us spend hours on celebrities or trying to get a person’s attention so they will like us. Often, are efforts go unnoticed and we feel taken for granted. You can be kinder to people than Mother Theresa ever was! If you do not respect yourself, people are not truly going to respect you. Nothing can make us truly happier then being around people who love us unconditionally, whose intentions are pure, who accept us as we are regardless of whether we are fat, skinny, short, tall, have a Ph.D, have no Ph.D, can drive, cannot drive, etc. When you stop chasing the wrong people (the people who do not care for your happiness and well-being) you give a chance for the right people to catch up. And it will not matter if they are blood-related or not, they will feel like family to you.

12. Meditate on your Thoughts

You do not have to sit-crossed legged for hours and repeat a mantra to the point of mental exhaustion to meditate. You can let go, sit back, even open your eyes. You can observe the flicker of a flame, or the waves hitting the shore. The main thing is to get lost in peace. Go in such a state of peace, that negative thoughts that were bothering you earlier tend rise to the surface, such as how embarrassed you were about that stain on your suit at work. This time, they won’t affect you because you are such in a state of peace that you will not care as feelings are more powerful than thoughts. Law of Attraction practitioners often forget that feelings also cause thoughts, it’s not just the other way around. Yes, thoughts can cause feelings, but feelings can cause thoughts as well.

SPIRITUAL UNITE: “Why Develop A Vegan Lifestyle”

Ascension Avatar note:  I manage just fine on this diet… except for honey… Me loves hunny… 😦

vegan-life

The main reason people are Vegan and why Vegan eating became a thing, is because many people were not down with putting beautiful animals through unnecessary misery and subjecting them to the horrendous violence that is the animal food industry.  It is fact that animals share the same emotions as us, they have souls just like us, they are flesh and blood, just like us.

Vegan eaters value all sentient life forms and their rights to a cruelty free life, they embrace animals and extend their compassion and protection to them as much as they would any human.  Developing a Vegan lifestyle is about living a peaceful life, without causing harm to any creatures here on planet Earth, not to mention all the health, environmental, and karmic benefits.

Living a Vegan lifestyle means eating a 100% plant based diet, this means no flesh, fish, eggs, honey or dairy products.  I know those people who are new to the idea must be thinking… what is there left to eat?  The answer is everything else that is good for you, and trust me, there is so much to eat!

All day and everyday millions of animals and sea life are tortured and murdered, it is barbaric, unnecessary and for what?  So ignorant beings can eat burnt flesh, drink milk (not meant for humans by the way) lick ice creams and clog their arteries with fatty cheesy pizza?  I just don’t see how people can be so ignorant or turn a blind eye, or how they justify eating like this.

Three Very Good Reasons To Be Vegan

1: For The Animals

Animal welfare is not the only reason for going Vegan, but for many people it is where they take a stand and make the change.  When you love your cat or dog, look into those loving eyes and see their soul.

You can’t ignore the fact that all animals are just the same, standing by and allowing cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, fish (and the list goes on) to succumb to the disgusting procedures that they are subjected to makes you as responsible as the guy at the meat works with his knife in hand, ready to slit the throat of a frightened being.

And not just that, what about the beautiful bobby calf’s that are ripped from their mothers as soon as they are born, so their mother can be milked till she can no longer stand because her teats have swollen so big from years of being milked, this kind of suffering is not humane.

2: For Your Own Health

A Vegan lifestyle is so amazing for your overall health.  Meet any Vegan and you will see a glow about them, their eyes shine, they have increased energy, their skin looks younger, it is like they found the fountain of youth.  They live longer, you can add at least 10 extra years onto their life span, they have less hospital stays and don’t need to see a doctor as often as their meat/dairy eating friends and family.

It protects you from developing heart disease, diabetes, cancers, high blood pressure, keeps you trim and keeps your mind clear and your body pure, this comes from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, these guys have the proof and know what they are talking about.

3: For The Good Of Our Environment

Many people are so into living a greener lifestyle and lowering their carbon footprint, being Vegan is the number 1 way to do both these things, by avoiding animal products and decreasing the demand for supply overall you are doing just that, pretty easy really.  The resources it takes to produce meat and other animal products far outweigh the balance available to man, there are far better ways to use water and fields than to farm animals.  The grain required to produce meat has been a major contributor to deforestation, species extinction and habitat loss.

Many countries have been driven to produce “cash crops” to feed animals, rather than planting food to feed their own families and communities, the balance is so far out of whack!  A Vegan crop uses significantly less of everything to provide huge amounts of food for larger quantities of people, it is the most efficient use of resources and the most effective way to reduce the negative impact on our environment.

A Vegan Lifestyle Is The Solution

There has never been a better time to switch to a Vegan lifestyle.  Rising global demand for food and water has never been bigger, adopting a sustainable way of living has become quite urgent and a real solution to the socio-economic and myriad environmental problems Earth is now facing.

Developing a Vegan lifestyle is the solution.  Being able to live a healthy life and having a clear conscious is also important as it reduces our stress and allows us to sleep at night… being Vegan is all we need.

MICHAEL FORRESTER: “7 Ways to Trigger the Heart Field — The Most Powerful Healing Force There Is”

Heart Chakra.jpg

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body. Fix that and there is no disease, ever. The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater. Which one are you using to heal?

Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality. We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it. The outcome depends on both.

Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state. How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment. There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body. Rectify that, and disease cannot exist… it would be impossible.

All the emotions are varieties of two: fear and love: Fear/stress is contagious and causes contraction: inhibits creativity, brain activity, inhibits the immune system, selective perception and over extensive periods of time leads to breakdown. Love (positive beliefs and emotions) has high impact and causes expansion: creativity, physical and mental endurance, more productivity in shorter time because we take decisions quicker because we are receptive and highly perceptive. This a question of Math, HeartMath (as per the contribution in this field of the HeartMath Institute): when one has accurate information, takes better decisions.

The quality of the field one creates with his heart influences his experience and reality.

The research behind the evolution of HeartMath came from the idea that the body’s emotional response to events do not always occur from “top-down” processing (i.e., the brain sends signals to the heart and other organs, and the body responds accordingly). Rather, it has now proven that often times our emotional state triggers our heart to send out its own signals to the brain and other organs, and the body then responds accordingly. For instance, while two-way communication between the cognitive and emotional systems is hard-wired into the brain, the actual number of neural connections going from the emotional centers to the cognitive centers is greater than the number going the other way. Have you ever: Made a “rash” decision? Done something dangerous on impulse? Taken a risk because you believed in it? This research helps explain the influence emotions have on our ability to think and act.

In fact, researchers at HeartMath have determined that the physiology and nerve centers of the heart are so complex and active, that they constitute a “brain” all on their own, termed a “mini-brain.” We now know that the heart contains cells that produce and release norepinephrine and dopamine, neurotransmitters once thought to be produced only by the brain and ganglia outside the heart. Even more remarkable is the discovery that the heart produces oxytocin -the “love hormone” – in concentrations that are as high as those in the brain.

7 Simple actions to create positive feelings:

1. Think about the colleagues who helped you today.  Thank them in your heart. Think about your current assignments. Know that they will work out well and work from this space.

2. What is it that you would like to have professionally?  A new project? With whom? Think about it in detail, be specific and imagine you are already working on it.

3. Entertain the feeling of celebration that arises in your heart.  From this space take the appropriate actions to make it happen.

4. Find ways to help your colleagues, or make them feel that you care.  Do one (in)visible act of kindness per day or more if you want to

5. Before starting your work day give thanks and envision it the way you want it to be.

6. When finishing your work day give thanks and clear it of negative emotions (which come out of fear that we know now is illusion).  Do not take them at home or preserve for the next day.

7. Smile – The time of crisis is literally here: there is the fast pace of our world, the assault of too much to do with too little time and resources. Being in the present moment is just a concept for most of us and has little translation to daily life practice. Fear is wide spread and is polluting us on a very cellular level: hypertension, autoimmune diseases, cancer, infertility, chronic back problems, anxiety, and depression; the list could continue forever. The difference is how we interpret crisis because we can be at complete peace in the midst of chaos.

Can we live the life we want? Can we be authentic in our speech? Can we identify and release our underlying limiting beliefs so that we begin a new commitment towards genuine compassion, abundance, love and connection? Your commitment will show in your body and intentions.

BRIDGET NIELSEN: “How to Raise Your Consciousness & Vibration Through Diet”

How to Raise Your Consciousness & Vibration Through Diet

The Perfect High Vibrational Diet

bridget in hawaii leading a sacred site tour

The growing question for many people in this time of awakening is, “what is a high vibrational diet?”  I have been asking myself since I was a little girl. I was the child who asked for bitter tea, a sprout avocado pita and strawberries for dessert. WHY? One good reason is because my dad put it on my plate, but there was more to it than that! From a very early age, I knew that there was a direct connection between my state and what I ate. In this blog I am going to explore how diet ties into your vibration, and how you can make simple changes (15 easy steps at the bottom) that can really assist you in these crazy awesome transformational times.

A high vibrational diet consists of foods that are ALIVE and that positively benefit the person, as well as the planet as a whole. High vibration means having more light, and thus less density.  Plants exemplify this by photosynthesizing light into energy.

In my experience I haven’t found the perfect, “highest vibrational diet” to follow. The idea of following is falling away. At this stage of the human game, it has become necessary to more fully rely on your own intuition in combination with experts and science you resonate with. We are meant to become self-empowered and know what is our own highest good. We are each soooo unique and in such different circumstances, that there is no one right diet. What I can say is there IS a very specific vibration and global reverberation to each food you eat.

Humanity is Lightening Up

person generating chi and life forceIn desiring to become more enlightened, you will naturally find yourself lightening up.  Humanity is awakening to its connection to Source and its ability to turn infinite accessible light into physical energy.

Monks and Chi Gong masters generate chi from their own internal Light Source, and can even generate enough energetic heat to sweat in the freezing cold. Breatharians “eat” light, like plants, by taking in the sun’s energy and breathing prana. When people become consciousness that bodies are densified light, then they will act as their own free energy devices.  In the meantime, you can prepare your body and mind for these new levels of energy conversion and generation with nourishing, high vibrational foods.

Expansion requires humanity to more fully embrace its connection to nature and simultaneously open to higher frequencies that extraterrestrials utilize. Humans are upgrading physically as well as energetically, to a higher density, enabling rekindled ET connections. Present humans are more sensitive and light than the humans of the past, thus requiring less dense and more living, natural foods.

Food is Very Personal
listen-to-your-body-eat-less-dense-food-and-get-free-energy

Food is a sticky subject. People are very identified with what they eat. In times of stress people often use food for emotional comfort. This approach is understandable based on the challenges of everyday life. There are more balanced, long-term ways of creating natural states of harmony through cleansing and dietary choice.

“Many people are not aware of how large of an effect their diet has on their state of being. Your physiological health is literally the platform for your consciousness. The Nero-transmitters and hormones responsible for your moods and state of being are directly correspondent to your nutritional intake, as well as the level of toxins that are present in your system. You are what you eat and if you’re eating dead chemical filled junk, you will feel like dead chemical filled junk…” -Patrick Haize, from Transformation Reversing Old Habits

One of the most important keys to raising your vibration through diet are the thoughts you create around it. Thoughts are vibration. Be kind to yourself and be aware of judgements you hold against yourself and other people’s dietary choices.  Whether you can circumstantially make these changes or not, sending love and gratitude to your food, and all that it took to get to your plate makes a big difference. Be present while you eat, chew, breath and feel appreciative for this energetic exchange.

Detox Before Listening To Your Body

You may have heard people say, “Listen to your body, it will tell you what to eat.”  This is only part of the equation. You also need to detox so you can clearly listen to what your body’s natural communication.

Presently, everyone on ec4b1-shutterstock_193567304-300x200the planet, unless you have done the following protocols, has a myriad of toxins in their body including: parasites, pesticides, heavy metals (from chemtrails & aluminum products), (minor) radiation, xeno/phytoestrogens (from plastics), GMOs, parabens, fluoride, putrefying undigested foods, and calcium phosphate… just to name a few.

Many of these things, from emotional imbalances caused by phytoestrogens to parasites throughout the body, even have the ability to dictate your thoughts.  Parasites are one of the few things on Earth that kill their own environment and we have them crawling in us. With all of these toxins in your systems, how can you can hear the call of our natural self?

The most important thing you can do to transition to a higher vibrational green body cleansing vegetablesdiet is to DETOX and CLEANSE the system so you can hear what your body and the world really needs. There are many ways to do this. Here are some great resources: Ken Rohla’s detox videos & productsDr. Shultz cleansing programs , The Zapper, Bashar’s simple detox recommendation.

Many of the nutrients and nourishing things you intake do not satiate the body’s needs because they are unable to be absorbed with toxins in the way. I recommend trying various cleanses and detoxification protocols to assist with this. After taking those steps, notice what your body craves, and how much more satisfied it feels with less.

Measured Vibrations of Food

Frenchman André Simoneton, an expert on electromagnetism, created an experiment in the 1930’s and 40’s measuring the electromagnetic waves of particular foods.  He found that for a human to be at good health they must maintain a vibration of 6500 angstrom. Source of this information: www.healthcenternutrition.webs.com

fruits and vegetables shaped as heartFoods that he rated in his “first category”, with the highest vibration were, between 6,500 and 10,000 angstrom, included: fresh fruits, vegetables, olive, sweet almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, soy (since been modified), peanuts, hazelnuts and whole grains (whole grains have since been chemically hybridized, read more below).

In the second category, with radiations 6,500 to 3,000 angstroms, are the vegetables cooked in boiling water, milk, fridge butter, eggs not freshly laid, honey, cooked fish, peanut oil, sugar cane and wine.

The third category, with very weak radiations below 3,000 angstroms, is comprised of cooked meats, sausages, coffee, (black) tea, (regular) chocolate, jams, processed cheeses and white bread.

The fourth category, exhibits practically no energy and includes margarine, conserves, alcoholic spirits, refined white sugar and bleached flour.

Using Simoneton’s method, consuming foods below 6,500 angstroms would hinder, and deteriorate our natural vibration and health.

Incorporating Raw Food

Nature gifted us foods that are naturally full of life. When you cook food and change its state by adding heat, you change its vibration, nutrient content and vitality.

There is a prevailing belief that you need to cook your food to kill harmful bacteria, but in doing this you also kill the life force of energy of food raw and cookedfruits and vegetables, as well as the nutrient content by about 1/3 or more. This is mainly done for preservation purposes and shelf-life. In the past we preserved foods by fermentation (the first ketchups) and other natural methods such as salting, cooling and drying foods, which maintained the life force as well as preserving it. Chemical additives used for preservation also toxifies foods.

I’ve found that everything my tastebuds dream of can be made raw from lasagna to pizza, brownies, berry jams and grain-free bread… it’s all possible. Often times we associate raw diets with eating only cold foods, fruits, vegetables and salads.  Transitioning to a highly raw diet takes time and doing it correctly is an art form. You can read what I have learned about it here and also take advice from the experts below.

Vegetable soups and other dishes can be warmed up to 105-115 degrees and still maintain their vibrational integrity.  When preparing legumes, root vegetables, and starches, soaking and higher temperatures are often needed to extract their medicinal benefits. According to Simoneton, the vibration of the foods we just named go up when properly “cooked” (click here to read more about how to properly prepare these items).

There are many longstanding pioneers in the raw food movement who I have come to trust two of which are Gabriel Cousens and David Wolfe. One of the most amazing examples of a raw food pioneer is 110 year old Fernando, the oldest man in America.

Quality of Food

The vibration of food is derived from the energy it was created with. The vitality of a wild herb found in a remote forest, is going to have a very different energy than a non-organic herb grown in a factory on the side of the freeway, just outside of metropolitan area.

energy picture of organic mushroom versus commercially grownIn the picture on the left, you can see the kirlian photography, which depicts the energy and aura radiating from two different mushrooms. You can see that the organically grown mushroom, on the left, has more light and vibrancy than one the commercially grown mushroom on the right.

The more natural and higher quality foods we can buy, the higher the vibration will be.  Growing your own food would be the best way to receive the most vitality from your food. When you grow your own food you have the ability to: Use spring water (upping nutrient content & reducing chemicals), feed plants with natural organic nutrient dense supplements, raise the vibration with ormus, grow with the cycles of the season & moon, utilize zeolites take out heavy metals and toxins, and connect the food with your DNA (popularized by the Anastasia books, explaining many processes like activating the seed with your saliva) and send them your own loving intention.  For more on amping up your garden, I highly suggest information by Ken Rhola from Fresh & Alive.beautiful organic healthy foods

When gathering food to eat just do your best. Some of the things you can implement if growing your own food is not available are: Shop at local farmer’s markets, join a crop sharing group, shop at local co-ops, buy organic non-GMO foods at the store, and biodynamically grown foods. The nutrient content (and likely the vibration) goes down by 1/3 from transporting the food from farm to store, so shopping locally would increase the vitality of your food.  If money is a challenge and even if it is not, look for local fruit trees or edible treasures you can wild harvest. Often times the highest vibrational foods are freely given by nature all around you. Set up trade and barter with your local farmers by sharing your gifts and services. Everything is possible when you are open and willing to receiving the solution.

Repercussions of Food

dead pile of fish from fishing industryEverything and everyone is interconnected. Each action you take shifts your macrocosmic experience.

If the impact of the food being produced is negatively impacting the planet, then there’s a high likelihood that the food will have a lower energetic vibration. If a food has a high vibration, then it would by definition have been produced in a way that is in harmony with all the lifeforms touched in its production cycle.

I recommend reading Patrick Haize’s article, The Global Impact of Our Diets & Everyday Everyday Lifestyle Solutions for more on this subject. It parallels the theme of this blog and goes in depth on the global impact of diet, and has a rich library of educational resources and solutions.

“… Animal agriculture is arguably the most environmentally damaging industry in the world. Animal Agriculture takes up 45% of the entire world’s land-space and is alone responsible for 51% of all worldwide greenhouse gas emissions, 80-90% of US water consumption, and 91% of Amazon destruction. It is also the leading cause of species extinction, ocean dead zones, water pollution and habitat destruction in the world, and this is only a small fraction of the statistics.” -Patrick Haize, The Global Impact of Our Diets & Everyday Everyday Lifestyle Solutions

No matter what society has become accustomed to eating, we are at a point where we must change what we eat and wean ourselves from foods that are irreversibly destroying the very planet that sustains us. If you eat an animal rather than a plant you’re getting your energy secondhand which is much less efficient. We will need to cut back and cut out certain animal products to bring the Earth back into balance, due to the disastrous effects of commercial farming, agriculture and fishing. If you were going to consume animal products, get them from sources that do not use hormones and antibiotics and treat the animals well.

It may be challenging acknowledge and to really feel the true impact of what it means to eat what you eat. It is scary to take responsibility for destruction on Earth, but a HUGE part of shifting your vibration is becoming fully conscious of your actions and choosing differently. It is time to be courageous, adaptable and open to positive change within yourself to effect the whole in a beautiful way.

Locational and Cultural Dietary Influence

The location of where you live has a vibration. Whether it is a city or a natural place, the pace and frequency will determine the diet of its inhabitants. The climate and products available are another determining factor of a locational cultural diet. Scientists are now discovering in teleportation, that location is a variable of the object. This means that location changes our human vibrational signature. Since location is a map of earth's power spotsvariable of your vibrational person, the place you live has a huge impact on who you are and what you eat.
What are the cultural food beliefs of your location? People are subconsciously, and sometimes very obviously influenced by those around us. Often times people’s choices are heavily influenced by an overruling collective momentum.  To shift your dietary choices, it is important to step out of collective programs, and the locations that house them and choose what you prefer from your own natural intuition.  This can can be done by taking time camping in nature to reset your system or visiting Earth power points that hold a more neutral collective energetic field.  Everything is possible everywhere, but certain lifestyle and vibrational choices can be made easier in certain locations.

My Personal Observations: I was raised on a vegetarian diet in Utah (born in 1987) which was quite challenging. My diet was the complete opposite of everyone I knew and I felt others relentless judgements of my choices.  Our family created a energetic bubble to make this dietary choice a reality because of the lack of cultural support. When I headed off to California for college, I immediately felt a new “cultural pressure,” as well as what the environmental offering, to eat fish. Because the Southern California culture is so physically healthy, I felt supported by having fresh juices, organic restaurants all around and a healthy lifestyle as the social standard. When I went abroad to Europe, the culture of those places left almost no room for me to be vegetarian (at the time). If I wanted to participate with others I knew I had to adapt so I began eating meat for a short time. As I moved from place to place, I could feel the programed dietary imprint of each place and culture. When I landed in midwestern US cities, I craved chocolate milk and heavy foods. When I was in away from people in nature, all I wanted to eat were light raw foods.  I found it very interesting how the culture, location and climate made such a big impact on me. I want to reiterate that every type of lifestyle and diet is possible anywhere once you become aware of any unconscious patterns and choose to act on what you prefer.

Incorporating Dietary & Lifestyle Solutions

Everyone has the ability to choose, in every moment, who they are and how they want to live.  As many of you know, fad and drastic diets shifts do not have long-term fortitude. One of my favorite things to do is incorporate dietary solutions before letting go old patterns.

The most important thing in shifting to a higher vibrational diet Water flowing in heart shapeis to be kind to yourself. Self-love and appreciation will allow any shame or self-sabotage to dissolve which will empower you to take baby steps in a new direction.  A question you can ask yourself each day is, “how can I nourish and better take care of my mind-body-soul today?”

Many of the “not so good for us” dietary decisions we make are due to jobs, relationships or lifestyles that are not in alignment with our natural selves, thus leading to “emotionally eating” to come back to equilibrium.  This is okay! Let yourself become aware of the choices that lead to these actions, and see what beliefs you can change to enable you to lead a more healthy and holistic life.

Healthy foods make a big difference to our energy states, but there other things you can incorporate that will assist your vibration such as conscious breathing, movement, dancing, time in nature, meditation and a million other activities you can do that will renew the mind-body-soul at a very deep level, thus leading to healthier dietary choices.

15 Simple Transitionary Dietary Solutions I Can Do Today!

As you look at this list, just choose 1 or 2 items to incorporate over the next few weeks. Then come back, and add in something else next month. 🙂 Baby steps. It is good for the body, mind and soul to transition at a natural pace.

  1. Determination and Willingness to be Different: The most important key to transition to a high vibrational diet is to change your beliefs. An open, willing and determined mental and emotional shift is required to make a longstanding difference. A commitment to yourself as well, as a plan to “stay on track” such this list here, to incorporate solutions and adapt to a new way of being.  It can be challenging being around friends and family who may make comments or start challenging dietary discussions. This comes with the territory of stepping out and being who you truly choose to be.
  2. Go Organic, biodynamic, wild, and local: Do the best you can to incorporate non-GMO and organic foods in your diet, as I shared above. This will make a huge difference!!
  3. Spring Water:  Tap water and many corporate water bottling companies have toxic chemicals such as fluoride, heavy metals, chlorine, BPA and other toxins. It is also stagnant and does not hold the life-force of energized natural water sources our ancestors used to drink from. Spring water has been contained underground in aquifers for thousands of years, not exposing it to the pollution and contamination on the Earth’s surface. glowing blue natural spring water in forestMany people are switching to reverse osmosis or kengan water which draws minerals from the body. In most areas throughout the world, there is accessible spring water to start drinking.  I suggest buying a few 5-6 gallon BPA free or glass water jugs, and making it a ritual to collect fresh spring water every few weeks. To find a spring in your area click here. If for some reason you can’t get spring water close to you, you can order Moutain Valley Spring Water, which ships throughout the US or add minerals, and structure, reverse osmosis water.
  4. Cleanse & Detox: I already said this above, but I want to reiterate it again. Cleansing will help your body optimally function and clear the way for you to absorb all of the nutrients you are taking in.
  5. Mineralize: Often times when you are hungry or tired, it is your body seeking minerals. Many foods lack the essential fulvic acids (rich minerals) that were once naturally in the soil. By eating super mineral rich foods and supplementing fulvic acid, we give the body what it really wants that our green plate of sea weedfruits and vegetables have lower amounts of.  Mineralized foods that are easy to incorporate: Sea salt (celtic is my favorite), sea vegetables (full of iodine and mineral rich) such as nori, kelp, irish moss and dulse, fulvic acid supplement, organic lemon water, organic non-gmo organic miso (Miso Masters or South River Miso) and other cultured foods such as kimchi and sauerkraut.
  6. Sugar:  Many of us know by now that refined sugar is really bad for us. We hear the stories of how native’s teeth would decay and have problems, only when introduced to sugar by Westerners. So what are our options? For me, I have a sweet tooth and there are plenty of ways to taste the sweet nectar of life without deteriorating your body. The brain needs “good” sugars to properly function. In our culture we get wayyy to much and part of the fresh raw honey drippingcraving is due to parasites, not necessarily our body’s needs.  After I did a parasite cleanse, my fruit and sugar intake naturally fell to about 1/3 of what I was consuming before. Good (low- glycemic) sugars include: raw honey (ammmazing for health and vibration), lucuma powder, raw coconut palm sugar, stevia, agave, real maple syrup, yacon, goji berries (to use in recipes) and dates.
  7. Have Guts – In your gut there is good bacteria that helps breakdown foods and assimilate nutrients, and “bad” bacteria and parasites that cause inflammation and even live off of the foods you intake.  Cultivating strong gut flora is very important to overall health. By taking probiotic supplementation and eating fermented foods such as kimchi, sauerkraut, coconut and yogurt kefirs you can begin building strong gut flora. Here is a good simple resource to get started and my friend Jennifer Lotus is very adept on the subject and hosts online courses on rebuilding the gut if you are interested.
  8. Go Green! Most people’s bodies are acidic from stress and toxic diets. When the body’s PH is not in natural balance, sickness, weight gain, depression and healthy diet chartlow energy can occur. By incorporating more high PH foods, such as green vegetables and fruits, the body can come back to equilibrium with renewed vitality. In some cases people take this too far and become too alkaline, but for the most part, transitioning to an alkaline diet is going to have very beneficial results.
  9. Get Soaked: Soaking raw nuts, raw seeds, legumes and ancient grains breaks down enzyme inhibitors allowing smooth digestion and nutrient assimilation. The standard soak time for all of the above is about 5-8 hours or overnight.
  10. Plant-based Proteins: A helpful consideration, especially to the planet, is cutting down on animal forms of protein and switching to plant-based sources. Ahhhhh, the biggest question I have heard all my life, “Where do you get your protein?” I will now ask you a question, “Where does a cow, chicken and elephant get its protein?” The animals get all the protein they need from a plant-based diet. Protein is in fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds. seeds and nuts proteinsBroccoli is 50% protein! Cooking changes the molecular structure of animal proteins often rendering it unusable by the body. In most cases over half of the bioavailable protein in cooked meat is lost and even more in pasteurized dairy. My favorite forms of vegan protein are bee pollen (rich in vitamins & minerals and has 14.4g per 1/4 C), pea protein (super bio-available and 10.6g per 1/4 C & more from the protein powder), spirulina, flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, black beans, macadamia nuts just to name a few. 11. Good Fats: Incorporate good fats into your diet, cold-pressed organic oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, hemp oil and avacados! Doing this will increase brain function and make the skin subtle. Many of the fats in packaged foods and at restaurants, even in organic products, are rancid which clogs the gallbladder. Be aware of your choices and feel free to do occasional gallbladder cleanses to clear out built up rancid fats.
  12. Grains: Around the 1960’s the dawn of radiologically induced mutations where successive generations of chemically hybridized wheat cultivars shifted glutenin and gliadin from healthy protein to toxins, created wheat created allergies and sensitivities. Ancient grains (pre-modified) such as  likeemmer, spelt and einkorn (Click here to order awesome sourdough Einkorn bread from my friend) are more easily digestible and don’t cause body cooked wild rice on a spooninflammation. You can also choose from a variety of “grass seeds” (click here for my favorite wild-harvested brand) or non-grain options if that works better with your system, such as: quinoa, buckwheat, hemp based products (granola, etc), coconut flour, almond flour, mesquite flour, wild rices. Remember to introduce soaking (#8) and fermentation (#6) to your baking and making, for better digestion and assimilation of these foods.
  13. Incorporate Raw: As I already shared above, fresh food have a high vibration, living enzymes and nutritional content is higher when it is left raw. Many foods, when cooked, become toxic which create antibodies in the removal of these toxin, rather than using the body’s natural digestive enzymes. A more raw, plant-based diet will bring back our body’s natural digestive enzymes, but you may need to supplement digestive enzymes as you transition your diet. In my explorations, almost everything you can dream of can be made raw like jelly, cakes, brownies, pizzas, lasagna… Yummy Kelp noodle pasta and asian cabbageWhen I first started, I thought raw meant living on apples and salad! Nope, there are so many possibilities.  Let this be a chance to curiously explore how you can keep your fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts alive! When you do need to warm or steam vegetables in the fall and winter season, tune into them and don’t over-cook.  Many legumes, starches, and root vegetables need to be “cooked” to make their medicines bioavailable.  Even when preparing these, a roaring boil means they’re taking their last scream of life before they die 😉 Click here to read the blog I wrote with recipe ideas and how to medicinally “cook” these items.
  14. Coffee & Stimulants: Intaking these substances gives you a false sense of energy and actually fatigues the adrenals which depletes the kidneys. Long-term, this leads to premature aging due to draining your essential life-force (known as “Jing” in Chinese Medicine). beautiful herbal latteThere are many coffee alternatives on the market now that have the tasty satisfaction without the crash: Teeccino or Chaga Tea to name a few.  If you can’t give up your coffee, at least lower your intake, or add in herbal kidney/adrenal balancers – Jing supplements. Coffee is acidic which lowers the body’s energy levels, but by incorporating a higher alkaline diet and gentle cleansing, you can regain your essential energy and may no longer need the pick me up. Here’s my friend’s tonic latte recipe and a video we did together making a coffee alternative drink!
  15. Take time for Yourself: Above all!! Take time to rest, get proper sleep, relax, do what you love and LAUGH. This is the best thing for your body-mind and soul.
