LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Unpleasant Truths”

Dear Ascending Family,

There are stages of awakening when we undergo the uncovering of deceit, lies and manipulation, in order to uncover the truth. We may begin to see the complex gaslighting tactics that were covering up true and accurate facts to appear as something it’s not. When a person finally awakens to see the true facts that were hidden beneath a web of lies and deceptions, and they realize these deceptions are being perpetrated to manipulate and control them, they can suddenly react with intense and raw emotions of anger, grief and sadness. Great feelings of betrayal may arise, and are the next stage of the Controller set up, as these situations are intentionally designed in the collective consciousness to harm our hearts, damaging our trust with others.

As the crack of light appears in the center of the dark shadow for some in the collective consciousness, as the inner light turns on they can see more that was hidden in the dark room that they did not see before. When people can see this darkness moving in the shadows, there is a scrambling to make sense of it and verify what it really is, during the realization of the great manipulation or deception. Maybe it is the fact they had been deceitfully used by another, or abused in ways they did not fully understand previously. No one feels good being used and manipulated, it is a tactic of the dark force imposters to gain control over others. This event can also open another octave of light to illuminate our inner vision to see what had been hidden in the dark closet or held in situations that maybe had been deeply denied as a truth, with the people involved in those circumstances. Or simply the complex subconscious contents in these events or situations had just remained unseen and unknown to our current awareness, and after many years and much effort expended, we discover that our energy was being directed for unsavory or unethical purposes.

Naturally as a consequence, as conscious people we may ask, what is our responsibility to this moment? What is my moral or spiritual obligation to be in the face of such awkward and challenging circumstances where this deep revelation of deception, manipulation, and intended harm towards the broken or innocent ones, people I know — what is the best course of action? What is in my power to do and what is not? For many people that still think with 3D thoughtforms, the first reaction will be to take aggressive or purposeful action against the deceiver, manipulator, or situation that has been used to take advantage over others.

Yet, taking outward aggressive actions are generally the least beneficial thing one can do in these moments, the inner strength is built upon being able to compassionately witness and be willing to see the entire truth as it is, to integrate the information into your knowledge base, and to remain still and able to observe yet more.

In these cases, wisdom is very hard earned, there is a high art in the skill of true knowing in when to take action, and when to hold space in non-action and continue to gather intelligence.

Many times the hard truth is that you will come to know the very people that were being abused or manipulated refuse to acknowledge what is actually happening in the form of harm or deception. They may seek to stay asleep in their astral mirror of delusion, as they are unwillingly to change or take responsibility for any of the realizations that are surfacing. Many times when you try to relay this truth they will fight back with hostile reactions, shutting down any further dialogue or potentially verbally attacking the messenger. When we can see this overview, and it’s very common, it can feel painful, confusing and hard to reconcile and navigate conflicts that involve other people. All we can be responsible for is our own personal conduct and behavior, we cannot exert control over anyone else or change anyone’s thinking or belief systems. If a person refuses to acknowledge the existence of the darkness or cannot recognize the evil being committed in a methodical agenda to destroy the human race, it does not mean those things do not exist, it is the denial of the truth which continues to feed these same seeds of deception and harm.

There is an elevation of this deeper realization occurring in the collective consciousness that is present in the environment and field. This is being observed as a reflection of the challenging stages of processing collective anger and grief during the planetary Dark Night of the Soul.

Misplaced Trust and Usurped Intent

One of the biggest questions awakening people are asking themselves is how we feel when we wake up one day and we deeply realize that we had been completely deceived and used in some way, such as:

  • We trusted someone who was not who they appeared to be (misplaced trust),
  • We were serving some outer intention happily, only to discover that it was false, harmful or inverted (usurped intent),
  • We fully embody the knowing to see how pain and torture of our fellow humans is occurring daily as normal occurrences (conditioning abuse),
  • We have spent our time and hard earned resources to play a prominent role in the Controller game that feeds into the decaying system of human enslavement (world slavery),
  • We see warped leaders taking advantage of broken people which is producing even more pain, trauma, and fragmentation setting up the dark entity feeding frenzy (NAA set up),
  • We can see blatant power abuses playing out that intentionally hurt others that are unaware that this agenda is occurring (reinforcing abusers and predators),
  • We interact with 3D people that have no meaning behind their words, people that do not follow up with what they said they would do (the empty promises and words of superficialism. materialism and bs),
  • We see those manipulating over and over again to gain a position of strategic advantage that is meaningless in the overall (control and power mongers),
  • We witness death, trauma or tragic events that appear to be senseless, reckless or idiotic (carelessness and no reverence for life).

Raw emotions like shock, sadness, confusion, sometimes momentary feelings of anger, can leave us feeling extremely depleted and extremely exhausted. This may rise into sensations of feeling broken, having a break down, even if its temporary. When emotions are intensely raw like this, they’re unprocessed, they’re fresh, you’re trying to understand how you feel. They’re like open wounds that have just been cut. And recent events have opened into the Yeshua Timeline and these histories and the wars against humanity are like an open wound. It cuts to the core. These events go into the most intense levels of the pain that is held within the truth of our fall, the truth of our gender split, the truth of what horrors have been carried out in the name of God and Christ. When you’re processing this kind of raw emotion, most of us know that you cannot hurry it along, you can’t fast-track it. This is something many of us may have a challenging time with because we have to get comfortable with internal discomfort. And many times in our mind, a part of us is seeking a quick solution in that we want to feel better immediately, we want to accept whatever it is that is causing discomfort and move on. We want to be able to rise above these seemingly impossible feelings, in terms of how do we resolve this in our heart?

And yet knowing that these are the awakening states of our consciousness experience and processing this raw emotion is deeply connected to the alchemy that shifts our consciousness into even higher elevation. In attempting to just be with it, attempting to accept it as it is now, attempting to take special care of our physical body as we move through it. When I am processing raw emotion, I attempt to do a body scan. I attempt to observe myself from head to toe and notice where inside my body that I’m feeling this pain or discomfort. I don’t need to do anything with the information that I may get from this body scan, I just allow it, I just take it in, I just surrender to it. I sit with it in the Observer, in pure awareness. Knowing that when we’re undergoing intense, raw, and challenging emotions during this time, we may be in a sensation of suspended animation. When processing deeply, one does their best to not make really important decisions while in this state because chances are the decisions may not be optimal. When our emotions are raw it can bring up momentary tidal waves, like a momentary wave rolling up into grief, possibly fear, sadness, and possibly moments of frustration or anger. So observing and looking at the oscillation of those emotions when we’re processing something very challenging, very raw, very much as if it is cutting us to the core, knowing it is what it is. All of us have to learn how to hold space for these difficult feelings inside ourselves and possibly others, to work through them the best way we know how in the moment, knowing that this is how we spiritually grow. This is how we evolve. As we shift through this particular story line and being willing to observe and know the truth, but as well, not becoming fixated upon it. Not allowing the storyline to gain control over our mind, placing our thoughts into any kind of dogma or fixated belief. We look at it through the observation perception of our inner compassionate witness, the pure awareness of source that resides in our heart. Then, we can shift and change this timeline that includes the story.

Currently, what I’m speaking of is the Yeshua-Mary Timeline as it surfacing in the New Aeon to reveal more truths to us. All that grew out of that timeline is in play today in controlling our world through the tyranny of lies, controlling the collective consciousness into consciousness traps and spawning the Negative Alien distortions. These distortions feed into the world religions, feeding the anti-Christ lodged in the Vatican, the power and control that has been spawned from this timeline in all of its imposter aspects and reversals. In order to change this storyline and the reversals generated from it in perpetration of continual lies and deceptions, we have to awaken and see it first.

We don’t want to be stuck in the past but we want to know the truth. Gaining awareness of larger truths happening in our world is a part of reclaiming, retrieving and honoring those that have gone before us. We have to see or know or be willing to observe what really happened, what is happening now. So when we’re working with this feeling of being emotionally raw, whether it’s recently, whether it’s in the future, knowing that we can manage these emotions through personal expression, allowing what we feel to surface and be witnessed. Certainly expressing our feelings, being honest about being cut to the core with deep pain in the realization and acknowledgment of what has happened in the Christ timelines, what has happened on the earth and the war being waged against humanity. Certainly it’s cathartic for many of us on the awakening path to know that you’re not isolated or alone in these feelings. As we express our feelings, we gain more clarity, there is a release of inner pressure in our body which helps us to process what we’re going through, to deeply discover what we are actually experiencing. Sometimes just doing trauma release through stretches or postures, can help us release these difficult emotions from the subconscious layers moving the content from inner to outer. I find in myself that I look to understand the sensation through insight and focusing my awareness. That may not help everyone immediately, but it is my most important tool. To deeply understand and track what the emotion, the rawness, the pain, the feeling, the sensation — what is it telling me, what is it about? When we can get to the tracking of the feeling and the source of it immediately, this reduces and resolves a huge percentage of the tension, pain or sensations that can lead up to even a full hundred percent emotional release. Through our insight, through our observation and awareness, through the open heart of compassionate witnessing, we can transform these emotions. And through the transformation of these raw emotions, we reclaim our spiritual power and it shifts us into the Light, illuminating that darkness, bringing a sensation of enlightenment, joy or even immediate happiness in the moment having released it. We transform these feelings when we experience them fully. And clearly this timeline is a very difficult one. And I can say I’ve been experiencing it fully and it’s not been pleasant. However, I know by bringing this from dark into light, from lies and deceptions into transparency and truth, we bring this into our present awareness and that emotion then has spiritual power for us. There is information, there is insight, there is knowledge, there is self-awareness, there is self-realization contained within it. And it is possible to process emotions and do this in a loving way towards ourselves, and towards others. Doing what we can to create that safe space for ourselves, taking care of our heart while we are processing extremely difficult raw emotions.

Observer and Present Moment Awareness. Get still, and create the conditions for a safe space to relax and breathe. Allow the raw feelings to surface and inquire on why they are there, ask for the lesson or skill that you need to achieve in mastering this emotion and its relationship to your higher purpose.

Manage Stress and Tension. Do not ignore tension or raw emotion when it arises. Take the time to intend to find out where the feelings are coming from and to resolve the built up tension. Find skills to manage your stress, and work these tools such as; meditation, breathing, music, massage, soaking in warm water, finding the best ways to relax your mind and body.

Compassionate Communication.

Our life is filled with the necessity of resolving an assortment of conflicts. Learn tips for improving Compassionate Communication skills in so that you can communicate much more effectively and easily, when addressing difficult situations and raw emotions. This includes one’s self talk, to speak lovingly and compassionately to ourselves.

Open Heartedness.

When we are open hearted, we are loving and kind, and we naturally grow empathy and compassion for ourselves and others. Remember that our heart is truly a sacred space, it is our direct connection with God Source. When we are in our heart, we can access truth much more easily, and retain our personal power even when navigating in difficult situations. True compassionate love naturally brings unity, which synthesizes polarities and genuinely resolves many conflicts much more easily.

May loving kindness overflow in your open heart,

Lisa

ALETHEIA LUNA: “The Dark Side of Spiritual Healing That No One Talks About”

Spiritual healing is generally considered to be something very positive.

I mean, what could be more uplifting than putting the two words “spiritual” and “healing” together? It’s like watching a puppy cuddle a kitten … or eating a triple-chocolate cake doused in melting caramel. It just feels wonderful and enchanting.

And don’t get me wrong. I love spiritual healing. I think it is absolutely essential on our inner journeys. In fact, if every single person in this world underwent spiritual healing, I think humanity and planet earth would be transformed forever. I believe that we could finally achieve the ideal of world peace.

But if you have been reading my work for a while, you’ll know that I’m not interested in focusing solely on the ‘love and light’ side of spirituality. I am a shadow worker. I love to plunge into the darkness and expose what is hidden. And today, we need to shine that torch on the dark side of spiritual healing.

But firstly …

What is Spiritual Healing?

Spiritual healing is the practice (and experience) of restoring, harmonizing and balancing our Spirit or Soul. There are many different approaches to spiritual healing. For example, some new age healing practitioners focus only on bringing balance to the etheric or non-physical energy field of the human body. Shamanic healers focus on restoring the soul and curing soul loss. And other holistic healers focus on unifying the body, heart, mind, and soul. Even psychologists and therapists are starting to incorporate spiritual healing into their work such as those operating in the depth and transpersonal fields of psychology.

Spiritual healing is also seen as a transcendental experience of reconnecting with our true nature. As author and teacher Shakti Gawain writes:

Spiritual healing occurs as we begin to consciously reconnect with our essential being — the wise, loving, powerful, creative entity that we are at our core.

The Dark Side of Spiritual Healing That No One Talks About

There’s a reason why no one talks about the dark side of spiritual healing. Number one, most people aren’t even aware that there’s a dark side. And if they are aware then number two: they are uncomfortable to face or confront it.

Here’s where I come in: your friendly neighborhood shadow worker. I will help to outline exactly how seeking for spiritual healing can be self-destructive and why. Sounds paradoxical, doesn’t it? Well here’s the thing, it is! Spiritual healing can feel like an enigma wrapped in a riddle, and I’ll explain why.

To be as short and succinct as possible, there are two dark twins of spiritual healing:

Spiritualized Resistance

The first dark twin is what I call spiritualized resistance.

What does spiritualized resistance mean? Basically, it means that sometimes we can use spiritual healing as an excuse to “get rid of” certain feelings, memories, and experiences that we’ve had.

What’s wrong with trying to banish or get rid of what we go through? It’s a form of resistance. And resistance leads to tremendous suffering. I’m talking anxiety, depression, anger, resentment, bitterness, the whole shebang.

I believe that everyone in the spiritual community needs to understand that trying to “heal” is not always about healing. In fact, often, healing is used as an excuse to deny, suppress, disown, or reject what we’re going through.

It is completely understandable to want to try and get rid of our suffering — particularly if we are exhausted and deeply wounded. But here’s the thing: desperately trying to heal can actually exacerbate your unhappiness and deepen your resistance to what’s happening, thereby preventing you from actually healing!

I will repeat that sentence again (read it slowly): desperately trying to heal can intensify your unhappiness and deepen your resistance to what’s happening, thereby preventing you from actually healing!

It is important for us to understand that true spiritual healing is about facing, acknowledging, exploring, and integrating what we are going through. It’s not about trying to escape our reality!

Dark Spiritual Teachers

The second dark twin is perpetrated by spiritual “healers” and practitioners who are aware — either on a conscious or unconscious level — of the first dark twin of spiritual healing. These teachers are aware of the addictive quality of the push-and-pull game of eternal self-improvement and they use it for their own self-gain.

I see this literally everywhere. It’s a sad thing to behold. It’s prevalent in people who believe they must pay big bucks to “manifest their desires,” keep their vibration high, and basically accumulate more and be more (as if who they are and what they have isn’t already enough). When does this getting and being more actually end? It’s an eternal cycle that leads to suffering.

Then, of course, you have the more sinister breed of spiritual teachers who appear divine and enlightened on the surface but are raging megalomaniacs underneath. A true spiritual teacher will always give your power back to you, but a false spiritual teacher will not only parade around wearing your codependency like a crown but will also actively encourage it. They will purport to have the power to “heal” all your issues and provide you with the “one true path” towards enlightenment, illumination, or Oneness. And if you believe them, you will be ensnared in a dangerous web of believing that someone outside of you can offer you salvation.

What is Authentic Spiritual Healing?

Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means the damage no longer controls our lives.

~Akshay Dubey

I hope that during the course of this article, I have communicated myself clearly. Spiritual healing itself isn’t to blame, it is our mental approach towards spiritual healing.

When spiritual healing is used as a way to avoid, deny, suppress, and disown our issues through “spiritualized resistance” we are abusing its potential. And when spiritual healing is used as a dangling carrot by unethical and unwise spiritual teachers, then it is being desecrated.

What is authentic spiritual healing? True spiritual healing is about facing, acknowledging, exploring, and integrating what we are going through. It’s not about trying to escape our reality! It’s really as simple as that.

Just think of it this way: if you had a blistering sore oozing blood and puss … would you really achieve much by covering your eyes and pretending to ignore it? No. The pain and infection would still be there. Would you really heal by pretending the sore wasn’t yours or by making it someone else’s responsibility to look after? No. You’d still carry that sore with you everywhere. It wouldn’t go away any time soon. The only way to heal that blistering sore is to face it, accept it, and find ways of alleviating your suffering — not as a way of trying to escape your reality — but as a form of self-love. This, to me, is true spiritual healing.

So when it comes to spiritual healing, please be mindful of these traps and practice healthy caution. Critical thinking skills and radical self-honesty are so vital in this day and age.

I’ve been guilty of using spiritual healing as a way to try and escape my suffering before. As a person who has wrestled with anxiety for years, I have often fallen into the trap of trying to spiritually bypass my suffering through fluffy feel-good thinking or methods that promise to instantly “get rid” of anxiety. It doesn’t work. Trying to put a band-aid on a festering sore will only make it worse. Resisting your reality, even in a “spiritual” way, will only serve to deepen your suffering. The only way out is through. You need to go to the core and roots of your issues in order to heal them.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Are You Suffering From Post-Narcissist Stress Disorder?”

Ascension Avatar note: This brought a chuckle, but I suppose it would be no laughing matter for those who have experienced it (I’ve always kept narcissists out of my life…).

.   .   .

Post Narcissist Stress Disorder or PSND affects those who have just managed to extricate themselves from a relationship with a narcissist. It is very much like PTSD.

PSND can be easily triggered by even the smallest thing the sufferer associates with the narcissist, be it a familiar smell or sound or taste.

Three major symptoms of PNSD:

1. Intrusive memories of the narcissist

Sometimes people suffering from PNSD are unexpectedly faced with triggers that send them into a nightmarish flashback about some incident with the narcissist.

They being to relive painful moments that involve narcissistic rage and other traumatic memories without being able to stop themselves.

Sometimes they begin to doubt their own sanity. Long periods of abuse may have conditioned them into believing that they are lacking in something.

They suffer nightmares and often have difficulty rebuilding their confidence in themselves.

2. Avoidance and emotional numbing

If you’re suffering from PNSD, you might begin to actively keep away from society and the things you once loved to do.

You’ll try your best to not dwell on the narcissist who hurt you. You’ll begin to feel like your mind is numb to all emotions.

Some try to overcome their issues by overusing recreational drugs or sedatives. Others might repress bad memories and have trouble focusing on even the simplest day to day tasks.

Forming new emotional connections will be hard and you might prefer to just hide yourself away from the world.

3. Anxiety and increased emotional volatility

Sufferers become very volatile and are prone to fits of irritability and rage while at the same time suffering from overpowering guilt which they try to hide.

Some may gaslight themselves (i.e., they begin to question every little action and memory and somehow bring all the blame onto themselves).

Insomnia, hyperventilation, hypervigilance, paranoia and distrust are also common symptoms.

ALLISON ENGEL: “The Psychopath Archetype”

Generally speaking, when we think in terms of psychopathy, we think serial killers and a few names come to mind; Manson, Gein, Dahmer and so on and so forth.  What if the behavioral mechanism that constitutes these extreme behavior patterns weren’t that far from home?

In the archetypal suite, there is a fine line between spirituality and psychosis, a fine line between genius and madness.  We walk this line every day in our waking life.

  • Is there a torture chamber within the recesses of your subliminal reality?

  • Are you trying to escape a certain set of rules or trauma?

It is quite possible that obeying the rules of society is harder because of the anima/animus within your own psyche.

Anima/Animus possession will cause a neurotic, often narcissistic/egoic and predatory behavior in seemingly every day people.  It is the energetic imprint of trauma.  We know that trauma begets trauma, but what is the correlation and the energetic exchange between authority/aggressor/perpetrator/narcissistic parent and the child/victim/abuse?  It is the fact that these worlds actually collide.

The child/victim archetype merges with the perpetrator/predator and it fractalizes behavioral elements due to the loss of innocence and imprint of paralyses, shock, and horror.

  • Is it helpful to be shocked and disgusted by others or world events?
  • Does it separate you into a class of world citizens that are not also able to shock and disgust others with your beliefs?
  • How do you become a victim by being challenged into cognitive dissonance and by new thought processes or concepts?

Your shadow is trained to stay resilient by focusing and reminding you that the problem is out there and not within.

  • Is it more painful to be you than you would like to admit?
  • Is there still a traumatic imprint that hasn’t been healed from yet?
  • Is shying away from this archetype helping your hard-drive function or is it continuing to affect you and others in your experience?

This pressure cooker will continue to steam if we are not able to separate the facts from fiction in our waking life.  This serves as an analgesic and an escape route into the other realms.  When we experience anima/animus possession there is a voice in our head reminding us that we are never going to approximate to anything and at the same time augments into specialness or righteousness.  It is the ultimate bi-polar regimen.

The child is covering over its impermeable and nihilistic and confused frustrations with efforts to self-aggrandize and hold onto a layer of unneeded and unending suffering.  It is very much there to rob the individual of its accomplishments and of the present moment.  This is very much the issue with people who just can’t seem to get it together.

There is a need to separate the anima/animus from the shadow.

  • What do you believe about others in your experience?
  • Are they being de-humanized by your belief systems in your fragmented archetypes?

There will continue to be whispers of specialness with the savior archetype attached to the idea that the rules simply don’t apply.  There is a lack of linear time awareness and thus the regression into opposing archetypes happens quickly and like a landslide.

Due to the temporal deficit, the child is only able to micromanage other’s causes and effects and blame the institutions and parents, siblings.  Once the parents, the government, or institutions are fixed, then the child or self will be okay.  Unopposed this creates an unwillingness to conform.  Then it landslides back into the recesses of the unconscious to continue to blame and shame others.  There is any underlying need to fit in and an inability to accept rules.

There is a ghost in the archetypal suite that forms the base layers of consciousness that drives the ego.  The ego is not fully formed though, as it wears a narcissistic mask to hide the monstrous and tiny incoherent self.  The only way to stop this is to call out the shadow and at the same time observe the anima/animus and its effects.  The key here is to see the dark and the light attributes in both the father and the mother and coherently structure a self between the two perceptions of evil and divine in both.  When we are unable to see these distortions in our “selves”, we continue to project and augment others and the world strategy.

We continue to battle light and dark as if the human psyche within is not both capable of war and love.  Once these two concepts are de-fragmented, the light joins the shadow and it then can empower the individuation instead of the person’s power continuing to be withheld and outside of itself.

The psychopath archetype is an imprint of formidable psychosis that suggests that fear will best train and control the masses.  Just turn on the news and see if this energy resonates within your structure.  Are you either obsessed with listening or looking into the fear programs or is there a fear of hearing people with other ideas speaking?  Mass media has become a church that is subdivided in what will illicit and entice and what is safe and marks fervent debauchery.  How is this actually your own inability to be challenged or communicate effectively?  Are you not being heard and can you actually hear others?  Logic is not communicated easily when all affronts are up and ready for combat.  You can’t hear clarity if you have to protect a small self from identification with static ideas that serve nothing but self-gratification.

  • Is fear constituting your bandwidth on either side of this polarity?
  • Would you be able to be challenged outside of your comfort zone to see that psychopathy is leading and is possibly innate within each other’s own consciousness?
  • Would you be able to question the concept of sanity/insanity within authority or are you still subdivided within your own unconscious parts that store this energetic signature?

War is not love.  Murder is not a blessing in disguise.  Torture is not something to be shared on Facebook.  What is it in you that is so fragmented that sees brutality and thinks it is needed?  Delineation is hard when the formatted hard drive wasn’t in linear fashion.  This is anima/animus possession and is part of the loss of time constructs in the psyche. It is not readily talked about but can be seen as projected matter into the ideation of others.

Inconsistencies then rear their ugly head within the psyche until the archetypes are seen and heard and healed.

The archetypes are all polarized and have been for centuries.

Are you ready to fight the war within your own consciousness to battle directly and lovingly the consciousness of others?

LISA RENEE (Energetic Synthesis): “Psycho-Emotional Healing”

6starlace

“Psycho-emotional trauma can result from many common occurrences that are sudden and shocking to a person, who as a result of this occurrence, undergo a life alteration that dismantles the relationships and social structures that person relied upon to reinforce their sense of identity.  When we lose reinforcements to our sense of identity, or we lose reinforcement to our sense of belonging to a group or belief system, our ego-personality feels threatened and even depressed.  When we lose reinforcement to our ego-personality, we undergo stages of dismantling the personality, thus, we may feel a range of potential layers of emotional trauma surfacing.  Traumatizing events can take a serious toll on people even if there was not any kind of physical injury, there can be a psychological and emotional injury that impacts the pain body.  It is very common for people to have psychological or emotional injury stemming from early childhood that was never addressed.  When the ego begins to unravel, this previous pain that was covered up by the ego starts to be more deeply felt and experienced.  Events in the environment may trigger this deeply emotional pain from in the past, or that was buried in the subconscious mind, and people feel that pain heightened by external events that can trigger these old wounds.”

~Lisa Renee

It is only possible to engage with psycho-emotional healing once we have achieved greater levels of self-awareness, which is the fruit of dedicated self-inquiry. The process of becoming aware of our emotional triggers and sourcing the real cause of emotional pain is made through self-observation and increased self-awareness. Through dedicated observation of the self and gradually discerning between these functioning aspects of the mind, one can attain the direct experience of the consciousness they are. The still point of which this consciousness connects into the parts of our mind is that which forms all of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences that direct us through life. Through observation and self-inquiry, we become aware of the contents of our psychological and emotional patterns of behavior.

Psycho-emotional is to describe any kind of psychological interaction one may have with their inner feelings or expressed emotions. Most people will experience a quality of feeling emotions that are first generated from the quality of their thoughts. The context and value of those thoughts are held in the person’s belief system and dictate the quality of emotion and behavior that is expressed. So it is important to be aware of what kind of emotions we feel when we are thinking a certain thought or connecting to a certain event or person. After we are able to witness the psychological interplay with our emotional relationship to any kind of internal or external stimulus, then we begin to see the connections that are made between our thoughts and feelings. This allows us to gain the next stage of self-awareness which is to then source the thought and decide what value or context we want to assign to it. This is what underlies our belief systems and is responsible for our inner motivation that shapes our outer behavior and actions.

When we develop and improve our psycho-emotional awareness through observation, we are capable of making changes to our mental state and unconscious mind at the same time we are observing it. Changes to our mental state and inner thoughts impact our outward behavior and our physical actions. This shifts how we respond to our environment and how we interact within every relationship and social setting.

Now imagine that you are feeling a range of emotions with no sense of their origin, and that you are not sure what thoughts these emotional sensations are actually sourcing from. Spontaneously, there are feeling-emotions arising in your body and they may overcome your awareness, so that you pay close attention to them. Sometimes, this can feel like a wave of emotion that came out of nowhere and filled your body with a certain sensation. These are days when we may wake up from bed feeling sad or heavy or feeling light and happy with no direct reason. When we are more developed with emotional sensing, we can easily identify our feelings in the moment, we can sense the energy behind words and we can sense the feeling emotions of others. Such as sensing negative emotions in ourselves and other people with a feeling of sharpness, heavy-density, drudgery, broken glass, slime, or weaponry. Or sensing positive emotions in ourselves and others may feel buoyant, easy, relaxed, flowing, expansive and harmonious. These emotional animations can be sensed in the body from the instinctual mind also known as the Pain Body, or we can experience higher emotions that may be sensed from within the heart center.

Many times, we are sensing the collective consciousness emotional body of the human race or we may be sensing the larger movements and transitions that are occurring to the planetary body during the ascension cycle. Further still, sometimes we may be receiving mind control transmissions that are broadcast into the ELF airwaves, from many different technological devices and the mainstream media. The body will automatically react to these electromagnetic currents of neurological mind control or sense the changes occurring to the magnetic movement of the earth body, even when there is no conscious thought-form present. Many people on the earth at this time have trouble expressing what they are actually feeling inside their body. Try to give words to what you are feeling and sensing even if it does not make sense to your logical mind, bring the feeling into a symbol you can work with to identify what it is. Once we are able to develop deeper awareness of what kind of sensation we are feeling inside our body, and ask to track where these thoughts and feelings are actually sourcing from, they become much easier to identify.  Once they are identified, we can choose to remove and repair them, clear them from impacting our body and consciousness negatively. We are unable to clear collective consciousness negativity or planetary mind control transmissions, until we can discern what it is and can assign a quality of feeling or identify the energy vibration that our body is picking up. Currently, there is a lot of emotional trauma surfacing in the collective consciousness body of humanity and the earth, and many people are picking up that trauma and feeling it personally.

Psycho-emotional trauma can result from many common occurrences that are sudden and shocking to a person, who as a result of this occurrence, undergo a life alteration that dismantles the relationships and social structures that person relied upon to reinforce their sense of identity. Events in the environment may trigger this deeply emotional pain from in the past, or that was buried in the subconscious mind, and people feel that pain heightened by external events that can trigger these old wounds.

Psycho-emotional trauma has common elements that impact people.

  • The occurrence or event was totally unexpected accompanied with sudden or shocking realizations.
  • The person was not prepared for what happened, nor prepared to deal with the result or the aftermath of trauma crisis.
  • The person felt powerless and there was nothing that person could do to prevent the event from happening.

It is not the occurrence or event that necessarily generates the psychological-emotional trauma, it is the person’s unique experience of the event that determines if it was traumatic or not. Each person may process the event in a unique way that is specific to them, even when its connected to a collective trauma or larger planetary event.  Traumatizing events can take a serious emotional toll on those involved, even if the event did not cause physical damage. Traumatic events can change the functioning and structure of the brain, which impair the brain’s bio-neurological processing. Many common problems that impact the brain chemistry and function is directly related to unresolved and unhealed psychological-emotional trauma that has produced post-traumatic stress conditions in that person. Early life trauma, childhood trauma creates the life conditions for setting up vulnerability for that person to continue to experience future traumatic responses.

What are the possible effects of emotional trauma?

Even when unrecognized, emotional trauma can create lasting difficulties in an individual’s life. One way to determine whether an emotional or psychological trauma has occurred, perhaps even early in life before language or conscious awareness were in place, is to look at the kinds of recurring problems one might be experiencing. These can serve as clues to an earlier situation that caused a dysregulation in the structure or function of the brain. We can observe many of these symptoms occurring to people around us, that are unaware that the planet is undergoing a shift in consciousness which requires the dismantling of the ego-personality programs that are running reptilian hive mind or fear and trauma programming.

Common personal and behavioral effects of emotional trauma:

• substance abuse

• compulsive behavior patterns

• self-destructive and impulsive behavior

• uncontrollable reactive thoughts

• inability to make healthy professional or lifestyle choices

• dissociative symptoms (“splitting off” parts of the self)

• feelings of ineffectiveness, shame, despair, hopelessness

• feeling permanently damaged

• a loss of previously sustained beliefs

Common effects of emotional trauma on interpersonal relationships:

• inability to maintain close relationships or choose appropriate friends and mates

• sexual problems

• hostility

• arguments with family members, employers or co-workers

• social withdrawal

• feeling constantly threatened

How is emotional trauma treated?

To overcome emotional triggering and the replaying of trauma patterns, it is necessary to discharge, disable, and eliminate negative internal thoughtforms and prevent new ones from forming. There are ways of healing emotional wounds and getting rid of self-defeating subconscious mind programming that generate negative internal thoughtforms. While methods vary in complexity and efficiency, the basic idea comes down to finding an internal thought form, and discharging the emotional content  by consciously replaying the associated false perceptions and emotions, and realizing that the perceptions were false, and replacing them with a new realization that is closer to the truth. Find the false perception or fear, discharge the narrative and emotion associated, and replace with a positive and loving thought form and emotion. Preventing negative internal thoughtforms from accumulating is a matter of changing and transforming any negative emotional energy that is being accumulated, as you observe the process as it happens through self-awareness.

Prayer and meditation connect us to higher intelligence and have positive impacts on calming our mind and clearing negative emotions. Prayer focuses on positive emotions like love, gratitude and compassion, which allow goodness in our lives and the lives of those we pray for. Meditation reduces anxiety, stress, and depression, which helps us to find and connect to peaceful states. Being mindful improves our mental flexibility, brain elasticity and keeps neurons active, while helping to keep the brain activity more balanced. Spiritually centering ourselves on peace, prayer and contemplation of God  and the Universe, helps us maintain our trust in life, faith, and relaxes every part of the body, mind and spirit.

What is most important now is to relax the body and mind through daily meditation, and to clear negative ego, emotional pain, and stay calm and neutral. Pure alchemy exists within the energetic balance of the core spiritual essence within the natural state of the divine being. Ask God or your highest expression in God to help heal emotional trauma in your pain body and to show you the best way to heal emotional trauma. To connect with inner spiritual alchemy, one must extract the artificial machinery influences and intentionally remove the Houses of Ego (reptilian or predator mind) that may have been programmed within the self. As we are opening into states of accessing higher consciousness, consider to conceive of Unity consciousness through meditation by expansion of space and intending to connect within infinity in time.

In meditation we may focus upon:

•Perpetual presence in all Time and Space. Timeless.

•Perpetual Presence in dreaming and waking states combining into Oneness.

•In accessing memory of perpetual presence, or timelessness, all dread vanishes.

•Attempt to reach neutrality in mind towards all existing things. (Neutrality is neither love, hate nor indifference).

•Hold mentally the capacity of sameness, equilibrium and constant calm and peace.

•This discipline attracts and increases the virtues of The Spirits of Christ. This acquires the virtue of Benevolence towards all things.

•Seek improvement in one’s humanity and spiritual expression without praise or blame, or needing emotional dramas of the Victim-Victimizer archetypes.

Additionally, there are many traditional approaches to treating psychological-emotional trauma that include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) . CBT is intentionally changing one’s thoughts and actions and the systematic desensitization to reduce reactivity to a traumatic stressor. People learn to respond to stressors, rather than react impulsively to previous patterns of emotional triggers.

Recent developments in the treatment of emotional trauma include effective forms of psychotherapy and somatic (body) therapies that were developed with new brain science information in mind. Although often intensely interpersonal, these therapies are also psychological and neurological in their focus and application and may be helpful for certain groups of people. This group of therapies relies on innate instinctual resources, rather than medications, to bring about healing. They differ in some ways, but the one thing they have in common is combining talk therapy while simultaneously having a focus on the body. As with any therapy, but especially due to the intensity of the emotions involved, it is important to find a therapist with whom one feels trust, rapport and a strong bond. They include:

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT). It is best known through Gary Craig’s EFT Handbook, published in the late 1990s, and related books and workshops by a variety of teachers. EFT and similar techniques are often discussed under the umbrella term “energy psychology”.

Eye Movement Desensitization/Reprocessing (EMDR) was developed by psychologist, Francine Shapiro, after she noticed her own stress reactions diminishing when her eyes swept back and forth as she walked through a park. It is conducted by licensed mental health professionals who have taken specific training in this complex approach. It combines elements of a range of therapeutic approaches with eye movements or other forms of rhythmical stimulation, such as hand taps or sounds. Theories as to why EMDR is effective are still evolving. Some speculate that the rapid unique therapeutic element of EMDR, the eye movements or other rhythmical stimulation may help the brain access and process traumatic material.

Somatic Psychotherapies – The term somatic, coined by Tomas Hanna, means mind/body or more precisely brain/body. The idea is that to change the body, we have to engage the brain and change the brain, not only how we think and feel, but also the neurological connections themselves. The body, its sensations, and direct sensory experience are referenced throughout the therapeutic process. Somatic therapies include:

Somatic Experiencing: developed by Peter Levine, this approach evolved in part from observations of how animals literally “shake off” traumatic experiences, allowing the body to process stress chemicals completely until they return to normal levels. The SE therapist may be a licensed professional or unlicensed but with some mental health training. All SE therapists complete an extensive training program, in which they learn to observe the body, facial expressions and gestures carefully and to help the person “thaw” a response that was “frozen” in a traumatic situation (illustration: the person might be observed to make short gestures that almost appear to be a pushing motion, but that stop abruptly, the therapist might have the person complete the gesture in full, and notice how the body’s tension level changes).

Hakomi Method: originated by Ron Kurtz, this system is based on five therapeutic principles – Mindfulness, Organicity, Non-Violence, the Mind-Body Connection, and Unity. It is a body-centered approach for which, in part, the therapist helps the client experiment with small changes in gesture or other movements, to see what differences occur in the processing of emotionally charged content (illustration: the person might be observed to always make a certain gesture or have a certain posture when talking about the attacker – the therapist might suggest the gesture or posture be changed to a different one as an experiment, and then to notice the changes in feelings or thoughts).

This is the time to take an active role in healing ourselves, healing our lives. When we can identify our emotional pain and are willing to take steps to heal our emotions, we empower ourselves in taking steps that lead us to spiritual freedom. May love, peace and spiritual strength bless you.
