There are lessons in everything. Everything.

Many feel that learning is only for school, hobbies or work and end up completely missing the vast wealth of information readily available to them through simple observation through a few critical lenses.

If we recognize this one simple fact, the path into enlightenment and flow becomes much easier to intuit: As you move towards your end goal, be that internal or external, whatever you are carrying that is keeping you from that result will show itself as an obstacle or an emotion getting in the way.

Many see this as, “Everytime I try to achieve or do _____________ , then I always end up experiencing _____________ . It never works out the way I intend.”

Instead of fighting for the end goal, simply shift the perspective into what is floating up to the surface as an obstacle.

Is it an emotion? Is it a specific person or people? Is it an internal trend? Is it a negative or doubtful perspective?

What is keeping you from achieving or feeling what you truly wish? In order to achieve the end result, attention must be brought into the blockage and space for transmutation must be held in order to truly release the pattern from your genetic, energetic field, mental awareness and muscle memory.

Even in the darkest of times, there are always lessons, even if that lesson is as simple as you now have a concrete example of what you will never create in your life again.

Keeping a space of your consciousness observing and watching your thoughts and feelings as you move through interactions, situations and reality will show so many aspects of understanding, so many lessons in reality, that decoding these lessons will become automatic.

Instead of failing, you will step into learning, because there is only one path in Mastery. Either succeeding, or learning. Failure becomes a tool of the dark ages, relegated into the dustbins of antiquity where it belongs.

Basically, as you purge toxins from the body, whether they be physical toxins, emotional stagnancy, trauma or dead chi, you will often times feel the effect of the toxin being released.

Many recognize as they achieve a higher level of vibrational frequency that often times they begin to notice body pain, emotional instability and discomfort.

Often times, they call these discomforts “Ascension Symptoms”.

There is quite a bit of information behind “high vibration” and “low vibration” that needs to be understood in order to recognize how this energy works, but more importantly, what we can do to make “Ascension Symptoms” disappear. It feels painful, tense, anxious or just plain heavy, like a piece of you is suddenly 4x heavier than the rest of you.

Trauma cannot exist in a light, joyous, open and free flowing system. A decent example would be rocks in the ocean, eventually they are broken down into sand. As the body’s frequency skyrockets, all heavy things stuck in that system force their way out almost as if in response to a Cosmic gravity.

Anything holding tension is forced to stretch without warning as it violently purges. Think along the lines of a muscle stretched to is breaking point without warming it up beforehand.

This can be traumatic in and of itself, yet the same process with a gently warmed up muscle, exercised and stretched, can bring life changing results as the trauma has a pathway of relaxation to flush through.

In order to make “Ascension Symptoms” a term of the past, we need to take the proactive role in our ascension. We cannot wait for that burst of epiphany and connection that spontaneously raises our conscious frequency. We have to go about consciously creating this.

We have to go about consciously flushing the trauma, ancestral programs and rotten energy in a safe, purposeful way. The wild bursts of conscious awareness will still occur, but instead of it being centered on releasing all the density you cannot take with you to the next level, you will be able to explore the new range of awareness the way it is meant to be explored.

When we look at the skills and abilities demonstrated by men and women further along the path of awakening than we are, often times we see the ability as the end goal…the prize at the end of the path.

What if I told you that these are nothing more than symptoms of an expanded awareness? What if these abilities are nothing more than a Soul filling its Temple like water filling a vessel?

As the Soul grows into more embodied awareness (Soul consciousness in logical connection to the brain) as the individual progresses in the awakening path, it is able to interact on the spirit level in a much deeper synergy to physical reality.

The Soul is the construct of reality. As it becomes stronger inside of physical reality, opinion, feeling, intention and activation of focus sway reality on a physical level as it echoes through the embodied soul.

These super cool abilities are nothing more than symptoms of the consciousness growing fully into the Temple of the body.

The more we grow our passions, follow our excitement, cleanse our Shadows, practice empathy and compassion, create and shine energies of light, forgive ourselves and those around us, evolve, grow and love, the more we embody the Soul level.

The more we embody the Soul level, the stronger our Soul exists inside of the bioelectric field of the nervous system, shifting the atomic structure of reality as we pass through it.

The first stage of effectively building Personal Integrity is to perform an accurate assessment of the areas in your character that were weakened when you met strong resistance. We are all tested by life circumstances when we are confronted with something challenging and the situation really knocked us over and we crumbled.

When our character is weak, we can be easily emotionally manipulated and controlled. However, these events are great opportunities to learn life lessons and serve to inform us of what we must strengthen inside ourselves. Recovering our core, being authentic and living in Personal Integrity is similar to the concept of inspecting a building for its structural integrity. Our spiritual house is made strong and filled with inner light, when we direct our focus and attention to developing inner and outer personal integrity. Without strong personal integrity, like a building without structural integrity, we physically collapse and morally decay, because we are unable to withstand the pressure of the forces that create impact upon our lives.

  • Are you able to maintain integrity while withstanding the pressure of enduring personal challenges or spiritual crisis?
  • How well do you cope with stress?
  • How well can you refocus back into relaxation and neutrality?

Track yourself in how well you do in crisis moments or challenges, observing if can you stay in your core and withstand the impact.

The Negative Ego destroys integrity period. Thus working towards clearing the inferior and superior vacillating thought forms of negative ego, is the key to restoring balance. Generally the negative ego needs to feel it has approval from others, and Self Esteem is hinged upon other people’s opinions and judgments. This is very unhealthy and can be toxic for all involved. No person can lead themselves and purposefully direct their life if they are afraid of others judging them. If your self-worth falls into how others perceive you, it is important to change that perception immediately and unconditionally provide self-love and self-acceptance. Your basic human right is to be who you are, so let yourself be unapologetically real.

Be aware when you are hiding things or sweeping them under the rug from fear, like buried secrets, or asking people to keep secrets. This also feeds the Roots of Dishonesty and Triangulation. Upon getting more comfortable with being transparent and honest, it evolves over time and becomes more important that you tend to not hide things from others, as you may be hiding from the truth that needs to be surfaced. Truth is truth, and it stands through the test of time. Maintaining appropriate boundaries is important, yet at the same time in finding balance with living more transparently, stop judging yourself and others, and make the effort to build a stronger character with personal integrity. Personal Integrity gives you the inner strength to tell it like it is, there is no need to hide anything, when it is what it is. Truth is truth, when it’s expressed honestly and authentically.

How many times in social situations do you compromise your values or go along with something that feels bad? When we compromise ourselves too much and bend to other peoples will, this is not healthy for us and erodes integrity. When we commit to be of service to others it does not mean we repeatedly compromise our values, beliefs or integrity to do what the other person wants us to do. To be effective with managing our personal energies, we must be responsible for directing our energies, time and effort into the things that feel meaningful for us and reflect our personal values. This is important not only for building personal integrity, but in developing the self-leadership skills required to claim Self-Ownership.

Erosion of Integrity

The 3D Mind Control set up is purposed to intentionally destroy the Coherence and stability within sets of normative values that both define and model standards of behavior throughout human civilization. Through the mass promotion of the anti-human value systems, it destroys integrity and trust within the fabric of society, and directly erodes the development of Personal Integrity.

By consistently using Dehumanization tactics to invalidate the vital need for creating truly functioning and equitable humanitarian based value systems throughout society, this anti-human agenda successfully erodes the majority of an individual’s Personal Integrity. The psychopathic Corporatocracy running global society tells us that wealth and power are made King of the Throne, sitting in absolute power over any matter that is governed by Rule of Law. Human slavery is essentially made meaningless to our societal value system when there is no meaning or value given to life. As a result the tyrants stay in power and gross profits continue to be made on human misery.

The Controller Pillars of Society demonstrate recurrent victimization of those individuals that speak transparently and truthfully to the public, in order to condition persecution of any coherent value system that is deeply connected to maintaining one’s personal integrity. The Controllers do not want to produce people with genuine Personal Integrity that follow a coherent value system that promotes strong Self Esteem and self-responsibility, a person that lives by what they believe in and won’t compromise their integrity.

The psychological warfare approach of divide and conquer tactics used by the NAA to condition anti-human values and erode integrity in the masses is called the Archontic Deception Strategy. The Archontic Deception Strategy is used to socially engineer the death culture, a culture of fear, dishonesty and deception. This is achieved through Pavlovian mind control conditioning that adopts extremely self-destructive behaviors as the standard model to guide human behavior. Through conditioning these same behaviors repeatedly in mass media to manufacture Social Norms, it has produced a population of people that commonly display these negative ego qualities of fear, dishonesty and deception as an acceptable value system that guides their deepest motivations and interactions. People without a value system of personal integrity are easily corrupted and manipulated by mass mind control, producing unstable, erratic and destructive behaviors.

Real Embodiment only happens when the higher consciousness bodies are able to come into the physical realm, which means to fully align, embody and seat within the physical body itself. Currently, the structural changes as a result of the bifurcation within the past, present and future planetary realms, impacts all human beings towards greater embodiment levels of their soul, monadic and higher spiritual layers.

Embodiment is about becoming more conscious and aware about our body and mind, and how they really function together in direct partnership with our consciousness access level. As we ascend, we are becoming more self-aware in a first-person experience that is recognizing more of what is actually happening within our body and mind, at the same time we are traveling within a group consciousness experience. Through dedicated self-observation we can pay attention to many different layers of consciousness patterns, reactions and stimulus that are occurring simultaneously and extend throughout the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual bodies. The earlier stages of authentic embodiment levels are dependent on developing self-awareness, as the more deeply we know ourselves, and we know our body and how its functions, the deeper we can go into the spiritual embodiment stages. If we do not observe our deepest motivations, self-talk and pay attention to our bodily reactions, we cannot truly know ourselves and this generates inner disconnection that blocks the integrative embodiment process.

Embodiment begins to happen within the consciousness layers as one becomes more self-aware of what the body is doing during a variety of different contexts that we encounter in life. These are the situations, experiences, relationships, our memories and history, the social and cultural lenses that we filter through our personality to make sense of the world. Through all of these layers of context that we are exposed, we have many memories and beliefs recorded in our physical body and nervous system from the experiences that come with those sensations and feelings, that are all interconnected.

Thus Embodiment goes hand in hand with dedicated self-awareness and by making the commitment to be in the observer consciousness, to watch and listen to our body and mind by paying attention to exactly what it is doing and feeling in the moment to moment. We learn that the mind’s contents and beliefs will reflect in our unconscious or automatic reactions to any external stimulus, and thus we observe these reactions, because we want to know ourselves more deeply in order to be free of unconscious blockages that thwart embodiment.

The first stage of authentic embodiment begins with moments of saturating concentrated focus upon the present moment awareness of the body’s sensations, whereby recognizing the body’s language, feelings and reactions are the sum reflection of the buried contents of the mind. Automatic reactions in our body can notify us of deeper context and belief that are carried within some area of the mind and this content takes shape within the form of the body’s posture, gestures or movements in some way. Most people are disconnected from the unified relationship that exists between their body and the layers of their mind, and so cultivating deeper awareness of the body’s sensations and movements, while noting complex deeper feelings that arise is important in developing self-awareness, as well as progressing into the stages of the higher embodiment process.

When we cultivate body awareness in this way, it allows us to make positive growth changes in ourselves, because from observation, we have become aware of what we needed to change to become healthier or more balanced. It is nearly impossible to make positive changes in our lives when we are not aware of the changes we need to make, because we are unconscious of the areas that need improvement. If a person has little body awareness, combined with little self-awareness of the consequences of their thoughts and actions, they generally remain unconscious to what they need to do in order to free themselves from pain or to better help themselves.

Consequently, developing self-awareness in the present moment by paying attention to the body is the key to making positive changes within ourselves that can ripple positive impacts, that greatly improve the quality of our lives. As we have more present moment body awareness we start to experience the physical body we inhabit, knowing that it is the vehicle for our mind, consciousness and spirit to express through in order to travel through time. Everything we experience has greater purpose for lessons and gaining knowledge about the inner spirit traveling in the material world. As we start to experience this inner knowing as a reality in our day to day life, we become more embodied, connecting with higher aspects that find expression through us that expand our consciousness. We are continually growing by learning more about ourselves and embracing change in the process of being more deeply authentic.

  • Embodiment means to feel how it feels to be in your body and to be conscious of those feelings, paying attention to recurring patterns that may be disempowering and limiting. Only when we can see these patterns and how they influence us, we can change them.
  • Dedicate to explore improved body awareness through observation of sensations, feelings and experiences that are happening in your body moment to moment.
  • Pay attention to impressions that you feel in bodily movements and reactions, where does your body hold stress and constrict? Where in your body do you feel more relaxed and open? What can you do to more deeply connect with your bodily awareness?
  • Slow down and find ways to move your body that feels positive and joyful, such as dancing, swimming, deep breathing, connecting with nature and allowing something harmless to feel pleasurable and be enjoyable.
  • Practice and explore what it means to be embodied by being authentic and true to your experience in any context that you may find yourself. Your experiences are valid and important in the authentic embodiment process. When we deny feelings and experiences we’ve had, we deny the truth, which blocks embodiment.
  • Make the commitment to become fully embodied by being as authentic and truthful as you can be in all circumstances. As you grow and change, your version of authentic expression will also continue to grow and change. Accept change as necessary for continual authentic embodiment.
  • Disregard labels of acceptable or nonacceptable themes that describe terms that are spiritual, conscious or awakened, in the positive or negative. Instead focus fully on really what you are feeling in the moment and finding the most authentic and compassionate expression for it.
  • Pay attention to your reactions in your body as they reveal places where you still may be hiding something from yourself and others because you are afraid. Be willing to face what it is that you may be hiding and attempt to describe it so you can learn to overcome the fear that feeds it.
  • When people in our life such as friends or family members are relating to us in past images or inauthentic ways, gently invite them to know the real you, share something that is your authentic self and then ask them to be real with you. In the embodiment process, we want to relate with others who also value authenticity and support this path along with us.
  • Participate in body awareness centered activities. Research therapies and educational material online that may be highly supportive now. Find areas that interest you, such as body work, fascial and tissue release, somatic therapy, methods that focus on embodying presently through grounding, breathing, posture, perceptual awareness, hydrotherapy, neutral mind and meditation.

When we allow ourselves to be totally honest with how we are feeling in our body, we can be present to the embodiment process and then we can start to observe those places that need our love and attention, so they can heal and recover. The body informs us when something is not healthy and that something in our body or life needs to change in order to rebalance and heal. Thus we need to learn to love and connect into our body while listening to the body’s messages, tuning into what the body needs to keep us balanced, healthy and embodied.
