Dear Ascending Family,

The outer chaos is slowly escalating into the next stages of revealing more pieces of the collective trigger event. Yet for many of us that have been observing the controller agenda unfold and watch its narrative slowly dismantle, the psychological and emotional pressure for those awake to these events has been incredibly intense and sometimes overwhelming. The mainstreaming of satanism as a social engineering agenda has wreaked havoc on the minds of many people, young or old have been gravely impacted by the military grade propaganda and trauma based mind control transmissions, which will take years to deprogram from even when the truth and clear evidence of the lies are laid out in front of them.

The goal of the Controllers always has been to steep humanity in an environment of ongoing lies and massively complex deceptions. The seed of satanism is lies, in which we can never achieve deep spiritual healing while swimming in those lies. When we knowingly commit acts of deception or we repeat the lies of the mainstream mind control, it erodes our personal and energetic integrity and as the result, our self-esteem plummets. It is important to realize that if we live in the lie, and we are complicit in perpetrating that lie because of cognitive dissonance or somehow we tell ourselves that it is all going to be temporary, our sense of self-worth is greatly damaged. This is the general strategy of the anti-human controllers, for they know if we live in lies, if we tell their lies and believe in their deceptions, our subconscious mind will take in those lies as a harmful vibration. Even when we are not fully conscious of that fact or the individual is not fully aware that they are being used to tell lies to other people based on something they have been told by others, our self-esteem and sense of self-worth can be destroyed deeply within our psyche.

Please remember that to help raise your personal self-esteem and hold genuine self-love and personal value connected to your core soul self, you must do your best to live authentically and truthfully, to be true to yourself. Seek truth in all things, and do your best to endure the feelings of discomfort when in the presence of unpleasant truths. Learn to tell the difference between the energies of lies and deceptions and the higher frequencies of truth telling. When possible, tell the truth that you know from within your heart as kindly and compassionately as you can, in order to be a guide for others and as an living example that holds value in seeking the truth within all things. This will internally strengthen you in every way.  

This year, many of you will be called upon to stand up and tell the truth that you know, and this will help guide others through the horrors of awakening to the mainstream deceptions and the crimes perpetrated against humanity, as most everything we have been told as the controlled narrative has been deliberate lies to weaken us, divide us and condition us into slaves.

Thus, during this phase it is suggested to reflect on personal self-worth and self-esteem, and to be honest with clearing out destructive ways by taking an inventory of those ways you can be more loving, kind and healthy to yourself. You will need this nourishment to build spiritual strength as in the coming months, the psychological and emotional pressures will shift away from you and onto those newly waking up to the horrible lies that they were told. Those newly awakening will begin to see the painful destruction that these lies have had on innocent lives, those that have been maimed, injured and killed by those they trusted as an authority or expert. Stand in your neutral core, hold the line as a spiritual love warrior for God and Christ, and in unconditional love, surround yourself every day in that love and truth vibration to power up your personal self-esteem.

Self-Esteem makes better choices in life, therefore its critical for you to master. Let’s dive in together. 

Self Esteem is the value of a person’s worth and there are a lot of factors that come into play, especially in helping a person fell more confident about himself, which is also a primary factor in establishing a person’s outlook towards personal inspiration and feeling as a success. On the spiritual Ascension pathway, recognizing the importance of character building as a necessary part of having self love and self acceptance is critical to progress through self deception blocks. When we have low self esteem our psychological defense mechanisms will act to block our progress moving forward and evolving in life.

One who understands they are a loved and worthy spiritual vessel for the spirit of God Source, will begin to learn that self love is at the core of self acceptance which is the quality one must build to truly feel and experience God’s love for all of us. Once we feel love for ourselves we build inner confidence which further builds our trust with life.

A person who is more confident about himself, the more focused and determined the person is to aim for achieving a better state in life, regardless of whether it be for career, success, spiritual purpose, inspiration, family or personal goals. A peaceful and fulfilling life is most possible when one seeks inner truth and self knowledge while building a relationship with God and the relationship to the self. When building a relationship with the self it may mean we are taken through character building life experiences we do not prefer. We must push through our fears in order to experience the accomplishment of moving past our perceived mental limitations. If our mental limitations and/or self entitlement govern our actions, we will become stunted in our growth and fall into low self esteem.

Self- esteem can also align to help a person make better choices, especially when it comes to personal character development, improved learning and coping skills with life which attracts and manifests abundance.

Self esteem improves mental and emotional clarity. Self-esteem in one’s personality starts at birth, through parenting, environmental and other factors, and as a person’s consciousness develops and takes shape into adulthood, this is when a person starts to measure himself as to his own value and belief system around self worth. It then shapes how a person looks at himself and compares or assesses himself with the environment or his surroundings and starts to ask himself, do people like me and accept me for being me? Do other people regard me as an example or inspiration for others? How do other people look at me? What is my attitude and behavior towards life? Am I a deserving and worthy person to be loved, appreciated to experience abundance? These are but some of the common social questions that help a human being understand in the earlier growth stages which build his gauge to measure his value and worth as a person.

Self Respect

All humans have a need to feel respected; this includes the need to have Self Esteem and self-respect. Esteem presents the typical human instinct to be accepted in their community and feel to be a valued member by others. People often engage in activities which give the person a sense of contribution or value. Low self-esteem or an inferiority complex may result from imbalances that have not been addressed or healed, such as unhealed emotional conflicts. People with low self-esteem often look to gain respect from others; they may feel the need to seek fame or glory. However, fame or glory will not help the person to build their self-esteem until they accept who they are internally. Psychological imbalances such as depression can hinder the person from obtaining a higher level of self-esteem or self-respect.Most people have a need for stable self-respect and self-esteem. Deprivation of these needs may lead to an inferiority complex, weakness, and feelings of helplessness.

Building Self Esteem

Self-esteem formally is “the disposition to experience oneself as competent to cope with the basic challenges of life and as worthy of happiness”, and while others (parents, teachers, friends) can nurture and support self-esteem in an individual, self-esteem relies upon various internally generated practices. To be responsible to take care of oneself is one way of building self esteem. In Nathan Branden’s framework, there are six pillars of generating and building self-esteem:

• Living consciously: the practice of being aware of what one is doing while one is doing it, i.e., the practice of mindfulness.

• Self-acceptance: the practice of owning truths regarding one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; of being kind toward oneself with respect to them; and of being “for” oneself in a basic sense.

• Self-responsibility: the practice of owning one’s authorship of one’s actions and of owning one’s capacity to be the cause of the effects one desires.

• Self-assertiveness: the practice of treating one’s needs and interests with respect and of expressing them in appropriate ways.

• Living purposefully: the practice of formulating goals and of formulating and implementing action plans to achieve them.

• Personal integrity: the practice of maintaining alignment between one’s behaviors and convictions.

Branden distinguishes his approach to self-esteem from that of many others by his inclusion of both confidence and worth in his definition of self-esteem, and by his emphasis on the importance of internally generated practices for the improvement and maintenance of self-esteem in every day life.

The expectations placed on you by society are challenging to live up to. Reframe your life by creating rules for yourself that match your values. Focus on self-care and things that bring the best in you. You will no longer have to follow what everyone expects and can take charge of your life.

I’m a recluse as much as the next guy… At least, that’s what I thought.

After a recent move to a city that welcomed one too many nights out and one too many clubs to name, I came to the harsh realization that my aversion to nights out and the company of others was not normal and I was coming off as, well, rude.

I thought there was nothing wrong with choosing to spend Friday night in the company of myself and my empty apartment.

I thought it was okay to enjoy walking alone more than with a friend. I thought it was healthy to relish in all those moments of solitude.

To people trying to be my friend, or at least use me as a pawn in their game of nights out, I was the antithesis of everything they wanted.

I tried to make myself go out more, push myself to spend Friday nights in the company of others and try to enjoy all that mindless chit chat that came with money spent on too many drinks.

Soon, I began to hate myself and those around me. I started worrying about insignificant nonsense that shouldn’t bother me.

And after one too many nights spent around everyone but myself, I decided that enough was enough and I would spend as much time alone as I ******* please.

I like my company, even if it’s just a little too much, because there’s something beautiful about being at peace with yourself. There’s something comforting about knowing I can come home to myself every night and love it.

There should be more respect for people who can relish in themselves. There should be more admiration for those who aren’t scared of being alone.

There should be some nice words about the loners and the introverts who are content with themselves and don’t need anyone to feel better.

Because loving your alone time is many times a lot healthier than hating it. Those who bask in their own company are the ones with significantly fewer worries than those who need to be around people to fill that void.

The loners, introverts and asocial people of the world are the ones spending their time creating and growing from themselves, rather than worrying about what everyone else is thinking.

They never worry about how they come off

People who like to be alone are more secure than those who are so good at showing face. They are the ones who are never second guessing their actions or working on their appearance.

They don’t care what people think of them because they, themselves, are their harshest critics.


They never worry about what they just said

The only times people who like their alone time are going out is with people who deserve their shared time. They don’t spend it with people who will judge them or people they worry about taking what they said the wrong way.

They don’t spend hours lying in their beds thinking about what they said or didn’t say back there. They are confident around the people they choose to talk to.


They never worry about acting like they have something to prove

People who enjoy their own company are not the types to put on airs. They never have to act like they have something to prove because they never have anyone to prove anything to.

When you meet them, you will see they are completely themselves, because that’s who matters to them. If you don’t like them, that’s just one fewer person they need to worry about hanging out with.


They’re never worried about doing things they don’t want to do

They don’t sit in bed wishing they didn’t have to go to a party where they hate most of the people just so they won’t spend Saturday night stuck with their own thoughts.

They never replace alone time with empty interactions. Their solitude is never rationalized or bargained for by trivial moments with undeserving people.

They don’t have that irrational fear of never finding someone. If anything, they fear they will never understand how to share their alone time.

They don’t date people just for the company or settle for unfulfilled love just so they won’t end up alone.

Because they’re not constantly putting themselves around others, they’re not constantly searching for new topics and talking points.

They know who they are and what they like and they don’t have to pretend to be interested in things just to keep the conversation going.


They never worry about missing out on something

They never have fear of missing out because there’s no place they’d rather be than with themselves. They don’t find it a wasted evening when they don’t go out.

In fact, they see it as the opposite. In our hectic schedules, getting a night to ourselves is easier said than done.


They never worry about being single

They search for meaning in themselves and take pride in that relationship. They don’t need to feel validated by the significant others they’re supposed to have.

They make sure they are completely in love with themselves before they worry about finding someone else to love.


They never worry about needing time to think

They spend their alone time exploring all the unexamined spaces of their mind. They don’t go to parties or friends’ houses wishing they could just have a moment to think, alone.

They are constantly thinking and constantly wondering. They are never without moments to ponder those questions that need time.


They never worry about having to lie or exaggerate

Their lives are complete by themselves. They don’t have to name drop or worry about being cool enough around the people they’re with because they don’t care about impressing current company or making new acquaintances.

1. You make a living doing what you love

One of the most obvious signs that someone has found their path in life is working for a higher purpose than just making an income. Whatever it is – your own business, a creative career of an independent artist or a “normal” job – the point is that it brings you joy and gives you a feeling of fulfilment, as well as helps you with your personal development. You may be doing it to make the world a better place or help others, but the only thing is clear – your motives go far beyond just working for a salary to pay the bills. Your work is a vital part of your soul’s calling and is a means to serve your life purpose.

2. You strive for value-based goals and appreciate the things that matter

A true life purpose is never focused on material and ephemeral things. Thus, if you have found your path in life, your goals will probably be value-based. Everyone comes to this world to fulfil a different mission. For some, it may be devoting themselves to their family and raising kids. Someone may be a talented artist who wants to inspire and encourage people with their artwork. Whatever you are born for, it’s focused on the eternal human values. Modern society needs such individuals more than ever since today’s people are constantly losing the connection with their souls and forget about the things that matter for the sake of material gain and superficial aspirations.

3. You feel like everything is in its place and are content with your life

You feel like everything that has ever happened to you happened for a reason and helped bring you where you are today. Even your past disappointments and failures are now making sense. Failed relationships, behaviors you may now be ashamed of, jobs you hated – everything contributed to making you a person you are today. You deeply realize that and feel grateful that things happened the way they did because everything is in its place now.

Even if you are not content with every single aspect of your life, you have a general feeling of fulfilment and can say that you are a happy and evolved person.

4. You are in a healthy relationship or are happy alone

A person who has found their path in life knows exactly what he or she wants. That’s why you won’t spend your time being in an abusive or unhappy relationship. You prefer to be alone rather than with a wrong person. If you are in a relationship, then you are quite sure that you’ve found your soulmate and that you want to spend the rest of your life with your partner. You complement each other and your relationship is a deep connection based on similar values and life goals.

5. You have cut people out of your life

One day, you realized that some people you believed were your friends don’t really give a shit about you. Everyone has this kind of people in their life who seem to be very friendly and supportive till the moment you are in trouble and need their help. This is when you suddenly see that these alleged friends don’t deserve to be a part of your life.

You may also come to the same conclusion about some people simply because you don’t vibe with them. You no longer see the point in hanging out with them because it feels more like a social obligation than a sincere desire for communication. Now you want to surround yourself with likeminded individuals you resonate with and let into your life only those who have a genuine interest in you and share the same values with you.

6. You have realized that other people’s opinions mean nothing

Being social creatures, we often fall into a trap of following what others expect from us and thus tend to give importance to their opinions about us and our life. Though, when you find your path in life, you realize how insignificant they actually are and how silly it is to care about what other people think. Now you know that this is your life and you are the only one who is to decide what is better for you. Similarly, you no longer feel the need to impress people and try to prove you are better, smarter and more successful than they are.

What kind of energy are you attracting? We are all creating an energy flow from our thoughts constantly whether we are being mindful of it or not. Fear can be a fierce creator of negative energy in our lives if we don’t become willing to witness where we choose it over love. When we are in a state of love it feels natural to offer blessings, be generous with our time and to speak positively. Here are a few questions to ask yourself to make sure you’re making enough room for positive energy flow in your life!

1.) Are you meditating upon waking?

Starting your day off in prayer or meditation allows us to focus on what we are grateful for, set intentions and simply become present. Apply this powerful practice daily for a positive vibe throughout your day!

2.) Do you feel the need to control?

Despite our best efforts to control everything the truth is the Universe is orchestrating the show! Resisting the natural flow of things only causes stress that in response creates negative energy in our life. The sooner you make peace with surrendering the sooner you’ll start to be at peace and allow positive thoughts to flow.

3.) Are you taking enough down time?

With today’s “glorification of busy” mindset it can feel almost impossible to find the balance between moving our body and finding down time! Downtime is a powerful tool to guide us into our hearts, heal and detox our bodies, and gain insight into our ideas and creativity! Make the shifts necessary to schedule a little rest and relaxation.

4.) Do you love and accept yourself just as you are right now?

The way we feel and talk about ourselves is ultimately attracting the energy we will receive from others. Focus on all the qualities you love about yourself by making a list…add to it everyday!!!
