We can feel great energetic momentum pushing us and yet there is no movement forward associated with it. Squished and expanded at the same time is not something we are used to feeling. This new energetic quality is totally perplexing to our minds as nothing makes sense anymore. How are we to own our multidimensionality and navigate ourselves and still function in this 3rd dimension? Maybe we are not even supposed to function in the ways that we thought we should. Every belief system or mental structure is up for review and getting reevaluated. Who am I? What am I to do? We cannot even feel what our next step is as it has not presented itself yet. The sensation of urgency, while stuck inside a Vacuum is an odd place to be indeed.
Our inner child, our physical bodies and our emotional self have been put through the wringer. Many of the types of surprises that show up these days are something we want to send back to the source. I found myself wanting to say, Hey Universe I didn’t order That. Send it back I want a Refund. And put a Galactic Quarantine on it, I don’t want it ever coming back.
Needless to say, this is a time where it is beyond any verbal expression as to what is happening to the human race and this planet. We may feel frustrated with those walking around with seemingly no awareness of what’s happening on the planet. Finding a way to make your life easier and more relaxed may be a necessary part of your personal reorganization.
Energetic mastery is also about performing an accurate assessment by honestly looking at the circumstances we are all facing in our lives. We may need to simplify, pare down our lifestyle and do some things we do not want to do, at least in the beginning part of this transitional process. We are reaching a difficult area in our energetic self-mastery, where we cannot be fooled by anything out of integrity with the divine will and our soul agreement. This means that our spiritual illusions will be dispelled and we may have moments where we feel forsaken by our creator when we feel forced to do something we do not want to do. We are at the crossroads of standing between a rock and a hard place. There is no wiggle room for anything else, fantasies, projections or false illusions of what our life should be or look like.
Many times when we feel adversity through a challenge we get angry or frustrated. We ask why this has come into our energy field and why we created it. During this time, know it is going to challenge you. Know that you have the resources to transcend these challenges and cultivate the inner strength and resources necessary to achieve your highest purposes. Perform an assessment of what is distracting or disempowering you in any way and make adjustments. Assess if you are currently in the lesson of Divine Will before My Will, as you will note all your creative projects and desires seemed to come to a STOP when the Universe is correcting you. With this awareness, know that the Universe knows better than you do, and you must relax yourself and get out of the way. You may have to do some things you do not want to do. Do them anyway. Something better is coming, however you have to learn to truly get your ego out of the driver’s seat and let your divine spirit handle the details. You will note how fast things change from moment to moment, which can bring spontaneous surprises. However, you must learn to master the art of Learning to Let Go.
Be present without any agenda, one of the signs of being awake is self-honesty. You have got to be willing to look within and examine the stories that you are still believing, whether stories of self-doubt, guilt, resentment, judgment, arrogance or whatever. As you face them breathe into them and see through their unsubstantiality. After all, you can’t actually find a thought or belief anywhere and they start to drop away. Then it becomes easy to speak the truth because you’re no longer caught up in trying to defend or justify your ego, which is itself also just a storyline.
Listening is one of the most important keys to being present. Listen to others, listen to the sounds in your environment and especially listen to the sound of your own thoughts. Listen to the silence beyond thoughts, to the silence that you are. Listening in turn opens you to the experience of yourself as a living, feeling, vibrating, conscious human being.
Then letting go of the past happens naturally and we experience true emotional harmony.

For every influx of kundalini spirit through spiritual initiation, there is an accompanying catabolic breakdown of the former body, apotosis or some form of die-off to release and transmute toxins. The incarnated station of our identity that was our personality matrix, the aspect that was enmeshed with the lower three dimensional frequencies, is also dissolving. This equates to the dissolution of our personality matrix or station of identity that was located in the lower three dimensions, and moving that aspect of our identity into the higher frequency bands of our Soul matrix or higher station of identity. All people must take responsibility for the quality of their thoughts, behaviors, actions, as all consciousness that is created has a direct cause and effect. During the Dark Night of the Soul, many people do not have clarity on the actual causal source of where their fear and pain impulses are coming from. Much of what is being experienced now is being greatly amplified through the hidden fear, buried Trauma and emotional wounds from our past. During this time, our inner energetic integrity is tested in order to hold neutrality, while facing the great forces of chaos. We must remember that the majority of the Negative Ego inherent in the collective consciousness that is observed in the human race on the earth today is the product of Negative Alien interference through Mind Control. Systematically, this alien architecture and its enslavement functions that impair the mind principle and consciousness are being removed, repaired and rehabilitated in the earth. Yet many generations of people have become interdependent on these alien structures of mind control, believing that these false edifices define who they are. Many humans have inherited dysfunctional belief systems and behaviors through their biological families and cultural programming, which are deeply based in fear and hate. This programming will evolve to conclusion through the die off process in the longer term. We know that in the death process, this may be transformed into something fertile where new consciousness growth can take place. There, life is renewed. However, what we are observing as the incredible violence today is the process of death transition in the old regime, the death of the negative ego.
If we use the negative ego to perceive reality we suffer greatly, and so the great work is to let it all go. We must love and accept ourselves for who we are NOW and not who we think we should be. This is a significant progression in the Ascension Timeline for planet earth and is very complex, as it relates to transforming everything we have ever known as an earthling.

Stages of Grieving
Ego Death is overcoming the resistance to surrender to the process of spiritual awakening or spiritual Ascension. If you fight the changes and transformation which require the death of the prior identity stages that have been outgrown, the new Expanding Consciousnessand Christos self cannot be reborn. This manifests as emotional and mental stasis which makes us suffer, and stunts development and personal evolution of Consciousness. The enlightenment process is an infinite spiral of Ego Death and rebirth throughout time and space through remembering the Eternal nature of the self and connecting with the Lightbody.
True power is inherent the death of the former Ego/Personality self, thus the first stages of spiritual awakening and spiritual crisis correspond well to the Kübler-Ross stages of the grieving process:
Denial: “This can’t be happening!”
Anger: “Why me, why do I have to do all the work?
Bargaining: “Just let me keep my pointless job, my car and a beer or two.”
Depression: “It’s hopeless, why bother with anything?”
Acceptance: “I know that I will be in a better place.”[3]
Dark Night of the Soul

The planet is undergoing a global level of the Dark Night of the Planetary Collective Soul during the Ascension Cycle.
Inner Armageddon Dismantling
In physical matter, and within our own bodies, during this time we may feel this stretching and splitting apart sensation which may feel very harsh to our emotional body and heart space. Because the nature of the ego mind is mostly connected to the false light architecture, what is occurring is similar to the disintegration of the inner ego structures and its Imposter Spirit from continuing to block the higher heart complex. This is activating many people into spiritual initiation to align into their highest expression resonant to that energetic state of heart based being. There is a pushing and pulling between the lower mind internal structures and the higher heart intelligence which may feel like an internal and external war over the body consciousness. The Bifurcation of Timelines is changing the reality bubbles and as they are pushing and pulling apart space-time, where we all coexist, this may bring upon an Inner Armageddon sensation or relative Phantom Death experience. During this phantom death experience we will be presented with choices to move into higher integrity alignment and be reborn into a new spiritual energy. This is occurring at the microcosm and macrocosm levels of reality.[4]
Dissolving the 3D Personality
The incarnated station of our identity that was our personality matrix, the aspect that was enmeshed with the lower three dimensional frequencies, is also dissolving. What this equates to is the dissolution of our personality matrix or station of identity that was located in the lower three dimensions, and moving that aspect of our identity into the higher frequency bands of our Soul matrix or higher station of identity. What happens to the people on the earth who believe that they are only their personality identity, when it begins to dissolve? We can see the effects of that consciousness shift now in the global scape. The range of experience for some people is from sensations of great anxiety, stress, and mental confusion all the way to the descent into madness and insane behaviors. Most people are not aware they are losing Coherence, and are unaware of the causality of what is actually influencing the way they think and behave.
The lower dimensional contents that exist in the planetary collective consciousness fields are undergoing massive reconfiguration in multiple ways. This energetic change in the 3D reality has reached critical mass, which means it is greatly impacting all people of the earth. Whether asleep or awake, the self-mastery that has been either lost or gained is measured in how you personally deal with stress and chaos. No person on this earth is exempt from the exposure to the massive fields of chaos, confusion and darkness that exist in the collective mind of humanity. During this time, our inner energetic integrity is tested in order to hold neutrality, while facing the great forces of chaos. This is being tested in every person, just from the mere fact of being on the earth at this time. How well are we able to adapt to change and hold neutrality in every kind of stressful situation? We have to measure our competency level now.
If we are not doing well with adaptability, flexibility and neutrality in our life situation, we must make adjustments to gain strength with this skill set. This is the time to take stock of how well we are coping with the madness of the earth, as the collective mind of humanity travels the Dark Night of the Soul. What does this take and what is being asked of us? All people must take responsibility for the quality of their thoughts, behaviors, actions, as all consciousness that is created has a direct cause and effect.
Since 2009, we have consistently emphasized the necessity of moving out of the 3D consciousness fields, and from feeding those energies, by identifying and clearing the three layers of the negative ego that are run in the lower dimensional fields. The clearing of negative ego is mandatory in order to adapt to the shifting timelines, and to maintain coherence and sanity. It is imperative to address unresolved conflicts that create anxiety in our mind, emotions and body, and apply clearing and healing tools that replace our previous ways of thinking with neutrality, love and peace. Accept As It Is Now
Our 3D Ego Self and its distorted belief system will not continue to be reinforced anymore in the external environment. For those on the Ascension pathway, plotting, planning and strategizing for control over your future prospects is over. Your life force is in the hands of your Higher Self and you are learning how to communicate in the new language without the ego interference. Wherever you find yourself right NOW, there is a reason for it. Dissatisfaction, unhappiness and frustration in your life circumstances can only be shifted in the perception in the Now moment. To overcome an unhappy ego you must surrender to and accept the circumstance As It Is Now. For many untrained people at this stage of evolutionary development, ego denial of the facts and blaming everything on the outside is still used as a coping mechanism. This promotes more ego resistance and more energetic backlash to feed the uncomfortable circumstances, prolonging the issues of the Dark Night of the Soul and Ego Death. We must stop the blame game, surrender and accept the responsibility for our life circumstances no matter where we find ourselves.[6]
Observe, Discern, Accept
In the earlier stages this is the intention and goal of specific meditation to become aware of inner stillness without the mind interfering. Later it is a walking meditation in which every single thought, behaviour and activity is witnessed by the Observer Point in the day to day activity. As this skill is developed this becomes possible with little to no effort to remain in the Observer Point. It is at this point a massive leap in higher consciousness and awareness of sentient forms may be experienced.To allow the deeper comprehension of the self to discern the functions of mind one will need to discern the functioning of each part of the mind and accept its nature without judgment of its content. This means to train the mind one must learn to observe, discern the part of the mind and accept its nature. Through observation, discernment and acceptance one can train the mind to be disciplined back to neutral, which allows access to still point of higher Consciousness. An everyday quick tool to train the mind: • Observe • Discern • Accept • Neutral
Ego Annihilation and Fear of Death
The Predator Mind or negative ego is a mental fear program that runs on the Frequency of Fear, it stimulates the experience in the body that the personality is under some kind of threat, which surfaces emotional fears of personal annihilation or death. These many fears rise up from the subconscious and Pain Body, which generate automatic impulses and reactions when they are denied space to be neutrally witnessed in the Conscious Mind. When fears are denied or suppressed, they create mental barriers and emotional aberrance or places in our mental and emotional body that collect Dead Energy, which further generates more accumulated pain in the body. As a result of denial in facing deep fears, a False Identity is assumed to defend its position, placed in the front of the conscious mind as a coping mechanism to continually deflect the fears on the surface. Ultimately every fear that we experience is hardwired into the Negative Egoprogram, which is designed to stimulate subconscious terror about perceived threats against our existence. If we better understand that negative ego fear programming is the design used to produce and manufacture slavery, then we are able to see that our personal fears are actually the mechanism used on planet earth to keep us trapped in bondage. If we allow fears to take us over, we are allowing ourselves to be trapped and enslaved by them.
When we face our fears by making the pattern conscious in our awareness, we are able to neutrally witness them. In that moment you are disidentifying with that pattern of fear as “you”. In the neutral witness process, we bring the unconscious aspects of our darkest fears to the surface of our mind in order to shed light upon them, which many times will dissolve the negative pattern and the emotional charge associated with the fears. Ultimately, when we disidentify with our fears and we disidentify with the thoughts in our mind, we can express our thoughts and feelings with clarity and coherence, but there is no difference in what you have said impacting your sense of self. When we can express ourselves without believing the mind is what defines who we are, we can express ourselves fully, whether it’s labeled right or wrong, or whether others have judged what you have said. None of this has bearing upon your sense of self and your deeper connection.
In fully resolving our fears, we will need to make peace in our beliefs and feelings around death. The conflicts we have with death are deeply connected to our unresolved spiritual conflicts and our relationship with God.
We all encounter transition phases in life that are similar to enduring the death process. These are defined through the cycles that deeply transform us, marking our stages of spiritual development that show up as milestone events along our life path. All of us will undergo the transition phase of death and it is important that we prepare ourselves for that inevitable next stage of our consciousness journey. [7]
Ego Death Transit
During the Ascension process, many of us have experienced an archetypal Ego Death, as it is the literal death of all of the destructive or unproductive energies held in our emotional body, mental body, or other patterns that are out of harmony with our Soul integrity. This is the death of our Negative Ego, the specific work we encounter with the Law of Transformation. Many of us have felt we left the third dimension and that we would never experience the physical reality in the same way. Many of us mourn this as a loss, as it may feel strange to leave the human order in the third dimension in order to live in this new way, choosing to be aligned with the divine order.
This is the preparatory place to begin the stability and integration that is required to achieve the next levels of aligning us with our inner spirit and integrating into the world within the new energy paradigm. The new paradigm of the Ascension is based in heart centered intelligence.
As we transit the Ego Death it shifts and purges out all disharmonious energies and asks the following questions of us:
Do you fear the unknown? Have you surrendered to the greater good? To God?
Are you able to walk into your mysteries?
Are old emotional patterns dying out for the better? What’s been released?
What is left to be healed and forgiven?
What benefits have you received from letting go of negative thoughts?
What changes are going on within you now?
Can you recognize the whisper in your heart as messages from your Soul?[8]
The Guardians have described four different scenarios for the Ascension Plan in its group waves:
Ascension One-Ness: This would be described as similar to spontaneous Kundalini or a Samadhi moment, within the glimpse of nature a communion with all life forms takes place in simultaneous conscious realization that the being is One with all things in instantaneous time. The realization, the feeling, the consciousness and experience of At-One-Ment are all simultaneous and instant. The catalyst of the being is from holding a light accretion level that supports the critical mass in the personal auric field, that spontaneously activates the DNA required to hold this level of consciousness.
Ascension Twin Flame: Soul agreements through Twin Flame or Divine Union are to be united and the unit of consciousness, light packets being held in mutual soul agreement between two beings to catalyze the awakening process. This is the power of transformation and transmutation, as experienced within the True force of Love as an energy signature. This spiritual template may also be for Divine Union Couples to embody the proverbial Rod and Staff, and combine soul missions to accomplish greater world service with their mutual strengths to serve. This creates a trinity of Ascension Creational Energy as the embodied Ascended male and Ascended female, combine their energies to birth a new world paradigm through service. Some of these Divine Union agreements will include one of the souls to actually walk in to establish this soul agreement. There is more progress on what is referred to as Twin Flame Rifts and the schism that delayed these Twin Flame agreements from happening in prior cycles. We will be guided in this area with more information in the coming months.
Ascension Star Family Contact: Many more Souls with Star Family genetics and ET lineage connections, will be first impulsed and then contacted for communication and collaboration. Many of those in this group have soul agreements in place for this method of spiritual advancement. Light packets of data, Star Language and its coding have direct frequency implications, along with DNA activation sequencing. This is the path of the download and many beings receiving huge downloads of various data, ascension or evolution information, are being directly impulsed and contacted by their Star family Lineage. The Star Family in many cases will employ etheric surgery, upgrading the consciousness manifestation template and its programs so the being is more comfortable and able to have direct cognition and functioning to learn the Language of Light, or Star Language. Many beings are being recruited and have agreement to be in a Galactic Emissary roles for the human species.
Ascension Walk In: This will have some different variations from a traditional walk in scenario. Most Walk Ins are considered to be that of a 3D incarnated soul that has stepped out of its bodies at a certain point of time, usually in a Near Death Experience. And a new aspect of soul essence has stepped into the bodies and taken responsibility for the original soul’s karma, ancestral and its other issues upon walking into the body. Generally there is a Monadic soul braid connection when this occurs, to allow the soul its same connection to its Monad or Oversoul. The new Ascension Walk In can be a variation of merging multidimensional consciousness with its higher identity, and the higher identity takes over, or a sharing of soul essences in the same body to get certain objectives completed in this incarnational round. This scenario I have the least grasp of comprehending, except suffice to say some unusual configurations and surprises are in store for us in this regard! The Ascension Stages are about the bringing of layers of light, the Kundalini force existing within the levels of our spiritual bodies (our Multidimensional God Selves) by descending these layers into matter and anchoring them into the physical plane of reality. Simultaneously, Ascension is a shift in energetic Spectrum of Frequency patterns held in a dimensional space which, when absorbed and activated into the layers of the planetary and human bio-energetic field, activates its DNA Silicate Matrix template instruction set. This catalyzes a chain of events that creates a complete transformation and transmutation of various patterns and programs held in the energetic templates of the Human Soul’s journey within a cycle of evolutionary time. When activated, these patterns begin to shift, re-emerge and clear from the layers of experiences coded into every cell and memory pattern held as an energetic vibration within the bodies. This part of the biological ascension process may manifest physical, mental and emotional Ascension Symptoms as well as the spiritual crisis of the Dark Night of the Soul.
Inner Sustainability
Inner Sustainability is Integrated Spiritual Ascension and is the ultimate energetic sustainability when we self source from within our Soul and Monad connection, our personal spiritual source field connected directly with God. As we progressively undergo Expanding Consciousness through the activation of internal Kundalini energies traveling up the spinal column and into our Chakra system, we end consumptive modeling and vampirism of other people’s energies. Ascension Stages of Bio-Neurological Consciousness Expansion
The Ascension Stages are about the bringing down of the layers of light and sound from our higher frequency spiritual bodies, by descending these layers into matter and anchoring them into our physical body via successive kundalini activations. The transmissions of electromagnetic frequencies occur throughout many functions of our bio-neurology, between the CNS, Brain and physical body parts, as well as the Nadial Structure and spiritual body parts. Simultaneously, Ascension is a shift in the energetic spectrum of frequency patterns held in our physical self. When absorbed and activated into the layers of the human bio-energetic field, it activates the higher DNA instruction set. This catalyzes a chain of events that creates a complete transformation and transmutation of various patterns and thought programs held in the identity, which shifts Timelines and changes the direction the consciousness of that person is travelling. When spiritually activated, these old identity patterns begin to shift, re-emerge and clear from the layers of experiences coded into every cell and memory pattern held as an energetic vibration within the person’s bodies. The biological ascension process manifests physical, mental and emotional Ascension symptoms that ignite spiritual crisis, which is referred to as the Dark Night of the Soul. Many people without Ascension context are captured into the medical system and are being prescribed drugs that interfere with their spiritual development, because they are being told that they have a disease. We all must do our research and due diligence to find our own personal truth to take control over our personal health and wellbeing. We cannot give that responsibility away to others.
Stage One – Initiation
Spiritual Initiation: This is about the initiation of your physical body as it connects into a new electromagnetic frequency wave that is contained in the intelligent layers of your personal Soul-Spiritual bodies. This will activate in collaboration with what higher frequencies are becoming available, or are being generated onto the planet, as well as in connection to the personal Blueprint. The goal is to initiate the bio-neurological connection with a frequency layer of coded electromagnetic information that is designed to help you to activate and plug in the higher DNA codes. Each of us has a higher self intelligence, and it is this higher self aspect that directs the Ascension process with our physical self. Sometimes, there are teams of Ascension Guides related to the person’s spiritual family line, which come to help the person undergo the initiation process. Essentially, a person is activated into spiritual initiation when their neurological structure gets plugged in and begins to accrete the electromagnetic light codes and frequencies of the Soul through kundalini activation. Kundalini activation pulls in new neurological structures and neural networks that act as energy receivers so the person can absorb the new frequencies and intelligence into their auric body. Kundalini activation is also about activating DNA frequency receivers called Apparthi receivers, which act as a bundled nerve plexus for transmitting DNA Encodements and intelligence transmissions into the Lightbody. DNA also has 12 sub-strands, and those are called fire-codes or Fire Letters. Fire letters are the cellular alphabet of our DNA, and they become activated and organized by our neurological receivers, when we start to absorb the frequencies from the first octave of our next dimensional ascension. The body usually follows the consistent process of initiating into the next higher frequency layers, in order of each harmonic tone, to help the physical self and body more easily acclimate the frequencies into the lightbody. Too much exposure to high electromagnetic frequency too soon, can seriously damage the neurological system and brain, resulting in psychosis. Each individual has a specific energy signature (incarnation path) that determines the detail of awakening. Indigos and Starseeds are the first waves of people spiritually awakened to be initiated into kundalini activation during the Ascension Cycle. Every person has a unique path of Ascension, yet the same internal connection of an electromagnetic process of bio-spiritual transformation occurs. Consciousness expansion occurs through the progressive states of initiation that are made through successive and increasing electromagnetic frequencies of kundalini activation, which are transmitted to the entire Bio-Neurology.
Stage Two – Absorption
Absorption: Once the new electromagnetic frequency is initiated into the Aura and being transmitted into the body by the CNS and Brain, the frequency and information it carries is gradually being completely absorbed within the Lightbody. Each individual has a specific process during the personal frequency absorption process, as the new frequency will hold information that will bring to the surface many different kinds of experiences, as it reveals karmic lessons, issues of self-mastery, other lifetimes, seeing deceased relatives, emotional and spiritual conflict resolution, etc. Kundalini spirals move up the spinal column, conducting with the spinal nerves, and its electromagnetic frequency will move up the central column and flood into the Chakras and spiritual bodies. As the new frequency starts to accrete in the lightbody, it will come up against energy blockages in the body. At this stage karmic patterns may appear to dislodge or clear out Dead Energy or False White Light blockages or Miasma that need to be cleared to spiritually progress. During this stage, many strange things can occur as the spiritual energies are becoming physicalized. Successive clearing of psycho-emotional energy blockages allow access to higher intelligence and begin expanding consciousness through the person’s higher spiritual identity.
When this movement through dimensional bands and communication links to higher intelligence comes online, it is perceived by extra-dimensionals, such as advanced ETs. They will attack an ascending person to keep them controlled or derailed from the ascension process. As an example, when ascending into the Soul dimensions, the person starts to absorb Soul frequencies into their heart center via the Nadial Structure, which relays that information to their CNS and Brain. There are twelve (12) subharmonic tones within each dimension (4D-5D-6D), which make up the three layers of the Soul body. The person starts to accrete the 1st subharmonic of the Soul layers and must absorb all 12 to complete the entire 4D spectrum. This continues all the way up the harmonic scale of dimensions where we all have aspects of our spiritual bodies. These frequency notes drill down through the layers of our Lightbody until they’re fully anchored and interconnected into our physical structure. This process is also referred to as light accretion. The combination of our natural biology, Soul and Monad intelligence is in charge of this process, and the higher intelligence does this as smoothly as possible. If the person resists or does not understand what is happening to them, it can block progress, and block spiritual communication from continuing. The NAA promotes fear in the spiritual development process to stop it from occurring.
Stage Three – Integration
Integration: Upon the Aura receiving the maximum frequency absorption of the newly absorbed Electromagnetic Signals that came from the Kundalini spiral up the spine, the higher consciousness identity, Chakras or Orb Bodies, as well as DNA is activated to integrate into the physical self. The individual will begin to integrate new energies, may grow new neural networks and become more telepathic or develop higher sensory abilities. There are many Ascension Symptoms, which make changes to every area of the person’s make-up, including physical, mental, and emotional changes that shift perceptions or the sense of identity leading to Ego Death. If the ego mind is not prepared for this change in consciousness, it may result in Spiritual Crisis and problems coping with letting go. Because there is no information on Ascension, most people feel extremely disorientated and even scared that they are ill or that they are losing sanity. The NAA is happy to reinforce this distorted narrative. Ascension Symptoms, Kundalini activation, Spiritual Crisis and the recall of trauma and abuse memories from current or other lifetimes, can be misidentified as medical issues.
Stage Four – Ascension
Ascension: After absorbing all of the frequency bands and codes in a dimensional instruction set that is held within the Kundalini triad current, the frequencies will cause systemic upgrades that result in new levels of spiritual Consciousness in terms of greater planetary awareness, Higher Sensory Perception, and experiencing energy as intelligent. Humanity is growing their consciousness to evolve and become interconnected with the planetary consciousness, and that is shifting earth humans to be rehabilitated and to practice the higher principles of Service to Others. When a person evolves into the higher realms of the monad (8D+) or they are Starseeds, they will start to have interactions and awareness of higher intelligent ETs, light and dark beings, and other levels of planetary or stellar consciousness. The monadic body will start to build an orb body to accrete liquid Plasma light, and this builds our eternal divine source body, or Krystal Diamond Sun body. The Krystal Diamond Sun body is equated with the Cosmic Sovereign Law of One, over which there is a Galactic War to control the content and it’s Diamond Architecture. These are the dimensions of liquid plasma light or hydroplasmic light in the anti-particle fields which unite with the Zero Point God fields, beyond time and dimensionalization. When a person is communicating with and embodying the Monadic and Avatar levels, they are guided solely on missions to be in Service to Others. When in a life of earth service or incarnated with a specific spiritual mission, they will start to perceive holographic architecture, such as the Planetary Gates, Stargates, and the Planetary Grid Networks, which usually makes them a Gridworker.
Guidelines in First Triad of Evolution Phases
This is the first triad of Spiritual Awakening, of which the life lessons are the Tests of Personal Self Mastery upon where one pays attention and focus of directing one’s Consciousness. These are intended to support harmony as one develops and expands Consciousness.

Practice giving Unconditional Love and Compassion to others and learn to love oneself and practice Empathy.
