SPENCER NEALE: “100 Billion Pills, Nearly A Million Deaths — The Opioid Crisis Is ‘The Single Greatest Catastrophe Ever To Inflict’ America — And Those Behind It Are Still Free And Rich”

“Nobody, almost nobody has been punished for it. The Sackler family, which owns Purdue Pharma, made $13 billion selling painkillers. They are still rich. None of them have gone to prison. Nor have many other who executives who profited off of the destruction of American communities. Nobody is ever punished for the real crimes, the ones that really hurt people. The invasion of Iraq. The sub-prime mortgage disaster. The plundering of this nation by the Chinese government. In Washington, all of those are minor. They’re forgivable if you know and pay off the right people, which they invariably do. If only the Sackler family had fibbed about some emails that didn’t matter, or had a phone call with a Russian ambassador, maybe Washington would finally care.”

~Tucker Carlson

Tucker Carlson blasted the American pharmaceutical industry, claiming they are responsible for “the single greatest human catastrophe to ever afflict the country.”

“America, as you know, has been drowning in a tsunami of opioid pills,” Carlson said on Wednesday’s program of Tucker Carlson Tonight. “According to data from the DEA, from 2006 through 2014, a total of 100 billion doses of oxycodone and hydrocodone were shipped to pharmacies across the country, and from there into households.”

Carlson lamented the “770,000” opioid deaths, which he said was more than all American wars combined, and the fact that almost none of the people responsible for providing the American public with the drugs have been held accountable for their actions.

“Nobody, almost nobody has been punished for it. The Sackler family, which owns Purdue Pharma, made $13 billion selling painkillers. They are still rich. None of them have gone to prison. Nor have many other who executives who profited off of the destruction of American communities.”

Contrasting “770,000” reported opioid deaths with the current impeachment process in Washington, Carlson, 50, mocked accusations of Trump’s alleged quid pro quo with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and suggested Washington only cares to prosecute crimes when it is politically viable.

“Nobody is ever punished for the real crimes, the ones that really hurt people,” Carlson said. “The invasion of Iraq.

‘$HITTING ON TOP OF THE WORLD’ ~ Phillip Schneider on “Trump’s EPA Wants to Reverse Round-Up Verdict — Protecting Bayer-Monsanto”

“After Bayer AG, which recently acquired the Round-Up herbicide in a $63 billion buyout of Monsanto, has once again been found guilty in a California court for not informing customers that their product can cause cancer. The Trump Administration on the other hand, wants that ruling overturned. In August of 2018, Monsanto lost their first big lawsuit alleging that the active ingredient of their Round-Up herbicide causes cancer. Ever since that day, thousands of plaintiffs have began suing Monsanto for causing their non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. One of those plaintiffs is Edwin Hardeman, who was the first to challenge Monsanto in a federal court. The judge overseeing Edwin’s suit even restricted him from discussing Monsanto’s past, Hardeman’s ‘personal history’, and information about regulatory decisions, barring him from talking about anything besides whether Round-Up caused his cancer. Despite what his attorneys argued was a huge disadvantage, he was still able to get his point across, won the suit against Monsanto, and was awarded $25 million. However, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Justice Department want to see that ruling overturned by a higher court, according to a Ninth Circuit court brief filed in December. Bayer’s stock soared immediately thereafter. This decision isn’t surprising seeing as though Trump ran his whole campaign on the economy, not environmental or health safety. According to a 2017 Associated Press analysis, almost half of Trump’s EPA appointees have previous industry ties, with about one-third previously working as lawyers or lobbyists for chemical or fossil fuels companies like Monsanto. Twenty-four ethics waivers were signed by Trump pick Don McGahn allowing former industry members to oversee the industries they used to work for. In November, a three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Trump Administration had unlawfully excluded millions of tons of toxic materials from undergoing safety review, including common products such as fire retardant, house paint, and insulation. The Trump Administrations argument as to why the Hardman case should be ignored is that the Trump EPA does not classify glyphosate as a carcinogen, and therefor Bayer and Monsanto have no need to label it as such. However, a plethora of research shows the opposite. In a recent 2019 meta-analysis, scientists found that glyphosate exposure could raise the risk of developing non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer by as much as 41%. It doesn’t appear that the Trump Administration will allow Bayer’s stock to go down without a fight, but I have a feeling that isn’t going to stop victims of Round-Up from seeking justice.”

‘HEAR YE, HEAR YE!’ ~ Jon Rappoport: “Message To All Americans From The Medical Cartel — Your Sickness Is Our Profit!”

Hear ye, hear ye and y’all and you and thou and everybody, we’re the Medical Cartel and we rule your lives, but we really care about you, we really do, we like you.

The US medical system kills 2.25 million Americans per decade. (Dr. Barbara Starfield, “Is US Health Really the Best in the World?”, Journal of the American Medical Association, July 26, 2000.)

So here’s the deal. During the course of your lives, we’ll diagnose you with 50 or 60 or 70 (we’re shooting for 100) disorders and diseases, most of which will be fake.

But you’ll get drugs! Everybody wants drugs, right? Who cares what they are, leave that to us. These drugs will create new symptoms, and when you come back to us, we’ll call those symptoms new diseases and disorders, give them hifalutin labels, and pass along more drugs as treatments.

And so forth and so on. Forget nutritional deficiencies, no such thing. Forget toxic environmental chemicals, never happened, they don’t exist.

From cradle to grave, you’ll march in a long gray line to our door, declining in health from year to year, and with the 60 or 70 or 100 vaccine shots thrown in there as well, your immune systems will deteriorate.

You’ll eventually end up in warehouses, uh nursing homes, and more or less hibernate your way into the grave. But you’ll live longer! That’s a real plus.

This whole program is meant to keep you from being able to think or protest or opt out of or rebel against the status quo. Which is beautiful, when you think about it, because the status quo is what maintains the peace. Soft lights, soft music, silence. Wonderful. Easy does it.

You see, in significant ways, the womb and the grave are similar. It’s that middle part, everything in between that can create bother, quirk, and weirdness. We smooth out those years.

We answer all your questions, particularly, “What is wrong with me?” People always ask that one, and we provide the answers. Diseases and disorders. We give them names. We fill in the blanks. No more need to wonder.

Just let us do our jobs. Those of you who won’t, we exile to the outer darkness — but let’s not focus on that. Let’s focus on Normal. Normal is you coming to us for updates on your condition.

We’re the pros. We’re highly trained. We feel your pain. We love you, as long as you’re sick. We collaborate with your meddling family members to make sure you know you’re sick.

Then everything is okay. You can wear each disease and disorder label proudly as a badge of honor. You can talk to friends and neighbors and compare badges. Face it…what else is there to talk about? The weather?

We facilitate conversation throughout society. How’s your Bipolar? Not bad, how’s your son’s Social Anxiety Disorder, what drugs is he taking? And so on. Rich subjects to chat about.

You can pretend you’re educated in medical science. Be the first on your block to understand how viruses attach themselves to host cells in the body. Or hold forth on gene expression. You’ll be a winner in the one-upmanship sweepstakes.

During a fake pandemic, you can help spread worry, concern, and fear. We need “citizen experts.”

Have you noticed how many people are talking about artificial limbs and even organs these days? It’s the coming thing. You won’t need to qualify for replacements. Just volunteer.

And what about the brain? It’s filled with processing errors and prejudiced data. We can do better. And we will.

In 30 years or so, we’ll hook you up to a super-computer and wash away all your anxiety in a flood of Superior Understanding. Disclaimer: All replicant organs and synthetic thoughts are subject to rejection and unforeseen internal complication.

Ask your doctor if everything we do and say is right for you. If he expresses doubts, immediately report him to the Department of Homeland Security.

There’s nothing worse than a dissident doctor. We train them to within an inch of their lives, but sometimes they sprout mental disorders.

Remember, with us you’ll never walk alone. We know where your grave is, and we’ll lead you there with a kind and firm hand. Life is worrisome, but death is forever. A comforting thought in these troubled times.
