There is an odd observation that can really bring your relationship with your body into perspective.

Have you ever looked at the cloudless blue sky and saw all the pixelations shifting and moving? If you start to focus on these, you can actually see individual “pixels” moving.

What this is, is individual blood cells moving through your optic nerve and retina. You can start timing your pulse with the flurry of movement then rest, movement, rest pattern of these swirling pixels in reality.

When observing at this level, often times you can see the protein chains in the ocular fluid many know as “floaters”, or the squiggly line that you cannot seem to look directly at 😀

These are fun little things that many of us do as children, but as a child, I never made this one simple epiphany of this phenomenon.

By doing this, you are literally seeing your eyes. Your eyes that you see reality with. If you are seeing your eyes, what is behind them that is doing the seeing?

We are not the body in the same way that the voice talking to you through the speaker of your cell phone is not actually the friend you are speaking to. The same way the songs that the radio play are not the physical people singing to you in your car.

You can dismantle the radio, but will not find the music.

You can dismantle the body, but will not find the soul.

ERIC RAINES: “Strengthening and Balancing the Kidneys Brings Clarity and Power”

The Kidney Meridian (KI) is regarded as the most important well of Vital Life Force in the body.

The adrenal glands (cortex and medulla) cap the kidneys, making the meridian and organ health play a major role in endocrine balance as the adrenals supply a wide range of hormones to the body and are fed by the same pathways as the kidneys

The kidneys filter the blood, pulling toxins from the body to excrete them through the urine and play a crucial part in balancing fluid levels in conjunction with the large intestine.

Energetically, I find traumatic energy reacting with panic and fear stuck in the lower back, echoing inside of the icy pang of coppery fear that rushes up to the heart/chest, clenching the belly muscles close to the spine.

Fight-or-flight states of being strip the adrenal cortex of nutrients, energy and regeneration ability. Extended periods of this state begin to viscerally change the structure of the brain, which is why we see soldiers coming back from war quite literally different people. They no longer have the same neural wiring or chemistry (this can be reversed, we just need to learn how to train the body out of fight-or-flight).

I am finding more and more that we can do incredible miracles on the energetic and mental levels that revolutionize the body, mind and spirit, but direct attention to the body is crucial in this ascension ride.

This is a quick, powerful exercise to begin moving and strengthening the natural pump/flow connections the kidneys have to the rest of the body and nervous system, just make sure to not overextend yourself and if you feel any pain, use less pressure or movement until it is not painful and gently continue. Make sure to drink plenty of water as well.

Strengthening and balancing the kidneys brings clarity and power to cognitive thought, vitality to internal awareness and a major boost in chi flow. Emotionally, fear, panic anxiety and trauma become much easier to process as the triggers can no longer start the hormone cascade that leads into a neurochemical firestorm that makes the internal space drop into pure survival mode.

Anyone identifying as an energy worker, Starseed or on the path of Ascension would benefit greatly from direct physical attention to what powers their energy body.

With greater understanding comes greater awareness. With greater awareness comes insight into how to alchemize and transform. With understanding of energetic alchemy, consciousness can rewrite the physical, starting with your own internal universe.

You can literally train yourself in how to ascend by following the path the body naturally takes as you observe it letting go of what does not align, of what is not preferred.

Dissolving all fear triggers is simple once you understand the mechanics and without fear, love is all that can be felt.

RACHEL O’DONOGHUE: “Hunched Backs and Double Eyelids: How Tech-Obsessed Humans Might Look in 2100”

Scientists have imagined how humans may look in the future — and it’s not pretty.

Experts have examined the way technology will affect the human form, suggesting the body may change dramatically.

Creating a 3D model of a future human called “Mindy”, scientists said people living in 2100 may have hunched backs from hours of sitting over computers and looking at smartphones.

Mindy also has bigger neck muscles to compensate for her poor posture, a thicker skull to protect from radiation and a smaller brain that has shrunk from leading a largely sedentary lifestyle.

Humans in fewer than 100 years may also have claw-like hands from gripping their phones.

  • HUNCHBACKS:  People may have a curve in their spines from leaning over their phones

  • DOUBLE EYELIDS:  People may develop a double lid to protect their eyes from harmful light

  • CLAW HANDS:  The human hand may also change a great deal from people clinging to phones

  • HORNS: Horns are growing on young people’s skulls. Phone use is to blame, research suggests

Caleb Backe, a health and wellness expert at Maple Holistics, said:

“Spending hours looking down at your phone strains your neck and throws your spine off balance. Consequently, the muscles in your neck have to expend extra effort to support your head. Sitting in front of the computer at the office for hours on end also means that your torso is pulled out in front of your hips rather than being stacked straight and aligned.”

Kasun Ratnayake, of the University of Toledo, also said the human body could change to limit the amount of damaging light eyes are expose to — possibly resulting in a second eyelid.

Humans may develop a larger inner eyelid to prevent exposure to excessive light, or the lens of the eye may be evolutionary developed such that it blocks incoming blue light but not other high wavelength lights like green, yellow or red,” he said.

Dr Nikola Djordjevic, from Med Alert Help, said:

“The way we hold our phones can cause strain in certain points of contact — causing ‘text claw’ and ’90-degree elbow’ also known as the cubital tunnel syndrome. This syndrome is caused by pressure or the stretching of the ulnar nerve which runs in a groove on the inner side of the elbow. This causes numbness or a tingling sensation in the ring and little fingers, forearm pain, and weakness in the hands — keeping the elbow bent for a long time.”

But Jason O’Brien, who produced the model and was behind the study, described any physical changes to the body as part of the “trade-off” that comes with the many benefits of technology.

“Technology gives us convenience, connectivity, entertainment, and so much more — but there is a trade-off,” he explained.

“Overexposure to technology can sometimes come to the detriment of our health.”

What is transpiring at the physical levels of human bodily evolution, is expanding into new human race DNA configurations that are connecting into the next Root Race cycle that generates a new ascending timeline for humanity. This is causing ripples of genetic mutations in those groups that are awakening their lightbody, and further activating dormant sections of higher dimensional DNA imprints, during this particular phase that is leading into the New Aeon. The higher level of DNA becoming activated now through new protein coded genes is unprecedented on the earth plane. Proteins are assembled from amino acids using information encoded in genes. Proteins perform a vast array of functions within our body. This includes catalyzing metabolic reactions, DNA activation and replication, responding to stimuli, and transporting molecules from one location to another. This change impacts the planetary cellular record and further changes the configuration of particle matter composition and how that is arranged in the raw material of the human body. Proteins are the principal performers within the cell, and carry out the duties specified by the information encoded in the genes. Hence, many of us are undergoing drastic changes within our physical body functioning during this phase, in which the protein synthesis function in our cells is becoming much more active. This activity is related to the global exposure to new spectrums of light, sound and frequency which activate our cells to turn on genetic switches. Protein synthesis is the process whereby biological cells generate new and varied protein chains. Protein will often be synthesized directly from genes during the process of transcription of DNA to RNA in the cell’s nucleus. The entire process is responsible for each individual’s genetic expression.

As a result of this enhanced protein synthesis activity which turns on genetic switches, there is a dark agenda to interfere with the natural protein synthesis function by generating faulty proteins via the consistent low exposures to toxic chemicals and heavy metals in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, chemtrails and in mass produced foods. Injecting these toxic chemicals in low dosages directly into the bloodstream is the most effective way to interfere with protein synthesis and impair natural immune functioning over a period of time. By intentionally generating auto-immune diseases in the human race over a period of time, by consistently administering drugs and chemical toxins that suppress immune functions, this interferes with the protein synthesis function required to assemble higher DNA strands.

In a few short years, some groups will study what is occurring to sections of the population now, with these genetic anomalies that are evolving into the human body. This will provide direct evidence for genetic evolution of the human species, which will become an indisputable fact in the science and spiritual communities in the future. Essentially, what is occurring is the process of genetic mutation through new protein coded chains which stimulate great evolutionary changes in behavioral traits that enhance human consciousness levels over time. These current changes impact human DNA which alter timelines and this greatly impacts the future evolution of humanity.

As we transition from one Root Race to another, these species factors, such as the physiological functions of the human body, are rapidly responding to the massive alterations that are occurring in the earth body. This means that the collective human blueprint and human bodies are responding to the impending biological evolution that is required as a result of the planet’s structural shift. The current evolutionary pressures are causing energy to form anomalies to occur, especially within many environmental and physical factors. This new consciousness platform requires specific physiological adaptations to the genetic changes that are occurring in the human race, in order to acclimate to the new set of conditions and energies that we are being further exposed to, as they are related to the human evolutionary process. Those awakening now are in the forefront of embodying these adaptations as they are the consciousness bridge spanning into the future birth cycle of the next root race of the human species.

For many multidimensional people on the path of Ascension, how we connect into many levels of the consciousness structure has radically changed, our Lightbody is radically changing, and our physical body is undergoing a series of adaptations in order to meet the new energy requirements. Our previous ways of consciousness connection and communication are in fluctuation, while our lightbody is being reconfigured to accommodate the changing planetary architecture, solar architecture and beyond.

Structural, physiological and behavioral adaptations are necessitated by the deep impacts that are being made by current evolutionary forces sweeping onto the planet, reaching critical mass. Behavioral adaptation to the changing consensus that humanity is manifesting the consciousness state of the global reality through a self-directed thought follows energy paradigm, as well as, adapting to the energetic conditions that realization imposes on the entire species, is an example of adaptive traits coming online. Behavioral adaptions such as these resonate with the Universal Natural Laws and as such, they further activate the higher DNA functions in the human biology.

The Controller archetype of the False King of Tyranny exists everywhere; inside people that are politicians, employers, gurus, any person we give our power away to willingly. At this time, we must distinguish the differences between discerning Tyrants and true Leaders, as these are very different roles and should not be confused or equated. A true Leader does not want to take our power away, while a Tyrant will take the position of total authority over others. To spiritually evolve, we cannot play into the Controller games anymore, we must reclaim our personal power and accept individual responsibility for ourselves.

Real Embodiment only happens when the higher consciousness bodies are able to come into the physical realm, which means to fully align, embody and seat within the physical body itself. Currently, the structural changes as a result of the bifurcation within the past, present and future planetary realms, impacts all human beings towards greater embodiment levels of their soul, monadic and higher spiritual layers.

Embodiment is about becoming more conscious and aware about our body and mind, and how they really function together in direct partnership with our consciousness access level. As we ascend, we are becoming more self-aware in a first-person experience that is recognizing more of what is actually happening within our body and mind, at the same time we are traveling within a group consciousness experience. Through dedicated self-observation we can pay attention to many different layers of consciousness patterns, reactions and stimulus that are occurring simultaneously and extend throughout the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual bodies. The earlier stages of authentic embodiment levels are dependent on developing self-awareness, as the more deeply we know ourselves, and we know our body and how its functions, the deeper we can go into the spiritual embodiment stages. If we do not observe our deepest motivations, self-talk and pay attention to our bodily reactions, we cannot truly know ourselves and this generates inner disconnection that blocks the integrative embodiment process.

Embodiment begins to happen within the consciousness layers as one becomes more self-aware of what the body is doing during a variety of different contexts that we encounter in life. These are the situations, experiences, relationships, our memories and history, the social and cultural lenses that we filter through our personality to make sense of the world. Through all of these layers of context that we are exposed, we have many memories and beliefs recorded in our physical body and nervous system from the experiences that come with those sensations and feelings, that are all interconnected.

Thus Embodiment goes hand in hand with dedicated self-awareness and by making the commitment to be in the observer consciousness, to watch and listen to our body and mind by paying attention to exactly what it is doing and feeling in the moment to moment. We learn that the mind’s contents and beliefs will reflect in our unconscious or automatic reactions to any external stimulus, and thus we observe these reactions, because we want to know ourselves more deeply in order to be free of unconscious blockages that thwart embodiment.

The first stage of authentic embodiment begins with moments of saturating concentrated focus upon the present moment awareness of the body’s sensations, whereby recognizing the body’s language, feelings and reactions are the sum reflection of the buried contents of the mind. Automatic reactions in our body can notify us of deeper context and belief that are carried within some area of the mind and this content takes shape within the form of the body’s posture, gestures or movements in some way. Most people are disconnected from the unified relationship that exists between their body and the layers of their mind, and so cultivating deeper awareness of the body’s sensations and movements, while noting complex deeper feelings that arise is important in developing self-awareness, as well as progressing into the stages of the higher embodiment process.

When we cultivate body awareness in this way, it allows us to make positive growth changes in ourselves, because from observation, we have become aware of what we needed to change to become healthier or more balanced. It is nearly impossible to make positive changes in our lives when we are not aware of the changes we need to make, because we are unconscious of the areas that need improvement. If a person has little body awareness, combined with little self-awareness of the consequences of their thoughts and actions, they generally remain unconscious to what they need to do in order to free themselves from pain or to better help themselves.

Consequently, developing self-awareness in the present moment by paying attention to the body is the key to making positive changes within ourselves that can ripple positive impacts, that greatly improve the quality of our lives. As we have more present moment body awareness we start to experience the physical body we inhabit, knowing that it is the vehicle for our mind, consciousness and spirit to express through in order to travel through time. Everything we experience has greater purpose for lessons and gaining knowledge about the inner spirit traveling in the material world. As we start to experience this inner knowing as a reality in our day to day life, we become more embodied, connecting with higher aspects that find expression through us that expand our consciousness. We are continually growing by learning more about ourselves and embracing change in the process of being more deeply authentic.

  • Embodiment means to feel how it feels to be in your body and to be conscious of those feelings, paying attention to recurring patterns that may be disempowering and limiting. Only when we can see these patterns and how they influence us, we can change them.
  • Dedicate to explore improved body awareness through observation of sensations, feelings and experiences that are happening in your body moment to moment.
  • Pay attention to impressions that you feel in bodily movements and reactions, where does your body hold stress and constrict? Where in your body do you feel more relaxed and open? What can you do to more deeply connect with your bodily awareness?
  • Slow down and find ways to move your body that feels positive and joyful, such as dancing, swimming, deep breathing, connecting with nature and allowing something harmless to feel pleasurable and be enjoyable.
  • Practice and explore what it means to be embodied by being authentic and true to your experience in any context that you may find yourself. Your experiences are valid and important in the authentic embodiment process. When we deny feelings and experiences we’ve had, we deny the truth, which blocks embodiment.
  • Make the commitment to become fully embodied by being as authentic and truthful as you can be in all circumstances. As you grow and change, your version of authentic expression will also continue to grow and change. Accept change as necessary for continual authentic embodiment.
  • Disregard labels of acceptable or nonacceptable themes that describe terms that are spiritual, conscious or awakened, in the positive or negative. Instead focus fully on really what you are feeling in the moment and finding the most authentic and compassionate expression for it.
  • Pay attention to your reactions in your body as they reveal places where you still may be hiding something from yourself and others because you are afraid. Be willing to face what it is that you may be hiding and attempt to describe it so you can learn to overcome the fear that feeds it.
  • When people in our life such as friends or family members are relating to us in past images or inauthentic ways, gently invite them to know the real you, share something that is your authentic self and then ask them to be real with you. In the embodiment process, we want to relate with others who also value authenticity and support this path along with us.
  • Participate in body awareness centered activities. Research therapies and educational material online that may be highly supportive now. Find areas that interest you, such as body work, fascial and tissue release, somatic therapy, methods that focus on embodying presently through grounding, breathing, posture, perceptual awareness, hydrotherapy, neutral mind and meditation.

When we allow ourselves to be totally honest with how we are feeling in our body, we can be present to the embodiment process and then we can start to observe those places that need our love and attention, so they can heal and recover. The body informs us when something is not healthy and that something in our body or life needs to change in order to rebalance and heal. Thus we need to learn to love and connect into our body while listening to the body’s messages, tuning into what the body needs to keep us balanced, healthy and embodied.
