“Question about the shadow process of feeling shame and unworthiness more than ever?”

LISA’S ANSWER:

“When we’re talking about continual collapsing of these consciousness fields, intersections occur as a result of this that have an impact to our changing consciousness, or sense of self. There are Mind Control Programs such as the cycle perpetuated between the VICTIM and VICTIMIZER which is designed to cellularly embed energies of unworthiness, shame and guilt. Predator and Controller forces propagate these energies as a type of bio-warfare into the masses as a means of controlling them. These are implants that have been in place with many lightworkers to fuel persecution via victimization or victimhood. It’s very common that any time we are going to be expanded into a new level of our spiritual evolution, into a higher frequency, there is an equal amount of resistance that comes in like gangbusters. Certain Implants or accumulated Nevative Emotions that remain un-cleared will broadcast particular feelings and emotional states in your body. Once an implant or dysfunctional pattern is recognized it is able to be removed. Being able to dis identify with this as part of your real identity, is the number one and most important action one can take. The first thing in looking at these patterns is realizing they are ‘recorded programs’ and implants within your consciousness. The next step is to not identify these programs as the real YOU. These are constructs of ego distortion and mental dysfunction. Relable these thoughts and reassign their value to your mind. The suggested mantra is to declare your intention fully that you are God-Sovereign-Free (GSF). The three frequencies around this intention are extremely powerful in repelling negative thoughts or attack energies. Set your intention that nothing less than the GSF field is around you, and that the unworthiness and shame are programs that are being used to control you from moving into the next level of your wisdom and spiritual intelligence. Because of the intensity of the polarized energy amplification, a result we are sensing from the collapsing time fields and because so many of us are being accelerated into a new level and being implanted with distractions such as this, this Shadow Clearing process is extremely common and you are not alone with this. It is a result of the Dark Night of the Soul, and we must surface the dark vibrational density we are carrying in our bodies and minds, in order to transmute and release old and dark patterns that have haunted us for millenniums. Become present to these ego distortions, acknowledge them as not the real you, and reassign the value you have given them to have power over you.”

“Amnesiac Barriers are the Walls of Separation that exist inside the compartments of the lower mind, or Three Layers of Ego. As this deeply buried content of memories and historical records surfaces that had been previously buried in our subconscious this is happening in order to transmute negativity and to clear out the dark energy of the shadow, to clear out pain body blockages. As a result right now many people are feeling a great Trauma or anxiety, a discomfort that is sourcing from the memories trying to surface from the subconscious into the Conscious Mind awareness by breaking through the Amnesiac Barriers, which we also call the Walls of Separation inside the compartments of the mind. The opportunity during this time is to become freed from the impacts of the lower matrices of the dimensional blending experiments of the NAA, and to exist above the artificial grids of the AI timeline network. To support this process we will take a helicopter ride over some of the most impactful Historical Timeline Trigger Events, to help us recover our memories and return any parts of ourselves that we can recollect at this time.”

Recovering Consciousness Memories

We have an increased opportunity to break through our Amnesiac Barriers and memory wiping, to regain personal knowledge that connects us with the truth of our own experience, at individual, collective and galactic levels. Our higher spiritual identity exists beyond the energy reversals and siphoning machinery that generates the false AI timelines in the descending matrix. As a natural part of spiritual Ascension, we are intersecting with an opening where the true historical record can be more easily recovered. Our higher consciousness body may be surfacing memories that need to be felt, witnessed and reintegrated. So what does recovering our memories actually look like? What is the process? I think many of you already know this because you’re undergoing it right now. Our body will start to remember memories. Compartmentalization and Internal Walls

The Death Culture is used to promote destructive lifestyles in order to permanently damage the heart, damage the Soul and Brain into some kind of form of fragmentation or dissociation. Dissociative behaviours eliminate all traces of true human Empathy and remove the Accountability towards the ethical implication that is behind the operations of the current world social, political, military, corporate structures in order to carry this out, in order to manifest internal Walls of Separation because fragmentation and Compartmentalization is also very much related to the creation of internal Walls of Separation. This is something that exists in us, can exist in us in terms of our light body. When these internal walls of separation are built in our 1st, 2nd or 3rd chakra this is when people can have extreme Trauma.

LISA RENEE: “This Is a Test of the Spiritual Emergency Broadcast System!”

“During this turbulent phase, we must recognize that many of the controlling dark forces are desperate, and that any traumatic experience or fear program they have an opportunity to exploit, they will manipulate those events with the purpose to intentionally corrupt, betray and break the human heart. The means by which they scheme to corrupt the human heart, is by attempting to intimidate and force people to unknowingly walk into traps where their personal Consent is being manipulated and their intent usurped. To intentionally confuse by deceiving, Gaslighting, and manipulating people to play out betrayal and abandonment fears, that further trigger Victim-Victimizer archetypes that can be hijacked by dark spiritual attachments. What many of us are being told on the surface by the mainstream media is not accurate or real. Where underneath are the complex deceptions designed to manipulate the masses into making unconscious agreements, to be in Consent with a harmful system that is inverted, dead energy or feeding into the anti-human agendas. When we feel overwhelmed in such harsh circumstances, when we see others we care for getting carried away by the pounding crash of the energetic tsunami in the world of forces, it is normal to sense feelings of powerlessness. When we feel powerless in certain difficult situations, we may have challenges with hopelessness and disbelief. These current alignments are digging deep into the fields of chaos in order to birth the new, resurrected from the dark ashes of this debris in lower matter, to be transformed into better alignment with the new Timelines that hold the potential of our highest expression. The shadow and death energy that exist in our past timelines in the lower matter fields, the dark matter templates, are being incinerated during this cycle. For some of us it means liberation in some area of our life, for others that refuse to adapt and be flexible to great changes, it may mean descending into madness. If we can work with these pressurized forces without resisting, it will burn away the shadow elements and take out the garbage. If we fight against the changes, it can burn us up quite badly in the process. Take great care to find the inner sanctum, stillness and communicate every day with your inner spirit. During this time more than ever, there is critical importance in making the daily effort to preserve our sacred hearts, to remain open by feeling, experiencing and exchanging loving feelings. This means that in all things that we decide for ourselves, in every moment, that we do not ever forget what Love and Compassion feels like when flowing through our heart. This heart-based quality is a distinctly angelic human quality, it is our sacred crystal heart that defines what it truly means to be a spiritualized and eternal human being. To become aware so that when we face adversity, that we are not disconnecting any part of our body from the forces of love; from giving, receiving and exchanging love, compassion, and Empathy for life. We must keep our mind and thoughts focused upon those higher qualities of love and appreciation that we experience in our daily lives, and identify that which we can share to circulate more unconditional love and kindness with other people. Our faith in ourselves is tested to the maximum and our true spiritual purpose is brought into questioning. Where our Spirit is true and pure this allows us to be in the flow with life. Where we must assert ourselves to be true to our heart, on the other hand, this becomes a potential spiritual crisis. Where is the line between being true to our heart and living authentically, harmlessly, and exerting our personal power to take control over situations through our own actions and impulses? What boundaries do we need to place in order to keep ourselves sane when other people may be trying to exert great force against us? Recent difficult situations have come with gravity and finality. The deep gravity of life altering changes, and the internal changes being made inside our body while our relationships with other people change or end. We must remember the darkness is before the dawn, knowing we can clear away the darkness from us, by building the power of our inner light through our spiritual practice. We cannot succumb to the feelings of powerlessness that are intentionally created to take advantage of our innocent heart or purity. We cannot succumb to the temptations pushing on us in daily interactions, the lack of ethics, nastiness, greed, or taking advantage of our fellow human, as our brother or sister. The harshness in the world can harden hearts, can weaken lesser souls, and can make the average person bitter and resentful. No matter what scheme, no matter what manipulation or game is being played against us by another human or alien force, we must stay strong and not bargain our ethics. Our job is to stay spiritually strong, to stay on course, and to stay in alignment to the ethics of the Spirits of Christ. If you feel you are being held hostage by some tentacle in the material world structure, you must stay strong and not bargain your ethics. This is a test of the spiritual emergency broadcast system!”

LISA RENEE on “Psycho-Spiritual Crisis”

“This is a very surreal, strange and disorienting time on planet earth, to observe what is happening in the larger collective consciousness during a time of deep Psycho-Spiritual Crisis. The symptoms of Psycho-Spiritual Crisis during the Ascension Cycle represent a manifestation and exteriorization of the deep dynamics within the human psyche and the multidimensional anatomy of human consciousness. The individual human psyche is a multidimensional consciousness and multilevel system with no internal divisions and with no boundaries on what potential realities can be directly experienced by multidimensional consciousness. Therefore, we cannot expect to find a one size fits all approach and have exacting definitions for every type of Spiritual Emergency that can arise in the human population. And yet, our Ascension work and research with individuals in Psycho-Spiritual Crisis, and the shared experiences of the Starseed and spiritual communities that are doing similar work, reveal that it may be helpful to outline certain major forms of Spiritual Emergency. They each have characteristic features that can be differentiated from others. We have the choice in how we want to interpret the information we perceive and how we will undergo this consciousness shift. We may observe how the current events and psychological operations have instigated a lot of mental confusion and chaos, and sometimes, this instigates aggravated fear and violence in the unawake people and 3D based organizations around us. Although we have a high population of 3D thinkers and 3D consciousness on this planet still operating as a result of 3D mind control, this may or may not suppress the forward momentum of the awakening phenomena that is happening now during the planetary ascension cycle. Whether a 3D person, or an inherently multi-dimensional and empathic person, we all undergo the Dark Night of the Soul process during spiritual awakening. The process will plunge us into stages of Psycho-Spiritual Crisis of 3D ego death. What is happening on the earth is a game changer, in that the 3D ego is in death throes. Recent events with the Amnesiac Barriers dissolving, rises up subconscious contents which for many have been deeply internalized and personalized by people’s sense of identity, and they easily take offense or feel hurt or slighted, because their 3D point of view or mental belief system is being threatened in a big way. When people’s identity are fully enmeshed or connected to a mental position or belief system, taking sides in the polarity of forces, they can become mentally rigid and emotionally dependent on that specific belief system or mental point of view. We refer to this as the bi-wave polarity consciousness, it’s when a person gets stuck in the extremes of one side or another, and staunchly will defend their beliefs, many times at their own expense and even while generating harm to others. As example, the archetypes of Hero-Savior and Enemy are really the same position in the bi-wave of duality and exaggerated by those playing its archetypal game in order to create sides for division. This is the main divide and conquer tactic by the NAA mind control that is used to keep people arguing and killing each other over petty disagreements that are being taken as major offenses. Therefore, during this transition phase, we will have a planet comprised of 3D mind non-experiencers and multidimensional experiencers that will be in conflict with each other over the control of the belief systems. Once you become seasoned on the Ascension path, or as a Starseed person, one will start to recognize that you have the role of being a Spiritual Catalyst for others, whether you want to or not. A Spiritual Catalyst instigates potential Awakening or consciousness shifts in the people, places and things that become connected with or exposed to your personal sphere of influence. Many 3D people will have experiences in the future that they cannot label or will not be open to re-contextualize, as this event is an catalytic experience which forces them to give up their current belief systems. People will be forced to accept some version of a new reality, whether they want to or not. We can adapt and change to go with the new energy flow in Service to Others, to help heal and unify our species. Or we can fight against it to preserve the fear based belief system of divide and conquer and war, that was made to feed into the 3D constructs.”
