ERIC RAINES: “Starseeds Mission”

Why do you exist? What is your mission? Why are you here? What is the meaning of life?

Everyone has felt these questions pulsing underneath the surface. If you have begun your awakening journey and have started connecting into and activating your energy body, these questions are much more likely to have a driving force behind them, almost like a personal quest with an amazing treasure at the end.

We have this driving need to understand, to frame the answers into 3D space, fully processing and logically understanding the minutest details to the umpteenth degree. We need a cut and dry template, a user’s manual if you will, but there is no “Here is how you live” booklet pushing out with us as we are born

Instead, we are trained from a very young age that our passions, desires, fantasies and imaginations are unnatural and we need to accept the versions of history, science, spirituality, society, economics and psychology of what is already established.

We begin to stuff down the joy of exploration and epiphany and start to “grow up” and join the “adult world”.

As we stop being children and join this dog-eat-dog world, feelings, habits, mental thought loops and tendencies that create behavior in ourselves that we fundamentally do not enjoy yet do not stop engaging in, begin to come up to the surface.

Some recognize how to heal these patterns through trial and error, but the vast majority has no idea that the world of violent thoughts, negative self talk, unhealthy habits, addictions, predatory behavior and general self loathing are something that they do not have to experience and have control over.

The problem is that the system we are born into has many ways of transmitting trauma and one of the easiest ways is not the obvious systems of control that we see. The surveillance state, ruling elite and nonstop war that is obvious on the surface is nothing more than a symptom of the true cause.

Going much deeper into the realms of light and vibration, parasitic entities that exist without a corporeal form and need the feelings of pain, fear, hate, jealousy, rage, self-loathing, etc… as food to survive are not the cause either.

Think about it for a second. If you did not have “etheric food” for these parasites, would they even be able to energetically connect into your field? A human body without “etheric food” (Think extremely heavy material as explained here https://www.facebook.com/eric.raines.357/posts/2455492438010946 ) is exceptionally bright, concentrated and powerful on the etheric level, simply because there is nothing weighing them down on the vibratory scale.

But where does this “food” come from? Why do we have patterns inside of us that create the thoughts, which lead to the emotions, which lead to the actions, which lead to the results we do not enjoy deep down on a fundamental level?

Let’s simplify this even more. Why do we feel what we do not enjoy? Why do we create situations that we do not enjoy that compound trauma into what we already don’t like feeling?

This is where we need to stretch out awareness to see with the eyes of a true Child of Creation. This is where we need to take our understanding that time truly does not exist in a linear fashion, the only thing that exists is NOW.

Your DNA has the template of everything you are inside of a microscopic coil, including all of your ancestral memories. All we have to do is look at birds in migration or a baby zebra running an hour after it is born or a salmon run to see the animal world connects into their ancestral DNA naturally, as it was designed to be accessed.

Now here is where the aha moment comes. We have the ability to *feel* our ancestral memories outside of logical understanding, Being placed inside of this system in the middle of it, with no knowledge of where it began, how it ended up there and what it is doing, all the while being trained out of *feeling* and into *thinking* creates the greatest smokescreen humanity has ever experienced.

Trauma from generations ago that has not been processed, emotional poison that has not been cleansed, ancient regrets, ancient fears….everything that was not transmuted into clean, pure energy is echoing down through the genetic line.

Symptoms of traumas you have never experienced can show up unexpectedly, but with extreme force. Perfect examples are extreme phobias. There is no reason that person should be terrified of enclosed spaces, having never been stuck in a tight space before, yet a fight-or-flight response that often times shocks with the surprise of the visceral rejection pops up immediately. The same for the fear of heights, of being buried alive, of drowning, etc.

We can logically process it away and label it like, “I just have claustrophobia”, but the ancient wound is still active.

One of the biggest ancestral wounds that I see affecting direct behavior in this life is sexual trauma, both from the victim and the perpetrators lines, which often times actually intermingle in future generations, creating co-dependent, violent relationships, sexual promiscuity, sexual domination/predatory behavior and most importantly (because this is the energy that cultivates in each generation to grow stronger and recreate these traumas), is the lack of connection, fear of connection and inability to trust. The furthest back we have found these so far is 40 generations before this current NOW.

This is an incredible stretch of human time perception, yet as soon as the client became aware of it and shifted it into what he wanted it to feel like, he felt immediate relief on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level. Pain, tension and anger that had been stuck in his fascia for years disappeared in seconds. Light, joy and purpose immediately took its place.

I know this has been a bit to read, but bear with me because now that we have an awareness, we have the ability to shift it, which in a universe of “As above, so below” is truly the ultimate secret.

What is your mission? Why are you here? What is the purpose for your soul to be incarnated directly in the genetics that you have chosen?

Simple. To break the cycle. To not allow the Sins of the Father to become the Sins of the Son if you want to take a biblical allegory to this.

Let’s explain. You chose this specific body, this specific family for one reason and one reason only: To recognize how much you do not enjoy the programmed energies and feelings that are passed down through that genetic line. You came here to stretch your perception beyond “you” to see the *Whole*.

It is not your fault you feel and think the way that you do. It was passed down to you. It is not your parents fault they think and feel the way they do, it was passed down to them.

Stretching this awareness into quantum reality, exposing the timelessness of this system makes one thing clear. Everyone who came before you that lead to the pyramid with you at the head exists right NOW. The traumas and programs they started and the succeeding generations that built that energy into what you are experiencing are happening in this moment.

You have the ability to begin to shift them. By becoming aware of them, you can start to observe your internal behavior. You can start to “red flag” emotions/thoughts/habits that you do not enjoy. You can start to take control of your emotional energy inside of these “red flags” and you can begin to deprogram them.

The deeper you go into this, the stronger you will feel these ancient connections and the less blockage will be in the DNA to allow you to begin the other side of this coin.

You are connected into the ancient, primordial God Source of Human origin. Within this line are gifts, talents and skills of unimagined majesty and wonder. Without the ancestral Karma echoing through the line, these begin to make themselves known much more obviously.

There is a world of perception and mastery that we are beginning to collectively open the doorway to. 2019 is going to shock the world with how much shifts, with how much of the “Unmovable” begins to crumble.

The forefront of human evolution begins with cleaning up our mess.

The only way out is truly *IN*

From my heart to yours,

Eric

ADEANA M. SLATER: “The God Spark Energy You Seek”

To leave the specifics out, those who care most and follow this specific timeline of the Bible: we are in the thick of “Revelations.” We have been soul battling those opposing the Light for years recently, but eons before this. These battles have been fought throughout history but never recorded or spoken of. Your entire history as you know it to be is falsely written and exclaimed. Very little of it is true. And it’s even more fabricated as time has gone on.

Religion is the biggest illusion because most of humanity are inundated and preoccupied with doing the “right thing” as expected and ordained as being the truth, but it is farther from it. All of these expectations come from organizations who are making money and a profit off of you. You are the believer and are willing to hand over your money in order to support more of these same illusions that are not serving the collective but are only making those prosperous as long as they are collecting this $$, if that makes the most sense.

In the interim, you turn over your hard earned money to your church of choice expecting a miracle or that God will see your good deeds and bless your life. I will tell you that there is little truth in this. The truth is that this God spark energy that you seek after, is in ALL of you. So try as you might, you cannot turn blame on any higher part of yourself that you are, which is of God and is a part of YOU, as your soul, and then expect a miracle to come to pass as a result. Well you can… you can do anything you wish to do. But if your desire is to heal yourselves and move forward in this Ascension process you will be guided by your heart to act or react as you need to. And you Will do just that.

To place blame or judgement is no longer supported by the energies. You are held accountable in all ways and actions. The energy you send out into the Universe will get attracted back to you. This has nothing to do with the Religious pretense of Right vs. Wrong. Again, it is a part of who you are. So blaming your creator or higher aspect for this nuance or that becomes a mute point. You cannot choose to point the finger at anyone for any shortcomings.

We are SLOWLY moving into this energy of Truth now, but prepare yourselves for this is where we are headed and why we are going there. The truth is you have the ability and capability to transform your life completely and absolutely in every shape and form. There are no limitations in this goal, but the fears and expectations that might cloud you as you move yourselves forward. This is not to discourage you from acting or reacting from the heart energy but for you to feel any and ALL truth within and move yourself as you desire to.

In a sense you are taking your own power back. And in an even more creative sense, you have the ability to shape and mold this new Earth any way you want. It takes positivity, love, joy, intention, and emotional response in order to make a complete difference. Similar to molding creations out of clay, putty, or Play-Doh. It is in your hands!!!

How do you wish to create? What do you intend to make? Are your thoughts/desires for humanity and the betterment of ALL? How about focusing on that. Work your own personal magic with the properties of Energy and see how best you are able to create. Two or more coming together in pure intention and for the service of humanity will always manifest in very short timeframes. That’s why it is most encouraged for you to do so! Go for it!! You can make amazing creations in these ways. YOU can and you WILL.

Blessings to YOU and to US as a whole,

~Adeana

MATEO SOL: “11 Traps That Sabotage Spiritual Growth”

“No matter what the practice or teaching, ego loves to wait in ambush to appropriate spirituality for its own survival and gain.”

~Chögyam Trungpa, Cutting Through Spiritual Materialism

Spiritual growth is an experience we all go through once we have experienced the spiritual awakening process. As we begin to awaken to the truth of who we are, we develop a connection to our authentic essence, higher nature or Soul.

As we progressively advance on our paths, our spiritual essence begins to blossom like a luminous flower deep in our heart. And the more we clear away the dead, gnarled and overgrown beliefs, perspectives, and emotional baggage within us, the more clearly we feel our divine essence. When we maintain our inner garden, we feel more and more love, wisdom, peace, and wholeness as our True Nature is revealed slowly to us.

Yet, like any garden, our metaphorical inner landscapes can be consumed by weeds, plagues, and forms of pollution that strangle anything beautiful we have been nurturing. Sometimes, we even sabotage the growth occurring within us ourselves, without knowing it.

What is Spiritual Growth?

“This isn’t a journey about becoming something.  This is about unbecoming who we are not.”

~Adyashanti, The End of Your World

Spiritual growth is the process of awakening to your true nature, purpose, and potential. When you undergo spiritual growth you experience an expansion in awareness and insight, also known as higher consciousness. All spiritual growth has one objective: to help you embody your Soul, Higher Self or Atman. Once you are able to unite with your Soul, you will experience what is understood as enlightenment, “heaven,” Oneness or moksha.

The problem with the spiritual journey is that it is often laden with traps of many kinds. These traps are not physical, but they are instead mental and are often referred to as anti-awakening forces.

As we process life primarily through the mind, we also tend to approach spirituality with the mind. The issue with this is that spirituality cannot be contained by the limitations of thought. Once spirituality is captured within a thought, it ceases to maintain its true essence and instead becomes a constricting belief or dogma. In other words, spirituality loses its alive, ever-flowing essence once it is compartmentalized within the mind.

Think about it this way: have you ever felt immense awe and wonder in the presence of something beautiful and enchanting like a sunrise? The moment you stop immersing yourself in the feeling of the sunrise, and start taking a photo of it or describing it in a text message, is the moment you are no longer truly present with the sunrise. Instead, you are filtering it through your thoughts or through a lens of some kind. The same can be said with spirituality.

The more we use the mind to approach our Soul, the further our Soul feels. But the moment we drop our thoughts and allow ourselves to purely feel our Soul, suddenly we feel at home once again. Think of it like this: when you chase the sun on the horizon thinking you will reach it, you never will, because it is an illusion. But when you stop and feel the sun’s presence shining on your skin already, you will no longer chase anything.

It is difficult for us, as mind-oriented beings, to become conscious of our thoughts, as we have been conditioned to identify with them since a young age. But once we can observe our thoughts and how they tend to sabotage our happiness, we will experience true spiritual growth.

11 Traps that Sabotage Spiritual Growth

Below I want to share with you eleven of the most common traps that we fall into on the spiritual path. I have personally experienced these pitfalls many times, and they have resulted in a lot of pain and struggle. See how many of these traps you can identify with:

1. The trap of spiritual bypassing

Spiritual bypassing is the practice of using spirituality to avoid, suppress or escape from certain emotions or situations in life. Common types of spiritual bypassing include:

  • numbing one’s emotions through “spiritualized” repression and avoidance
  • unhealthy obsession and attachment to the positive (e.g. positive thinking) and adopting a passive-aggressive “nice” mask
  • debilitating judgment about one’s negativity or shadow self
  • anger-phobia
  • weak personal boundaries
  • blind or excessively tolerant compassion (to the detriment of oneself and the other)
  • forcefully trying to “kill” the ego and condemning it as “bad/evil”
  • exaggerated detachment
  • getting stuck in theoretical spirituality and dogmatic beliefs about “truth”
  • denial of self-responsibility by placing it on another higher being (e.g. spirit guide, angel)
  • delusions of having arrived at a higher level of being
  • using spiritual practices to escape unpleasant emotions; for example,
  • using meditation to dissociate from emotions, rather than transmute them

2. The trap of superiority

This manifests as the tendency to “look down” upon others who are not as “consciously advanced” or “awakened.” The trap of superiority can be seen as a subtle feeling of “being better” than others who aren’t “spiritual.” In more extreme cases, this trap can appear as the tendency to lash out at people who are still “asleep,” “blind” or “sheep” of society. This kind of reactive behavior can often be seen in people who have just “woken up” to the state of the world, yet have undergone minimal spiritual growth. We need to remember that everyone is doing the best they can at their level of consciousness. When the time comes, they will awaken too.

3. The trap of forcefully trying to wake others up

Once we have awoken out of the “matrix” it is common for us to desperately want our loved ones and fellow peers to awaken. We can see how much pain and delusion other people are in, and that riles up in us the intense desire to “show them the truth.” However, often our attempt to forcefully awaken people misfires quickly. Even though we have good intentions, our desire to “save” others causes them to backlash in ways that infuriate both them and us. The less responsive they are to our pushy attempts to “wake them up,” the more frustrated and alienated we become. Eventually, trying to force others to wake up ends up harming both ourselves and others. Not only that, but this trap generates a lot of anger and misunderstanding, which results in further ego ensnarement, sabotaging our spiritual growth. Let people wake up when they are ready.

4. The trap of wanting to help others

This trap is closely entwined with the previous trap except it is more geared towards giving others advice. There is nothing wrong with wanting to help others, as long as you respect their boundaries. But sometimes developing an expanded spiritual perspective gives the ego an opportunity to feel more “knowledgeable” than others still trapped in illusion. When unsolicited advice is given to others, the results can be disastrous (think anger, upset, offense etc.).

Wanting to help others can also be used as a way of escaping our need to help ourselves. Under the guise of being “spiritual” and compassionate, helping others can be just another form of spiritual bypassing.

5. The trap of wanting to revolutionize the world

Once we wake up to the lies and corruption present in our current societal structure, many of us want to desperately change society. We fall into the trap of thinking that freedom, honesty, and justice can be created by changing the external system. As a result, we buy into the “us versus them” and “divide and conquer” mentality that is a product of the ego’s tunnel vision. We don’t realize that we’re actually fuelling the corrupt system which depends on anger and chaos to thrive and survive. Instead of understanding that all true change comes from an internal revolution, we get caught up in the pursuit of external revolution which is fragile and transient.

6. The trap of meaninglessness

Once we experience divine and transcendent states of being in which we become One with all, we can fall into the trap of spiritual nihilism after the experience passes. In other words, once we realize, from the perspective of the Universe, that nothing we do ultimately matters because all is passing, we can fall into a depressive mindset. Using truths such as “All is an illusion,” the person who falls for this trap tends to filter life through the mind. By mentally clinging to these truths, they become beliefs that the ego uses as an excuse to paradoxically feel separate from existence.

7. The trap of avoiding everyday responsibilities

Some people get so infatuated with the spiritual path that they avoid dealing with ordinary, everyday affairs. This form of escapism can lead to leeching off others, not paying bills, evading taxes, obsessing with “living off the grid,” etc. When avoiding everyday responsibilities is worn as a badge of being consciously elevated or “more spiritual” this too is a form of egotism in disguise. Avoiding ordinary responsibilities which are not perceived as being “spiritual enough” can also be a form of distraction that the ego uses to limit spiritual growth. The more concerned and obsessed you are with living an outwardly “spiritual” looking life, the more distanced from your inner work you become. Sometimes we need to feed the sharks to keep the calm and live balanced lives.

Remember the old Zen saying: “Before Enlightenment: chop wood, carry water; after Enlightenment: chop wood, carry water.” We need to be humble and recognize that ordinary daily life is the perfect place to spiritually grow and mature.

8. The trap of self-victimization

Soon after we experience a spiritual awakening and wake up to the insanity of the world, it is common for us to get stuck in self-victimization. We may start to perceive the world as a “prison” and other people as the “captives” or even “capturers.” The shock of awakening may send us spiraling into anxiety and paranoia. Inevitably, we may start feeling like victims resulting in us blaming other people and the higher powers for how we feel. The spiritual trap of self-victimization can be seen a lot on social media which often tends to become a pity party for spiritual fledglings. At the end of the day, we need to see that it is actually our thoughts that cause us to suffer, not other people or situations. Once we can take self-responsibility for our perspectives and beliefs, we can become empowered once again.

9. The trap of the Savior Complex

This trap is related to the previously mentioned trap of wanting to help others. The Savior Complex is adopted by people who feel a sense of superiority to the rest of humanity. Their sense of being “different” and more “spiritually elevated” can make them feel as though they are destined to fix the world. The Savior Complex can most often be seen within the “lightworker/Starseed/healer” circles who tend to put themselves up on pedestals, believing it is their cosmic duty to “save the planet.” This perception aligns with the belief that there is something “wrong” with reality and that other people are “broken” and need to be fixed (which is an ego perspective). This perception also reinforces the ego’s sense of “specialness” and self-importance.

The Savior Complex can go one step further and evolve into a Martyr Complex. Martyrs believe they must “bear the burdens” of others. Obviously, this is an extremely unhealthy way of living which is based on Christian conditioning (think of the story of Jesus). By “carrying” other people’s pain, Martyrs bypass taking responsibility for their own happiness and enable other people’s immature behavior. Read more about the Martyr Complex.

10. The trap of attachment

After experiencing profound and expansive mystical experiences which often come after significant spiritual growth, it is common for us to attach to the experience. It can be painful to come down from these experiences and return back to usual, unenlightened reality. We can also attach to our “stories” and beliefs about spirituality. Because the mind tries to make sense of this transcendent experience, it will often latch onto various ideas as a form of control. But the more we attach to our beliefs, stories, desires, and mental interpretations, the more we suffer. We forget that everything passes, even transcendent experiences. Enlightenment isn’t a destination, it is a complete surrender; a fundamental shift in the way we approach life.

Attachment is perhaps the most common trap that sabotages our spiritual growth. On one hand, attachment to ideas helps us to grow, but ultimately, those ideas that we are unwilling to let go of end up stagnating our growth. When ideas become protection blankets rather than catalysts for our growth, there is a big problem. We need to realize that freedom cannot be experienced through the mind. Freedom is felt when we can be liberated from attachment to our thoughts.

11. The trap of relying on external answers

As we progress through our spiritual paths it is normal, and beneficial, for us to seek out external support. Reading books, attending workshops and seminars, going to retreats, practicing holistic techniques, and getting a personal guru all help us experience spiritual growth. However, after a while, it is common for us to become too dependent on external answers for our freedom and happiness. This pitfall can be seen in many spiritual seeker’s obsession and glorification of their gurus (in other words, projecting and disowning their divinity onto another).

Eventually, as we become accustomed to constantly searching outside of ourselves for answers, we forget the presence of our own Souls. We forget that our ultimate source of guidance and wisdom comes from within us, and instead, we keep chasing things outside of ourselves that we believe will “enlighten” us.

We need to stop, pause, and reflect on our spiritual journeys. Are we seeking out first-hand experience or second-hand experience given to us by others? Don’t forget to look within for your answers as well because it is by connecting with your Soul that you will ultimately experience freedom.

Final Thoughts

In order to see through and extricate ourselves from these traps, we need to be radically honest with ourselves. We need to be willing to see that we have indeed gone astray and have fed into the ego. We will also immensely benefit from exploring our Shadow Selves and exploring our mistaken beliefs.

Don’t worry if you have fallen into any of these traps. We all become ensnared by the ego. It can be particularly difficult for us to see clearly when the ego “spiritualizes” certain beliefs and ideas. The more open, humble, and honest you are, the more you will be able to see through these tricks and liberate yourself.

Finally, don’t be afraid of the dark. Don’t be afraid of being wrong. Everything, no matter how painful, is a learning opportunity. At the end of the day, your Soul is everything you have been searching for.

If you have any extra thoughts or insights about traps that sabotage spiritual growth, please share below. I would also love to hear your own journey.

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “The Numerology and Spiritual Significance of 12/12”

On the 12th day of the 12th month of the year, a powerful numerology code is activated helping to raise the frequency of our light body, access high realms of consciousness, and bring a sense of completion to a greater cycle.

12 is a powerful number in numerology that represents wholeness and completion. We have 12 months in the year, and 12 signs in the zodiac, and it is only once we have experienced all twelve of these states, that we can gain a bigger picture perspective and understanding as to where we have been.

Sometimes, it is only when we reach the end of a cycle, that we can really begin to understand the journey.

The awareness of the bigger picture and this sense of completion is the energy that number 12 holds, but on the 12th day of the 12th month, this energy magnifies.

While we can understand things from our vantage point on this earthly realm, the numerology code of 1212 gives us the opportunity to see things from an even greater perspective and level of consciousness.

To do this, the numerology code of 1212 helps to activate and raise the frequency of our light body or energy field.

We all have a light body or a field of energy that exists around us. Our light body has many different layers to it, but once activated, our light body allows us to travel across dimensions and into higher realms of consciousness and awareness.

Our light body is also believed to be the vehicle that helps us return back to our true home and to Source energy.

This light body vehicle is also known as a Merkaba and is seen as two inverted pyramids that spin in opposite directions.

On 12/12, we can activate our own personal Merkaba with more ease, and we can use this energy to view the events of our lives from a higher state of awareness.

This higher state of awareness is essentially the ability to see all things through the eyes of love. Pure unconditional love. Big magic love.

When we break down every pain and struggle, it can always be linked back to a lack of love. When we see this, we know that the answer to all our problems and struggles is just more love. Love for others, love for self. The answer can always be traced back to more love.

We can hear this and understand that love surrounds us and flows within us and seeps through everything and everyone, but to actually feel it helps to make it real and helps us to know the truth of what lives within.

Feeling this level of love is something that can only be achieved in fleeting moments, as it is not always part of the earthly experience.

We can achieve this state momentarily through meditation, finding our joy, surrounding ourselves with those we love, being in nature, and practicing gratitude.

It is in these moments that we can tap into the river of unconditional love that flows through us all, and makes up the entire energetic framework of the Universe around us.

On 12/12, it is easier for us to access and reach this space, so on this day, spend time meditating, journaling, tuning into your heart, and practicing self-love.

Visualize your energy field around you, and see if you can expand it, tap into it, and use it to travel to higher dimensions.

Pay attention to your dreams on 12/12 as well, as they are likely to be more prophetic or contain information from the deeper parts of your soul.

To help with this, perhaps say a little prayer or set an intention as you sleep, and see if that helps you to travel across time and space in your dreams to gain knowledge, wisdom, and feel into the love.

1212 unlocks an incredibly potent energy, so tune in and use the day to your advantage. Feel in to what is right for you, and stay open to any signs and messages you may receive.

1212 Meditation Exercise:

1.) Lay down flat on the floor or sit upright in lotus position.

2.) Close your eyes and take 12 deep breaths to settle your mind.

3.) Visualize the top half of your body (from your knees up) surrounded in the light of a beautiful pyramid. See that pyramid reaching up into the heavens and connecting your body with the higher realms.

4.) Once that visual is strong in your mind, visualize another pyramid on the lower half of your body pointing down towards mother earth. Visualize the light of this pyramid surrounding the lower half of your body and connecting you to the planet.

5.) Once this pyramid visual is strong, sit with it for 12 breaths.

6.) When ready, imagine the top pyramid slowing starting to spin in a clockwise direction and the bottom pyramid slowly starting to spin in a counter-clockwise direction.

7.) Keep this visual going and just observe any feelings or sensations that arise in your body. Stay here for 21 breaths or for as long as you feel is necessary.

8.) When ready to close the meditation, stop the pyramids from spinning and see the light of the pyramids getting smaller and moving closer into your body until your body completely absorbs the light.

9.) Take 12 deep breaths here and begin gently wiggling your toes and fingers.

10.) Once you are ready, stand up and shake out your body. Drink a glass of water to help cleanse and balance your energy out.

Happy 12/12!

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Everything You Resist, Persists!”

Ascension Avatar note: In other words, be aware, view everything squarely in the eye for what it is (‘inner’ and ‘outer’ but primarily ‘inner’), don’t hesitate to improve what’s there and remember ‘shielding-up’ is simply, not resisting your own energetic resilience.

.  .  .

Every time we want to avoid something, it looks like it bumps to us constantly. Being like that, it is actually not some conspiracy, but it is the simple consequences of the universal laws operating: it is the Law of Resistance.

Everything we resist, it persists, no matter what it is.

For example, if we take a look at our past life, we are going to have a lot of memories which will prove the reality of the law in only a couple of moments. No matter what we resisted, it persisted.

For instance, when resisting some negative situation and we force the outside circumstances to be in our own favor as of our wishes, it will only create more sufferance and negativity. Enduring things looks like it squeezes out the energy and transfers it to that thing of resistance. So, we continue resisting, as well as draining the energy inside us.

However, the hardest challenge would be how we actually tolerate a person that is filled with a lot of negativity and attitudinal regularly creates chaos in the family. Also, at our workplace were a lot of individuals that have some negativity in attitude exist, for example, our boss, who always claims to be right, even though he is not.

So, at such times, we should know the way in which we should respond. We will also have to be brave and have the bravery to support ourselves, or some individuals will simply walk over us. However, the goal that we have is to create an inside suspension organization gradually, such as the one of some vehicle which drives on the roads.

Gradually, through some practice of observing our thoughts and breaths quietly, we can permit the distilling of the standard inside mechanism of resistance something which will be unpleasant, so later on, we will have the ability to confront situations like that and become awake and alert about not surrendering to the sudden urge to do the same. Instead, we should attempt being more empathetic and understanding, and fill that individual with some optimistic energy.

This will not be easy, but as the time passes, it will be, if it is practiced. If we can actually do it once, we can also do it twice, and step by step, we are going to come into a condition in which provocations from outside will not make us be out of our balance.

This is a real spiritual growing — remaining unharmed in the middle of the outside challenges and threats. A person that can do that will know that each of those negative individuals who came into his life did not happen by accident, but it occurred as a result of karmic relation.

We can actually win this if we play the correct card and we can also reach not reaction and state of response, so there will be peace without and within.

We have to learn a lot more from nature. When keeping company with it, we are going to learn something from the air, as it has different smells within it, but does not have its own. Our planet is the incarnation of patience. For example, when we look at trees, they are going to teach us everything about the art of not judging, unconditionally.

We are not supposed to not remember that we are not simply a part of this nature, but we are the nature itself, in its totality. The simple difference is that we are actually not aware that we are inseparable from it, and it is the main reason why we become unnatural.

When we are living a non-violent life, trying not to cause pain or hurt people with deeds or words, or when we want to see the wonders of the planet, we are going to grow in real humans that follow the order of the Universe, the principal of cosmic order. Then, the necessity for resistance is going to dissolve forever.
