LISA RENEE: “All or Nothing Thinking”

“All-or-nothing thinking refers to thinking in extremes. You are either a success or a failure. Something is right or it’s wrong. In order to overcome all-or-nothing thinking, it is important to avoid thinking in negative, absolute terms. Most often the narcissist does this as an attempt to stabilize their sense of self positivity in order to preserve their Self Esteem, by perceiving themselves as purely upright or admirable and others who do not conform to their will or values as purely wicked or contemptible.”

~Lisa Renee

Cognitive Distortions are exaggerated, obsessive or irrational thought patterns that are believed to perpetuate the effects of psychopathological states, especially depression and anxiety. When we over-rely on cognitive distortions, we usually interpret events in such a way that fuels emotions such as anxiety, depression, or anger. All-or-nothing thinking is one such distortion. All-or-nothing thinking refers to thinking in extremes. You are either a success or a failure. Something is right or it’s wrong. These are examples of all-or-nothing thinking (also known as black-and-white thinking). Thoughts and beliefs that are grounded in pessimism can negatively impact your feelings, emotions, and mental health.

In order to overcome all-or-nothing thinking, it is important to avoid thinking in negative, absolute terms. Learning how to clear Negative Ego through refocusing thoughts is suggested to help relieve Mental Anxiety and stress related to negative emotions exacerbated by negative thoughts.

Splitting

(All-or-nothing thinking or dichotomous reasoning):

  • Evaluating the self, as well as events in life in extreme terms.
  • It’s either all good or all bad, either black or white, nothing in between.
  • Causing every small imperfection to seem incredibly dangerous and painful.
  • Splitting involves using terms like “always”, “every” or “never” when this is neither true nor equivalent to the truth. Example: When an admired person makes a minor mistake, the admiration is turned into contempt. [1]

Narcissistic Personality Disorder

People matching the diagnostic criteria for narcissistic personality disorder also use splitting as a central Ego Defense Mechanism. Most often the narcissist does this as an attempt to stabilize their sense of self positivity in order to preserve their Self Esteem, by perceiving themselves as purely upright or admirable and others who do not conform to their will or values as purely wicked or contemptible. Given the narcissist’s perverse sense of entitlement and Splitting, he or she can be equally geared, psychologically and practically, towards the promotion of projects, simultaneously promoting the demise of a certain collectively beneficial project.

The cognitive habit of splitting also implies the use of other related Ego Defense Mechanisms, namely idealization and devaluation, which are preventative attitudes or reactions to Narcissistic Rage and narcissistic injury.

LISA RENEE: “Linear vs. Non-Linear Thinking”

“Most people perceive the external structures of reality based on information conveyed by their main senses, which is their operating sentience level. Some people have five main senses that are controlled by their Unconscious Mind functions, and others with developed Higher Sensory Perception, have accumulated more sensory ability by expanding their access into their higher mind function. If sensory information is missing, partially blocked, or misunderstood through wrong perception, people impose their semblance of linear order without the benefit of all the proper information. Purely linear thinking ultimately confines the intelligence to the lower aspects of mind and lower instinctual senses. Linear thinking contracts energy. Linear thinking contracts consciousness and limits expanded sensory feelings such as intuition. Thought addicted linear thinkers close down their heart and this closes down their body feeling mechanism.”

~Lisa Renee

Linear thinking is the process of thought following known step-by-step progression where a response to a step must be elicited before another step is taken. (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3….) Linear thinkers put things in order as they experience them in a sequential manner, like a straight line. A straight line between two points has been the way we have been educated as the most effective way to get from one place to another. Linear thinkers see the world mostly as black and white (the polarity structure or Bi-Wave Influences). A person limited to linear thinking has mental blocks in reaching more options for resolution or reaching compromise because they cannot perceive outside a certain parameter. An example of limitation in linear thinking is the capacity to creatively problem solve an issue if the primary procedure breaks down, to find alternative ways, to inquire or ask the right question in the problem solving equation, or to find the balance point for resolution. Additionally, linear thinkers do not communicate with the consciousness inherent in living things, like the land, animals and nature. Because linear thinking is repetitious and in many situations the outcome or result never changes, this stunts higher sensory perception and suppresses consciousness. The mind gets stuck in a gear of belief and linear experience that it cannot shift out of. The more inflexible the mind, the weaker it is.

Most people perceive the external structures of reality based on information conveyed by their main senses, which is their operating sentience level. This is assuming something to be true and accurate while holding only the tiniest infinitesimal variable that prevents one from seeing the whole facts or larger picture. Purely linear thinking ultimately confines the intelligence to the lower aspects of mind and lower instinctual senses. Linear thinking contracts energy. Linear thinking contracts consciousness and limits expanded sensory feelings such as intuition. Thought addicted linear thinkers close down their heart and this closes down their body feeling mechanism.

Non-Linear thinkers

Non-Linear thinkers have developed a capacity for spiral thinking and problem solving which extends into multiple directions or as an outward expansion spiral. Rather than thinking in step by step moving in one direction, spiral thinkers inherently know that there are multiple starting points from which one can apply the solution to a problem. Spiral thinkers are able to traverse the many directions the problem may have and find the central root or causal issue of the problem, rather than trying to solve the surface symptom. Most world problems have a causation of which many layers of other problems are stacked on top in layers as the result. This is the same as a medical diagnosis giving a label to something that does not address the deeper cause and its root infection. Most linear thinking keeps the mind sliding on the surface going back and forth and finally in a circle which remains static. Nonlinear or spiral thinking allows the mind to go deeper to the root of the problem, spiral it out in multiple directions from its source, which is the most effective way to impact deeper resolution and change. Spiral thinkers are accessing beyond the functions of the Three Layers of Ego mind. They access a new higher sensory ability through the contact made to the Higher Mind, which is a function of higher consciousness or spirit-energy intelligence. Training your mind to go beyond linear thought and into nonlinear thinking expands energy, expands consciousness and potentially opens ones heart and feeling centers.

LISA RENEE: “Cognitive Dissonance”

“People will ignore evidence that is contrary to their own beliefs, in order to preserve their mental beliefs that have become important to their personality, and to avoid feeling the tension of conflicts. It takes personal dedication to honestly face internal conflicts in order to evolve past cognitive dissonance and into the higher clarity of discerning resonances. This means asking equally if we are being lied to through mass manipulation, or if we are lying to ourselves to avoid a painful truth. In either case our Consent is not in alignment to Universal Law, and we can feel this through our heart intelligence.”

~Lisa Renee

Currently the earth and all inhabitants are subjected to hidden and obvious Mind Control technologies used to increase Cognitive Dissonance that socially engineer the collective consciousness Consent to accept the Death Culture, in order to continue to accept world slavery and parasitism. Most people on earth would not give their consent to be slaves or to be used for energy, so they are mind controlled to stay in denial, survival or escapism to avoid seeing this painful truth. Consumer marketing campaigns capitalize on cognitive dissonance by framing their advertising in such way that the easiest magical solution to reduce pain or discomfort from problems is to buy or support their product or Propaganda. Through media bombardment they consistently form positive associations to the negative behaviors of the death culture in order to increase cognitive dissonance in the way people think, which increases suggestibility and gullibility into programming. People that are highly suggestible are programmed in such ways that directly impact the unconscious formation of Doublethink into socially acceptable belief systems. This is purposed to covertly, yet directly stimulate the unresolved conflicts in the instinctual and unconscious mind’s reactions, eliminating critical thinking, common sense, consistency and coherent thoughts. This way people are led to associate the negative belief systems being propagated, with the positive associations being programmed for them. When the actions or results of those associations are actually entirely negative and spiritually destructive to them. As an example, why would humanity endorse the death culture when its purpose is to enslave and kill members of the human race? This is cognitive dissonance in action, the deliberate ignoring and denial of the War Over Consciousness on the earth in order to avoid conflicting thoughts.

This further influences and shapes what the collective unconscious creates as the main value system in society, which reflect what type of external structures people have given away their consent to. Because money and Materialism are highly valued by the masses, this is the area in which most people give away their power of Consent. Doublethink produces lack of coherence and inconsistency in one’s thoughts, which is similar to the state of cognitive dissonance. People that are mind controlled with cognitive dissonance or doublethink, refuse to acknowledge what is in plain sight or right in front of their eyes in full evidence, because they are still clinging to denial and self-deception generated from fear and pain avoidance.

Cognitive Dissonance is the uncomfortable tension that exists when holding two conflicting thoughts in the mind at the same time, or it is the tension that exists between the actions of the mind, and the actions of the heart. It is the state of incoherence or inconsistency within our thinking, when conflicting thoughts surface into the mind and cannot be reconciled, clarified or neutralized. Therefore, the state of cognitive dissonance usually brought on by Negative Ego pathology, manifests as a range of psycho-emotional-spiritual conflicts that impact the functioning of body, mind, heart and spirit. Many people misplace their consent through the mental state of cognitive dissonance, because they do not know the core spiritual self, and thus their Consent is given away through the confusion they have with conflicting belief systems. When a person makes decisions that are based in self-deception or group deception, they are basing their consent on the beliefs that the deception is true or going along with the popular opinion because it’s easier. This is the way to manufacture consent in the masses through the setup of the Imposter. Because a person is consenting to something that represents itself or markets itself with Propaganda, as something other than what it really is. When we believe manipulated lies as truth, we give up critical thinking, common sense and intuition that help us make informed decisions about where we place consent.

Dissonance between the Ego and Heart

Cognitive dissonance happens commonly between the beliefs of the ego mind, and the core beliefs or truth that exists within evidential facts as considered through the open heart and spiritual intelligence. If we ignore our spirit, and go against our heart intelligence to give consent to the ego intelligence, we create cognitive dissonance in our thinking which manifests as unresolved conflicts that generate energetic blocks in our pain body. These blocks are created when consciously aware of dissonance, or unconsciously reacting to dissonance through uncontrolled impulses. Dissonance or uncomfortable tension that we feel is very strong when we believe something about ourselves and then perform an action that is against that belief. Dissonant based tension and anxiety is much more powerful when there are conflicts about our self-image, who we believe we are, and what we identify with as our personality. The more dissonance, tension or mental anxiety we feel, the more attachment and dependency we have to defining our self-image based upon those sets of beliefs.

Mental Anxiety produced from cognitive dissonance magnifies considerably in relation to how important the subject is to us and how much we identify with it. It also relates to how polarizing the opposing thoughts are that are in conflict within us, and our inability to rationalize, explain away or resolve the conflict. This makes it clear that Confirmation Bias and Self-Justification through Ego Defense Mechanisms are commonly used to explain away the conflicts, in order to make people feel instantly better. People will ignore evidence that is contrary to their own beliefs, in order to preserve their mental beliefs that have become important to their personality, and to avoid feeling the tension of conflicts. It takes personal dedication to honestly face internal conflicts in order to evolve past cognitive dissonance and into the higher clarity of discerning resonances. This means asking equally if we are being lied to through mass manipulation, or if we are lying to ourselves to avoid a painful truth. In either case our Consent is not in alignment to Universal Law, and we can feel this through our heart intelligence.

In order to resolve mental tension and inner conflicts that results from Cognitive Dissonance, one must first recognize that they have the power to make different choices. In taking responsibility for the choices they make, they can learn to change the way they think and change their behavior in ways that restore Coherence and consistency. In this way by resolving or removing issues of cognitive dissonance (mental anxiety from inner conflicts) they become more coherent and consistent in their thoughts, which allow for better choices to be made with the power of their own consent. When people remain in cognitive dissonance and they refuse to take responsibility for their choices to resolve conflicts, the negative consequences of dissonance are that it attracts more dissonant or negative energies.

Our thoughts shape our beliefs, which inform decisions about where to place consent. So the process of cognitive dissonance becomes the basis for how we evaluate situations and make decisions. It is the central mechanism by which we perceive or experience differences that we encounter in the world. Once we become more self-aware, we evolve beyond egoic levels of cognitive dissonance and into choices based on deep inner feelings of nonjudgmental personal resonances, which is the higher sensory language of the heart and spiritual intelligence guidance system. JEREMIAH STEPHEN (HeartSphere): “Voices”

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Life teems with choice and decision. Some are difficult, while others are easy. Some test the loom upon which the very fabric of our lives is woven. And upon the precipice of choice we may also find resounding voices–those that are not our own.

We all come to these critical points as we dwell within the many spheres that visit our lives.

All decisions affect not only our life, but the lives of others as well. The choice of food that we nourish our bodies with has consequences that can be witnessed in minutes, and others that may not be seen for many years. Our choice of words can immediately defeat or uplift a stranger, a loved one or a friend. And our choice of actions may alter the course of world history, or at the very least, our own personal history.

But many of these choices are made almost involuntarily, influenced by thoughts that do not belong to our hearts.

I used to be worried about every move that I ever made, about every word that I would utter and every action that I took. I wasn’t worried about the causal outcome of my words or actions, but of the response from those around me. In doing this, I placed myself into a protective shell that grew dense over many years. And many of us are familiar with this.

I was called shy, withdrawn, reserved, introverted and anti-social. But this was never who I truly was. I felt comfortable being quiet, so I stayed where I found comfort.

But the day came when I no longer visited those thoughts that brought me worry. I found strength in my own hands, through creative pleasure and my own God-given gifts. I realized that I only worried over my perception of another person’s perception. It was my own thoughts that worried me, and nothing else.

Then I realized one beautiful truth…

Don’t believe everything that you think.

Today, I embrace who I am. I speak my deepest thoughts, and am not afraid to share my life with anyone. Of course I’m still full of cynicism, sarcasm and a host of other idiosyncrasies, but who isn’t?

I’ve made countless choices that have taught me great truth, and if anyone asked me to correct anything in my past, I can honestly say the thought itself is impossible.

Because everything that I’ve done has brought me here, to this moment.

Had I not decided to move to a new place instead of staying home, I may not have a daughter. Had I chosen to stay just one day longer in Colorado, I may not have a son. So revisiting my perceived past “what-if’s” or otherwise “difficult” choices brings me to knowing that my options were on my path for a reason.

As is everything… And everyone.

We should be wise to not give our choices up to the resounding doubt that speaks to us from the dark corners of the mind. We should never step out of our own light to appease the shadows of a crowd, or to play it safe and stay comfortable in a hardened shell made of our own mind’s treachery.

These are lessons that I’ve learned, and though I am where I am in life because of choices I’ve made from these metrics, I’ve come far from the mist that once covered the hidden garden. I now choose wisely, and listen to my heart as it softly speaks.

I wish all to hear their true voice, and to be sound and content in speaking their own truth as it should be done by one’s own accord.

Life is full of Choices…

And full of Voices…

So, choose wisely.

And Speak your Own.
