LISA RENEE: “Wings”

The 6D-7D ray frequencies connect into vertical Axiatonal Lines and horizontal meridians that are connected to energetic portals that are on the top of our shoulders and run down each side of our body. In the angelic human lightbody, these two energy centers operate as portals and are called the Wings. The 6th portal Wing is in the top right shoulder indent on the masculine side of the body, and the 7D portal Wing is on the top left shoulder indent on the feminine side of the body. The 6D portal is connected to the celestial body in the third layer of our Soul matrix, and when activated, begins the process of the Soul Twin Flame Merge that occurs within our bodies that synthesizes the first stage of hierogamic union or sacred marriage. When we start to build our 6D Lightbody, our masculine and feminine energies attempt to merge and synthesize a pathway up our central vertical Channel, connecting into the base of the brain and synthesize the frequency from out of the 6th energy centers, in the center of the forehead and brain.

When completed we are holding the first layer of inner template of divine union in the Soul Matrix and able to outwardly manifest the first levels of our divine union or hierogamic partnership.

When the merge between the 6th layer and 7th layer has reached a certain accretion level, the Lightbody is holding the first layer of the inner template for hierogamic union. This is the ascension stage of divine union that occurs within the three layers of the Soul unite and that intelligence embodies within the cells of the human body.

The 7D Portal Wing also represents the Crucified Female Principle of the Christos-Sophia intelligence. This has not only distorted the human gender principle, it has been a source of human sexual misery and consciousness enslavement. The result of crucifixion of the female principle represented in a male body, can be observed in the mass perception in the narrative of the separation that exists between the male and female. The male and female principle are two sides of the same coin, they cannot be separated from each other because no matter what body we are inhabiting, we are inherently both genders. Whatever we may do or believe that is destructive to either the male or female principle, ultimately wounds our soul and spirit and creates misery. This misconception promoted to separate the genders outwardly manifests as the external results of the state of the crucified inner male-female principle in our world today. Please see Crucifixion Implants.

The 6D and 7D Ley Lines have been extremely blocked in the planetary grids and have not been activated on our planet or within the lightbody of human consciousness for eons of time. The planet has been implanted with extensive Frequency Fences and NETs to purposely thwart the planetary and individual Lightbody accretion and to prevent the soul fragments from healing. This way the souls of human consciousness are stuck in rounds of 3D dimensional reincarnation experiences never getting off the wheel of rebirth, constantly coming back into the lower form worlds of density. With many people existing with a consciousness level of pure identification with physical matter, it became harder with each evolutionary cycle for the human race to recognize its true nature as a multidimensional and inner Christos God being. This amnesia still impacts many souls on the earth today, who don’t believe they have a soul or spirit and realize they are inherently both male and female principles.

Michael-Mary Reversal

Michael-Mary Reversal networks are Alien Machinery planetary grids that split gender apart and are anti hierogamic union. The result of this grid is to promote the splitting apart of the layers of Soul marriage that occur at the 6th and 7th dimensions, which is the spiritual ascension process of Building Wings.

Hierogamic union is the Christos-Sophia and represents the perfected sacred marriage of the Risen Christ as one unified being in service to the Law of One and God. The Michael-Mary Reversal networks are designed to prevent sacred marriage by splitting apart the integration of the Third Eye Chakra, as the masculine principle, and the Crown Chakra, as the female principle. When these principles are united they activate the sacred marriage in the Soul Matrix and build the Wings in the Lightbody.

Three Levels of Sacred Marriage

Level One of Sacred Marriage is “Building Wings” which is the soul triad merge to the first level of monad merge. This is the process of spiritual Ascension that activates the 6th dimensional 6th Chakra Indigo wave within the 12 Tree Grid sphere to unite with the 7th dimensional 7th Chakra Violet Ray Sphere. When these two spheres of Indigo Ray and Violet Ray unite, the building of Michael and Mary wings in the aura Lightbody begins.

Wings Trauma

This level of the blockage and quarantine is what is referred to as the 666 Seal and is a genetic block in the sixth dimensional frequency layers residing within the 6D Indigo Ray and 7D Violet Ray Monad or oversoul bodies and crown chakra which is referred to as our Wings. Essentially this relates to the trauma of having our Wings cut off from our Lightbody. This fact is what created the Fallen Angelics.

ERIC RAINES: “Always the Etheric Alchemist”

“Think of it this way. As you raise your frequency, you lift up. As you lift up, anything not lifting with you feels heavy, sore or uncomfortable because it is staying in the same place, creating an obvious low vibration anchor. As soon as you can pinpoint what you do not enjoy inside of you, it is as simple as creating so much light, joy and vibrant flow where it does feel good, then move that into what does not and hold it there until it transmutes into light.”

~Eric Raines

One of the first secrets of the Language of Light is as follows: as soon as you have awareness of the sensation, you have the ability to shift it.

This means, as soon as you begin to start speaking to your body in the same language the Universe communicates with (language beyond words), you have the ability to choose what frequency resonance exists there.

By creating powerful waves of high vibratory emotion, you raise the frequency of the entire body. Inside of this, the places holding onto frozen bits of time from past traumas, emotional triggers and stuck/blocked chi stick out like a sore thumb simply because they feel terrible.

Think of it this way. As you raise your frequency, you lift up. As you lift up, anything not lifting with you feels heavy, sore or uncomfortable because it is staying in the same place, creating an obvious low vibration anchor.

As soon as you can pinpoint what you do not enjoy inside of you, it is as simple as creating so much light, joy and vibrant flow where it does feel good, then move that into what does not and hold it there until it transmutes into light.

On the opposite spectrum, if you enjoy what you are feeling in your body, all that needs to be done to make more of it is to focus on it, then use your inhalation to *turn up the volume dial* on the sensation by flexing your will and making it happen. This activates DNA, creates incredible amounts of etheric Chi flow and opens the doorways to clear ancestral trauma, karmic connections to past lives and opens the 3rd eye perceptions.

Simple lessons to begin exploring Language without words.

Always on the path of cleaning up your own mess.

Always the Etheric Alchemist.

DAVINA SKINNER: “7 Chakras And 7 Links To Your Subconscious”

The Chakras do not start and end with their description or definition — which is where many people stop with their understanding of them. To know their name and position is great but what purpose does that serve? What use is that information to you in your daily life? The Chakras are amazing, organic, Dimensional Centers of Energy and within them they hold so many secrets.

When their energy is combined, it makes up what we call the Aura, the energy field within and around the human body. It is within this energy sphere that psychics can ‘see’ and can discern many things about you that the ‘normal’ person is not consciously aware of.

Many of these things you can become more conscious of yourself and to my mind it is your subconscious mind giving you some minute signals, trying to get through to you. This is just the same and linked with how your body language works, your body language is your Chakra energy at work!

There are a great many ways that the Chakras can try to ‘get’ your attention, often by being out of balance. Again there are a whole host of symptoms that would indicate an out of balance Chakra but for the purpose of trying to keep things simple I highlight just one common signal for each of the seven Chakras. For Example;

The Base Chakra

A good indicator of how stable the Base Chakra might be is to consider what you do with your feet and legs when you sit down in certain situations: You may sit with both feet firmly placed on the floor or you may occasionally cross your legs. In and of itself, there is no great indicator here unless there tends to be a regular and repeated pattern. You may find you often cross your legs tightly, almost winding them around the chair leg, or you may fidget excessively, you may feel the need to raise your feet up off the floor and in some cases sit with your knees bent up in front of you. This can indicate a sense of insecurity which is one of the key elements of the Base Chakra.

The Sacral Chakra

You may notice you often cover this area, below the navel with your hands; this tends to be out of an instinctive need to feel protected. It can be an area that is easily prone to storing fat, in men and women and is linked with how vulnerable you feel in relationships in particular. It is an emotional power house and it is important to be able to ‘flow’ with these emotions otherwise you may encounter creativity problems not just physically but mentally too.

The Solar Plexus

This Chakra you already associate with your subconscious or inner knowing whether you realize it or not! This is after all the home of your GUT instinct. It is not for no reason we call it this. This Chakra directly links with your core spirit or energy that instinctively ‘knows’ what or who is good for you and which situations are bad. Recall a time when you had a bad feeling about someone or something and you will no doubt recall that sickening feeling in the stomach. Often things happen so quickly that we don’t stop to consider just what our reactions are about or precisely where they affect us in the body.

The Heart Chakra

This, it is no surprise is all about love. How comforting is it when you feel hurt or upset to receive a loving or caring hug from someone? It is a natural instinct to put your arms around each other and to ‘touch’ hearts. It is a comfort and is in effect two energies of the two people meeting, one giving one receiving in this instance. To watch anyone in pain tugs at your ‘heart strings’ and that is just what it is like if you could see the energy.

The Throat Chakra

This Chakra not only relates to the throat and neck area but to the organs you use in communication too, your ears, mouth and nose! It is very often associated with your ability to ‘speak your truth’. You may know someone who covers their neck and throat area regularly, either with high collars or scarves. This can indicate that a lot of what they would really like to say is left unsaid or is covered up. This can either result in resentful gossip out of earshot or a build up of ‘unsaid stuff’ that at some point bursts forth in an emotional storm!

The Third Eye Chakra

Often you will see people rub or tap this area as if trying to literally grab hold of a thought they somehow know is there but they just can’t quite get hold of. This is the intuitive Chakra center of the mind and it can easily be pulled ‘out of sync’ by the logical, rational, conscious mind we use for a large part of the day. As you may have noticed, when you let go of chasing that illusive thought and get on with an unrelated task, the inspiration or information seems to magically come from nowhere!

The Crown Chakra

Excessive worry can indicate itself here in a physical way. One of the most common is when you see people holding their head in their hands in despair or deep concern; when they ‘just don’t know what to do’ or can’t see the answer to a certain predicament. They may feel totally blocked in being able to see a way forward and keep their head looking downwards.

The majority of the instances above directly link to your body language. But when you look deeper and start to reveal more about the Chakras and their links to your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as your physical and spiritual wellbeing then you start to get a more holistic view of your true potential and beauty as a human spirit.

ALETHEIA LUNA: “80 Easy Forms Of Chakra Balancing For Mind-Body Healing”

Like everything else in life, we are energetic beings.

All minerals, plants, animals, liquids and objects are products of an endless array of cells which emit energy. And what is within each cell? Protons, neutrons and electrons, which are all composed of sub-atomic particles which are pure energy.

Therefore, everything we see in this universe is at its root energy that evolves, changes and flows. That includes us as human beings. For this reason, it is not too far-fetched to think that within our own bodies we have areas that possess more condensed energy than others.

When the energy within our bodies is too imbalanced due to bad habits, stress, unacknowledged feelings and thought patterns, we get sick and we suffer — it’s as simple as that.

This is where the importance of chakra balancing comes into play. In traditional Indian thought our bodies possess seven different energy centers that are subject to blockages according to our lifestyle habits. When our energy centers are blocked or misaligned we feel heavy, ill and emotionally imbalanced.

In fact, if you’ve come to this article chances are that you are unconsciously attracted to “cleaning” or emptying an energy blockage within your body which is preventing you from living a centered life.

The Importance of Chakra Balancing in Everyday Life

I’ve never personally liked the word “chakra” because I’ve been conditioned to associate it with quasi-science and “woo-woo” new age thought. But whether you like using the word “chakra” or perhaps “meridians” or “energy centers,” it is undeniable that we are all electric beings by nature. Simply dragging your feet across a carpet and then touching something metal will show you that.

In recent years however, I’ve come to open myself to chakra balancing, and have managed to look beyond the fog of disparagement it has been shrouded in. It’s a really refreshing feeling being proven wrong about something, and I can definitely say that learning the secrets of chakra balancing has improved the quality of my life immensely.

But don’t worry: learning how to balance your chakras is by no means some kind of “esoteric” or complicated art. It simply requires sensitivity, introspection and a dedication to your well-being; all of which I can help you with in this article.

Simply reading through each energy center below will help you to determine which of the seven chakras within you are the most “stuffy” and imbalanced. You can then read the accompanying forms of chakra balancing techniques specific to each energy center.

1. Root Chakra

Sitting at the very base of your spine (or tailbone), the root chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If balanced, you will feel grounded, safe, secure and stable in your life.

If imbalanced, you will feel disconnected from yourself and other people and worried about basic needs (money, food, shelter).

Physically you might be suffering from eating disorders (obesity, anorexia, bulimia), arthritis, cold hands and feet, leg and feet problems, and digestive problems.

What you can do:

  • Connect with the energy of the earth.
  • Go for regular walks, strolls or jogs.
  • Walk with bare feet on a patch of grass.
  • Sit underneath a tree with your back to the trunk.
  • Get enough vitamin D by spending time in the sun each day.
  • Eat root foods that have had direct contact with the earth such as ginger, carrots, potatoes, turnips, radish and beetroot.
  • Consciously spend time with other people. Put down your phone, laptop, book or other distraction and allow yourself to experience the joy of being with another human being.
  • Explore your core wound and the impact this has on your daily life.
  • Wear red colors.
  • Visualize a red stream of light extending from your legs and feet deep into the earth.
  • Dance.
  • Aromatherapy scent: Rosemary, Cedar, Ginger, Sandalwood and Cloves.
  • Power stone: Jasper, Carnelian, Obsidian, Bloodstone, stone Smokey Quartz.

2. Sacral Chakra

Located just below your bellybutton, the sacral chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If balanced, you will feel creative, committed, sexually vibrant and energetic.

If imbalanced, you will feel emotionally repressed, sexually suppressed, energetically lethargic, unimaginative and impotent.

Physically you might be suffering from menstrual problems, lower back pain, kidney dysfunction, urinary problems, ovarian cysts or prostrate issues.

What you can do:

  • Sit by a stream of water.
  • Make regular time for sexual activity (weekly).
  • Brain storm.
  • Stretch your lower back through yoga or traditional exercise techniques (i.e. cat stretch, sphinx pose, legs up against the wall, etc.).
  • Belly dance or rotate your hips around in a circle.
  • Wear orange (the vibration of this color is linked with the sacral chakra).
  • Drink a lot of water.
  • Eat almonds, melons, strawberries, oranges, coconut and mandarin (said to help sacral chakra issues).
  • Aromatherapy scent: Rose, Jasmine, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang.
  • Power stone: Citrine, Amber, Hematite, Red Jasper, Orange Calcite.

3. Solar Plexus Chakra

Located just below the rib cage and just above the navel, the solar plexus chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If balanced, you will feel self-loving, compassionate, confident and assertive.

If imbalanced, you will feel critical, judgmental, self-resenting and fearful.

Physically, you might be suffering from high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, diabetes, stomach ulcers, pancreas and gallbladder issues, and weight problems.

What you can do:

  • Explore your mental traps.
  • Work on breathing properly (i.e. not from your chest, but from your stomach).
  • Sit in the sun (fire is the element of the solar plexus chakra).
  • Discover your core beliefs.
  • Repeat affirmations to yourself daily (e.g. “I radiate love,” “I embrace the person I am”).
  • Practice self-love.
  • Wear yellow (the vibration of this color is linked with the solar plexus).
  • Do something that makes you scared but brings you courage.
  • Eat whole grains, organic yogurt and cheese, and spices such as turmeric, ginger, cumin and fennel.
  • Aromatherapy scent: Rosewood, myrrh, frankincense and sandalwood.
  • Power stone: Tiger’s eye, citrine, rhodochrosite, yellow tourmaline and malachite.

4. Heart Chakra

Located right in the center of the chest (where the heart is), the heart chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If balanced, you will feel love, empathy and compassion for all living beings, you will be able to understand others deeply beyond their words and actions, as well as feeling forgiveness and gratitude.

If imbalanced, you will feel anger, resentment, jealousy, hatred, fear and loneliness.

Physically, you might be suffering from upper back problems, asthma, heart problems, allergies and breast issues.

What you can do:

  • Learn to enjoy your solitude.
  • Practice the taken-for-granted virtue of gratitude by being thankful for the small things in your life each day.
  • Learn to breathe deeply.
  • Allow the breeze to sweep through your hair and feel in on your skin (air is the element associated with the heart chakra).
  • Look at people in terms of what you love rather than what you hate.
  • Express your thankfulness by doing something kind or thoughtful for others.
  • Explore different ways of forgiving people who have wronged you (perhaps by learning how to forgive yourself first).
  • Wear green (the vibration of this color is associated with the heart chakra).
  • Practice the affirmations, “I forgive myself and I forgive others,” “I am loving and I am loved,” “Each day I am blessed.”
  • Aromatherapy scent: Lavender, Hyssop,Chamomile, Ylang Ylangand Neroli.
  • Power stone: Jade, malachite, emerald, green tourmaline and rose quartz.

5. Throat Chakra

Located right in the center of the throat, the throat chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If balanced, you will be able to freely express yourself clearly both verbally and non-verbally. You will also be a good listener who assertively expresses your own truth without repression. Additionally, you might find people seeking you out for advice and moral support.

If imbalanced, you will feel dishonest with yourself and as though you are not living up to your potential. People might consider you “flaky” or “untrustworthy” as you find it hard to speak for yourself. On the other hand, you might be very opinionated, dogmatic and aggressive.

Physically, you might suffer from earaches, sinus infections, thyroid problems, upper back and neck issues, and teeth problems.

What you can do:

  • Find an appropriate form of catharsis that allows you to express yourself, e.g. painting, running, writing, singing, dancing, creating, building or even screaming.
  • Learn to acknowledge your feelings and experience them without judgement, e.g. if you feel excited, allow yourself to feel 100% excited. If you feel angry, allow yourself to feel 100% angry. No emotion is innately “good” or “bad.”
  • Chant.
  • Sing a song to yourself or hum.
  • Watch a funny movie or stand-up comedy show and laugh.
  • Practice assertiveness, or if you are normally aggressive and vocal, practice silently listening to others.

  • Eat raw, unprocessed fruit, vegetables, grain and legumes.
  • Establish a regular sleep routine and get a minimum of 7 hours sleep.
  • Eliminate distractions from your life (e.g. too much television, social commitments, procrastination food, etc.).
  • Explore EFT tapping.
  • Take natural supplements such as damiana, gingko biloba and l-theanine for enhanced brain function and relaxation.
  • Learn to sit silently every day without any form of stimulation (e.g. phone, TV, laptop, book, newspaper). You could formally practice meditation, or simply relax outside in nature.
  • Wear the color indigo (the vibration of this color is associated with the third eye chakra).

If imbalanced, you will feel lost, resentful towards “god,” aimless, depressed and you will suffer from black-and-white thinking. You might also possess a “god complex” in which you believe you’re better than everyone else.

Physically, you might suffer from light-sensitivity, fibromyalgia, existential depression and degenerative diseases.

What you can do:

  • Explore spiritual thought from ancient philosophies to modern ideas.
  • Immerse yourself in the natural world.
  • Get out of your brick box and into the vibrancy of life.
  • Explore your shadow self and the way it impacts your life with someone you trust.
  • Read into the lives and experiences of various spiritual teachers you respect.
  • Learn to separate who “you” are from what you experience. This is known as “witnessing” or “observing” what you think and feel and can be done constantly throughout the day or through formal practices like meditation.
  • Wear violet/white (the vibration of these colors are associated with the crown chakra).
  • Drink plenty of purifying water and eat clean, unprocessed, natural foods.
  • Aromatherapy scent: Gurjum, myrrh, rosewood, cedarwood and jasmine.
  • Power stone: Celestite, danburite, blue sapphire, moldavite and peacock ore.

DEBORAH KING: “7 Tips To Buff Up Your Chakra System”

one-animated-chakras-pretty.gif

Energy medicine promotes healing by working within an individual’s personal energetic field and seeing how it interacts with the larger energy field.  We can tell what’s happening with someone by checking in on their 7 main chakras, the centers of energy that run from the base of the spine up through the top of the head.

These 7 centers, along with up to 20 smaller chakras, govern our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.  In other words, chakras hold the secrets to how you feel about yourself and your world, how you get along with others, the condition of your body, your relationship to money, whether or not weight is a problem, how you make decisions, and your spiritual advancement.

That’s a lot to ask of something most people can’t see.  But then again, we can’t see the radioactive particles released from a damaged nuclear reactor either, and yet we take seriously their capability to affect our lives.  The energy centered in the chakras has a very profound effect on our lives.

So what can you do to create and maintain healthy and balanced chakras?  Here are seven sure-fire simple steps you can take to balance your chakras:

1. Connect to Mother Earth: Take a Walk in Nature.

The first chakra is your Root Chakra and is the very foundation of physical and emotional health.  It is your basic connection to Mother Earth — the roots you plant in the soil of your being.  This is where your physical strength lies, and the psychological strength to withstand whatever you have to deal with.

A simple walk barefoot on grass or a sandy beach will do wonders to ground you.  Hug a tree, go hiking in the wilderness, or visit a local park.  You don’t have to live in the countryside or mountains to strengthen this connection with Mother Nature.  Grounding yourself will give you the experience of  “I am here, and I am safe”  and this presence is so essential to your health.  Take time out of your day to make sure you make this connection and you will automatically strengthen your Root Chakra.

2. Calm your Body and Environment with Water.

The second chakra is the seat of sensuality, sexuality, emotion, and the inner child.  It governs how we relate in groups, how we establish inner and outer boundaries, and how we find pleasure.  A common problem related to the second chakra is addition.  You may be using drugs, alcohol, pills, food, smoking, exercise, or sex as ways to avoid dealing with your emotions, to numb yourself.  The physical problems of a poorly functioning second chakra are often the kinds of things that breed shame if the health issues concern their sexuality.  One way to heal the shame is to soak for at least 20 minutes in a bath of warm water with one pound each of sea salt and baking soda.  Imagine all your guilt and shame dissolving in the bath water and being washed away as you say: “I speak the truth and reclaim my true nature.  I am pure.  I am clean.”  Water is healing, and immersing yourself in water on a regular basis is a self-nurturing habit.

3. Get Moving!

The second chakra is the seat of our self-worth — our self esteem, will power, and personal power.  It is the seat of our mental body, where we identify with our ego and our individuality.  A strong will means we know what our goals are and have an idea of what we want to do.  The power in the third chakra is our right to act, to use our will, to follow through with what we start, to meet challenges head-on, and to not be stopped by fear.  You can balance your third chakra through physical movement, especially outside in the sun in the early morning or before sunset.  Don’t get too warm if you tend to be angry or short-tempered!  Physical movement awakens and recharges your body.  You can also try T’ai Chi, Yoga, or Pilates!

4. Love a Pet!

The fourth chakra is your heart chakra and it is the center point, where you merge the strength and support of Mother Earth from below with the wisdom and guidance from above that combine to make you a compassionate human being.  A poorly functioning fourth chakra can keep you in bondage to emotional attachment.  It is through your heart chakra that you can come to feel the presence of unconditional, unlimited love — for your self, for all beings, for the world and beyond.  One of the best ways to boost your heart chakra is through giving and receiving love with a pet.  Our pets love us unconditionally and make it safe for us to learn to love again.  Do you have room in your life to adopt a dog or cat?  You can feed your heart chakra and at the same time change this animal’s life forever in a positive way.  No room or time to adopt your own?  What about visiting your local shelter or even just visiting a friend’s friendly pet and sharing some love with them?

5. Express Yourself: Use your Voice.

The fifth chakra is our center of creativity.  This chakra is where we express our choices and communicate who we are.  Because our use of sound and communication purifies our lower selves and allows us to experience the higher vibrations of spirit, we can tune up our fifth chakra by expressing ourselves more clearly and exploring our creativity.  All creativity is a way to communicate what we feel.  Use your voice and read out loud your favorite book or poem.  Write something yourself and recite it!  Sing a song — in the shower, in your car wherever!  When your fifth chakra is in balance, you can live your dreams and visions, your greater purpose.  Let yourself be who you are and give yourself a voice!

6. Visualize and Find your Inner Sight.

The sixth chakra, or “third eye”, is the center of higher intellect.  The gifts of the spirit emerge in this chakra, like clairvoyance, telepathy, precognition, and psychokinesis.  You can boost this chakra by working to rid yourself of the clutter in your mind so you can “see” more clearly.  Daily meditation is a wonderful way to get rid of old beliefs and thought patterns that are holding you back.  When you have awakened the sixth chakra, you are in touch with inspiration, insight, wisdom, and vision.

7. Invite the Divine!

The seventh chakra, or crown chakra, connects us to spirit, our higher power, and the universe.  It lights up our consciousness. When our crown chakra is open, our perception is clearer, broader, and we are allowed to not only see our daily patterns, but also the deep metaphysical patterns of our lives.  Like the sixth chakra, meditation is a powerful tool to boosting this chakra.  Perhaps prayer or communion with nature will assist you as well.  Ask your own higher wisdom for guidance and signs that you are on the right path, and make time for yourself to listen for internal messages regarding purpose and direction.  Visualize positive and peaceful outcomes.  The truth that emerges will open the door for you to greater levels of connection.

Your chakras are all interconnected.  They embrace you as a whole person.  As you do the inner work of clearing and releasing past traumas, negativity and outmoded belief systems, you will lighten the load of your chakras.  Your energy will move into greater balance, and as a result, you will feel better.  So why not take the initiative and seek out ways to better balance your chakras?
