MATEO SOL: “6 Ways You Hinder Your Self-Growth Without Knowing It”

Our “self-esteem” is a very delicate illusion. We are so off-centered when it comes to locating the origin of our self-worth, that the smallest realization of an imperfection in ourselves can bring up all kinds of insecurities.

When a person begins working with their soul, they will start through self-exploration to gain energy, vitality, and clarity. They will also, however, notice the ‘shock’ of beginning to see their own unconscious selves and their deep inner fragmentation (e.g: all your sub-personalities).

These contradictions within ourselves that speak of who we truly are beyond the social and cultural conditioning in our lives, are humbling, but more importantly, they can also be disturbing. If we were to discover and consciously become aware of all these contradictions at once, the shock would be so great we would most likely go insane.

Our brains have a limited capacity to process all the intellectual and sensory information that we encounter at any given moment, and because of this the unconscious mind exists. In essence, the unconscious mind is a psychological “buffer” which is a part of the brain that stores all the unprocessed information the conscious mind can’t handle.

The unconscious mind works as a shock-absorber, and in psychology this is known as a “defense mechanism”. There are an infinity of defense mechanisms going on within us at any given moment, but these are some of the most common I’ve observed in our practices:

Innocent Bystander

One of the greatest hindrances in anybody’s journey of self-growth is to fool themselves into thinking they haven’t done anything wrong. This may be why the recovering addict’s first step is to acknowledge they have a problem. Most people live in denial or avoidance of exploring themselves because it keeps them from properly recognizing their more unsavory traits and capacities.

“The world is screwed up but I’m completely guilt free” is their basic outlook on life. They refuse to see the interconnection between their actions and lifestyle with the external world around them.

Innocent Critic

This defense mechanism is very similar to the Innocent Bystander, only this one avoids guilt by actively criticizing the world and people around them. Criticizing is our way of rebelling against society and wanting to find a way out, of wanting to be outside of the ‘herd’ while still feeling a sense of false participation.

Critical thought is a necessary instrument in any persons self-growth. But often these “critics” use critical thinking as way of boosting their ego, to feel smarter than the ‘herd’ who haven’t realized what the critic has. Unfortunately, noticing what’s wrong with the state of affairs of the world isn’t enough unless you actively apply a solution to the problem. It’s the essential difference between the paths of self-discovery and self-understanding.

Suppression

Unquestionably, a major obstacle in living a fulfilling life to the maximum of your potential is your inability to be authentic to yourself (it’s the key element in Self-Love). All too often we live with an inner tension of controlling desires that we fear will be socially unacceptable. Let’s say you like a movie or a song that you know your friends don’t like, or maybe you are attracted to someone you know everyone will disapprove of, so you suppress that feeling.

The suppression won’t make the feeling go away, in fact, what happens is that you might be so good at suppressing the feelings that your unconscious mind learns to switch between your authentic self (“I like this person or thing”) to your false sub-personality (“I don’t like the person or thing anymore”).

In the end, the unconscious defense mechanism of “suppression” is protecting you from experiencing confusion as to whether you like something or not by jumping from one extreme to the other. Not only does suppression hinder your self-growth, but it can also contribute towards emotional, psychological and physical repression resulting in a host of sicknesses.

Repression

Repression differentiates from suppression in one important way. While suppression is initially a conscious process of having a desire and learning to avoid or ignore is, repression is an entirely unconscious process.

For example, you might have had a traumatizing experience as a child that unconsciously affected your feelings towards whatever the experience involved. This unconscious defense mechanism basically serves to protect you from feeling pain or other difficult emotions connected to the memories of what is being repressed.

Sometimes, religious beliefs or social conditioning can be so strong that desires that would normally be consciously suppressed (such as sexuality for instance), become automatically unconsciously repressed. You don’t even become aware of what exactly were the desires of your original authentic self, and this makes you completely out of touch with your true self. This self-denying defense mechanism makes it very difficult to learn and cultivate Self-Love.

Reactive Extremes

In psychology the technical term is “reactive formation”, and this is something you’ll observe everywhere. The nature of the unconscious mind is that it requires absolute certainties — it needs to see the world in black or white. There is no grey, or “in between”.

Many people who had a very strict religious upbringing for example, grow older and become disillusioned with the dogmatic ideas they’ve been taught. These people unconsciously find atheism a very attractive option, and become fanatical anti-God advocates, almost dogmatically. Another example of a reactive extreme is the person who finds it difficult to deal with, or understand, other people, and as a reaction decides to become a hermit and go live in the mountains.

Going to reactive extremes can also be illustrated in the case of sour grapes (or the false pretense that we don’t care for something we really do care for, which can be illustrated in the Fox and the Grapes fable). In this situation, our unconscious mind realizes that we are fixated on a certain topic so it protects us by going from one extreme to the other, e.g. from love to hatred.

Blameless Victim

I’m sure we’ve all come across an angry victim of life, someone who blames other people or the world for their difficulties. But everyone uses blame as a defense mechanism to some extent. In truth, what we’re defending ourselves from is our own responsibility for dealing with the unpleasant experience we’ve been given.

To indulge in blame is to give up personal responsibility and mentally delegate it to someone else, convincing ourselves that we are not responsible for the state of our lives, instead blaming it on some “outside force”. The blameless victim mechanism blocks us from seeing clearly just how we are contributing to our own suffering.

Essentially, the blameless victim is one of the fiercest protectors of our ego. It causes us to feel that we’re never failing ourselves, or that we lack the maturity or strength to come to terms with the reality of the situations we’re confronted with. Whatever happened is not evidence of our own inadequacy, but of someone else’s.

Have you observed any defense mechanisms in yourselves or in others? Let me know in the comments below!

SIGMUND FRAUD: “The 5 Main Cultural Influences Controlling Your Subconscious Mind”

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

~Carl Jung

Flip this quote from Dr. Jung around and it suggests that once you become aware of the unconscious forces directing you, you will experience freedom and gain newfound control over your own life. This realization gives us extraordinary power.

Based on what we know about the brain, mind, and consciousness, most of our decisions are made without conscious thought, that is, we are driven by low-level mental activity which happens automatically. This level of thinking is the product of the subconscious mind.

In other words, most of the time we are basically on autopilot.

The fact that subliminal advertising can alter the buying habits of consumers is well-established and this is a widely used practice in the advertising industry. It is, perhaps, the most overt form of directly tampering with the subconscious minds of individuals. But there a great deal of other things all around us which interfere with our subconscious programming on a daily basis.

1. – Beauty Programming

In 2017, Forbes magazine estimated that the beauty industry is worth nearly half a trillion dollars a year in the U.S. The industry is so lucrative because of how body image is used to manipulate people and their sexual identities, especially women. An ideal, largely unattainable representation of beauty is projected throughout our culture, causing a major disruption to self-identity. Over-sexualization of even the youngest members of society is everywhere.

2. – Violence Programming

This one is everywhere, from the nightly news to the vast majority of television shows and movies, and even throughout the music industry. Violence is presented as the solution to any problem, darkly coloring the subconscious mind with images of death, torture, fighting, destruction, war and violence against nature.

3. – Occult Symbolism

Classic occult symbolism is ubiquitous in our culture now. Appearing throughout entertainment media, the spiritual symbols of the occult present a constant reminder that dark forces are at play in our world. They trigger the deeply subconscious fear of death, which is thought to be the main driver of all human behavior, as well as submissiveness to base level forces, such as fear, greed, and lust.

The themes are applied in so many productions that it utterly defies coincidence, which means there must be some greater unifying message or purpose to it all. Based on the type of symbols and when looked at in the historical context of esoteric religious movement, Egyptian theology, Babylonian mythology, Satan worship and so on, Hollywood and the movie industry is clearly working to serve a particular idealogical movement.

The worship of dark and satanic forces has historically been linked to human sacrifice, pedophilia, sexual perversion, ego worship, celebrity worship, fragmentation of the individual psyche into controllable parts, mind control and corruption of the soul. The use of the occult and its symbols is a methodology employed to weaken the power of the individual and to create psychological slaves. It is a serious form of mind control.

4. – The Hypocrisy of Church and State

Stoking extreme cognitive dissonance, the most influential institutions in our world, church and state, are perpetually engaged in behavior that defies their stated objectives, creating an environment where otherwise would-be virtuous people develop a warped sense of reality.

The Catholic Church is mired in evil child-abuse scandals all the time, but they still put on the air of righteousness. The government is pretty much always engaging in scandal, murder, corruption and every other evil things, while, again, presenting itself as an organization that brings justice and equity to our world.

5. – Victim Consciousness

If you believe you are a victim, then you also believe that you have no control over your choices and fate. Church and state love for people to play the role of victim, because they know it leaves a power vacuum in one’s life, causing them to look outwardly for direction, while giving up their power.

Final Thoughts

The subconscious mind doesn’t speak the same language as the conscious mind. It works on the level of visualization. Many of the influences mentioned above operate as mental images within the minds of many in our culture. A form of daydreaming. A trance like state. Waking up to this awareness is exceptionally liberating.

BERNHARD GUENTHER: “Donald Trump And The Shadow Of America”

“Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.  There is no coming to consciousness without pain.  People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own Soul.  Everyone carries a Shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is.  When an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears outside as fate.”

~Carl G. Jung

Here’s the thing from a basic Jungian perspective:  Trump is your shadow, America, a reflection of your unconscious, especially concerning people who identify themselves as Leftist, Liberals, and Progressives, their own shadow which they never deeply acknowledged, and hence project outwardly at the “other side” in their “holier than thou” political correct attitude, over-estimating themselves and dreaming to be awake.

The self-inflation, narcissism, greed, the “bigger is more,” the “quantity over quality,” the entitlement, the hypocrisy, the drive for recognition and fame, the “best” in the world, the bully, the “money can buy everything,” the racism and sexism, etc… or anything else you despise in the man… it’s all you, buried in your unconscious.  It’s also the shadow side of the “American Dream” and obviously reflected in America’s Imperialism.

Anyone who identifies him/herself as “Liberal,” “Progressive,” “Leftist,” and projects disgust, hate, or anger on to this man, (really anyone who is triggered/irritated by Trump beyond political identifications), or reacts with fear, sadness, worry: you are looking at your own shadow and it won’t go away if you keep up with these reactive projections and look for external solutions or a different “leader” to follow or project your “hope” onto while still believing in the religion of government (which feeds off of the polarization and perpetuates separation consciousness) based on illusory tribal/national identification and adherence to/worship external authority constructs.

Moreover, nothing will change but will in fact reinforce the schism as long as you keep identifying with any side because it defines the other side.  One cannot have the one without the other as long as you feed and play into this game of fabricated false duality which is exactly how Empire controls you — all entirely based on illusory socially/cultural conditioned identifications and beliefs which you are so attached to and define yourself by.  It’s the basis for population control and social engineering, reinforcing the Stockholm Syndrome and “invisible” slavery/prison out of your own “free will.”

But here’s the real “shocker.”  Trump is actually your “teacher,” for he creates more friction and shadow triggers, hence more potential to wake people up from an esoteric alchemical perspective (Clinton would have been the sleeping pill for most people, even though she’s the more dangerous psychopath, hidden behind the mask of a “woman”), but only if people take back their projections and engage in some serious and sincere soul searching cutting through their programed socially/cultural conditioned identifications to ignite the alchemical fire within.

Any negative reactive emotion you have towards the “man” (including his silly tweets) or his supporters is a sign of giving away your power and life energy (literally). It shows you where you work is when it comes to basic Jungian psychology of shadow work until you can come to a place of non-reactive zero-point consciousness rising above fabricated duality and tuned into your true inner power and guidance, connected to Spirit and the wholeness of nature: a sovereign embodied Individual.

If you do that sincerely and go deep, you will finally stop believing in and supporting this religion of government (that was never, ever in place for the people and never, ever can give you true freedom), and realize that it was never about Trump, Clinton, Sanders or any other authority statist puppet to begin with, stop this silly idea of “voting for change” and fragmented mechanical/programmed search for “external solutions” and “leaders, worship of authority and then really, really question everything you believe in and have been told/taught, and most of all drop and let go of your identification, which just feeds the polarization.  This the path towards a true shift and evolution of consciousness.  Anything else is just going in circles, re-arranging the furniture and tapestry of your prison cell (you are not aware of), instead of breaking out of it.

And that is not a comfortable (internal) process at all for it entails utter disillusionment and taking full responsibility without blame and externalizing.  Nobody can do it for you and nobody is going to save you. It takes tremendous humility and sincere self-honesty facing the lies within, which make up your conditioned personality, which is not who YOU truly ARE but mistake for you real Self.  It’s much easier to project outwardly, protest, look for the next leader and keep up with the futile idea of fragmented “activism,” new “systems” and “external solutions,” all based on the fragmented male aspect of consciousness (your inner unconscious tyrant projected on Trump) removed from the wholeness of the feminine aspect of consciousness (nothing to do with gender) that is tuned into the wholeness of nature.

“At every turn, the synthetic culture of Empire implores us to throw our hearts and minds into unconscious polarization.  It wants us to radicalize ourselves to either patriot or terrorist, believer or atheist, white or black, liberal or conservative, strong or weak, and then embark on an endless crusade to reform, condemn, or destroy the other side.  This one-way polarization renders all participants impotent, regardless of which side they pick.  This subtle but devastating trick deactivates our will and we automatically forfeit our capacity to rule ourselves.  Lost in unconscious polarization, we serve Empire.  Mass culture is a control mechanism that devalues the individual.  It is aimed solely at promoting collectivism.  It seeks to enforce the dependence of the individual human on a collective group and the priority of group ideologies over individual life paths.  It is, at the base level, the very heart of socialism, communism, fascism and totalitarianism.  It employs nationalistic impulses to setup polarities of antagonism that exclusively benefits a set of ruling elites.  At the top level, the elites fully comprehend that there are no distinct nations, ideologies or cultural imperatives to speak of.  To them, there is only power and no power.”

~Neil Kramer

In the end, America got the president it “deserved” and when you act like slaves, looking for a leader/savior to follow, you get masters… and always will, as long as you support and believe in the religion of government, regardless what system is implemented.  Also “democracy” seems like such a good idea until you don’t get your way, right? (oh, I forgot, it was the Russians messing with the election… right, of course… whoever you want to blame and keeps you from looking deeply within into your own shadow).

That’s just on the surface 3D level.  From a hyperdimensional perspective, all the anger and disgust, anything projected on the “man,” the polarization, protests, revolts, hypocritical speeches of statist celebrities about “empathy,” “equality,” and “protecting truth,” engaging in this unconscious shadow dance and reacting mechanically (and programmed) is exactly what the occult Matrix overlords and Empire want you to do and feed upon.  In fact, that frequency is all they are after for it strengthens your slavery and sustains them, no matter what puppet they put in place for you to identify with or project anger on.  It’s the old game of divide and conquer… and the Matrix has you.

“Look at what happened in 1914 — or for that matter at all that is and has been happening in human history — the eye of the Yogi sees not only the outward events and persons and causes, but the enormous forces which precipitate them into action.  If the men who fought were instruments in the hands of rulers and financiers, these in turn were mere puppets in the clutch of those hidden hyperdimensional forces.  When one is habituated to see the things behind, one is no longer prone to be touched by the outward aspects — or to expect any remedy from political, institutional or social changes; the only way out is through the descent of an embodied consciousness which is not the puppet of these forces but is greater than they are.”

~Sri Aurobindo

REBECCA TURNER: “9 Reasons Why Everyone Should Lucid Dream”

lucid-dreaming-3

Here is my list of the 9 reasons why everyone should lucid dream. These include profound benefits that touch all of us, no matter our culture, beliefs or life circumstances. Ultimately, I think all of these benefits put together would play a serious role in advancing the human race, if only it was something that came naturally to all of us. What I’m really saying is: lucidity is a powerful mental tool like no other.

1. Lucid dreaming creates freedom and escapism.

This is probably the one and only reason most people initially pursue consciousness in dreams — to have sex with their secret crush, to re-enact a day in the life of Jack Bauer, or to fly like an eagle over breathtaking scenery. We all have unfulfilled desires and lucidity is an amazing way to experience them in stunning realism. It is our natural virtual reality headset, our one portal to other worlds where we can temporarily escape this reality and live the life of our dreams… Literally.

If you’re not a lucid dreamer, think of this escapism as akin to watching a movie or diving into a novel. But here, you are the central protagonist and all the characters, plot twists and epiphanies are profoundly tailored to your needs. An experienced oneironaut can manifest anything they want in a guided dream, or they can let the dream movie play out of its own volition. This gives us both the ultimate power to create any situation imaginable, and the thrill of being presented with unexpected twists and turns produced by our own subconscious.

Many people never get over the need for escapism in lucid dreams. The important thing is to remember — at least every now and then — to reach beyond the novelty value and see the potential of conscious dreaming as it truly stands.

2. Lucid dreaming reveals the power of your brain.

When you become conscious in the dream state, you have an astonishing opportunity to experience a vivid and tangible dreamworld that is not actually real. Probably the most shocking example of this is a false awakening, where the dreamer becomes convinced they are awake — so vivid is the detail of the dream. Think about that: in a sleep state, where your body is processing only the tiniest amounts of external stimulus, your internal world is as rich as it ever was. Your brain realistically reproduces a world with tables, buildings, gravity, air, emotions, atoms (in fact anything you can conceive of) and it’s very lifelike. While limited to the scope of your subconscious imagination, the lucid dream world is still a shocking place which truly has the capacity to mimic reality.

3. Lucid dreaming prompts us to question the nature of reality.

In questioning the nature of our perception, it naturally leads us to question the nature of reality — that is, the world as it exists around us. Some New Age philosophies suggest that consciousness creates reality, but I tend to believe it is the other way around. The universe was born first and did rather well for 12 billion years before the little critters on planet Earth developed consciousness. But why did it all happen? Does our very existence spring from another universe? Are we a hypothetical outcome — Schrodinger’s living cat? Or is ours the only universe, the only reality, in existence?

These are important theoretical questions but ones which can only really be pondered by stepping outside the box of everyday thinking. And lucid dreaming provides a useful platform. For instance, we can ask: where do our dreams take place? Why, when dreams are solely based on our conscious experiences, do we let them disobey the fundamental laws of cause and effect? What can dreams teach us about the nature of reality? And how can we use lucid dreaming as a lens on our conscious experience?

Of course we can have no definitive answers, all we can do is theorize. But I think it is very exciting to use lucid dreaming as a tool to do so.

4. Lucid dreaming is a direct line to the subconscious mind.

Eat your heart out Sigmund Freud. Lucid dreamers can literally talk to their own subconscious mind in the dreamscape.

I once had a nightmare, in which I was being flung by a dark pointy figure up and down a narrow hallway. I wasn’t lucid at first, although I was conscious enough to feel pain and each smack really hurt. After two or three smashes I had the conscious insight to ask whether I was dreaming. Of course I was. I didn’t waste any time; I marched up to the silhouette man and grab him by the shoulders.

“WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME!” I shouted. His aggression immediately turned to sadness and childish frustration. “I can’t reconcile this,” he said, and shoved a notepad in my hands. He has scrawled the words “be loved, love yourself”, referring to a philosophical debate I had been having earlier that day: Is it more important to love yourself, or love someone else?

Clearly, my conclusion was at odds with my subconscious. There was absolutely no symbolism required. My inner child was acting out with a massive tantrum — and demanded my attention. Yet it is only when lucid that I have the opportunity to resolve such issues face-to-face.

Instead of fearing the pointy figure or wanting to banish him, I now felt empathy for him. He hadn’t understood. So I explained my reasons as if he were a child. Draining away both physically and emotionally, the creature left and I woke up in awe of the childish element that arose from my subconscious self.

5. Lucid dreaming is a training ground for real life.

Being a virtual reality simulation, the lucid dream world is an ideal place to practice real life skills – from the perfect flying kick to playing classical piano.

Research has revealed that we can increase our procedural memory for fine muscle movements inside a lucid dream. So, after practicing flying kicks for half an hour in a lucid dream, your kicks would literally be better upon waking.

Likewise, in the book Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming by Dr Stephen LaBerge and Howard Rheingold, a surgeon explains how, before going to sleep at night, he would review his surgical cases for the next day. Then he would become lucid in his dreams and practice them in precise detail. As a result, he was able to refine and polish his techniques and perform procedures much faster than the average surgeon. He credited his edge to lucid dreaming.

6. Lucid dreaming creates a natural high.

The moment when you recognize that you’re dreaming, it creates a rush of excitement. It’s when you realize that you are back in lucid land, where anything and everything is possible. This natural high stays with you throughout the dream and on waking. A deliciously memorable lucid dream has colored many of my waking days.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an expert oneironaut, we all relish the state of conscious dreaming and take away blissful new experiences almost every time it happens. Such dreams can be euphoric in nature and create memories and insights that will stay with you for the rest of your life. It’s probably one of the best natural highs we are capable of creating, in the same class as jumping out of a plane or falling in love.

7. Lucid dreaming helps you to grieve.

Often when we lose loved ones, we have the sense that there is some unfinished business. Whether the death comes suddenly without warning, or slowly and predictably, we would all take that opportunity to have another hour with the deceased. Depending on your beliefs, you may feel the deceased has messages for you (reflections after life is over) and you, too, may have messages for them (unresolved feelings of guilt or anger or simply how much you miss them). So, how do you resolve your unfinished business?

I don’t believe that spirits contact us from the afterlife, and the idea of contacting lost loved ones via psychic mediums is a sad state. (I used to believe; how painfully funny it is to look back at the messages I used to “make fit” with my reality. But no, after much experience and critical thinking, I strongly believe mediums are tricking their customers or tricking themselves – or both.) The idea of spirits appearing in our dreams is equally unsatisfying for me.

However, dreams of the dead do have a capacity for grief and healing. You just have to accept that the deceased are not actually visiting you — and that it’s just a part of your own subconscious mind playing a role. These dreams tend to occur naturally when you are grieving the loss of someone close to you; thoughts of them during the day will filter into your dreams. But if your loved one doesn’t appear to you at night, or you just miss them and want to give them a hug, then dreaming lucidly about them is a wonderful proposition.

Lucid dreams offer us the closure we need to overcome our grief and move on with our lives. That’s not to say we want to forget. A lucid experience can enable us to consciously visit any period in our past and re-live those memories; playtime with a childhood pet, conversations with a late parent, and intimacy with a lost partner are all ways to grieve and remember loved ones.

8. Lucid dreaming is like taking a creativity pill.

We all know that regular dreams can be a bizarre place of inspiration… and when conscious dreaming, we can actively seek out creative ideas and bring them back to the waking world.

Famous painters like Salvador Dali, William Blake and Paul Klee all created artwork inspired by their dreams.

If you’re seeking artistic inspiration while lucid, head into a gallery and study the images you find there. They may arise from your memory, subconscious creativity, or a combination of both. But best of all, they will contain elements of your conceptual understanding of the world, which can make for beautiful and baffling interpretations.

Equally, lucid dreams can give way to amazing musical inspiration. Composers like Mozart, Beethoven and Wagner all pointed to dreams as the source of their creativity. Dreams reveal our most creative side because of the free-flow of ideas arising from the subconscious mind, unhindered by the rational conscious.

9. Lucid dreaming can advance the human race.

I believe that if every human being became a frequent lucid dreamer starting tonight, our culture, art, technology, medicine, science and even religion would quickly develop in a whole new direction. Imagine if every inventor suddenly had a breakthrough lucid dream about a new invention? If every artist suddenly began producing subconsciously-inspired artwork? If every scientist could suddenly solve advanced problems that had previously left them stumped?

In short, if we all had access to lucid dreams and used them in a productive capacity, we would tap into greater power within. The entire human race would be enriched as a result, individually… and universally.

SPIRITUAL UNITE: “Past Life Healing — 5 Signs of Your Past Life (Best Tips)”

past-life-healing-tips

Past Life Healing

We have lived many lives.  There was a psychologist, Helen Wambach who hypnotised lots of people; she would regress them to a specific time period then ask them predetermined questions like, what are you wearing, what’s that on your face, what gender are you and what she found was fascinating, mind blowing, they were revealing all kinds of things, they were completely different people.  This field is growing more and more in psychology but don’t believe what I say you should know it for yourself.

Many ancient cultures, in ancient Egypt they talked about past lives and reincarnation, I believe we are going to keep coming back to planet earth because we have lessons we have to learn.  Einstein talked about how energy can’t be destroyed or created, it can only be transferred, mystics talked about how we are multi dimensional beings having a human experience.  Souls inhabiting bodies, no one really ever dies, Marcus Aurelius said, what we do now echoes in eternity.

How can this help us become our greatest versions?  I am going to share with you what’s helped me along my journey, I link this into subconscious mind which controls 95% of our daily lives.

5 Past Life Healing Signs

1.  The first past life healing sign is your name, what’s your name?  Whatever your given name is not really your real name.  When you call yourself by your real name that is a gateway to who you were in a past life.  Words are bonds, words are vibrations, in ancient cultures they named themselves because when you name yourself, you now give yourself a new definition.  When someone names you they give you a definition.  So they would call themselves things like, water woman, fire man, rain man, why?  Because they were reconnecting back to the elements.  Names hold significant meanings in our lives. Whatever you name yourself is the kind of energy that is channelling through you, that is why whatever you call yourself you always end up becoming.  So reprogramming the subconscious mind we have to be mindful of what we call ourselves. This shows us and helps us remember who we really are.

2.  The second past life healing signs is the area of interest.  Why do you have affinity for playing the piano, why do you like waking up and running at 3 am in the morning?  What we do in life reveals what we were doing before, because I have seen that time is an illusion, time is not linear, the past, present and future they are all happening simultaneously.  So a past life in essence just happened a few moments ago but why do certain people have certain talents and abilities, do they just learn how to do this in this incarnation or did they learn to do this in another life, that is why they are amazing at it.  So there are great clues, are you interested in metaphysics ? Architecture, banking, make-up, jewelry, food… these hold a deep clue into what you were doing before you came here.

3.  The third past life healing sign is what I call the level of consciousness, sometimes people say well everyone is asleep they don’t get it and they are probably saying the same thing about you.  The level consciousness is where your mindset is, some people they never give up, they have the spirit of a fighter, warrior, where did this come from?  Well because in a past life you could have been training, you could have been a gladiator, you could have had to wrestle bears and stuff.  You learned all of this somewhere else, that’s why you have this consciousness.  Certain times you are seeing the maya, the illusion around you but how come you can see it and other people can’t?  Because you have been places they haven’t and they have been to places you haven’t.  So whenever you allow people the freedom to experience their own Reality you get that aha moment.  You realize we have all lived many lives and therefore we don’t have to interfere with someone else’s time line, we have to focus on ours and be thankful for it.

4.  The fourth sign is what I call the strength and weaknesses are unresolved issues and our magnificent strengths.  What are you facing right now that is challenging, what undesirable quality do you have about your personality, what unresolved issues do you have coming to the surface, some people say I can’t stand that person but have you ever questioned why?  Many times we might have a phobia of spiders, do we ever question why?  So our unresolved issues, maybe you don’t trust someone.  Past life’s are a wonderful way to reconnect back to our traumas and heal our selves because once again there is only now, we can fix the past by healing the present moment.  Our magnificent strengths are weakness’s, what we really love about our selves didn’t just come from this moment, this incarnation, it came from way back, some people they can let go of resentment, they are not jealous, they are kind and compassionate because through time they have worked on themselves.  They have cultivated this magnificent serenity within them selves.

5.  The last past life healing sign I have seen along my journey is that people will remind you of your past life, always connect with those who remind you who you are.  Because you had this conversation with someone and now they are serving as the catalyst, they are triggering this distant memory and you begin to remember that time in Egypt, India… you remember being on specific land mass on this planet, in essence you have this familiarity and this familiarity is how you know your past life.  Certain times it comes through dreams, nightmares, visions. I love meditating, any kind of deep meditation is going to remind you who you are.  Being around supportive friends who don’t judge you, see you in amazing ways with unconditional love that triggers who you were in a past life.  Most people talk about the positives about their past lives but Helen Wambach’s research is fascinating because certain times people were recalling their experiences as being a maid or peasant, we were also so many different things but this is important to know why we behave the way we do and once you connect with that past life experience you have more acceptance of who you are and now you can shape and remould your destiny, become anything you desire.  It starts with acceptance, forgiveness and trust.

MICHAEL FORRESTER: “6 Shifts In Consciousness We Are All Experiencing Right Now”

Michael Forrester.jpg

Absolutely everything is a wave of energy and there are many new energies taking place on Earth. We’ve shifted consciousness, but we’re still using old reflections to create our reality. Abundance in all aspects of life is now much easier to achieve in the new vibration and a confidence in our abilities will soon magnify to great levels in the coming years. There will be some obstacles and challenges ahead, but know that the following shifts in our being are happening right now as all humans are born into spiritual wealth without practice.

Vibrating frequencies build a virtual construct that makes you think you are in a physical world, but you are not. You are living in a holographic universe which is an illusion — so well designed, that only the highest beings of light can see it for what it is. This is your destiny, but now you will continue to play this game called Earth at a level never played before. You are still playing with three dimensional rules in a fifth dimensional world, but you’re quickly learning how to make the transition by shifting energy.

Think about all the areas of wellness, whether they be physical, mental, social, lifestyle, morals, the spiritual aspects of life (e.g. new age, Western religion, Eastern spirituality)… they are all enveloped and affected by energy. How you think, feel and act is all energetic. Right or wrong, black and white, good and bad don’t really exist, but we still need the perception of duality to continue the energetic game in its current form. We are discovering that everything is actually a shade of grey.

The most important thing you can do right now is listen to what is whispering to your heart. It won’t shout to get your attention so you must listen very closely to the messages you are receiving.

1. The Realization of the Eternal Nature of Your Being

You are immortal in a physical vessel which you decide is mortal. Your physical vessel does not need to die, but you have come to accept that it will, so it does. There is a balance of well-being that is certain for all of us. You all have a shared pain and part of the process of integration is the understanding of why it exists. Illness is not always a sign that there is something wrong. To acclimate to new energy, many of you have chosen to push through these physical barriers first. You have been conditioned that you must all naturally contract diseases and take drugs to fix them. This is not so.

You WILL know the eternal nature of your being and you will enjoy putting down your burdens and stop struggling to defend and guard against things you feel have gone wrong and must be made right. This is where most of your pain resides. You will learn to love knowing that you don’t have to fix your planet or anybody else and that everything is just as it should be. You will come to know that your governments are exactly where they should be as are all your diverse beliefs and desires.

Things do not have to change for you to be who and what you came here to be. It is then and only then that all the “fixing” required by your egos will actually occur, but you will also know that in reality, nothing ever needed to be fixed. You will let go of any resistance and hold yourself in steady alignment. Will it not be a magnificent moment when humanity can just be without having to be something else? This is where you are headed because you are divine beings of light and you have become masters at this game you call Earth. You no longer need to allow fear and resistance to subject your life to pain. You are moving away from this and transitioning more to love.

2. Shift in Vital and Spiritual Energy

Vital energy makes up about 70% of total subtle energy and sustains the physical body, mind, intellect and ego. It is distributed through subtle channels which connect at special points of intensity most popularly known as chakras. This constructs the physical (voluntary and involuntary actions) and the subtle body (conscious/subconscious intellect and ego). It is prevalent throughout the body and supplies energy to the cells, nerves, arteries, lymph etc. Some concepts relating to the subtle body are partially understood by scientists, but the level of understanding has always been rudimentary. That is now changing.

Spiritual or Kundalini energy lies dormant in a person until activated. These concepts cannot be measured with current technology. Those who have practiced meditation and spiritual principles at the qualitative and quantitative level have assisted in the continual grace of principles that leads these Kundalini forces on the right path. However, the shift in global frequencies and fifth dimensional concepts is allowing all of humanity to earn spiritual wealth simultaneously and without the efforts that were once necessary. In the past, people had to work hard to amass spiritual wealth. Now, it will be as if all humans are born into spiritual wealth without practice. You have received a magnificent upgrade that is allowing this energy to be activated by simply embracing the being that you are. It is leading to spiritual growth at an accelerated rate.

3. Energetic Harmony

Imagine creating a unified harmony through 800 trillion cells and vibrating them into health and well being. Humming itself produces overtones which can heal your mind, body and spirit. You will begin loving your voice and humming or singing from day to day to assist in accelerating your spiritual growth. It will come natural to you. You will begin feeling mystic silent overtones vibrating through your cells and body. This will also awaken your deepest desires to be unified with overtones of love and help breakdown stiffness and pain and facilitate your spirit body to flow.

As you begin to break down the veil, you will realize you have a shared pain on this planet and it is not your own. It is connected to everyone and everything. There is beauty in that shared pain and you will learn to see it for what it is through energetic harmony. You will move past specific body pain you thought was your own when it was actually part of the collective. Once embraced, this pain will cease to exist. You will let this pain go because you will understand its origin. Many of you will heal from pain and disease in ways you will think are miracles, but it will be simply the miracle of who you are and nothing more.

4. Energetic Causation

What scientific studies have failed to address on our planet is causation. They have tried through many different methods to obtain conclusive results in their scientific research through a countless number of double blind, placebo controlled and random studies which are considered the highest standards for scientific experiment. We can tell you that there has never been one published scientific study based on this standard that has identified causation beyond sub-atomic levels. Yet it is precisely those levels that cause everything to manifest in the physical body as it does.

“Contrary to what they tell you… you are not a limited material being”  ~Amit Goswami PhD, Theorhetical Quantum Physicist

Scientific studies can only derive correlations because they do not address energetic causation which is the underlying mechanism behind every single experience and event whether physical or non-physical. 100% of your diseases are based on energetic components within your field. There is NO other cause of disease. Diseases are primarily third dimensional experiences and will cease to exist when you learn to remain at higher vibration — and you will.

This will be a big one for scientists as many will learn in the coming decade to factor energetic principles as causation before initiating any study. You will all begin to have a better understanding of the effect of energetic resonance and the effects on all physical things. This will revolutionize science and remove many obstacles that have hindered scientific inquiry from progressing on the planet. The physics and the metaphysics will soon combine.

5. Energetic Transfer and Reflection

You can only attract what is within your vibrational field. There are no experiences that you can obtain in physical form without attracting them from a vibrational perspective. That includes the most horrific experiences and the most beautiful ones.

What you will learn to do is accept relationships and experiences for what they are. People and experiences serve as a reflection to teach you something about yourself. If somebody says something that offends you, it is because your vibrational field contained an element that needed to be addressed. You will see these people differently. You will thank them for being that reflection and the transfer of energy that was necessary for you to recognize your own vibration. You will honor these people for coming into your life and teaching you what would otherwise be quite difficult to learn without their assistance.

You will come to enjoy the effect that all people have on you, even those you now consider to be obnoxious, rude, insensitive, careless, ignorant, etc. These are qualities you have always judged in yourself and the reflection is only there because you attract it. So start thanking your overbearing boss, nosy neighbor or rude coworker for what they bring to your energy field, because you’ve attracted them into your life for a reason and they’re only doing their job… to be the light you want them to be, and most of the time, it was a mutual effort and request.

6. Polarity Consciousness and Neutrality

Perhaps one of the biggest victories awaiting humanity is the shift from polarity or duality and the dichotomous right vs. wrong which has resulted in much of the conflict and suffering that exists between men and women, people of various races, the wealthy and poor, the strong and weak. Hierarchies have also been formed creating further degrees of separation, (good, better, best) where particular persons or events were rigorously judged within this context. This will end.

All of humanity will begin to understand that all experiences and perceptions are neutral in nature and it is only the ego which places an emphasis on good vs. bad, or right vs. wrong. This shift will be part of the grand awakening which is currently well on its way. You will begin uniting and accepting each other as equals, and this will be passed to your children liberating successive generations from the shackles of duality. Humanity has already begun transcending this pattern.

Life’s experiences which are now viewed in extreme polarity and prejudice will be viewed as the natural order of one’s life. Being present in that observation by loving, allowing and accepting the world will lead to joy, happiness and enlightenment.

What Next?

The hard part is over. The only thing left to do now is alter your expectations and enjoy the ride. You are a divine being of light and your true nature will soon be all you know. The pace is now accelerating and the coming changes will also be met by shifts in monetary systems, the political landscape and well as modifications in social and economical infrastructures. This will happen sooner than later, but likely before the end of this year. Many of these events will happen simultaneously and when the greater cycles begins, you will know. It will be difficult, but that is the time to be centered and focus on seeing all the good that will come in the age of empowerment. You are a truly empowered human… own your mastery.

CHRISTINA SARICH: “Why We Have to Feel to Heal”

sarah-may-news-2

The shunning of feelings, especially in Westernized culture, has left a deep scar in our psyches.

Some of the most profound therapy for the spirit comes from truly experiencing our emotions, so how do we heal when we simply can’t feel?

Ironically, to ‘shun’ our feelings leaves our ‘shen’ wounded. Shen is what the ancient Chinese called the spark of the divine within us. Shen manifests in many ways including the ability to forgive, show compassion, appreciate beauty, and have mercy for others, but we are taught from a very young age that our feelings are ‘bad’ or ‘wrong,’ and then spend a lifetime wondering why we suffer from ailments as varied as cancer or rheumatoid arthritis.

E-motion is energy that cannot move. It is trapped. It is this stagnation that is thought to cause disease. When we feel an emotion we are actually feeling the movement of energy through our bodies. Our refusal to feel means that we biochemically and biophysically halt energetic freedom.

Science is still trying to catch up with ancient philosophies which understood how important ‘feelings’ actually are to our overall physical and mental well-being. We just now are starting to draw the correlations between certain pains in the body and their correspondence to unfelt feelings.

A woman who was once suicidal until she learned to truly feel her feelings has these four questions you can ask yourself to help you get unstuck from feelings that are difficult to experience:

1. Is it true?
2. Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
3. How does it make you feel when you think the thought (…..)?
4. Who would you be without the thought (….)?

Energy in Motion = Emotion

Socrates understood that energy is separate from matter as we have conventionally defined it. The Universe is made up of oscillating, moving, swirling energy, and so are you. This energy was present long before the earth ever formed.

Since your body is nothing more than an amalgamation of energy vibrating at a certain velocity, then you can understand how stagnant emotion or energy would cause the ‘water to dirty’ in the clear pool of

our divine being.

“It’s not something you can say in 25 words or less. It is a whole new paradigm shift that basically leads you to realize you’re not alone. You are connected to everybody else. Your emotions are key. And you are leaving a wake, changing the world around you in a huge way.” ~ Candice Pert

In fact, unconscious emotion – that is the energy we have ‘frozen’ within our bodies, is usually ruling us. Anger, fear, hatred, lust, greed, cowardice, hurt, sadness, etc. are not inherently ‘bad,’ but if they are not felt fully when experienced we usually form unconscious habits surrounding those emotions which then eventually manifest as disease.

Bruce Lipton, and other researchers, including Russian cosmonauts learned that feelings trigger the release of tiny neuropeptides (NPs). These are absolutely critical for metabolic functioning. NPs are responsible for regulating hundreds of different functions, including the release of hormones in the body.

Still other researchers, including Candice Pert, a Chief Scientist of brain biochemistry at the National Institutes of Health, determined that every emotional state carries with it, a specific, identifiable frequency. When we feel ‘positive emotions’ like joy or thankfulness, our neuropeptides tell the body to release endorphins like oxytocin, which make us feel happy – creating a self-fulfilling prophecy-like feedback loop. While felling negative emotions doesn’t cause an immediate dump of stress hormones, the prolonged presence of these emotions (usually buried in our subconscious) causes all matter of havoc to ensue within the body’s communication systems and hormonal flow.

“As our feelings change, this mixture of peptides travels throughout your body and your brain. They are literally changing the chemistry of every cell in your body.” ~ Candice Pert

Where do Unfelt Feelings Go?

In ancient yogic texts, we learn that unfelt emotions get stored in the body, but where do they go, exactly?

Rejected feelings not only get stored in our physical bodies, they get warehoused in our energetic bodies. When we bump into someone who triggers a feeling of shame, sadness, or hurt, it usually means that they are triggering the memory of an unfelt feeling which has been shunned and placed (temporarily) into our energetic storage locker – the chakra system. Instead of being angry at those people for showing you where your wounds are, you can use their presence as a cue to start feeling some of your old, dusty, discarded feelings.

The more they make you feel ___________ (insert unpleasant feeling) the more the opportunity for healing is present.

The Chakra system is also connected to the physical body, and can be very telling about energy that is stagnant or stored therein.

The lower three chakras, the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras are ruled by what is called Goddess or Mother Energy and our intuition. They keep us grounded to the earth – our home. The heart chakra in the middle considered the bridge between our base emotions and the higher, spiritual abilities.

The upper three chakras – the throat, third eye, and crown chakras are governed by divine inspiration. All of the chakras are important, and store emotions according to their governance. For instance, if you are a workaholic, and have issues with trust you have stored unfelt emotion in your root or sacral chakras. If you have issues with speaking your truth, or being honest with yourself or others, you likely have stagnant energy in the throat chakra.

Letting the Flood Gates Open

When we meditate, or practice using other spiritual tools, we are really not changing anything about ourselves or our experience. We are already divine beings. What we are doing, is allowing, with love and consciousness, the stored emotion to flow freely again. Once this energy is consciously felt, it no longer has to be rehashed over and over again by the subconscious mind.

From this more conscious place, we can literally change our vibrations, alter our physiology, and be ‘cured’ from every possible ailment imaginable.

To heal, we must feel, and from this profound place of peace, we return to our wholeness.

GREGG PRESCOTT, M.S.: “The Psychology Of Sleep And Dreams”

Woo-Woo.jpg

Dreams are a coping mechanism to prevent mental overload. They occur during the REM stage of sleep and have many different facets. They can help your subconscious memory unload that day’s (or possibly recent) underlying unfinished frustrations and repressed emotions such as worries or concerns; they can serve as premonitions, they can be a sign to change something in your life or they may merely be an over-riding thought from a recent activity.

We don’t recall most of our dreams, which is partially attributed to the catharsis our dreams give us by having the opportunity to unload certain worries or concerns without mentally remembering and subsequently reliving them in our dream state. At that point, our minds are satisfied with the unconscious resolution of the dream, so we tend not to remember them.

Conversely, when we’re very satisfied in most areas of our life, we’ll tend to have positive and enjoyable dreams.

There’s so much more to dreams such as a physiological aspect that involves the autonomic arousal system and various schools of thought such as the expectation fulfillment theory, but we don’t need to go there in this article!

Many in this field believe dreams are symbolic representations and/or metaphors of what’s going on our conscious mind, and may come out in various metaphors and symbols within our dreams. For example, if a man secretly wanted to have sex with his secretary, the dream might be represented by the man dreaming about his secretary pushing a file cabinet drawer in and out. The in-and-out motion represents a sexual movement, without actually dreaming of the real thing. In this school of thought, everything has some kind of meaning in our dream, including colors, sounds, smells, temperature, etc., but the emotions behind the dream is the imperative driving force to why we dream.

Negative Dreams

The reason we dream in metaphors and symbols is because the dreams may be interpreted or confused by our memory’s conscious mind as reality.

Right now, it’s very common for people to have apocalyptic dreams about regarding family and safety. Many dreams in this genre may also include some form of military representation, which could represent one’s faith (or lack of faith) in our current government system. These type of dreams often involve a catastrophic event or the prelude to one.

If you’re experiencing negative dreams, then your subconscious mind is telling you that you haven’t found a viable resolution to this problem. At this point, one may begin to ponder other scenarios or options in which the subconscious and conscious mind can both agree upon.

Positive Dreams and the Law of Attraction

If your dreams are overall very positive, then this is a great indication that your mind and psyche are clear.  You’re also at your optimum point for manifesting because the real secret to the Law of Attraction is to bring forth whatever is predominantly on your mind.

One Last Note

The metaphors for these dreams may be changing as we enter the Age of Aquarius. For example, if you are on a ladder in your dreams, it generally means a promotion or a raise at work. Now, a ladder might possibly represent a DNA spiral and ascension.
