LISA RENEE: “Now Moment”

“Consistent Meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind to develop higher Consciousness which allows one to develop Higher Sensory Perception. Developed HSP will not occur in most people with an untrained and undisciplined mind. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit and relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the ‘thought’ pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the Now Moment. This is called the Neutral Association or Observer Point. The Controllers have zero power over you (one’s thoughts and emotional state) when you are outside of their frequency reach by maintaining neutral balance or the Observer Point. Being in the Observer role also means that you are fully present in the Now Moment, which can also be referred to as Mindfulness. A way to understand Observer Point is liken it to viewing a movie. If you become at all over-identified or emotionally connected to any thread in an archetype of drama, then you are pulled into the movie, pulled into the time and space of which the hologram is playing out. When observing the drama in Now Moment, one exists outside of the time fields, one is outside of the matrix of which is creating the dramas. As soon as you get sucked into it, now you become a part of the movie. Understand that by holding neutrality and not responding does not mean that you don’t care. Other people may not understand this. When you are capable to maintain and then embody a level of inner and outer Energetic Balance through maintaining the observer with no attachment to outcome, God Forces and spirit can help through communications that access your Spiritual Guidance System that can bring resolution, reconciliation and peace to the most despairing of circumstances. Remember, fear closes the door to God Force, while holding inner and outer energetic balance (with Peace and Love) opens it.”

~Lisa Renee

The Controllers have zero power over you (one’s thoughts and emotional state) when you are outside of their frequency reach by maintaining neutral balance or the Observer Point. Being in the Observer role also means that you are fully present in the Now Moment, which can also be referred to as Mindfulness.

If you stay out of the Negative Ego‘s Mind Control program that tends to trigger extreme mental and emotional polarity via ongoing inferior and superior thought forms, it is very hard for external forces of Mind Control to continually manipulate or gain control over you. The Controllers have no access to control Now Moment consciousness and do not understand the synchronicity and self-organization of the God Force in Action, through the Law of Compassion that enacts the Compassionate Witness. Remember, fear closes the door to God Force, while holding inner and outer energetic balance (with Peace and Love) opens it. [1]

Single-Mindedness

Single-mindedness has to do with the power of focus. Your ability to focus is ultimately your biggest ally in accomplishing tasks and projects. With practice this is an ability one can develop. Your level of achievement and success depends upon it.

Define single-mindedness: It is an adjective meaning: 1) Determined 2) Having one overriding purpose or goal. 3) Steadfast; resolute.

Now let’s define focus. 1) The concentration of attention or energy on something. The opposite of this would be “absent-minded”, “scattered”, or perhaps just “distracted.”

Observe, Discern and Accept

Practicing Meditation and developing the observer point is the critical skill which can be learned, trained and developed to discipline an unruly ego mind. With an unruly and undisciplined mind one cannot reach higher consciousness and access higher sensory perception. The process is one of self-observation and gaining increased self-awareness. Through dedicated observation of the self and gradually discerning between these functioning aspects of the mind, one can attain the direct experience of the consciousness they are. The still point of which this consciousness connects to in the parts of our mind is that which forms all of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences that direct us through life.

To begin this process one must observe the functions of the mind and discern them in action and intend to return that part of that mind function, or thought back into the internal still point or neutral. As we observe the thought, action or behavior in ourselves externally, we source this as an aspect of our mind that is connected to the internal whole and return that thought to the still point of consciousness inside our heart. In the earlier stages this is the intention and goal of specific meditation to become aware of inner stillness without the mind interfering. Later it is a walking meditation in which every single thought, behavior and activity is witnessed by the Observer Point in the day to day activity. As this skill is developed this becomes possible with little to no effort to remain in the Observer Point. It is at this point a massive leap in higher consciousness and awareness of sentient forms may be experienced. [2]

To allow the deeper comprehension of the self to discern the functions of mind one will need to discern the functioning of each part of the mind and accept its nature without judgment of its content. This means to train the mind one must learn to observe, discern the part of the mind and accept its nature. Through observation, discernment and acceptance one can train the mind to be disciplined back to neutral, which allows access to still point of higher consciousness. An everyday quick tool to train the mind:

  • Observe
  • Discern
  • Accept
  • Neutral

Discipline Mind

Consistent Meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind to develop higher Consciousness which allows one to develop Higher Sensory Perception. Developed HSP will not occur in most people with an untrained and undisciplined mind. Meditation can be applied in many different techniques, and is helpful for facilitating Forgiveness and letting go of negativity in many forms. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit and relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the “thought” pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the Now Moment. This is called the Neutral Association or Observer Point. [3]

HGS Calibration Protocol – Step Three

HGS Calibration Step Three

Set Neutral Association or Observer Point (Remain Non Attached to Outcome) Healing is non-verbal and non-linear. Release the mental body from fixating and Increase Higher Perceptive Feeling by doing an inner field check list. Stay fully present in the Now Moment.

Tip: Being neutral and relaxed will happen naturally as you gain experience doing HGS energy sessions. Perform these corrections when it’s difficult for you or another person to be in a relaxed state.

Observer of Holographic Movie or Images

Transcript: A way to understand Observer Point is liken it to viewing a movie. When you are outside looking at it, as if it is a movie, you are not in the same time space field where this particular event is actually transpiring, and that’s where one needs to stay when viewing Timelines.

This is the same principles in working with some of the Galactic Wars and many of the challenges that we may see in the higher planes. I have seen others remote viewers and Gridworkers throughout the years make a harsh mistake. The mistake is when we engage with the drama in another timeline as is, like you are in it now, and this is a major mistake. You have got to pull out. You cannot be in the timeline. As soon as you are feeling the emotional pull or the vestment or the attachment, whatever it is that pulls you into the timeline and you get sucked into the identity in dramas, now you can hurt yourself. The level of holding Observer Point is understanding that when you do this you are outside of the space where that event and that technology has power. When you are outside of it, that technology, whatever it is, whatever’s going on, does not have power over you. As soon as you get sucked into it, now you become a part of the movie.

Thus, observing timelines is like watching a movie. You’re watching it as a movie and you recognize; this is a movie and there’s a part of you observing the movie. This is the most effective way that you can be of support in the function of witnessing. The second that you identify with the movie and you become a part of the movie you can get hurt. This means you get implanted and a bunch of crap happens to you because now you have been sucked into the trauma or drama of the movie. This is the needed skill set as a practitioner or a steward of what we’re dealing with in the Christos Mission, and being able to master this skill is important in not only fieldwork, but as a session provider.

Understand that by holding neutrality and not responding does not mean that you don’t care. Other people may not understand this. Over the years I have been told by others that have had to reconcile issues with me that they feel I’m monotonic. That I speak in monotone like I don’t care or I just allow things to occur that are damaging because they see that I will not take a physical action. What I feel they’re not understanding is exactly this point of observer. The wisdom is always in knowing what is your piece, when to take action and when to remain still and silent. The wisdom is in the application and direction of your personal energy, your consciousness, workign with the Law of Conservation at whatever time and space that you’re working with, especially when clearing particular issues in the field. NEZEL PADAYHAG: “15 Ways To Open Your Heart And Find Unconditional Love”

“Infinite love is the only truth. Everything else is illusion.”

~David Icke

Love is full of wonders. It’s even said to move mountains. Regardless of your own definition of love, it has the power to make the hearts speak and establish a connection with others.

In the presence of infinite love, verbal communication is sometimes unnecessary. There is deeper communication that does not need words.

However, emotional blocks that hide in the masks of fear, pain, suffering, judgments, heartaches, illness, isolation, prevent us from loving infinitely and unconditionally.

We allow these things to limit our capability to love. Most people don’t know what love is, at its core, and how to express it. This can be possible by opening our hearts to love.

15 Ways To Open Your Heart:

1. Commune with nature.

In nature, there’s no chaos, no confusion, and no pain. There’s only peace, connectedness, and love.

The first step to opening your heart is to establish a deeper connection with Mother Earth and all its creatures.

It’s where you can ground yourself while letting go of negative vibes and being present in the moment.

2. Stay in the present moment.

Staying in the present moment allows you to focus on your breath, which aligns you to your higher self.

When you tune in to your higher self, you open your heart to the loving connection with yourself and everything that is.

Staying in the present moment is something that can make you feel better immediately, and it can also improve your outlook on things.

3. Be still.

Stillness connects you to your inner knowing. It invites you to be detached and be the observer of everything that’s going on within you and through you.

Meditation is one way of practicing stillness. As you meditate, you see your thoughts come and go.

Seeing that you are not your thoughts allows your heart to feel safe. This triggers your heart to open up and allows love to flow through you freely.

4. Do something you love doing.

When you do something that your heart lights up while doing time seems to pass without noticing. And you can do this thing the whole day without feeling tired at all.

This means that the activity comes straight from your heart, it’s something that your soul resonates with and it lights up your shine.

When you do activities that you really love doing your heart opens up. Your soul shines and you are energized.

5. Honor your breath.

Your breath is the life force that brings you to the present moment.

When you feel you’re out of alignment, pause and take deep breaths. Through the awareness of your breath, you will remember who you are, a person born out of love.

By remembering love, your heart finds its center.

6. Connect with your tribe.

Your tribe could be your group of friends or the people who see you as you are without judgment.

You vibrate at the same frequency, which makes you feel comfortable and safe.

Being with the people whose frequency resonates with yours allows you to be aligned with your eternal nature. This encourages your heart to open up and stay balanced.

7. Practice color therapy.

Color therapy works with the aid of visualization.

Finding a quiet place, make yourself comfortable and focus on your heart. Take a few deep breaths as you visualize the first color that comes to you.

Trust your inner guidance to bring you the color of your aura that needs harmony, balance, and self-healing.

8. Keep a journal.

A journal serves as something that helps you process thoughts and emotions. It’s a place where you can dump all your emotional baggage, confusions, pains.

By pouring on the pages things that no longer serve you, you come in fresh and with a clearer mind.

Once your mind is clear, it’s easier for you to open up and be aware of the love around you.

9. Be genuine.

In whatever circumstances you are in your life now, you’re playing a role in someone else’s life. Oftentimes, these people want you to play the role they expect you to play.

When playing that role is against your will, you’re being inauthentic with yourself.

You’re left with the choice of disappointing others by being your authentic self, or play with their dramas and be untrue to yourself. Just remember, true love can only flow when you’re being true to yourself.

10. Establish healthy boundaries.

Establishing healthy boundaries doesn’t mean closing your doors for other people. On the contrary, it is the first step in showing compassion to others.

When you set boundaries, you are being compassionate with yourself, giving it the necessities of life that it needs to stay healthy, balanced, and capable of love.

Once you’ve developed this compassion with yourself, it naturally extends to other people, allowing more love to flow.

11. Speak your own truth.

You don’t need to argue others to speak your own truth. Being your authentic self is one way of speaking your own truth.

Do the things that matter to you even if they appear unconventional. Never be afraid of being different.

When you’re confident of who you are despite the criticisms thrown at you, people will slowly show you respect and find inspiration in speaking their own truth too.

12. Send love to anyone who needs it.

When you send love, your focus is on love. The more you focus on love, the more it comes into your reality.

Send your loved ones love by imagining them to be standing in front of you. You can even send love to strangers or people who may have hurt you.

Sending love is the quickest way to heal and raise your vibrations.

13. Listen to your heart.

Self healing begins with listening to what your heart is telling you.

Set aside time for yourself and listen deeply to the messages your heart wants you to know.

Allow yourself to find safety in the quiet place of Surrender.

14. Follow your bliss.

“Follow what your heart is telling you” is a common phrase we hear. And there is truth in that.

When you follow your heart, you follow your bliss, the passion that points you to your life purpose. Whatever your passion in life is, love is at its core.

Thus, following your bliss is the shortest way to finding yourself and finding love.

15. Practice unconditional love.

Unconditional love is a sacred place where respect and honor resides. It’s loving people despite their weaknesses, shortcomings, and even indifference.

However, unconditional love is not a ticket that others can use to abuse you. You must have enough self-respect so that people will respect you in like manner.

Show unconditional love without being tolerant, without apologizing, and without seeking approval from anyone. Just love with all your heart. Give love to the world.

SUSAN VIVYAN: “Thoughts And Words Are So Important”

Watch your words carefully as they carry more power than you realize. Many are becoming aware of the power of thoughts, words and are more discerning in their choices. Yes, it is a choice moment by moment. More immediate results than you realize.

It is via stillness, meditation, concentration, awareness that you become aware of the power of your thoughts; words leading to actions. When one is the observer in the 3rd person and not immersed in the drama of their own making a wiser perspective emerges. Greater understanding with more discernment guides daily choices. The inner reflects the outer and more discretionary decisions are made.

One can still be very present, live in the moment; however, the focus of an aware life is more refined like sand which slowly and gently flows through your fingers with little abrasive quality.

Listen to the words of others but more importantly discern your own thoughts and words. Become a detached observer with no judgment or criticism. Allow corrections to your thought patterns and/or actions to be done with gentleness and softness.

Treat yourself with respect. Embrace your imperfections. Allow growth to emerge with constant nurturing and self-love. Focus on your thoughts, your words. Refine your choices.

You are important!

PALLAVI THAKUR: “14 Things Your Soul Wants You To Know”

What does your soul want you to know?

1. What does your soul want you to know?

We get so involved in the nitty-gritty of life that we often forget the most important lessons we came here to learn – the lessons that our inner spirit is trying to teach us during our relatively short stay here on earth. Since the soul is the fountainhead of wisdom of guidance, it is always trying to communicate with us. Each life experience is an invitation to live as closely as possible to our soul’s true essence. This is what your soul wants you know…

2. You are OK just as you are

The main goal of life is to not really change, grow or transform yourself. It is to be at peace with who you are at any given moment despite what you have done or not done; said or not said. Transformation is a choice we all have, but from the soul’s perspective, it is not the greatest priority.

3. You are meant to feel deeply

You are meant to REALLY feel. Don’t hold back your tears, and don’t think it is wimpy, soft, or overly sensitive to expressive yourself. It is healthy to feel deeply and to give yourself permission to experience the richness of human emotion. Feel love. Feel sadness. Don’t walk in between as you daydream, really take the time to amerce yourself in the moment. This is what life is all about.

4. Be mindful

Mindfulness is simply the focus of your attention on the present moment, but it is anything but simple. With chaotic schedules, multi-tasking and an over-worked society, it is often hard to remain in the present and not get lost in the chaos that surrounds us. Mindfulness has roots in Buddhism, but most religions and spirituality practices include some attention towards love, kindness, and appreciation for a perspective on life that is bigger than oneself.

5. Your soul wants you to know stillness

When we are still, we can truly listen. As we listen we open ourselves to understand and it is within the stillness that we can feel the greatest connection to our soul’s wisdom. That is why meditation, being still in nature and finding a quiet moment for ourselves feel so appealing. They are opportunities to connect with who we truly are. Kind, compassionate, gentle and wise. We just have to listen.

6. Let go of outcome

When we work hard at something, it’s natural to want some kind of “reward.” But when you become attached to outcome, it can take the joy out of the process. Life presents us with infinite variations of this important distinction—between what we can change and what we can’t, between what is within our control and what isn’t.

7. The present moment is the most precious thing

The present moment is the most precious thing

People don’t realize that now is all there ever is; there is no past or future except as memory or anticipation in your mind. Most humans are never fully present in the now, because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then you miss your whole life, which is never not now. “As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease.

8. Perspective is a beautiful thing

Typically, when we’re worried or upset, it’s because we’ve lost perspective. Everything that is happening in our lives seems so big, so important, so do or die, but in the grand picture, this single hiccup often means next to nothing. The fight we’re having, the job we didn’t get, the real or imagined slight, the unexpected need to shift course, the thing we wanted, but didn’t get. Most of it doesn’t really matter.

9. Self worth cannot be verified by others

If you constantly seek outside yourself for approval and validation, you will never be happy. We are all different and we all perceive things in different ways but your reputation is not something you can really control. Your reputation is not really in your hands, so stop trying to please everyone around you and start pleasing your own SELF.

10. All that you need is already within you

All that you need is already within you

In this moment you have it all, right NOW and right here, there is nothing lacking. Take time to be quiet at least 5 minutes per day and in time you will discover that you do have access to HAPPINESS, PEACE, ABUNDANCE and all that is good at all times.

11. Everything in life is temporary

Every time it rains, it stops raining. Every time you get hurt, you heal. After darkness there is always light – you are reminded of this every morning, but still you often forget, and instead choose to believe that the night will last forever. It won’t. Nothing lasts forever.

12. Accept

To complain is always nonacceptance of what is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself into a victim. When you speak out, you are in your power. So change the situation by taking action or by speaking out if necessary or possible; leave the situation or accept it. All else is madness.

13. Go out of your way to be loving and kind

Almost everything comes full circle. People who love themselves come across as very caring, generous and kind to others too; they express their self-confidence through humility, forgiveness and inclusiveness. So seek to understand others before you attempt to judge.

14. You need to clean the clutter

As Einstein once said, “Out of clutter, find simplicity; from discord, find harmony; in the middle of difficulty, lies opportunity.” Sometimes we make life more complicated than it is. We attach our happiness to achievement and then look for it in all the wrong ways and in all the wrong places. Of course, you don’t have to live like this. If you feel like you are, it’s time to simplify things. It’s time to clear the air and get back to the basics.

15. Your troubles are gradually improving you

Your troubles are gradually improving you

Someday when you least expect it life will blindside you with necessary chaos. And once the chaos has ended, you won’t remember exactly how it all transpired, how you made it through, or where you found the strength you needed to carry on. You won’t even be sure whether the chaos has completely ended. But there is one thing you can be sure about: When it does finally come to an end, you will be a much stronger person than who you were before it happened, which is precisely why it was necessary.
