LISA RENEE: “Easter Island”

“The Four Faces of Man LPIN (Lemuria Pylon Implant Network) has been referred to as the ‘Guardians of the four corners’ and ‘Angels of the four directions’. Its four heads are anchored in by sound pillars. In recognition of the Founder’s creation of the Four Faces of Man, the Easter Island heads were built by ancient Indigo Maji descendants. This LPIN, created between 22,326 BC and 22,500 BC, was designed to restore the 12D blueprint of Earth and prevent fall of Earth into the Phantom Matrix. At the last planetary time cycle, intruder Annunaki raided Earth and prevented this LPIN from activating during the ascension cycle. Thus it was rescheduled for 2012, began its first activation cycle in 2001 and the final 12th cycle in 2003, bringing the Great Great White Lion and Golden Eagle Grid on line. Founder’s Four Faces of Man LPIN is in three sets of the four faces. One full set is an extension of the Earth LPIN connecting higher aspects of Earth: planets Tara and Gaia. The second set is another Four Faces of Man LPIN on parallel Earth, parallel Tara and parallel Gaia, and the third set on Inner Earth and connecting to its higher planets Inner Tara and Gaia. The Four Faces of Man is designed utilizing such high frequencies that the fallen ETs in the NAA can’t handle those energies.”

The Four Pillars of Man relates to the Threefold Founder Flame Consciousness Grid Network that is located in Chile at Easter Island. The Four Main Pillars of Consciousness units are massive Light-Sound pillars that are related to the creation of the entire Human 12 Tribes 144 harmonics in the DNA Genetic template, these consciousness units are the collective pillar(s) and the consciousness structure of the Founders elemental bodies. They contain all genetic, elemental material and race histories throughout the entire root race evolution cycles. When the diagonal lines are activated on planet earth at the end of the Ascension cycle through the Great White Lion GWL vertical and Golden Eagle Grid GEG horizontal merge, or Rod and Staff alignment, the three parallel universes merge together through the activated Four Pillars of Man network.

Triune of Universes

When all three Parallels in the Triune of Universes is connected through its diagonal grid networks, the 12 Guardians of the Pillar is anchored on earth. The Aurora Guardians are hosting elemental re-encryption of the Founder consciousnesses units to heal the elemental bodies in order to do so. So when referring to Aurora Pillars, the reference is the elemental re-encryption to the four pillars of man network, to connect through the Aurora Host in order to anchor the 12 Guardians of the Pillar into the earth body. This is the four consciousness unit elemental body pillars, water, fire, earth, air creating consciousness ether, through the consciousness ether, the four elemental pillars connect into their counterpart networks in three parallels (parallel earth, the inner earth, and the Earth), making a total 12 Guardians of these Pillars. The pillars are a part of Aurora Guardian host grid rehab project for Krystal Star and smaller versions of their architecture have been placed in many vortexes on the earth grid, where diagonal lines have been cleared to krystic spin points. As smaller Aurora Pillar networks stabilize in the earth field, this larger FPM network has a foundation to support its return to the earth. Aurora Pillars are the columns that support the Aurora Platform which are the safe zones.

This represents the 12th Dimensional Blueprint or Silicate Matrix of the Divine Plan for the Planet Earth. [1]

FPM Grid from Lemurian Network

Founder’s Four Faces of Man LPIN is in three sets (of the four faces). Hence the statement the ‘Guardians of the 12 Pillars’ (three sets of four faces) and sound pillars. The Four Faces of Man is the most extensive in space time but some of the others have connections to parallel Earth. The Four Faces of Man LPIN (Lemuria Pylon Implant Network) has been referred to as the ‘Guardians of the four corners’ and ‘Angels of the four directions’. Thus it was rescheduled for 2012, began its first activation cycle in 2001 and the final 12th cycle in 2003, bringing the Great Great White Lion and Golden Eagle Grid on line. ANGELINA STOJIC: “Feed The Frequency — Choosing Our Vibes”

What does this mean? Our energy systems are always changing and evolving with the input that we give it. We constantly nourish our mind body emotions and spirit with all that we say, think, feel, eat, see and do and we process all this data through our system whether it be biological, emotional, mental or spiritual. We do it on a subconscious level even though at times we feel we may be totally ‘aware’ of all input, but there are times that aspects of what we process are not always going to be completely clear as our eyes, brain input exceeds all we can process at this time.

Our DNA system is very complex and important to our evolution. Our DNA centered within our cellular structure, is made up mostly of water and energy. All the information stored within this system seems complex, but the thing is, to nourish it is simple.

What we feed ourselves on every level will sustain us eternally.

When I talk frequency, I talk light quotient or light particle mass within a structure. How much light is in that? This is the light that makes up the energy part of all that is on a molecular level. The higher or lighter the frequency, the lighter quotient makes up that structure. For example, with food, the closer it is to the state of the natural law, being purest form, like an organic carrot, the lighter or higher the frequency. It is natural, nourishing and gives, to replenish us. The further away from natural form, like a can of coke, which gives us an instant buzz but asks you to drink it again to have another hit, this type frequency is low, dense or holds less light.

It is that simple.

It goes the same with every single thing we surround ourselves with.

The brilliant Japanese scientist, Dr Masaru Emoto, who showed us how simply music, words and pictures shifted water molecules in different ways, gave us experiments that showed us how simply certain stimuli can affect water particles. The harshest most frenetic and disjointed music showed us erratic and malformed water particles, where the gentler, kinder, calmer music created beautifully shaped mandalas or flowers. The frequency of the harsh music is heavy, and the light quotient is low which does not transcribe easily into the human cellular structure causing discord, with the gentler music, holding higher light quotient is able to transmit light into the water for an easy transcription.

Frequency likes to flow. It likes a constant ease of motion which is usually a tri-wave meaning 3 bands of light. Take painting for example, when we use two colors to paint, we can mix them together to create a third, therefore it is constantly creating something new. This is what the tri-wave likes. It wants to create from a place within a structure already there. This is a give and receive frequency.

The bi-wave frequency, which is harsher, is a take frequency. This only holds 2 bands of light that are separate and never combine to create new energy but works on taking energy from one to give rise to the other. It is always in duality.

The bi-wave is all about the external power and fueling fear.

An example of bi-wave in action is harsh music as an example. Some of the harshest sounds or most erratic music gives a sensation of discord within, awakening feelings of anger, confusion, rage or fear. These feelings are intensive and can overtake you, feeling more of a battle energy. These feelings give the music more power than it does you for you which you end up giving away your power to the music, leaving you feeling depleted. The bi-wave is you and the music. It does not create replenishment within, like that hit of Coca-Cola. My disclaimer here is that there is nothing wrong with feeling these feelings for there is much stored within our systems that we need to experience and help heal and clear, but to evoke them and create them intentionally and regularly will only bring your energies down, circling in less light and more discord. The less light held within your system, the less connected you will become to your true power.

When the tri-wave is in play, the sounds or music created with gentler format, gives rise to feelings of calm and peace. These feelings are created from within, naturally triggering higher healthier cellular renewal. As this light lifts you and your feelings, it returns into your cellular structure and shifts your DNA into creative energy. This is the tri-wave giving a continual cycle of nourishing, lifting energy and cellular health which is all created from within, allowing us to feel healthier and happier. It is here in these feelings of love and fulfillment, we can create our most magnificent life.

To be in create, we need to be in the tri-wave.

Music is but one example of how we give our power away. As we know, things like the news, social media, reality shows, newspapers, movies, songs are created from a lower frequency, the bi-wave, to connect you to the fear. Here it is easier to take the power that you give so easily, to evoke these feelings of fear within you giving rise to a hit or addictive style of feeding.

This is how we feed the frequency.

We give power to that upon which we focus. And yes, there are still those things in our world that we perceive to be tragedy, there is suffering, pain and heart ache at this time. There are movies that will continue to be destructive, harsh and angry, music and musicians that yell fear into their microphones, producers creating shows that pit people against one another, and of course we are human so these things are always about, so the choice lies with us as it always has. There too is much love, kindness and compassion in our world and we have so much to choose from, and when we choose for ourselves, we shift for all.

I know that life is exactly as it should be and all that is here and now is how it is meant to be for us to take the next step into our evolution or ascension. Remember God does not test us. Source does not judge us. We have always had free will. We can choose to nourish the frequency that feeds us in every possible way.

The choice is ours, that simple.

So what frequency do you choose to feed your soul with?

Blessings in Light now and forever.

ANGELINA STOJIC: “Connect To Your Sound — The Healing Power Of Your Voice”

It is no secret that music and sound is part of our every day life and that it is a very integral part of healing and relaxing in general. It is also becoming a very big part of scientific research on how sound or music can heal the mind and body on a cellular level.

The chakras resonate with certain notes, the brain is stimulated with classical music, molecules reverberate to certain frequencies, and let us not forget to mention the fantastic Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto who showed us what music does to water. As our cellular structure is primarily made up of water this was an extraordinary and wonderful representation of how music or sound changes our makeup.

This information for many of us, is not news. We have known this intrinsically for many many years. Music or sound is a frequency. As we are beings made up of energy, sound is just one frequency that we can access via very easily for health, healing and change.

Sound is a perfect medium for our bodies to absorb and enjoy currently of our transition or evolution. It is a simple easy medium of healing we can access.

Sound Can Change The Structure Of Our Cells

Sound comes to us in many ways. One of the most powerful and unique tools we have is the sound of our voice. Unique to you, our voice, the tone, the sound of our voice can create that change within the cells. Just like our bodies, faces, fingerprints and teeth, our voices are all different. The tone, the reverberation, the intonations, the sound. We all have unique voices. We all have a unique sound.

So, if we have a unique sound or frequency that aligns with our body mind and spirit, do you feel this too may be a key to our own healing and access to our own power of health?

The Sound Of Your Voice Is A Powerful Healing Medium

My purpose for this piece is to remind you that the sound of your voice, the tone of you is very particular and very important. The sound of you is part of your healing and health power. By using your voice with the intention of healing self, is a very powerful thing to do.

We all resonate at our own frequency. We all have the sound of our healing within our tones. Learning to access your healing tones from within is a simple process and something you can do every day if you choose. There are many ways to access your healing power of your tone or your sound and below are a few ways to connect.

Singing with music — To sing with your voice with a song you love is a great way to lift your vibration. Lifting your vibration is about lifting your state of wellbeing.

Singing with no music — To sing with no music and just belt out a song you love in the car or at home with your sound alone is also very powerful. This has no other frequency but your own playing and singing for you and your body.

Engaging your Voice with Breath — This is simple exercise to do and is just the pure act of breathing in and then sounding your voice on the breath out. Allowing the natural sound to be expressed. You can play with this and hold onto the sound at the end of your breath. Or you can start on a high note and allow it to drop as you release your breath.

Humming — Again very simple sound that you make with your voice. This is a beautiful gentle way to engage your sound and tone with the healing of your body. It is a gentle internal sound that sits within you. A hum to your favourite song, or a free hum, it is a very peaceful way to help with a calm and internal massage for self.

Sing Song Words — Like affirmations you can gently put sound to affirmations, words or sentences to lift the vibration and allow the tone to work with your system also.

The purpose of your voice or sound is to shift and lift the frequency, to shift and lift the vibe of your body, which lifts the vibe of your cells, which produces new cells in a higher vibe format.

This all sounds very simple. And that is the point. It is meant to be simple. We have the tools within us to help us and this is just one of the ways we can access our truth and pure potential. You may even enjoy your own way of using your voice.

To be honest, whatever it is you do with your sound, your tone, your voice, will affect your body, mind, emotional and energic system. With words, song, whistles, hums, or screams, is allowing you to connect to your frequency, your vibe, your health and healing.

Our voice can help us release and let go of shit we no longer need or help heal us internally with gentle sounds of love.

Regardless how you choose to work with your voice, tone or sound, know it is a very powerful tool in your life. It is part of our connection to creator. It is part of our connection to self. Recognise the voice within by connecting to the sound of your voice intentionally. With love and with a knowing that you are unique and beautiful.

In La La La La Light!

THE OPEN MIND: “Synesthesia — Smelling Colors And Tasting Sounds”

“As music is the color of sound…so is painting the poetry of sight.”

~James McNeil Whistler

Do you taste strawberries when you hear the sound of a guitar?  Are you convinced that Fridays are Yellow?  When you see the number 7 do you see it in Light blue?  Approximately 2%–4% of the population has some form of synesthesia, perhaps you do, too!

What Is Synesthesia?

Synesthesia is a perceptual condition in which one sense (for example, hearing) is simultaneously perceived as if by one or more additional senses such as sight.  Another form of synesthesia joins objects such as letters, numbers or shapes with a sensory perception such as smell, color or flavor.

Synesthesia can involve any of the senses.  The most common form, colored letters and numbers, occurs when someone always sees a certain color in response to a certain letter of the alphabet or number.  For example, seeing the word “dog” as forest green or the number “9″ as light purple .  There are also synesthetes who hear sounds in response to smell, who smell in response to touch, or who feel something in response to sight, some even taste sound.  Just about any combination of the senses is possible.

Scientists hypothesize that in synesthetes, neurons and synapses that are “supposed” to be contained within one sensory system cross to another sensory system.  It is unclear why this might happen but some researchers believe that these crossed connections are present in everyone at birth, and only later are the connections refined.  In some studies, infants respond to sensory stimuli in a way that researchers think may involve synesthetic perceptions.  It is hypothesized by these researchers that many children have crossed connections and later lose them.  Adult synesthetes may have simply retained these crossed connections.

Some People Really Can Taste The Rainbow

We’ve covered this phenomenon in the past.  And I’m a synesthete myself — I see letters and numbers in color, and associate sounds with shapes and textures.  But only a very few people — maybe only 1 percent of synesthetes — have sensory crossovers that affect their relationship with food and drink.

Jaime Smith is one of those people.  He’s a sommelier by trade, and he has a rare gift: He smells in colors and shapes.

For Smith, who lives in Las Vegas, a white wine like Nosiola has a “beautiful aquamarine, flowy, kind of wavy color to it.”  Other smells also elicit three-dimensional textures and colors on what he describes as a “projector” in his mind’s eye.

This “added dimension,” Smith says, enhances his ability to appraise and analyze wines. “I feel that I have an advantage over a lot of people, particularly in a field where you’re judged on how good of a smeller you are,” he says.

Atlanta-based pastry chef Taria Camerino also has synesthesia.  But for her, synesthesia is more than just an advantage — it’s a necessity.

Camerino experiences the world through taste.  She tastes music, colors, shapes and even people’s emotions.  She says she has a hard time remembering what things look or sound like, but she can immediately identify objects based on their synesthetic flavors.

“I don’t know what a box looks like unless it’s in front of me.  I don’t know what the color green looks like.  But I know what green tastes like,” she says.

“I don’t know what the color green looks like.  But I know what green tastes like.”

~Taria Camarino

In addition to working as a pastry chef, Camerino is often asked by clients to make dishes that mimic her synesthetic experiences.  She creates “flavor profiles” of things like satisfaction and discontent.  She takes inspiration from music to put together nine-course tastings.

“I move through the world this way all the time,” she explains.  “If I want someone to understand it, I have to create a dish out of it.  I have to make it palatable.”

Diagnosis

Although there is no officially established method of diagnosing synesthesia, some guidelines have been developed by Richard Cytowic, MD, a leading synesthesia researcher.  Not everyone agrees on these standards, but they provide a starting point for diagnosis.

Synesthetes do not actively think about their perceptions; they just happen.  Rather than experiencing something in the “mind’s eye,” as might happen when you are asked to imagine a color, a synesthete often actually sees a color projected outside of the body.

The perception must be the same every time; for example, if you taste chocolate when you hear Beethoven’s Violin Concerto, you must always taste chocolate when you hear it; also, the perception must be generic — that is, you may see colors or lines or shapes in response to a certain smell, but you would not see something complex such as a room with people and furniture and pictures on the wall.

Often, the secondary synesthetic perception is remembered better than the primary perception; for example, a synesthete who always associates the color purple with the name “Laura” will often remember that a woman’s name is purple rather than actually remembering “Laura.”

A select group of synesthetes can truly “taste the rainbow.”

According to researcher Sean Day, approximately one in 27 people has some form of synesthesia.

A synesthete himself, Sean Day is president of the American Synesthesia Association and has been tracking research on this condition for more than three decades.

Summarizing the state of current research, Day says the brains of synesthetes do appear to be anatomically different (although he cautions that scientists have only studied a few types of synesthesia so far).

In particular, it seems that the neural connections between different sensory parts of the brain are more myelinated in people with synesthesia.  Myelin is a fatty sheath that surrounds neurons and enables neural signals to travel more quickly.

“Because the myelination is different, the interaction between certain parts of the brain is different,” explains Day.  “This allows parts of the brain that are responsible for different senses to communicate when they normally wouldn’t.”

Hypermyelination could explain why synesthetic experiences seem so real for people like British IT consultant James Wannerton, who is also the president of the UK Synaesthesia Association.

Wannerton has a particularly intrusive form of synesthesia, in which sounds, words and colors all have taste and texture.

“It’s like having an eyedropper of taste sort of dripped on your tongue constantly, just one after another after another,” he explains.  “It’s a full mouth feel. It’s exactly like I’m eating something.”

Even Wannerton’s brain gets fooled.

“I wouldn’t know what a hunger pang is because I don’t get hungry,” he says.  “My brain is constantly pumping acids into my stomach to dissolve food that isn’t there.”

Synesthesia affects his social life, too.  Eating out, for example, is a nightmare:

“Different voices, the ambient atmosphere in the restaurant, it all makes a difference to my experience,” says Wannerton.  “You serve me food on a blue plate — it just totally messes up the eating sensation.”

But even though his synesthesia can be quite disruptive at times (it’s “absolutely ludicrous,” he admits), at the end of the day, Wannerton still enjoys it.

And most synesthetes would agree, including sommelier Jaime Smith.

“My synthie thing is the added bonus for me,” he says.

“It’s the joy and sometimes the fun of it all.”

STEPHANIE LUCAS: “Sound Healing – Proactive Medicine for People, Plants, and the Planet”

Sound Healing

Ancient cultures around the world have used sound healing to repair the mind, body, and spirit. Vocal prayers, OM chants, the sounds of nature, mantras, music, and various instruments are just a few methods they discovered effective for sound healing… today, science now strongly indicates that sound may indeed be the most incredible healing tool we have in our arsenal!

Sound Medicine and the Science of Sound Healing

Some of the best known research in the field has been documented by scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto’s various studies, which tested the effects of words and music on water crystals. Emoto tested the physiological responses of water samples that were frozen after exposing them to various types of music including heavy metal, classical, and worldly folk songs. His conclusive results were very similar to those in another case discussed in Dr. Mitchell Gaynor’s, “The Healing Power.”

Dr. Gaynor’s book documents a study of the same premise; however, the study he documents focused on plant responses to music within controlled environments – the only differential being the type of music played for each test group. The results: heavy metal music resulted in chaotic crystalline structures and plants that didn’t fare so well. When classical and folk songs were played the plants excessively bloomed and flourished and the ice possessed streamlined crystalline structures under a microscope.

However, the impact of sound on plants and water are only the tip of the iceberg concerning the widespread implications of the magnificent potential and power of sound healing.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing and the Human Body

For the sake of brevity, I’ll just touch on a few ways sounds heals the human body and include a few links with further details on the research for those interested in additional topic investigation.

Migraines and Pain Management: At the California State University in Fresno, a 5-week study showed that migraine patients who have started and continue to listen regularly to their favorite music reported 83% less migraines. Furthermore, a study conducted by  Baltimore researchers at St. Agnes Hospital indicates that sound healing can relieve a variety of pain symptoms, citing it produced effects ‘similar to 10 mg of Valium.’

Immune System: A Michigan State University study discovered that certain sounds hep increase immunity cell production and regeneration by more than 12% in subjects who listened for 15 minutes.

Stress Hormones: Students from the same Michigan State study who listened to music they preferred further showed decreases in cortisol – the stress hormone – by up to 25%.

Kidneys: Doctors are regularly using healing sound wave vibrations to break up kidney and gall stones non-invasively.

Teeth: Using Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound techniques on teeth roots and jawbones, University of Alberta researches have documented tooth growth and regeneration of bone.

Cancer: Some interesting studies to look into include Dr. Gaynor’s Oncology Studies using crystal singing bowls in lieu of chemo/radiation treatments. Also, check out leading sound researcher Fabian Maman’s Sound Healing Studies, which also showed profound cancer healing results using sound.

Ways to Incorporate Sound Healing into Daily Life

  1. Control your sound environment and say ‘No; to toxic tones: Turn off the TV and enjoy the sounds of silence. Set times where noisy family members respect your ‘no-fly’ sound-free zone. Turn off your phone when you don’t want to be bothered with it…that’s what voicemail is for!
  2. Listen to soothing sounds that resonate with YOU, which may change daily. Match sounds to your vibrational frequency (your gut will tell you!) for maximum healing, soothing effects.
  3. Vanquish sounds of discontent whether they be outside ‘noises’ permeating your space or the ‘words’ of someone in a state of discontent. Separate, then replace disquieting sounds and words with positive ones.
  4. Incorporate healing tones and sounds into your daily routine. Just 15 minutes a day can make a profound difference.
  5. Wear sound and harmonically infused jewelry or crystals that bring sounds like the OM of the sun, the frequency of Earth, or harmonies of nature into your energy field.

Certainly, we cannot always control our sound environment, but we can empower ourselves with a few actions to eradicate sounds that don’t resonate with our particular vibrational resonance while embracing those that do prove effective for our mind body spirit healing.
