Preserving and Healing our Heart may be a uniquely different process for each person, however, the main purpose is to give personal meditative attention in better sensing our heart’s inner messages, in order to restore a flow of loving energy in our lives and achieve overall energetic balance. The human heart is an energy harmonizer, and naturally restores balance throughout the bodily systems when we learn how to balance the feeling sensations of the heart with the belief systems of the mind. Sensing our heart means that we are paying attention to our inner feelings, emotions, and needs while sensing the natural rhythms and discovering the deeper dimensions of our multidimensional heart. When our heart has been closed it is usually the result of previous trauma and pain that we had suffered during childhood and carried as miasmatic imprints that were unresolved from other lifetimes. In order to open our heart, we will need to be willing to face any buried and unresolved pain, facing the shadows we carry, which may include emotions like sadness, grief and despair.

As mentioned, when we begin to crack through the energetic barrier that was surrounding our pericardium and heart, we will feel the emotional depth of our soul wounds, the betrayals, the abandonment and the pain. This is the quintessential Dark Night of the Soul. However, it is important to remember when you are undergoing this difficult stage of healing the heart, that you are surfacing all that has been unspoken and unheard to be witnessed, and that out of these powerful feelings and deep-seated grief will come a spiritual strength and renewal that will be worth it all. Practicing Compassion for self and forgiveness of others, working on feelings of Empathy, are ways of developing heart-based qualities that help us work through powerful and intense emotions. These are the beginning stages of intending to spiritually heal and open up our hearts on the earth. We can discover self-acceptance and find joy, feel reverence for and take pleasure in the simplest things in life.

Here are some factors to support creating a peaceful oasis for ourselves even when exposed to the forces of chaos during the planetary shift.

  • Address mental noise: Excessive mental chatter, negative self-talk and playing out archetypes of drama, generates imbalances throughout our body and places energy blocks around the heart. In order to regain energetic balance within all of the main four bodily systems, we must be able to sit quietly and still our mind. This begins with learning about the Negative Ego and learning how to control impulses and quiet the mind, through Meditation or breathwork. To heal and open our sacred heart we must clear negative ego, reduce mental noise and outer distractions. (See Where Can I Start?)
  • Forgiveness: To clear out the pericardium shield and related energy blockages from around our heart complex, many times we will need to forgive ourselves and others. To forgive another person or circumstance is the most generous thing we can do for ourselves. When we forgive others for perceived transgressions it frees us from the bonds, entanglements and cords which manifest painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, and anger.
  • Letting go: For many people that undergo deeply shocking or hard emotional challenges, such as ending relationships, this can give rise to deep negative emotions like anger, resentments and bitterness that block us from moving forward in life. The pain of such events can make us suffer from a broken heart, which has both physical and energetic impacts to closing down our heart. If we can look at life as many lessons in which we are learning to become spiritually whole, the sensation of a broken heart provides the opportunity to explore more of the dimensions of our inner selves. By being present in the moment and surrendering to the now, judgments and future expectations of others are completely dissolved. Let it all go.
  • Discernment: If we act recklessly by making quick and careless decisions based on lower impulses, this interferes with good decision making by impairing our discernment. One must grow in Spiritual Maturity to be able to discern what is in alignment for them personally, without judgment and without concern for what others may think of your choices. As you allow yourself to be who you really are as an embodiment of soul purposed truth, you will allow others to be exactly who they need to be.
  • Take inventory: When we are feeling unhappy about the current conditions in our lives, it is time to restore energetic balance by taking inventory. What are you doing in your life now that brings you meaningful connection, fulfillment and feelings of joy in the moment? If we look to others to give us permission, or rely on relationships or external events in order to experience love and happiness, this sets us up to fail. When we focus only on the external to make us happy, this is based on temporary conditions, thus, we are distracting ourselves from hearing the real messages that come from inside our hearts.
  • Create Priorities: Once we have taken inventory and listened to our heart for more clarity on what generates meaningful connections and increased loving feelings, we will want to apply our new found awareness to co-create a healthier lifestyle and more balanced relationships. If we are too serious and in work mode too much of the time, without playfulness and humor, this also generates imbalances which shut down our heart. We must re-evaluate our commitments in life to reduce stress and seek to remove any areas where obligations or negative interactions are no longer supporting a more natural flow in our life.
    When we are in energetic balance with ourselves, we are in balance with our spiritual self, our heart and we cease to have great personal turmoil or suffering. This is the path to becoming increasingly healthy and peaceful.

Emotional Healing

MICHELLE WALLING: “Essential Self ‘Work’ In Preparation For The Shift”

If you currently feel like you are without direction or perhaps you are struggling to ride the waves, there may still be a bit of self “work” that is left to clear your energy field. Those who have completed the self work are finally feeling unplugged from the matrix and are sharing how they achieved this. In this article I will share what has worked best for me in achieving a state of neutrality and has created frequent bouts of happiness, synchronicity, and positive manifestation.

Self work allows for the negative frequency overlay or veil to be lifted so that our original DNA codes can create a shift in our reality. This kind of work is the most important work of all, even over service to others at this time because of how close we are to a bifurcation of realities. Oftentimes it requires that we spend time by ourselves and it could be some of the hardest work albeit the simplest. It is hard to take a good look at yourself and your life to painfully see who you have been projecting vs. who you really are.

We are all Source, which is unconditional love consciousness. Most of us have been experiencing what it is like to be as far away from Source in an illusion of ego (personality) and fear. Uncovering and transmuting the fear and asking the personality to take a back seat to the higher self is what we are consciously trying to achieve. This allows the higher frequency version of us to embody into this dense physical in order to override the fear matrix code that is overshadowing the collective humanity. We are all connected, and the higher frequency in the matrix and the collective always trumps.

Everyone is different and everyone processes the energies differently, but my hopes are that you can find something within this list that may be the last key for you. In no way is this an all inclusive list or a MUST DO TO ASCEND list. You may not have to do everything on this list and you may have done things that are not on this list. These are not listed in a particular order, either, except for the first priority should be Connecting with your Higher self/Oversoul/Source.

Many people do not realize that they are already doing the self “work” by consciously changing the way that they react to everyday situations and skits that unfold in their lives. Over the last nine years since my conscious awakening around 2010, I have addressed every one of these topics in my own reality with conscious intention. People who are just now waking up will be able to cover this self work much quicker than the ones who came before them.

The Work

  • Connecting with your Higher self/Oversoul/Source
  • Shadow work
  • Oversoul integration– embody and clear “past” and future lives (multidimensional self); soul shard retrieval
  • Responsibility for thoughts, words, and actions (creation)
  • Understand who you are and where you are- consciousness inside of a holographic matrix that is a distorted matrix copy within an organic matrix
  • Grounding into Earth, connecting in nature
  • Raising your vibration, (shifting from fear vibration to love vibration)
  • Unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion, gratitude, respect, integrity
  • Uniting the masculine and feminine, (left and right sides of the brain)
  • Ego (lower conscious personality) takes a back seat to higher self
  • Declare your sovereignty and revoke contracts that no longer serve you; learn how to recognize false light contracts
  • Creating from the NOW moment, erasing prior beliefs and programming
  • Cutting energetic cords, release ancestral/family karma, build boundaries and shields from toxic people
  • Remember your mission, (if you have one other than just BEING); assess your current job, your relationships, where you live, and make necessary adjustments to align with your mission
  • Learn how to interact with friends and family and when to share this information (and when not to); be the example vs. trying to force your beliefs upon others
  • Nurture and heal your inner wounded child
  • Develop Discernment on “outside” information
  • Energy healing- peeling back the layers of blocks in the heart center and auric field; releasing victim programming
  • Letting go and surrendering to the process instead of controlling it
  • Find a few like minded individuals that you can discuss things with (the internet/social media is a main tool)
  • Focusing on the desired outcome (New Earth or going home) rather than the past or distorted matrix
  • Removing refined white sugar, wheat, flouride, processed foods, and GMO foods from the diet, refraining from alcohol and drugs, and adding supplements
  • Detoxing heavy metals and fluoride/toxins
  • Turn off the television (tell-lie-vision programming) until you have reached a level where it can no longer influence you (you become the witness)
  • Love, trust, and forgive yourself
    Use your imagination which is the key to creation
  • Reprogramming the brain from automatic, subconscious programming, allowing the higher mind to create your matrix
  • Observe repeating patterns and analyze your trigger points
  • Understand that many of the people in this reality are NPC’s (non-player characters), aka non-souled humans or backdrop people
  • Allow yourself to FEEL emotions, acknowledge the energy and message, and learn to let it go for good.
  • Understand that all is Source including dark and light, negative and positive; respect all life including plants and animals, respect everyone else’s path and perception
  • Listen to your body- food, sleep, intuition. If you are feeling down then it is a signal to raise your vibrational frequency and to stop energetic loss
  • Spend time in reflection allowing a “life review” from your higher self in order to forgive others, and let it all go
  • Shift the energy in your home- Go through your material possessions and keep only what serves you; clean and organize your home and simplify your life; smudge and clear
  • Move the energy in your physical body with light exercise like walking, swimming, tai chi, qi gong, or yoga
  • Finding balance and zero point and 5d frequency (rainbow bridge), and then go in and out of the 3d/4d old matrix, grounding the codes and higher frequency
  • Recognize and stop the behaviors, beliefs, and practices that open up your energy centers to connect with negative energy and astral beings
  • Fire any of your guides that are not of the 100% pure source light; replace them with guides that support your highest and best outcome and intend to make contact with benevolent source light extraterrestrials; star family [Ascension Avatar note: Or, try it my way and say: “Thanks, but no thanks, spiritworld, as a powerful sovereign creator being, I’ve got it covered, as always. Have a yourself a ‘Namaste’!”]🙏
  • Close down or remove the overlay energy centers that the astral beings feed off of and remove or neutralize implants and technologies used for energy siphoning
  • Practice Don Miguel Ruiz’s Four Agreements
  • Become the witness; be “in the world but not of it”
  • Focus on yourself first before trying to change the world
  • Centering the emotional, mental, spiritual, and astral body with the physical body to be aligned like nested Russian dolls.

BARBARA BUCK: “Hiding The Wounded Healer”

Suffering can appear in our lives with little warning. It startles us out of complacency. One day we are swimming with the tide, just breezing through life, then wham! Disease and discord hit us when we aren’t looking. Suddenly our nice dip in the ocean becomes a terrifying race from the sharks that we had no idea were right below the surface.

Hardship in whatever form it manifests, can cause us to lose faith that life is on our side. It can render us incapable of trusting the ebb and flow of reality as we understand it.

When I was diagnosed with a chronic disease, I was utterly blindsided. I am a healing practitioner, so in the beginning stages of being sick I had faith that I would be more than capable of handling the issue and moving on with my life. I had multiple tools to help me.

I did all the work, taking a mind/body/spirit approach to the disease, but instead of getting better, I got worse. I did everything that I knew how to do as a healing practitioner, but all my knowledge was useless in the face of my wretched suffering.

I stopped trusting the process and began to believe that I must have done something horribly wrong to deserve the physical and emotional trauma that I was experiencing.

To top it all off, I had a belief that no one would want to see a healer with a chronic disease. How could anyone put their faith in me to help them, if I couldn’t even heal myself? A sick healer is a paradox.

I spent a good deal of time stoically putting on my best game face while seeking help from other practitioners behind closed doors. Everyone that I knew had plenty of advice to give me, from why I got sick to what might help me get better.

Conventional medicine, naturopaths, homeopaths, nutritionists, spiritual counselors, acupuncturists, biofeedback therapists, energy healers of all different types; you name it, I tried it. I stopped trusting the healthcare industry to give me answers, but the worst part about it all is that I stopped trusting my ability to help myself.

Suffering makes us feel weak, and in that weakness we become vulnerable. It’s a terrifying experience to recognize that no matter what we’ve been taught to believe, there are some things we don’t have control over. Sometimes when we allow ourselves to step into our vulnerability, we can feel like victims, victims to our bodies, our thoughts, our creative process that’s gone awry, to God, to the Universe, to genetics.

I have vacillated back and forth between all of these things. I blamed my ancestors, the environment, but mostly I held myself accountable for this disease. I have a firmly held belief that I am a co-creator of my reality, so clearly I must have made this happen.

I played the self-blame game very well. I decided that I can’t be trusted to care for myself when I am in this open, susceptible state. The Universe can’t be trusted either because it certainly didn’t have my back and stop me from creating this horrible mistake.

It didn’t even give me fair warning.

When we are raw and wounded, the first thing we throw out of the window is usually trust. The most natural reaction to our loss of faith is to wrap ourselves in a protective shell because we are afraid of what might come next. The world no longer feels safe.

When we become ill, whether it’s emotionally, spiritually, or physically, we tend to try to keep the world at a comfortable distance. Instead of stepping into our vulnerability, we hide it under the guise of courage and dignity.

Society rewards stoicism with praise. If we see a cancer patient, we say “Isn’t she brave? She never complains about the pain she’s in. She just keeps fighting. It’s amazing!” Very rarely do we acknowledge it when someone courageously embraces their vulnerability by taking a step into the darkness of their condition and seeing what gifts lie within the murky depths.

When we voice our fears or expose our vulnerability, it can frighten our loved ones. It makes people uncomfortable when they can see our wounds. It makes them remember their mortality and their own ability to suffer.

We often respond to this behavior by hiding behind a courageous mask, when the truth is that it makes us feel guilt, anger, and shame.

It’s time for us as healers to take that mask off. It is impossible to heal if we don’t allow the shadows of our creation to surface for healing, or try to hide them. Ignoring them is no longer an option.

MICHELLE WALLING: “5 Examples Of Deception I Uncovered During My Deep Healing”

As we continue to move forward in our healing and clearing, we can look back on where we have been to see what we have learned. Because we are now into uncharted territory where the forerunners are learning about clearing low vibrational energies simply by experiencing them and trying to figure out how to choose differently, we can share some stories of hoodwink and deception that we went through by negative entities that were affecting us.

In this article, I am sharing 5 examples of deception I uncovered during my deep healing and clearing process. Some were observations I was making while observing my reality around me, and others were observations from gifted healers and “seers” that assisted me along the way.

Angels, Archangels, and Ascended masters may not always be of the light.

Many, but not all, of the channelings and connections with these beings are simply posers that bring through feel-good information as they warm a person up to complete infiltration over a period of time.

 

We are in a dualistic reality, where everything is inverted to create a polar opposite. If there really are are good angels, archangels, or ascended masters, in our reality there is also an inverted copy of them as well. Many of the true higher vibrational beings that are “ascended”, meaning of a faster frequency, cannot and will not communicate with the 3D realms. Many, but not all, of the channelings and connections with these beings are simply posers that bring through feel-good information as they warm a person up to complete infiltration over a period of time.

The good news is that there are more and more channelers these days that are truly raising their frequency to be able to receive communication with the truly higher vibratory beings. Many of us are also simply learning what it feels like to interact with the posers by being duped and then by figuring it out after the fact. We are rapidly continuing to increase our individual vibrations, which exponentially will lift the collective into higher frequencies where these false posers cannot exist.

All guides may not be good.

There are many ways that beings can trick you into making contracts or agreements for them to influence you, and once a contract is made, your truly benevolent guides have to allow that being to be on your board of directors until you break the contract.

 

It is surprisingly easy to be led astray from a negative entity posing as a guide. Once an entity gains access to our auric field, it can use thoughts, images, synchronicities, and technologies to lead a person down a lesser timeline or path. How do you know if you are being supported by the highest guidance? If everything is going great in your life and your health is good, then you might just be ok. Perhaps you don’t even rely on guides and have not called anyone or anything into your field. However, if you have dabbled into calling upon guides outside of you for help, or have made an effort to meet your guides in the astral, you may have simply forgotten to call of those that have your highest and best interest in mind.

There are many ways that beings can trick you into making contracts or agreements for them to influence you, and once a contract is made, your truly benevolent guides have to allow that being to be on your board of directors until you break the contract. An example of manipulation could be as far out and simple as meeting you in the dream state when you are 6 years old, while holding out a lollipop and a pen and paper saying “sign here and you have the lollipop”. This is a simplified example but you can imagine how easy it can be to manipulate a child in his or her dream state.

The good news is that you can simply make an intention that Source/God help you to review of your guidance team, and to state that you wish to tear up any contracts and agreements that you have with guides that do not have your highest and best interests in mind, and for the most loving and high vibrational guidance available to be put in their place on your team.

Perhaps you are simply in need of graduating your guidance to the next level because you have rapidly shifted and changed. For example, when I first started my awakening, my deceased grandmother became one of my primary guides. I quickly accelerated my consciousness and awareness, and before you know it, my grandmother was telling me goodbye. It took me a while to understand that she had to go because I was moving beyond what she could help me with, and by her leaving, she was also moving to a different level in her own ascension path.

As many traumas occur, parts of you get “frozen” outside of yourself. Entities can attach or program that frozen part of you and if it does jump back into the body, it can sometimes exist as it’s own personality. This is actually how MK-Ultra programming works.

 

If you are not fully grounded in your body, a part of you may be sitting just outside of your crown chakra. This leaves an opening in your auric field and if you are not in the body, someone or something else could decide to jump in for a ride. Being outside of the body can be caused by traumatic experiences or by not wanting to be here. Our first traumatic experience probably happened to us as a child, and that is when a part of your spirit literally jumps out of your body. As many traumas occur, parts of you get “frozen” outside of yourself. Entities can attach or program that frozen part of you and if it does jump back into the body, it can sometimes exist as it’s own personality. This is actually how MK-Ultra programming works.

We are told what it means to be grounded, but there aren’t that many accurate teachings telling you how to effectively ground. It is not good enough just to go outside and put your feet on the ground in order to be fully present and in control of your body. After astral traveling/remote viewing, being “shocked” outside of the body, sleeping, meditating, and being “high” on alcohol or drugs, etc. one has to actually imagine and intend to clear the body and energy fields of all negative entities and energies, pull pieces and parts of you back into your body, and shut the crown chakra, or “door”. Yes, walking out in nature is helpful to balance you but it does not actually center and ground you, aligning your emotional, spiritual, etheric, and mental fields with the physical body. True grounding and centering can be done anywhere, but doing your intentions outdoors in nature or in water can facilitate the process.

Not all people are real, or many real people are infiltrated.

Some of the people in our reality are like background people in a play, meaning that they are biological entities with false souls and an artificial spirit powering the body.

 

This is a multifaceted subject, but in general it can be compared to the movie “The Matrix”, where we are shown the many people walking down the street in a crowded city that can be infiltrated by “Agent Smith” entities. Some of the people in our reality are like background people in a play, meaning that they are biological entities with false souls and an artificial spirit powering the body. As we are actors in a play, learning and having experiences, we have a collective background that uses background actors to run out the story lines. It is very difficult to tell the real, spirited Source beings from the background people if you are not aware of their actions and if you cannot sense energy or psychically “see” the difference.

Unfortunately, some people that seem to be robotic or “not all there” are actually real souled people that have most of their spirit dangling outside of their crown chakra as mentioned before, which allows for other entities to jump in and run their bodies. These entities can jump in and out of people to trigger you in order to siphon energy. Many times they use the people closest to you and you can become very hurt and sad. In fact, most people on the planet can use a good old fashioned exorcism.

The good news is that many people are waking up and getting energy healings and clearings, or better yet they are learning to clear themselves and cut the cords and contracts that allow any entities to enter their auric field. Overall on the planet, the astral entities or archons are also being cleared out of the collective on a massive scale.

As a part of the work of being responsible for your thoughts, actions, and deeds, it’s important to always ponder whether what you are thinking is of a high vibration as you act upon that thought or allow it to control your actions.

A negative thought would be something based in a fear vibration such as jealousy, greed, spite, lack, or even sadness that is unfounded. If you have an abundance of these thoughts and are spiraling in your head, an energy healing/clearing may be just what you need. Methods used to infiltrate our thoughts stem from mind control programming through advertising and ELF (extremely low frequencies) and trauma induced situations that open up our auric field.

Although this list is not complete, these are some of the most shocking things that I have realized as I have stumbled through my deep healing and clearing sessions. Even though it may seem like we will never get through the layers of awakening and awareness because of the deception that is all around us, there does come a time where you learn to see through these things and you learn not to be so gullible. This mostly happens through having it happen to you, but if we share this information with others, maybe we can save some people from having to go through a lot of heartache. Often times we may not be able to clear someone else, but by clearing ourselves and “unplugging” from the matrix, we are going to help others through the resonance field of raising our vibration. This will affect those closest around us, causing the “fleas” to jump off of them as they will not be able to be in our presence, and it also helps the collective by starving the matrix of energy and moving it towards shifting the collective to a higher timeline where there are less and less dark energies and entities.

NIKKI SAPP: “Seven Ways to Heal Negative Emotions”

When you come to a point in your self-awareness process where you are beginning to become acutely aware of the emotional responses that are happening within you day-to-day, you may have found that there is a very fine line between showing support to yourself while you experience painful emotions and attaching yourself to the emotions as a sense of identity.

Walking this line, trying to find a balance between the two proves to be the difference between becoming a confident, healed and self-loving person, rooted in awareness rather than ego or being a victim of life, so intertwined with our painful emotions and the stories attached to them that they become extremely difficult to heal to completion.

While one should never use their idea of “being a positive person” as a means of trying to get rid of the natural emotions that are arising in them by methods of manipulation or judgment, there is undoubtedly approaches in dealing with painful or “negative emotions” that are in fact effective in helping them heal and transform all on their own, which in turn creates the space by which the blissful “positive” emotions that are our inherent nature can arise.

Seven Ways to Heal Negative Emotions

 

1. Acknowledge them

We cannot change that which we deny is even happening, which is why the very initial step to helping to create a space for healing for any emotion is to acknowledge it’s existence. You don’t even have to name the emotion if you are at a point where you can meditate and feel into the energy of the emotion, but nonetheless you must see that it is there.

Most emotions orbit repeatedly in our energy field because they have been feared, rejected or denied which only perpetuates them. When a painful emotion arises, that should tell you a deeper inquiry is required. Simply put, they are arising to be seen so that they can eventually be healed by you.

2. Honor Them

If we know that all stems from source (God/the divine/the omnipresent Universe) we should also know that even painful emotions fit into this category as well. Knowing this is a huge reason why honoring each emotion as God is hugely transformative.

If God him/her/itself arrived at your doorstep for dinner, how would you treat him/her/it? Most likely with the utmost respect and reverence, right?

So now you know how you should treat each emotion that arises as well. While it’s easy to treat joyful emotions with respect, it’s not as so with the emotions that feel painful in our body, but nonetheless that respect is required in assisting these emotions into a place where they can relax and dissolve into our awareness.

3. Do not blame them on anyone/ Do not own them as your own

Here is another approach that can be rather tricky, especially if you are new into self-awareness. Very often our emotions come as an onset after someone else’s behavior or words, which makes it “feel” like that person is to blame for the emotion. On one level of consciousness this may feel true, but those who are seasoned in self-awareness know something that takes this perspective into a higher truth.

That pearl of insight, is that people are coming into our lives to act as catalysts to bring up the very emotions that exist unhealed in our energy field. This means that rather than blaming them for causing the emotion (which completely disempowers us into needing them to change or apologize before we can heal), we can see them as messengers that provide unlikely clues into our own healing.

On the opposite end, we must also not become to attached to the idea of ownership from within either. We are the consciousness behind the emotion, so while there may be a limiting belief that is running a program in our subconscious mind that has been triggered by the action of another, it does not mean we ARE that emotion.

We are simply the awareness who has the power to heal that defunct programming and emotional block by observing it, feeling it, and respecting it — but not owning it.

4. See them as evidence of their opposite vibration

One helpful way to assist in actually having the courage to feel an emotion head on, is to know that emotions dissolve as a way to create space for their opposite to emerge. This means that all unworthiness — when actually faced and felt — is creating the healing space that makes way for worthiness to arise in it’s place.

Anytime you are able to pinpoint what emotion you are having, you can acknowledge it and also bless it with it’s opposite, or even just declare, “I accept that this fear of not having enough is the evidence that space is being created for abundance consciousness. In knowing this, I allow myself to feel this fear completely without judgment as it’s simply healing as I’m feeling it.”

5. Thank Them

As we come to know that no emotion arises as a mistake, we come to see some of the hidden gifts emotional responses contain. One is helping us identify where we are holding onto a subconscious belief or definition that is out of alignment with our highest truth.

All emotions stem from a belief, so no negative emotion can arise without there also being a belief behind it. Knowing this makes these emotions amazing gifts in helping us to re-write our subconscious beliefs!

By taking the time to sit with each emotion and appreciate it for the healing benefits and clues it contains, the emotions begin to soften and reveal their source — meaning the subconscious belief they stemmed from. As we re-write that belief we are able to heal that emotion.

6. Celebrate them

With many things on the spiritual journey it is the most ironic or unheard of approach that actually is effective. Probably the last thing you would ever think to do when a painful emotion arises is celebrate it’s arrival– which is why this approach is also hugely transformational.

Treat it like you truly cherish it’s arrival and are so humbled to have it’s presence and the wisdom it holds in your energy field. Watch how quickly you are able to detach from negativity when you do the one thing that you would have never thought to, which is actually celebrate it’s existence instead of judging or resisting it.

7. Welcome them back home into the light

Imagine your open heart as a doorway into the light for each emotion. As you open your heart and allow yourself to feel the energetic signature of each emotion, what you are actually doing is letting that emotion be welcomed into your heart space, which leads to the light that you are. The light is where all emotions go to heaven so to speak.

You may have heard the word alchemy in relation to the spiritual journey and this approach is exactly what that word means. Alchemists use the light of their true nature to be avenue by which painful emotions are dissolved into space — by simply feeling them to completion and welcoming them into their heart space.

It is important to note that it is most likely that you will need to use more than one or a combination of a few different approaches with each emotion. Nonetheless, it’s also important to remember to honor your humanity in all of this.

It’s often easy to see ourselves spiritual robots here to use our techniques to get rid of all that “negative energy” we don’t want to deal with, but without also honoring the part of us that innocently feels these emotions from a human place, we become the manipulators of our emotions vs. the safe place they long for to return home.
