Over the next few years, the tragic nature of the death of the body may be very hard to observe in the masses. These groups are attuned to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd chakra or the Negative Ego mind control influence of the NAA reptilian hive mind. Many of them will amplify their negative ego belief systems into fanaticism and they will start to leave this earth through a death crisis of the body. They will take this belief system, whether religion, science, or violence with them in the next life, and their reality will be a holographic mirror to their matched group consciousness frequency.”

There are many groups of people on the earth that must be directed into another consciousness pathway or future timeline based upon their consciousness hierarchal level in the frequency fields. The bifurcation is the framework for the Consciousness Corridors being outlined as the indication for future direction of the individual and where its group consciousness frequency will evolve in the next cycle. The Group Consciousness coalesces into Frequency Hubs which act as Reality Bubbles which synchronize into holographic frequency containers on the earth grid. This process of re-routing collective consciousness groups that have been synchronized into an assortment of reality bubbles that form into ascending and descending network hubs, will accelerate in the coming year, 2020. This will appear to those of us observing this phenomena as exit points, when surprising and sudden exits from this reality occur when the higher intelligence of the inner spiritual being decides to move into the next ascension stage that is most productive for their consciousness growth, mission or energetic clearing objectives.

What is very important to understand is that these violent human groups, such as terrorist groups, work within a small range of low fundamental frequency. These groups are attuned to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd chakra or the Negative Ego mind control influence of the NAA reptilian hive mind. One must attune their consciousness awareness to a higher frequency than Negative Ego. Meditation and the focus upon one’s heart and spirit is the frequency that protects, supports and informs where one needs to pay attention now. This attention placed on the inner spirit, spiritual consciousness, meditation, inner stillness and 12D Shielding, will protect our consciousness and body in ways we do not yet comprehend. There is nothing on the earth that is safer than being in one’s own 12D Shield and activated Lightbody.

These higher timeline collective realities are providing the framework of belief systems from which these groups will learn to rehabilitate their thought-forms without Mind Control, and learn higher principles of service, which form the evolutionary format for learning in the next lifetime or incarnation. Many of them will amplify their negative ego belief systems into fanaticism and they will start to leave this earth through a death crisis of the body. Essentially the current phase of the bifurcation in time is sorting group consciousness that exist between the frequency levels of: Negative Ego with predator polarities or the Vandal groups, Human Ego thought-forms polarized in Service to Self, Soul in astral plane willing to learn Service to Others, and the Monadic plane and higher consciousness which serves the Cosmic Sovereign Law of One completely.

Exit Points

Points in time when the Soul decides to drop the physical body and leave the Earth Plane to continue the journey in other times and spaces. These maybe chosen as illness, accidents or other abrupt exits. Not everyone is here to do the physical biological ascension and may need to drop their body to evolve to where they need to arrive onto a higher plane of existence. These events call upon us to remain within a state of engaged neutrality coupled with deep Compassion, as this is as it needs to be. Many of us are being called upon to be a midwife of the spirit, setting up the transition teams and are helping those families and friends comprehend the passing over process. Passage can be assisted through the Aqua Portal of Mother.

Midwife of Spirit

I have been aware that many people around us are choosing Exit Points right now. There seems to be an unusual opening until the end of the year to decide if you want to stay or leave the Earth plane. We are going through these levels of completion in the cycles now and for some of us, this means the contract is over. Many of us may be observing people near us coping with illness, accidents and abrupt exits of loved ones, which are surprising and even shocking. Be sure to do your best to remain within a peaceful and loving state of Engaged Neutrality coupled with deep Compassion, as this is as it needs to be. Not everyone is here to do the physical biological ascension and may need to drop their body, to evolve to where they need to arrive. Many of us are being called upon to be a midwife of the spirit, setting up the transition teams, and helping those families and friends to better comprehend the passing over process. Upon the activation of the 8th Chakra to ignite the Amoraea Flame which connects to the Mother Arc, it is possible to open a Aqua Portal for transit of earthly souls and other entities, to be given to the Mother for dispensation, rehabilitation, or transit. This is a direct dispensation of the Law of One and the return of the Holy Mother to this planet. If it is of Service to Others divine purpose, the Guardian host will help the individual hold this portal, provided they have attuned their body and consciousness to the 12D Shield. Once a person has proven spiritual integrity to hold this portal themselves, after consistent dedication to Law of One, the 8th Chakra and higher heart functions are opened into a Crystal Blue Lotus heart, and this enables the function of the Transharmonic Gate of the Aqua Portal.

BARBARA BUCK: “6 Supportive Supplements Your Body Needs for This Ascension Cycle”

The earth is currently experiencing massive infusions of light which are part of the ascension process. The cells of our body are using it to transmute into less dense forms. The amount of light entering us right now is causing what many people call “ascension symptoms.”

We’re re-calibrating, and even when we stay physically healthy and do our self-work to clear old, stuck emotions, and energy that might be making it difficult to accrete the new frequencies, it’s tough to clear everything at the speed necessary for the ascension process. The light comes in and it waits for no man. Or woman.

On top of that, Mother Earth is also going through the ascension process. The biological, electromagnetic, and chemical systems of the planet are changing, which affects us. Toxicity in the environment, food, and water doesn’t help matters.

Ascension symptoms are the absolute worst. Sometimes it feels like the more frequency we accumulate, the more uncomfortable we are in our meat suits. Here are just a few of the more common physical and emotional symptoms:

  • head and neck pressure and pain
  • constant dehydration
  • ringing in the ears, noise sensitivity
  • muscle cramps, pain, and weakness
  • immune system malfunction
  • intestinal issues
  • food, chemical, and environmental sensitivities
  • extreme fatigue
  • inability to acclimate to changes in temperature, and hot and cold flashes
  • brain fog
  • dizziness
  • tingling and numbness
  • anxiety or depression
  • hyper-awareness of certain organs, like the heart beating
  • rashes and other skin issues
  • inflammation

Many of these symptoms can be due to a medical issue, but for most of us, we’ve done the doctor thing and found nothing technically wrong. It’s clear that we are experiencing a process because the symptoms are so common among people who come from all walks of life.

Most people perceive the transmutation we experience during an ascension cycle as an energetic thing, but it’s actually a biological process that is the result of all this new light coming in. AscensionGlossary.com defines transmutation this way:

In layman’s terms, our bodies and brains are getting royally worked. Fortunately, there are certain supplements that can help ease the symptoms that we’re experiencing during this ascension cycle.

As in all things, please check in with your Higher Mind to make sure that these supplements are right for you. What works for one person might not work for another. If you’re under a doctor’s care or taking medication of any kind, practice due diligence and discernment.

Electrolytes

Those of us going through the ascension process are notoriously dehydrated. Even when we drink a ton of water, it still feels like we never get enough. If you always feel dehydrated, it’s probably not because you’re not drinking enough water, but because the water you’re drinking doesn’t have enough electrolytes in it.

Electrolytes are minerals in the body that have an electric charge known as ions. All of our bodily fluids, tissues, and cells have them. Maintaining the right balance of electrolytes helps the body’s blood chemistry, muscle function, pH levels, and a host of other processes. They also control our fluid balance and the ability to hydrate.

They are primarily composed of the minerals sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, phosphates, and sulfates. They’re essential because they’re used by our cells to create and carry energy across cell membranes, and they aid in the communication between our cells. We get them from the foods we eat and the fluids we drink.

At least we’re supposed to, anyway. Most of us drink purified, filtered, or chemically treated water, so we don’t get a lot of electrolytes. We can also get it from food, but current farming practices don’t include nutrient rich soil.

Even if we’re eating and drinking what would normally be enough electrolytes, ascension burns nutrients! A good electrolyte supplement will help.

Biochemic Cell Salt Remedies (Tissue Salts)

It takes quite a bit of energy for cells to go through the transmutation process. Cell salts are the energetic form of the minerals that are needed to nourish cells. They form the basic constituents of the cells, tissues, and organs, and our bodies use their energy for metabolism and ionization.

If a cell doesn’t have enough water or ionic substances, like salts, to produce balanced electrolytes, the cells convert their material structure to provide the energy, then go into a depleted state. Cell salt remedies can bring cells back into balance, which is vital to being able to hold the huge amounts of light we’re receiving right now.

They work in a similar fashion to homeopathic remedies, but are essentially the same as micro-dosing the specific mineral that the remedy is made from. There are 12 cell salt remedies that can be used for different ailments, as well as a remedy made up of all 12 called Bioplasma.

The cells of the brain and nervous system take a big hit during the ascension cycle, so Bioplasma is a starseed’s best friend. They don’t call it the “starseed supplement” for no reason.

Many of the ascension symptoms that we experience are due to inflammation in one form or another, especially when it comes to digestive issues, food sensitivities, and pH imbalance. Fulvic acid is an organic compound that we don’t produce naturally, but we need it to survive.

Fulvic acid can be found in soil, rocks, and water. It’s one of the reasons why “earthing” is a thing right now. There are a number of humic substances found in dirt that most people rarely get enough of because their bare skin doesn’t often get immersed in soil, unless they garden free of shoes and gloves.

It contains a plethora of electrolytes, trace minerals, prebiotics, probiotics, fatty acids, and silica, all ingredients for a healthy digestive system. When used regularly, fulvic acid can heal gut permeability, which decreases problems like bloating, diarrhea, and food allergies.

Once the gut is healed, inflammation throughout the body can also decrease, along with an increase in the body’s ability to absorb nutrients. It also protects the body against cognitive impairments, so it helps with the brain fog many of us get.

Chlorophyll

You’ve probably figured out by now that the cleaner you eat, the less ascension symptoms you have. Supplements that support detoxification are a must because the body’s ability to eliminate toxins is decreased. It only has so much energy to spend, and it’s busy building new cells that can handle more light.

Chlorophyll is a plant pigment that’s responsible for their green color, and for the absorption of light, aka photosynthesis. We get it when we eat green vegetables, but supplementing can help with quite a few ascension symptoms. It can help us absorb more light, too!

It can bind to substances that are potential carcinogens and interfere with how they’re absorbed within the gastrointestinal system, which protects the cells from damage. This can impact everything from skin issues to digestion, which makes chlorophyll a go-to supplement during this process.

Our livers are getting an intense work out right now. Chlorophyll has been clinically proven to increase phase II biotransformational enzymes, which improve our ability to eliminate potentially harmful toxins.

Nascent Iodine (Atomic Iodine)

Iodine is another one of those essential minerals that we don’t produce on our own, so we have to ingest it. Most soil we use for crops is iodine deficient because of poor farming practices, so many of us don’t get enough, especially if we don’t use iodized salt.

It’s responsible for the proper function of the thyroid. It keeps the production of thyroid hormones in check, so we don’t become hypo or hyperthyroid. Starseeds and Indigos are notorious for thyroid and endocrine disorders.

Nascent iodine is a supplemental form of iodine that has a higher energy state than other forms because it’s atomic. It’s negatively charged ions suspended in a solution are more readily absorbed by the body, making it a more efficient form of iodine.

We are constantly exposed to radiation and EMFs, and the higher our frequency is, the more sensitive we are. The Thalamus is the large mass of gray matter in the dorsal part of the diencephalon of the brain with several functions such as relaying of sensory signals, including motor signals, to the cerebral cortex, and the regulation of consciousness, sleep, and alertness. The Thalamus has a right lobe and a left lobe.

The connection made between the Thalamus with the Fornix nerve fibers and Limbic system, are directly related to our emotional experiences, and the way we experience our emotions begins to open our heart intelligence and is the key to developing our higher sensory perception. Without the Thalamus functioning properly, the Brain cannot diagnose or detect the sensory information that is being transmitted to it.

One of the key structures in the Brain that is physically changed through long-term Meditation is the Thalamus. It acts as the relay station for all of the sensory information that flows throughout the brain and recognizes the different signal input. So, whether the information comes in through our optic nerves, our ears, through tactile sensation, through smell, or through taste, every bit of data travels to be detected through the thalamus. The thalamus mediates to us our sense of what is and isn’t real in the perception of reality. The Thalamus gives emotional meaning not only to what we take in through our basic senses, but also is key in developing our higher senses which further expands our concepts of God and spirituality.

The physical correlates of all sensations, thoughts, and emotions first cascade through the thalamus before being communicated to the other parts of the brain. Even the smallest degree of damage to this crucial part of the brain can negatively affect the functioning of other brain areas.

The central area in the brain which the thalamus occupies plays an important role in spiritual Awakening. As the body’s immense nerve bundles emerge from the spine and into the brain-stem, they travel first through the thalamus before being distributed through the Corpus Callosum, as a great multitude of nerve fibers branching up throughout the neocortex, along the crown of the head. This multi-branching of millions of neurons in part comprises the physical correlate of the Crown chakra. Where the bundle of nerve fibers meets in the Thalamus, are the pituitary gland, the hypothalamus, the pineal gland, and the third ventrical, also known as the Cave of Brahma. This central area of the Brain is often associated with profound insight, spiritual vision, and higher perception abilities.

Thalamus Upgrade

  • CNS changes are occurring that are impacting the bio-neurology. These current changes in the planetary logos instruction sets are making adjustments to the Thalamus.
  • Thalamus is an important part of our anatomy that exists as physical construct and energetic blueprint for transmitting and deciphering intelligent information being transmitted from the Avatar instruction sets coming from the Aurora Christ Ray System.
  • State reconnections for our Thalamus to open our spiritual links and perform the calibration necessary for higher functioning to decipher the meaning of higher consciousness transmissions.
  • Gender counterparts exist in the organ-glands like the thalamus, the unification between the gender principle exists in the Thalamus. As we increase balance within our inner male and female energies, the male and female aspect of the Thalamus is merged within our brain.

The thalamus is an important part of our anatomy that exists as physical construct and energetic blueprint for transmitting and deciphering intelligent information being transmitted from the crystal technology in the earth. The Thalamus connects with the fornix nerve fibers and the limbic system, which is related to our emotional experiences, and it is our emotions that are the biggest key to unlocking our higher sensory perceptionand Spiritual Guidance System.

During recent events, the opportunity to reclaim sections of the underground Crystal Caverns for directing crystalline transmissions for the benevolent healing of humanity, as well as collapsing alien machinery and frequency fences has occurred. At this time, the Thalamus activation to transmit bursts of crystalline light into the center of the brain to correct function is highlighted as an Ascension symptom.

Thalamus Complex, 9th Chakra

In the Guardian context, the Alta Major center is located at the base of the skull, where the neck meets the skull. This is considered the Thalamus Complex, the 9th morphogenetic chakra that directly corresponds to the medulla Oblongata and access into the Universal Antahkarana current. As a result of its placement in the head, it is also referred to as the Mouth of God or Goddess. This energy center in the lightbody directly regulates many aspects of brain and glandular function, and the circuitry connects into the hara center which represents the location where the Monadic identity first anchors into the physical body.

In order to maintain connection and communication with the higher heart center located in the thymus gland, and to build the crystal lotus breath configuration within the Sacred Crystal Heart, the three main energy centers in the head must be linked together and then sustained. These three energy centers operate as a trinity and connect into three major brain glands; the hypothalamus, pituitary and pineal. The energetic circuitry links between them exist from on the top of the head, to the middle of the forehead or top middle hairline, and then to the base of the skull. This trinity circuit communicates with the monadic consciousness layers, bringing the communication vibration down into the body and then the spiritual blueprint pattern is spoken through the throat center and voice box. This trinity pattern circuitry allows conscious awareness of our deep heart expression to be brought into the earth realm, by bringing one’s personal spiritual mission or divine purpose into physical actualization.

If we do not deeply know ourselves, then we do not know of our Original Spirit.  One cannot know the nature of God’s Spirit until deeply knowing themselves, through the process of becoming increasingly self-aware.  Through meditation, prayer and heart focused inspiration, we can become conscious of our direct relationship with our original God Spirit.  Our inner spirit is accessed directly through our heart complex, and comprises of an intricate filament like webbing of energetic transmitters and receivers that exist within the makeup of our entire central nervous system and brain.  When we are monadically embodied, the consciousness body resides in the central seat of our being, seating directly in the hara complex that exists underneath our navel.  The sexual misery programming directs extremely low frequency into the hara complex, in order to stop the monadic self from fully seating.

The balance and health of our Original Spirit in physical matter relies upon the entirety of the state of energetic balance that exists in the body’s vital essences and life force.  One of the three sources of energy, the spirit, vital essence and life force, cannot exist in matter without the presence of the other.  Our monadic spirit energies are an intelligence that comprises many complex levels that is connected into our multidimensional being, running through all stations of identity that exist simultaneously.

Our God Spirit energies descending into our physical body is ultimately the meaning of embodying higher consciousness and becoming spiritually awakened during the Ascension Cycle.  The higher consciousness intelligence of our original spirit overrides the programs that exist in the lower ego mental body that projects false identities.  We embody higher consciousness and awaken at the varying levels when we embody the layers of our spiritual body intelligence at the various levels.  At this time, we have many diverse levels of spiritual awakening that is based upon the DNA history that exists within the many different tribal and star lineages on earth.  The embodiment process of the Spirit’s intelligence bodies into matter is the process of bio-spiritual energetic expansion and human evolution that is called Spiritual Ascension.  This means our auric body and its multidimensional energies expand to encompass more layers of the Planetary, Galactic and Universal fields of multidimensional consciousness until achieving unity consciousness or Oneness.  The process of Spiritual Ascension is the natural and organic process of biological evolution for every living thing.  This opportunity has returned to this planet through Krystal Star Hosting and begins a longer term cycle of planetary and human bodily transmutation.

As a result of the Electrical Peak cycle, many on the ascending path are undergoing stages of light accretion into the cells of the body during this phase.  This can result in assorted neurological symptoms such as light headedness, pin pricks, tingling, ear ringing, vertigo and mild neuralgia like sensations in the limbs and in the body periphery.  The electromagnetic frequency transmissions can be intense, and especially when combined with the multiple exposures we generally have to artificial signals such as wireless, cell phones, and smart meters.

However, once the new electromagnetic frequency is initiated into the aura and being transmitted into the body by the CNS and brain, the frequency and information it carries is gradually being completely absorbed within the lightbody.  Each individual has a specific process during the personal frequency absorption process, as the new frequency will hold information that will bring to the surface many different kinds of experiences, as it reveals karmic lessons, issues of self-mastery, other lifetimes, seeing deceased relatives, emotional and spiritual conflict resolution, etc.  Kundalini spirals move up the spinal column, conducting with the spinal nerves, and its electromagnetic frequency will move up the central column towards the brain and flood into the chakras and spiritual bodies.  As the new frequency starts to accrete in the lightbody, it will come up against energy blockages in the body. Energetic blockages are generally caused from unresolved trauma or pain or from energetic parasites.  At this stage karmic patterns may appear to dislodge or clear out dead energy or false white light blockages or miasma that need to be cleared out of the cells in order to spiritually progress.  During this stage, many strange things can occur as the spiritual energies are becoming physicalized.  Successive clearing of psycho-emotional energy blockages allows access to higher intelligence and begins expanding consciousness through the person’s higher spiritual identity.

When this movement through dimensional bands and communication links to higher intelligence is coming online, it is perceived by extra-dimensionals in the environmental fields, such as advanced ETs.  Sometimes they will find ways to psychically attack an ascending person to keep them controlled or derailed from achieving the ascension process.  Generally when a person is not understanding the message to be still and focus within, their body gets increasingly uncomfortable and they may feel physical pain.  As an example of light accretion, when ascending into the soul dimensions, the person starts to absorb soul frequencies into their heart center via the Nadial Structure, which relays that information to their CNS and Brain.  If we block this process because we’re in fear or don’t understand what’s happening, this can generate energy blockages which may feel painful.

There are twelve (12) subharmonic tones within each dimension (4D-5D-6D), which make up the three layers of the Soul body. The person starts to accrete the 1st subharmonic of the Soul layers and must absorb all 12 to complete the entire 4D spectrum.  This continues all the way up the harmonic scale of dimensions where we all have aspects of our spiritual bodies.  These frequency notes drill down through the layers of our Lightbody until they’re fully anchored and interconnected into our physical structure.  This process is also referred to as light accretion.  The combination of our natural biology, Soul and Monad intelligence is in charge of this process, and the higher intelligence does this as smoothly as possible.  If the person resists or does not understand what is happening to them, their ego programming can block progress, and block the spiritual communication from continuing.  The NAA promotes fear in the spiritual development process in order to stop the higher consciousness from embodying in the individual that is undergoing light accretion that happens naturally during the ascension process.

Reconnecting Body Parts to One God Spirit

Additionally, our physical body parts can have varying degrees of embodied spiritual intelligence that may or may not be connected to other parts of our body.  Ultimately our goal is to reconnect every body part, every organ, every gland and all cellular tissue to be reconnected fully to our One God Spirit energies.  These energies are intelligent and will change the functioning of our body parts to the most optimum.  The body parts have increased functions when being fully operated by our original spirit and through holding higher dimensional frequencies.

Much of this is unknown to current science at this time.

We are undergoing a change in our physical body parts that will manifest many different anomalies to the perspective of the western medical system.  Many body parts and organs were not operating as they were designed to function because of energy blockages, alien machinery and alien implants.  These inorganic energies and their imprints and residue will continue to require clearing and re-encryption through the Krystal Star Host to be able to run the internal trinity of life force energies properly.  Some of us have begun this process now through the recalibration of physical reconnections, which are deeply impacting layers of the following bodily matrices:

  • The Skeletal, Cranium and Bone Matrix
  • The Muscle and Ligament Matrix
  • The Circulatory and Lymphatic System Matrix
  • The Organ and Endocrine System Matrix
  • The Immunity Matrix and Blood Chemistry Matrix
  • The Brain Systems and Central Nervous System Matrices
  • Epidermal layers, Skin, Hair and Nails

These layers of our physical body are all ultimately associated to energetic intelligence held within our One God Spirit body.

It is suggested to cooperate with recalibration by requesting your One God Spirit to reconnect all body parts and body intelligence matrices into the control of your Original God Spirit.

This will begin to activate the inner alchemy process.  When we reach inner energetic balance to unify the internal trinity of energies with our Spirit or Monad, this will take over the functions of these matrices to correct the systems that they operate.  All of these bodily energetic matrices have been impacted or damaged by trauma based mind control and alien machinery.  Once we are aligned, our spiritual intelligence will re-pattern and override these inorganic energies to correction made through reconnection and re-encryption as per the spiritual blueprint designed by your Original God Spirit.

Depending on our unique energetic signature and ascension pathway, will determine how involved we will be in order to observe and carry out this process of bio-regeneration and ascension.  Starseeds that are ascension prototypes that are building ascending body templates for humanity, will have a much more detailed regime than another person without that specific mission.  This group may have been undergoing dramatic or specific health regimes to begin the bodily recalibration process at this time, through cleansing, purification, fasting, sleeping, session or body work, as well as direct communication with guidance teams.

In the coming months, some of us may experience the physical reconnection and recalibration to higher embodiment levels that is directly impacting and changing our neurological system and the way it functions.  The Krystal tone pattern is a trinitized wave format which overrides the bi-polar geometries and reversal energy systems that were in our bodies that we inherited from the planet. The internal trinity of energies merges within our body and becomes the state of Unity or Oneness.
