SIMON SEGAL: “Tired Of Being A Negativity Sponge? What You Need To Know To Reclaim Your Energy And Prevent Energy Infiltration”

Everything has a vibration — smells, sounds, colors, objects, animals, people. We are in a continual energetic cycle of communication with everything around us, and what we let to affect us is what we become.

And as much as we have the power to affect the world around us with our energy, sometimes we seemingly lose that ability because our vibration becomes lowered and weaker than the surrounding sources.

In this lowered state, we become negativity sponges. Everybody is looking for a place to dump their negativity because it’s very hard to deal with. And when you become an energy dumpster… well, I don’t have to say too much about it — you are well aware what happens.

The sad truth is that we often choose to lower our vibration for all the wrong purpose. I’m not talking about going against our innate goodness (that is self-explanatory). I am talking about destroying our shield out of goodness.

Although it’s always important to lower your shield when you want to connect with people, we often go a step too far, compromising our energy, and ending up in a messed up energetic state.

So, here’s how to know what is that one step too far and how you can reclaim your vibration.

1. Avoid connecting with people through negative emotion

It may seem like an unavoidable scenario: your friend feels sad, and you match emotions to connect with them — to make them some kind of consolation-company. This way, we even our vibration with theirs to be on the same wavelength, and we thus lower our vibration.

Some may argue that this is very normal and expected from those who are close to you. I’d argue against it, though. It’s true that misery likes company, but this kind of company will never help anyone out.

If you truly hold that person dear, you should offer them a higher vibration so that they can get out of that lowered state. This way, you not only help them, but you also help yourself by not getting down in the dumps. In the end, how can you help someone out if you start suffering from the same problem as them?

2. Some things are not your responsibility — and they shouldn’t be

We all face challenges that are set there to make us grow. These challenges may often feel negative and almost impossible to handle. However, the worst you can do for them is take their responsibility upon yourself.

We often start feeling as if we are supposed to fix other people’s problems simply because they complained about how difficult they were for them. Other times, when we are asked to help, we decide to take one step further and start doing the things they are supposed to and can do.

However, you shouldn’t forget that we all carry our own baggage and we are responsible for it more than for the baggage of others. Giving help doesn’t mean grabbing their bags and pulling them with our teeth because our hands are already full.

No matter how ready you feel to do this, it doesn’t do the other person any good because they won’t learn anything from that challenge — they won’t grow. The better option is to encourage them to use their knowledge and power and face the challenge because they are readier for it than you can imagine.

Nobody needs a problem-solver. We just sometimes need a little push and some encouragement.

3. Substitute compassion for sympathy

Sympathy is a poison. Many people don’t understand this and find me cold-hearted when I say this, although I know how much love I have for this world. And why is it a poison? Because it leads nowhere but in the worst direction.

Sympathy means that you feel sorry for someone’s struggle, and when you feel sorry for them, it means that you don’t believe they are capable of coping with that challenge. Why would you think that? Our ability to tackle the most difficult of challenges is something we are born with.

So, why underestimate the person by feeling sorry for them? Compassion is a much more evolved approach that lets you understand their struggle, accept their position, and empower them (if you can) to overcome the obstacles.

You need to have more trust in the people you love — you need to trust their ability, that requires a simple spark of love and understanding to come to the surface. Compassion is a force that promotes growth and bonding — sympathy is a force that destroys the person before they were given the chance to fight.

4. Don’t be so sure that you know better

A person’s life is such a complex thing that you cannot possibly imagine everything that makes that complexity. So are life situations, in which everyone has their smart opinion — until they are faced with one too.

I have never asked for a piece of someone else’s mind on things that are happening to me. Do you know why? It takes a lot more than words for me to explain everything that is part of that problem, and I don’t see why this would be anything different from you or the next person.

And no matter how much you know about someone’s problem, they will always know one thing more. Which means, no matter how good your advice is, no matter how better you think you know — your advice will most often be a dead end for them.

Why a dead end? Because they didn’t act the way they would and listened to you. Being true to yourself and to your nature is the most important thing. Every mistake I have made because it was my decision has been better than the seemingly ‘best things’ I’ve done under other people’s instruction.

So, no, you can’t know better. Allow the person to act as they naturally would.

5. Never take sides

Oftentimes people we know get into a quarrel and try to put is in the middle by making us choose sides. They try to achieve dominance in numbers and don’t really care about your opinion, which can be felt clearly.

In most of the scenarios, you simply want to be objective and rational, so as to help your, say, friends, to overcome the communication problem and make up.

However, bias, pressure, and thinking that we know it all make us jump in the middle and become bombarded by two clashing sources of negative energy. In the end, you don’t help in any way and end up feeling drained and guilty that you stepped in, in the first place.

And really, why should you take sides in a problem that isn’t yours? Instead of choosing the sides of the story, you should embrace them and accept that people need to solve their differences without your meddling.

6. Never become a people pleaser (and if you are, start saying NO)

I have yet to learn to say NO to some situations, as all of us empaths have that people-pleasing gene that is screwing us over. But really, putting others in front of you may feel rewarding and selfless, although it’s actually ridiculous and those others usually know it.

If everyone acted this way, we would live in a Utopia, I suppose. The truth, though, is that it’s impossible because we were simply born in our own skin, not that of the others — which means we need to start from ourselves.

Putting others before yourself and giving your energy away like you won it off in a casino is a self-betrayal that people won’t appreciate in you, no matter how much you hope that you’ll be appreciated for it.

A better option is to always ask yourself: ‘Can that person do that themselves?’ ‘Can that person wait?’ ‘Do I have to do something related to my life first?’ Even mothers shouldn’t bend to every of their children’s ideas and wishes, right? Why should you?

7. Mind your own business

It’s our eternal pain to learn what others think of us. Many have started revolving their lives around other people’s thoughts and opinions of them. It’s saddening and sickening, really.

I have the reputation of a ‘cold,’ ‘reserved,’ ‘arrogant,’ and whatnot person because I keep my healthy distance and don’t allow people to gobble up my life force and personality. And you know what? I don’t really care. In fact, I’m glad.

Everybody knows me for who I am, and I have never thought twice before saying the things I mean and standing up for myself because I don’t expect anyone else to do it for me.

I know I have an unlimited source of love for this world — but sometimes naughtiness can’t be rewarded with candy, right? Unless it’s cute, I suppose!

The most important thing is that you can’t define your life on the basis of other people’s opinions and thoughts about you. Those who like to judge you for who you are can freely do it, and you can freely not give an f*, because in the end: THAT’S YOU AND YOU SHOULDN’T CHANGE YOURSELF BECAUSE OF ANYONE’S OPINION.

Reclaim your identity, because if you lose it, nobody will be there to find it and bring it back to you. By reclaiming your identity, you reclaim your energy. Respect yourself and respect everyone around you, but know your boundaries.

SWAMI RAMA: “The Spiritual Layers of Man”

“The spiritual body knows all things, lives in utmost purity, and gathers true, divine knowledge. Its energy vivifies and nourishes all the other bodies of man.”

~Swami Rama

Since the beginning of mankind, man has wondered who he is, what he is doing here, and where he is going after death. He looked at the outer world and fell in awe before the forces of nature. He looked inside and discovered that he was more than a physical body. He experimented with plants and with meditation, and found that he and his environment also existed on other levels of consciousness. He passed on his knowledge orally and later he wrote down his experiences. Thus his fellow human beings and their descendants could learn about this, and on the basis hereof interpret their own experiences.

At present we live in society where the emphases is on material gain and security, by which the other facets of life, namely the spiritual, have been well suppressed.

Nevertheless people continue to experience states of existence, and facets of life, other than the material. From this I have gathered information to present you with an overview of the makeup of man, the different planes of existence available to him, and the continuing of his life after the transition we call death. It is essential to your well-being to know who you are and what happens after death. We all share the gift of living, so we should know who we are; and we all share the same destiny in this life, so we should know what is death.

Human beings like to interpret, categorize and label their experiences. Nature, or life, do not do that. Bear in mind that what follows is an attempt to make the information understandable and clear. Every interpretation, categorization and labeling is artificial and should not be taken as the unmistakable truth. They are like sign posts, giving you an idea what you are about.

The Basic Trinity of Man

The most basic distinction we can make in regards to the make-up of man is that he consists of a personality, an individuality and a divine essence.

The personality is the lower self, consisting of the physical body and the psychic soul. It has the genetics of its forefathers, the energy system to keep the physical body alive, and the psychological and psychic characteristics that define us as human. He has the abilities to express himself through thought, language, and other intellectual capacities.

The personality is a unit of incarnation, it is all those bodies and all those characteristics you have taken on for this incarnation. As it belongs to the world of form, it is temporary. It was created to express yourself in this world on a temporary basis. When you die, the personality dissolves. The experiences you have gained during your lifetime are then being absorbed by your individuality.

The individuality is the higher self. It is the unit of evolution. It does not die but remains the same throughout the many incarnations. It learns from all the experiences in those incarnations. While the personality often does not know why it incarnated, as with every birth memory of the past has been wiped out, the individuality has an overview of all incarnations, and of the meaning of everything that happens to the person. Eventually the individuality will go back into the Divine.

The divine essence is what man always has been, at this moment is, and always will be. Each living being is a part of the Divine. It is often compared with a star, or a light spark. Although it seems that each living being is a separate light spark in this universe of darkness, our divine essence links us all together, as in the Divine there is no distinction, only unity prevails. Our divine essence does not know duality, only unity.

Our language is too limited to express the Divine, but we try it anyway and thus we say that the Divine, and our divine essence, is perfect, immortal, eternal, unchangeable, formless and so on. The individuality and personality are not perfect, mortal, temporal, subjected to change, have form and so on.

The Bodies of Man

There are several systems, doctrines, and philosophies that have their own classification and names for the different bodies of man. Aside from some minor details they all fit together in the following basic schematic.

  • The physical body
  • The astral body
  • The mental body
  • The spiritual body

All these bodies belong to the world of creation, and thus are temporal. They have form and each has a specific function that allows man to express himself in the world.

The Physical Body

The physical body allows man to express himself in the physical world. It is built out of cells, molecules and atoms, and it needs food to survive. It is the most crystallized of al bodies, and the most dense. The physical body is male or female, and this polarity plays an immense role in the life of man.

The physical body is kept alive and structured by the ethereal body. The ethereal body is often seen as a separate body, but it is actually a template, a matrix for the physical body. The physical atoms, molecules and cells arrange themselves according to the structure of the ethereal body. The ethereal matrix looks like a web of energy lines, like light fibers which attract physical matter and arrange it into a physical body.

You can say that the physical body is a duplicate of the ethereal body. Did you know that with children, when a piece of a finger got cut off, the entire finger will grow back again (for some reason this ability gets lost in later years). How do the cells know how to structure themselves in order to grow a new finger? It is because they follow the ethereal matrix along which they align themselves. In primitive animals, like salamanders, this ability remains for their entire live. They will grow a new limb, or tail, easily. The ethereal body is responsible for the pain of so-called phantom limbs. It has been a medical mystery for a long time, that when a limb has been amputated, the patient will feel pain in this limb that actually is not there anymore. The pain is often long-lasting. In the light of the above we can explain this pain in phantom limbs. Although the physical limb has gone, the ethereal counterpart is still there. The surgical removal of that limb created an immense trauma on the body. In normal circumstances traumas settles themselves on muscles, creating muscle spasms which in turn creates pain. As the physical body by itself is inert, the trauma always happens on the level of the ethereal body, which will pass on the trauma to the physical body, mostly to the muscles. In the case of an amputated limb, the trauma is still in the ethereal counterpart of that limb, and thus pain is felt. It just does not have the ability to express itself on the physical level. People have successfully removed this ‘phantom’ pain by methods of relaxation, hypnosis and energy work.

Although the physical body can loose parts or can be deformed during the course of a lifetime, the ethereal body always remains the same. The only change that can happen to the ethereal body is constriction on the energy flow through its fibers (also called nadis). This will result in ailments and diseases in the physical body. When the nadis are ‘cleared’, or the constriction of them lifted, by energy healing of one kind or another, the physical ailments or diseases will disappear.

The ethereal body absorbs the solar and lunar pranas (subtle energies) and transforms them into the necessary life energies for the physical body. They keep the physical body not only alive but also healthy. The ethereal body acts especially on the muscles, and with the ethereal body we experience time.
The physical body, as it is composed of physical matter is by itself inert. It is through the ethereal body that we feel pain, suffering, hunger, thirst and other ‘physical’ comforts or discomforts.

The Astral Body

The astral body is the body that allows us the experience of emotions, lust, instincts, desires and so on.

The astral body does not have organs, although it takes on a form similar to the physical body. It is composed of little astral particles which are in constant movement. The astral body takes up these astral particles from its astral environment and then ‘breathes’ them out again. The astral can take any shape, but usually it takes the form of the physical body of the present or last incarnation as consciousness has gotten used to identifying itself with this form. It is called ‘astral’ body because it glitters like stars when observed clairvoyantly.

The Mental Body

The mental body allows us the experience of thoughts, thinking, and rational processes. The intellect. It still has a form, but not necessarily a human form. Its form is abstract and geometrical, although it can take on an apparent physical form to make oneself recognizable on the lower levels of existence.
The mental body cannot think by itself, as it does not have a consciousness by it own. It is more like an automatic body that stores information and transfers what it receives.

The mental body is sometimes divided into two: The lower mental body, which is the seat of practical thinking; The higher mental body, also called the causal body, which is the level of abstract thinking, and which contains the causes of everything that manifest in the lower bodies and worlds. It contains the knowledge of all past and present incarnations, and the roots of and possibilities of future incarnations. It is the gateway to universal knowledge and spiritual development. Although some authors make a distinction between the causal body and the spiritual body, there are probably one and the same.

The Spiritual Body

The spiritual body allows us to experience the highest forms of human manifestation. We could call it a cosmic body and it is close to divine realm.

It is not a real body as it is not subjected to form. On this level the ego ceases to exists. One is free of duality and its constructs. Here is the experience of oneness of everything that exists.

The spiritual body knows all things, lives in utmost purity, and gathers true, divine knowledge. Its energy vivifies and nourishes all the other bodies of man.

ERIC RAINES: “Magic And The Collective Consciousness”

Magic and the Collective Consciousness.jpg

Consciousness shapes the reality you exist in. Your consciousness dictates how you fit into the collective version of the whole, but the collective consciousness dictates what we all agree upon as “reality”.

Since the majority of humanity is blocked from recognizing their own internal universe/mastery, the lie that magic is not real has been easily sold to the majority of the collective, thus trapping everyone else incarnated onto the planet in the lie that we cannot physically transform our world with nothing more than our thoughts and energy.

The small minority of humanity that not only listens to the internal world, but also works with it have access to the magic that is within, but since the collective do not agree that magic is real, the internal magic does not make itself known in the physical reality.

What we are forced into abiding by, due to the collective agreement of the non reality of magic, is manipulating the unseen energies.

Chi, prana, kundalini, Shakti, Reiki, Christ-consciousness energy, Creator energy, vital life force essence, orgone energy, ki, etc… All of these are terms that describes the same energy that drives the universe.

By opening up your internal channels and clearing out the sludge and blockage of generation after generation of energetically ignorant masses from your personal soul vessel (physical and energetic bodies), you are literally doing the very essence of the term, “Light Work”.

You are finding the invisible weights and blockages that are keeping humanity stuck in a cycle of vicious self perpetuating trauma, and dissolving them.

By cleaning out your own personal field, you are by proxy injecting this possibility back into the collective consciousness.

More and more are realizing the mastery they have in their own bodies. More and more are turning on the internal magic, activating chi flow, and lighting themselves up in the truest sense of the words.

What is happening is the beginning of a revolution of consciousness. By doing your own internal shadow work, by cleaning yourself out of stagnant emotions, traumas, grudges and clashes, you are pushing forward with everyone else doing the same. You are step by step, forcing the collective consciousness to begin to include the innate knowledge of chi….of the Force.

When enough understand that they can heal themselves, turn back the hands of time and regenerate anything they need to with nothing more than their own breath and a smile, then….then magic will become real.

OWEN K WATERS: “Shift Frequency — A Vision of the New Earth”

newer-earth

A great shift to a higher consciousness has been accelerating since the 1960s. The progressive portion of humanity is stretching the envelope of human consciousness deep into new territory.

As The Shift progresses over the decades ahead, intuition will bloom and people will begin to notice that their five senses have acquired a new subtlety.

The Earth will be seen as more beautiful than ever, filled with subtleties of color and perfumes that were always there and yet were never before detected.

The spirit of humanity will be focused on peace and hope for a new tomorrow, which will unfold as if it were the arrival of heaven on earth.

Tomorrow’s humanity will develop in the direction of cooperation, not competition. People will treat other people as loved ones and as if they were dear family, because they will see the light within each other and know that we are all connected.

That which used to be a burden will now become a joy, as people work to help each other and support each other.

Gone will be the old way of focusing primarily upon materialistic gain, because people, being heart-centered, will want everyone to have everything that they need and everything that helps make life a joyful experience.

On the technology front, energy will one day be clean and plentiful after we learn to tap into and convert the life-giving etheric energy that flows from the Sun.

Etheric energy has been utilized for thousands of years in non-technological applications under the names chi, prana, and universal life force.

It is the primary energy of the Sun, while the more dense electrical energy is a relatively minor secondary energy.

Nikola Tesla, the inventor of today’s alternating current power systems, experimented with etheric energy, recognized that it behaved quite differently to electric power, and described it as ‘cold electricity.’

It is less than 200 years since the key principles of electric energy were discovered. When the principles of its big brother, etheric energy, are mastered, the door can potentially be opened to a wide variety of long sought-after technologies.

These can include abundant clean energy, gravitational shielding, magnetic space vehicle propulsion, protective force screens, teleportation, and, because etheric energy is vital life energy, a wide array of advanced healing technology.

Eventually, all forms of toxicity will be addressed and remedied. Gone will be thoughtless pollution by toxic chemicals and the smoke of burning fuels.

Gone will be the toxicity of human suffering that pollutes the mental atmosphere which we all share. Gone will be the toxicity of fear and all of its disempowering manifestations.

Love will be the way, and The Way will be Love. People will see the God within others and hold a sense of allowance for everyone to pursue their own unique spiritual path.

Gone will be the rivalries of small-minded religious factions. The new vision of the nature of God will be universal and all-inclusive.

Gone will be the toxic need to exert control over others, as the fears which cause this will dissolve and softly drift away with the wind.

Humanity will build a world of great beauty in harmony with nature. Nature itself will be honored as a beautiful expression of the Creator.

People will give thanks to the consciousness of the Mother Earth which supports us and to the consciousness of the Sun which continually nourishes us with life-giving energy.

Most of all, people will give thanks to the consciousness of God for life itself and for the joy that communion with the Divine Spirit brings to our very souls and to our deepest sense of being.

STEPHANIE LUCAS: “How to Feel and Share Energy with Others”

Art-101-700x325

Energy is all around us, swirling about the earth and the entire universe circulating the life force, Chi, or Prana that connects everything that exists. Everything is Energy, and whether you realize it or not, you are continually taking in this vibrational energy and feeding your own resonance into this cycling force. This mass of energy flows throughout the entire universe and is felt among the collective conscious of all living beings.

Feeling Energy Within a Minute

While some people are very conscious of the way energy feels — energy healers for example — some have yet to become aware of their energetic resonance and power. Take a look at this short video on Feeling Energy and then follow the steps below to learn how this phenomenon works, and how YOU can do it too, amaze your friends, and even exchange energy with them!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggtL1tN3Fn8

Mastering The Skill of Harnessing Energy with Hands

1. Get comfortable, take some deep breaths, close your eyes and relax your mind and body.
2. Hold your palms facing each other about 1-2 inches apart.
3. Continuing to breath in deeply from your abdominal regions, envision beams of energy filling your body and centering within your stomach.
4. With each exhalation, visualize these beams of energy radiating through your chest, shoulders, and arms.
5. Move your palms in small circles while they face each other. You may move only one palm or two, depending on the energy your feel or the amount you would like to.
6. You may feel warmth between the palms, tingling sensations, and it may feel as though your hands are experiencing a magnetic repelling effect and they may separate, while putting them closer together becomes more challenging.
7. Each inhalation and exhalation, concentrate on the feelings between your palms to increase the vibrational resonance of this energy of the hands.

Many energy healers, such as reiki healers use this Prana as the methodology for getting patients’ Chi flowing and to remove energy blockages and restore health.

Raising Vibrational Energy and Energy Exchanges

Any time you need an energy boost you can summon it. Close your eyes and stand with erect with your feet shoulder width apart with your arms relaxed just a few inches away from your body. Using your ‘mind’s eye’ visualize energy rising from the earth and the air all around you and traveling into your being. You will likely feel a pulsating or tingling sensation in your body as the energy flows into you. Continue ‘seeing’ this energy pouring in through your shoulders, down your arms, and radiating into your heart center. Feel the energy flowing downward and out through your toes and feet at is cycles back into the earthly plane.

You can do this quick one to two minute exercises any time and most anywhere to boost your energy, elevate your mood, raise your vibrations, and even get your friends to understand the power of energy! You can use this energy routine to harness energy and direct it towards others in aims to heal, comfort, or raise their vibrations! While many master harnessing energy quickly, it make take you a few times to successfully ‘feel’ the effects. Consider meditating upon the concepts for higher guidance or incorporating a few healing stones or vibrational jewelry into your energy routine.
