CAITLIN JOHNSTONE: “Fight The Establishment’s Narratives — By Getting Clear On Your Own”

“Scientific research has found that astronauts suffer problems with coordination, perception and cognition when they are unable to determine ‘which way is up’ in space. There is no ‘up’ or ‘down’ when you’re outside the gravitational pull that our bodies are adapted to, so its absence sends our whole system out of whack. Navigating a society that is made of mental narrative is very much the same; if you don’t know which way’s up, you’ll get lost and confused.”

~Caitlin Johnstone

Anti-establishment movements are a mess. Whether they’re left-wing or right-wing, whether they’re statist or anarchist, whether they’re organized or decentralized, whether they place emphasis on official or unofficial narratives, any circle of people who are interested in opposing the status quo on a deep, meaningful level almost invariably find themselves significantly bogged down by confusion, paranoia, infighting, and misdirected use of energy.

Every day, for example, I get people in my inbox and social media notifications telling me I shouldn’t quote or share anything from this or that lefty journalist or anti-establishment figure because they’ve said something “problematic” at some point or have some kind of association with some aspect of the establishment. Rather than simply using narrative-disrupting tools wherever they come from to fight the establishment narrative control machine, I’m encouraged to isolate myself to the extremely narrow spectrum of voices which agree with my exact worldview perfectly. This kind of paranoid, self-cannibalizing mentality is rife throughout most anti-establishment circles.

This happens for a number of reasons, including the fact that the ruling power establishment will infiltrate dissident movements that it perceives as a threat with the intent of sowing confusion and division. But the underlying reason anti-establishment circles so often find themselves getting crushed by their own weight is ultimately because life itself is confusing and difficult to understand.

Hardly anyone holds a lucid and steady awareness of just how much of society is comprised of mental narrative. Most people live their lives under the unquestioned assumption that when they are moving around in the world, speaking, acting, forming opinions, having ideas etc, they are interacting with something that resembles objective reality. The truth of the matter is that most of the things which draw people’s attention in their day-to-day experience, whether it’s names, titles, news stories, political parties, economics, history, philosophy, religion or what have you, consist entirely of mental noises firing off inside human skulls.

You might think it’s a big jump to go from chatting about the sociopolitical dynamics within dissident movements to making vaguely Buddhist-sounding observations about human thought, but it’s really not. The reason our species is in a mess right now, and thus the reason movements exist which seek to change the status quo, is because so much of life is dictated entirely by made-up mental narratives which can be easily controlled by the powerful, and hardly anyone fully grasps this. If they did, the revolution against the establishment would very smoothly and quickly succeed.

Scientific research has found that astronauts suffer problems with coordination, perception and cognition when they are unable to determine which way is up in space. There is no “up” or “down” when you’re outside the gravitational pull that our bodies are adapted to, so its absence sends our whole system out of whack. Navigating a society that is made of mental narrative is very much the same; if you don’t know which way’s up, you’ll get lost and confused. Before you can see the narrative matrix clearly, you might be aware that some narratives serve power and swat at them while you’re spinning through space, but you won’t have any solid ground on which to orient yourself for the purpose of forming a clear path forward toward a healthy and harmonious world.

Your first and foremost task as a revolutionary, therefore, is to find solid ground on which to plant your feet while operating within a swirling sea of narratives and counter-narratives. Without this you’ll find yourself expending energy on ineffectual agendas, chasing shadows, attacking friends and advancing the interests of the enemy as you stumble around trying to fight a threat you can’t even see clearly. You’ve got to figure out for yourself which way’s up.

The only way to do this is to turn inward and sort out your own mental narratives in your own experience. This takes a lot of dedicated work, because there are many layers of tightly believed narratives which dictate one’s perception of the world that most people aren’t even aware of.

As soon as we’re born we are given a name which has nothing to do with the nature of the slimy, screaming naked creature which came roaring thunderously alive out of the womb. We spend our childhood being told who we are in various ways by our family, then we go to school to get taught how to think like everyone else and get labeled good/smart or bad/stupid for the rest of our lives based on how well we dance that dance. Along the ride we pick up coping mechanisms to deal with the stress of this whole unnatural ordeal, many of which become extremely counterproductive unconscious habits in later years. We pick up likes and dislikes, interests and aversions, life philosophies, religious beliefs, societal beliefs, political beliefs, all of which come together to form our worldview.

Because the foundations of our entire worldview are formed in early childhood long before we’re mature enough to decide for ourselves what a useful foundation might look like, we wind up interfacing with life through this muddled, inefficient network of mostly unconscious mental and perceptual habits which don’t serve us very well. It is with this warped, endarkened tool that we interact with the vast sea of official and unofficial narratives we are presented with in our attempts to decipher what’s wrong with the world and how to fix it.

The path, then, is to unwind this whole confused, unconscious muddle of mental and perceptual habits until we get to the untarnished blank canvass of that powerful screaming baby who first met this wild world, and inhabit it consciously. That right there is our solid ground.

Who are you? Underneath the mental narratives about who you are? Underneath all the stories, labels and beliefs? Underneath the field of consciousness full of thoughts, sensory impressions and feelings? This is the most important inquiry that anyone can possibly engage in, and it is worthy of the entirety of your focus until it’s resolved.

All of these swirling, babbling thought stories have dictated our lives for as long as we can remember, but rarely does anyone sit down and start sorting out where they come from and if they’re useful. We lug around ancient mental narratives about life, about how we should be, about how other people should be, about the best ways to find happiness, about the best ways to avoid unhappiness, and we rarely consider the possibility that we can interact with life unencumbered by that heavy load.

If you want to find solid ground beneath your feet so that you can push effectively for a healthy world, you’ve got to question every assumption you’ve ever made about yourself and the nature of the world, even your very most fundamental assumptions, because it’s all narrative. As you turn your attention toward your essential nature and away from your churning, babbling mental habits, interest and attention will move away from mental narratives and toward the solid ground upon which they appear. The mind will relax and mental narrative will take on its proper role as a tool that can be used when it’s useful and set down when it isn’t, rather than the dominating feature of every minute of waking existence. Unhelpful mental habits can be discarded, and all attempts at narrative manipulation will stand out like a black fly on a white sheet of paper.

I can’t tell you how to do this. Everyone’s path to the heart of the fundamental matter is unique, and you can only travel it on your own. I can tell you that the answer does not exist in the realm of thought, and that it is closer to you than your own breath. Sincere, dedicated inquiry into your own true nature, on your own and in your own way, will lead you to the ground on which you must take your stand in order to fight the establishment narrative machine effectively.

RICHARD ENOS: “Why It’s A Shame George H. W. Bush Wasn’t Interrogated Before He Died”

Ascension Avatar note: Or was he? Will we ever know? Just bringing these things into the light… For the record, Benjamin Fulford claims that “Clone Number 34” of the “Nazi Fourth Reich Fuhrer George H.W. Scherff (Bush)” has been dead since June, and that the original G. H. W. B. died on January 8, 1992 after choking on sushi, and being given the final ‘off’ from Barbara Bush’s “poisoned cloth”… Stranger than fiction? .  .  .

In Brief

  • The Facts:
With the passing of George H. W. Bush, yet another bloodline family member moves on without having to account to the public for his crimes against humanity.

  • Reflect On:
What is the value of coming to a full understanding of the dark and horrific crimes perpetrated by ruling bloodline family members like George H. W. Bush? What role do they play in our collective evolution?

In the wake of the passing of former President George H. W. Bush, and the reverence and solemnity that pervaded his state funeral, I was struck with a particularly paradoxical emotion. On one hand, I fully endorse the tradition of reliving the highest points of achievement of someone who had just passed away, and imbuing the totality of their life with grand purpose and meaning, as I myself was happy to do in writing my own father’s eulogy. On the other hand, I cannot fully escape the regret I feel that another bloodline family member who has perpetrated great and horrific crimes against humanity has moved on without having to make himself accountable to the world, and in the process reveal the means and motives of the bloodline family rule of the planet to enable humanity to fully liberate itself from it.

Certainly, when I enter into my ‘higher self’ perspective, I understand that acceptance and forgiveness of all past misdeeds is essential for healing and moving forward. But healing and moving forward also require knowing the truth and having it acknowledged, so we know exactly what it is we are forgiving. Otherwise the anger and despair are likely to simply be buried. The incongruity between the lavish honor and praise ubiquitously delivered through mainstream media and the harrowing accounts I’ve heard and read about George H. W. Bush’s cruel Satanic practices drew me to this video interview clip with David Icke, where he explains that there are a number of reasons why we need to look at and expose the practices of the man he calls ‘Father Bush’.

Father Bush High Up The Ladder

David Icke puts George H. W. Bush, who died at age 94, in a category with others high up in the ranks of the ruling bloodline families, aligned with their darkest practices, such as drinking the adrenalized blood of tortured children to lengthen their own lives:

“These people always seem to live long lives, don’t they, the Kissingers, and the Father Bushes, and the David Rockefellers, and the Queen Mother in England, who lived to a hundred and two, and the Queen of England, now, is well of age, because they’re not given the same treatment, health treatment, the rest of us get, one of the bloody reasons, and also the other things that they do which is very dark, satanic, and to do with the energy of children.”

More on the treatment of children later. But important to note that George H. W. Bush’s testimony would have been invaluable because he was higher up the bloodline rank than most other high profile public servants who belong to this group, like Barack Obama or his son George W. Bush. In fact, David Wilcock recounts a story he heard from multiple sources that when Barack Obama had been sworn into office, he had a meeting with all the past presidents, and then a private 30 minute sit-down with Father Bush, who called him a ‘nigger’ and warned him that he was to follow what the ruling elite told him to do or else his wife and daughters would be brutally raped and killed.

George H. W. Bush seemed to be a kingpin in the Deep State and publicly made great strides in advancing the New World Order agenda, actually being the one who popularized the phrase, while privately pulling important strings to advance the Deep State agenda, like helping to align the CIA with the globalist plan during his time as CIA Director and having a hand early on in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. David Icke says he would have liked to interrogate Bush not only for his political role in trying to enslave humanity as a whole, but perhaps more importantly for his dark, hidden practices as well:

“Father George Bush is such a classic purveyor of this madness, this insanity that they want to impose on the world, and as presidents go, he’s a bit higher up the ladder, than say his son, or some of the others, and I would want to confront him with, not just questions about his role through the years in so many things, because coming from a bloodline family, he would have been brought, from birth, he would be developed to be in the positions that he was in, head of the CIA, and vice-president, president and all these other things that he was involved in.”

But there’s another area of Father George Bush, which is something that a lot of conspiracy research doesn’t cover, but really needs to, and that is pedophilia. It’s a deep rabbit hole, but when you connect the dots, you can explain why the ratio of pedophiles to positions of power, especially in the higher levels, is fantastic compared with the ratio of paedophiles in the general population.

The Torture Of Children

In the video interview David Icke does not go too much into the evidence regarding the crimes of Bush Sr., which he says is discussed in much greater detail in his books and full lectures, though he does point out that he has had firsthand witness testimony of what Bush Sr. has done:

“This man, Father George Bush, has not just been responsible for the most unspeakable, grotesque, unimaginable sexual abuse and torture of children, using various electromagnetic technologies and such that cause enormous pain for the kids who are tortured, this guy’s been responsible for the deaths of goodness knows how many children. And I’ve met some of the adults that he abused as children and survived, and they are absolutely scrambled mentally, emotionally, and physically, because of the horrors that this man put them through.”

Now there’s a number of reasons, Luke, why we need to look at this, and expose this, first of all to stop the kids having this done to them, but also to let people to see into the minds and the mentality of those who are behind this global conspiracy.”

Lack of Empathy

Icke goes on to discuss how the reason one would want to interrogate Bush is to come to understand why members of the elite ruling bloodline families behave the way they do. And the key point is to understand their complete lack of empathy. Icke says ‘there is something about their genetics which has deleted empathy. It’s deleted the ability to feel the consequences, for others, of your actions.’

Because our own empathy is so central to our understanding of human life, it is not surprising that many good, kind, well-adjusted people simply cannot fathom that there are people in high places putting children through excruciating torture through sexual abuse as well as ritual sacrifice. And because so many cannot fathom it, and might not be willing to even consider it, exposing it has been a slow, piecemeal process while these practices continue to happen in our world.

If we can imagine that from birth, members of these bloodline families are themselves put through ritual abuse and mind-control processes from when they are very young to completely sever their empathy for other human beings, and essentially live in a state of dissociative fear where their only satisfaction is personal power, wealth, and control over others, then it becomes possible to come to grips with what is really going on at the highest levels of power in the world.

While George H. W. Bush is no longer around to reveal the tale of his transgressions, there is still a multitude of opportunities for us to uncover not only the extent of his crimes, but the big picture they help to reveal about bloodline family rule on our planet.

The Takeaway

Difficult as it is to go through, the truth about how the ruling elite controls and manipulates humanity through its deception and dark practices is an essential step in our awakening. It’s important for us to break through our own fear and loathing and come to understand the nature of having been ruled by non-empathetic psychopaths who have been programmed to look and seem ‘normal’ on the outside. We need to stop projecting our own humanity onto them because all vestiges of humanity has been drummed out of them.

Condemning them and getting angry may very well be a stage many of us need to go through, but eventually we will need to recognize them as victims themselves and forgive them. While they might not be aware of it during their lives, they are still a part of the human family and ultimately they chose to play these dark roles in service to human evolution.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “The Road to Resilience”

Dear ES Family,

Over the last decade, with the steady amplification of polarities, the rising intensity of external energies and forces, the challenges that we may have to face that test our character, test our mettle, seem to have been greatly magnified. We have often spoken about the planetary Dark Night of the Soul, and by observing the outer world, its clear that its in full swing. Over the past year, I have prayed countless times for guidance on what is the best process for helping people that are enduring extreme challenges, and painful transitions, when they have not been educated with strong coping skills or given proper support towards knowing the absolute necessity of cultivating resilience. We live in a culture of mind control to shape weak characters, and habits that weaken our mind, body and energy field, so that we are easily overwhelmed by dominating forces and challenges. Life on earth is not easy, it is a tough school of knocks in which we can learn a tremendous amount, especially now.

To survive these challenges, we have to look at life on earth as lessons and learning, looking at painful or negative events as an opportunity to see something that we did not see before, or to change how we perceive the world around us. As we learn from our life experiences and we can observe more clearly, we gain more emotional intelligence and the ability to explore our true purpose. Why did you come to earth now? All of us have things to accomplish on earth during the ascension cycle, and these experiences are deeply personal, intimate and unique to who we are. No other person can define the spiritual purpose for another, this is our responsibility to find out. To gain an accurate assessment of the reality we find ourselves, we will need to know ourselves very deeply. We may need to take off the rose colored glasses of denial in order to to see the accurate truth inside things, or we may need to find the light that does exist in the darkness while it sleeps, finding faith, love and acceptance in the spirit of humanity. At the rate of change and transformation we are enduring resilience is an important skill to cultivate for mental and emotional wellbeing.

Stability, Resilience and Tough Times

People may have gathered many delusions in their belief system about what it means to be happy and to feel pleasure, which is instant gratification that is portrayed by the mainstream media and consumptive modeling to make us believe in such fantasies and crafted advertisements as if they are real stories. Instant gratification teaches us little, we cannot learn about ourselves and the world we live in, if we believe instant gratification and selfish desires are the meaning of life. This is a luciferian and satanic narrative to keep us weakened and trapped in material delusions and Service to Self ego games.

Learning how to deal with difficulty, being willing to really see the truth of the matter, is much more productive than clinging to an illusion. To feel content and connected, it is required that you learn how to be strong and self reliant, that you pick yourself up after a fall, and that you know how to refocus your mind away from emotional sadness when you don’t succeed or get your needs met. One of the most important skills we need today, is to live in peace with unmet desires and needs. Attachments make us suffer greatly, and as such we should have preferences and not attachment to the outcome. This does not mean you give up, it means you never give up and look at life as lessons that build character and strength, you keep moving forward the best way you know how to in the moment.

How can you find the inspiration to persist instead of getting depressed or angry when things go awry, and to accept that they often will. Much of the time, life on planet earth is about conflict resolution and learning how to synthesize energies in the world of extremes, to neutralize polarity and return to peace.

How do people deal with difficult events that completely transform and change their lives? The death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious illness, criminal attacks and other traumatic events. These are all examples of very challenging life experiences. Many people react to such difficult circumstances with a flood of strong emotions and a sense of uncertainty and fear, bringing on mental paralysis or anxiety.

What enables people to generally adapt well over time to life-changing situations and stressful conditions? Navigating life’s challenges requires life skills. To develop life skills, you have to live through your life, gaining experience, gaining wisdom from hard earned lessons. This process involves resilience, it is an ongoing process that requires time and effort and engages people in taking a number of steps. Developing resilience is a personal journey towards maturity whereby each person will have to choose different approaches in order to build personal resilience. Resilience is an important energy building tool, being resilient also helps to keep healthy boundaries that build a stronger energy field, or aura.

Building Resilience Principles

  • Connect to your higher purpose and meaning in life.
  • Maintain perspective, look for the larger picture.
  • Find ways to implement your unique talents and strengths.
  • Be realistically optimistic, seek truth for accurate assessments.
  • Generate postive feelings and gratitude for what you do have.
  • Be open minded and flexible in situations, be willing to persevere.
  • Reach out to like minded souls, find connection with others that understand.

Learning from the Past

Focusing on past experiences and sources of personal strength can help you learn about what strategies for building resilience might work for you. By exploring answers to the following questions about yourself and your reactions to challenging life events, you may discover how you can respond effectively to difficult situations in your life.

Consider the following:

  • What kinds of events have been most stressful for me?
  • How have those events typically affected me?
  • Have I found it helpful to think of important people in my life when I am distressed?
  • To whom have I reached out for support in working through a traumatic or stressful experience?
  • What have I learned about myself and my interactions with others during difficult times?
  • Has it been helpful for me to assist someone else going through a similar experience?
  • Have I been able to overcome obstacles, and if so, how?
  • What has helped make me feel more hopeful about the future?

Emotional Intelligence

To cultivate resilience we will also need to understand emotional intelligence. Over the years, I’ve noticed a theme that the older you are, it may be easier to gain emotional intelligence, some people are very emotionally competent and managing emotions is easy for them. While others have to work a lot harder to tame unruly emotions, and need a different approach to clear pain body impulses. The more experience you have in exploring and managing emotional states, the deeper you know yourself, the easier it is to have emotional intelligence. Younger folks seem to struggle with this more in the current tumultuous terrain.

Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to monitor one’s own emotional state and be able to observe other people’s emotions and to distinguish between different emotions and identify them appropriately. When emotional states are able to be observed and discerned for their quality, one may use this emotional sensory information to help guide thinking, behavior and actions. All humans experience some emotional state that help guide our actions in life.

As our Emotional Intelligence increases, one will experience a variety of positive transformations in one’s life. Destructive behavior patterns of the past may transform into more positive behavior as one begins to solve the mysterious puzzle of human interactions and gain a quiet and confident understanding of them. Anxiety may yield to more peaceful, tranquil, and contented feelings as ones deeper emotional understanding increases. One starts to gain improved self-confidence and feel empowered, and less confused and frustrated with circumstances. Overall, one can transform from confused to confident; from clueless to comprehending and enlightened, from fragmented to coherent, from shallow to deep, and from oppressed to liberated, as one learns how to become the authentic self.

We must remember that we are in a war over control over the mind, and limitations and pain we feel are also created in the mind, which means we have the power to remove and clear them from impacting us. Our goal is to build strength in our inner world via inner reflection and meditation, which is building the energetic strength of our energy field, while learning how to observe and remain neutral to what happens in the outer world. We change the locus of power, giving power to our inner spirit and inner world, while removing external influences form having power over us. This takes some time to master.

How do we get there? Building Resilience over time.

Thus, this blog is dedicated to inspirations and discussion on building resilience and finding what works as a strategy for you. The energies in the outer world can be tough, harsh, painful and surreal. That is a fact, and it is what it is. The truth is that this does not have to disturb your inner peace, connection and purpose. May we share more about the quality of resilience, knowing we are in this together, and we all have to do our own inner work.

I hope this is helpful, and sending much love, strength and peace to all.

Love and GSF,

Lisa
