Dear Ascending Family,

Certainly, its been a rough time for many people, and I’ve received countless emails from people that are feeling desperate from the confusion, pain and anxiety they are experiencing.  It has been hard to hold neutral space, and to know the best way to help others, when observing so many people in a state of extreme suffering.  Since last October and into the new year of Morphogenesis, it’s clear to me that where there are blind spots or deep wounds that have been buried or hidden, these wounds are exploding to the surface for many people who are disorientated about what they are supposed to do about it.  I’ve also noticed that lightworkers that never had negative attacks or had not been exposed to the underbelly of the war over consciousness, many of them are being initiated into a stream of dark manipulation and aggressive psychic attacks, and they are caught in total surprise that this is happening to them.

Its clear that one cannot really understand the severity of the consciousness war, and the attack against our creative forces and soul-spirit, until that person has been directly targeted for embodying this higher aspect of their consciousness.  Many star people have been dealing with this for many years already, and we all have to come to the acceptance that is how it is on planet earth.  However, now more people are awakening to a certain level, and they are getting a ration of negativity in which they are struggling deeply to comprehend.  In some ways this can be positive, because it means more people are awakening to the fact we are not free beings on planet earth.  This goes much further than the office of president, or world governments, or corporatocracy, as the source of total control over the level of consciousness that earth humans are allowed to have, as it was decided by the slave owners.

From my vantage point, since we moved into the bifurcation of time, those that are struggling with mental and emotional confusion, pain or fear, have really been amplified.  When a person is primarily seated in the intellect over their spiritual guidance system, this can really do a number on those that are awakening.  Unfortunately, there is no magic pill to clear out mental confusion and emotional pain, this is the inner work that every single one of us must do in order to become mentally and emotionally free from its grip.  Our clarity and discernment will remain very poor until we do the inner emotional work and get the ego/intellect out of the drivers seat of our life.

At the same time, I’d like to say that for many awakening people that have been committed to do the inner work, they are feeling freer and more supported than they ever have.  This is true for me.  When the Krystal Star anchored here in late 2012, my entire life changed, and I went into a role reversal which was startling to say the least.  Over many years, the people that had known what had happened to me and thought of me as “there must be something wrong with her”, started to undergo dismantling and completely changed their tune.  All of the sudden, I was considered an expert in an area that most people had ridiculed me for.

From this very difficult place of observing people in pain, I’d like to share some qualities that I feel are absolutely critical to cultivate in these tumultuous times in order to navigate the energetic chaos and insanity in the outer world, and still maintain inner peace, coherence and clarity.

An important key is allowing yourself to feel incredibly uncomfortable sometimes in order to cultivate deeper clarity and discernment in situations, which gives you the ability to be transparent to outer influences.

Being transparent in the face of aggressive outer forces, and intimately knowing my weaknesses to protect myself, is how I navigate incessant attacks for sharing this information with the public.  I would not have made it this far, if I did not comprehend the importance of developing these qualities in myself.  I always look to be aware of my energetic weakness in every situation and commit to knowing the truth, even if it could be painful.  We all can become transparent to a degree in order to neutralize dark attacking, in which these forces cannot penetrate deeply enough into our lightbody to do real energetic harm.

Energetic harm comes when you feel emotionally devastated for a sustained period of time.

Thus, we all must cure ourselves of this pain body weakness by embodying our soul-spirit, because our unhealed pain will be the first item exploited to cause you agony.  This kind of emotional pain is temporary, and you can free yourself from experiencing this kind of suffering.

There is no real emotional and spiritual growth without some personal discomfort.  It is impossible to make an spiritual impact in the world, if you are unwilling to be uncomfortable and are unwilling to learn something new to improve yourself.  Learning never ends, and there is always something new to learn and improve.  This is how it is.

Clarity

Clarity is the quality of being clear through developing Self Awareness, it is the quality of Coherence that is the natural result of having a full comprehension, awareness or perception of something.  To develop strong Discernment of the energies around us, we must develop some degree of self-awareness and Self-Responsibility for the situations we may find ourselves, in order to arrive in some degree of personal Clarity.  Clarity and Discernment are life mastery skills that we must cultivate into positive attributes that radically improve the quality of our life, and which take time, dedication and practice.  Having clarity about things that are happening in our life, by seeing the macrocosm or bigger picture, helps us to avoid entangling ourselves into difficulties in such way we increase the dark resistance to those energies that we have labeled as negative or bad.

If we increase resistance to the negative energy we have perceived through our intellect, the negative ego, those particular energies will tend to amplify and magnify to become even stronger.

Therefore, to neutralize energetic entanglements and dark manipulation, we observe, discern and accept those energies into Neutral Association.  Our blind spots are generally caused by subconscious wounds, Pain Body, and lack of self awareness that generates the filter for Confirmation Bias that clouds our vision and reactions.

To develop personal Clarity, we need to discipline our intellect to have stillness within, generating a clear inner mirror which allows for Engaged Detachment to discern outer influences, even when these influences make us incredibly uncomfortable.  Spiritual Maturity is the process of dedicating to the expansion of consciousness in that one is willing to be uncomfortable in order to stretch beyond personal limitations.

Generally, we do not see our personal limitations and areas we can improve, until we are made very uncomfortable inside ourselves.  This discomfort can be mental, emotional and even physical.  Spiritual and emotional growth requires that we get comfortable with discomfort, knowing that we can learn something by inquiring on the reasons we feel uncomfortable.

When we have clarity, it produces the authentic state of energetic coherence in such way it allows more light, intuition, insight and energy to pass through you Transparently.  Clarity supports an increased accurate assessment of our environment and the humble ability to assess ourselves in our competencies, which is an effective tool for gaining self mastery.  To arrive at personal clarity for increased discernment in order to remain transparent to adversarial or opposing energies, we must do the inner work and be able to resolve, integrate and neutralize the subconscious wounds or emotional conflicts we carry.

The opposing forces use dark manipulation to direct strong resistance to amplify the areas we carry pain, and these events will reveal to us where we have energetic weakness and vulnerability through these unhealed wounds.  Dark forces will continue to agitate us through our energetic weakness, caused from pain, fear and avoidance, in order to generate as much confusion and misery in the human mind as possible.  If we are feeling mental and emotional pain, we must be willing to do the inner work at some level, and ask for help, in order to come to some resolution that allows neutrality to replace the pain.

The more clarity we have developed, the more authentic we become and the stronger our energetic aura to repel dark forces.

Transparent

As we evolve into higher initiations of Embodiment we are then increasingly able to become more Transparent to the external environmental energies.  Learning how to become more transparent to the external pressures and energies is a necessary skill at this time.  This starts with total Neutrality and non judgment, applied to all that is being observed externally.  A good practice now is to strengthen and develop your witness consciousness now moment awareness, to include Neutral Association to all events, circumstances and situations as best as you are able.  This means you will be less likely to interfere or become entangled with external events that may drain your energy.  Protecting your energy field by becoming self contained and inner directed is important at this time.  The 12D Shield practice is a primer to this process of learning energetic self containment.

During this time humanity has an increased access similar to a broadcast channel to higher intelligence fields, where our Higher Self has a Station of Identity existing at that plane.  These current stellar alignments greatly assist us in accessing the clarity of communicating with our higher aspect or Inner Christ Self.  Many of us are being spiritually initiated now.

It is important at this time to learn how to become Transparent to these external energies.  Do not attach or make judgment on any external behavior, only observe and hold peace inside yourself.  We are traversing some major phases of growth, which require we witness what has happened to our race so that we can become aware of what has happened in so we may choose to heal and change. The change starts from within us.

Discernment

Being Transparent and clear when exposed to adversarial energies sourcing from the environment and others is a much needed skill set these days.  Without using ego judgment, or assigning a label, test out the personal resonance of people, events and circumstances that you are choosing to engage with or exchange with, determining which is either aligned to your person or not aligned to your person, in that moment.  There is no right or wrong answer, only personal resonance and choice.  That answer may change continually in different timelines depending on when you ask the question and what powers of discernment are cultivated.

Learning personal discernment builds our necessary boundaries to discover what is productive and supportive for fulfilling our spiritual path or not.  Discernment allows for continual productive growth and for the effective use of our personal energies and focused attention.  By upholding our personal boundaries and applying discernment towards all things that we focus our energy and our attention upon, we are more effectively managing our Consciousness and life force.

Thus, we may need to call upon the Spirit of Patience in many difficult situations we may find ourselves.  I find that when clarity or answers elude you, it is usually one of these two factors – Timing and Location.  One must wait for right timing, or there is a need to change your location.  Timing and Location for gaining clarity on your spiritual purpose is really crucial.

The Spirit of Patience is an essential aspect toward developing Spiritual Maturity and growth into a strong moral character.  Developing the Spirit of Patience allows us to develop strength in ourselves to expand our consciousness and go beyond our perceived Ego/Personality limitations.  Learning and acquiring patience will take an individual far out of their comfort zone and thrust them into lessons of transformation.

Patience is required to develop deep empathy and compassion towards others which allows us to be generous with Forgiveness.  Patience is the endurance of meeting life challenges without negativity, in so that we can build our core strength to be effective and powerful vessels of God Spirit.  Without the strength of the Spirit of Patience we can digress into self entitlement and emotional tantrums to get what we want from the selfish Negative Ego desires and its whims.

Sending much love, prayers of strength to all, in these challenging but beautiful times of Ascension.  We are in this together, and it is not an easy time to be on the earth!  But we have come here to learn and we can grow in quantum leaps if we choose to!

You know that like attracts like, right? So here’s the deal: Positive people are drawn to positive energy; negative people are drawn to negative energy.

We tend to perceive negative energy as something other people have. Sure, sometimes we feel negative – as in, “go away and leave me alone, world!” but did you know that negativity can be so ingrained in you that it goes unnoticed?

That’s because negativity sometimes wears a disguise called ‘reality’. It’s easy to rationalize that you’re ‘just being realistic’ in not daring to act on a dream – and believe it!

You may assume that positive people are not being realistic – that they’re being naive, that they are in denial with their heads stuck in the sand, that they put on fake smiles in the face of difficulty and so forth.  But are they really happy idiots or is there something to their positivity?

Consider this: since when does ‘being realistic’ necessarily mean that things will go wrong and that you have to accept that as the truth?

That doesn’t mean that being realistic is automatically negative. When you view the world from a ‘realistic’ standpoint, you can’t help but be negative IF your version of reality is negative.

If your version of reality is negative, you are conditioned to believe that whatever can go wrong, will go wrong and whatever can go right, will probably go wrong too. Your unconsciously held beliefs make you into a negative person without your being aware of it!

So – if this negativity is so ingrained in you that you don’t notice it, how do you determine whether you’re stuck in a cloud of negative energy that is attracting the wrong people, wrong situations and wrong feelings? And how can you be sure you’re not perpetuating that negativity?

Here’s a quick quiz to gauge the level of negative energy within you:

  • Do you complain? All the time or just sometimes?
  • Do you often discuss what’s wrong in the world more than what’s right? This includes the ‘terrible’ weather, ‘horrible’ traffic, ‘idiotic’ government, ‘lousy’ economy, ‘stupid’ in-laws, etc.
  • Do you criticize? All the time or just certain people?
  • Are you attracted to drama and disaster (can you unglue yourself from the TV when there’s a news story of a disaster and can you avoid getting involved in the lives of dysfunctional celebrities?)
  • Do you blame? All the time or just certain situations?
  • Do you believe that you have no control over most of your results?
  • Do you feel like a victim? Do you talk about people doing things to you?
  • Are you grateful for what is or will you be grateful when things finally start going right for you?
  • Do you feel like things are happening to you? Or do you feel that they are happening through you?

This last two points are important:

If you’re not grateful except when things go right, you are negative. Gratitude is positive. If you are grateful for what is (including the unpleasant school of life lessons, then you can invite more and more positive energy into your life.

Believing that things happen to you puts you in the role of victim; then it’s easy to be negative because it’s convenient to give up that power. So consider this alternative: who or what is to blame when GOOD things happen to you? Do you acknowledge that you are responsible for the good things – as in, you worked hard, you earned it, etc… but blame external events or other people for your failures? So how come, when good things happen, they are a result of what you do, but when bad things happen, they are not your fault?

Nobody likes to hear that. It takes courage to accept that you create your life experience!

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are holding on to negative energy to some degree! To clear your negative energy and raise your vibration, you will need to retrain yourself to choose a positive attitude.

Here’s another interesting idea to consider: have you noticed that positive people seem to get what they want out of life, and even if things don’t go their way, they still enjoy their lives… while negative people whine and moan about their misfortunes and even the good things in their lives?

To clear negative energy, try this 3 -step process

1. Take ownership: “When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.” – the Dalai Lama

2. Cancel negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts. This takes practice, dedication and making a decision to see the world through the eyes of “what can go right” instead of “what can go wrong.” You’ll have to catch yourself anytime you are acting out or speaking out your negativity, and immediately change your tune.

3. Use the Love or Above Spiritual Toolkit to clear your energy and bring more light and love into your life;  visualize the positive instead of getting sucked into negativity; overcome past conditioning; think intuitively from the soul instead from ‘reality’; create a new, desired reality in your imagination and manifest it in the outer world. Nobody wants negative energy to permeate their lives, yet many of us allow it. But we allow it unconsciously, based on past conditioning that suggests an inevitable outcome to certain situations. When you overcome that conditioning and realize that the future is NOT cast in stone but that you have more control over your circumstances than you believe – then you can begin to consciously design your life.

What’s going to happen then? Your positive energy will magnetically attract what you consider to be good and right for you: people, situations, things… and you’ll notice a huge, huge increase in your happiness and inner peace.

Why not choose positive energy? Make some changes within, and you’ll quickly see positive changes in your life. Enjoy the good feelings and abundance!

The main reason to clear a space — your home, your car or your office — is to remove negative energies.  Negative energies occur for a number of reasons.  They include:

Metaphysical

  • Negative thoughts from current or previous owners or occupants
  • Disturbed emotional energy of current or previous owners or occupants
  • Disturbed environmental energy
  • Dimensional beings

Earth Energies

  • Faulting pressure (Faults are breaks in the Earth’s crust where chunks of land on each side move in different directions.  Land suddenly shifting along fault lines is the primary cause of earthquakes.)
  • Negative magnetic fields
  • Disturbances from naturally occurring underground water

Technology

  • Electrical appliances such as cell phones, computers, microwave ovens and hair dryers

Objects

  • Antiques
  • Used or new furniture
  • Second-hand jewelry
  • Works of art
  • Crafts
  • Anything made by hand, including such possessions as rugs

Every time you clean your home you are removing negative energy.  Cleaning your home or workspace will make it lighter and more positive.  This is a result of organizing, of ridding yourself of things you no longer need and removing toxic products from your environment.  Just opening windows brings in fresh, positive energy.

Other space clearing techniques include dowsing; smudging with herbs or incense; clearing with bells, cymbals and singing bowls; and clearing with chanting.

How to Clear Your Home of Negative Energy

No matter what method or methods you chose to clear negative or disturbed energies, always clear mindfully and without distractions. Turn off the stereo and television—you need to clear in a quiet atmosphere. Your intent is to clear disturbed or negative energies. When clearing, visualize these energies disappearing. The reason that you should be specific is that you want the good energy left undisturbed. If you chose to smudge with herbs, for example, speak aloud or silently words to convey that you are removing negative energy.

Clearing is done in a meditative-type state — slowly and with focus — so the words are much like a mantra.  Keep them simple.  For example, if I am smudging, I will think “negativity be gone!” or “if there is negative energy present, please leave.”  At the same time, I visualize the space vibrant with only positive energy.

Every home and workspace should be cleared periodically.  It is impossible to say exactly how often, as it depends on your situation.  You will develop a feel for how often you need to clear negative energies.  The following is a guide for good times to clear negative energies.

When and What to Clear of Negative Energy

  • When you move into a new residence, clean and clear the space meticulously.  You are clearing any possible negative or disturbed emotions of the previous occupants and other negative or disturbed energies.  Clear your new office for the same reason.
  • Following an illness of a member of a household the negative energy should be cleared.
  • All objects that are antiques, previously used (particularly jewelry), works of art, crafts and anything made by hand should be individually cleared of negative energy.  When feasible, wash items as well.  If you buy an antique rocking chair, for example, that chair may have been sat on for years by the same person.  This is great if it was a happy person — not so great if it was a miserable person.  The energy of the rocking chair’s previous owner is in that chair.

On the subject of buying something that was previous used, I highly recommend that you do not purchase a second-hand bed.  So much time is spent in bed — therefore, too much energy of the previous owner(s) is in a bed.  Do you really want to gamble on who spent time in your bed?  If you already have a used bed that you love, or insist on buying a used bed, learn how to dowse or hire someone to dowse it for you.

Jewelry, Crystals and Gemstones

Second-hand jewelry should be cleared, as jewelry picks up the energy of the wearer.  You may wish to clear all your jewelry, crystals and gemstones, especially if you have been feeling poorly.  Be especially mindful of clearing only negative energy when working on an inherited piece from a loved one.

There are a number of methods for clearing jewelry, gemstones and crystals:

  1. To clear gemstones and crystals, sea salt works well.  Salt can be dissolved or used dry.  For salt water, mix a tablespoon of sea salt with a cup of cold water in a glass or ceramic container.  Do not use plastic or metal containers.  Place the stones in the solution for several hours or overnight.  With dry salt, bury pieces in a glass or ceramic container and leave for several hours or overnight.  When clearing gemstone necklaces, use dry salt, as the water solution will deteriorate the cord that the beads were strung on.  Discard salt.
  2. Wash in the ocean.
  3. Clear in sunlight — allow to sit in the sun for a day.
  4. Clear in moonlight.  Bury in the earth overnight with a full moon.
  5. Smudge all jewelry, gemstones and crystals.
  6. You can clear jewelry of negative energy with a pendulum.

 

Clear negative energies if you or other members of your household are feeling poorly for any unexplained reason.  This can include any mental, physical or emotional upset.  This is most notable if a change occurs following a move into a new home or office.

With just a little patience and persistence, in 15 easy ways, you can learn how to do it.

  1. Make changes in your home and work space

This can be as simple as changing the way you organize your living room like moving furniture around, getting rid of things you don’t need and maybe sometimes adding a few things to your home decor. At work, reorganizing your desk might help. A nice smelling candle, a little flower, some incense… But also do not forget about yourself. Maybe changing your hairstyle, or buying a few new clothes… all these things can lift your mood up.

  1. Go on a vacation

Vacations are good opportunities for changes and rejuvenation. Seeing new places, experiencing new things, meeting new people. All of these things will bring positivity to your life and pull you out of your daily routine. With that new load of energy, you will see it will be easier to give your life a new perspective. Especially if you can keep this energy going with the support of meditation and positive affirmations.

  1. Switch the radio station

You are a radio. And inside you there are many channels and frequencies. A lot of stations. Start moving those knobs (talking old-fashioned radios here) and find a good station. Are you stuck on a spot where all you can hear is a never-ending hissing sound that gets on your nerves? Yes, this is where you are now, so move the knobs and find yourself a suitable frequency and enjoy what you are listening to. This is your new inner voice.

  1. Sometimes you can not change everything

And maybe you should not try to change everything either. Sometimes all you need to do is relax and just take things as they come and go with the flow. It does not mean you are surrendering yourself, on the contrary, it means that you are acknowledging the events around you whether they are good or bad. And instead of letting them overpowering you and upsetting you, you notice their presence and you choose to not let them bring you down or stop you.

  1. Take notes

Everything is clearer in your head when you put them out in writing. Writing is a great way of relief even if you are not a fan of writing.  We are not telling you to write long stories of fiction etc. No, just take little notes every day of the things that you see bring you negativity and slowly work on putting these obstacles aside and clearing your path.

  1. Be with positive people

Just like you affect people and things around you with your negative energy, positive people carry an optimistic, healing and guiding energy with them. They are in general balanced people and know how not to let things bring them down and manipulate the bad vibes by putting out good vibes out. Being around them will help you in that sense and you can learn a lot from their wisdom. Listen to them and observe how they react during stressful situations.

  1. Spend more time in nature

Nature is relaxing. A nice picnic at a park, a walk on the beach, hiking if you like that, or running, walking… camping somewhere… Explore nature, listen to the sound of the wind, leaves, trees, breathe in fresh air… Let the good thoughts in and exhale the bad thoughts out. Enjoy moments of quietness. Silence often tells us more than we can hear when we are in a crowded place.

  1. Accept things as they are so you can move on

Everything happens for a reason. There are no coincidences in life. Everything crosses our path to give us signs or teach us a lesson. When we learn to look at things this way, we will be training our brains to approach things from a different angle. And this won’t be a self-destructive approach, instead, it will help us grow spiritually and bring us closer to our Higher Self.

  1. Forgive others and forgive yourself

One more step towards peace of mind. Forgiveness is a great virtue. By accepting we are all equal human beings and we can all make mistakes because we are not perfect will give us the freedom we need to reach peace. Freedom from feeling like a victim, freedom from regrets, freedom from holding grudges, freedom from anger… Forgiving does not mean forgetting. Forgiving is acknowledging the experience, learning from it, making peace with it and finally moving on.

  1. Don’t get stuck in the past

Guilt, regrets, anger, resentments, sadness, and many other emotions keep us in the past as we try to take a step forward. They hold us from one foot and pull us back in time and make us feel immobilized, heavy-hearted and blocked. We would feel confused and wouldn’t know how to deal with present in order to prepare a better future for ourselves. So every time you find yourself stuck in the past, thinking of something or someone who brings out bad or sad feelings, do a simple breathing exercise. First, exhale a slow and deep breath and just feel your chest and stomach go down. And as you exhale, label this moment as the moment of acknowledgement of that certain feeling. And tell yourself when you inhale, you will bring this knowledge in with you and turn it into something positive. Repeat this exercise until you feel fully relaxed.

  1. Exercise

Exercising helps us release stress and anxiety by increasing the levels of endorphin hormones. When we do it regularly, our bodies adjust to the new hormone levels and we naturally start feeling better physically and mentally. Physical activities also increase our self-esteem. We feel better because we know we are doing something good for our health. Each time we feel good after an exercise, our self-confidence repairs itself more and more. Which in turn promotes self-respect. All things necessary to feel more positive and feel stronger to change the bad energy we feel inside into something positive and fruitful.

  1. Spend more time taking care of yourself

When was the last time you had lunch with yourself? Seriously! Or when was the last time you decided “I will go out and do this today, because I have been wanting this for so long”? Reward yourself, give yourself little gifts here and there. That movie you wanted to see so bad, go see it alone, you don’t have to do it with someone else, unless you absolutely want to. Buy yourself something. Join a hobby class somewhere. Maybe you want to learn a new language? Or go to a spa. Start taking yoga lessons maybe? It all depends on what really interests you and gives you satisfaction.

13, Take responsibility for your actions

It is easy to get mad at others and judge them for what they do. Oftentimes, we forget they are humans just like we are and they do have their weaknesses just like we do. For some reason, it is more acceptable for us when we make mistakes or when we mistreat someone, we have a list of excuses and reasons ready, but we can’t that easily extend that understanding to someone else. Understand and accept that your actions affect other people just like other people’s actions affect yours. You can not do anything about them taking responsibility about their actions but you can do something about yours. Do not let your ego overpower you. Then you will get stuck in the past again. If you need to apologize, then do so. If you need time to sit down and talk to someone after a certain event, then give that time to yourself. Just like positive people can uplift you, negative people can suck up your energy especially if you are an empath and do not know how to close yourself up when you face a negative situation in order to protect yourself. Learn when to distance yourself from these people so you can protect your inner balance.

15, Focus on what is good for you

Mindfulness meditation helps you classify your thoughts and organize them. By doing so you will be able to see what is good for you and what is holding you back. Try mindfulness meditation about 10 minutes a day, every morning before you start your day. Declutter your mind. What Kind of Energy Are You Attracting?

What kind of energy are you attracting? We are all creating an energy flow from our thoughts constantly whether we are being mindful of it or not. Fear can be a fierce creator of negative energy in our lives if we don’t become willing to witness where we choose it over love. When we are in a state of love it feels natural to offer blessings, be generous with our time and to speak positively. Here are a few questions to ask yourself to make sure you’re making enough room for positive energy flow in your life!

1.) Are you meditating upon waking?

Starting your day off in prayer or meditation allows us to focus on what we are grateful for, set intentions and simply become present. Apply this powerful practice daily for a positive vibe throughout your day!

2.) Do you feel the need to control?

Despite our best efforts to control everything the truth is the Universe is orchestrating the show! Resisting the natural flow of things only causes stress that in response creates negative energy in our life. The sooner you make peace with surrendering the sooner you’ll start to be at peace and allow positive thoughts to flow.

3.) Are you taking enough down time?

With today’s “glorification of busy” mindset it can feel almost impossible to find the balance between moving our body and finding down time! Downtime is a powerful tool to guide us into our hearts, heal and detox our bodies, and gain insight into our ideas and creativity! Make the shifts necessary to schedule a little rest and relaxation.

4.) Do you love and accept yourself just as you are right now?

The way we feel and talk about ourselves is ultimately attracting the energy we will receive from others. Focus on all the qualities you love about yourself by making a list…add to it everyday!!!
