ZENTASIA: “The Benefits Of Having Himalayan Salt Lamps In Your Home”

Himalayan Salt Lamps are carved out of the Himalayan salt mines and are natural negative ionizers and dehumidifiers.

The air around us is filled with electrically charged particles. Positively or negatively charged, they are called ions, continually occurring in the atmosphere. They must be kept in balance.

Negative ions are air molecules created naturally in lightning storms and rainstorms, next to waterfalls and near strong waves, by means of sunlight and wind; they are abundant in forests, in mountain areas and in proximity of water. This is why we feel energized in fresh country air or by a waterfall. Research conducted in the last decade concluded that negative ions have a positive effect on health like improving mood swings, relieving seasonal depression, fatigue, stress and headaches as they affect oxygen and serotonin levels in the bloodstream.

Dr Albert P. Krueger, microbiologist and experimental pathologist at the University of California, stated:

“An astonishing small quantity of negative ions could kill bacteria and quickly take them out of the air so they were less likely to infect people.”

However, the environment we live in today has far more sources of positive ions than in the past, creating an electrical imbalance in the air and in our bodies. We are exposed to 20 times higher frequency patterns than normal. Excessive positive ions are produced by the discharge of high-voltage networks, air conditioning, microwaves, TVs, radios, radar systems and computers.

The most dangerous levels of positive ions occur in highly populated and polluted cities. Exhaust fumes from cars, factory smoke, cigarette fumes, dust, radiation, as well as harmful chemicals, toxins and electromagnetic disturbances, all combined, create a potent source of positive ions that gradually build up and deteriorate our health. They can damage cells and are believed to be a major reason for an accelerated aging process and cancer.

To neutralize the harmful effects of excessive positive ions in our surrounding, putting a salt lamp in every room is highly advisable.

Himalayan Salt Lamp Benefits

1. Salt lamps are Natural Negative Ionizers: The heated salt crystal absorbs the water molecules from the ambient air and evaporates them, a process during which negative ions are released abundantly, creating a healthier, more balanced atmosphere.

2. Salt Lamps neutralize artificial electro-magnetic wavelengths produced by harmful electronic devices surrounding us that cause nervousness, insomnia and lack of concentration. They amplify the natural frequency of 8 to10 cycles per second in the human brain, which is the normal resonance synchronized with the resonant frequency of the planet’s electro-magnetic field (7.83 Hz or cycle per second) and stabilize alpha wave rhythms in our brain.

3. They are Natural Dehumidifiers: Salt is hygroscopic, naturally attracting moisture. It absorbs the excess humidity in any given room creating a dry environment, while killing bacteria and other microbes. Therefore, salt lamps help purify the ambient air, while eliminating bad odors in the process.

4. They beautify the surrounding as they create a relaxing atmosphere promoting stress reduction, better sleep and an overall sense of well being.

Numerous health benefits are gained from Himalayan Salt Lamps: they enhance the immune system, reducing susceptibility to colds and flu. Having them in your vicinity helps clear the sinuses, eases up migraines, headaches, allergies and hay fever. They improve lung capacity preventing respiratory-related illnesses and soothe asthma attacks. They increase alertness and productivity as well as concentration, healing fatigue and depression syndromes.

BARBARA BUCK: “Ascension and Our Pets — How We Can Support Them”

“Species like horses, cats, bunnies, and dogs have chosen to help humans in a way that’s different from other animals. They participate in our healing by being interconnected with us in a way that is unique to the planet.”

~Barbara Buck

What happens to your pets when you level up? I’m happy to tell you that, not only do they get to come along, but they’ve been supporting you and the planet through this process for a very long time. They’re going through their own form of Ascension, as well as ushering us into 5D.

When the Harmonic Convergence happened in 1987, we received a massive influx of higher frequencies, and they keep on coming. Many people are slowly beginning to understand that humanity is going through a spiritual awakening that’s both extraordinary and difficult.

While we went through the process of waking up, nature and the animal kingdom grounded and balanced the new frequencies into the Earth’s grid while we learned how to effectively do it ourselves. We’ve only recently been able to hold the light on our own, much to the hard work of the animal kingdom.

Our Pets Help Us as We Shift Frequencies

Species like horses, cats, bunnies, and dogs have chosen to help humans in a way that’s different from other animals. They participate in our healing by being interconnected with us in a way that is unique to the planet.

Animals will take on clearing for their human families in a number of ways. They’ll often absorb the negative energies we give off, which can make them sick. Many animals will have challenges with behavior as they try to integrate and clear the energy we create when we have stuck stress or emotions.

They’ll also act as shadow mirrors for us so that we can see what work we need to do to resolve trauma. If we have tension or anxiety, our dogs will mirror it by being reactive, aggressive, or destructive. If we are always afraid, so are our animals.

If they drive us crazy, it’s only so that we can recognize what we’ve chosen to avoid for so long.

Living in Human Homes Makes Their Ascension Process Harder

Normally animals would be able to process and purge the energy they absorb from us by grounding, eating a healthy natural diet, getting plenty of rest, and drinking fresh water. Sadly, we restrict them from being outdoors in nature when they need it, give them processed food like kibbles, and tap water or filtered water that doesn’t have the proper mineral balance.

They’re inundated with chemicals from pesticides and household cleaners. Remember, they spend most of their time on the ground, so they pick up all this stuff on their paws and coats, as well as breathing it in.

Environmental pollution, electrical interference, and radiation from things like wifi, computers, and cell phones don’t help, either. They’re constantly working to keep their frequency high while going through this Ascension cycle, but they’ve got a LOT to fight against when they live in a human home.

Pets experience Ascension symptoms as a result of being connected to us. Here are a few signs your pet might be having them:

  • Behavior issues like reactivity, separation anxiety, insecurity, fear, depression
  • Autistic and ADD-like behavior
  • Digestive issues
  • Joint pain
  • Picky eating
  • Liver, gallbladder, pancreas, and kidney disorders
  • An improper sense of justice that causes reactivity
  • Fatigue
  • Excess shedding that’s not normal for the breed, or loss of feathers
  • Excessive urination
  • Needing either too much attention or too much alone time

Once we become aware that our pets are experiencing Ascension symptoms that they normally wouldn’t if they were still part of the natural order of things, there are steps we can take to remove some of the energetic burden they carry. Here are some tips that can help.

As in all things, use discernment and practice common sense.

Give Them Better Quality Food and Water

Most people who are actively going through the shift naturally turn toward a more healthy lifestyle. They choose higher vibrational foods and steer clear of harsh chemicals and anything that’s processed or unnatural. Animals need the same thing, but we’ve kind of got them trapped, so they can’t do what they need to do to stay physically healthy.

Many pet food manufacturers use offal and poor quality ingredients that aren’t fit for human consumption. Meat is sourced from animals that were sick, euthanized, or died of natural causes in factory farms that process meat meant for people. Studies have also found shelter kill (cats and dogs) and euthanasia drugs in some dog foods.

The pet food industry is self-regulated, so there are no real rules about what they can and can’t do. They can and do feed your pets trash without recourse.

Research the best natural diet for your pet, then do your best to provide it. If money or time is an issue and you absolutely must feed kibble or other processed food, then research where the manufacturer sources the ingredients, especially the meat. Educate yourself on this.

Don’t fill your pet’s bowls with tap water if you wouldn’t drink it yourself. I live in the desert where the tap water is chemically treated, so we use an RO filter and replace nutrients with trace minerals.

Create a Safe Energetic Environment

Whether your animals are in your home, backyard, or barn, they need a space that is healthy.

Check for electromagnetic interference around your pets sleeping and hanging out areas, and if you find it, take steps to correct it. This could be as simple as turning off wifi at night because your pet is right in the line of the signal, or getting a blanket that shields them from EMF overload.

Protective crystals like shungite and kyanite can be used around a pet’s area, but be careful they’re in a place where your pet can’t get to them. You can also attach crystal pendants to a collar or bridle.

Many people like to burn sage to clear a space, but animals can be very sensitive to smoke from herbs. A better option is to make lavender or rosemary water and spray it around the area of your home you want to clear.

Help Them Heal with Energy Medicine

Pets can get really depleted energetically, so helping them clear and recharge with healing modalities like Reiki, Reconnective Healing, or Golden Frequency can be very helpful. They normally get all the energy they need from their environment, but that’s hard to do when they live indoors.

Most animals will let you know when they want healing from you. Intend to share energy with them, and if your pet wants it, they’ll usually come and sit near you. Sometimes they’ll even put the body part they need help with right on you!

Acupuncture, massage, and craniosacral therapy are also great tools to help your animal become more balanced energetically.

Use Natural Supplements and Medicine

The liver, gall bladder, and pancreas can be responsible for many Ascension symptoms, so supplemental support can be very helpful. Milk thistle tincture (alcohol-free) can be safely added to pet food or water to detox these organs and decrease inflammation.

As our pets move up the frequency ladder, minerals can get depleted, and they can also have a hard time absorbing nutrients. Add trace minerals or Bioplasma cell salts to their water.

Using natural remedies instead of medication whenever possible can have a big impact on your pet’s health. Always make sure that what you’re giving your pet is species-appropriate.

There’s been a big push by veterinarians lately to medicate reactive or fearful dogs with drugs like Prozac and Xanax. These drugs have never been tested for safety with animals and can have severe side-effects and a risk of overdose. CBD hemp oil is a non-psychotropic drug that’s safe for most animals.

Heal Yourself, Heal Your Pet

I’ve been blessed to facilitate healings for thousands of animals over the years, and I’ve noticed that they tend to mirror their owner’s illnesses. People with autoimmune diseases have dogs with autoimmune diseases, and stressed out people have anxious dogs.

They bless us with the gift of showing us the things that are hard for us to see.

The more self-work we do, the easier it is for us to support our beloved animals through the Ascension process. They won’t have to process as much negative energy for us as we release and clear the denser vibrations we’ve accumulated.

ALEX ‘EARTHIE MAMA’ DU TOIS: How to Make a Detox Bath”

Our bodies are subject to many harsh chemicals in the air we breathe, the food we eat and the body care products some of us lather on our skin. If the toxins remain in the body it is possible for our organs to become increasingly toxic leading to all kinds of possible illness. It is possible to recognize when your body might be needing to detox. If you are feeling sluggish, bloated, achy in the joints, having brain fog or just need to relax, a Detox Bath might be just what you need!

These are the ingredients I use in my Detox Bath

(I use about 1/4 cup of each one and add 20-40 drops of Lavender Essential Oil)

Magnesium Flakes ~ Adding Magnesium Flakes to your body, provides magnesium through the skin. Magnesium is necessary for heart function, bone density, muscle cramping, sound sleep, many metabolic reactions in the body, and much more. Many people are deficient in Magnesium and this is a great way to get Magnesium in the body and relax at the same time.

Bentonite Clay ~ Bentonite clays helps in the detoxification process stimulating the lymphatic system to deeply cleanse by pulling toxins out through the skin.

Baking Soda ~ Baking Soda helps to drain the lymphatic system of toxins. Baking Soda not only helps soothe skin rashes, it helps to restore the acid/alkaline balance in the body. Baking Soda has also been known to counter the effects of radiation.

Epsom Salts ~ Epsom Salts is used as a method for detoxification. The magnesium sulfate that is in the salts help to detoxify with medicinal and cleansing actions like if you were soaking in a sulfur hot spring. Epsom Salts helps relax muscles while pulling toxins out.

Essential Oils ~ You can use any of your favorite essential oils. I love to use Lavender Oil. If I don’t have oils I will break off a branch and some flowers and put it straight in the bath. Lavender is great for soothing the skin and helping with scrapes, cuts, bruises and skin irritations. It is also great for relaxing and unwinding after a long day right before bedtime.

* You can also add Apple Cider Vinegar as it balances the body back into an alkaline state. It soothes and softens the skin too. Himalayan Pink Salts helps rid the body of toxins as well as helps with skin problems, joint pains, insect bites, poison oak/ivy irritations and much more.

Relax and Detox while you take a quiet moment for yourself and your overall wellness.

Please feel free to write me with questions or comments!

I love hearing from you!

In gratitude and service,

~ Alex

ISABELLE Z.: “All-Natural Cleaning Remedies That Will Leave Your Home Smelling Fresh… Minus The Harsh Chemicals”

Lemon peel and vinegar household cleaner

It can seem like an exercise in futility to go to great lengths to seek out organic fruits and vegetables for your family, only to prepare and serve them in a kitchen where everything has been cleaned with harsh, toxin-filled chemicals. While focusing on feeding your family healthy foods is vital, you should also keep in mind that commercial cleaning products contain a host of unsavory ingredients that can cause adverse health reactions.

For example, a European study found that people who use a spray cleaner just once a week had a 50 percent higher chance of developing asthma! Glass and furniture cleaners, as well as air fresheners, were all found to be guilty of upping the risk.

Cleanliness is a valid concern in the home, and in food prep areas in particular. Many people fail to realize, however, that some natural methods are just as effective as those harsh chemicals – without any of the dangers. Here is a look at some top choices for natural cleaning.

Easy and natural all-purpose cleaner

A citrus vinegar cleaner is easy to make and will leave your house smelling clean and fragrant. All you have to do is place some citrus peels in a glass jar. Cover them with white vinegar and let the jar sit for two weeks. After that time has passed, remove the peels from the jar and dilute the vinegar with water in a ratio of 1:1. Pour it into a spray bottle, and use it to clean glass, windows, bathrooms and certain countertops. You can even mop floors with it!

Get your cutting board spic and span

Cutting boards can be a breeding ground for germs, particularly when raw meat is cut on the same board as fruits and vegetables. While doing this should be avoided in any event, you’ll still need to clean your cutting board after each use. Thankfully, a lemon and some salt can get the job done quite nicely.

First, sprinkle the cutting board with some coarse salt. Then take a lemon with the cut side down – one that has already been squeezed will work fine – and scour the surface while squeezing a little to release some lemon juice. After letting it sit for a few minutes, simply scrape the dirty liquid away. Use a clean cloth to give the surface another rinse, and you’re good to go!

Clean your drain sans chemical solutions

Forget the harsh drain cleaners, which are full of all manner of unpronounceable and risky ingredients. If you’ve got baking soda and vinegar on hand, you have all you need to unclog your drain naturally. First, flush the drain with boiling water and then add half a cup of baking soda. Toss in a cup of vinegar and a cup of hot water and wait for the bubbles to subside, then run some hot tap water down your drain for about a minute and you’re done!

Make your carpet smell fresh

You can make a natural carpet freshener easily by combining two cups of baking soda with 10 to 20 drops of the essential oils of your choice. The baking soda will lift stains and deodorize, while the essential oils will disinfect and leave a pleasant aroma.

Lavender is a good choice for a springtime floral scent, while orange, lemon or lemongrass will give your room that citrusy fresh smell. You can also combine oils to create a custom scent. Sprinkle this mixture lightly on your carpet and let it sit for a few hours before vacuuming thoroughly.

With Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, recently revealing a shocking number of dangerous chemicals hiding in common household groceries and supplements in his book Food Forensics, it’s time to walk away from processed food and store-bought cleaning products, and start making use of all that nature has given us.
