“The Moon influences the subconscious mind contents to come to the surface of conscious awareness. A person that is self-aware on the spiritual growth path will seek to know themselves more deeply by studying the contents of their own subconscious mind. If you pay attention to the feelings that you are having during the full moon or the dark moon cycle, it is generally the subconscious fears or emotional conflicts rising up into the surface of the conscious mind. This gives us the opportunity to look at our fears, pain and hidden weakness, in order to clear and connect that part of our mind into the spiritual light. Don’t be surprised that during the full moon and the new moon cycle, when the dark side is being faced towards the earth, these are the Moon Phases when the effects of the black force are the most intense on our planet. This means that dark forces will take advantage of the moon phases as there is an increase of those black subtle forces along with the extreme density of gravitational energy. When there is a full moon, there is that illumination from the sun’s reflection that isn’t there on the cycles of the new moon. As a result, the new moon has more intensity that increases the proliferation of the black forces into the earth environment. There is a pressure of contraction that is placed in the atmosphere of the earth when the moon is in the new moon cycle. During the new moon phase is when the most gaseous pressure exists between the gravity forces, the lunar forces and the magnetic field anomalies that occur between the earth and the moon. These moon phases are days that are conducive for the Black Magic and occult rituals with negative intentions. Not only do we have a massive amount of that black subtle force coming into the earth, we have Black Magicians, satanists and random people doing occult rituals that are trying to capitalize on those energies, which in many cases creates even more dark energies. This means that the psychic aggression, the spiritual attacking, and phantom attacks are going to be more aggressive to the light filled people on the full moon and new moon days. When we are aware of the moon’s potentially harmful effects, it is easier to have proper context, take better care of ourselves and not take it personally.”

“We are undergoing another stage of core magnetic field shifting that radically elevates the magnetic tone resonance that emanates from the inner core of the planet. This instruction set is the base code of how our Hologram is written similarly as to how a computer programmer writes html code to create an internet page or program. This means the core architecture of our planet, the core foundation of the principles of matter as it manifests is being altered and changed. This has created another larger shift in the magnetic pole positions and ‘true north position’ that is used by GPS Satellites and Aircraft to lock in on navigation. We will see these functions failing or not working well in the near future, such as our auto navigation systems and that technology which is tied to the usage of the GPS satellite transmissions. The global brain is changing in relation to radical magnetic anomalies generated from quantum shifts in the spinning rotational axis, which is impacting our Brain, thinking and neurological processing. Drastic magnetic shifts give rise to the sensations of magnetic compression and compaction in matter that are very uncomfortable on the physical body. The acute phase of correcting magnetic realignment via reconnection with Crystal Body instruction sets is occurring within the window of the Solar Eclipse of June 10th 2021 through the March Equinox in 2022. If these physical symptoms are not present now, they may arise in the next months for the consciousness rebirthing necessary for preparing to navigate the planetary liberation and ascension timeline in 2022 and beyond. Our bodies may feel like a live wire, the electrical stimulation just pulsing and tingling through our nerve endings. Some of these shock waves may come in behaviors that form from perceived betrayals or relationship conflicts; this is to surface previous hidden issues that had not yet been seen. To see something that was hidden when it was always in front of you, yet, was being perceived differently, can be greatly alarming.”

Core Magnetic Field Change: This is changing the atmospheric layer of the planet’s magnetic field, as well as the magnetic tone resonance that emanates from the inner core of our planet. Science understands this core resonance tone as the Schumann Resonances. Both of these levels of the planet’s magnetic structure are tied to how the frequency code instruction set is relayed into every level of our holographic Blueprint. This instruction set is the base code of how our Hologram is written similarly as to how a computer programmer writes html code to create an internet page or program. This means the core architecture of our planet, the core foundation of the principles of matter as it manifests is being altered and changed.

What is EMF?

What is an EMF? EMF stands for Electro-Magnetic Field. An electromagnetic field is composed of two related vector fields: the electric field and the magnetic field. When referred to as the electromagnetic field, the field is imagined to encompass all of space; typically an electromagnetic field is considered to be limited to a local area around an object in space. We are Electro-Magnetic Field, Multidimensional Beings of Light. So a way to visualize this is to think of our personal energy field and the planetary energy fields, along with all of the collective fields of many other objects, people and the planet. Etherically, it would appear like a huge web of layers, upon layers of electrically charged particles of energetic fields of colored light wave spectrums – all connected and interacting with each other. We would see millions of variations of colors, frequencies and octaves in a movement of swirling patterns held within an dimensional grid matrice giving it form in a level of time and space.

Electromagnetic (EM) waves are the undulatory movements of light, which can always be observed to be emitted by electric charges undergoing an acceleration from a source of which it has been propagated. So, this further takes us to understand the process of Electromagnetic radiation, as this is a propagating wave in space with electric and magnetic components. This term includes also, for example, as light travelling through an optical fiber, or electrical energy travelling within a coaxial cable. For our purposes of discussion this electrical energy as transmitted through the Ascension cycle stages of Stellar activation of Spectrum of Frequency, is travelling to our personal EM Fields and the resulting Electromagnetic radiation carries energy and momentum which may be imparted when it interacts with us, conducted through our electromagnetic battery body and then absorbed into our physical cells, our body in matter. We are gradually transforming from carbon based matter into much less dense silica based forms. [2]

Magnetic Field Impacts Brain Neural Net

Because of how the magnetic field works with our brain’s Neural Net, we will see that those human beings working with only the Ego-personality program, those that are stationed in their identity as a 3D being; which are the first three layers of intelligence matrices in our body, those beings are going to have a more difficult time right now adapting in the changing frequencies. We are all getting prompted to move into higher intelligent forms if we so choose to co- create in these forces of transformation during the Ascension Cycle. To those not paying attention, this time and ongoing will be a more difficult time for that level of 3D being, the desires and pain body operating through a personality. The identity programs, such as collective archetypes used for Mind Control, are starting to be removed, short out, or change. These archetypes are being changed in the way they were being impulse from planetary magnetic field. This is going to create schisms and incongruence in terms of when someone is speaking to you purely from their personality program, or the Negative Ego.

As these magnetic structures on planet are becoming more choppy, (from the gaps created between the fission/fusion particle rate changing), this is going to create gaps in the ego/personality program function. The ego will have more difficulty to be able to articulate and communicate in linear concepts that appear rational and logical with common sense. What appears to be rational and logical for a person will be adaptive to the perception of the desires of the personality program. The personality will lose coherency and therefore, have more issues with the necessity to adapt and change. [3]

Moon Magnetic Field Manipulation

The example given to the Moon magnetic field manipulation is that the axis of the Earth is off 23 degrees from the vertical axis to the orbit of the earth around the sun. (See Gravitron). Apparently, this is not the original and organic pathway of orbit of our planet. The tilt is what causes the earth to wobble like a spinning top as it slows down. This is also why the North pole moves backwards through the zodiac, moving from the age of Pisces into the age of Aquarius. It takes approximately 26,000 years for a wobble to complete itself. [4]

Magnetic Dipoles and Geomagnetic Jerks

As these various input factors accelerate change from the pressure these quantum forces place upon the planetary core, the physics governing those forces start to change on the planetary surface. Electromagnetism is the interaction responsible for practically all the phenomena encountered in our daily life. Electromagnetism manifests as both electrical fields and magnetic fields. Both fields are simply different aspects of electromagnetism, and hence are fundamentally related. Thus, a changing electrical field generates a magnetic field and conversely, a changing magnetic field generates an electric field. The earth’s core, through which its direct rotating current generates the magnetic field that we detect at the surface, does not keep pace with the outer “surface” crust. Geo-physicists acknowledge that the magnetic field has a mainly dipole structure that changes over time and moves in a significant westward drift of about one meter per hour. The magnetic dipoles are defined as the surface points in the Northern and Southern hemispheres where the Earth’s magnetic field is vertical. The magnetic poles move over time because of the earth core magnetic field has fluxes and changes. With these recent changes in the earth core there are abrupt shifts happening in the surface geomagnetic field, and this rapidly shifts the magnetic dipoles. Rapid variation impulses sourcing from the earth core to suddenly change the surface field is known as a Geomagnetic Jerk. These sudden changes to the surface magnetic field and their various speed and strengths, can be locational or global. This means certain areas of the earth have more radical shifts in the surface magnetic field than others. Geophysicists reported that the earth’s magnetic field jerked in 1969 and acknowledged something significant happened to the earth core that radically changed the location of the North Magnetic Dipole.

There is a connection between geomagnetic jerks and the speed and movement of the North Magnetic Dipole. This is relative to the known phenomena of the poles shifting at the end of this cycle, which they indeed have been doing gradually all along, however, not with the catastrophic effect predicted by some. We are entering the timeline where the earth core is rapidly shifting the planetary magnetic field through the various levels of strength, speed and flux of geomagnetic storms and their larger events, Geomagnetic Jerks. Massive geomagnetic change also means massive change to the Global Brain and therefore the individual human mind relationship to that brain. Magnetic changes at these levels will create and/or destroy at the same time. Magnetic changes at this level will also radically shift time and space as we know it. Our relationship to time will be moved forward, as a skipping forward through time. This timeline we enter is a massive change to our sense of identity, our life experience, what defines us, and everything we have ever known. We can consider this as a massive opportunity to change and adapt into a newer and more alive version of ourselves. However the planetary liberation will come with its larger truth, nothing from the past that is obsolete and destructive to our spiritual growth can hang on or stay with us. It is important to know how to relax and release the mind. Be neutral and take in deep breaths, as this is the mantra for all of us now. [5]

Geomagnetic Storms

There is so much activity going on in the fields with interplanetary shocks, electrical peaks and geomagnetic storms (see Geomagnetic Jerk) of which when we remain flexible give us the required momentum to catalyze some major transformations that progress us forward. This is a time of being exposed to proverbial shocks and literal electrical shocks, as the Universal lighting rod moves us into the next stage of spiritual activation. Our bodies may feel like a live wire, the electrical stimulation just pulsing and tingling through our nerve endings. Some of these shock waves may come in behaviors that form from perceived betrayals or relationship conflicts; this is to surface previous hidden issues that had not yet been seen. To see something that was hidden when it was always in front of you, yet, was being perceived differently, can be greatly alarming. Yet, the empowerment and wisdom is in recognizing the object, event or being for what it really is, when it is newly perceived in this changing energetic terrain. The geomagnetic shifts on planet are making us look at things much differently. Starseeds are also able to sense energetic blueprint structures and geomantic code (codes that direct energies in a certain pattern or frequency) in the field more than before. [6]

Magnetic Point of Divergence

The accumulative effect of gradually increasing frequency and changing instruction sets in many of the transdimensional time and space fields has reached a point of divergence. That pressure of force being applied in the planetary energy field is resulting in accumulative intensity and extreme polarity amplification. When the extreme polarity of combined forces that exist together within a collective energy field reaches its apex, a split occurs. This is called the point of divergence within the fixed point in the field (in the range of possibilities) of which a Bifurcation of Time transpires.

Matter Polarity in Attraction Reversal

At the point of divergence moving forward in time, as the extreme poles of frequency are then split apart, they are further continually repelled from the strong force generated from the simultaneous amplification of each side of the existing polarities. This is a reversal of the current comprehension in 3D particle matter polarity structure in which opposites attract and likes repel. The way to describe this is as a quantum event transpiring in the anti-particle energy fields where the polarity attraction at a certain frequency threshold reverses. The previous merging of opposing polarities of vibrational force is reduced as there is a bifurcation and thus curvature made within the space time continuum. This bifurcation means the fundamental lowest frequency will spiral into a continual descending pattern which greatly amplifies the increasing low frequency in density which increases energetic compaction. Conversely, the higher frequency threshold will break away from the extreme polarity of the lower base frequency and roll upwards into the next higher dimensional frequency octave which will increase energetic expansion and weightlessness. This is similar to expressing that the pressure of vibrational force exerted upon the higher frequency from the lowest frequency, that creates an average fundamental frequency while co-existing in a group energy field, will cease to exist in the same way as it has in the past. Solar Flares Change Magnetic Field

Currently, the sun is consistently firing off the strongest solar flares we have experienced in which science measures as an X class flare, falling into the category of the most intense levels of solar explosions. In less than two weeks the sun has released over 28 solar flares, with some of the most powerful coronal mass ejections that have reached the earth. Coronal Mass Ejections (CME’s) are a mass of charged particles and magnetic field energy that bursts from the sun like a volcanic eruption. Coronal mass ejections interact with Earth’s Ionosphere which change the shape and direction of the magnetic field, as well as generate geomagnetic storms, auroras and increase the range of the earth’s plasma fountain. It is clear evidence we are undergoing an intense Solar Initiation of radiating plasmic light which is rapidly progressing humanities evolution (or digression) on our chosen spiritual journey upon this earth. Bifurcation of Time

We are entering the next evolution stage in the planetary consciousness fields as a result from the bifurcation in the time fields that began over six months ago. This is the magnetic split occurring between timelines which govern humanities continued evolution and direction on the earth plane as we move into future time. This is like a galactic superhighway access into the planetary architecture that acts similarly as an interdimensional routing network. Humanity is at an imperative intersection of making the vibrational choice of one’s spiritual authority that is creating an overall qualitative energetic measurement. Humanity is facing the crossroads in time between progressing into the highest expression of one’s best future scenario or, digressing into a very painful downfall into the rock bottom of chaos, violence, and suffering. Radical Magnetic Anomalies

We are undergoing another stage of core magnetic field shifting that radically elevates the magnetic tone resonance that emanates from the inner core of the planet. Because of how the magnetic field resonances connect with our brain’s Neural Net and stations of consciousness, the 3D personality will lose coherence in its linear logical processing. Therefore, humanity is confronted with the necessity of adapting to the major changes occurring in their world, the modification of how they think and what they believe to be true. The global brain is changing in relation to radical magnetic anomalies generated from quantum shifts in the spinning rotational axis, which is impacting our Brain, thinking and neurological processing. Drastic magnetic shifts give rise to the sensations of magnetic compression and compaction in matter that are very uncomfortable on the physical body. [10]

Planetary Magnetic Realignment

Magnetic Flip, No Cataclysmic Pole Shift

Thus, the return of the Emerald Order restores the Emerald Ray which carries the energetic catalyst that is similar to a lightning strike that delivers a blast of massive plasma current directly into the inner chambers of the Emerald Crystal Heart center in the planetary body. This event causes an electromagnetic reset in the Planetary Grid Network or Albion Lightbody, which will flip the magnetic positions. [12]

Molecular Compaction

The planetary magnetic field is the mechanism by which excessive Molecular Compaction was being generated by the NAA machinery to keep Carbon Matter Locked Down in time loops within extremely low frequencies and density. The magnetic field binds the mathematical programs and Light Symbol Codes into the Earth’s holographic matrix and grid system to run specific archetypal patterns and extremely low qualities of consciousness energy, such as the artificial red wave pulses. “Depression is a symptom of soul disconnection and the confusion of not knowing who you really are as a spiritual identity. When your heart is closed, when your emotions are closed, when your consciousness is shut down, a human becomes very sad and depressed. That state of depression from soul disconnection is related to this black subtle frequency force that is transmitted from the moon, from lunar forces and from the artificial control of the magnetic field. The more spiritually developed we become, the more goodness and light we have accumulated in our Krystal heart and aura. The more Virtues we develop, the more power we receive to start bringing in that higher frequency, to build a strong spiritual body. Our strong spiritual body and direct relationship with God, is what protects us from the effects of the artificial manipulation of the geomagnetic field, and the consequent spreading of the Negative Polarity of the black forces. Most people on our planet are negatively impacted by the buildup of these black forces in their mind, body and spirit, as well as in the earth. When people do not know the black subtle forces are being used in AI targeting and the Transhumanist agenda, and there is no awareness of how to clear that mental construct or to refocus the mind on positivity, these frequencies can have a very negative effect when they become embodied. Further, these entities using the black hole technologies are spreading and proliferating much more black force substance and Gravitational Corruption into the earth field. This generates toxic black energy that we call Dead Energy or Miasma which becomes littered in the planetary fields, and the extreme density of it makes many people feel very apathetic, confused and depressed.”

As an example, many sensitive and empathic people can feel the impacts of Psychic Attack or dark interference when more of the black subtle forces are being transmitted into the earth during certain moon phases. The Moon Phases also connect to the activities of the Moon Lineages, who have consciousness bodies that are made up of these same black substance forces. Some of these entities can also be called Black Hole Entities. They have no way to generate or produce a light source, so they exist as parasites on earth humans that do have a light source. The more black force proliferated in the earth field and in human bodies, the more easily these black hole entities can move around, possess human bodies or become active on the earth. It is easy to connect the desire to spread these black forces as directly connected to the purposes behind the Satanic Agendas that are growing steadily on the earth.

Most people on our planet are negatively impacted by the buildup of these black forces in their mind, body and spirit, as well as in the earth. When people do not know the black subtle forces are being used in AI targeting and the Transhumanist agenda, and there is no awareness of how to clear that mental construct or to refocus the mind on positivity, these frequencies can have a very negative effect when they become embodied. All living organisms interact and interconnect with electromagnetic waves, and all of the earth’s inhabitants, have the memory of the original earth based DNA, which is resonant to the low frequency waves emitted by the Schumann Resonances into the earth’s atmosphere.  The Schumann Resonances are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth’s electromagnetic field, which is similar to say that these pulses are the heartbeat rhythms of the planet.  For this reason, most people are extremely open to conduct these waves of Electromagnetic Signaling through their personal Bio-Neurology that is being stimulated by these ranges of extremely low frequencies, such as 7.83 Hz, what became known as the measurement of the fundamental range of these waves on the earth.  This range of low frequency is commonly produced in the human brain, when relaxed in alpha or theta states.  Extremely low frequency or Radio Waves that are artificially or naturally generated can phase with these same frequencies in the human body, having an array of impacts on human Electromagnetic and DNA Signals which further effect brain waves and the state of Consciousness.

For the first time in recorded history, the Schumann Resonance has reached frequencies of 36+ and is heading for maximum spike levels approaching 50 Hz.  This is a big deal and yet there is no publicly provided information on how this spike is impacting the earth’s geomagnetic field and how this radically effects the human body.

Three years ago in 2014, when the Schumann Resonance frequency had risen to the 15-25 Hz levels from its usual 7.83 frequency, it was considered as a strange anomaly that was occurring to the earth.  The earth’s frequency is speeding up and this greatly impacts all of the functions of the human brain, as well as impacting the heart beat and breathing rhythm.  As the Schumann frequency is accelerating quickly through these consecutive magnetic spike events, this acceleration contributes to time and spatial disorientation, as many of us feel like time has sped up and events and changes in our life are happening much more quickly.

Because of how the magnetic field works with our brain’s Neural Net, we will see that those human beings working with only the ego personality program, those that are stationed in their identity as a 3D being, those groups are going to have a more difficult time right now adapting in the changing spike in frequencies.  We are all getting prompted to move into higher intelligent forms if we so choose to co-create in these forces of transformation during the Ascension Cycle.  The identity programs, such as collective archetypes used for Mind Control, are starting to be removed, short out, or change.  These archetypes are being changed in the way they were being pulsed into the planetary magnetic field.  This is going to create schisms and incongruence in terms of when someone is speaking to you purely from their personality program, or the Negative Ego.  People stuck in the lower mind and pain body will lose coherence in linear thinking and generate more impulsive and erratic behaviors stemming from their uncleared unconscious mind as it merges with the larger system of the collective unconsciousness in the earth body.

As these magnetic structures on planet are becoming more choppy, from the gaps created between the fission/fusion particle rate changing, this creates gaps in the ego/personality program function.  The ego will have more difficulty articulating and communicating in linear concepts that appear rational and logical with common sense and coherence.  What appears to be rational and logical behavior for a person will be adaptive to the perception of the desires of their personality program.  The personality will lose coherency and break down.  Therefore, this profile of person will have more radical issues pressuring them with the necessity to adapt to the changes required ahead.

Magnetic Point of Divergence

The lower the quality of overall energy, the more unstable and disconnected the personal and environmental experience on earth will become.  The higher the quality of overall energy, the more stable and connected the personal and environmental experience on earth will become.  The planetary collective energy field has many, many layers of intersection links which are building more access points into diagonal lines moving throughout interdimensional fields.  These links make it possible to directly intersect into many different reality timelines, traveling in the past, present and future.  This is called transdimensional time travel.  The accumulative effect of gradually increasing frequency and changing instruction sets in many of the transdimensional time and space fields has reached a point of divergence.  The culmination of reaching this point of divergence within trans-time and space is forcing the shift of the overall planetary energy field parameters.  That pressure of force being applied in the planetary energy field is resulting in accumulative intensity and extreme polarity amplification.  When the extreme polarity of combined forces that exist together within a collective energy field reaches its apex, a split occurs.  This is called the point of divergence within the fixed point in the field, in the range of possibilities in which a Bifurcation of Time transpires.

Matter Polarity in Attraction Reversal

At the point of divergence moving forward in time, as the extreme poles of frequency are then split apart, they are further continually repelled from the strong force generated from the simultaneous amplification of each side of the existing polarities.  This is a reversal of the current comprehension in 3D particle matter polarity structure, in which opposites attract and likes repel.  The way to describe this is as a quantum event transpiring in the anti-particle energy fields where the polarity attraction at a certain frequency threshold reverses.  The previous merging of opposing polarities of vibrational force is reduced as there is a bifurcation and thus curvature made within the space time continuum.  This bifurcation means the fundamental lowest frequency will spiral into a continual descending pattern which greatly amplifies the increasing low frequency in density, increased energetic compaction.  Conversely, the higher frequency threshold will break away from the extreme polarity of the lower base frequency and roll upwards into the next higher dimensional frequency octave, of increased energetic expansion and weightlessness.  This is similar to expressing that the pressure of vibrational force exerted upon the higher frequency from the lowest frequency, that creates an average fundamental frequency while co-existing in a group energy field, will cease to exist in the same way as it has in the past.

Research of Schumann

There is the urgent need for further research into the Schumann Resonance effect to help educate people on how the Sun and the magnetic field radically impact human bodies and human behavior.  Although the Schumann Resonance could easily be confirmed by measurements at the time of its discovery, it is no longer so obvious due to our atmosphere being filled with manmade radiation noise and artificial signals at different frequencies.  The artificial signals almost drown out the natural signals,  signals that have been on the earth through aeons of evolution.  These natural signals act like a natural tuning fork, not just for the biological oscillators of the brain and heart, but for all processes of life.

With the advent of wireless technology, in particular microwaves pulsed at frequencies close to Schumann Resonances as in mobile telephony, another problem is emerging.  Humans are creating an environment that is literally out of tune with nature itself.  And it is at this point that there is an urgent need for us to understand how everything alive responds to the most subtle changes in magnetic and electromagnetic fields surrounding us.  For instance, we need to examine the possible interaction between magnetite crystals within cells and the many manmade and artificial magnetic fields in the environment.

There is a great need for independent research into the bio-compatibility between natural and artificial signals.  By linking together the potential importance of Schumann Resonance and the dangers posed by manmade pulsed frequencies, it will become apparent that unless we find a way to use bio-compatible signals to power new technology, we may expose all life to dangers previously not encountered.  We may have to pay a high price for this shortsightedness.  Serious attention must now be paid to the possible biological role of standing waves in the atmosphere, so that we do not overlook the importance of oscillations in nature that may be central to consciousness and life itself.  Source: The late Dr. Neil Cherry, a fierce opponent of the frequencies used in mobile telephony, has also focused on the importance of Schumann Resonance in his publications ‘Schumann Resonances, a plausible biophysical mechanism for the human health effects of Solar/Geomagnetic Activity’ (2002), and ‘Human intelligence: The brain, an electromagnetic system synchronized by the Schumann Resonance signal’ (2003).

Staying Relaxed is Important Now

• Learn the  12D Shield,  ES Core Triad  practices and make the consistent dedication to clear fear and pain in one’s body.

• Breathing exercises and relaxing the physical body as deeply as possible.  Relax the mind, relax the body, allow the energy to move through you and visualize it moving in spirals up the spine and out of your crown.

• Stay as present in the now moment as possible, work on the mind stillness with the steps of; Observe, Discern, Accept and Neutral to remain in Observer Point.  Clear and refocus your mind away from fear and controlling the result.

• Take care of what you eat and drink, eat smaller and simpler meals.  The body has to work harder to digest, so pay attention and listen to what the body really wants to eat.

• Stay hydrated and soak in water or take salt baths.  Toning, meditating and singing in the bath, can help immensely.

• Allow yourself quiet time, rest and stay away from people and circumstances that are emotionally theatrical, manipulating and controlling.  Be sure to clear yourself of engaging in these tendencies.    Seek to find more harmony, peace and balance in one’s life.

• Research  Ascension  to be informed and speak and communicate with those people that understand and have experienced the same.  Know that this is normal for humans to have spiritual awakenings, and many people are undergoing the exact same things that you are.

• If your body feels constricted, engage in a physical activity or stretching to help the body be more open and relaxed.  Be in Nature or walks with your pet, gentle movement or massage processes.  Intend to stay grounded and to ground your internal spirit in your body.
