The purpose of this exercise, to have an in depth comprehension of the Cross theology and how it has suppressed our consciousness. When we can understand what it is, we can fully participate with the Deconstruction of the Cross within ourselves, thus, ending our own experience of Consciousness crucifixion.

Artificial Cross Architecture

The purpose of the artificial cross architecture designed to uphold Cross Theology is to enslave humanity through the crucifixion and promote blood sacrifice of their inner spiritual being or Personal Christ self. Thus, this is the time of the Deconstruction of the Cross, as remembering the history of how humanity was crucified on the Cross in the past, is exactly how we can take ourselves off of it.

Since the Dark Age began 11,500 years ago, humanity has been crucified on a prison planet and held hostage by Archontic Controllers who control the planet and human life force. The means of human enslavement was to be trapped in a hologram of consciousness crucifixion through the use of religious mind control while being nailed to a cross as a blood sacrifice. All human beings have been incarnated with crucifixion implants which impale their left side and prevent the spiritual consciousness from expanding biologically. As we awaken and remember, we are capable to remove these implants and their impacts from our Consciousness.

The inner Christ potential of humanity was crucified through the NAA promotion of spreading belief systems of salvation in the parameter of violent religions that require worship of blood or human sacrifice. The inner violence of one’s crucifixion was projected through the belief systems that shaped the violent religions. These violent religions were created by the invading parasites of the NAA, and were used to spread the ideology of blood sacrifice and human sacrifice as acts of spiritual devotion and piety. The people who died violently at the hand of another were called Martyrs or Saints, and this archetype was given as role models for humans to die violent deaths in the name or purposes of God. The purpose of martyrdom is binding and servitude to the astral realms of NAA control. This area of the astral plane is called the False Ascension Matrix or FAM.

The Cross and its NAA religious theology were borne upon a spiritually crucified humanity that had forgotten their past, forgotten how to access their spiritual consciousness and forgot their true star origins. Through wiping clean humanities DNA memories with this intentional amnesia of mind control agenda, violent world religions with deceptive doublespeak were promoted to spread aggressively on the earth. These would be the core belief systems that would be shaped culturally into the collective world-scape forming the foundation of the anti-human value systems that influence cultures, society and governments today. Through the NAA’s made up time tables of written history, destroying most Atlantian artifacts and the crucifying of humankind through Jesus tortuous death, violent world religions could be promoted and spread. These violent religions make continual justifications for the necessity of human and blood sacrifice as Gods will for the sins of humankind.

Persecution Complex of Humanity

We have been told to accept written books of record from the False King of Tyranny that control its interpretation to the masses, as the word of a loving God. We were told to believe that same loving God would kill his only son for ransom towards Satan, in a torturous blood sacrifice. Further, that we would have to symbolically eat his flesh and blood in ritual ceremony, in order to be saved by him from our sins.

If our marketed and sold version of God performs human and blood sacrifice, cannibalism of Christ, Misogyny, and yet humans are supposed to have a spiritual goal to be as virtuous as Jesus Christ, this is one clever way to promote spiritual terrorism. This is the persecution of the true spiritual nature and the intentional consciousness crucifixion of any human being that is aligned with real Christ Virtues. This is the strategic and deliberate spiritual oppression of humans that want to live in accordance to Christos attributes.

To worship the tortured body of Christ as a bloodied sacrifice on a Cross made by Gods will, promotes fear, terror and the continual rhetoric of violence throughout the subconscious and conscious minds of all people on the earth. This violent agenda and belief in blood sacrifice and “holy wars” spreads into other World Religions and Cultural belief systems like Islam. The result of promoting human violence as an acceptable means of “survival of the fittest” for any human culture is designed for the same anti-human agenda for spiritual oppression and enslavement. Spiritual oppression is to spread and promote separation, fear and violence throughout the cultural landscape of all human beings, thus descending our planet into a barbaric race with low morality, no reverence or ethics for life, nor accountable to the future direction and evolution of the species.

Evolving Beyond Blood Sacrifice

Thus, we enter the phase of which the laws governing the energy architecture on our earth undergo evolutionary change to evolve beyond the continual feeding of Consumptive Modeling, Blood Sacrifice and energy vampirism. If we do not awaken to remember that we were ALL crucified on this planet to spiritually oppress our race, we cannot escape the Mind Control of the Cross salvation model of human blood sacrifice to the Alien False Gods. The human genocide and blood sacrifice model was installed in the planetary architecture as software and therefore embedded in collective consciousness through Holographic Inserts. The Cross Emanations are machinery, Alien Implants with technological mind control which are designed to promote violent religions and all cultural belief systems that promote war, Martyrdom and killing. This influence extends beyond the death of the physical body and impacts the soul body, many times forcing the being to submit to bindings of servitude or repeated reincarnation.

This machinery has influenced the collective consciousness of the planet, way beyond any type of belief system of Religion, whether Orthodox, Reformed, Atheism, or Agnostic. It crosses all barriers of genetics, race or culture, and penetrates into the subconscious mind control that is beamed out through biological warfare technology which shapes our belief systems on the planet to submit to warring consciousness within Patriarchal Domination. If you’ve been experiencing a lot of change, loss and uncertainty in your life lately, you can know you are deep into your ascension process. These are perhaps the most common indications that you’re in the process of making your way through the higher Fourth Dimension, preparing you to eventually enter the Fifth.

But it’s generally not a lot of fun, dealing with this process. Many people are finding that so much is changing in their lives and within their being, it can be frightening. They feel lost, without a compass to guide them through the ever-shifting reality they’ve entered into.

It seems to be harder than ever to know which decision to make in any moment, not knowing where it might take you. The old ways of feeling certain about your life seem to be falling away — the old relationships that used to provide comfort, the old situations that gave you a sense of financial stability, and the old beliefs that used to guide you. There’s nothing much to hold onto anymore to feel safe and certain of who you are and where you’re going.

You are a Pioneer

And this is because you are a pioneer on this path into the Fifth Dimension. Most people haven’t a clue yet about this journey. It’s a whole new experience for humanity — and one also that evidently no other beings in the universe have ever made before, while taking their physical bodies with them. So much of it is still unknown.

But you, as a courageous lightworker, have volunteered to go ahead as a pioneer to help forge this path.

As a result, you may find there are not yet a lot of road signs where you are traveling or obvious pointers as to which way to go at any given point. You may feel totally alone on the path. Unidentified crossroads may confuse you; apparent dead ends may cause you to doubt yourself. You may have to backtrack and choose a different unknown road to take, often to another unknown destination. It’s no wonder you can feel lost for a while until you find your bearings again.

Trust is the Only Option

There are times when your only option is to make the leap into total trust — trust of the Universe, Source, Higher Self — whatever you want to call the guidance you find within you. Outer sources of information — opinions of friends and family, or experts you find — just don’t cut it anymore.

Nor do the thoughts your rational mind is generating based on information you’ve received from the outside. Your mind only knows how to fruitlessly spin its wheels when trying to understand things that are beyond its capabilities.

What you hear from these sources may have worked in the past when you were still functioning fully within third-dimensional consciousness. But you’re now in unknown higher-dimensional territory, and your guidance at this point has to come from within you.

Trusting the messages from this inner source requires a trust you may have never had to develop before. In the past, it was relatively easy to determine how to survive — physically, financially, and emotionally. You could figure out how to get the things you needed and the emotional support you craved from people and circumstances around you.

But now, you may have come to realize that this strategy doesn’t work very well anymore. And, if you’re really self-aware, you may also see how trying to continue living in this way keeps you in a low-level state of anxiety, especially if you come to realize in the end that you have very little control over many outer conditions.

Shifting Toward the Fifth Dimension

As you move toward fifth-dimensional consciousness, you will find you need to let go of this limited strategy. If you are strongly attached to believing that things and people outside of you are responsible for your sense of safety, survival and happiness, you will probably be given the opportunity to find out that they are not. Many of these outer supports may disappear (either temporarily or permanently) to show you this.

If, for example, you lose your job, your life savings, your health, or an important relationship — know that this learning dynamic may be what’s operating. Instead of panicking, see if you can drop inside yourself and align with a trust that you will find the means of survival and stability in other ways — perhaps in ways that will bring you an even greater sense of joy, security and freedom.

Stay in the Present Moment

Remember: if you can stay in the present moment and not be panicked about what may happen in the future, you can usually find you are really okay right now. You have all the essential things you need to be reasonably comfortable and at peace.

And think about it: you really never know what’s around the corner up ahead of you — especially these days. Something very surprising can appear that will help you handle the hurdle you see in the future, something that will “save” you. If you reflect for a moment, you have probably had little miracles like this occur for you in the past. There are so many things that can happen out of the blue that you have no idea about.

Expect miracles, truly expect them — and they will happen. The higher fourth-dimensional energies now flooding the planet can create them for you with ease.

Surrender to What-Is

Still, it’s true — expecting miracles and looking within yourself for your security may be difficult at those times when you’re in great fear. If all familiar supports are falling away, and who you’ve known yourself to be seems to be disappearing, it can feel terrifying.

What you need to do at such times is to simply surrender to what-is in the moment — fully accept all of the situation, along with all your emotional reactions to it, as your reality at the present moment — without judgment, struggle, or grasping. Allow yourself to let go and just be with yourself with all of it, while consciously loving yourself with compassion. But don’t fall into your misery or wallow in it. Stay conscious and be fully with yourself, choosing to surrender to what feels beyond you to fix — and trust that a higher YOU will step in to resolve the situation.

Discover the Real YOU

If you look closely, you will realize that the disappearing parts of yourself are just parts of your personality self that are leaving. You discover that there’s a Higher YOU inside that never changes. It’s the YOU that was the same when you were 3 years old, 15 and 35 years old. It is, and always has been, the YOU that is real.

It is also the one that has always been leading you through life, whether you’ve been aware of it or not. In these current experiences of deep insecurity and loss of connection to outer supports, know that you are being called to trust this Higher YOU — your Higher Self.

See if you can trust that it knows exactly what it’s doing in bringing about changes in your life, including losses that initially seem painful. Know that the things you are losing are likely essential for you to lose so as to prepare you for entering the Fifth Dimension.

Trust Turns into Knowing

In fifth-dimensional consciousness, there is no reliance on anything in the outer world for a sense of safety or survival. There is only reliance on trust — trust that life will bring you absolutely everything you need, when you need it. And you find that this happens over and over again. Eventually this trust is replaced by a secure knowing, a certainty based on your own experience in seeing that you are always taken care of.

But until that knowing fully develops, trust is what you need to rely on. Trust that you are being guided and taken care of with the utmost compassion and wisdom. And, with trust as your guide, you will find synchronicities blooming all around you; little miracles will become commonplace in your life. And the more you live from this place of trust, the stronger your trust will become.

You’ll see that there is nothing outside in the world that is permanent or totally dependable for your safety or survival. But with the trust you have inside, it won’t matter. You’ll have everything you need.

Learning to live fully from a place of trust is not always easy. But the relaxation and freedom from fear you experience when you begin to achieve this are monumental and will change your entire experience of life.

When our inner world is drastically opposing or incongruent with the outer world in which we present ourselves or have co-created, this misalignment generates a frequency spectrum of Cross Spirals that can have a strong energetic impact. Cross spirals are generated from the presence of oppositional forces that are co-created by the extreme polarities in Group Consciousness fields. These opposing forces intersect at some point in time, generating an explosive effect when a gross misalignment is present. The misalignment can be co-created from a lack of awareness in situations or self, or during interactions with others and their control structures, where the Cross Spirals generated can have a destructive or chaotic effect that result in a great many upheavals. These upheavals may continue until the individual can figure out where the misalignment is occurring, and can take steps to remedy the incongruent factors by learning how to align to the Natural Laws.

These extreme polarities can be unknowingly co-created inside of our own body, or with those dark forces which are generated in the environmental energies of the collective unconsciousness. When these chaotic forces of unconsciousness are exposed to, or intersecting with an extremely high frequency that is in Alignment to the Natural Laws, this can generate cross spirals which quickly collapse projects or pull people and things into opposing directions. A common example of increased volatility that presents as cross spirals in the environment is when broadcasted artificial intelligence frequency waves meet the inner spiritual forces, which generates organic liquid plasma Trinity Waves. AI is not in Alignment to Natural Laws and thus, impacts the individual and planetary body by generating volatility and forces of chaos which manifest as growing Black Subtle Forces, Miasma blockages and increasing disease in the Collective Consciousness fields. Amplification of these cross spirals increase the chaotic forces in the environment, which lends to increased volatility, Entropy and energetic instability in those systems of energy and their environments.

The bifurcation event has amplified the phenomena of Cross Spirals being increasingly generated in the environment, in collective consciousness and within energetic structures, based upon its system of energy and the laws in which that structure has been originally organized and intended. This is especially hitting the masses of people unaware of Universal Laws, who have inadvertently aligned with malevolent structures, not understanding the inherent conflict in energetic consequences. If the outer forces are misaligned with the hidden or inner forces, the incongruence between them generates a range of forces of chaos and volatility. Thus, cross spirals are manifested between the extreme polarities that may co-exist in the same space momentarily, reflecting the vibrational differences that exist between the inner and outer. When those oppositional forces meet in matter or manifest in the outer scape, they are either based in Alignment or misalignment with the natural laws.

To understand the phenomenon of how cross spirals are being generated, let’s break down the difference between the architecture of the Krystal Spiral frequencies (which are in alignment to natural law) and the architecture used by the NAA and Controlling forces in the Fibonacci Spiral, which is a model of Metatronic Reversal frequencies, in order to be able to better discern these opposing forces and the effect of their energetic collisions, more readily in the outerscape.

The differences between the Krystal Spiral and Fibonacci Spiral and the Golden Ratio Fibonacci spiral and sequence can be understood in terms of their respective relationships to their creation point. The Krystal Spiral and the mathematical sequence from which it emerges comes directly from the Zero Point or central point of all union. The Krystal Spiral perpetually retains a living, breathing connection through the preservation of what came before, as it expands through multiplication. Out of the one comes the many. This statement is to contemplate the profound meaning of the Aquarian influence during the 12th alchemical stage of Multiplication. Multiplication is the alchemical process which greatly increases the concentrated refinement, energetic effectiveness and sphere of influence of the embodied biological Christos-Sophia eternal light source.

The opposite of the Krystal Spiral is the Fibonacci Spiral. The Fibonacci Spiral is a model of Metatronic Reversal in the consciousness fields that ultimately attach like a parasite to a living host, collecting waste products, such as accumulating toxic Miasma fields which form into the Qlippoth or Adverse Sephiroth, in the Phantom Matrix to infect the Universal Tree of Life.

The original organic Krystal Spiral is created from the math included in humanities organic core manifestation body and is represented in the 12 Tree Grid and Diamond Sun DNA. The Krystal architecture is self perpetuating and inner sustaining, its math is represented by including Zero Point or Zero in its numerical sequence: 0, 1, 1 , 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, etc., through doubling each numerical value. Each of the numerical values is derived though returning to Zero and adding all of the numbers together to get to the next highest value in its sequence. The value of Zero represents the central point of union, or Zero Point God Source, while increasing the values of the Krystal Spiral the Consciousness remains connected to the original Source field while progressively expanding.

The planetary body and Planetary Logos are now free to follow the Krystal Spiral architecture in order to heal and help evolve the earth inhabitants and species to a path of ascending consciousness since 2012, during the Krystal hosting change. Fallen life forms have been undergoing sequential Bifurcation of Time in the consciousness fields and have no other choice but to split into the direction of the Fibonacci Spiral, unless they choose rehabilitation or transiting through Guardian Krystal Host protocols. The Fallen species do not have a DNA template that allows them to rise into higher dimensions, or hijack the Krystal Spiral or those human beings that are connected to that architecture. When this Bifurcation of Time and the subsequent frequency split occurred, it made higher grid wars to control the Gates impossible. As a result of the change in planetary architecture to heal into its original organic path of Krystal Spiral, the earth can continue to accrete more Higher Source Energy and is out of the control of the fallen life forms.

The Permanent Seed Atom is the center point for the Krystal Spiral which maintains that connection to this center at every stage of consciousness expansion. The points on the Krystal Spiral are connected to the 8th Chakra energy center by the central vertical lines of the 12 Tree Grid.

Metatronic Spiral formulas in the planetary architecture are used to spread an inverted system of anti-life reversals into our world, in order to run black magic and facilitate the technological abuses that are used by the Controllers to dominate and maintain control over the planet and the population.

Metatronic Reversal is an entropic system of architecture intended to digress consciousness from the original Christos Divine Blueprint of the 12 Tree Grid, and manifest the closed source system of Anti-Christ life forms. When the original creation program of the Krystal Code from God Source is altered or modified in any way, the ability to self-regenerate and ascend is interrupted, from the loss of energy present. This eventually leads to energetic collapse or internal implosion of the Blueprint system, which manifests as Fallen Consciousness and then potential annihilation. The black substance that manifests in the lower dimensions is connected to streams of unconscious impersonal forces, elementals and husks that enmesh with the lower spirit hierarchies. This is one way to understand how an excessive amount of black substance that makes up hungry ghosts, shadow creatures, and Satanic hierarchies, became buried and trapped in the earth body.

Qlippoth or Tree of Artificial Life

Metatronic reversals connect to Metatronic Implants in the shadow body or Negative Form that are designed to reverse and drain life force out of the earth body and the human body. The shadow body or Negative Form must be cleared from the human Lightbody in order to reconnect the ascending potential of the twelfth dimensional template of the human body. This unnatural configuration was built by the NAA via Alien Machinery that uses Artificial intelligence to parasitize the earth’s life force to achieve immortality, and this organized structure is referred to as the Tree of Artificial Life, or the Black Tree of Life.

Monadic Reversal

The Electric Wars and Orion Wars are the timelines known as the time of Metatronic Reversal where the electron fields descended into heavy distortion patterns and current reversals, splitting the monadic bodies apart in our Universal system. This also generated a split in the mental body layers which induced fragmentation and increased miasma and diseased states.

The splitting of the Monadic bodies was kept in place by a double looping, closed system of bi-polar geometry structures which would siphon life force and enforce frequency fences. This structure is also in the Golden Eagle Network and keeps that structure operating as a bi-polar geometry, which directly impacts the brain and mental body functioning of all human beings on earth. [See update in January 2013 Newsletter.] The Monadic staff would break apart and fragment before any assimilation or integration of the spiritual bodies could take place in the physical body identity. Much of this grid damage was the result of terrible wars and killing that occurred through the abuse of technology, such as the Armageddon Software program, that also occurred in the higher dimensions during the Galactic Wars. As these timelines become remembered through awakening and the cellular memories become unpacked on the earth, psychological manipulation may be targeted to suppress the males awakening that are based in these previous histories that include war memories. This particular timeline manipulation through artificial intelligence is a war and militarization program with an “Enforcer to Protector” archetypal mind control broadcast. It’s a twisted game to trick the males on the earth to believe that he is protecting his domain for freedom and liberty, when he really is being used as a pawn to enforce the ongoing rape and killing of his own global family members on the earth. This program for global militarization to enforce a global killing machine for the purpose of serving the Controllers selfish interest, is the biggest soul wound that exists in the Family of Michael.

Fibonacci Spiral

With the NAA invasion history and the war with competing off planet species writing code into the planetary Morphogenetic Field to modify human DNA, and to genetically manipulate the original divine human core manifestation body, the 12 Tree Grid, extradimensional entities used the Fibonacci sequence and created AI energetic wave spirals of which to hijack, siphon and steal energy from the planetary body and humanity. These artificially generated Fibonacci Spirals are inorganic, vampiric and created through Alien Machinery and AI technology. This is how the Metatronic Reversal fields were created, as well as the Adverse Sephiroth or Artificial Tree of Life that is represented in Kabbalah teachings, made popular by Black Magicians such as Aleister Crowley. The Metatronic code is based on two spheres of Bi-Wave Influences of the Vesica Pisces instead of the eternal life three spheres, or Trinity Wave. Metatronic code manifests reverse merkaba ratios which forces peoples Merkabas to spin in ways that prevents Ascension.

Reversal 55 Grid

Reversal 555 and 553 are the two timelines hijacked by the NAA in our 3D dimension to progress into the Alpha Omega or the 911 (Armageddon) Software. 55 and 53 are the fractional ratios which determine the spin of the electron vs. proton ratios in the merkaba. These are inorganic timelines that are based on the Fibonacci sequence that manifests in Metatronic Reversal, reverse merkaba ratios based on mathematical doubling of harmonics related to number 5, used by Thoth Grids to hijack the DNA from the Astral fields and thwart the progression of Expanding Consciousness of the earth and humanity.

These are Black Hole technologies that were orchestrated on purpose by which this planet has been imprisoned through these fallen forces of NAA, and to which during the Ascension Cycle are undergoing a systematic dismantling.

AI Interferes with Embodiment

Additionally, Transhumanism generally seeks to explain the body and brain function as purely computational machinery that is responsible for our cognitive capacities and informational processing. Its proponents believe these are what make the merge of artificial intelligence technology with the human body a positive technological advancement towards humanity’s future evolutionary direction. Nothing is further from the truth.

The real agenda behind Transhumanism is to interfere with the true higher consciousness embodiment process during the Ascension Cycle, by sublimating higher consciousness embodiment to be replaced with the insertion of artificially intelligent machines and virtual realities.

The Electric Wars Timeline

The Electric Wars timeline holds major causal Trigger Event memories of when Artificial intelligence technology was in its earlier phases in this Universe. This timeline represents the pre-assimilation stages of the Black Subtle Forces in the phantom matrices, before gradually converting them into AI systems. The eighth astrological precession was the time of the Orion Invasion event that occurred as a result of the Stargate damage in the 8th portal, and through each of the subsequent planetary time cycles, the Alien Machinery was methodically brought into each dimension in order to reach the lowest density of the material reality. Essentially, the NAA plan was to bring the Electric War dramas to the matter fields of the earth in order to anchor it into the physical realm, which shifts future timelines.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “The Road to Resilience”

Dear ES Family,

Over the last decade, with the steady amplification of polarities, the rising intensity of external energies and forces, the challenges that we may have to face that test our character, test our mettle, seem to have been greatly magnified. We have often spoken about the planetary Dark Night of the Soul, and by observing the outer world, its clear that its in full swing. Over the past year, I have prayed countless times for guidance on what is the best process for helping people that are enduring extreme challenges, and painful transitions, when they have not been educated with strong coping skills or given proper support towards knowing the absolute necessity of cultivating resilience. We live in a culture of mind control to shape weak characters, and habits that weaken our mind, body and energy field, so that we are easily overwhelmed by dominating forces and challenges. Life on earth is not easy, it is a tough school of knocks in which we can learn a tremendous amount, especially now.

To survive these challenges, we have to look at life on earth as lessons and learning, looking at painful or negative events as an opportunity to see something that we did not see before, or to change how we perceive the world around us. As we learn from our life experiences and we can observe more clearly, we gain more emotional intelligence and the ability to explore our true purpose. Why did you come to earth now? All of us have things to accomplish on earth during the ascension cycle, and these experiences are deeply personal, intimate and unique to who we are. No other person can define the spiritual purpose for another, this is our responsibility to find out. To gain an accurate assessment of the reality we find ourselves, we will need to know ourselves very deeply. We may need to take off the rose colored glasses of denial in order to to see the accurate truth inside things, or we may need to find the light that does exist in the darkness while it sleeps, finding faith, love and acceptance in the spirit of humanity. At the rate of change and transformation we are enduring resilience is an important skill to cultivate for mental and emotional wellbeing.

Stability, Resilience and Tough Times

People may have gathered many delusions in their belief system about what it means to be happy and to feel pleasure, which is instant gratification that is portrayed by the mainstream media and consumptive modeling to make us believe in such fantasies and crafted advertisements as if they are real stories. Instant gratification teaches us little, we cannot learn about ourselves and the world we live in, if we believe instant gratification and selfish desires are the meaning of life. This is a luciferian and satanic narrative to keep us weakened and trapped in material delusions and Service to Self ego games.

Learning how to deal with difficulty, being willing to really see the truth of the matter, is much more productive than clinging to an illusion. To feel content and connected, it is required that you learn how to be strong and self reliant, that you pick yourself up after a fall, and that you know how to refocus your mind away from emotional sadness when you don’t succeed or get your needs met. One of the most important skills we need today, is to live in peace with unmet desires and needs. Attachments make us suffer greatly, and as such we should have preferences and not attachment to the outcome. This does not mean you give up, it means you never give up and look at life as lessons that build character and strength, you keep moving forward the best way you know how to in the moment.

How can you find the inspiration to persist instead of getting depressed or angry when things go awry, and to accept that they often will. Much of the time, life on planet earth is about conflict resolution and learning how to synthesize energies in the world of extremes, to neutralize polarity and return to peace.

How do people deal with difficult events that completely transform and change their lives? The death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious illness, criminal attacks and other traumatic events. These are all examples of very challenging life experiences. Many people react to such difficult circumstances with a flood of strong emotions and a sense of uncertainty and fear, bringing on mental paralysis or anxiety.

What enables people to generally adapt well over time to life-changing situations and stressful conditions? Navigating life’s challenges requires life skills. To develop life skills, you have to live through your life, gaining experience, gaining wisdom from hard earned lessons. This process involves resilience, it is an ongoing process that requires time and effort and engages people in taking a number of steps. Developing resilience is a personal journey towards maturity whereby each person will have to choose different approaches in order to build personal resilience. Resilience is an important energy building tool, being resilient also helps to keep healthy boundaries that build a stronger energy field, or aura.

Building Resilience Principles

  • Connect to your higher purpose and meaning in life.
  • Maintain perspective, look for the larger picture.
  • Find ways to implement your unique talents and strengths.
  • Be realistically optimistic, seek truth for accurate assessments.
  • Generate postive feelings and gratitude for what you do have.
  • Be open minded and flexible in situations, be willing to persevere.
  • Reach out to like minded souls, find connection with others that understand.

Learning from the Past

Focusing on past experiences and sources of personal strength can help you learn about what strategies for building resilience might work for you. By exploring answers to the following questions about yourself and your reactions to challenging life events, you may discover how you can respond effectively to difficult situations in your life.

Consider the following:

  • What kinds of events have been most stressful for me?
  • How have those events typically affected me?
  • Have I found it helpful to think of important people in my life when I am distressed?
  • To whom have I reached out for support in working through a traumatic or stressful experience?
  • What have I learned about myself and my interactions with others during difficult times?
  • Has it been helpful for me to assist someone else going through a similar experience?
  • Have I been able to overcome obstacles, and if so, how?
  • What has helped make me feel more hopeful about the future?

Emotional Intelligence

To cultivate resilience we will also need to understand emotional intelligence. Over the years, I’ve noticed a theme that the older you are, it may be easier to gain emotional intelligence, some people are very emotionally competent and managing emotions is easy for them. While others have to work a lot harder to tame unruly emotions, and need a different approach to clear pain body impulses. The more experience you have in exploring and managing emotional states, the deeper you know yourself, the easier it is to have emotional intelligence. Younger folks seem to struggle with this more in the current tumultuous terrain.

Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to monitor one’s own emotional state and be able to observe other people’s emotions and to distinguish between different emotions and identify them appropriately. When emotional states are able to be observed and discerned for their quality, one may use this emotional sensory information to help guide thinking, behavior and actions. All humans experience some emotional state that help guide our actions in life.

As our Emotional Intelligence increases, one will experience a variety of positive transformations in one’s life. Destructive behavior patterns of the past may transform into more positive behavior as one begins to solve the mysterious puzzle of human interactions and gain a quiet and confident understanding of them. Anxiety may yield to more peaceful, tranquil, and contented feelings as ones deeper emotional understanding increases. One starts to gain improved self-confidence and feel empowered, and less confused and frustrated with circumstances. Overall, one can transform from confused to confident; from clueless to comprehending and enlightened, from fragmented to coherent, from shallow to deep, and from oppressed to liberated, as one learns how to become the authentic self.

We must remember that we are in a war over control over the mind, and limitations and pain we feel are also created in the mind, which means we have the power to remove and clear them from impacting us. Our goal is to build strength in our inner world via inner reflection and meditation, which is building the energetic strength of our energy field, while learning how to observe and remain neutral to what happens in the outer world. We change the locus of power, giving power to our inner spirit and inner world, while removing external influences form having power over us. This takes some time to master.

How do we get there? Building Resilience over time.

The energies in the outer world can be tough, harsh, painful and surreal. That is a fact, and it is what it is. The truth is that this does not have to disturb your inner peace, connection and purpose.
