MICHAEL FORRESTER: “The Powerful Effect of Heart-Centered Healing”

The Powerful Effect of Heart-Centered Healing.jpg

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body.  Fix that and there is no disease, ever.  The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater.  Which one are you using to heal?

Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality.  We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it.  The outcome depends on both.

Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state.  How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment.  There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body.  Rectify that, and disease cannot exist… it would be impossible.

All the emotions are varieties of two: fear and love.  Fear/stress is contagious and causes contraction: inhibits creativity, brain activity, inhibits the immune system, selective perception and over extensive periods of time leads to breakdown.  Love (positive beliefs and emotions) has high impact and causes expansion: creativity, physical and mental endurance, more productivity in shorter time because we take decisions quicker because we are receptive and highly perceptive.  This a question of Math, HeartMath, as per the contribution in this field of the HeartMath Institute: when one has accurate information, they make better decisions.

The research behind the evolution of HeartMath came from the idea that the body’s emotional response to events do not always occur from “top-down” processing (i.e., the brain sends signals to the heart and other organs, and the body responds accordingly).  Rather, it has now proven that often times our emotional state triggers our heart to send out its own signals to the brain and other organs, and the body then responds accordingly.  For instance, while two-way communication between the cognitive and emotional systems is hard-wired into the brain, the actual number of neural connections going from the emotional centers to the cognitive centers is greater than the number going the other way.  Have you ever: Made a “rash” decision?  Done something dangerous on impulse?  Taken a risk because you believed in it?  This research helps explain the influence emotions have on our ability to think and act.

In fact, researchers at HeartMath have determined that the physiology and nerve centers of the heart are so complex and active, that they constitute a “brain” all on their own, termed a “mini-brain.”  We now know that the heart contains cells that produce and release norepinephrine and dopamine, neurotransmitters once thought to be produced only by the brain and ganglia outside the heart.  Even more remarkable is the discovery that the heart produces oxytocin — the “love hormone” — in concentrations that are as high as those in the brain.

7 Simple Actions To Create Positive Feelings

1.  Think about the colleagues who helped you today.  Thank them in your heart.  Think about your current assignments.  Know that they will work out well and work from this space

2.  What is it that you would like to have professionally?  A new project?  With whom?  Think about it in detail, be specific and imagine you are already working on it.

3.  Entertain the feeling of celebration that arises in your heart.  From this space take the appropriate actions to make it happen.

4.  Find ways to help your colleagues, or make them feel that you care.  Do one invisible act of kindness per day, or more if you want to.

5Before starting your work day give thanks and envision it the way you want it to be.

6.  When finishing your work day give thanks and clear it of negative emotions (which come out of fear that we know now is illusion) Do not take them at home or preserve for the next day.

7.  Smile.

The time of crisis is literally here: there is the fast pace of our world, the assault of too much to do with too little time and resources.  Being in the present moment is just a concept for most of us and has little translation to daily life practice.  Fear is widespread and is polluting us on a very cellular level: hypertension, autoimmune diseases, cancer, infertility, chronic back problems, anxiety, and depression; the list could continue forever.  The difference is how we interpret crisis because we can be at complete peace in the midst of chaos.

Can we live the life we want?  Can we be authentic in our speech?  Can we identify and release our underlying limiting beliefs so that we begin a new commitment towards genuine compassion, abundance, love and connection?  Your commitment will show in your body and intentions.

AHTAYAA LEIGH: “Embody Your Divinity with the Golden Ray”

ss4jxfb-2

“The golden ray is such a dynamic force, and it is here to affect real change.  It goes directly to the root cause of every imbalance drawing out blocked energies that are keeping us from allowing the life force to flow through us unencumbered.  The golden ray heals the wound of separation, returning us to the heart of Creation.  It unites us with All That Is.”

~Ahtayaa Leigh

There is so much hype around embodying our higher selves.  Bringing spirit into matter is the crux of the great work here on earth. But how do we do that?

How Does It Feel to Embody Divinity?

No person or book can tell us how it feels to be whole.  It is something we must experience for ourselves.  But we can receive support, guidance and useful tools to help us on our path.

The embodiment of our higher selves is no small undertaking.  It is the blending of spirit and matter as expressed through our consciousness.  It is the embodiment of Christ.  When our multidimensional bodies are filled with golden light absolutely everything that is blocking the flow of light is brought to the surface with the opportunity to be transmuted.  But it takes strength and courage to look at these aspects of ourselves in the light and let them go.

The golden ray is the energy of source that carries the Christ consciousness.  The qualities of the golden ray include strength, courage, peace, balance, harmony, love, beauty, joy and creativity.  These are all qualities that are perfectly represented in the Christ mythology.  Strength and courage are particularly important aspects of the golden ray now because they help us face our deepest fears and peacefully transmute them.  Removal of all that does not serve us is a prerequisite to embodying our holy higher selves.  And although the process can seem painful, it is absolutely necessary.

When we are called to the golden ray, it is because we are ready for transformation; truly ready.

The Dynamic Force of the Golden Ray

The golden ray is such a dynamic force, and it is here to affect real change.  It goes directly to the root cause of every imbalance drawing out blocked energies that are keeping us from allowing the life force to flow through us unencumbered.  The golden ray heals the wound of separation, returning us to the heart of Creation.  It unites us with All That Is.

As we delve into the mysteries of both religion and science (in their pure forms), they will all lead us back to one place, the heart.  Each of our heart centers connects us to All That Is.  Our heart centers are interdimensional portals, inner central suns, that can pull through infinite golden light from the source of the universe into our fields.  The portals in our heart centers all lead to the same place, the source of creation.

Heart Energy and the Changing Shift

Through our hearts, energy is transformed into matter, directed by our consciousness.  Our hearts hold the wisdom of all possible lifetimes.  It is our consciousness (of which our thoughts are just a part) that chooses what will be manifest into form through our hearts.  We have been closed off to this power for what seems like far too long, but this is now changing with the shift in the cycles.

So, how can we truly connect with our hearts?  Firstly, we must have faith in Divinity.  We must have faith that we are united with All That Is.  Without faith, it is difficult to move from the head to the heart, the seat of our true power.

Healthy Skepticism and the Doubting Difference

Skepticism is healthy.  We must question everything.  But rather than question first and then experience, we must experience first and then question.  If we question first, we are putting up barriers to receiving the miracles that only come from an unencumbered experience of Divinity.  Doubt begets more doubt, so we find ourselves struggling to move out of doubt at all.  It is a vicious cycle.  We are affirming we have no power, but this is not true, because we each have ALL the power.

There is no need to doubt.  Trust in the higher power within.  Faith begets knowing.  With time those flashes of knowing we receive become our whole life’s experience.  We truly know and never doubt again.  Only then do we expand into the fullness of our Holy Higher Selves.

If we approach everything we do with the spirit of faith and hope, we will be well on our way to embodying Christ consciousness.

OWEN K WATERS: “Shift Frequency — A Vision of the New Earth”

newer-earth

A great shift to a higher consciousness has been accelerating since the 1960s. The progressive portion of humanity is stretching the envelope of human consciousness deep into new territory.

As The Shift progresses over the decades ahead, intuition will bloom and people will begin to notice that their five senses have acquired a new subtlety.

The Earth will be seen as more beautiful than ever, filled with subtleties of color and perfumes that were always there and yet were never before detected.

The spirit of humanity will be focused on peace and hope for a new tomorrow, which will unfold as if it were the arrival of heaven on earth.

Tomorrow’s humanity will develop in the direction of cooperation, not competition. People will treat other people as loved ones and as if they were dear family, because they will see the light within each other and know that we are all connected.

That which used to be a burden will now become a joy, as people work to help each other and support each other.

Gone will be the old way of focusing primarily upon materialistic gain, because people, being heart-centered, will want everyone to have everything that they need and everything that helps make life a joyful experience.

On the technology front, energy will one day be clean and plentiful after we learn to tap into and convert the life-giving etheric energy that flows from the Sun.

Etheric energy has been utilized for thousands of years in non-technological applications under the names chi, prana, and universal life force.

It is the primary energy of the Sun, while the more dense electrical energy is a relatively minor secondary energy.

Nikola Tesla, the inventor of today’s alternating current power systems, experimented with etheric energy, recognized that it behaved quite differently to electric power, and described it as ‘cold electricity.’

It is less than 200 years since the key principles of electric energy were discovered. When the principles of its big brother, etheric energy, are mastered, the door can potentially be opened to a wide variety of long sought-after technologies.

These can include abundant clean energy, gravitational shielding, magnetic space vehicle propulsion, protective force screens, teleportation, and, because etheric energy is vital life energy, a wide array of advanced healing technology.

Eventually, all forms of toxicity will be addressed and remedied. Gone will be thoughtless pollution by toxic chemicals and the smoke of burning fuels.

Gone will be the toxicity of human suffering that pollutes the mental atmosphere which we all share. Gone will be the toxicity of fear and all of its disempowering manifestations.

Love will be the way, and The Way will be Love. People will see the God within others and hold a sense of allowance for everyone to pursue their own unique spiritual path.

Gone will be the rivalries of small-minded religious factions. The new vision of the nature of God will be universal and all-inclusive.

Gone will be the toxic need to exert control over others, as the fears which cause this will dissolve and softly drift away with the wind.

Humanity will build a world of great beauty in harmony with nature. Nature itself will be honored as a beautiful expression of the Creator.

People will give thanks to the consciousness of the Mother Earth which supports us and to the consciousness of the Sun which continually nourishes us with life-giving energy.

Most of all, people will give thanks to the consciousness of God for life itself and for the joy that communion with the Divine Spirit brings to our very souls and to our deepest sense of being.

TONI EMERSON: “Can We Live In A Constant State Of Love?”

constant-state-of-love-2

When we fall in love, our heart becomes full of feel-good qualities that infuse our life with joy and excitement. Everything feels light, fresh and more vibrant. We wake up to a brighter day, the air is warmer, the sun is brighter, everything is right with the world.

Living life through the interactive and colorful kaleidoscope of love is one of the highest human experiences. Wouldn’t it be fantastic to capture this experience and transform it into a permanent state of being? In my next few articles, we will formulate our unique blueprint to reconnect to our love source and transition from experiences of love which come and go to living love at its fullest moment to moment.

Love & Emotions

Understanding the difference between love and the many feelings inspired by love is essential in realizing that love is the baseline from which everything else emerges.

As human beings, we experience many emotional states under love’s vast umbrella, yet each one of them fails to convey the totality of what love is. Love is not equal to the sum of its parts. It is far more powerful than transient emotions. It is an integral state of being waiting to be rediscovered.

Each deeply nourishing emotion ushered by love stands on its own merits and offers its own specific gifts. These emotions assist us in reaching our full potential as human being by deepening our interior faculties and also by giving us the human qualities that propel us into action to help others in need and to make our world a better world.

Love’s Ambassadors

Love’s ambassadors enrich our life experience and increase our range of perception. Love’s ambassadors are: compassion, joy, kindness, wisdom, peace, gratitude, equanimity, appreciation, pleasure, acceptance, intimacy, benevolence, grace, generosity, respect, sympathy, among others.

All these supreme heart qualities advocate on behalf of love and fall under its vast umbrella, but none of them define what love is. They suggest what love might feel like, they point in the direction of love, but they individually and collectively do not come close to the full spectrum of love’s power. Each heart quality is unique and offers special gifts. For example, appreciation may feel like love but actually represents a recognition of a certain quality. It has a finite characteristic. So does gratitude which has many uplifting vibrations and is essentially the crystal clear awareness and heartfelt acknowledgement of life’s gifts.

Compassion, Love’s Favorite Wingman

Many of these qualities are considered to be divine in nature because they embody the highest human values. Wisdom traditions foster these qualities of the heart while making the distinction between love and its ambassadors, most notably between love and compassion. The tender feeling evoked by compassion is considered to be a universal virtue, one we extend towards ourselves but more frequently towards other people’s suffering. Compassion has a global history with various ways of expression, depending on cultural differences, yet it has held throughout times its distinct benevolent meaning and its position as love’s favorite wingman.

One of the Buddhist interpretation of compassion is the desire to relieve sentient beings of suffering, while love is the desire to bring happiness to sentient beings.

The Christian tradition holds universal love to be the principal message of Jesus (the Gospels), with many direct references of love in the Bible, and compassion is viewed as the method for enacting this love as part of our responsibility to alleviate human suffering in the world.

In Hinduism, all love for others is considered self love as brahma (universal soul) manifested in the individual (atman) while seva (selfless service) is a central theme of life, practical compassion in action and our duty to humanity.

Love Is A State Of Being

“I’m not interested in being a “lover.” I’m interested in only being love.” — Ram Dass

Love evokes the largest colony of feelings known to man. Nothing else comes close. It commands basic emotions, activates a host of feel good feelings and also has the unique capacity to deactivate negative feelings on contact.

The power of love to dissolve negativity cannot be underestimated. This power becomes our closest ally in removing the emotional blocks that keep us isolated from our love source.

Love is not an emotion. Happiness, in contrast, is an emotion, and as with any other emotion, it comes and goes depending on the circumstances triggering it.

We often make the mistake of reducing love to the level of emotion, thereby diluting its power and settling for small love experiences that indeed come and go. If we become aware of this type of love, its qualities, where it comes from, why it comes up in our lives, we notice that generally the emotion we call love is but a shadow of the deeper state of love which is our essence.

Love is not sentimentality or even romanticism. Those are what we do with love to express its many delicious ways and plays.

When love is a state of being, we can actually experience unhappiness and still be rooted in love. We can feel love amidst other emotions. Love is the background on which all other emotional scenery go by.

These distinctions are sometimes faint, delicate, because they are translated according to the depth of our perception. Psychological well-being does not indicate the presence of love, but rather the absence of turmoil, and remains very dependent on the pendulum of life forever swinging from one side to the other, from pleasure to pain. Love as a state of being is independent of outside circumstances.

So far, we have been used to the smallest indication of what love really is. We have limited love to an intellectual idea or a set of well delineated beliefs. That is hardly satisfying to the soul, isn’t it? It does not come close to the actual experience of living in a state of love.
The absolute difference is to be felt, not just understood.

Searching for the state of being called love leads us to the ultimate discovery of who we really are and what our purpose is. Please join me on this adventure, and In the next articles let’s recognize together love in a new light and realize that it has been inside of us all along.

Love is just waiting to be discovered, again.

BRENDA BENTLEY: “Stuck in the Muck?”

Art-89B.jpg

Sometimes, when I allow myself to sink deep into my emotions, fear crops up and I begin to feel ‘stuck in the muck’. This actually happened to me the other day, as I began to sink deeply into feelings of sadness and disappointment. Suddenly, I began to feel overwhelmed, unable to manage those deeper emotions. And, that is when fear stepped in –   fiercely driving me to what felt like quicksand.  I felt myself getting stuck into some rather old feelings and thought patterns.  For me, it goes something like this: “What’s the use, you’re really no good at managing these emotions, and they really are bigger than you, so why not just let them take over and give up.  You’ll never win.”

At that point, as the ANTS (Automatic Negative Thoughts) started to crawl over and consume me, I panicked. I could sense how they were directly feeding into some deeply held core beliefs that I have been carrying inside of me that have to do with my worthiness.

For many of us, It’s often easier to sink back into old self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns because, sometimes, that mud feels more comfortable then learning new ways to master emotions.  The question for me at this point is, how can I do both – release the old thought patterns and core beliefs about myself AND raise my awareness while learning from this experience that is feeling quite negative?

Treasure Chest

I have discovered how to dig deeply into what I call my ‘treasure chest of tools or jewels’ to help me not just survive – but thrive. It’s a rather interesting treasure chest for each ‘jewel’ is a ‘tool’ that carries very high energies and frequencies allowing me to rise above the present situation so that I can see my path more clearly and find a new, healthier way of being. Some of the tools include crystals such as my ‘power pendant’ that I use to cleanse my auric field, protect me from negative energies, and keep me grounded.  Other tools include transformational coaching, NLP, EFT, working with other heart-centered individuals and re-membering to care for myself in all ways…. body, mind and spirit.  All of these tools help me view my situation from a higher perspective. But more about the treasure chest in later blogs.

Treasure Chest

Use it or Diffuse It

One jewel I have unearthed is the awareness that “I am not my thoughts”.  We have thoughts constantly running through our mind like the static on a radio station. When I hear this static, rather than become annoyed, I’ve learned how to tune in and say: “Self, is this thought helping me”? Based on my values and my journey, will this particular thought get me there or will it sideswipe me and take me off track and stuck in the muck?”.  When I get a ‘yes’, I then give myself permission to use it.  If it is a ‘no’,, I diffuse it so I can clearly see the truth.

I believe we are all gifted the opportunity to expand our conscious awareness, by fine tuning our free will, so that we can lift the muddy veils of illusion and confusion.  Be seeing things from a new and higher perspective, we open ourselves for healing to take place.

It is from this new perspective that we are able to rise above the Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTS), and gaining deeper clarity from our higher plane of consciousness.

Stay tuned for next week’s blog on more jewels from my treasure chest.  To learn more about the power of transformational coaching, I invite you to visit brendabentleycoaching.com
