BARBARA BUCK: “Hiding The Wounded Healer”

Suffering can appear in our lives with little warning. It startles us out of complacency. One day we are swimming with the tide, just breezing through life, then wham! Disease and discord hit us when we aren’t looking. Suddenly our nice dip in the ocean becomes a terrifying race from the sharks that we had no idea were right below the surface.

Hardship in whatever form it manifests, can cause us to lose faith that life is on our side. It can render us incapable of trusting the ebb and flow of reality as we understand it.

When I was diagnosed with a chronic disease, I was utterly blindsided. I am a healing practitioner, so in the beginning stages of being sick I had faith that I would be more than capable of handling the issue and moving on with my life. I had multiple tools to help me.

I did all the work, taking a mind/body/spirit approach to the disease, but instead of getting better, I got worse. I did everything that I knew how to do as a healing practitioner, but all my knowledge was useless in the face of my wretched suffering.

I stopped trusting the process and began to believe that I must have done something horribly wrong to deserve the physical and emotional trauma that I was experiencing.

To top it all off, I had a belief that no one would want to see a healer with a chronic disease. How could anyone put their faith in me to help them, if I couldn’t even heal myself? A sick healer is a paradox.

I spent a good deal of time stoically putting on my best game face while seeking help from other practitioners behind closed doors. Everyone that I knew had plenty of advice to give me, from why I got sick to what might help me get better.

Conventional medicine, naturopaths, homeopaths, nutritionists, spiritual counselors, acupuncturists, biofeedback therapists, energy healers of all different types; you name it, I tried it. I stopped trusting the healthcare industry to give me answers, but the worst part about it all is that I stopped trusting my ability to help myself.

Suffering makes us feel weak, and in that weakness we become vulnerable. It’s a terrifying experience to recognize that no matter what we’ve been taught to believe, there are some things we don’t have control over. Sometimes when we allow ourselves to step into our vulnerability, we can feel like victims, victims to our bodies, our thoughts, our creative process that’s gone awry, to God, to the Universe, to genetics.

I have vacillated back and forth between all of these things. I blamed my ancestors, the environment, but mostly I held myself accountable for this disease. I have a firmly held belief that I am a co-creator of my reality, so clearly I must have made this happen.

I played the self-blame game very well. I decided that I can’t be trusted to care for myself when I am in this open, susceptible state. The Universe can’t be trusted either because it certainly didn’t have my back and stop me from creating this horrible mistake.

It didn’t even give me fair warning.

When we are raw and wounded, the first thing we throw out of the window is usually trust. The most natural reaction to our loss of faith is to wrap ourselves in a protective shell because we are afraid of what might come next. The world no longer feels safe.

When we become ill, whether it’s emotionally, spiritually, or physically, we tend to try to keep the world at a comfortable distance. Instead of stepping into our vulnerability, we hide it under the guise of courage and dignity.

Society rewards stoicism with praise. If we see a cancer patient, we say “Isn’t she brave? She never complains about the pain she’s in. She just keeps fighting. It’s amazing!” Very rarely do we acknowledge it when someone courageously embraces their vulnerability by taking a step into the darkness of their condition and seeing what gifts lie within the murky depths.

When we voice our fears or expose our vulnerability, it can frighten our loved ones. It makes people uncomfortable when they can see our wounds. It makes them remember their mortality and their own ability to suffer.

We often respond to this behavior by hiding behind a courageous mask, when the truth is that it makes us feel guilt, anger, and shame.

It’s time for us as healers to take that mask off. It is impossible to heal if we don’t allow the shadows of our creation to surface for healing, or try to hide them. Ignoring them is no longer an option.

MICHELLE WALLING: “Important Information About Reiki”

One of the first things a person wants to do after their awakening is to begin to serve others. Many of the awakened people on the planet are natural healers and learn a method of energy manipulation called Reiki. While this form of healing can be powerful, it can also be detrimental to the recipient if the healer is not on the level of understanding and guidance of a higher level.

Reiki is a form of energy healing where the “universal energy” is passed through the hands of the healer to the recipient. The main benefit of such energy seems to be receiving energy when energy is lacking to a specific area. The only reason one would need to receive universal energy from another is if they have not remembered how to connect to the source of universal energy within themselves, usually due to low vibration energy blocks. It is human nature to want to help another feel better so that they can perhaps then be able to move forward and connect to their own energetic force.

In order for safe Reiki to be administered, there are a few things you should consider before either giving or receiving Reiki.

First, the Reiki healer should be able to either see the recipient’s energy field or be completely guided by their higher self or healing team. How is it possible for someone to be able to give the correct frequency of energy to the right area if one cannot “see” the energy field? It could be detrimental to the recipient to have too much energy in one place. Very rarely, individuals serve as vessels for teams of higher beings to work through and they simply move their consciousness out of the way and let the teams take control of the physical body and perform the healing. These types of healers will stand out in the alternative community as miracle workers and thus will have a proven track record. Otherwise, be wary of someone who simply becomes certified to give energy but has no way to gauge where it needs to go or what frequency or color it needs to be.

Second, the Reiki healer needs to have done healing and clearing on themselves. If a person does not know their Reiki healer well, they have no idea of who or what is in their energy field. Until hitchhikers, astral beings, and fear are dissipated by a person themselves, they should not be trying to heal another person. It is not a good idea to receive Reiki from someone who is just in the beginning phases of their own healing and awakening process. Otherwise, energy healers can inadvertently pass these energies or entities around like a ghostly virus.

Third, if a person is a hands on healer, they need to be clearing any negative energy from themselves before laying their hands on another person. Until protocols of protection are learned, a Reiki healer should not touch another person, especially if they are an open empath. Of course, that is how many people get healed and it is a wonderful thing for a person to get healed by someone when they couldn’t clear the energy blockage themselves. But this is hard on the healer to take on the energy and then to have to take the time and energy to clear themselves. Sometimes the healer gets too overwhelmed with energy that they have inadvertently taken on and they can get sick or “burned out” as the body gets fried.

Fourth, as we are moving closer and closer to connecting with a greater consciousness and self-healing understanding, it is not a good idea to continue enabling a person to rely on others to give them energy. All souled humans have the ability to remove the blockages that re-establish the connection to the same universal source. That is the real goal of someone who is on the ascension path, and one who continually seeks that energy outside of themselves is bypassing the work themselves will continue to struggle until they begin the path of self-healing.

While it is noble to want to be in service to others as a healer, it could also be harming others more than helping if the above topics are not considered. The very best way a person can help another is to work on themselves first. Some people take a fast track and can work on their issues within a year and some take decades. There comes a time in a truly balanced and healed individual where they catapult themselves into a higher timeline. Only then are they truly connected with their higher self and guides who tell them exactly what their mission is. If that mission happens to be healing, the protocol and method for doing that healing will be shown to them and the healing guides will always be there to assist on every session. This is the kind of Reiki healer one would want to be, and this is the kind of healing that one would want to receive.

In summary, the very best Reiki healers are “seers”, people who have a direct connection or open telephone line to their healing guides, or people that know how to step out of the way and let their healing guides work through their body. If you have recently received Reiki healing from someone and you got sick or feel worse from that session, try clearing by taking a sea salt bath and calling on your own healing team to remove any energies you may have picked up. Grounding with Earth and imagining that all that is not yours be pushed out of you feet into the planet for transmutation is also another good method. Ultimately we all end up making a few mistakes on our journey so that we realize how to heal ourselves.

As we continue to collectively raise our consciousness and understanding of frequencies and energy, it is important to refine each area in the metaphysical and spiritual arena. We have to become more aware and responsible for our own actions, where we are placing our energy, and what energies we are taking on from others. Clearing and healing yourself automatically affects everyone who is connected to you or that comes into your energy field. This has proven to be the most effective and accelerated way to help others collective ascend in frequency. While Reiki should not be necessarily ruled out in the higher consciousness protocols, the understanding and mastering of energy postulates that we can shift energy on a quantum level through association rather than a physical level.

MICHELLE WALLING: “11 Signs That You May Need A Soul Shard Retrieval”

Traumatic physical and emotional events can cause shards or pieces of our soul’s energy to fragment away. Soul loss is a mechanism which serves to protect us from unbearable suffering. These soul shards usually return back after a few hours or even days, but in some extreme cases these shards can stay fragmented. Soul shards can also be caused by a psychic attack from someone practicing black magic on us.

When we have an emotional trauma happen to us, we actually may leave a part of our energy “frozen” in that time or moment. This keeps us from actually being able to feel better and move on. If we do not “heal” or retrieve our energy several things can happen to these soul shards, but mostly they fall into these categories:

—A shard can become an entity of its own, a copy of you. This entity could wander off into the astral realms and eventually forget where it came from. This entity could eventually need an energy source, which could cause it to use the original soul and physical body to get energy in many ways.

—A shard can be captured in the etheric realms by Artificial Intelligence and used to siphon energies from other humans or to create new realities.

—A shard can just sit outside of the original body, perhaps on the shoulder or back. It can remotely influence the person’s thoughts but cannot fully return. One of these Shards can actually get so used to being the puppeteer that it does not want to integrate back at all.

I would say that almost everyone on Earth has had a traumatic event happen to them. Their ability to process emotions and to feel supported depends on how whether they can process and integrate the energy back. I would also say that this hi-jacked reality causes trauma to occur that tried to keeps us fragmented for the purpose of energy vampirism.

Here are 11 signs that you may need a soul shard retrieval:

1. You feel a bit spaced out or don’t feel fully present all the time.

2. You have lost your creative spark.

3. You have addictions and/or self destructive behaviors.

4. You have become a recluse and you prefer to be alone, but your physical body/ego/human self yearns for love. You cannot feel love or have never “fallen in love”.

5. You have borderline or full on psychopathy or narcissism. Most of the time someone will have tried to point this out to you.

6. You feel that your soul is not connected to your physical body. You also have difficulties connecting with your higher self.

7. People tell you that you say things but you do not remember saying them.

8. You think you might have multiple personalities.

9. You have relationship and communication issues.

10. You feel powerless.

11. You have a negative psychological habit you just can’t seem to break.

How to retrieve soul shards

First let me say that the positive aspect of this interactive matrix is the ability to have opportunities for healing as you live every scenario out that unfolds in your daily reality. Also, even extreme cases of fragmentation can be handled by experienced shamans, but eventually we will have technology that will be able to help us heal very quickly. Soul fragmentation has been happening for aeons and there is no one way to do this type of healing. I would say that this is one of the most important things we can work on for ourselves.

To start the healing process, the intention by speaking a prayer or mantra to begin to call any split shards you think you might have home to you. Call out to your higher self, guides, and Source connection for assistance. In your mantra, magnetize any splintered shards of your soul back to you, intend that they be cleansed, and imagine integrating them into your heart space. Ask Source that this be accomplished with ease and grace. This will create the energy in motion for you to begin to recognize what needs attention.

Many people need further assistance with soul shard retrieval through hypnosis. This, of course, requires that the hypnotized subject’s higher self guides them to that trauma so that it can be healed.

Personally, I created my own life review where I spent a few days in reflective meditation and re-visited the many traumatic things that had happened to me in this lifetime. I felt the emotion of the event and I also saw the event from the other person’s perspective. I then felt love and forgiveness for the person, realizing that it was only their wounded selves lashing out at me and not their true soul essence. Some of the things occurred as lessons for my soul growth yet my ego was lashing out as a victim, which caused unnecessary arguments and trauma. A lot of tears were shed in this process but in the end I felt more healed. This process was suggested by my higher self after asking for help. This is often the ” shadow work” that people find the hardest to do. Recognizing the shadow or darkness as a part of ourselves and healing through love and acceptance of experience, forgiveness, and soul growth magically reverses the polarity of the trauma’s energy and magnetizes it back to you.

Advanced soul shard retrievals can be assisted by experienced “seers” or tracker shamans who will be able to identify the status and location of the lost shard. If it is being held prisoner, it will need to be rescued and sometimes a fight literally ensues. If it has become its own personality or entity, it will need to understand that it is not whole and needs to be healed and integrated.

All energy will need to be cleansed before being integrated back to the whole of the person. Love and golden Source light works really well. Once all soul shards have been retrieved, one begins to become more “whole” and re-gains their connection to their “oneness” or Source.

Ancient tradition shamans use sacred plants to induce the person to “face their demons” so to speak. In my opinion this is a harsh way, but I can’t disregard it because it’s better than ignoring the issues. However, ejecting yourself into the astral can be a very daunting and dangerous task, especially if you haven’t changed a lot of your polarity from fear to love. You also are out there trudging around with other people’s shadow selves and wounded self creations! With a really good shaman and with a more advanced conscious awareness of the process, many people have reported good results with healings with The Mother.

The more awareness we have about soul shard retrieval, the more experienced healers are surfacing to help humanity heal themselves with more current methods.

I have focused on current lifetime healing rather than previous lifetimes because time does not actually exist. Anything from a past lifetime can be accessed in the now and probably only occurred in this lifetime because it already occurred in a past lifetime. On top of that, new fractures probably occurred in this lifetime. However, past life regression and healing can also heal maladies that are manifesting in the present lifetime. It seems easier to me to look at this current reality unfold and to see that things happen concurrently with the “past”, but many people are able to remember their past lifetimes. If that is the case then it can be accessed there. Also, much of what is set up for us in this lifetime actually leads to opportunity for soul shard retrieval even if we do not recognize it as such!

Furthermore, there may be soul retrieval occurring on solar, galactic, and universal levels as well. Rather than get too caught up in the expanse of this, you can focus on starting with your intentions to heal, ask for guidance, and do your basic mantras and then identify what is left from there based on how you are feeling and how your reality is unfolding. I would say that this is a gradual and ongoing process rather than a quick overnight fix.

This article in intended to be an introduction to this topic. If you feel a resonance to this material, please do your own research and ask your inner guidance what the best method of action is to retrieve your energy. The more we work on ourselves to become whole, the more we can help the collective. We are getting more help now than ever in doing the “work” necessary to become our true multidimensional selves once again.

CASEY FRANCIS: “Tips For Aspiring Healers, Lightworkers, Teachers, And Shamans”

“I want to be a healer”

“I want to be a lightworker”

“I want to help teach people to change their lives for the better”

“I want to be a shaman”

How To Be More Spiritual Tip: YOU ALREADY ARE!

By doing what you do in your day-to-day lives, you’re already helping people. You might not even realize it; but the smile and kind words you said to the clerk at the store may have changed their life. Just being your authentic self brings and grounds positive energy into the earth at all times of the day and night.

However, stepping into bigger roles does start with small steps. If we’re not trusted to simply be kind to the people we stumble across in our daily existence, why should we be trusted dealing with severe states of emotional, physical, mental or spiritual distress in others?

It seems quite logical that we must also be in the process of healing ourselves before we begin to fully understand and step into the roles and paths of becoming a healer or teacher; understanding at the very least the core principles of the modalities we decide to follow and how they have positively or negatively affected our lives before we decide to give this guidance onto others.

Let’s look at an example of someone recommending fasting, ketogenic or raw food diets because they’ve done a little bit of research on the topic and have been practicing it for 3 weeks with good results. Things like drastic diet changes have the ability to majorly affect all of our body systems, along with influencing our emotional and mental states due to hormonal and biochemical changes, especially over long periods of time.

  • Are they going to attain sufficient nutrition by following your plan for an extended period of time?
  • Will they receive enough macronutrients, micronutrients, vitamins and minerals to ensure their body will still function?
  • Are there any contraindications to someone partaking in this diet?
  • Do they have any diseases which may become worse through following this method?
  • Are they aware that they may experience headaches, dizziness, confusion, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, muscle aches and hormonal changes as their body adapts to the new foods?
  • Have you seen positive changes to your own being from utilizing this method before?
  • What are some other physical or emotional particulars that they might note once they start on this diet?
  • How long should they remain on this diet for?
Are there any markers in health that they need to watch out for to know if they should stop this particular diet?

Choosing the right field is a process. For some, they will know straight away; for others, it may take time.

Sometimes we can become anxious to have a fresh start, to follow our purpose work or jump into our new life-path straight away — Which is great!

But before you dive headfirst into the first, second or third healing modality you come across and start teaching others about it, ask yourself;

  1. Am I doing what I’m preaching? Is this sustainable?
  2. What fruit am I bearing from the ways that I live?
  3. Are they in line with the teachings of whatever doctrine I am following?

“The proof of the spiritual pudding is in the manifesting”

Do you want to teach people how to attain mental mastery?

Firstly, ask yourself if what you’re teaching has actually helped you so far in your life to gain strength over the ever-flowing currents of the mind.

Do you want to give exercise or healthy eating tips?

Ask yourself if you could stick to the plans you’re giving out. Do they work? Have you tried them before?

Do you want to be an intuitive healer/reiki practitioner?

Are you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually strong enough to handle the energies of anyone that comes in for a healing? Do you know how to ensure you’re not taking on the energies yourself?

Make sure that your decision to follow a healing path or teach others isn’t based on emotional wants, nor pride, nor greed.

Is it what your soul is driving you to do?
Are you being guided into this, or have some messages been a little mixed up along the way?

Did you miss something?

It is important to have some critical thinking, because although you have found something you enjoy whilst on a fresh beginning, it is vital to be sure you have checked your internal guidance system before you decide to invest a lot of your time and energy into it.

Understand that you are already a healer; you are already bringing light and guidance into this world — before you make any rushed decisions, ensure you’re choosing the right path.

Maybe there’s something far better for you to be investing your time in!

EARTH WE ARE ONE: “The 11 Types of Lightworkers — Which One Are You?”

Lightkeeper In The Sky

While you may feel called to serve and care for those around you, the term Lightworker may be one you hesitate to fully connect with.  This term may bring to mind overtly new age individuals, preaching their views of spirituality to large audiences, saving large crowds of people with a single inspirational talk.

While some may choose to use their gifts in a very public way, others take a more ‘behind the scenes approach’.  There are several different types of Lightworkers operating around us each and every day, helping to serve and bring peace to those that they encounter.  Many of these individuals live what we would see as completely ‘normal’ lives — holding down a corporate job, living in your neighborhood, driving a modest vehicle.

You don’t have to be in the spotlight to bring positivity to the world around you.  That doesn’t diminish your journey and purpose in any way!  Each of these 11 types of Lightworkers play a very important role.

It is important to note that most Lightworkers find they embody many of these descriptions, or that their role may change overtime.  This is normal, and identifying where you fit is a very personal, spiritual journey.  Trust your intuition and inner guidance, and you will find the best method for you to use your gifts to be of service to those around you.

  1. Wayshowers

Wayshowers have found their own inner peace, and live their life in a way that sets an example for others who wish to follow in their footsteps.  They may not be actively trying to teach and share their gift, but by simply being themselves and continuing in their own journey they help to bring peace to those that are following their example.

  1. Healers

There are many different forms of healing, and those that identify as Healers may focus on one, or many, in their efforts to serve all souls and beings including humanity and the animal kingdom.  They may find themselves called to focus on mental, emotional, physical or spiritual healing.  These individuals recognize the importance of prioritizing their own self-healing to be able to share their gift with others.

  1. Messengers

Messengers receive guidance from Spirit, and their job is to relay this message to humanity.  The way in which they choose to share this message may differ, employing a variety of mediums including blogging, writing, public speaking and YouTube.  Regardless of how they choose to share it, their message is an important step in the awakening process and needs to be heard.

  1. Dreamers

Lightworkers who act as dreamers are able to tune into the alternate dimensions of experience available only through dream space.  They can understand and interpret the various imagery that comes through to them in their dreams, analysing what that means for themselves and those that they encounter in our current reality.  Dreamtime allows one to connect with your higher self, bringing back messages from the angels that they feel you need to know at this current stage in your journey.

  1. Divine Lightkeepers

Divine Lightkeepers have the very important task of embodying the light.  During times of turmoil in our world, these individuals will in turn share the light that they have embodied, uplifting humanity and neutralizing the chaotic events around us.  They are the support in times of trial that allow humanity to move forward into more peaceful times.

  1. Seers, Psychics, Clairvoyants

Seers, Psychics and Clairvoyants have been able to connect with those beyond the veil, opening their third eye.  They can see beyond the physical, embodying the ability to provide readings or services to those that seek guidance, inspiration or empowerment.

  1. Ascension Guides

These Lightworkers are actively working towards ascension in their own lives, and sharing the process with those that feel called to learn more.  They are hands on, still in the learning process themselves, connecting at various stages of this journey in their lives, from the initial struggle to overcome their own struggles through to the final steps and the peace they feel as they continue to ascend.

  1. Transmuters

Transmuters carry the important task of transforming negative energies, neutralizing past karma and keeping balance throughout humanity.  While some Transmuters will work in a broader scope, others have a specific focus for their gifts, such as being born into a family with a long history of negative karma that requires their healing touch.

  1. Divine Blueprint Creators and Manifestors

Divine Blueprint Creators and Manifestors are not only travelling through the journey of ascension, but in doing so they are able to bring back ideas in which they can weave light to promote positive change, enhancing the lives of those that are also joining them on this journey.  They have moved past the need to work for self interest, and instead focus on the highest interest of all.

  1. Divine Blueprint Holders

All Lightworkers carry a divine blueprint for their fully awakened self.  Divine Blueprint Holders are able to tune into this template.  Their ability to tune into this template, and share it with those around them brings about ascension in the present moment — sharing this code though the human heart grid.

  1. Gridworkers and Gatekeepers

Interdimensional gates exist in various capacities in the world, providing an opportunity to connect and share with other awakened humans, allowing higher levels of light to descend upon us.  Gridworkers and Gatekeepers are responsible for working these grids including the human heart grid (connecting the hearts of all awakened humans), the crystalline grid and other higher energetic grids, and those that lay along lines on the earth connecting sacred sites.

Regardless of which of these gifts you connect with, your roll as a Lightkeeper is an important one!  You may change roles, or grow to connect with one above all others.  Only you can connect with your own inner self and discover what you feel called to do throughout your unique journey.
