Basically, as you purge toxins from the body, whether they be physical toxins, emotional stagnancy, trauma or dead chi, you will often times feel the effect of the toxin being released.

Many recognize as they achieve a higher level of vibrational frequency that often times they begin to notice body pain, emotional instability and discomfort.

Often times, they call these discomforts “Ascension Symptoms”.

As we rise up, anything trapped inside of the muscle memory anchoring energy opposite of this lifting, clean feeling begins to become obvious as it tries to drag back down into heavy density. It feels painful, tense, anxious or just plain heavy, like a piece of you is suddenly 4x heavier than the rest of you.

Trauma cannot exist in a light, joyous, open and free flowing system. A decent example would be rocks in the ocean, eventually they are broken down into sand. As the body’s frequency skyrockets, all heavy things stuck in that system force their way out almost as if in response to a Cosmic gravity.

Anything holding tension is forced to stretch without warning as it violently purges. Think along the lines of a muscle stretched to is breaking point without warming it up beforehand.

This can be traumatic in and of itself, yet the same process with a gently warmed up muscle, exercised and stretched, can bring life changing results as the trauma has a pathway of relaxation to flush through.

In order to make “Ascension Symptoms” a term of the past, we need to take the proactive role in our ascension. We cannot wait for that burst of epiphany and connection that spontaneously raises our conscious frequency. We have to go about consciously creating this.

We have to go about consciously flushing the trauma, ancestral programs and rotten energy in a safe, purposeful way. The wild bursts of conscious awareness will still occur, but instead of it being centered on releasing all the density you cannot take with you to the next level, you will be able to explore the new range of awareness the way it is meant to be explored.

Energy Update 8/6/19

Honored and Sacred space of multidimensional realms are being born/created at an increased rate as many of the destructive programs of control begin to have their foundations crumble.

In the past month, we have seen an unprecedented wave of activity on every level possible. The astral realms are boiling with new pathways, the physical structure of reality has stretched to the point of time anomalies becoming common, unprecedented levels of corruption are being divulged in many arenas of worldly power, racial divides are beginning to cleanse and yet, we are experiencing more overt violence and terror screaming at us from every level.

There is a reason for this. As the physical Lynch pins of many economic, sociological, environmental and monetary systems of control begin to feel their familiar systems of control sliding from their grasps, it is a direct reflection of what is happening on an energetic and multidimensional level as well.

In the physical levels, the latest rash of False Flag attacks (this does not mean people didn’t die, but that the narrative and timeline of events is hidden from the general public at large, while a specific agenda is pushed) come in response to many aspects of corruption being directly focused on in the mainstream media and are designed to shift the narrative and the focus.

On the energetic levels, physical humans aware of their energetic potential, Light forces, Gaia herself as well as the increasingly powerful waves of energy percolating through our solar system have exposed, opened and cleared massive repositories of planetary Loosh energy. The frequency and sloppy execution of these FF attacks shows the desperation reflecting on all levels.

The Parasitic construct has experienced a cascading catastrophe that is only going to “bleed” more energy as their “battery” is effortlessly drained and transmuted back to light.

As this gateway of energetic potential begins to wrap up with the Lion’s Gate portal of 8/8/19, an incredible amount of trauma, planetary density and personal blockage has been transmuted.

The easiest way to truly utilize these waves of potential is to simply take your focus into the inner world and begin to create the energy you want to experience, while paying attention for anything that does not resonate with that level.

In other words, cultivate the energies of love, joy, excitement, forgiveness, hope while paying attention to emotions, sensations, feelings and energies that are uncomfortable as they flush up to the surface of your attention, meaning create what you want, be aware of what you do not as it rises up from where it is stuck.

The only reason many are experiencing a crazy intensity or emotions running rampant is because we are heading to the eye of the needle. Only light can pass through. Anything that is not of light is becoming incredibly obvious right now. Pay attention to it.

Anything that you do not enjoy, take responsibility for it and clean out that space.

With this technique and this focus, we can begin to shift into a much more open and calm space while the chaos of being a Systems Buster swirls around us to settle back into Order.

Calm yourself down with deep belly breathing exercises with the intention of feeling your skin gliding under the clothes, the muscles shifting under the skin and the movement that creates in the bones.

Stay here until you feel the body buzzing as the sensations become more intense and then turn this feeling up with each inhale.

Once you have been here with slow, gentle breathe, tingling the body for 5 minutes or more, put a gentle smile on your face and pull the warm, soft feeling of the smile pulling into the body with the breath.

You will feel different sensations as you do this, pay attention for the good sensations that are created here and turn up the feeling with each inhale.

Eventually you will fill yourself with so much positive energy that the spaces you are looking for will become heavy or uncomfortable, the feeling of nasty emotions being included in this awareness.

Then use the exhale to feel the gravity of the Earth pull whatever you dont like the feeling of, almost like a weight sliding out of the body and into the Earth.

It will give you more space to turn up more joy/laughter energy.

Stay in this sensation (focusing on the feeling, not a visualization) until you feel your body relax, pain dissolve, the mind go quiet and the body begin to feel lighter (as in dropping heaviness).

Many people are undergoing extreme internal and external chaos during the frequency shift and the resulting changes it imposes on one’s lifestyle. The forces of transformation are chaotic and confusing to an unprepared mind and body. For those that are called to awaken, the Ascension cycle imposes the dismantling of previous ego identities and their predisposition to create the condition of stressful and imbalanced lifestyles. When we are stagnant in our life, running a treadmill of repeated patterns, these patterns repeat over and over and that oppresses and suppresses our consciousness growth. This makes a human being feel truly unhappy and isolated from connection and meaning.

Being stagnant in our identity, routine and daily schedule, also suppresses our personal development. When we commit to use tools for personal development, we may learn how to regain our true humanity and find value in the principles of expanding and protecting life force. Expanding and protecting Life force is the energetic currency of the coming times, and too many of us have prostituted our life force for material things that have no value to the soul. This stagnation of the soul, promotes anti-life values and spiritual oppression. This oppression weighs even heavier on a burdened mind, and therefore a burdened body. A burdened body and cluttered mind becomes unhappy, soul disconnected, chaotic and then sick. Sickness of the Spirit-Soul stems from the Sickness of the mind.

When a mind is gripped in sickness from burdens that it does not release or let go, its many results are:

  • Obsessions
  • Ruminating
  • Panic Attacks/Fear
  • Delusions (thinking about hypothetical situations over and over)
  • Confusion
  • Pathologies, which erupt to cope with reality
  • Addictions and substance abuse

Like many challenges in life, letting go of negative emotions, negative thoughts and clearing your mind is much easier said than done. However with consistency, tools and practice, anyone can learn to clear their mind and let go of mental obsessions in a way that works for you personally. This takes some dedication and effort towards one’s desire to have peace in one’s life, no matter what the external circumstances.

Personal anger and blame is not productive for anyone that is unhappy with some person or circumstance in their life. To empower oneself, one must take full responsibility for their emotions, thought forms and their interactions with others. Without personal responsibility one’s life will descend into a spiral of pain and suffering, with excuses made for promoting negative behaviors. The person this hurts the most is the person generating the negative thoughts. No matter how much you are angered by someone else, that person is not nearly as impacted by your generated hate thought form as you are yourself. This is an action of self sabotage. Stopping the cycle is imperative by learning how to revalue oneself, revalue others and live a life where one can achieve a sense of inner peace and calm. From the inner calm, which can be generated from a clear and calm mind, one can be present in the moment to enjoy what life has to offer right now. As you open to be in the now moment, you open to a multitude of opportunities that would not be seen nor perceived with a cluttered and confused mind. The more confusion, the more chaos, the more internal pain one will experience in themselves. All of us can stop this destructive cycle in our lives now.

Be Here Now

This is called mindfulness in the Buddhist tradition, which is the understanding of training one’s mind to become fully present in the now moment. It is a type of meditation to immerse yourself, to be fully present in any activity that shows up in front of you. It involves slowing down and focusing on one thing, the thing that is present and in front of you now. If that thing is an activity, fully immerse yourself in that activity happening now.

Refocus

The best thing one can do to clear one’s mind when having trouble removing an obsession or rumination is to shift your focus. Bring a positive activity into your life to change your focus; through exercise, chi gong, reading a book, listening to music, playing with a child. Take a break from stress and worry by refocusing yourself to be fully present to another activity.

Breath Work

Retraining your nervous system and reprogramming your mind, is entirely possible through the application of breath work. If quieting your mind has become extremely difficult throughout the changing energetic terrain of the external ascension landscape, change your inner landscape by releasing your mind lock through this suggested breath work tool.

Meditation

Consistent meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind. Meditation can be applied through many different techniques, and is helpful for facilitating forgiveness and letting go of negativity in many forms. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit, relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the “thought” pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the now moment.

Try Emotionally Cathartic Writing

When one feels bursting at the seams from inner frustration, and the mind is anxious, it may be helpful to try to express all thoughts and feelings on paper. Writing them out may help one to be able to let them go and release them. Through journal writing or self-inquiry, one can delve deeper into the topic that is creating the mental anxiety. This way it allows for an examination of emotions and may allow inner epiphanies to become clearer, allowing for better emotional conflict resolution. When one is open to allow different alternatives to be received as potential resolutions, this allows the mind to shift out of its anxious pattern. Shifting out of these patterns is called cognitive restructuring, which resets brain synapse firing. Changing ones thoughts changes ones brain chemistry, allowing new creative resolutions to old problems, making shifting out of old patterns possible.

Unraveling old behaviors can be extremely humbling and give one the sense of the true immense force that exists within the emotional body. It is important to witness them and try not to be overwhelmed or consumed by them. Here is a little exercise to assist in regards to closure and acceptance on all past patterns or circumstances. It is extremely helpful to give voice to what may be unresolved conflicts in your mind, or that have been unexpressed and unacknowledged.

For each person or circumstance, here are the questions to ask yourself and write out completely:

  1. List all resentments
  2. List all regrets
  3. Write all unsaid or undelivered communications
  4. List anything you would have wanted to acknowledge to that person or in that circumstance but did not. When it feels complete, burn or shred the paper and Invocate out loud:
