“Many people can feel that the energetic root in the third dimensional foundation of the earth field has shifted, which lends to sensations of great anxiety, tension and stress. The lower particle fields in the third dimension are rolling up into higher dimensional spaces, and are ceasing to exist in the same way that they were. This is the feeling of having no secure foundation or safety, as if the floor and walls are crumbling away. One cannot resist the change upon the planet or fight against this transformational current without getting energetically pummeled. The contents that were in these lower particle fields include the collective unconscious mind and pain body of all of humanity. This shift is unseen in the visible light spectrum, and although many people cannot see the dimensions rolling up, they can feel it happening. When the foundation of our third dimensional identity is crumbling, the consciousness of the body feels anxiety and stress, through the confusion of not comprehending what is actually occurring. The earth is entering an amplified state of multidimensional bleed-through, as many other realities are spilling into this reality, and the accumulated energies, entities and experiences are very confusing for many. People do not know how to process what they are feeling, what they are experiencing, and how to give it proper context, from all the lies and deceptions they have been told about the nature of reality. Sadly, this is resulting in the extreme mental and emotional imbalances that are manifesting outwardly in many of the earth population, who are being suppressed from accessing multidimensional consciousness anatomy, as well as Ascension knowledge. Unfortunately, the suppression of consciousness information has been made successful by labeling multidimensional consciousness experiences as ‘psychological’ or ‘emotional diseases’. Most anxiety is a result of mental confusion, when we do not have a proper evolutionary context of which to reframe our old beliefs, traditions, habits and their dying structures. Imbalanced behaviors and negative mental attitudes are not tolerated in the new frequencies and if we have not cleared our ego to submit to higher forces, we are getting hammered by external circumstances which amplify these inner distortions. Everyone is feeling some level of this evolutionary change now. No matter who we think we are or where we think we are going — we must return to inner balance. Breathing and meditation techniques can be mastered to release the mental anxiety and learn to shift the body into peaceful and relaxed states of being, even when in the midst of great chaos.”

The Ascension frequency shifts and the changes to the energetic terrain still remain largely unknown, ambiguous and confusing to the majority of the people on the Earth. Imbalanced behaviors and negative mental attitudes are not tolerated in the new frequencies and if we have not cleared our ego to submit to higher forces, we are getting hammered by external circumstances which amplify these inner distortions.

The Three Layers of Ego if uncleared, will manifest depression, obsessions, anxiety, mania and other brain dysfunctions when not integrated with the inner spirit, the Soul MatrixThis mental and emotional imbalance is referred to as “Soul Fragmentation”, the root cause is persistent negative mental thoughts created by an untrained and undisciplined mind. Mental Miasma such as thought or belief obsession can also be inherited and can be cleared through ancestral healing. 

Many people who are not aware of the Ascension process, in attempting to deal with their day to day lives are echoing in their sentiment, “Why am I so incredibly tired?” One cannot resist the change upon the planet or fight against this transformational current without getting energetically pummeled. Everyone is feeling some level of this evolutionary change now. No matter who we think we are or where we think we are going we must return to inner balance. Breathing and meditation techniques can be mastered to release the mental anxiety and learn to shift the body into peaceful and relaxed states of being, even when in the midst of great chaos.

Anxiety related to Low Self Esteem

Low Self Esteem is characterized as a consistent Negative Ego belief system about the self, with persistent attitudes that these thoughts reflect in the decisions and choices that person makes every day. Destructive habits, recklessness and addictions erode self-esteem and confidence which may put a person in a cycle of depression or Mental Anxiety. This persistent low self-image can permeate into a person’s every activities, as it is at the core of a person’s conception and belief of his or her self-worth. When we have beliefs of low self-worth, we have low confidence dealing with our life and commonly feel threatened by other people or situations. This can stress us out with Mental Anxiety.

People who suffer from low Self Esteem may be obsessed with order and controlling behaviors, forcing themselves to comply by an impossible standard of perfection in whatever task they are involved in. This may make them work slower than others, and may make them more vulnerable to feelings of not doing well because of their own impossible expectations. This feeling of failure (despite the fact that they did not fail, except by their own impossible, perfectionist standards) helps further feed their negative perception and anxieties. We cannot force ourselves to be something we are not and then berate ourselves for not being able to meet impossible standards. There is a balance we each must find to seek our true potential and then, be willing to commit to the Ascension path, which is the path of becoming authentic.

Self-esteem is a human psychological need and that to the extent this need remains unmet, pathology of Ego Defense Mechanism (controlling, anxiety, depression, difficulty in relationships, etc.) tends to result. Self-esteem formally is the disposition to experience oneself as competent to cope with the basic challenges of life and as worthy of happiness. While others (parents, teachers, friends) can nurture and support self-esteem in an individual, self-esteem relies upon various internally generated practices. As we commit to these internally generated practices, we build trust in ourselves. Simultaneously, this is at the core of strong self-esteem and confidence. All change starts within.

Uncleared Conflicts create Mental Anxiety

The lower particle fields in the third dimension are rolling up into higher dimensional spaces, and are ceasing to exist in the same way that they were. The contents that were in these lower particle fields include the collective unconscious mind and pain body of all of humanity. All of this content of unconsciousness and pain is coming to the surface of the earth to be made visible, and people do not know what to do with the painful content when they are feeling it, or when it is pushing to be expressed through their body. This shift is unseen in the visible light spectrum, and although many people cannot see the dimensions rolling up, they can feel it happening. When people cannot see something occurring externally, they can still feel it occurring internally. If there are no words or context to describe the feeling, and no one else is talking about it, this unknown feeling can bring anxiety, doubts and fears. If this accumulated anxiety is not addressed, it builds momentum and the unprocessed content can be emotionally or physically explosive. In the extreme, we can see many lost and confused males under 30 acting out the unconscious rage surfacing from these lower particle fields. They are used by dark forces to magnify the victimizer programs through inflicting pain and hurt on many more people near them.

When the foundation of our third dimensional identity is crumbling, the consciousness of the body feels anxiety and stress, through the confusion of not comprehending what is actually occurring. The earth is entering an amplified state of multidimensional bleed-through, as many other realities are spilling into this reality, and the accumulated energies, entities and experiences are very confusing for many. People do not know how to process what they are feeling, what they are experiencing, and how to give it proper context, from all the lies and deceptions they have been told about the nature of reality. As a result we see the outward manifestation of constant mental anxiety and exhibiting imbalanced to extreme negative behaviors. These are the uncleared mental and emotional conflicts, which exist inside that person, which can further create fragmentation and attachments.

Sadly, this is resulting in the extreme mental and emotional imbalances that are manifesting outwardly in many of the earth population, who are being suppressed from accessing multidimensional consciousness anatomy, as well as Ascension knowledge. People that are unprepared mentally, emotionally and spiritually, to comprehend the impact of these Ascension changes made upon our body, are subjected to excessive sensations of emotional tension and mental anxiety. Unfortunately, the suppression of consciousness information has been made successful by labeling multidimensional consciousness experiences as “psychological” or “emotional diseases”. Nonetheless, with nonjudgment and unconditional love, it is imperative to address unresolved conflicts that create anxiety in our mind, emotions and body, and apply clearing and healing tools to remove discord, and replace these negative feelings with neutrality and inner harmony. With some basic energetic context and proper Meditation tools, this can be accomplished. When personal effort toward healing or improvement is made, it does not matter what kind of belief system that person has. [2]

Building Core Self

Stay strong to build core self-esteem and self-efficiency, knowing that you can depend on yourself if the going gets rough. Most of the fears we dwell on never come to pass. As you focus on building the right relationship to self-acceptance and self-love, this builds trust and confidence in oneself. Building trust in oneself and building trust with God are the only two relationships that we really need! With those two relationships and ego surrender, all else will fall into place. [3]

To make contact and communicate with our subconscious layers, as well as our super consciousness layers, we need to go slower in order to reach a totally relaxed Meditation state and stay fluid within the energies. Energy bodies behave like waters moving in an ocean or river, if we can sense our inner energy when it meets the outer energies, we can navigate the surrounding waters by paying attention to the energy flow. We go with the flow in a state of relaxed fluidity. In our natural state, our inner self will strongly align with the outer self to bring harmony and wholeness between the inner and outer. When a person is fluid and relaxed, their Energy Receivers are open and more receptive to guidance and creative resolutions. Energy bodies behave like waters moving in an ocean or river, if we can sense our inner energy when it meets the outer energies, we can navigate the surrounding waters by paying attention to the energy flow. We go with the flow in a state of relaxed fluidity. If we are moving too fast and not paying attention to the energy flow, we can get carried in the current of stronger forces in a sudden and unexpected tidal wave and this is when we get hurt or injured.

Thus, it is important that you learn to induce a simple meditative state in yourself, where you become the observer and are incredibly relaxed, and yet you are alert, not so relaxed that you fall asleep. Obviously, this state is not for when you are doing heavy physical exertion, but in the majority of your waking life, you can be in this relaxed state of fluidity paying attention to how the energy feels around you, while doing simple tasks or at work completing responsibilities. Using single focus and staying presently focused on the task in front of you, while naturally adjusting to the energies that are making subtle changes to the environment. In the early stage of developing Meditation skill we have to sit, relax and learn to observe the thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once we notice the thought pattern, we let it go and bring our focus back to the now moment. The next stage is adjusting to the energies inside you and outside of you. Each of us must find the most natural state of being for our body that feels good in the energetic flow, and not let our mind interfere with that natural state of calm and equilibrium. In our natural state, our inner self will strongly align with the outer self to bring harmony and wholeness between the inner and outer.

Also, we need to know how to stay as calm as possible even when under great stress in the moment. Stress causes our body to enter a heightened state of reactivity due to the release of hormones and Neurotransmitters when we’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. So, remaining calm and slowing down, even during potentially tense situations can establish a sense of powerful stillness that will help your mind stop racing from one thought to the next.

To be effective we need to establish a peaceful mind-set before concentrating on any one thing, especially when facing conflicts or challenges. General fluidity and relaxation of both the mind and body will greatly improve higher sensory perception development and build spiritual communication links, helping to bring more ease and clarity for problem solving. When a person is fluid and relaxed, their Energy Receivers are open and more receptive to guidance and creative resolutions. Listen to your body, treat your body with care and make corrections when you feel tense, by returning back to a state where your bio-rhythm feels relaxed and open. With practice you can discipline your mind and emotions from overwhelming your effectiveness in a range of social settings. The more we dis-identify from our need to control the external influences and learn to allow and accept situations we have no control over, the more quickly we can adapt and stay relaxed while addressing stressful situations.

As many of us in the spiritual community are fully aware, we must move out of the Subconscious Programming and Mind Control conditioning of the 3D way of existence and be hypervigilant to constantly refocus ourselves into higher states of being. Expressing unconditional love, Compassion, gratitude, appreciation, and the Spirits of Christ, are great sources of higher states. Knowing that love, heartful presence, being in alignment with nature, and being an authentic and caring human are the simple keys to ensure our success in every way to rebuild our lightbody. LISA RENEE: “Into the Void”

“With the end of this phase, we have in essence, entered into a new reality, the one that we have been working to create for many years. As you may have guessed this can create some feelings of discomfort and confusion as the mind grasps to understand the logic behind why the things that have worked in the past are no longer working or feeling right in your life. It has a quality of feeling as if your Life is in Suspension until further action or information is presented. This creates mental confusion and you may start to question if you made a wrong turn somewhere or missed a blaring signpost in your life! For many of us, the answer is, Relax! You are being reorganized, you are right on schedule and there is no place to be except where you are! You have gone Into the Void. Mastery of the qualities of patience and perseverance and affirming the divine right order of all things, is surely some of the best tools one can cultivate during a Into the Void period. It is important to understand that this part of the process is necessary to do the shedding and releasing of dross, debris and obsolete patterning in your energy field and thought/emotion grids. In this New Era of Abundance those old patterns must be cleared and healed within us. As we clear and heal ourselves in this process, new DNA instructions are activated to build cells capable of holding even greater amounts of energy, light and information. This greater light is our divine inheritance to manifest and live in exceedingly new levels of joy, abundance and enlightenment, and is why we have agreed to be here on Earth at this special time.”

Feeling this sensation of moving Into the Void as being in between Timelines is similarly to being inside a birthing canal or existing within a Void Space. This sensation is right before the dimensional doorway opens up into your personal awareness to reveal the next level of the timeline/reality you are moving through.

In this interim phase, it may feel like we are waiting for something to happen. We are waiting for the next timeline of our reality to phase lock into our now moment of awareness. Until that timeline comes into our direct view, we cannot see it or sense it, and we may feel disconnected or in suspension from the sense of moving forward in our day to day reality. [1]

What Does it Feel Like to Go Into the Void?

With the end of this phase, we have in essence, entered into a new reality, the one that we have been working to create for many years. When we have a shift at this level of completion into a higher dimension it creates distortions in the loop of how we experience time and space and as we integrate those new energies into density, we can feel very much like we have gone Into the Void.

As you may have guessed this can create some feelings of discomfort and confusion as the mind grasps to understand the logic behind why the things that have worked in the past are no longer working or feeling right in your life. It has a quality of feeling as if your Life is in Suspension until further action or information is presented. There is a stagnant feeling that you are waiting for that information or instruction so that you can really get moving forward with your life. Possibly there is some guilt that what you are doing is not enough or you are not being as productive as you think you should be. This creates mental confusion and you may start to question if you made a wrong turn somewhere or missed a blaring signpost in your life! For many of us, the answer is, Relax! You are being reorganized, you are right on schedule and there is no place to be except where you are! You have gone Into the Void.

The Void is the place where our old reality, our former work, dissolves in order to make way for the new. As we enter this period “Into the Void”, spend some time imagining and feeling what is your hearts desire and what feels really joyful to you. Think and dream about what you want to create and bring more of in your life. As I have mentioned before, it is extremely important to focus on what you do want, rather than what you don’t want. If you do not yet have a vision of what that is for you, start with the essence of the quality of feeling that you would like to bring more of in your daily life. Hold that essence and feeling with you as much as possible. If you get clear and decide what you do want to do next, be as specific as possible. Share your vision with your guides, ask them to show you how to implement it and then sit back and wait for the signs. Remember, you don’t have to make it happen, just be alert, listen to your intuition and act on what comes your way. When it comes it is incredibly clear, you will not miss it as you remain in the present moment as the Observer.

Being in the Void can be very frightening for your Inner Child. The Inner Child is terrified of having your world fall apart in order to make way for the new. To make it easier you may want to take time each day to tell your Inner Child that this is normal, that you are in the process of expansion into greater experiences of integrity and joy and that this will end. One day in perfect timing you will awaken to your next step being presented to you.

Luciferian Abyss

This level of the Observer Point is when the higher mind remains static as a result of not synthesizing with the higher heart opening and this is what defines the Luciferian Abyss.

This is the aspect of the higher mind which holds access to a threshold of observer consciousness that is devoid of deep heart based Compassion and true empathy. It hangs on to the edge of the consciousness abyss in the higher mental body until it can fully let go and surrender, dissolving into the vast oceanic field of loving compassion. Jumping over the Luciferian Abyss is the final point of surrender where we may feel fear that we will be swallowed into the black hole of nothingness.

At this point we stand at the edge of the abyss peering over the massive void. We must surrender to God fully in order to make the leap of faith and jump over to the other side into the loving arms of our Mother. This is why after achieving the Observer Point and emotions go extremely flat, if feelings of Compassion and Empathy do not naturally follow through an open loving heart, there should be an intentional effort to continue to open the heart, to commune with Mother and heal the inner child. Discovering the true bond made between our real God parent, as well as healing the Mother and child bond will be required to access the higher heart principle and fully embody the attributes of Christ Consciousness. KARA DEMONET (Soulstice Rising): “Fear Is An Illusion”

Fear seems to be very prevalent in the old world. Yet, it is an opportunity to see it is an illusion; to hold you back and empower the fear. Don’t! Go beyond the fear and focus on Love instead, for within the fear is Love. The fear is also an opportunity to release any residual fear you still hold. Look into the fear; whatever it is; and see at its core Love. In every instance, focus on your own Integrity; your Truth. Being in your Integrity keeps you on your Path of Love. You can see fear as just another distraction; something to cling to; complain about or take on. It’s best to be Love instead. And what is Love? It is who you are. It is Source and by being authentically you, you transform the fear to Love simply by being you; simply by being your Integrity; your Truth.

Realize too that the phase we’re in requires each of us to be patient with ourselves and others. It requires us also to share our gifts; whatever they are and how large or small they may be. Some are writers, some are poets, some are photographers, some are Earthkeepers, some are conduits of a greater Love. It matters not how you express your gift; as long as you do. It can be as small as caring for a pet or loved one or caring for a plant…as long as you do it with Love; share your gift or expand your gifts. Be sure to ground often, for Earth is shifting as we are. Everything is shifting…your beliefs and concepts, your identity…everything. Trust only in Source, for this helps balance and ground you. The Sacred is where to place your attention, for from Source all else is born. Source is who you are.

We often want to control things by believing we must work at a loveless job or keep certain people in our lives. Yet, control is also an illusion. You control nothing and no-one. This is why it is essential to know; truly know; that the Power is within you, for you are Source. If you stay in neutrality as well, then you maintain your Sovereignty. You do not attach to “good” or “bad;” you observe with Compassion, knowing a deeper Truth.

Trust and have Faith that all is in Divine Order. This includes the many things and people that are no longer on Earth or choose to remain asleep. If it feels like everything is falling apart; rejoice; for it is and must. You have consciously let go of much; this also occurs on an unconscious level. I have said there is a great Transformation occurring. Perhaps some of you didn’t feel beneath words or you just skimmed over that word, since it is used so much. Transformation is a complete let-go. From the goo that is left, a New World and a New You is reconstructed cell by cell. Even your DNA is changed, as is your consciousness. All is so all of Who You Are is aligned with and as Source. None of the old can remain. Of course, you must choose. Some may not want to let go of certain things; some may want to continue their complaining and complacency; and yet many will do anything to bring forth the New…not just for themselves and Gaia, but for the All.

If there are still old wounds that you carry around, heal and transform them to Love. This requires you to be in the Now Moment and to have loving support. Your support can be like-hearted others or the invisible realm. When you are in Stillness, call upon support. Ask for what you want and remember just because you have a memory of something it does not mean it is still actively creating in your life. Go into the memory and see if it gets you to react. If it does, ask to have the energy of it removed. If you do not react, trust that you have healed and transformed that particular wound. Just because you remember something does not necessarily mean it is still creating in your life.

If you are one who is asking to ascend and you feel as though nothing is happening, pay attention to your messages. Whether they are in your dreams, meditations or in regular life, pay attention. Stay in the Moment; stay in your Integrity. You are being guided. Yes, there are baby steps, for Ascension doesn’t happen when you want it to (control). It can happen in a second or in a lifetime, for everyone is unique. Remember that you aren’t alone; you are being guided in each moment. Are you listening? Be strong, committed and patient. Each choice you make leads you to Ascension or leads you away. You know the difference. If you feel overwhelmed by too many choices, take a deep breath and do just one thing at a time. Keep it simple.

Are you experiencing gold? This is the essence of Christ Consciousness as well as the New Earth. Do you experience purple? This is the essence of Transformation. Do you experience green? It is your Heart expanding. Do you experience blue? It is your New voice (and could also be the Blue Beings of Sirius communicating with you as well as other beings of Light). As we move toward 11/11, these colors/essences will intensify. Do you experience sensations in your higher chakras (Pineal, 3rd Eye, Crown)?These chakras are being updated. Along with the colors/ essences, there probably are some physical sensations. Flow with it all; observe without wondering what it is or why; just observe without attaching to whatever is going on. How you can help yourself…ground, be in Nature, take care of yourself and be gentle. Don’t push; flow.

If it feels as though you are taking one step forward and one step back, do not despair. It simply is the way it works. Energy ebbs and flows and since you are energy, you ebb and flow! Linear time is an illusion. Nothing goes by Point A to Point B to Point C, etc. Nothing goes in a straight line. Energy is a spiral. You are not a victim; nothing happens to you except when you have disempowering or limiting thoughts and beliefs (you create it; it only seems as though it happens to you). If you don’t like or resonate with your creation, begin again. You are not on a timetable either; all is in Divine Order and in Divine Time. Everything occurs in the Moment. Think of the popular word, “timeline.” Time is an illusion and line is linear. Very 3D. Of course, this is only my perception. What is yours? Or do you just go with whatever is fed to you without Discernment? Use Discernment with everything you see, read or hear. Always ask, “Is this true?”

Much seems to be sensationalized these days. By using Discernment, you are guided. If you feel victimized in any way regardless of who a person says they are or where they get their information, ask to be removed from the situation. Remember, you have a support team ready to help you in any given moment. They will not interfere, so you must ask. Discernment is a tool you have within. It is a Soul Essence. It rests within your Heart.

Here are some examples of being awake or awakening more: you lose track of time (yesterday I was speaking with a daughter and mentioned it was Tuesday; she replied, “Mom! It’s Friday!” I couldn’t stop laughing). You might not even remember what you did just an hour ago. If things seem strange or you get lost in familiar surroundings, this is another message that you’re awakening even more. Sometimes you’re clear; sometimes you are in a fog. Only wanting meaningful relationships; feeling tired of “small talk.” You may want to spend a lot of time alone. Of course, there are lots of physical phenomena too. I won’t go into these, as everyone is unique as to what they are experiencing.

Trust yourself and love yourself. These are the two things to always have in the forefront of your life. Be gentle and peaceful in all you choose to do. Stay neutral without going into judgment. Remember that you are loved and guided and cared for.
