SUSAN VIVYAN: “10 Pragmatic Steps For Higher Self-Awareness”

As we are in the “flip-around” time from 3D to 5D awareness these are some pragmatic tips on how to release the old 3D programming.

1)  Read or listen to articles, books, webinars that are inspiring, uplifting. Discern what resonates with you. Allow any thoughts or inspiration gained from these to be a springboard toward forward movement.

2)  Disengage from any media, situation(s), groups or individuals that dispense or are engaged in any fear based mentality according to your discernment.

3)  Release, release, release and let go! As we often say allow any negativity or old programming to flow in and out of you without getting stuck in the vibration of unhealthiness. Much like a piece of scotch tape let the stickiness of anything be pulled up, out and thrown away. Meditation, yoga, and any creative activity be it music, dance, art, writing, etc. helps in the release process. Engage in activities of your choosing that help you clear the clutter from your vibration.

4)  Gratitude. Be grateful you are alive at this time. What you focus on amplifies. Sometimes things are not what they seem; amidst it all be grateful. There is a grander plan of action. Trust. Have faith in yourself and in higher guidance & direction outside of your control. Let go and trust.

5)  Let your emotions flow in & out. Envision the rain washing over you, the wind blowing all away. You are adrift on a flowing river; don’t get caught in the currents of drama. Use meditation as your guide and seek others to support and guide you as needed. Acknowledge all emotions but don’t let them dictate your sense of well-being.

6)  Self-care. Take care of your own needs & desires first. Not selfish in some instances but allow your talents to rise with others and create a higher state of consciousness. We are saying that sometimes others needs take precedence but overall do not ignore your own well-being.

7)  Focus. Persevere. Persist. Grit. Do it Now. Even though appearances may be different than your current reality — shift your focus on what you want. The tough get going when the going is (perceived) tough. Even though time is perceived differently in your current reality keep going for what you want. Don’t give up. Those gentle nudgings are there to steer you in a direction of your choosing. The more you align with the nudges; the more you align with your higher self. If one road is not taken have no fears or worry of taking the wrong road — another way will open up.

8)  Do what you love. Do what you love the money, relationship(s), job or career, etc. will evolve. So true. Set your sight on what you enjoy and life will be a grand adventure. Enjoy the ride!

9)  Flow. When you are in the flow you enjoy the present moment which leads to another present moment dissolving past & future; dissipating any worries or concerns.

10)  Ground into the earth. Ground into the earth. As we said it is good to read, disengage from 3D programming (if you’re reading this you know): however, keep your focus on the present moment and keep your feet on the ground. Get out and immerse yourself in nature. Engage with children, animals. Spread your light to others — a smile, a kind word, a nice gesture. Be in the world, not of it as you transition and are transitioning into 5D consciousness. And again we repeat…ENJOY THE RIDE!

SUSAN VIVYAN: “The Still Point Creates Balance Within You”

Amidst the chatter (inner or outer) remember the still point within you.  You can find your still point via meditation, yoga or any activity connecting you to your flow.  The still point is when you touch the Oneness of All dissolving any worries, fears or concerns and you are immersed in the present moment.

Even for a moment in your conventional time when you find your still point balance is created within your total being.  This still point has nothing to do with time as you know it.  You can be at the still point for a moment and it will extend to other areas of your life unbeknownst to you.  Of course being at the still point every moment of your waking life would allow a clearer perspective.  However, the balance is achieved when the still point and your groundedness to the earth balance one another.

As you become a more integrated multidimensional being the ability to integrate the still point and the groundingness of being on Earth is easier in your time (as you know it).

Being in the flow is different for everyone whether it be meditation, yoga, art, dance, being in nature, or work allowing the inner core full expression.  One activity is no better than the other.  One has to find the activity which activates the flow, the still point where you find your eternal limitless self.

You language is limited, your perspective expanding.  There will come to be a point in time when time is limitless, matters less and there will be other meant to communicate other than verbal exchange.  It is happening NOW.  The still point takes you to the place where words, time, self disappears and your Soul Essence connects to the Oneness of All.  Work that is expansive enhances the Still point that balances the higher dimensions with the earthly reality, aligns the chakras, balancing the masculine and feminine energies.

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “The Spiritual Significance of the Solstice — June 2018”

On June 21st the Sun shifts into the sign of Cancer signalling the start of summer in the Northern Hemisphere and the start of winter in the Southern Hemisphere.

Just like we track the cycles of the Moon from New to Full, we can track the cycles of the Sun. The word Solstice translates to “Sun standing still” and is a significant and sacred turning point that will bring a shift in energy.

In the Northern Hemisphere, we have the longest day of the year and the highest expression of the Sun’s energy, but this energy will start slowing moving inwards and the days will get shorter as we head towards the Autumn/Fall Equinox.

In the Southern Hemisphere, we have the shortest day of the year, and the lowest expression of the Sun’s energy. After this, the energy starts becoming more expansive, and the days get longer as we move towards the Spring Equinox.

We are all one, we are all connected, and we all live on the same planet, so to some extent we will all feel these energies in different ways.

Summer Solstice (Northern Hemisphere)

The Summer Solstice is the highest point of energy for the year. We are bathed in the full power of the Sun and everything is illuminated.

The Sun is where we receive our life force energy, it is where we get our power and sustenance. Without the Sun, there would be no life.

Under the Summer Solstice, we are all going to be given a boost of power and a boost of energy in order to complete our goals and to get to work on creating whatever it is that we desire.

We are going to be guided to illuminate areas of our lives that have been hidden and we are going to be encouraged to step forward for all of the world to see.

Whatever seeds we have planted during the Spring Equinox will now be in full bloom, and we will be able to reap the rewards of our harvest.

This is a powerful time for manifestation work, to give thanks to the Sun, and to recharge our own life force energy.

Doing things that make us feel alive and getting out in nature are all great ways to honor this special time of year.

While the Summer Solstice is a perfect time to celebrate the Sun, the giver of life, there is also a deeper knowing that Autumn is coming, and eventually we, along with Mother Earth will have to shed, release, and let go in order to be reborn.

If we look to nature for guidance, everything is alive and vibrant under the Sun, but soon enough the leaves will start to turn brown and we will enter into a new point in the cycle of life and death.

Life is forever changing, and nothing ever stays the same. While our time under the rays of the warm Sun is beautiful and bright, eventually we will reach a point where we have harvested and expressed ourselves all we can, and the time will come to retreat within.

Just like the seasons, we are always changing and we are always being encouraged to go with the flow of our lives. This is the perfect time to honor all that you are, and to remember that the light will rise once again.

Your wants turn you against anyone else who also wants what you want. But when you want what Life wants, you are in total command of events. When you strive to fulfill your wants, you are certain that what you have is who you are. But when you want what Life wants, you are mentally quiet.

Finally, when you want what you want, you are always trying to convince yourself that you got what you want. But when you want what Life wants, you are eternally grateful for whatever Life has given you.

Always remember the following. If any want is the source of anxiety or sorrow, that want is yours and not Life’s. Never accept the presence of any mental or emotional suffering as necessary, no matter how much importance these impostors lend to a particularly pressing want. By refusing their dark presence, you make space for the present moment to give you its indefinable presence. This is where the Life that you want — and that wants you — is waiting.

Some might ask, “But what will happen to me if I give up my demands? Won’t I lose control of my life?”

You cannot lose control of something you never had control over in the first place. No human being controls life — his, hers, or anyone else’s. If it weren’t for higher energies coming down, filling and animating your body right now, you couldn’t be looking at this page right now and reading its words. If you want to measure the level of an individual’s stress, measure his insistence that life does as he wants. The only thing you will lose by learning to want what life wants is your fear of not being in control — which was never real control in the first place.

Here is the most important point of all. No human being needs control over life because, in reality, no one is apart from it. Who you really are, your True Nature, is not separate from life.

Let Life bring you itself. Welcome it. At each instant, it is new, full — untouched and undiminished by any moment before it. To enter into this full relationship with Life is to give yourself to your Self. Fulfilling the true purpose of Life is fulfilling your self.

Love and accept who you are and where you are.  Love and accept your own timeline — no one is better or worse, more or less capable of ascending to greater spiritual heights.  We live in a world of duality, and we humans tend to view thing as polar opposites — good/bad, better/worse, higher/lower…. but that is an illusion of this 3d reality where we exist right now.  We each live in our own flow.  We all flow from the same Source, and at the appropriate time we will flow back to the same Source.

If we resist where we are, if we don’t love, accept and honor where we are, and love and honor our personal timeline — it becomes like a sponge, with a suction holding us back.  Love and accept your own place in spiritual growth — let it go, and you will be set free to move forward.  Letting go seems like the opposite of our human tendency, but is very important, it will help set you free.  We are all exactly where we are supposed to be, at exactly the right time we are supposed to be here.

I will use Algebra as an example.  We can all remember a time when we were totally confused with Algebra and just couldn’t  ‘get it’.  Then maybe the next year, or the year after, we look at it and we think, “Oh. I get it. Why was it so difficult for me before?”  It is the same with our personal spiritual growth, it will happen naturally at the proper time.  Source knows when we are ready for something new, and will gently and lovingly lead us along our path of growth according to our own personal place on our timeline.

We all possess the same capabilities because we are all tapped into the same Source.  We each just embrace new capabilities at different times.  If someone discovers an ability before us doesn’t make them ‘better’, in fact, we should be happy for them — not jealous.  We should celebrate them.  As more people awaken and continue in their own spiritual growth, it promotes the growth of humanity as a whole.  We each grow at different rates, and that is perfectly fine.  We are each special in our own way, and the lessons we have personally learned are of great benefit to the overall growth of humanity.  So don’t diminish yourself or your lessons learned thus far.  For in doing so, aren’t we diminishing Source?  So give yourself a break!  Lighten up!  Love who you are now and where you are now….. the growth will flow naturally from that space.  RELAX INTO YOUR FLOW.

Have you ever been in a situation where your “gut feeling” told you one thing, but your rational mind said another?  If you went with your brain rather than your intuition, there’s a good chance you ended up regretting your decision.  Your intuition is the subconscious leader that many people fail to give proper respect to.  But learning to listen to this internal compass could help you make better decisions and live a more fulfilling life.

It’s unconscious reasoning, the guidance that compels you to turn left when all signs may be pointing right.  It’s often the whisper inside that can lead you to the best results possible, if you will just learn to let go and give it a chance.  Intuition is commonly associated with New Age mysticism or a metaphysical way of thinking, but it doesn’t have to be so.  Our intuition was here long before anyone even gave a word to it, and it will be here long after other fad words expire.

Warm up to the idea that you don’t have to control everything.  Life is going to happen whether you overthink it or not.  Relax.”

Whether it’s deciding which job to take, which direction to turn when you’re lost, or how to handle a conflict in your family, intuition sometimes knows better than the rational mind.  The problem is that many of us have buried that little voice so deeply within, we have a hard time hearing or feeling where it is guiding us.

The good news is that your intuition is still there, you merely have to learn to hear it again.

To better listen to your intuition, try:

1.  Meditation:  Spend time in silence, simply listening.

2.  Commune with nature:  Aim to get at least sometime outside every single day.

3.  Creativity:  Tap into your internal artist by drawing, writing, painting, or making music.

4.  Learn to listen:  In general, listen to friends, families, silence, and yourself.

5.  Be body conscious:  Learn to appreciate the little signs and signals from your body, when it tells you it’s tired, joyful, in need of love, or getting sick.

6.  Let go:  Warm up to the idea that you don’t have to control everything.  Life is going to happen whether you overthink it or not.  Relax.

7.  Stay positive:  Being in a good mood boosts participant’s abilities to make intuitive calls in a word game.  So smile!

Working on becoming more intuitive requires you to adopt healthier habits and a healthier mindset.  These are things that are good for your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, no matter your end goal.  And if cultivated regularly, they could lend themselves to better decision making and more happiness overall.
