“We all must get to the level where we listen to our Higher Self, and that you realize that many other people on the Ascension path and as Intuitive Empaths are undergoing the same issues. This is something in terms of your own spiritual discovery process that you are going to have to find the truth of this within you, and learn to trust it. Be True to You — Honor your entire being and life force. Inquire and know the contents of your heart, and only really give to others what feels joyful and aligned for your person. Do not bargain or sacrifice your truth; however do not avoid tasks that build discipline of the personal character. Ask your multidimensional selves what they need to feel balanced and happy, pay attention to your energetic and physical well-being and generate love and kindness to yourself. When you learn that you can do this, it builds confidence and its easier to trust yourself, to trust your feelings. And in my own experience what happens is that when you start to integrate higher light bodies, trust with yourself and trust with spirit and God, becomes an attribute of the higher light body.”

“Developing the qualities of Self-Love are more important than ever, as it directly reflects how much of a loving force we can be in this world. A world that needs love so desperately in order to spiritually heal. Please consider that despite the Mind Control used to carry out harmful actions that are made in dark ignorance, that all beings have an intrinsic worth and value. The current conditions in which we find ourselves in global crisis will not be solved through the same consciousness levels that form judgmental perceptions in the state of Negative Ego. May we cultivate self-love so that we can increase our reverence for all living things which are a part of this creation to help heal this world and protect the innocent life, the children on this planet. Have Compassion, love and honor to respect your inner spirit, the divinity which lives inside of you, and be true to your divine purpose on the path of awakening. As you increase self-love and self-respect, you will increase the capacity for sending a loving kindness transmission to all those who are suffering and need to experience and then remember the true love that is God.”

If we can feel and experience love, reverence and respect for the divinity that exists inside of ourselves, we will also transmit this same higher love frequency to others around us. We transmit the frequency of Love to others in proportion to our ability to hold the frequency of love inside of ourselves. Love is the most essential component in all forms of healing and immunity, whether it is the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual layers that require healing. The highest and purest forms of Love generate the harmonious unification between multiple ranges of frequencies, bringing more energetic forces into the natural flow of experiencing the possibility of synchronization and co-resonance. The withdrawal of love is stemming from making judgmental perceptions, which generate an energetic reality of disconnection and separation that builds upon discordant or non-resonating frequencies. When a person is being judgmental in their perception, they are unable to simultaneously transmit loving vibrations, thus these opposing frequencies cannot co-exist in the human body.

If we cannot recognize a value system in which all human beings have intrinsic value in the creation of life, then people seek validation for their own existence through the external world and other people. If the external world does not validate our worth according to personal expectations and belief systems, then the next stage is falling into judgment of others around us. In the current condition of this world, we need to make accurate assessments and discern the forces around us, including the motivations of people in power to determine if they are promoting harmful or healthy actions. However, to maintain our loving transmission, it is critical to separate the action from the inherent value of the person, avoiding assigning value judgments to the individual these actions or ideas are connected to.

SHERRIE DILLARD: “Synchronicities — Dance With The Cosmic Flow”

We are being led. There is a presence moving through our heart, mind, and soul that guides and directs us. Meaningful coincidences or synchronicities, open us to new insights and help us to understand ourselves and what is happening around us in new ways. Synchronicity is intuition expressed in the outer world.

Synchronicities are no accident. The universe has carefully orchestrated the seemingly impossible convergences of things, people, events, and conditions. It does not matter how great or small the coincidence may be. We immediately recognize when we intersect with the cosmic. Although others may not always be able to feel and see it, we know when we are touched by the transcendent. The heart smiles, the mind opens, and like an Olympian gymnast, the soul joyously flips and leaps.

Offering a Glimpse into a Forgotten Reality

Synchronicities provide us with a glimpse into a reality that we have forgotten. They speak to the authentic self that is comfortable and at home in the realm of cosmic truth. Despite the powerful effect that a synchronicity can have on us, we all too soon attempt to dumb it down by rationalization.

We want to creep back into the logical and the rational as if the cosmic doors had not flung open. The thinking mind wants to take charge and explain away the magic and unexplainable; don’t let it. Live with the mystery and allow it to flow through the mind, body and spirit like a healing balm. Synchronicities invite us to experience life through the cosmic portal of connection and oneness. Soak in the deep rays of the universal life force current and allow it to promote and support aspects of self that we may not always have the courage to know.

Helpful Suggestions to Increase the Flow

Here are some suggestions that can help to increase the flow of synchronicities:

Ask for Synchronicities

Simple, but true, when we ask for synchronicities, we experience them. As we let go of our expectations of how and when they occur, they naturally flow into our life in surprising ways. Just make the intent and allow the universe to manifest it.

Notice the Effect

However big, small or insignificant they may seem to be, the effect that a synchronicity has on our heart and soul is what matters. When we notice synchronicities and embrace them, they multiply.

Communicate with Your Surroundings

Imagine synchronicities as a form or communication with the universe. We don’t always notice when divine presence is answering and responding to our needs and requests. Synchronicities let us know that we are known and heard. They are a calling card informing us that we are watched over and that we are in the flow of our soul’s current.

Act On That Guidance

Synchronicities alert us to possibilities and open us to higher wisdom and love. Noticing and acting on them strengthens our soul energy and guides us into the positive. Even though life can be challenging at times, synchronicities remind us that unexpected good fortune can come to us to in surprising ways.

Have Gratitude

Live with the awareness that a wonderful, personally crafted surprise is on its way. Say, thank you, blow a big kiss and dance with the cosmic flow of the all that is. The positive and abundant energy of universal divine joy and creativity is available to us, wherever we are, and in whatever we are doing.

Blessed Being, do you recognize the profound Love that you are? Do you recognize how special and unique you are to Life? Do you recognize how much Life Loves you?

It is unconditional, infinite, and eternal. Just as you are.

Being human is a unique experience within Life. Your path is to adapt Life to you, whereas many other aspects of Life are more resonant to adapt. This is overly simplified, and therefore only part of the whole story. Yet this shaping of Life is your path.

You offer harmony to chaos, and chaos offers opportunity to you.

The power to adapt life troubles some because they observe how life on Earth has been shaped by greed, egoic power, and disregard for the sanctity of life.

It is frightening because it means that you must risk coming out of the safety of your shell, and letting your seed of compassion root deeper into the depths for the strength to reach higher toward the Light.

Everyone around you is interacting from a place of Love, whether you recognize it in the moment or not.

Perhaps in one moment, it is an easy and wonderful reflection of your highest hopes for life. Maybe it’s a different way of Love that makes you uncomfortable. It may be in opposition to you, causing you to fear it, resist it, or push against it. Perhaps another is reflecting an immature aspect of self-preservation that causes harm in a moment.

Yet each being, and indeed all aspects of Life, are deeply connected to Love and interacting from a resonance within the full spectrum of Love, even what seems like its opposite.

Where you are in that spectrum determines your experience.

Your current time calls for your empowerment to hold your boundaries of Love so that your resonance stays strong, maintaining a powerful vibration that interacts with humanity—affecting the vibration of life on Earth.

The Name of Love?

You see it all around you.

One is called human, one tree, one flower, one challenge, one moment.

Recognize the Love, the sacredness of each, and you recognize Love amidst all Life.

Your awareness gives Love strength, nourishing it to grow.

As we sit to Blast The Name of Love, we are recognizing that every aspect of separation is another name for Love. We are seeing the sacred in all expressions, even those that call us to greater strength through opposition in a moment.

We are clarifying our desires and holding our bond of Love strongly within, as the human experience touches our unique vibration. We are becoming strong enough to sway with the winds of change while rooted deep in supportive Love. We are compassion in human form, echoing that I am into future form as humanity transforms. Blast on!
