We now begin technique two which is called the Epsilon sequence. This came to me during a time when the Arcturians were very present with me. At that time they were showing me how to interface with the QXCI or Quantum technology. The Arcturians are very technical and have some very advanced healing technology. For a time they were showing me how consciousness can interface and influence holographic patterns. They were showing me how the holographic patterns, blueprints in the DNA, can be influenced through consciousness, giving a feel for how to work directly with the DNA for corrections. And this technique came out of that time period. It is an Arcturian tool to seal the soul body, solar body, which can be really helpful at a certain stage of development.

I have personally used this technique and have found it absolutely awesome. It is about disengaging manipulation in your field that can block, disengage or neutralize any kind of implants, anything that is disharmonic in the field, coming through HAARP, Scaler Field pulses or implants. This is an amazing tool to have. It not only works with a particular human ego or entity level, it also works with the scaler technology, mind control devices and different implants, of which there are millions to choose from. I have found this works extremely well so I am going to take us through the Epsilon sequence.

The light symbol code you use for the Epsilon sequence is the Greek letter of Theta. (You might want to look it up to get the visual.) It looks like is an oval or egg shape. Think of an egg that’s vertical, an oval shape with a horizontal line across the center of it. If you cannot visualize it, intend it to be so. The color of your symbol is going to be gold. See the symbol as gold in your mind or intend it to be gold. Intending is just fine, so no worries, just imagine or intend it.

As you take a breath visualize the symbol, the Theta symbol, in the color frequency of gold. The gold frequency is from the eighth dimension. As you see that symbol stationed in your pineal gland, take an inhale breath, then use your exhale breath to move the symbol down the central vertical current of your body to the base of your spine. Now see it in the center of your tailbone at the base of your spine. As you’re breathing, while visualizing the symbol inside the tailbone, mentally repeat three times these words:

You can tone this and it works very well. You can tone it or you can just mentally repeat it. A tonal vibration is created as you tone it, so that is also very powerful.

On your next inhale draw your Epsilon symbol back through your central vertical current into your fourth or heart chakra. See it inside your heart exhale and just breathe normally, while seeing the symbol inside your heart chakra.

As you exhale out, you repeat the epsilon phi Beta phi mantra mentally as you exhale your breath, and expand the image of the epsilon symbol out of your 4th chakra and into your entire auric field. See the symbol now surrounding your entire body, like a full egg shape of energy.

Now inhale and repeat the epsilon mantra again:

Take a few more exhale breaths to push more energy from your heart chakra into the image of the symbol surrounding your body and see the symbol glow bright gold in color.

You can repeat the mantra once more on the next inhale fully energizing the epsilon symbol around the body.

When you are complete with that, bring your attention back into your third eye, into your Pineal gland. Visualize once more the gold epsilon symbol directly in the pineal, while mentally repeating the epsilon mantra again three times:

As you complete the mantra, with your next breath then exhale and push the symbol out the pineal and into your auric field around your head, around your entire cranium until it just disappears from view.

I will share with you one of my own experiences of using this technique. I have found you can use the gold epsilon symbol and pop it out of your auric field at any area you feel an attack, an attachment, a cord or weird energy.

As an example, there have been times when I’m working with clients and I’ll have a discarnate or entity that will attack me, because they do not want to be removed from the body. And when I’m doing the removal if I sense that they are trying to cord me, push me or do something I may use it. One time it was very successful. I had an entity attack me on the left side of my head and before it could even touch me I popped the gold epsilon symbol out from the side of my left forehead on my temple area. I just visualized it on my temple and pushed it out of my field and the thing stopped in its tracks.

It actually looked pretty shocked. So I want to share that, so that you might feel how to experiment with this technique. You may find different variations that are very helpful for you. I encourage you to use your intuition and feel it. Any time the energy of manipulation or imposition is used, where someone is imposing their will or when an energy is attempting to coerce you in any way, this is an amazing tool to have.

Energy vampires are all around us. Here are a few tools you can use to protect yourself!

The human body generates an electromagnetic field. When that field is easily disrupted, it can manifest in many ways including being ‘sensitive’ to people and environments. You might recognize the feelings of being a sensitive soul. Being around a certain someone puts you in a bad mood. Having to go into a crowded party overwhelms you. When someone isn’t happy with you, you feel as if you’re being physically attacked.

Being energetically sensitive means that you’re picking up on and absorbing negative energy from those around you. You’re not just moody! Great news, right?

Having a strong and balanced energy system is the best way I’ve learned to stay protected from energy vampires. Do this daily and you’ll have a little routine that will help strengthen your system so you can be anywhere, at any time, and feel calm and confident.

3 Simple Rules For Protecting Yourself From Energy Vampires

Rule #1: Balance

Make sure your energy system is strong and balanced. There are many ways to do this but one of my favorites is the “thymus thump.” Thumping a gland in the center of your chest, called the thymus gland, gives you an immune system boost and is also effective for calming fear and balancing your entire system quickly. Simply use your fist and “thump” like Tarzan for about 30 seconds and some big deep breaths.

Rule #2: Ground

Ground your energy. The more grounded, or connected to the earth’s energies you are, the less shaken you’ll be by your environment. A great way to “ground” is by literally pulling your energy down through your feet.

Place your hands at the sides of your waist. With your thumb in the front and fingers toward the back, slide your hands slowly and firmly down your legs. When you get to your feet, squeeze at the sides of your feet. Doing this on grass, dirt, or sand makes it even more powerful.

Rule #3: Protect

By tracing your central meridian, an energy pathway running up the front of your body, also highly attuned to thoughts and emotions, you are able to strengthen it.

Place your hands at the bottom end of the central meridian, which is at your pubic bone. Inhale deeply as you simultaneously pull your hands straight up the center of your body, to your lower lip. Repeat three times. With the electromagnetic force of your hands, you are literally moving the energy in the meridian in the direction of its strength and in turn, the meridian is strengthening you. While doing this exercise, you can also add an affirmation such as “I am safe and protected”.

Breathe! Breathing allows energy movement in your body. If you hold your breath in crowds or around difficult people, you are actually preventing any negative energy from movinʼ right through you.

Cross your arms/legs when feeling energetically vulnerable. This actually protects your aura and creates an energetic shield. Negative energy being directed at you will tend to bounce off of you and return to the sender.

Pick your location wisely. Stand by a window or door in crowds and avoid sitting at the front of a class or room where people direct their energy toward you.

Black tourmaline, a crystal that can be purchased for just a couple of dollars, is an excellent negative energy absorber. Put it in your pocket, purse, or just keep it close by when feeling vulnerable.

Now you have lots of minute-or-less tools to keep you balanced, grounded, and protected. Just don’t forget, they only work if you use them.

LISA RENEE (Ascension Glossary: “12-D Shield”

This is the foundation technique suggested to use as a protective shield to strengthen and grow your Lightbody as well to utilize before you do any other healing, energy work or modality. The 12D Shield is an organic part of every human beings Lightbody which can be repaired and activated when using the inner focusing 12D shield technique. The frequency of which activates this horizontal shield and its vertical light pillar is platinum white in its frequency spectrum color. The 12D Ray current was returned to portions of the earth grid, therefore returned to humanity in early 2000.

Merkaba Star

A Six Pointed Star. This geometry means Unity, unity of polarity coming into oneness with God. In the earlier stages of building the divine krystic 12D Shield, the Merkaba Star or Star of David is the symbol code called upon to support the path of energetic synthesis, to bring unity within the lightbody. The Star of David means unity between male and female, the geometry directs balance between the masculine and feminine energies that exist within every human being, whether male or female form. All humans are intrinsically made up of Gender Principle energies, masculine and feminine, of which are designed to come into sacred union or hierogamic union in order to communicate with the highest self, the inner Christos-Sophia light.

12D Ray

This 12D White Ray (a ray is a term for an energetic particle wave spectrum) is the consciousness unit and a level of our being that manifests on the 12th Dimension. The 12D Ray holds the imprint of all 144 Subharmonic Strings from all 12 dimensions in the Universal Time Matrix. It is the first dimension of individuation on which the original divine blueprint for humanity was created as a 12 DNA Strand Avatar. The Threefold Founder Flame, Prime creator merged Blue Ray (13D), Gold Ray (14D) and Violet Ray (15D). These three primal sound fields created all of our 15 Dimensional model of our Universal Time Matrix to create the Divine Monadic Blueprint for the Human Krystal Star or Christos Consciousness Being. 12D Expands into Transit Gate

Once a person is attuned and working with the 12D shield daily, the Lightbody becomes aligned to the 12D Ray this starts to build the spiritual foundation for the Soul, Monad and Avatar bodies. See Ascension Stages. At a certain level of proficiency, one can utilize the 12D Shield as a Transit Gate Vortex, or a Shadow Gate. This is a vortex set up specifically to clear low vibration energies, entities, and negativity from the space one has commanded with the 12D shield as GSF. We call that Commanding Personal Space with a boundary test using the GSF triad. This means one is stating that one chooses the consent and authority of God-Sovereign Free- which is aligned to the Law of One, therefore the Christ. To clear out lower frequencies, misplaced entities, misqualified or negative energies that accumulate in a room, space and group aura field exposed to higher frequencies.

Directing Energy

It is a persons directed and focused attention, not muscular control or use of force, which accesses the inner sensory ability to control the movement of life force or chi energy. When the mind is developed and disciplined, and thus calmed and centered, by focusing the mind, one can direct energy and life force very specifically.

When the mind has been mastered, a person will conquer restlessness and boredom. When you learn to control the energy you are able to control the states of Consciousness.

The first stages of Directing Energy is concentration. Bringing your focus is a direction of personal will towards sustaining mental effort. This is concentration. Tension will arise in the body, as you notice this tension building, it is building the inner vibration which manifests as a result of the concentrated effort made in the physical body. Notice the tension building and then allow the body to release that tension fully, in order to achieve deeper relaxation. Relax and let go, falling deeper into relaxation, letting go of the mental and physical body and then feel. Allow the sensory feeling of that moment to reveal to you impressions, sensing the feelings in that moment.

The power of the force of Love is key that unlocks every door in the Universe. When we can access the power of Love we are capable to accomplish almost anything. When intending to direct energy, bring feelings of love and devotion to the process.

The Medulla Oblongata is at the base of the brain stem that acts as the energy receiver of cosmic energy. Bring to your mind the life force energy coming into the medulla oblongata and being directed to your body parts. When feeling unwell, imagine the Cosmic Consciousness streaming into the back of your head and projecting itself throughout your body parts and areas that feel blocked or unwell. This helps to develop ones skill at directing life force energy, such as the 12D Shield within the self and the environment.

Discernment of Directing Energy

In regard to the use of Creation Symbols or those sacred geometries that are hijacked for negative purposes, such as STS and for Black Magic, this is something that each one of us has to find personal Discernment in what we connect with and what we feel connected to. Generally, what is a potent way to gain deeper clarity, is to first stabilize the body and to learn how to be consistent with your 12D Shielding and to use it as a Boundary Test with what is known as the GSF triad, which is God Sovereign Free. When you encrypt your 12D Shield with God Sovereign Free, what you are basically saying, is “I’m only allowing that which interacts with me to be in full resonance with God Sovereign Free”. When you are able to develop some proficiency with that, doing a 12D shield encrypted with your God Sovereign Free triad and then you use this as a boundary test for sacred geometries or anything else to get better discernment about the quality of energy. Anything that you come across, you want to feel what level of resonance you have with it, and to feel and discern the body’s resonance to this coding or symbolism because of the reversals, some of which has been discussed many times in regard to the Metatronic Reversal field.

Common Causes of Weak Aura

There are many things that weaken our general health and well being, through the weakening and fracturing of the human energy field or aura. When we develop Self Awareness and learn basic Spiritual Housekeeping through Psychic Self Defense one can be proactive in generating a strong aura, or Lightbody, which increases energetic balance and health in every layer of the multidimensional bodies.

  • Negative emotions, AD Behaviors, destructive thoughtforms of Negative Ego
  • Unresolved Emotional or psychological conflicts, destructive relationships
  • Pharmaceuticals, drugs, alcohol,
  • Addiction and consuming recreational drug substances
  • Surgery, hospitalization and cutting into the body
  • Low EMF fields generated from technology (cellphones, computers, TV)
  • Solar Flares and strong Magnetic Field Shifting, EMF Fluctuations.

True empathic abilities do not absorb others emotions or energy. An example would be, “I can feel anger radiating from that person.” as opposed to, “I feel angry because that person is radiating anger.”.

If you find yourself absorbing others emotions, you are in fact, empathic, but your skills are bleeding through without firm boundaries.

A simple, easy technique to solidify your personal, sovereign space is as effortless as breathing, we just need to add an intention or a flavor to the breath.

Slow down the breath and start inhaling deep into the abdomen, stretching the tummy open. On the exhale, completely relax and let go, allowing the breath to bleed from the lungs.

Stay in this focus until you feel your body relax and the mind calm (shouldn’t be more than a minute or two). Once you feel the body let go, you are ready for the next step.

The intention is to feel the gravity of you, pulling everything that is you into your bubble, including the space outside the body on the inhale. **WHAT IS MINE, IS MINE**

On the exhale, reverse the feeling. Push out everything that is not you, making it weightless. **WHAT IS YOURS, IS YOURS**

Do not do this aggressively, or with anger. Make it as gentle as possible, simply stating facts, because what is mine is mine and what is yours is yours

Do this whenever you feel the buzz of the crowd push in, or when you feel someone thinking about you, holding negative feelings, or when you feel intense emotion radiating from someone.

Empathic abilities are just like any other skill. Trainable.

These are reason enough to put a consistent, daily focus on being fully present in your body and powerfully grounded to Earth’s core.”

It used to be common knowledge in consciousness circles that a person needed to be grounded both energetically and physically. People would talk about what foods helped them feel the most grounded, how spending time in nature helped them ground their meditative experiences and so on. However, I have noticed a trend in the last few years where people are getting very ungrounded, and are even encouraging others to engage “spiritual” practices that are very ungrounding. (Spell check says “ungrounding” is not a word, but I say that it is. 🙂 )

Two of the adverse consequences of being ungrounded are that it can cause a person to be too easily swayed by the opinions of others, as well as be fooled by any of the many deceptions in our world. These are reason enough to put a consistent, daily focus on being fully present in your body and powerfully grounded to Earth’s core. I could go on and on about the pitfalls and dangers of being spacey, ungrounded, partially out of body, etc. but I will leave that aside in the interests of keeping this article short.

First, Get Into Your Body!

Many people are chronically partially out of their body due to a variety of conditions, some of which include: unhealed past physical or emotional traumas, living out of contact with the earth (cities, apartments, etc.), doing “out of body” meditations, excessive daydreaming, unwillingness to confront the darker aspects of the subconscious mind, excessive use of alcohol or other drugs, over-consumption of television and other forms of digital entertainment, too much “cleansing” / calorie-restrictive dieting, and more.

The “Higher Self Meditation” in the Self-Clearing System puts a focus on bringing your own Inner Light back down into your body because most people are literally floating above themselves energetically. A repeated focus on seating your energy in your heart center helps you to be truly IN your body. Keep in mind that the “Higher” Self is only deemed that because so much of our Sovereign Self is floating above the body instead of residing within it.

Being fully present in the body can take a while, depending on how habitually disconnected and ungrounded a person has been in their life. Centering our energy in our heart center is the first, most basic step to restoring our full presence in the body, so that we can then get grounded.

Get Your Feet On the Ground

Even if you live in a dense urban environment, there will be parks and other places where some nature still exists. Seek out those places and put your bare feet onto the grass, dirt, sand, etc. While you’re there with your feet on the ground, do the simple grounding meditation below and walk around for a bit.

This one is so simple that many people totally overlook it, or they prefer to plug in a “grounding pad” and call it a day. I have nothing against grounding (aka “earthing”) devices, but they cannot replace the value of being barefoot on the ground. Swimming in natural bodies of water, walking barefoot on the beach and hiking in natural settings are also good ways to directly, energetically connect to the earth. If you are hiking in boots, stop often and touch a tree or plant with your bare hands.

Connect Your Heart to the Heart of the Planet

Through the process of energetically connecting our heart to the heart of the planet, we get deeply grounded in a very powerful, stable way. To me, this is the most potent form of grounding, although it works best when used in conjunction with the above steps. However, don’t let the fact that you are in a high rise building, or that it is too cold outside to put your bare feet on the ground stop you from doing the simple process described below. It can be done anywhere, even if you are flying in an airplane.

Before we get to the process, I want to mention the curving energy lines used here. While it is more simple to visualize a straight line of energy, I have learned that curving lines of energy are more natural and more aligned with our foundational reality as Sovereign extensions of Source than straight lines of energy, which tend to be more mechanistic and synthetic.

Again, I could go on at length here, but I will keep it brief and use a picture to serve as a visual aid for this concept.

Heart to Earth Core Grounding

My Simple, Daily Grounding Focus

• Close your eyes and take some slow, deep breaths. Center yourself in the present moment.

• Focus on your heart and visualize the energy of your Sovereign Inner Self growing large and bright.

• Send a beam of gently curving energy out of the left side of your chest that goes downward into the earth.

• Visualize this energy gently curving in a long elliptical arc, eventually connecting into the left side of Earth’s core.

• As you make this connection to Earth’s core, mentally (or out loud) say to the Earth, “Hello and thank you for supporting my human experience.” (It can be anything with heartfelt gratitude.)

• Visualize another curving line of energy emanating from the right side of Earth’s core, gently curving up to eventually connect into the right side of your chest.

• Spend a few moments enjoying the feeling of connecting and synchronizing your heart center to the heart of the planet.

• State your intention to keep yourself fully, deeply grounded and connected into Earth’s core.

• Open your eyes and go on about the rest of your day in this deeply grounded state.

I highly recommend that you repeat this several times during the day whenever you have a spare moment. It only takes a couple of minutes, and with practice over time you will be able to maintain this connection throughout your day. Even if you are 20 stories up off the ground in an apartment or office building, you can still do this simple process. In fact, it is even more important to do so in that type of environment than if you’re a woodland hobbit kind of person like me.

Grounding Physical Exercises

Ideally, when you are walking, standing or sitting barefoot on the grass (and after you have connected your heart center to the heart of the planet), you can do some physical exercise that will help you get more connected to your body. Again though, if you can’t be in direct contact with the ground, you can still do some grounding physical exercise. This can be just about anything that you like to do, provided that it does not make you feel “spacey” or too light-headed.

For example, those who are familiar with a set of exercises called the “Five Rites” could do those movements, but I strongly recommend that you omit the first spinning movement, at least for a while. This is because spinning can create a spacey, out of body feeling, especially in a person that is already ungrounded. Do the other exercises first for a while, then slowly, very slowly, add in a little bit of spinning. Just make sure to ground yourself after the spinning portion, and if it takes too long, do less spinning (or none) next time.

If you are into yoga, do a combination of easy and mildly-challenging movements, but omit any extended pranayama at first, for the same reasons as omitting the spinning. If you are not into any of the above, just do some planks, push-ups, bodyweight squats, go hiking, or anything else you enjoy doing, making sure that you stay within your body’s limitations. Pushing the body too hard while exercise can also be ungrounding, so if you feel your body asking for a rest, then rest! 🙂

A Grounding Diet

While I don’t think a “perfect diet for all humans” actually exists, I have found that incorporating organic root vegetables and organic greens into a calorie-dense diet can help with efforts to get fully into the body and be grounded. The root vegetables are pretty self-explanatory, they grow underneath the ground, and they help pass along some of that groundedness to us when we eat them.

Greens are grounding due to their mineral content, but I must stress the importance of combining root vegetables and greens with calorie-dense foods. Any type of caloric restriction can be very ungrounding for a person, even when the diet is high in micronutrients, so it is important to have both micronutrient density and caloric density in one’s diet.

This means eating things like rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes (hey, those are root vegetables, too!), avocados, eggs, coconut oil, butter, other dairy products and (real) honey regularly. It can even mean having some ice cream once in a while (yay!). Organic is always preferable, but don’t stress out over having a perfect diet, as that stress is worse than eating non-organic food.

Also, put as much (natural) salt on your food as you want. Salt could take up a whole article on its own, but the short version is that natural, minimally processed salt is good for you, so don’t restrict it. (Himalayan salt, Redmond “Real” salt, Celtic sea salt, etc.)

Just for clarity: Please do NOT just eat root vegetables and greens, because you will not have enough caloric density to support a strong metabolism, and you will end up ungrounded, hungry and feeling cold all the time without sufficient calories. For those of you who eat meat, try to get organic / grass-fed whenever possible. Those of you who don’t eat meat will need to make sure you are getting plenty of calories from other sources.

Awareness is the Key

The main key to being energetically present in your body and grounded is awareness and being conscious of how you feel as you move through life. These are a few indicators that you are not fully present in your body and ungrounded: Feeling spacey, difficulty focusing on one task, easily losing track of conversations when others are talking, misplacing your keys/ phone/ spouse/ child/ dog/ etc., poor coordination, forgetting something that happened just moments ago, etc.

If you can incorporate the physical grounding practices into your daily life as much as possible and do your energetic grounding work, you will notice many positive benefits including an increase in your capacity for holding and utilizing energy in your body. This will allow you to do more intense types of energy-work without getting ungrounded in the process.
