LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Healing our Heart”

“It is only possible to engage with Emotional Healing once we have achieved greater levels of Self-Awareness, which is the fruit of dedicated self-inquiry. The process of becoming aware of our Emotional Triggers and sourcing the real cause of emotional pain is made through self-observation and increased self-awareness. Through dedicated observation of the self and gradually discerning between these functioning aspects of the mind, one can attain the direct experience of the Consciousness they are. The still point, through which this consciousness connects into the parts of our mind, is what forms all of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences that direct us through life. Through observation and self-inquiry, we become aware of the contents of our psychological and emotional patterns of behavior.”

Preserving and Healing our Heart may be a uniquely different process for each person, however, the main purpose is to give personal meditative attention in better sensing our heart’s inner messages, in order to restore a flow of loving energy in our lives and achieve overall energetic balance. The human heart is an energy harmonizer, and naturally restores balance throughout the bodily systems when we learn how to balance the feeling sensations of the heart with the belief systems of the mind. Sensing our heart means that we are paying attention to our inner feelings, emotions, and needs while sensing the natural rhythms and discovering the deeper dimensions of our multidimensional heart. When our heart has been closed it is usually the result of previous trauma and pain that we had suffered during childhood and carried as miasmatic imprints that were unresolved from other lifetimes. In order to open our heart, we will need to be willing to face any buried and unresolved pain, facing the shadows we carry, which may include emotions like sadness, grief and despair.

As mentioned, when we begin to crack through the energetic barrier that was surrounding our pericardium and heart, we will feel the emotional depth of our soul wounds, the betrayals, the abandonment and the pain. This is the quintessential Dark Night of the Soul. However, it is important to remember when you are undergoing this difficult stage of healing the heart, that you are surfacing all that has been unspoken and unheard to be witnessed, and that out of these powerful feelings and deep-seated grief will come a spiritual strength and renewal that will be worth it all. Practicing Compassion for self and forgiveness of others, working on feelings of Empathy, are ways of developing heart-based qualities that help us work through powerful and intense emotions. These are the beginning stages of intending to spiritually heal and open up our hearts on the earth. We can discover self-acceptance and find joy, feel reverence for and take pleasure in the simplest things in life.

Here are some factors to support creating a peaceful oasis for ourselves even when exposed to the forces of chaos during the planetary shift.

  • Address mental noise: Excessive mental chatter, negative self-talk and playing out archetypes of drama, generates imbalances throughout our body and places energy blocks around the heart. In order to regain energetic balance within all of the main four bodily systems, we must be able to sit quietly and still our mind. This begins with learning about the Negative Ego and learning how to control impulses and quiet the mind, through Meditation or breathwork. To heal and open our sacred heart we must clear negative ego, reduce mental noise and outer distractions. (See Where Can I Start?)
  • Forgiveness: To clear out the pericardium shield and related energy blockages from around our heart complex, many times we will need to forgive ourselves and others. To forgive another person or circumstance is the most generous thing we can do for ourselves. When we forgive others for perceived transgressions it frees us from the bonds, entanglements and cords which manifest painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, and anger.
  • Letting go: For many people that undergo deeply shocking or hard emotional challenges, such as ending relationships, this can give rise to deep negative emotions like anger, resentments and bitterness that block us from moving forward in life. The pain of such events can make us suffer from a broken heart, which has both physical and energetic impacts to closing down our heart. If we can look at life as many lessons in which we are learning to become spiritually whole, the sensation of a broken heart provides the opportunity to explore more of the dimensions of our inner selves. By being present in the moment and surrendering to the now, judgments and future expectations of others are completely dissolved. Let it all go.
  • Discernment: If we act recklessly by making quick and careless decisions based on lower impulses, this interferes with good decision making by impairing our discernment. One must grow in Spiritual Maturity to be able to discern what is in alignment for them personally, without judgment and without concern for what others may think of your choices. As you allow yourself to be who you really are as an embodiment of soul purposed truth, you will allow others to be exactly who they need to be.
  • Take inventory: When we are feeling unhappy about the current conditions in our lives, it is time to restore energetic balance by taking inventory. What are you doing in your life now that brings you meaningful connection, fulfillment and feelings of joy in the moment? If we look to others to give us permission, or rely on relationships or external events in order to experience love and happiness, this sets us up to fail. When we focus only on the external to make us happy, this is based on temporary conditions, thus, we are distracting ourselves from hearing the real messages that come from inside our hearts.
  • Create Priorities: Once we have taken inventory and listened to our heart for more clarity on what generates meaningful connections and increased loving feelings, we will want to apply our new found awareness to co-create a healthier lifestyle and more balanced relationships. If we are too serious and in work mode too much of the time, without playfulness and humor, this also generates imbalances which shut down our heart. We must re-evaluate our commitments in life to reduce stress and seek to remove any areas where obligations or negative interactions are no longer supporting a more natural flow in our life.
When we are in energetic balance with ourselves, we are in balance with our spiritual self, our heart and we cease to have great personal turmoil or suffering. This is the path to becoming increasingly healthy and peaceful.

Emotional Healing

It is only possible to engage with Emotional Healing once we have achieved greater levels of Self-Awareness, which is the fruit of dedicated self-inquiry. Through observation and self-inquiry, we become aware of the contents of our psychological and emotional patterns of behavior.

LISA RENEE: “Epsilon Sequence” — a Golden Gift of Healing and Protection from the Arcturians

“I have personally used this technique and have found it absolutely awesome. It is about disengaging manipulation in your field that can block, disengage or neutralize any kind of implants, anything that is disharmonic in the field, coming through HAARP, Scaler Field pulses or implants. This is an amazing tool to have. It not only works with a particular human ego or entity level, it also works with the scaler technology, mind control devices and different implants, of which there are millions to choose from.”

~Lisa Renee

We now begin technique two which is called the Epsilon sequence. This came to me during a time when the Arcturians were very present with me. At that time they were showing me how to interface with the QXCI or Quantum technology. The Arcturians are very technical and have some very advanced healing technology. For a time they were showing me how consciousness can interface and influence holographic patterns. They were showing me how the holographic patterns, blueprints in the DNA, can be influenced through consciousness, giving a feel for how to work directly with the DNA for corrections. And this technique came out of that time period. It is an Arcturian tool to seal the soul body, solar body, which can be really helpful at a certain stage of development.

I have personally used this technique and have found it absolutely awesome. It is about disengaging manipulation in your field that can block, disengage or neutralize any kind of implants, anything that is disharmonic in the field, coming through HAARP, Scaler Field pulses or implants. This is an amazing tool to have. It not only works with a particular human ego or entity level, it also works with the scaler technology, mind control devices and different implants, of which there are millions to choose from. I have found this works extremely well so I am going to take us through the Epsilon sequence.

The light symbol code you use for the Epsilon sequence is the Greek letter of Theta. (You might want to look it up to get the visual.) It looks like is an oval or egg shape. Think of an egg that’s vertical, an oval shape with a horizontal line across the center of it. If you cannot visualize it, intend it to be so. The color of your symbol is going to be gold. See the symbol as gold in your mind or intend it to be gold. Intending is just fine, so no worries, just imagine or intend it.

As you take a breath visualize the symbol, the Theta symbol, in the color frequency of gold. The gold frequency is from the eighth dimension. As you see that symbol stationed in your pineal gland, take an inhale breath, then use your exhale breath to move the symbol down the central vertical current of your body to the base of your spine. Now see it in the center of your tailbone at the base of your spine. As you’re breathing, while visualizing the symbol inside the tailbone, mentally repeat three times these words:

Epsilon phi Beta phi Epsilon phi Beta phi Epsilon phi Beta phi

You can tone this and it works very well. You can tone it or you can just mentally repeat it. A tonal vibration is created as you tone it, so that is also very powerful.

On your next inhale draw your Epsilon symbol back through your central vertical current into your fourth or heart chakra. See it inside your heart exhale and just breathe normally, while seeing the symbol inside your heart chakra.

As you exhale out, you repeat the epsilon phi Beta phi mantra mentally as you exhale your breath, and expand the image of the epsilon symbol out of your 4th chakra and into your entire auric field. See the symbol now surrounding your entire body, like a full egg shape of energy.

Now inhale and repeat the epsilon mantra again:

Epsilon phi Beta phi Epsilon phi Beta phi Epsilon phi Beta phi

Take a few more exhale breaths to push more energy from your heart chakra into the image of the symbol surrounding your body and see the symbol glow bright gold in color.

You can repeat the mantra once more on the next inhale fully energizing the epsilon symbol around the body.

When you are complete with that, bring your attention back into your third eye, into your Pineal gland. Visualize once more the gold epsilon symbol directly in the pineal, while mentally repeating the epsilon mantra again three times:

Epsilon phi Beta phi Epsilon phi Beta phi Epsilon phi Beta phi

As you complete the mantra, with your next breath then exhale and push the symbol out the pineal and into your auric field around your head, around your entire cranium until it just disappears from view.

I will share with you one of my own experiences of using this technique. I have found you can use the gold epsilon symbol and pop it out of your auric field at any area you feel an attack, an attachment, a cord or weird energy.

As an example, there have been times when I’m working with clients and I’ll have a discarnate or entity that will attack me, because they do not want to be removed from the body. And when I’m doing the removal if I sense that they are trying to cord me, push me or do something I may use it. One time it was very successful. I had an entity attack me on the left side of my head and before it could even touch me I popped the gold epsilon symbol out from the side of my left forehead on my temple area. I just visualized it on my temple and pushed it out of my field and the thing stopped in its tracks.

It actually looked pretty shocked. So I want to share that, so that you might feel how to experiment with this technique. You may find different variations that are very helpful for you. I encourage you to use your intuition and feel it. Any time the energy of manipulation or imposition is used, where someone is imposing their will or when an energy is attempting to coerce you in any way, this is an amazing tool to have.

BARBARA BUCK: “Hiding The Wounded Healer”

Suffering can appear in our lives with little warning. It startles us out of complacency. One day we are swimming with the tide, just breezing through life, then wham! Disease and discord hit us when we aren’t looking. Suddenly our nice dip in the ocean becomes a terrifying race from the sharks that we had no idea were right below the surface.

Hardship in whatever form it manifests, can cause us to lose faith that life is on our side. It can render us incapable of trusting the ebb and flow of reality as we understand it.

When I was diagnosed with a chronic disease, I was utterly blindsided. I am a healing practitioner, so in the beginning stages of being sick I had faith that I would be more than capable of handling the issue and moving on with my life. I had multiple tools to help me.

I did all the work, taking a mind/body/spirit approach to the disease, but instead of getting better, I got worse. I did everything that I knew how to do as a healing practitioner, but all my knowledge was useless in the face of my wretched suffering.

I stopped trusting the process and began to believe that I must have done something horribly wrong to deserve the physical and emotional trauma that I was experiencing.

To top it all off, I had a belief that no one would want to see a healer with a chronic disease. How could anyone put their faith in me to help them, if I couldn’t even heal myself? A sick healer is a paradox.

I spent a good deal of time stoically putting on my best game face while seeking help from other practitioners behind closed doors. Everyone that I knew had plenty of advice to give me, from why I got sick to what might help me get better.

Conventional medicine, naturopaths, homeopaths, nutritionists, spiritual counselors, acupuncturists, biofeedback therapists, energy healers of all different types; you name it, I tried it. I stopped trusting the healthcare industry to give me answers, but the worst part about it all is that I stopped trusting my ability to help myself.

Suffering makes us feel weak, and in that weakness we become vulnerable. It’s a terrifying experience to recognize that no matter what we’ve been taught to believe, there are some things we don’t have control over. Sometimes when we allow ourselves to step into our vulnerability, we can feel like victims, victims to our bodies, our thoughts, our creative process that’s gone awry, to God, to the Universe, to genetics.

I have vacillated back and forth between all of these things. I blamed my ancestors, the environment, but mostly I held myself accountable for this disease. I have a firmly held belief that I am a co-creator of my reality, so clearly I must have made this happen.

I played the self-blame game very well. I decided that I can’t be trusted to care for myself when I am in this open, susceptible state. The Universe can’t be trusted either because it certainly didn’t have my back and stop me from creating this horrible mistake.

It didn’t even give me fair warning.

When we are raw and wounded, the first thing we throw out of the window is usually trust. The most natural reaction to our loss of faith is to wrap ourselves in a protective shell because we are afraid of what might come next. The world no longer feels safe.

When we become ill, whether it’s emotionally, spiritually, or physically, we tend to try to keep the world at a comfortable distance. Instead of stepping into our vulnerability, we hide it under the guise of courage and dignity.

Society rewards stoicism with praise. If we see a cancer patient, we say “Isn’t she brave? She never complains about the pain she’s in. She just keeps fighting. It’s amazing!” Very rarely do we acknowledge it when someone courageously embraces their vulnerability by taking a step into the darkness of their condition and seeing what gifts lie within the murky depths.

When we voice our fears or expose our vulnerability, it can frighten our loved ones. It makes people uncomfortable when they can see our wounds. It makes them remember their mortality and their own ability to suffer.

We often respond to this behavior by hiding behind a courageous mask, when the truth is that it makes us feel guilt, anger, and shame.

It’s time for us as healers to take that mask off. It is impossible to heal if we don’t allow the shadows of our creation to surface for healing, or try to hide them. Ignoring them is no longer an option.

STEPHANIE LUCAS: “5 Pitfalls of Lightworkers: Struggles They & Other Energy Healers Face”

Art-14

Lightworkers and those who consciously and subconsciously serve humanity with healing Love and Light face their own struggles, and I can only imagine that truly incarnated Lightworkers face dark times on a profound level. After all, they are willingly sharing their energy, their vibrational resonance, and give love to others constantly, which must be rather draining. Lightworkers actively protect themselves from energy drains and are continually regenerating white light to do their tasks – until part or all of their mind body spirit falls into a pit of darkness.Yes, Lightworkers have pitfalls, and they often need the aid of another lightworker or energy healer to draw them out of the hole and back into the grace of the Divine light so they can continue their work as earthbound healers. Here are some common pitfalls of Lightworkers and those who work mostly in the light.

Falling Into Karmic Burdens

As mentioned in a previous post, Signs of Lightworkers, these souls tend to carry a heavy karmic burden that stubbornly stands in their way on the path to enlightenment. Even while doing light work they may be in a state of disarray at times concerning their personal journey. Lightworkers who are Living in the Present Moment are essentially attempting to right some past life wrong through their actions, and their spirits suffer in transient stages.

Getting Lost in Blind Illusions and Ignorance

Fighting karmic burdens can put lightworkers – just as they do anyone – in temporary states of fear and disillusion. Because their path requires them to be free of these burdens in order to successfully spread only the love and light, they MUST face fears and remember their divine purpose on earth. They must work against the ignorance of materialism in the physical world and embrace their true identity. In states of blindness and ignorance, many lightworkers suffer from temporary amnesia. This can cause them to fall back into 3-D consciousness and they won’t emanate at a high enough resonance and frequency to truly help others.

Art-11B

Depression, Doubts, and Feelings of Hopelessness

Along with times of fear and the inability to temporarily proceed with their life’s mission, Lightworkers have a tendency to fall into states of depression when facing their karmic burdens. They may begin to doubt their abilities, feel like ‘giving up,’ or believe that working in the light isn’t their calling after all. However, genuine lightworkers have a knack for ‘working’ their way through dark issues and getting back into the light quickly.

Loneliness and Feelings Something is ‘Wrong’ with Them

Because they spend a good deal of time recharging their batteries and must be careful of being around large groups of people due to their Empathic Sourced Anxieties, lightworkers often feel alone and like they don’t ‘belong’ anywhere. I think people all too often expect energy and light healers to be ‘on’ all the time, leaving them with no one to talk to when they need some love and light, and that can certainly make one feel ‘flawed.’

Taking Extreme Risks

Lightworkers don’t seem to have a fear of death and why would they? They understand that we are all one constrant stream of energy flowing through the universe and find solace in the transient nature of our essence as immortal beings. Therefore, they can be rather extreme risk-takers in the physical realm.

These are just a few of the struggles of lightworkers in general, so be mindful of your friends who work in the love and light, and offer them an ear sometime in return for all the kindness and assistance they give you on a regular basis.
