Synchronized events

In fact, there will be times when we are going to come across a few incidents which can appear random; but, when we connect the dots, we are going to see that these incidents are pointing to something different. These random events are going to add to only one event which we can realize later. Our souls will show us the bigger picture.

Repetition of letters or numbers

Numbers and letters are tools which we can use to communicate to communicate with each other. Our words are going to reveal everything we really want to say to other people. Our souls will use numbers, letters, and even words to communicate with us. Our souls often do this repeatedly. The repetition of these elements in our lives could indicate some kind of communication so that we have to open our eyes if we notice them constantly.

Gut feeling

Many people act on the basis of their instincts. Sometimes, we think about a specific thing, and we feel that our gut says something else. Our souls are connected with our true nature. Our souls understand our necessities, and know what bothers us or please us. Therefore, our souls speak out when we doubt something. Visions

We can’t even figure out such things instantly. But, this feeling was created by our souls in order to direct us towards something that we need in our lives. Our souls are going to speak out when they feel that they have to. We have to pay more attention so that we will always find the needed direction in our lives.

Anxiousness

Anxiousness is not always going to be fully psychological. It is not always going to appear as a result of stress and tension. There will be times when our anxiety is going to appear because of our souls warning us against something which was planning to do. They are going to warn us through negative feelings present inside us, and we are going to cancel our plans, in order to act better.

Animals

Our souls may speak to us through birds or some other animals, even though it is a true mystery of how they do that. For example, it may happen that we continuously see crows, which is going to make us feel strange about a particular situation. This may actually mean that our souls are trying to tell us that there will be impending problems on our ways; however, we can ignore the sign, only at our own risk.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Dealing With Never-Ending Change”

There are a lot of things in life that we can avoid and do without but change is not of them. There will always be change, in some form or the other, sneaking up on us.

That being said let us be real for a second and really talk about change. Is it really easy to accept it and adapt to whatever change comes our way?

Be nice to yourself

We are often pretty unforgiving when it comes to our own selves and consider ourselves to be incompetent when we struggle but when we see someone close to us going through the same stuff, we are sympathetic and kind to them.

What we need to do in these situations is be the same to our own selves. As a human with emotions and feelings, understand that you are allowed to suffer, be sad and not be okay.

Allow yourself that time to find your footing again and be nice to yourself. A little self love can go a long way.

Observe things and pay attention

Life passes by us pretty fast when we are not paying attention but that is not the best way to live. Look around yourself and be informed about what is happening.

This way you become a better balanced individuals and balance always comes in handy. Everything around you at any given moment is meant to be there at that exact moment — these things need your attention.

Start journaling

Writing a journal every day or as much as possible is effective in many ways. It grants you a look into your innermost complexities and thoughts and helps you understand them better.

When you journal every day, you will find that you feel lighter than usual because you have let out everything that you needed to let out.
