LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Digging Deep, Facing Discomfort”

Transcript:  Now, before we get started this evening, tonight our main discussion is dedicated to our community as a Sanity Saver.  I hope that you come back to this talk as a resource when you’re feeling triggered or overwhelmed by life circumstances.  I would like to say from my heart that this month what is happening in the planetary field has had very intense results on the mental and emotional body — the minds and emotions of many people.  One of the main messages in our community is to work on getting discipline over the thoughts that trigger the pain body, thoughts that are divisive and judgemental so that these intense times of transformation on the Earth would become much easier for you to process.  I know that many people now are struggling with many complicated and difficult issues in their life, and for this struggle I have so much compassion and unconditional love. I do know how painful that this can be.

The topic of the most importance right now is how to get a handle on effectively dealing with and facing complicated issues and painful conflicts in your own life in the most effective and graceful way.  These timelines bring up a lot of pain body issues that are being projected onto other people and things around us when we don’t understand what’s happening.  We cannot run away from conflict.  We cannot run away from our discomfort and pain and think we can escape it.  The pattern of pain and discomfort you feel is existing inside of you.  Really sit with that and don’t let that scare you.  There is great power in realizing that.  Know that you have the power to change that, to remove and clear that particular pain so that you never have to feel it the same way again.

Now, what are you going to do about that? Are you going to persist in these old patterns?  Do you need to project that pain and discomfort onto other people in order to feel better?  Did you know that you can feel the pain, but it does not have to impact how you feel about yourself?

You can maintain self-love, self-acceptance and self-esteem, even when undergoing painful shifts and major life challenges.  You never have to feel bad about yourself.  You never have to feel bad about others, even for 30 seconds.  You could choose to feel total compassion instead.  You could shift that in an instant if you wanted to, right now. A new motto when feeling bad — feel compassion instead. It is time to get that pain body under control and cleaned up.  It’s all up to you.  Now, this month we talk about historical timeline trigger events.

Many of these trigger events are triggering the pain body.  We have an increased opportunity to break through our amnesiac barriers and the memory wiping, to regain more personal knowledge that connects us with the truth of our own experience at individual, collective and even Galactic levels.  As we’re learning the truth is not always pretty, yet it still is the truth.  Our spiritual identity exists beyond these energy reversals and syphoning machinery that generates these false, artificial timelines, all this negative ego and pain body debris.  As a natural part of spiritual ascension we are intersecting with an opening where the true historical record and our authentic self can be much more easily recovered.

Our higher consciousness body may be surfacing memories internally that need to be felt, that need to be witnessed and aspects that need to be reintegrated.  The opportunity during this time is to become freed from the impacts of these lower matrices in the 3rd dimension, as well as the dimensional blending experiments of the negative aliens, and to exist above these artificial grids of this timeline network that broadcasts the main negative ego and pain body programs.  To support this process we may need to comprehend some of the impacts of the historical timeline trigger events that are showing up in the subconscious areas of our body to help us to recover our memories and return any parts of ourselves that we can recollect during this time.

This process may feel pleasant or unpleasant at times.  To become the most authentic person you have to face and deal with the truth as it is.  Not the reality you wish it was but the reality that shows up as it is right now, and the ability to see it truthfully will free you from the pain of it.  It frees you from creating any more of that same painful pattern from the past by bringing that into your future timeline.

So what does recovering our memories actually look like?  What is the process?

I think many of you already know this because you’re undergoing it right now.  Our body will start to remember memories.  Maybe those memories will be emotional impressions that could also be negative emotions in the pain body.  As this deeply buried content of memories and historical records surfaces that had been previously buried in our subconscious, this is happening in order to transmute negativity and to clear out the dark energy of the shadow, to clear out pain body blockages.  As a result right now many people are feeling a great trauma or anxiety, a discomfort that is sourcing from the memories trying to surface from the subconscious into the conscious mind awareness by breaking through the amnesiac barriers, which we also call the Wall of Separation inside the compartments of the mind.

In order to bring the memory into the surface witness of the conscious mind (now, remember the memory is going to be associated with a particular thought form or generally an emotion of some sort — generally in this context with the pain body it can be a negative or painful emotion that is associated with this memory) — for the memory to surface there’s got to be a link connecting the three layers between the subconscious, the instinctual layer and the conscious mind itself.  If these layers are disconnected, if they’re not communicating well with each other, the amnesiac barrier, the wall of separation, hides the painful content from the surface mind awareness but the person will still be experiencing negative feelings or feeling emotionally triggered by something buried in their subconscious that bothers them.  This time is like digging in the dirt.  We’ve got to find the places inside us that we have got hurt.

Some people do not want to dig deep in the dirt but it is the only way you will get effective and permanent healing of the pain body.  In order to not feel emotionally triggered by situations in our life, we have to get down past the amnesiac barriers and find out what hurt us and what makes us feel triggered emotionally.  Maybe when we feel insecure by all the unknowns that are showing up in our life, we can feel that there is so much change ahead and this change may be felt as scary.  It may trigger us to be overly defensive and even paranoid.  People that are emotionally volatile and have a tendency to project their issues or blame other people for their emotional volatility, have a problem with trauma and hurt feelings that are recorded in their subconscious mind and the subconscious activates that in the instinctual mind and the result of that is the pain body.  If we cannot control our pain body we will not feel safe with others.  It will be hard for us to have the quality also of being a safe person.

When our pain body is out of control actually no-one can feel safe because the pain takes over the person’s perception.  Our goal is to heal the pain body and stop emotional triggers, which will bring the experience of safety within ourselves so that we can learn how to be safe with others.  The only way we can heal is to feel, and see, and express, what kind of pain or trauma has happened to us, and be willing to have the courage to find it, to track it, to surface it and be willing to clear and resolve it, so it will stop triggering us by the way that we perceive things in our world.  Naturally, to heal trauma a person has to feel safe in their environment to do so.  And that is another reason we work so hard to create a safe and non-judgemental space in our community container.  When a person suffers a great emotional trauma impact, and this happens at any age but most commonly there is so much childhood trauma that their mind will generate an amnesiac barrier to push this memory beneath the surface awareness so that they forget that trauma in the conscious awareness.

The issue with this is that the trauma is suppressed and denied and thus the trauma or pain does not go away.  It just festers underneath the surface of the conscious mind. When this trauma record is buried in the subconscious layer behind the amnesiac barrier it impulses the pain body.  When the impulse is very negative and painful for that person it plays out in negative, painful events in their life.  Now think of this at an energetic level.  Trauma and hurt is black and dead energy that feels painful.  This hurtful black energy is buried in the energetic layers of our aura or light body and it is recorded in the cells of our body.  What I’m trying to express to you at this important time is that in some people the amnesiac barrier between the subconscious and conscious layers is dissolving.  People are moving through these amnesiac barriers and this black energy, this hurt and pain, this recorded trauma energy is surfacing from their unconscious mind and body.

And if they’ve not developed the core self-love, self-acceptance and selfesteem it can generate a high pain body experience at this time.  Many people’s unconscious content is spilling out into their conscious mind awareness from the dissolving of this amnesiac barrier and it can create a lot of confusion if you do not know what this is or how to actually process it.  We can reach and unravel this black trauma energy through different pain release exercises but we also can clear it through the physical body through body work such as somatic experiencing.

If we do not clear out this black energy in our body that is buried in the subconscious layers it will constantly impact our quality of life.

It will negatively filter into the way we think and process reality.  It will emotionally trigger us or we will carry this baggage around as emotional trauma and keep playing these negative patterns out in our life and with other people.  To change the negative pattern we have to see the negative pattern and not deny it, by addressing the pain or trauma and getting it out of the body by clearing it from the mind and emotions.  Sometimes this can be as simple as changing your response to painful triggers.  By changing your response and not reacting you are helping yourself to change the negative pattern within you.

What does recorded trauma in the body look like?

Blocking out conscious awareness of pain, hurts or trauma does not mean that the person has no ill effects of that pain or trauma.  Using denial, defensive or dissociative skills does not mean that the pain, hurt or trauma did not happen.  Denial means that the person is simply refusing to acknowledge the fact that they were hurt, they were feeling pain or they were traumatized and they cannot look honestly at the circumstances.

Many people are taught to pretend that they’re not feeling hurt by something when they were actually hurt very badly.

Even if the memories of pain or trauma are hidden from the person’s conscious or surface awareness that blocked hurt, trauma, unresolved pain creates very noticeable and obvious symptoms that can be easily seen in their everyday lives.

We live in a time on the Earth where what was recorded in our subconscious is surfacing and now we have to face it and if you did not see it before, it can be shocking and painful.  You may have to see and witness other people in your life also undergoing the exact same process.  So, let’s break down the pain and trauma, how this affects you right now, how it affects people around you.  Pain, hurt and trauma are deep energetic wounds that if they are left unresolved and unhealed in a person within the layers of our bodies, they create a pathway for various energy blockages such as attachments that form many energetic tributaries that feed that same wound of internal pain or trauma. In higher vision it can appear something like a black energy octopus in a person’s energy field, which is really their own pain.  That could be sensed and formed from a core trauma event with several lines of dark energy moving in the body to be triggered in various ways inside that person.  This triggers them obviously emotionally and mentally.  When those deep trauma wounds are in the person there are cords connected to them.

Many times they connect to these events where the trauma happened or certain mind control programs that are specific to 3rd dimensional negative ego belief systems.  What can happen is that the trauma or painful wound attracts even extradimensional entities that are vibrating at that particular level at where ever that pain or trauma wound is.  So, say there is traumatic psycho-spiritual event or someone was a victim of abuse at some point in their life the person underwent some kind of experience where they felt really hurt, abused or traumatized.  So if that painful energy is not cleared, moved and forgiven through the body, that person probably splintered off from that timeline and a cord or astral binding is now connecting to that timeline of the event where the pain happened.

Many times I’ve seen someone as a child that has gone through abuse or hurt and their emotional and spiritual development may be stunted and the ageing process actually stops.  The emotional development process actually stops at the time that the trauma occurred.  And even as their biological body ages their emotional or spiritual body just gets stunted or frozen in time.  That person who’s suffered the pain and trauma may actually have the emotional development or an 8 year old or 10 year old, in particular issues where they were triggered because they never healed their inner child from the pain that they suffered from that particular event or timeline.  So, it’s important to understand how these timelines work and when you call back these aspects of inner child or self, you’re calling back fragments of yourself that have been soul splintered through these particular timelines especially when there are deep wounds of pain that are left unresolved and unhealed that are still impacting you today.

These unhealed wounds create holes or tears or vulnerability in our energy field that can attract unwanted energies, and as well some negative energies.

Some times they can be beings that have the same unresolved issues that will start to attach to that person because its a familiar energy that’s vibrating with the same pain or trauma for them.  There are millions of reasons that negative energies or entities attach to people.  Sometimes they’re from agreements but most of these are imbalances that are created from unhealed pain and trauma wounds.  We manifest from the Law of Resonance so when our body is resonating at a particular vibration of pain or trauma wound, it may attract the energies that are resonating at the same frequency rate, and this also includes entities and when entities start getting involved and attaching to the human energy field to help emotional and mental triggering (because many times entities are involved in the triggering process) then that person will experience feelings of great density, or heaviness or oppression, things that take away the natural joy that we have when we are spiritually connected and we are infused with heart based feelings and able to connect with our soul.  There is a huge connection between these deep pain trauma wounds that remain unhealed and over time these wounds are exaggerated and magnified in their painful effects by 100 or 1000 through entities that attach to those triggers that person may now be carrying.  The more emotional charge we have around pain or trauma is really the number 1 issue that leads to spiritually abusive or destructive behaviours such as addiction problems.

So, if there are deep painful wounds not only emotionally but around the pain body this generally leads to some form of addiction in this world, and many people that have incredible cravings or issues with addiction would probably be relieved of the intensity of these cravings by actually just addressing the cords and evicting these particular entities from triggering them.  I’ve seen people deeply entrenched in problems of painful wounds or addiction and a huge percentage of their perceived pain isn’t even coming from them as an individual.  It’s actually being filtered in from the negative energies that they’re attracting and the negative entities that are manipulating the triggers because if you’re not fully in command of your being, if you’re not taking power over your body then something else will.

So, what are the most common buried pain body symptoms?

The most general trauma symptoms all around us today are (we can do a self assessment and we can also consider our loved ones or people around us that we may be observing having a really difficult time during the planetary Dark Night of the Soul).

— Unresolved hurts or trauma turn into issues that look like addictive behaviours.

When someone is excessively turning to some kind of substance on the external actually it doesn’t have to be a consciousness altering substance, it also could be shopping or an eating disorder or gambling as well as drugs, alcohol and sex, or even addicted to another person, because this become a way to push difficult emotions away or things that are upsetting so that we don’t deal with the content of the pain or the trauma within us.  Also it creates an inability to tolerate addressing conflicts with others having fears of conflicts, running from conflicts, avoiding conflict, and maintaining skewed perceptions of conflict.

— An inability to tolerate intense feelings or emotions, maybe preferring to avoid uncomfortable feelings and acting defensive over anything that emotionally challenges them.

— Sometimes an innate belief that they’re worthless, without value or importance.

Of course we know that a part of the negative alien agenda’s mind control for creating slaves on our planet, if we believe humans are worthless we’re much easier to control, if we feel worthless we are easier to control.

— Black and white thinking, all or nothing thinking, even if this approach ends up harming ourselves, this is called splitting and it’s a type of ego defence mechanism.  Black and white thinking is like saying you are either with me or not with me.  And as we know life and relationships are a lot more complicated than that.

— Inappropriate attachments to authority figures, mother or father figures or with disfunctional or unhealthy people.

— A codependence or over reliance for other people to do things for them.

— Intense anxiety and repeated panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, upsetting images or distressing nightmares.

— Repeatedly acting from a victim role in current day relationships

— Destruction actions that generate self harm self injury or even depression which is harm committed against the inner spirit.

If you are experiencing these symptoms ask yourself if you are truly ready to address your unresolved pain and trauma issues or if you find it more comfortable to continue living with these struggles.

Is it harder to face how the pain actually got there or is it harder to live a life full of anxiety, troubled relationships, extreme fears and physical pain?  Running from your pain and trauma history will not help you feel better.  Face your pain or trauma by being honest with the trauma behaviours that you know emotionally trigger you.  Emotional triggers are enmeshed with some kind of pain, hurt or trauma and the events that are connected to that trauma.  Many times if you can get to the trauma event where you actually got hurt, you can clear it in that moment in the unconscious layers by actually seeing what was making you feel that way to begin with.  This trauma event may also need forgiveness and love, especially if it’s hard to let go of through acceptance of the situation.

We have to comprehend if we will not let go of the trauma story it will continue to haunt us. It will continue to make us unhappy or miserable.  So, remember that when you come to process an emotional trigger, something that hurt you, a painful even that you also must be willing to let it go, and find acceptance so that you can move on with your life into creating healthier patterns.

You will also need to be very honest about yourself whether this unresolved pain and these triggers are partially being self generated through the negative thoughts and behaviours that you’re not letting go of.  Thus our ascending body may be processing some very complex energies and emotions now, as the amnesiac barrier dissolves, and we start to remember the emotions or sensations that we have experienced throughout our life, throughout historical timeline events that had negatively impacted us, as well as the collective consciousness, and even those from other parallels in time.  Because humanity has not been given the appropriate context for not only healing and processing trauma but also for what has happened in collective consciousness memories through Galactic history, many people do not have correct memory associations to what they’re feeling or when they’re experiencing the emotions or processing the sensations and this may bring an impact to the physical body’s usual functioning.

However when we start to reclaim our memories, when we start to remember what has happened to us, when we recognize the areas inside of us that feel wounded or they’re in pain this supports the reclamation of Soul fragments and the returning of consciousness memories that were being manipulated by the AI version of the 3D timelines because what has been in the amnesiac barrier is how we’ve been manipulated into mind control.

Now, most commonly this is going to happen as subconscious mind contents that were not noticed before, start to be seen by your conscious mind, or they come into surface awareness when it wasn’t there before.  Like images, feelings, sensations, bits of scenery.  I would suggest that if you have been feeling anxiety and off centre and easily spooked, if your pain body has been amplified lately to please not displace or transfer those feelings to the community at large but to have the courage to look within and find out what it is that’s really upsetting you.  Again, this is the time for exercising the neutrality training that you get here in ES so that you can allow these memories to surface.  When the subconscious feelings start to surface do not deny them or repress them further as this is only going to increase or prolong suffering.

  • Work your tools to feel safe again.
  • Find the inner observer.
  • Be committed to shift out the pain that you have inside your body that is triggering you.
  • It is the only way you will find emotional freedom is through the effort and commitment that you make to become free of this pain.

ADEANA M. SLATER: “Your Call To LEAD In The Ascension Process”

This energy feels relentless and very direct. What isn’t serving you or what you have chosen to settle for is coming up for you to recognize in rapid speed. This intense energy wave is like “the last call” in an establishment before they close. We as a collective have chosen to ‘heal and seal’ out the 3D entirely. It’s time to close the doors completely. The time has come and this energy is also closing Karmic entanglement and situations with it. If you are here to lead in this Ascension Process, then your number has been called. It’s time to be a leader. This means that anything that is vibrating lower than your soul’s desire to expand and move forward will strongly be brought to your attention to heal and release completely. In more instances than not, it’s both and then some.

It can feel like desired change is knocking at your door more often than not lately. This knock will seem louder if you’re not listening. Those who are specifically guiding you as your soul team can take this a step further and this knock will become “a trip in your step,” if you aren’t following your soul guidance. As much as you resist in these higher goals of yourself, undesired outcomes will and can occur. So this energy can build and build and build. Perhaps, you don’t listen passed the energy and intuition. Then the energy moves into the soul signs and synchronicities. After this you may experience dissatisfaction. If you push it further it can become bigger than that. Your energetic attraction at this level will bring utter chaos in your everyday live until you move or bend with the energy to suite your increased level of consciousness.

Your level of consciousness will attract or react with the current energy you experience and send out. So it up to you how you wish to respond to these soul nudges and subtle pushes. As you are guided into a new direction it will always start out small and increase in intensity as time goes on if you choose to ignore, drag your feet, or procrastinate in what your heart desires for you to do. This is creating the ultimate energy that you are responsible for yourself. No one else is to blame for your energetic actions or reactions. This accountability will also serve you well in your own Ascension Process individually but yet linked collectively.

We are all linked together as ONE in Unity Consciousness, however our experiences and lessons are will be tailored to our individual soul needs and what we are here as individuals to heal within ourselves and our family lineage. Anything we heal individually will be added to the collective pool of healing. In this way, we become unstoppable in our growth and expansion. We are positively and negatively connected in all ways meaning that our lessons and growth effect/affect one another. Just know that if a situation or experience becomes unfavorable to you, it is your soul asking for you to recognize specific healing that needs to occur within you.

I know that we ALL carry the same fears and energy surrounding Rejection, Abandonment, Failure, Acceptance, Abuse of all kinds, Addictions, etc. These aspects of yourself that need to be recognized and healed will continue to surface for you now. It has to be healed completely so that you can move forward. You cannot move forward in peace and ease if you are carrying mounds of physical, emotional, energetic, or spiritual baggage. No, we are not here to fight one another. It might appear that we are being unfriendly to one another. It is not to bring about a fight, but the awareness that change needs to occur. Either within or without (the outside of yourself). This is intended to bring us together in love and forgiveness rather than push us further apart.

You could and should take this awareness to build stronger bonds within yourself and others rather to decide to push others farther apart. My mom would often put us children in time-out when we would behave badly. She frequently asked us three questions at the end of this time out:

 

1. What did YOU do? (“I don’t want to hear about anyone else and what they have done. You need to be accountable for yourself and your own actions at all times.”)

2. What should YOU have done differently?

3. If this situation occurs again, what have you learned and what will YOU do next time?

 

I think these same questions apply to our everyday life and will serve all of us well. Be the Change you wish to see and be. Just know we are in this together and again, appreciate the lessons you learn everyday. It is positively influencing everyone around you.

When we understand how fear is created in the body, it is helpful in releasing the grip of anxiety and fear patterns. People that are triggered into fears and mental anxiety may impulsively turn to blame shifting or the projection of their fears onto others. When people are in deep pain and they are suffering, many times they will move unacceptable impulses in themselves and place them onto someone else. Sometimes, if another person or situation makes them feel uncomfortable, the person will blame them for their own discomfort. In this way, it is a denial of personal responsibility by attributing to others their own unacceptable or unwanted thoughts or emotions.

When a person is shifting blame to an intuitive empath type of person, this can feel like someone throwing an energetic weight on top of them, while trying to make the empath process another person’s emotional garbage. In this way, the blame shifter is throwing off his emotional garbage onto another person whom he perceives can process his emotional stuff. This throwing off energetic weight in blame shifting or projection is a method used in order to release his or her own internal anxiety, in which that person seeks to release inner pressure that makes them feel immediately better about themselves. There is an emotional pay off that exists in blame shifting. Blame shifters tend to need to find self-justification for their own negative behaviors. They conveniently place blame onto others in order to continue with their own sense of self entitlement to behave in the ways that make it easier for them to cope with stress. Rather than get to the root of problems, they deny them by shifting blame of their issue onto others.

Psychological projection is when humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence inside themselves, while attributing those same qualities to others. For example, a person who is habitually rude may constantly accuse other people of being rude. This incorporates blame shifting. Denial of the truth is the seed of all Ego Defense Mechanisms. The concept of denial is particularly important to the study of addiction as facing the denial is getting to the root and cause of the addictive personality. When denial occurs in more mature minds, it is most often associated with death, dying and rape. Such as thoughts that are made towards crimes against humanity that are too terrible and fear inducing for that person to actually consider as accurate or truthful information, so they deny them instead. Extremely difficult topics, like SRA [Satanic Ritual Abuse] or dying, may trigger great inner anxiety and fear, and are generally shut down from further discussion because many people are too afraid to confront these topics for a variety of reasons.

Denial is putting up a thought barrier and arguing against an anxiety-provoking stimuli by stating that it doesn’t exist. When we live in denial we are refusing to perceive the more unpleasant aspects of the external reality, as well as many unpleasant aspects that may be hidden in our own behavior and personality. Denial may also mean denying the happening of an event or the reliability of information, which can lead to a feeling of indifference on the topic in general, and to completely ignore the possibility of beneficial information.

A person that is rejecting unpleasant or painful truths inside themselves or in situations may use:

  • Simple Denial: deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether.
  • Minimization: admit the fact but deny its seriousness and impact through a combination of denial and rationalization.
  • Projection: admit both the fact and seriousness of the issue, but deny personal responsibility by blaming somebody or something else as the problem.

It is important to note that what makes denial denial and not just the refusal to admit to or accept a truth or fact, rests in the degree of that individual’s direct experience and awareness of the actual existence of the truth or fact. In denial, an individual does not see or is mostly unconscious of the existence of the truth or fact. The choice to refuse reality, then, is unconscious as well. Refusal to admit to or accept a truth or fact differs from denial, in that the individual recognizes or is conscious of the existence of the truth or fact but consciously refuses to accept it as such. Refusal to admit to a truth or fact, especially when it concerns others involved, can be considered a complex psychological and emotional manipulation tactic that is designed for selfish motivations.

When we are unaware of our subconscious reactions and thoughts, it is easy to project one’s unconscious qualities onto others, and this is a common occurrence in everyday life.

It is helpful to understand that dark forces in humans and nonhumans, commonly use blame shifting as a psychological warfare tool to weaken and exploit spiritually awakening people. Blame shifting is a potent way to use trauma based mind control to weaken people, and so controller and manipulator types use this tactic skillfully to exploit those around them. Blame shifting can also be accompanied with Gaslighting. We must remember the goal of dark forces is to exploit and weaken those spiritually activated. Thus they will target the mental body, emotional body and spiritual body, in so to exploit personal weaknesses. The plan of action is to make that person doubt themselves or second guess what actually happened to them, even if they remember what has happened very clearly. When a person is in perpetual self-doubt, this greatly weakens his or her mind and spiritual communication. Gaslighting is a form of psychological-emotional abuse that Controlling types of personalities and dark forces use to which a victim is manipulated into doubting and discrediting their own memories, perceptions, experiences and sanity. When people do not have the whole picture of events, and they are being deceived and manipulated with only limited access to the truth contained in circumstances, it obfuscates their ability to make informed, clear and well thought out decisions. Thus human and non-human Gaslighters like to tell other people what they are feeling, what they are perceiving, what they should be doing, and criticize and condemn anything else they do not agree with in that persons experience, because it is not favorable to serve their own selfish agendas. By attempting to gain total control over another person, this directly leads to control over the mind of another person, and this is what dark forces are striving for. As long as they have some influence or control over the mind, they continue to have control in the mind, body and spirit of that individual.

These dark forces can be included in the subconscious fear content that exists in the fragmented parts of the individual’s mental body, in which great darkness has been allowed to grow and even flourish from feeding the fear. When a person has not taken care of their subconscious fears, the inner darkness may explode from inner to outer, in which blame shifting and projection becomes a part of that person’s survival mechanism to cope with life. When the negative ego and all of its shadows are feeling threatened, it will attack and lie in order to preserve itself, in a variety of ways that is described as ego defense mechanisms.

Anytime we reject the unpleasant truth to remain comfortable within our belief system, or from our fears of self-annihilation, we easily accept lies as truth. When a person believes the negative thoughts they received from a negative entity, are actually coming from their own mind, and they act out that destructive behavior, the entity is successful in deceiving them. Generally, entities use an emotional bait hook based on manipulating the type of pain or trauma that specific person carries. The dark force will find an inroad into the weakness of that person, and possibly bind itself to the wounds of that person, through the consent that was made during the destructive behaviors that person has acted out in the past or present. In order for that dark force to remain connected to manipulate the subconscious mind of the unaware person, they will use deflecting tactics to keep attention away from their existence and to keep the focus on other people and things on the external that can be used for blame shifting. This is a potent way to continue to lodge the programing for fear bondage loops of victim-victimizer archetypes, which amplify polarities in the energies, and thus are feeding parasites and predators.

Being able to own your own emotional conflicts without blame or projection upon another person by making it their fault is the hallmark of personal responsibility. Do not assume that you know anything about that person that can be judged for what you cannot see or really know about them, as you have not walked in their shoes. When feeling upset towards somebody else, restore balance to your heart and aura by lovingly holding boundaries without violating others boundaries. It is a violation of another’s healthy boundaries by expecting them to resolve your conflict and process your emotional content. Be willing and open to learn what the real issue is that has created the conflict that exists within you. Most of the time, we’re upset about something deep down from our own inner fears and it’s not what it appears to be on the surface of life. By going deeper and reflecting on forgiveness of ourselves and forgiveness of others, while allowing the time and space needed to heal, helps to neutralize the conflict in most cases. We all must learn how to become responsible for our own behaviors, thoughts and actions. Accepting Self-Responsibility is a major step of productive negative ego clearing, in which we stop blame shifting or projection when it is merely convenient for us to unload our emotional garbage onto other people.

JEFF STREET (Divine Cosmos): “6 Keys to Successfully Making the Shift to the New Earth”

The great shift in the consciousness of humanity has hit critical mass and passed the point of no return.  It’s been building slowly but surely, and now it’s about to kick into high gear.  The next decade or so will be a period of enormous change and perhaps more than a little turbulence.  Think of this as the process of humanity going into labor as it begins to birth a new earth reality.  In this article, I offer what I consider the six keys to smoothly and successfully making the shift to the New Earth and becoming a charter member of a wonderful new era of humanity.

As always, my articles are simply my perspective that I offer in the spirit of discovery and empowerment.  Take what resonates and leave the rest.

Before diving into the practical advice that I have to offer, I’ll briefly explore the shift that is underway.

The Shift and the Ascent of Humanity

The Earth and our entire solar system is being bathed in powerful cosmic energy causing the base frequency of the planet and everything on it to ascend.  The Earth has transitioned from the 3rd to the 4th dimension, and it continues to slowly shift upward (check out The Multidimensional Universe to learn more about frequency and dimensionality).  This energy is triggering awakenings and shifts in consciousness of people all over the world.  As our consciousness shifts to higher perspectives, we are taking our first baby steps towards transcending this realm of duality and separation.

Even though the collective consciousness of humanity is ascending, many remain locked in 3D consciousness.  This level of consciousness focuses on differences, separation, and limitation, and expresses as fear, self-serving and controlling behaviors, and us-against-them dog-eat-dog mentalities.  The ultimate result of which is the creation of a world characterized by competition, conflict, and suffering.

Those that can break free from 3D consciousness will have the pleasure of experiencing the birth and growth of a wonderful new era of humanity — one characterized by cooperation, harmony, peace, and prosperity for all.  The key to participating in the new earth reality is is to attain and maintain heightened levels of consciousness.

What to Expect During the Transition Period

You can expect the next decade or two to be a period of unprecedented revelations and change.  Many startling and even disturbing revelations and disclosures will unfold.  These revelations will include the economic and geopolitical manipulations and fraud of the global banking syndicate, the UFO/ET presence and secrecy and related hidden technologies, and the suppression of free energy technology and other important technologies, and more.  Many may be shocked and angered by what they learn.

There may be some turbulence as the foundation of peoples’ beliefs are shaken to the core, and the winds of change start to rock our existing institutions and systems.  How extensive this turbulence will be is impossible to predict, but one thing is for sure — your state of consciousness determines whether, and to what extent, you get entangled in it.

Two Worlds, One Playing Field

Contrary to what some people believe about the trans-dimensional shift of earth from 3D to 4D, those who remain in 3D consciousness do not disappear from our 4D earth reality.  We all remain visible to each other, and we will all appear to be on the same playing field.

Despite appearances, it will be more like two separate worlds coexisting in the same space.  Third density consciousness will play out, and this will be WITNESSED by those of us that have moved beyond 3D consciousness as the fall of the old world and its mentalities.  Those that remain stuck in 3D consciousness won’t just witness this fall they will DIRECTLY EXPERIENCE it and some of its associated unpleasantness.  At the same time, those that have transcended 3D consciousness will be experiencing the birthing of a wonderful new world and the worst of any unpleasantness will pass them by.

The 6 Keys to Successfully Making the Shift

Many of us are well on our way to transcending 3D consciousness and have released many outmoded and limiting beliefs, buried negative emotions, and fears — others still have some work to do.  In the challenging times ahead there are some potential stumbling blocks that may trip some of us up and cause some backsliding.  Here are six things that you can do to help avoid these stumbling blocks and stay on track to becoming a charter member of the New Earth.

#1 – Release Your Emotional Baggage

Every soul who chose to have human experience knew that the separation from their divine source that the Earth game entailed would lead to some painful emotional experiences.  To cope with it, many of us have deeply buried lots of emotional pain — pain that we have accumulated not only in this life but many others.

An integral part of the awakening process and shift of consciousness that is sweeping across humanity, is the surfacing of our deeply buried emotions.  This surfacing of emotions, although painful and disturbing at times, gives us the opportunity to address and release the emotions, as well as forgive all those involved, including ourselves.

These buried emotions are low frequency (negative) energies trapped within the energy field of your body.  As the base frequency of earth — and everything on it — increases, these stuck emotions keep you tightly anchored to 3rd density earth reality, and will continue to adversely affect your physical health.  If not addressed they will ultimately lead to your expiration from the Earth game.

Another problem related to unreleased emotional baggage is that it will trigger the manifestation of increased adversity into your life.  Because of the heightened base frequencies of everything in our reality, manifestation is quickening.  Now, more than ever, any pent up negative emotional energy is a potent manifestation force that will draw adversity into your life.

We can see this adversity happening every day.  All of our emotional baggage is surfacing and releasing, giving the appearance that the world is worsening rather than improving.  It’s a good sign, however, because once it’s all cleared the state of our lives and the world will start improving and become far more harmonious.

Ultimately, you won’t complete the shift to 4th density earth without releasing all your emotional baggage.  You simply cannot stay with the new earth if you do not release all your emotional baggage.  It is lower frequency energy that will keep you anchored in 3rd density.

#2 – Maintain the Sacred Neutral

Remember the importance of sacred neutrality.  Find a way to not be drawn into the negativity that is rampant on our world.  There are plenty of people whose awareness has not expanded yet that are still living in fear and negativity.  Worse yet, our fear and negativity is being encouraged by a few with a very self-serving agenda.  There is a small elite group of people lurking in the shadowy parts of our government, corporations, and the military/industrial complex that want to maintain their power and control at all costs.

Try not to get drawn into the confusion, mayhem, and nonsense that may ensue as the old begins to crumble. Stay detached as you watch the drama play out while you continue to be a living example of a new level of awareness.  Do not be drawn into the fray and drama of those that do not want to let go of the old ways and the old world.  Do not be drawn into the drama of those well-meaning people who are outraged by disturbing revelations, or the actions of others who allow themselves to become embroiled in the drama.  This is THEIR choice.  Stay on your higher path.

Stay centered in your heightened consciousness and keep the drama at bay.  Stay out of the fray and focus your energy on maintaining your heightened perspective. Focus your energy on being a shining example of the new consciousness.  Focus your energy on demonstrating this through your enterprises and in your local communities.  Do whatever you can, however small, to contribute to creating the new paradigm wherever you are — in your enterprises, your communities, in your families.

No matter what happens, strive to stay neutral and calm — be the “eye in the center of the hurricane” as the world storms around you.  Make every effort not to engage in the drama, even if terrible things happen.  Doing so only gives energy to and makes it worse.  Remain centered in your higher perspective, principles, and ideals.

Avoid the temptation to judge or condemn those embroiled in the drama, on either side, as good or bad, regardless of whether their actions seem justified or not.  Judgment and condemnation never serve to heal these situations; they can only ever sustain them or make them worse.

Be a living example of sacred neutrality, calmness, positivity, non-judgment, and love in the face of the storm.  Your example will be an immense help to all those that are struggling with and getting drawn into fear and negativity.  Humbly and quietly share from your heart your perspective on the bigger picture if anyone asks how are you maintaining such calmness, such stability, such a positive outlook.  This will be of great service to the world in the times ahead.

Strive to keep this all in perspective.  Remember that this is a journey and adventure that your soul chose.  Even if you don’t remember WHY right now, there certainly was a reason why YOU chose it; why WE ALL chose it.  The challenges we are facing can be seen as unexpected chaos and lead to feelings of despair, or they can be viewed as the anticipated and needed catalysts for our individual and collective spiritual growth, which leads to feelings of joy as we attain new levels of understanding and awareness.

#3 – Send Unconditional Love and Forgiveness to Everyone Involved

As we begin to witness the fall of the old world and the mayhem that may ensue as 3D consciousness plays out, it is imperative that we send EVERYONE involved unconditional love and forgiveness.  Send it to innocent bystanders, send it to those you may view as unenlightened that allowed themselves to get caught up in it, and even send it to those that you may view as self-serving or dark, that may have been the instigators.

As you observe the world in conflict and violence, remind yourself of your core principles and values.  Rather than reacting with judgment and condemnation, consciously choose to respond with love and forgiveness. Forgive everyone involved and send as much healing love as you can to them.  Do it in any way you know how, any way that resonates with you, but do it.  Unconditional forgiveness and love is the secret sauce that holds the power to heal the entire world!  Jesus knew it, Martin Luther King Jr. knew it, the Buddha knew it, and we know it.

#4 – Accept that the Old Will Fall and Focus on Creating the New

We are birthing a new world, a new paradigm.  As a part of this process, much of the old will fall.  But, what will sprout up in its place are the very things we are creating from the grass roots up right now.  Don’t be too concerned with the fall of the old.  The old must wither and die to make room for the new.

Like the plants that grow in your garden; when fall comes, they wither and die, and then rot in the ground — but they enrich the soil.  They must pass to make room for the new growth of spring.  In the spring, the seedling sprouts anew.  We are the seedlings — the seeds of the new world are being sown by us.

Focus on the wonderful garden we are going to create together; the new paradigm we are birthing.  If the seeds that fell spent all their energy on trying to stop their parents from withering and dying, they might very well exhaust themselves and be unable to sprout the next spring.

#5 – Maintain the Highest Vision of a Smooth and Effective Shift

Even though the transitional period is likely to include some turbulence, its extent is by no means set in stone.  Do not fall into the trap of imagining the worst outcome. You are a creator and you are co-creating our reality with your thoughts, so make sure you steadfastly envision only the best outcomes for everyone involved, and trust that by living squarely in the new consciousness the worst of any turbulence will pass you by.

#6 – Demonstrate the Higher Way Through Simple Acts of Kindness

KINDNESS is the one thing above all else that will take us to the next level.  Kindness is your helpful, supportive, and uplifting words and actions.  Kindness is informed by, and an expression of, the divine qualities of acceptance, allowance, non-judgement, forgiveness, and compassion (more on these qualities in future posts, follow the blog to stay tuned) and is perhaps the most important key to making the shift to the new earth.

The world does not need more cleverness; it needs more kindness.  Simple acts of kindness are the force that will birth our new world and guarantee your place in it.  Shower everyone and everything with kindness and watch the magic happen!

Birthing the New Earth

Tremendous changes are rapidly approaching that will herald the arrival the new era.  As the beliefs, institutions, and systems of the old paradigm begin to shake, crumble, or morph radically around us, stay unwaveringly centered in your new consciousness, and you will successfully join the new earth and participate in the new era of humanity.

Let each of our lives be the living example on which this new era is grounded.  Let acceptance, allowance, non-judgment, forgiveness, compassion, love and kindness guide our way to the manifestation of a wonderful new era where cooperation, harmony, peace and prosperity for all will flourish!
