Radio Waves are a type of electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum longer than infrared light. Radio waves have frequencies from 300 GHz to as low as 3 kHz, and corresponding wavelengths ranging from 1 millimeter (0.039 in) to 100 kilometers (62 mi). Like all other electromagnetic waves, they travel at the Speed of Light. Naturally occurring radio waves are made by lightning, or by astronomical objects. Artificially generated radio waves are used for fixed and mobile radio communication, broadcasting, radar and other navigation systems, communications satellites, computer networks and innumerable other applications. Radio waves are generated by radio transmitters and received by radio receivers. Different frequencies of radio waves have different propagation characteristics in the Earth’s atmosphere; long waves can diffract around obstacles like mountains and follow the contour of the earth (ground waves), shorter waves can reflect off the ionosphere and return to earth beyond the horizon (skywaves), while much shorter wavelengths bend or diffract very little and travel on a line of sight, so their propagation distances are limited to the visual horizon. The study of electromagnetic phenomena such as reflection, refraction, polarization, diffraction, and absorption is of critical importance in the study of how radio waves move in free space and over the surface of the Earth. Different frequencies experience different combinations of these phenomena in the Earth’s atmosphere, making certain radio bands more useful for specific purposes than others.

In order to receive radio signals, for instance from AM/FM radio stations, a radio antenna must be used. However, since the antenna will pick up thousands of radio signals at a time, a radio tuner is necessary to tune in a particular signal. This is typically done via a resonator (in its simplest form, a circuit with a capacitor, inductor, or crystal oscillator, but many modern radios use Phase Locked Loop systems). The resonator is configured to resonate at a particular frequency, allowing the tuner to amplify sine waves at that radio frequency and ignore other sine waves. Usually, either the inductor or the capacitor of the resonator is adjustable, allowing the user to change the frequency at which it resonates.

The human body is a crystal oscillator and frequency resonator which unconsciously picks up and absorbs many different Radio Waves, depending on what station of Frequency and consciousness that person is tuned in to.

Radio Frequency

We need to understand the Spectrum of Frequency in the Electromagnetic Wave Spectrum and to be aware of radio frequency (RF) energy to help protect ourselves from harassment by understanding what is being transmitted into the environment. Radio waves are received and transmitted by antennas, and are often tuned by length. As an example, AM radio frequencies are so long that an antenna 100 feet long isn’t long enough for it’s wavelength. When you look at a television antenna on a roof top, you are seeing a much shorter antenna, simply because the frequencies range from 50MHz to about 800MHz, or just under the analog cell phone frequency.

Radio waves at lower frequency (50MHz and lower) will bounce off the Ionosphere and back to earth. Higher frequencies pass into space. Radio frequencies at terahertz frequencies (1,000MHz and higher) may pass through metal. The human body emits these types of frequencies from the life force energy field around it. A person’s location in a room can be imaged through walls with the right equipment.

Mind Control via EMF

Mind control technologies are weapons which use electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and/or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. The development of these methods and technologies has a long history. [2]

Project MKUltra was not closed down, the undisclosed technological experimentation of Mind Control upon the human public has just changed names. Mind Control based technology, psychological warfare, has greatly progressed in the past 50 years, far beyond the knowledge of how these weapons are actually being used. (The rule of thumb is that military technology advances 44 years for every one calendar year.) This RF technology is able to induce mass hallucinations via satellite. Imagine the psychological damage this could do to an entire crowd of people. It will only be a matter of time, before this heinous mind-control technology is integrated into so-called “active denial weapons.” People will be cooking AND hearing things they never heard before, all at once.

The most important point about psychological warfare and Mind Control weapons is it is only effective on those who are unaware it is being done to them. Once someone knows, that they are being targeted with Mind Control technology, the effectiveness is forever lost. [3]

Mind Slide

Mind Slides program is when human beings completely ignore unapproved “words”, terms or issues that involve their enslavement or torture, even if they come face to face with it. Mind Slides are a form of Mind Control and sometimes Consciousness Sweeping to erase memories that can be implemented through Radio Waves that form frequencies that transmit into the persons Unconscious Mind in their bio-energetic field.

ELF Radio Waves

Extremely low frequency (ELF) is the ITU designation for electromagnetic radiation (radio waves) with frequencies from 3 to 30 Hz, and corresponding wavelengths from 100,000 to 10,000 kilometers. In atmospheric science, an alternative definition is usually given, from 3 Hz to 3 kHz.ELF waves can also penetrate significant distances into earth or rock, and “through-the-earth” underground mine communication systems use frequencies of 300 to 3000 Hz. The frequency of alternating current flowing in electric power grids, 50 or 60 Hz, also falls within the ELF band, making power grids an unintentional source of ELF radiation.Two areas of the body, the eyes and the testes, can be particularly susceptible to heating by RF energy because of the relative lack of available blood flow to dissipate the excessive heat load. Extremely Low-Frequency RF

High-power Extremely low frequency RF with electric field levels in the low kV/m range are known to induce perceivable currents within the human body that create an annoying tingling sensation. These currents will typically flow to ground through a body contact surface such as the feet, or arc to ground where the body is well insulated. [5]

Electronic Harassment

Electronic harassment is the purported use of electromagnetic waves to harass, terrorize or Mind Control a victim. Psychologists have identified evidence of auditory hallucinations, delusional disorders or other mental illnesses in online communities supporting those who claim to be targeted. Individuals suffering from auditory hallucinations, delusional disorders or other mental illness have claimed that government agents make use of electric fields, microwaves (such as the microwave auditory effect) and radar to transmit sounds and thoughts into their heads, referring to technology that they say can achieve this as “voice to skull” or “V2K” after an obsolete military designation. Directed Energy Weapon

A directed-energy weapon (DEW) emits highly focused energy, transferring that energy to a target to damage it. Potential applications of this technology include anti-personnel weapon systems, potential missile defense system, and the disabling of lightly armored vehicles such as cars, drones, jet skis, and electronic devices such as mobile phones. DEWs can be used discreetly, as radiation above and below the visible spectrum is invisible.

The energy can come in various forms:

Electromagnetic radiation, including radio frequency, microwave, lasers and masers
Particles with mass, in particle-beam weapons
Sound, in sonic weapons [7]

Remote Neural Monitoring

The technology employs Satellite-delivered (ELF) Extra Low Frequencies to communicate voice-to-skull transmissions for Electronic harassment, terrorism or Mind Control purposes. This produces delusional or schizophrenic related symptoms, such as hearing voices. ELF radio signals are used to communicate with Naval Submarines deep below the oceans’ surfaces. These frequencies can pinpoint a target anywhere on Earth and can penetrate water, rock, concrete and other dense matter. The brain is composed of neurons (wires) and is powered by low electrical currents. Much like insects communicate with non-contact antenna, humans can communicate with radio transceivers. Each person has a unique genetic code (DNA) each of has our own distinct radio frequencies. Find the frequencies and a terror technician, such as those operatives employed by the CIA’s Project MKUltra, can communicate directly into the brain. Remote Neural Monitoring is used to control MILABS or those recruited to work covert military operations.

RF Active Denial System

The Active Denial System (ADS) is a non-lethal, directed-energy weapon developed by the U.S. military, designed for area denial, perimeter security and crowd control. Informally, the weapon is also called the heat ray since it works by heating the surface of targets, such as the skin of targeted human subjects. Raytheon is currently marketing a reduced-range version of this technology. The ADS works by firing a high-powered beam of 95 GHz waves at a target, which corresponds to a wavelength of 3.2 mm. The ADS millimeter wave energy works on a similar principle as a microwave oven, exciting the water and fat molecules in the skin, and instantly heating them via dielectric heating. [8]

Metatronic Reversal

This type of Alien Machinery is observed in the Monadic timelines. See the Universal Time Matrix fields in the 3rd Triad Harmonic Universe, 7D, 8D, 9D.

These timelines are known as the time of Metatronic Reversal where the electron fields descended into heavily distorted patterns, splitting the Monadic bodies apart.

This also split the mental bodies and fragmented them into diseased states.

This splitting of the Monadic bodies was kept in place by a double looping, or bi-polar geometry structure which would siphon life force. DEW (Directed Energy Weapons) are no longer the stuff of conspiracy theory. In the last few months in the US, there have been a number of incidents where DEW, laser weapons and perhaps other high-tech energy weapons have been openly deployed against the American people. Both the Santa Rosa (2017) and Paradise (2018) so-called “wildfires” in California demonstrate the fingerprints of DEW, with seemingly impossible scenarios of houses, trees, plants and even mailboxes neatly left intact while adjacent houses and fences are completely razed to the ground. Unsurprisingly to those following the crimes of the NWO (New World Order), the deployment of these weapons is tied to the deeply sinister UN Agenda 2030.

Directed Energy Weapons — Just DEW It

One reason the NWO manipulators can get away with their crimes against humanity is that most people are downright ignorant of the true state of technology, whether it’s mind control tech, HAARP/ionospheric heaters/Space Fence, 5G or anything else. Dr. Judy Wood was one of the first people to gain notoriety in talking about DEW, when she put forth her excellent and well-founded theory of the dustification of the twin towers in the 9/11 false flag operation. Wood pointed out the inexplicable lack of solid matter (concrete, steel, other metal, etc.) that should have been found in abundance on the streets on New York below the WTC but which was nowhere to be found. Where did it go? It was turned to dust.

Researcher Jamie Lee who runs Tabu and APlaneTruth.info has recenty had his main YouTube channel censored (surprise, surprise), however he is starting a backup channel. He had many videos up exposing DEW in relation to the Paradise fires, including a video which revealed existing laser technology which “dustifies” metal and easily removes rust from it (while sparing the wood beneath it).

DEW Fires, Not Wildfires

The giveaway clue that DEW was used in Santa Rosa and Paradise is the way that specific homes were burnt along property lines. Some houses were untouched with fresh produce out front, or orange trees in the backyard, next to houses which were razed to the ground. These “wildfires” left mailboxes, plants, front yards, back yards, eucalyptus trees and other highly flammable things untouched, while somehow neatly and perfectly targeted particular houses, neighborhoods and areas. Are these the most selective “wildfires” in American history? How can one house burn to the ground while each house on either side remained completely intact? Wildfires obviously don’t do this. Some people were, horribly, killed in their cars. There were reports that as many as 50,000 went missing or died!

California Wildfires and UN Agenda 2030 Connection

Agenda 2030 (formerly Agenda 21) is the UN agenda to centralize governing power in a One World Government by taking it away from the autonomous nations states of the world. In California, city officials are suggesting not to rebuild in burnt areas because the area is too fireprone, all the while prohibiting the people from practicing good forest stewardship. (Some have suggested that the “wildfires” went right through an area where an Agenda 2030 high-speed rail is planned to be built, although that may or may not be the case.)

Land Grab

This appears to be a massive land grab. The plan is open spaces for the rulers and stack-and-pack micro apartments for the masses. Yes, it’s important to care for the environment, but the green movement has been hijacked. There is an ulterior motive to granting rights to inanimate objects like rocks and rivers, a trend which is happening worldwide since it is part of the NWO agenda as implemented via the UN. See it happening in New Zealand, India and Ecuador. By granting human-like rights to non-humans, the NWO conspirators plan to thwart the decentralized sovereignty of the people, kick them off the land and force them into human habitat megalopolises.

High Strangeness in Louisiana and New York

Meanwhile, 2 incidents in Louisiana and New York respectively at the end of December 2018 may lead you to wonder what other kinds of exotic laser weapons the government possesses and deploys against its own people. In Kenner (a small town in Louisiana), massive beams of blue light shot from the sky to set on fire and destroy buildings below! These beams looked like they were deliberately aimed. UFOs can be seen too. Are the UFOs causing the destruction or harvesting energy from it? Was it DEW? “Finger of God” plasma rays? Government or alien op? You decide. It’s out-of-this-world footage and usually something one only sees in science fiction films.

In New York, there was a similar but not quite the same event with blue light. In the district of Queens, something turned the sky a weird blue color which emanated across the entire city. Officials say it was due to a transformer explosion at an electrical substation, which also caused local outages and grounded flights at LaGuardia Airport. What was really going on here?

Conclusion: DEW Your Homework

As the corrupt J. Edgar Hoover once said, the average person is handicapped when coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. Although he said that in regard to communism, the idea has a deeper meaning.

In this video, Deborah Tavares bravely stands up at a Sonoma County Board Supervisors Meeting to disclose that the northern California fires are caused by Directed Energy Weapons. She ties these fires to the Rothchild family. She further shows proof of the local newspaper’s front page headlines which show that the coincidentally ancient artifacts were found in the rubble, which now gives the State the right to take over the land for an archaeological dig. Residents will not be allowed to re-occupy and re-build in a land grab takeover by the state/Illuminati.
