FELICITY BUTLER: “Pranic Breathing — Feed Your Energy Body With Light”

We all have an energy body which is a replica of our physical body. It is extremely important to our health and well-being, especially as we move up into the higher frequencies to nurture and feed this energy body. This body can be called our pranic body or etheric body.

The pranic body feeds our energy centers, i.e., chakras, which are spinning vortex gateways that bring in the life-force energy. The chakras are all connected to our endocrine system, which controls the various very important functions of our body.

You can practice very simple visualization/meditation techniques to make sure you are receiving enough chi/life force in your energy system.

I like to do these exercises while walking in nature, and found them very healing when I was going through a traumatic event in my life. If you are near trees you can intentionally bring in their energy, or if you are by water bring in energy from the water. Water is our emotional body. I also visualize bringing the cosmic light down into the earth with each step, and send the earth energy up into the cosmos, creating a rainbow bridge.

The 4 different stages of the pranic breathing technique

Practice each one until you feel comfortable with it.

1. Firstly, imagine you have a hollow tube that is as wide as a circle you can create by placing your thumb and index finger together, like an OK sign. The tube runs from the top of your head to the base of your spine, but you can also extend it up into the universe and down into the center of the earth. On your first inhale imagine bringing up pranic energy from the earth into the hollow tube, hold for a few seconds and then release with a sigh. On the second inhalation imagine bringing in pranic cosmic energy from the Universe, hold for a few seconds and then release with a sign. Practice until you can feel this energy.

2. Carry on as above, only this time as you hold your breath for a few seconds keep your attention on the pranic tube as you exhale with a sigh. On your inhale from the cosmos, hold breath for a second or two while focusing on the pranic tube, then when you release take your attention to your whole physical body. Energy flows where the intention goes. Keep practicing until you can feel a flow of energy from your pranic tube to you whole body.

3. Bring your awareness to your heart chakra, center of your chest, bring yourself into a state of love and gratitude, make sure you can feel this. When you can sense this feeling strongly inhale drawing the prana from the earth into your heart space. Suspend your breath for a while as you focus on your heart chakra, still holding the feeling of love and gratitude. When you let go of your breath move your awareness from your heart into your physical body and allow the now ‘charged’ prana to expand into your whole body.

4. Bring your awareness to your heart chakra. Bring earth prana and cosmic prana simultaneously into the heart center, then exhale.

Imagine that you can feel both the cosmic and earth energies entering you heart chakra with every breath. Visualize your heart chakra expanding with each breath until it fills your whole chest.

Meditate on your expanded heart center, balancing your whole being.

ERIC RAINES: “Language of Light”

How far short spoken language falls in comparison to what is possible. The levels of perception and communication run much deeper than the vast majority of humanity even has the capability to recognize.

As we develop after conception, we start as an embryo (almost completely indistinguishable from any vertebrate animal in the first stages of gestation) and form the entire body around a mass of neural tissues forming inside of the chest. The heart begins beating at 22 day mark, starting to pump blood through the body and from that moment forward, all the neural tissues begin to form the central nervous system, including the brain, as well as the intestines.

Only the brain can think in a time based, linear, spoken word manner. The intestines are literally tubes of neural tissues that resonate and perceive genetic knowledge as well as feel frequencies quite clearly. Being stuck inside of brain based perception leads to perceiving with the gut only when it is screaming. Many report feeling the situation as “off”, or had some sense of foreboding that proved to save their lives in hindsight, but how many consciously activate these levels of communication?

The heart is a frequency generator, constantly compressing the liquid crystal of the blood, creating piezoelectric pulses of energy that can be physically measured miles away. By balancing the logical, linear mind with the instinctive belly brain, the heart can meld the two levels of communication into the activation of frequency perception, meaning the subatomic energies holding what we recognize as reality can then be decoded, simply by translating the sensations on the deepest levels of true perception.

Knowing how far short we can fall in understanding the makeup of the reality we live in brings an “Aha!” moment, but where to we move from there? How to we begin to shift into full body-brain perception? How do we speak in the Language of Light and begin to perceive/broadcast pure sensation, emotion, intention, visualization and knowing?

Simple. We begin to learn this new language just like we would learn a language not native to us.

First we need to know how to shift out of spoken word communication, and the easiest way to do this is to begin focusing on the body perception.

Try this out. Close your eyes and begin to take deep, full belly breaths, softly relaxing all of the abdomen and chest as you inhale up to the top of your lung capacity, gently ballooning the tummy open as well as the chest. On the exhale, concentrate on making it a full body relaxation, actively focusing on not pushing out the breath and not holding onto it at the same time, creating a relaxing sigh as the breath relaxes out of the body.

Stay in this space for as long as it takes for you to calm the mind and feel the body relaxing (usually takes about 15-20 deep, conscious belly breaths).

Once you feel yourself becoming softer, take your awareness into the feelings in the skin such as the temperature and the movement of the skin under the clothes as you shift with the breath. Watch how just by paying attention, the sensations become more intense. This is when you start to communicate with the body on the level it understands. Pretend you have a volume dial connected to the sensations in the skin, focus on the inhale, and **TUUUURN THIS VOLUME DIAL UP**. Begin to **FEEL** these sensations harder, more intensely.

Watch how you begin to create a buzzing, tingling sensation as theses sensations explode into much stronger perception.

You are literally turning up the amperage of your bioelectric flow through the focus to begin activating magnetic flows and fields in the body that polarize the iron and water in your blood. The tingling, flowing sensation is the blood moving independently of your heartbeat.

You can literally begin to place any frequency/emotion/resonance into this language and speak to your body in ways it understands to induce healing, regeneration and activation.

Once you understand how to speak directly to your fascia, you can release any level of trauma, damage, emotional stagnancy, mental thought programs or habits you want, simply because those become “Uncomfortable Words” in the Language of Light.

By knowing the body, you can move your perception outwards into the reality at large.

MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW HOW POWERFUL DEEP BREATHING CAN BE.

The past couple of months we focused on activities you should do, how you should improve your nutrition and eating habits.

This month we will do something easier and simpler, however, something that has possibly the highest potential of improving the quality of your life.

Most people don’t know how to breathe properly.

They do not activate their full breathing capacity. However, when you breathe fully you refresh your whole being.

You won’t believe how good you will feel just after 1 minute of deep breathing. If you manage to make it a daily habit you will drastically improve the quality of your life.

Practice deep breathing each day for 5 minutes!

The best time to do this is different for everyone and different days might even demand different moments when you should practice it.

However, if you want to make it a habit, choose what’s better for you, mornings or evenings, and create a reminder to take deep breaths for 5 minutes.

Find a relaxing position, or you can do it standing if you can’t find where to sit. And just breathe. Inhale fully in 3 seconds, hold 4 seconds, exhale in 5 seconds.

Do this for 5 minutes each day and notice how you feel after each session. This is a powerful habit for relaxation, bringing mind clarity and refreshing your emotions.

It’s also purifying for your body and spirit as deep breaths activate your full breathing capacity and take away negativity.
