If you’ve been experiencing a lot of change, loss and uncertainty in your life lately, you can know you are deep into your ascension process. These are perhaps the most common indications that you’re in the process of making your way through the higher Fourth Dimension, preparing you to eventually enter the Fifth.

But it’s generally not a lot of fun, dealing with this process. Many people are finding that so much is changing in their lives and within their being, it can be frightening. They feel lost, without a compass to guide them through the ever-shifting reality they’ve entered into.

It seems to be harder than ever to know which decision to make in any moment, not knowing where it might take you. The old ways of feeling certain about your life seem to be falling away — the old relationships that used to provide comfort, the old situations that gave you a sense of financial stability, and the old beliefs that used to guide you. There’s nothing much to hold onto anymore to feel safe and certain of who you are and where you’re going.

You are a Pioneer

And this is because you are a pioneer on this path into the Fifth Dimension. Most people haven’t a clue yet about this journey. It’s a whole new experience for humanity — and one also that evidently no other beings in the universe have ever made before, while taking their physical bodies with them. So much of it is still unknown.

But you, as a courageous lightworker, have volunteered to go ahead as a pioneer to help forge this path.

As a result, you may find there are not yet a lot of road signs where you are traveling or obvious pointers as to which way to go at any given point. You may feel totally alone on the path. Unidentified crossroads may confuse you; apparent dead ends may cause you to doubt yourself. You may have to backtrack and choose a different unknown road to take, often to another unknown destination. It’s no wonder you can feel lost for a while until you find your bearings again.

Trust is the Only Option

There are times when your only option is to make the leap into total trust — trust of the Universe, Source, Higher Self — whatever you want to call the guidance you find within you. Outer sources of information — opinions of friends and family, or experts you find — just don’t cut it anymore.

Nor do the thoughts your rational mind is generating based on information you’ve received from the outside. Your mind only knows how to fruitlessly spin its wheels when trying to understand things that are beyond its capabilities.

What you hear from these sources may have worked in the past when you were still functioning fully within third-dimensional consciousness. But you’re now in unknown higher-dimensional territory, and your guidance at this point has to come from within you.

Trusting the messages from this inner source requires a trust you may have never had to develop before. In the past, it was relatively easy to determine how to survive — physically, financially, and emotionally. You could figure out how to get the things you needed and the emotional support you craved from people and circumstances around you.

But now, you may have come to realize that this strategy doesn’t work very well anymore. And, if you’re really self-aware, you may also see how trying to continue living in this way keeps you in a low-level state of anxiety, especially if you come to realize in the end that you have very little control over many outer conditions.

Shifting Toward the Fifth Dimension

As you move toward fifth-dimensional consciousness, you will find you need to let go of this limited strategy. If you are strongly attached to believing that things and people outside of you are responsible for your sense of safety, survival and happiness, you will probably be given the opportunity to find out that they are not. Many of these outer supports may disappear (either temporarily or permanently) to show you this.

If, for example, you lose your job, your life savings, your health, or an important relationship — know that this learning dynamic may be what’s operating. Instead of panicking, see if you can drop inside yourself and align with a trust that you will find the means of survival and stability in other ways — perhaps in ways that will bring you an even greater sense of joy, security and freedom.

Stay in the Present Moment

Remember: if you can stay in the present moment and not be panicked about what may happen in the future, you can usually find you are really okay right now. You have all the essential things you need to be reasonably comfortable and at peace.

And think about it: you really never know what’s around the corner up ahead of you — especially these days. Something very surprising can appear that will help you handle the hurdle you see in the future, something that will “save” you. If you reflect for a moment, you have probably had little miracles like this occur for you in the past. There are so many things that can happen out of the blue that you have no idea about.

Expect miracles, truly expect them — and they will happen. The higher fourth-dimensional energies now flooding the planet can create them for you with ease.

Surrender to What-Is

Still, it’s true — expecting miracles and looking within yourself for your security may be difficult at those times when you’re in great fear. If all familiar supports are falling away, and who you’ve known yourself to be seems to be disappearing, it can feel terrifying.

What you need to do at such times is to simply surrender to what-is in the moment — fully accept all of the situation, along with all your emotional reactions to it, as your reality at the present moment — without judgment, struggle, or grasping. Allow yourself to let go and just be with yourself with all of it, while consciously loving yourself with compassion. But don’t fall into your misery or wallow in it. Stay conscious and be fully with yourself, choosing to surrender to what feels beyond you to fix — and trust that a higher YOU will step in to resolve the situation.

Discover the Real YOU

See if you can trust that it knows exactly what it’s doing in bringing about changes in your life, including losses that initially seem painful. Know that the things you are losing are likely essential for you to lose so as to prepare you for entering the Fifth Dimension.

Trust Turns into Knowing

In fifth-dimensional consciousness, there is no reliance on anything in the outer world for a sense of safety or survival. There is only reliance on trust — trust that life will bring you absolutely everything you need, when you need it. And you find that this happens over and over again. Eventually this trust is replaced by a secure knowing, a certainty based on your own experience in seeing that you are always taken care of.

But until that knowing fully develops, trust is what you need to rely on. Trust that you are being guided and taken care of with the utmost compassion and wisdom. And, with trust as your guide, you will find synchronicities blooming all around you; little miracles will become commonplace in your life. And the more you live from this place of trust, the stronger your trust will become.

You’ll see that there is nothing outside in the world that is permanent or totally dependable for your safety or survival. But with the trust you have inside, it won’t matter. You’ll have everything you need.

Learning to live fully from a place of trust is not always easy. But the relaxation and freedom from fear you experience when you begin to achieve this are monumental and will change your entire experience of life.

One of the best techniques out there is automatic writing. Automatic writing can be practiced by anyone, from those who have just begun their spiritual journey, to seasoned travelers.

I want to share with you a concise and detailed way to practice automatic writing based on my own soulwork experience.

What is Automatic Writing?

Automatic writing is the practice of writing words in a trance-like state that originate from a place outside of conscious awareness. Psychologists and spiritualists have varying beliefs about the origin of automatic writing, with some arguing that it is sourced from the unconscious mind, and others claiming that it originates from supernatural forces such as spirit guides and angels.

My personal belief is that automatic writing is sourced from the unconscious mind which is a doorway into the Soul or Higher Self. This makes automatic writing a wonderful way to gain guidance!

The Benefits of Automatic Writing

When you put in the effort to learn, there are many benefits to automatic writing. Here are a few examples:

  • You gain direct guidance from your Soul/Higher Self
  • You’ll have more clarity in your daily life as a result
  • Improved ability to make wise decisions
    Your intuitive abilities are sharpened, honed, and developed
  • You can connect with your Spirit Guides and their perspectives
  • You feel supported and deeply understood
  • Improved ability to trust your instincts and intuition

And there are many other benefits, such as the fact that automatic writing is quite a calming practice that literally and metaphorically opens your mind!

How to Channel Your Soul Through Automatic Writing

Essentially, automatic writing, when broken down is simple. It involves:

  • Getting a pen and paper/opening a notepad or word document
  • Thinking of a question to ask
  • Writing down the question
  • Relaxing your body and mind
  • Allowing the writing to flow spontaneously

However, automatic writing in practice is something that you’ll have to patiently develop (unless you have a natural gift for it).

You also might find, like many people, that the first time you try automatic writing it goes really well. But after that, you struggle a lot. The reason this happens is that when we try something new, our minds are often empty of belief and expectation. However, afterward, we begin to accumulate mental baggage which blocks the process of spontaneous revelation.

Don’t worry if this happens. All you’ll need to learn is how to empty the mind, and I’ll share some tips below about how to do this below:

1. Think of a question that you want guidance about

The whole purpose of automatic writing is to access guidance from your Soul, especially if you struggle to hear it in daily life.

Start each session with a clear question, and write it down in your notebook or word document. Choose a question that has really been pulling at your heart or eating you up inside. The more emotionally-charged the question is, the clearer your response will be.

It’s also important that you address your question to someone or something in particular such as your Soul, a Spirit Guide or your unconscious mind.

For example, your question could be “Dear Soul, why do I keep sabotaging my happiness?”

Try to keep your questions simple. If you have many questions, break them up into different sessions of writing — this will make the process easier for you.

2. Relax your mind

Learning how to relax your mind is the most important part of automatic writing. When your mind is still and empty of thoughts, writing spontaneously becomes much easier.

Examples of possible ways you can relax your mind include:

  • Meditation
  • Deep breathing
  • Mindfulness
  • Visualisation
  • Yoga

Do whatever suits you and relaxes you the most.

3. Enter a gentle trance

As humans, we have the capacity to enter trance-like states very easily. The most popular trance state we enter into is while watching TV!

A trance-like state is a form of altered consciousness in which your normal thinking brain relaxes. For automatic writing, entering a trance is very useful because it facilitates the spontaneous flow of information.

Common ways to enter into a gentle trance include listening to music, yogic/holotropic breathing, mantras, repetitive tasks, guided meditations, self-hypnosis, and many others.

Choose whatever works best for you, and don’t be shy with experimenting. I personally like listening to calming music and blending that with mindfulness or meditation.

4. Allow the flow of information

Once you feel ready you can begin to write. Don’t worry if at first the words are gobbledygook or if you can’t follow the stream of information. In fact, if you’re completely unaware of what you’re writing, that’s actually a very good thing! It means that you’re tapping into something that is far greater than your thinking mind.

It’s also very common during this stage to find yourself judging what you write and analyzing it. This is quite normal. If you find your mind getting involved, gently bring yourself back towards whatever practice you used before to enter a trance-like state. For example, if you were rhythmically breathing, go back to that. You’ll likely have to repeat this step a number of times.

I prefer to look away when I’m writing so that I’m not easily drawn into judging what I’m writing. But other people prefer looking. Experiment and see what suits you.

If you’re not used to writing, you’ll probably carry a bit of inhibition at first, which is natural. With practice, you’ll get into “the flow” of it, meaning that you’ll find automatic writing increasingly easier and easier to do without thought.

Before starting an automatic writing session, it’s important that you give yourself as much time as needed to express what needs to be expressed. One surefire way to hinder the flow of information is time pressure and the expectation that it should take a certain amount of time. In my experience, automatic writing can take a couple of minutes anywhere up to half an hour or more.

Basically, create a space in which you can relax as much as possible mentally. Remember, you can always interpret what is written afterward.

5. Interpret the information

At a certain point, you’ll intuitively sense that your automatic writing session is coming to an end. Other times, you might abruptly stop writing and no more information comes.

Once you’ve stopped, it’s time to review what you’ve written. Try looking firstly for coherent sentences or keywords that may pop out. Sometimes you’ll also find patterns, and in some situations, even words from different languages.

Also, if you’re confused about what has been written, you can always use that as a question to ask in your next automatic writing session. However, when I’m confused, I like to wait and ruminate on what has been written for a while. If I haven’t figured out what the message is after a week (which is rare), I use that as another question.

How to Know Whether You’re Really Channeling Your Soul

The best way to know for sure that you’re receiving guidance from your Soul is how you feel while writing. Do you feel a sense of inner spaciousness, lightness, and other good “vibes”? Or do you feel heavy, emotionally-charged, and frantic?

In my experience, I know for sure that I’m connecting with Soul/Spirit when I enter a state of no-mind in which I am completely present, calm and at peace.

However, when writing becomes frantic and heavy, it is usually coming from the mental or emotional energy “body.”

Another way to tell whether you’re really channeling your Soul is by reviewing what is written. Are the words authoritative, clear, and wise? Or are the words closer to what your mind sounds like (disjointed, critical or vague)? Words from your Soul will always sound and feel crystal clear.

We are moving through intense cosmic turbulence, profound timeline shifts are occurring. We may feel we are flickering in and out, becoming almost transparent at times. At other times, more grounded than we have ever been. Dreamstate can appear more vivid than reality. Disturbed sleep and eating patterns can be experienced as our systems adjust to lightbody existence. Tiredness accompanies transdimensional double shifts, so take care of energy levels with water and rest. Awakening people may be experiencing profound karmic lessons. When we lack self-knowledge we are shown, we learn, we grow. This process has accelerated, fate is dishing up home truths, old, buried traumas and painful memories for many. Strength of character, fearlessness in the face of our perceived mistakes or mix ups, helps us release this karma. We are who we are, acceptance transforms us. We are all growing, transitioning, evolving, no one is stood still.

Frequency quakes triggered by the lions gate portal tidal wave have kicked up a maelstrom of energies around planet earth. This means we also are being shaken down. We search for and find truth in our core, balance, alignment and trust of self. Our gut instincts are our true path. They direct us to our highest vibratory field. Our core holds the wisdom of all our selves, from many lifetimes. We can alleviate darkness, stress and anxiety by sending light to our core. Visualising yellow sun rays, flowing to our centre, rejuvenating, reenergising and resetting our frequency. Fear can rot our core, it can unsettle us, disturb our natural flow, cause blocks and grittiness. Stress also affects our energetic flow, creating static that interferes with our organic frequencies. Grief, emotional pain, shame, guilt and envy will lower our vibration, their wavelength is dense with negativity. We allow emotional responses, we recognise them to validate them, and we know at a deep level that all is part of the rich tapestry of existence.

The secret to raising our vibrations is trust, trust in ourselves, trust in universal love. We are being bamboozled by lies, manipulation and theatrics, war and politics. The elite are dishing up constant distraction, fear and matrix rhetoric. We can see through these lies by being conscious, more aware of when we are being played. Listening to our gut, our energy helps us work out what is smoke and mirrors and what is authentic. Eat well, stay away from known toxins. Go back to old fashioned pastimes gardening, reading, sowing, walking, board games, making and creating, be calm in the present. Steady your feet with grounding meditations, use yoga to increase flexibility and breathwork to encourage lightbody activation. Processing downloads require a commitment to take better care of our mind body spirit system. We begin to see physical transformation echo inner enlightenment.

Take extra care when out and about at this time. Driving is particularly risky as the frequencies are fluctuating at such intense rates, we may not see each other. Avoid collisions by taking evasive action. Delay signing contracts or making life changing decisions, unless you truly resonate. Don’t be afraid to change plans if they are not in alignment with your present. Tidal waves of light meeting darkness head on can cause all kinds of glitches, malfunctions and sketchiness. Stay low, keep shield of love up, cloak it in shadow, use sage, crystals and mantras for protection. Some may experience Mandela effects as the timelines switch up, merging, fusing, separating, causing all kinds of friction. Listen to the natural rhythm in your being and trust it. Let go of many 3d conditions of conformity, they are no longer necessary. Many are asleep, in a trance like state, unaware. Others are hyper aware, keeping their spider senses turned on at all times. People may appear spaced out, slow to move, a little lost or confused, be gentle with sleepers people, for they know not what is transforming all around them.

By tuning into our own rhythm, we can connect to the waves of light flowing through and round Gaia, we can seek protection and guidance in these higher wavelengths. The intense heat experienced over parts of the populated earth in recent weeks has prepared us for further lightbody activation, we have literally and energetically sweated out toxins. Be wary of cunning cukoos nestling in our circle, old friends and new may appear and disappear at this time. Go with this, accept the natural order of universal awakening, go with love flow. Enjoy daily routines, time with loved ones and create plenty of solitude for meditation and stretching. Stay calm, in inner peace. Allow all else to wash over you, like rain in summer. Be the fourleafclover in a world turned upside down in quantum transformation. We can build from the start, we trust in us, our soul purpose and our love for all creation.

ASOKA SELVARAJAH: “Ten Steps To Contacting Your Higher Self”

The Higher Self is that part of you that connects you directly to the spiritual realms. It is eternal, infinitely wise and transcends our everyday consciousness. It is in touch with the Divine because it is part of it. Attaining knowledge of the Higher Self, and its depths of inner wisdom, is the goal of the spiritual question in all its many guises.

Each of us is connected with the Divine. The Higher Self within us far transcends the understanding of our conscious minds. This is the power that all the great geniuses and teachers of history have accessed. It is also the place of magic and miracle in our lives. Here are the steps to contact it:

1. Belief & Expectation

The first step is to BELIEVE that you have a Higher Self to establish communication with! Then EXPECT every day that this communication will improve as you focus diligently on inner growth. Without these two essential prerequisites, it is hard to achieve anything at all in life, even on the physical level. For inner growth, these two qualities are essential. So set a GOAL to achieve contact with the Higher Self, review that goal daily, and maintain your purpose with determination until success is yours.

2. Transform Your World View

We are brought up with a primarily materialistic world view that neglects the role of Spirit. To establish close contact with spiritual realms, we need to have our entire being — conscious and subconscious — congruent with our goal. In any major activity/goal, you have to establish the rules of the game and the way it is played. Contacting your Higher Self is the same. Therefore, seek out writings and teachers that expand your understanding of the universe as fundamentally being a realm of Consciousness and Mind.

3. Solitude

Make regular time for yourself where you can be totally alone. A quiet place is preferable. Just sit quietly with no expectations. Do NOTHING. This may feel very uncomfortable and strange in the beginning. Persist. You give time and space for the inner voice to make itself heard. It will do so either during that quiet time, or else during the events of the day. A synchronistic event will occur; someone will tell you exactly what you need to hear; you will get a sudden flash of insight. All the great geniuses of history have found times of regular solitude and silence for themselves. You should too.

4. Meditation

In meditation, you work to discipline your mind and silence the internal chatter that constantly fill it. You create a pure vessel for the Higher Self to fill. Following your breath is an excellent meditation discipline, as is concentrating upon a candle flame. Or visualize a golden ball of light in your Solar Plexus that fills your whole body with energy and healing. There are many practices that you can study and use.

5. Journal

Record your feelings, emotions, dreams and insights every day in a journal. This will help you to come into closer contact with your inner intuitive depths. You can ask the Higher Self questions here, and then later on record whatever insights/answers you receive. If you do this regularly with belief and expectation, you WILL receive the answers you need.

6. Inner Dialogue

Conduct a regular inner dialogue with your Higher Self. For the next 40 days, decide to keep in contact throughout the day. Say to your Higher Self, “I know you are there and I want to get to know you and pay attention to you. Please begin to speak to me and guide my life” Don’t worry if this dialogue is entirely one-way to begin with. Remember that you have been out of touch for decades. It takes a while to clear the cobwebs! Persist with this inner dialogue as if talking to a friend — chatting, asking questions, sharing your hopes — and begin to listen for answers. They will come.

7. Life Lessons

Look upon life as a Mystery School. Believe that the whole of your life — events, situations and people — has been structured PRECISELY in order to teach you exactly what you need to know right now. Approach life as if the whole of creation is conspiring to do you good! Whenever something happens in your life, for good or ill, ask yourself what the lesson is for you. Even unpleasant people/situations have been deliberately placed there as a challenge to help you grow. As you begin to view life as a drama in which you play the starring role, the role of the Higher Self will become increasingly evident in your life. Record your findings in your journal.

8. Dreams

Expect your Higher Self to speak to you in dreams. Before going to sleep, do some stretching and bending to relax your body completely. Ask your Higher Self a question and expect an answer. When you wake up, recall whatever you can of your dream and write it down in your journal. If you are not used to remembering dreams, this will take time and persistence. However, with patience, you will begin to recall your dreams AND receive answers from your Higher Self.

9. Mindfulness

Focus upon living more and more in the present, on the NOW. When you are eating, be aware that you are eating. When you walk, know that you are walking. The only real moment is now — the past is gone forever and the future has yet to be. Therefore, work to clear your mind of concerns, illusions and extrapolations. Clear the mental clutter from the mind and create space for the Higher Self to fill.

10. Patience!

Remember, you may have spent your entire life out of touch with Source. Therefore, it takes time to learn how to re-establish contact. Anything worth doing takes time and practice. Be vigilant and practice these steps every day and you will receive the answers you need. Remember: The Higher Self WANTS to be in contact. In fact, to even speak of it as someone apart from you is contradictory. The Higher Self IS you! The real you. So get in touch with YOU!

AWAKENING 5D HEALING: “Lightwave Update”

A key event in Gaia’s cosmic calendar of ascension, July’s blood moon and lunar eclipse marked the crest of a great tidal wave of light. Gaia is raising the vibrations of planet earth to tune up to higher dimensional realms. Realms where hate, greed and fear cannot operate. Like tuning a radio to another station, Gaia, the goddess soul embodying planet earth, has chosen to shake off the parasites. Only able to exist in third and fourth dimensional frequencies, their comittment to chaos and destruction means they have no interest in cleansing their karma to raise their vibrations. Instead they choose lower realms where they can exorcise their desire for darker destinies. Light workers, volunteers, warriors of light and of Gaia, recognising and accepting the darker choices of others is key to conservation of our energy at this time. Self care is awakening, understanding when we are being used and when we are being nourished. Exchange is the currency of higher realms.

The quantum universe exists on a frequency spectrum, encompassing all planets, galaxies and solar systems. Multiple timelines, primary points of truth, portals and gateways are all possible and plausible within the quantum multi verse. Part of raising our vibrations is moving beyond seeing in a linear context, for nothing is linear. Cause and effect exist in spirals, layers like an onion form, energies become karma. We experience all we need to experience over as many lifetimes as we choose. The mathematics of the multi verse are complex, 12 dimensions and beyond. The fifth dimension can and does operate within the material plane and this is how Gaia is doing it. She is aiming for the fifth thereby keeping those people who ascend with her in the familiar safety and security of their organic body and physical surroundings. Awakened, enlightened souls will rebuild 5d Gaia restoring balance and harmony.

Tidal waves of light transcend our dimensional realm, triggering cosmic intervention to assist Gaia’s ascension. There are individuals who will make such profound use of these tidal waves of light, they will transcend the fifth. They will relinquish their bodies and quantum leap to higher states of being. There are lightworkers, starseed and indigo who inhabit the physical to enable them to interact with this realm. Their mission to be present and grounded in the human experience, whilst bringing their higher internal frequencies to the ascension process. Divide and conquer is how the elite have controlled us as a population. They have also divided our energetic being. To realign energetically means to let go of all that is fake, all that is holding us back from lighter ways of being. There is no spiritual sticky plaster for pain. No-one can activate our chakra system without us putting in the karmic clearing work.
