.  .  .

There are numerous methods available for healing chakras. Whereas some of them work, some of them will not work, and the reason for that will be because each of the chakras is connected with a distinct frequency realm.

The six chakras in our body are ordered in the form of a pyramid. So, the first one is the lowest, and it is actually the heavy and wide base of that pyramid, while the highest chakra, the sixth one, is a representation of the top of that pyramid. The sixth chakra is airy, light, as well as easily mutable, and the first one is heavy, dense, and challenging to make changes on. Additionally, each of the chakras symbolizes some distinct elements.

Also, each of them needs distinct methods of healing, and here we will present you some, which you can try.

Methods for healing of each of the chakras:

First (Root) chakra

As the first one is the heaviest, densest, as well as most connected to our physical body, most of the healing will come from physical activities such as Hatha yoga.

The first chakra is connected to our sense element, as well as treatments oriented to smell, such as aromatherapy, which works best. As the earth is the first chakra’s element, gemstones can also be used for some treatments. Also, gardening, particularly touching earth, will be an excellent activity connected with the healing of this chakra.

Second (Sacral) chakra

This chakra is also physical and dense, so Hatha yoga will also work best in this case, particularly tantrically oriented one, as well as hip poses. As the second chakra is connected with our taste, the best thing will be to eat foods which will heal it like oranges, pumpkins, and mangoes.

Water is this chakra’s element. So, doing some aquatic work such as Watsu will also be an excellent treatment for healing the second chakra.

Third (Solar Plexus) chakra

This chakra is connected with the conscious, as well as with mental reasoning, and with self-image. Visual therapies, such as working with some yantras and Transformation Power Questions will be the best healing method.

As fire is this chakra’s element, sunbathing will also be good. Also, firewalking will be an excellent way to stoke this chakra. Some methods which boost our confidence can have good results. Additionally, some actual core works such as powerful yoga or some kind of breathing which is stroking the core will also be useful for this chakra, known as solar plexus chakra too.

Fourth (Heart) chakra

This is the chakra that serves as a bridge between lower, or the chakras which are more physical, and upper of more spiritual ones, and it responds very well to touches. A lot of studies prove this, in which babies thrived when nannies and nurses actually held them.

The most common and excellent way of boosting, as well as balancing this chakra, known as the heart chakra, will be through hugging. This will work when we even self-hug ourselves, or we can also use EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. Another excellent treatment will be breath work as this chakra is connected to the element of air.

Fifth (Throat) chakra

Sound healing will be one of the best methods for this chakra, as it involves two different techniques: putting the sound out, as well as taking it in.

The sound can be put out by simply reciting some mantras, as well as by chanting, or seed sounds or also our most loved song which will make us feel quite good. The sound can be taken in through some crystal bowls, and mantras, or even our most loved song.

Here are the seed sounds – the smallest mantras for each of the chakras:

1st – Lam
2nd – Vam
3rd – Ram
4th – Yam
5th – Ham
6th – Om
7th – Silence (pure consciousness)

Sixth (Brow/Third Eye) chakra

As this is, in fact, the well-known ground zero chakra for each of our dreams, as well as visualizations, visualization will be the most suitable tool which we can employ on this chakra. It can be performed inwardly or also outwardly.

The inward visualizations actually involve meditation in which we need to close our eyes, and also create some positive thoughts and world around us, feeling and seeing what we really want. It is a process which will change our psychology and even make us interact positively, as well as confidently with the world inside us, forcing some changes.

The external visualizations are done with creating some beautiful vision boards which will help us to ignite creative energies, as well as improve our life in general.

Seventh (Crown) chakra

For this chakra, the only method for healing will be meditation. In fact, it will make us enter into a condition of thoughtless, silent and pure openness.

Although the methods for healing the chakras are effective, trying some others will also be good, as we may find the right one for us, which will fit every need of our chakras.

DAVINA SKINNER: “7 Chakras And 7 Links To Your Subconscious”

The Chakras do not start and end with their description or definition — which is where many people stop with their understanding of them. To know their name and position is great but what purpose does that serve? What use is that information to you in your daily life? The Chakras are amazing, organic, Dimensional Centers of Energy and within them they hold so many secrets.

When their energy is combined, it makes up what we call the Aura, the energy field within and around the human body. It is within this energy sphere that psychics can ‘see’ and can discern many things about you that the ‘normal’ person is not consciously aware of.

Many of these things you can become more conscious of yourself and to my mind it is your subconscious mind giving you some minute signals, trying to get through to you. This is just the same and linked with how your body language works, your body language is your Chakra energy at work!

There are a great many ways that the Chakras can try to ‘get’ your attention, often by being out of balance. Again there are a whole host of symptoms that would indicate an out of balance Chakra but for the purpose of trying to keep things simple I highlight just one common signal for each of the seven Chakras. For Example;

The Base Chakra

A good indicator of how stable the Base Chakra might be is to consider what you do with your feet and legs when you sit down in certain situations: You may sit with both feet firmly placed on the floor or you may occasionally cross your legs. In and of itself, there is no great indicator here unless there tends to be a regular and repeated pattern. You may find you often cross your legs tightly, almost winding them around the chair leg, or you may fidget excessively, you may feel the need to raise your feet up off the floor and in some cases sit with your knees bent up in front of you. This can indicate a sense of insecurity which is one of the key elements of the Base Chakra.

The Sacral Chakra

You may notice you often cover this area, below the navel with your hands; this tends to be out of an instinctive need to feel protected. It can be an area that is easily prone to storing fat, in men and women and is linked with how vulnerable you feel in relationships in particular. It is an emotional power house and it is important to be able to ‘flow’ with these emotions otherwise you may encounter creativity problems not just physically but mentally too.

The Solar Plexus

This Chakra you already associate with your subconscious or inner knowing whether you realize it or not! This is after all the home of your GUT instinct. It is not for no reason we call it this. This Chakra directly links with your core spirit or energy that instinctively ‘knows’ what or who is good for you and which situations are bad. Recall a time when you had a bad feeling about someone or something and you will no doubt recall that sickening feeling in the stomach. Often things happen so quickly that we don’t stop to consider just what our reactions are about or precisely where they affect us in the body.

The Heart Chakra

This, it is no surprise is all about love. How comforting is it when you feel hurt or upset to receive a loving or caring hug from someone? It is a natural instinct to put your arms around each other and to ‘touch’ hearts. It is a comfort and is in effect two energies of the two people meeting, one giving one receiving in this instance. To watch anyone in pain tugs at your ‘heart strings’ and that is just what it is like if you could see the energy.

The Throat Chakra

This Chakra not only relates to the throat and neck area but to the organs you use in communication too, your ears, mouth and nose! It is very often associated with your ability to ‘speak your truth’. You may know someone who covers their neck and throat area regularly, either with high collars or scarves. This can indicate that a lot of what they would really like to say is left unsaid or is covered up. This can either result in resentful gossip out of earshot or a build up of ‘unsaid stuff’ that at some point bursts forth in an emotional storm!

The Third Eye Chakra

Often you will see people rub or tap this area as if trying to literally grab hold of a thought they somehow know is there but they just can’t quite get hold of. This is the intuitive Chakra center of the mind and it can easily be pulled ‘out of sync’ by the logical, rational, conscious mind we use for a large part of the day. As you may have noticed, when you let go of chasing that illusive thought and get on with an unrelated task, the inspiration or information seems to magically come from nowhere!

The Crown Chakra

Excessive worry can indicate itself here in a physical way. One of the most common is when you see people holding their head in their hands in despair or deep concern; when they ‘just don’t know what to do’ or can’t see the answer to a certain predicament. They may feel totally blocked in being able to see a way forward and keep their head looking downwards.

The majority of the instances above directly link to your body language. But when you look deeper and start to reveal more about the Chakras and their links to your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as your physical and spiritual wellbeing then you start to get a more holistic view of your true potential and beauty as a human spirit.

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “Learning Your Chakra Type Is The First Step To Achieving Energetic Balance”

We are living between two worlds. The Outer World from where you recharge and exercise your energy and the Inner World from where you find connection and direction of energy. You need to have balance between these two worlds to balance your energies.

Real balance means having a roof over your head, food to eat, clothes to keep you warm, a place to call your home, a deep connection with yourself, good relationships, and a strong connectedness with the Source and the world. It’s not one or the other, it’s both!

Real balance us difficult to achieve when your chakras or energy centers aren’t balanced. If some of your chakras are overactive, and other are underactive you will live in a reality created mainly by the overactive chakras and you’ll be out of balance.

The truth is your energy is specific only to you. Thus, the first thing you need to do is know what chakra dominant type are you.

When you identify with your chakra dominant type you will know what you need to work on. When you achieve real energetic balance you will unlock your true energetic potential.

What’s Your Chakra Type?

1. Upper Chakra Dominant Type

If you’re the upper chakra dominant type, then you don’t have problems connecting with your spiritual and Higher Self.

You may have satisfying relationships and you are probably in the best of your health, but your problem lies in keeping yourself grounded.

This means you have struggles providing for your physical needs. Your higher chakras are overflowing with energies but your lower chakras are barely making it.

Working with your lower chakras is the first step to balancing your energies and achieving real abundance.

You need to meet your basic physical needs, connect with yourself and other people on a deeper emotional level and take more action to know yourself better.

2. Lower Chakra Dominant Type

The lower chakra dominant types are the wealthy people who have all the luxuries in life but are miserable, unhappy, and aren’t at peace.

The energies in their lower chakras are so high but they get stuck in the middle, thus an imbalance exists.

Physically and materially they are abundant but spiritually they are in poverty. And in order for them to achieve their true potential they need to reach spirituality.

What you need is, to work on your higher chakras to achieve balance and unlock your true energetic potential.

You need to express yourself, listen to your intuition and open your mind.

3. The Split

You are a split type if you can go back and forth from having high energy levels in the upper chakras to high energy levels in the lower chakras.

The problem lies in having a weak middle, the part that keeps the flow and the balance.

You often gravitate and go forth between the opposites.

What you need to work on is your middle chakras, the heart, throat or the solar plexus.

You need to open your heart, express yourself better and know yourself more.

The Chakras Work Best When They Work Together:

Whatever chakras are dominant in yourself, you need to know that all of them work the best when they work together.

Nurture your balanced chakras and work on the ones you are neglecting because their inactivity blocks your way of achieving energetic balance..

You also need to take note that you can be a mix of the three types.

Knowing yourself better is the key to knowing the energies that you lack.

When you are being balanced you are empowered from within.
