LISA RENEE: “Linear vs. Non-Linear Thinking”

“Most people perceive the external structures of reality based on information conveyed by their main senses, which is their operating sentience level. Some people have five main senses that are controlled by their Unconscious Mind functions, and others with developed Higher Sensory Perception, have accumulated more sensory ability by expanding their access into their higher mind function. If sensory information is missing, partially blocked, or misunderstood through wrong perception, people impose their semblance of linear order without the benefit of all the proper information. Purely linear thinking ultimately confines the intelligence to the lower aspects of mind and lower instinctual senses. Linear thinking contracts energy. Linear thinking contracts consciousness and limits expanded sensory feelings such as intuition. Thought addicted linear thinkers close down their heart and this closes down their body feeling mechanism.”

~Lisa Renee

Linear thinking is the process of thought following known step-by-step progression where a response to a step must be elicited before another step is taken. (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3….) Linear thinkers put things in order as they experience them in a sequential manner, like a straight line. A straight line between two points has been the way we have been educated as the most effective way to get from one place to another. Linear thinkers see the world mostly as black and white (the polarity structure or Bi-Wave Influences). A person limited to linear thinking has mental blocks in reaching more options for resolution or reaching compromise because they cannot perceive outside a certain parameter. An example of limitation in linear thinking is the capacity to creatively problem solve an issue if the primary procedure breaks down, to find alternative ways, to inquire or ask the right question in the problem solving equation, or to find the balance point for resolution. Additionally, linear thinkers do not communicate with the consciousness inherent in living things, like the land, animals and nature. Because linear thinking is repetitious and in many situations the outcome or result never changes, this stunts higher sensory perception and suppresses consciousness. The mind gets stuck in a gear of belief and linear experience that it cannot shift out of. The more inflexible the mind, the weaker it is.

Most people perceive the external structures of reality based on information conveyed by their main senses, which is their operating sentience level. This is assuming something to be true and accurate while holding only the tiniest infinitesimal variable that prevents one from seeing the whole facts or larger picture. Purely linear thinking ultimately confines the intelligence to the lower aspects of mind and lower instinctual senses. Linear thinking contracts energy. Linear thinking contracts consciousness and limits expanded sensory feelings such as intuition. Thought addicted linear thinkers close down their heart and this closes down their body feeling mechanism.

Non-Linear thinkers

Non-Linear thinkers have developed a capacity for spiral thinking and problem solving which extends into multiple directions or as an outward expansion spiral. Rather than thinking in step by step moving in one direction, spiral thinkers inherently know that there are multiple starting points from which one can apply the solution to a problem. Spiral thinkers are able to traverse the many directions the problem may have and find the central root or causal issue of the problem, rather than trying to solve the surface symptom. Most world problems have a causation of which many layers of other problems are stacked on top in layers as the result. This is the same as a medical diagnosis giving a label to something that does not address the deeper cause and its root infection. Most linear thinking keeps the mind sliding on the surface going back and forth and finally in a circle which remains static. Nonlinear or spiral thinking allows the mind to go deeper to the root of the problem, spiral it out in multiple directions from its source, which is the most effective way to impact deeper resolution and change. Spiral thinkers are accessing beyond the functions of the Three Layers of Ego mind. They access a new higher sensory ability through the contact made to the Higher Mind, which is a function of higher consciousness or spirit-energy intelligence. Training your mind to go beyond linear thought and into nonlinear thinking expands energy, expands consciousness and potentially opens ones heart and feeling centers.

LISA RENEE: “Higher Sensory Perception”

“In order to heal, one must be able to feel. This is clarified by having an ability to access the Soul Matrix function of Higher Sensory Perception which distinguishes between Cellular Knowing impulses, rather than the Linear Analytics that characterize the 3D mental body functions. Many people are Awakening and suddenly being able to sense, perceive and know things that they were not previously aware of. As we develop Self Awareness which is the deeper and hidden knowledge of the Self, we are developing the right relationship to the Self, and thus we can better develop our direct relationship with God Source. Self study is self mastery and is the pathway to expanding Consciousness and naturally expanding all functions of our Higher Sensory Perception.”

~Lisa Renee

There are many higher senses that are not recognized as normal characteristics of the spiritually awakened human being, and these higher senses may come online when being initiated and accreting higher spiritual frequencies. Individuals that demonstrate these higher senses are not especially gifted, they are simply displaying the future potentials of humanity’s activated DNA that they have personally developed, sooner than others. Higher Sensory Perception and all senses are modulated through the functioning of the DNA structure, and those that have opened their heart center combined with fewer overall distortions in their personal Blueprint, will have greater ease in activating these dormant abilities. If a person refuses to acknowledge that higher sensory perception abilities exist as a normal attribute of human DNA functioning, or this is averse to their belief system, then they will shut off these abilities completely. As the planet shifts into the next harmonic, the earth’s population is now being exposed to the 4D-5D-6D incoming Soul frequency patterns, which activate a whole new set of potential higher sensory abilities. Unfortunately, to combat the possibility of these higher senses coming online, the population has also been exposed to another generation of aggressive mass Mind Control strategies implemented by the authoritarian agendas of the Controllers, such as forced vaccination agendas and Chemtrailing. [1]

To Heal, We Must Feel

In order to heal, one must be able to feel. [2]

As we develop Self Awareness which is the deeper and hidden knowledge of the Self, we are developing the right relationship to the Self, and thus we can better develop our direct relationship with God Source. We cannot know the highest expression of our nature, until we know the deepest inner contents of our own being and heart. Self study is self mastery and is the pathway to expanding Consciousness and naturally expanding all functions of our Higher Sensory Perception.

Discipline Mind

Consistent Meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind to develop higher Consciousness which allows one to develop Higher Sensory Perception. Developed HSP will not occur in most people with an untrained and undisciplined mind.Meditation can be applied in many different techniques, and is helpful for facilitating Forgiveness and letting go of negativity in many forms. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit and relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the thought pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the now moment. This is called holding the Neutral Association or Observer Point. [3]

Telepathy

The physical Brain contains Mirror Neurons that act as reflective mirrors of another’s perceptions and responses. They read energetic information transmitted from another’s minds and then relays a copy of that information throughout the observer’s central nervous system cells, which generate sensations of empathy for another. Yet, when people are disconnected from heart and soul, they lose the function of Empathy and this state can digress into classic Psychopathy. Through our empathic connection we experience the emotions and feel the intentions of others around us, which naturally leads to experiencing forms of Telepathy. Many people experience forms of Telepathy every day and yet they are mind controlled into denying the existence of telepathic communication as pseudoscience. Telepathic communication is not limited to just the physical body, it is an inherent function of the Lightbody or subtle energy anatomy of consciousness, which becomes more activated through the Higher Sensory Perception functions that come online with the higher development of the spiritual bodies. [4]

Soul Opens HSP

One may not experience true states of love or emotional spectrums until they begin to connect with their Soul Matrix bodies or have been able to experience a loving, and open heart center 4th Chakra from being incarnated with this Soul-Spirit connection. This soul connection is what enables the development of Higher Sensory Perception. One cannot develop the sensory body, its receivers and transmitters, which allow for the development of telepathy and cellular cognition, without having an open heart and the ability to feel deeply.

Many have lost their soul connection from early experiences of extreme trauma and suffering, SRA, abuse, child rape and molestation, etc. This abuse starts at childhood by the Archontic Deception Behaviors strategy of the NAA to create a cycle of repeated Victim-Victimizer in the population of earth. When a human is either consistently victimized as young as possible, s/he grows into a victimizer. This enforces the repetition of this abusive pattern to create more narcissists, psychopaths, and traumatized people. The heart center is the connection point for the soul. Some genetics are able to have this capacity to feel and have an open heart, more than others. Those genetics that are fully capable of feeling and generating love and higher emotional states are those that have retained their inner spirit’s Christ Seed Atom.

Language of the Heart

Rule # 1: You will know if it is real by the way it makes you feel by observing the feelings as they transpire without judgment. This is the mental and emotional body cultivation that is required to gain Discernment of one’s personal inner truth. Also, this process is learning how to be the Compassionate Witness to events transpiring in the environment.

Human Emotion, as experienced through our Higher Sensory Perception is a function of our spiritual bodies, and is the key to achieving our GSF spiritual liberation. The feeling-sensory bodies capacity as directed through the Soul and Monad is is the key to accessing and embodying our 12 Strand DNA evolutionary Blueprint. We are reaching into new levels of co-creation and it is governed by our Soul and Monadic functions through developing Higher Sensory Perception or HSP. This sensory faculty is the Language of the Heart and is identified as one’s inner feelings, one’s deeper intuition, and within the direct knowing states paying attention to the way it makes you feel in the moment!

It is through the development of the sensory perceptual filters of the higher emotional faculty of the heart center and the clearing of Negative Ego judgments that truth can be directly discerned. One must come to directly comprehend the difference between Ego/Personality judgement and the higher discernment of the sensory-feeling heart that develops HSP.

Humanity during the Ascension process will be developing seven higher human senses existing at a higher frequency level, while cultivating new sensory perceptions we have not learned or experienced yet.

The planetary body is attuning to new radio stations that tune into these higher frequencies. The static noise in between those new frequency stations have now started to be deciphered much more clearly by our newly developed inner senses. Humanity is starting to perceive new levels of reality, or see things differently than before. This is the newly developing Higher Sensory Perception field of a multi-dimensional human. [5]

Spiral Energy

When accessing HSP, communicating with energetic intelligence or directing focused thoughts for maximized results, visualize the energy moving in spheres or circles. The Universal creative energies move within a spiral of time and in all things energetic – the movement of living energy is spiral.

Pain Body Interferes with HSP

This is the instinctual layer of the Personality Matrix or ego which for many people remains a part of the Unconscious Mind as many do not pay attention to their instinctual drives or areas the promote Addiction. Many people exist cut off from their inner feelings and have difficulty identifying their emotions in the moment to moment. This is a side effect of a closed Heart chakra, Soul Fragmentation or blackened heart. The first part of spiritual healing is to be willing to pay attention to personal drives though dedicated self-awareness.

This second layer of the ego could also be called the Pain Body.

It is the location where unresolved painful memories will manifest as instinctual drives within the person’s ego or personality. If these memories and negative emotions are not resolved, these cloud and distort the perceptions of the individual. Many people in the New Age refuse to do their inner shadow clearing work, which makes them highly susceptible to Mind Control and Negative Ego judgments. One must learn how to become responsible for the direction of personal energy and consciousness in order to develop strong and accurate Higher Sensory Perception.

The most accurate HSP becomes active when a person has disciplined their Negative Ego, and works to clear fear based Mind Control patterns. This begins by being willing to inquire upon and make an honest self-assessment of personal pain and fears, and taking the steps to clear these painful emotions through the commitment to self love, practicing Compassion, Empathy and Forgiveness. See Where Can I Start?

Higher Senses Connect to Higher Dimensions

In addition to the basic senses that are natural functions for human DNA in the lower frequency dimensions, when we move up the frequency scale into the Soul, Monadic, Avatar and Rishic planes, with each dimensional plane access, there are additional higher senses that are interconnected. Some of these higher senses will be experienced in dreamscape or consciousness experiences on other planes of reality, and some of them are potentially embodied as physical manifestations. As a result of the shift into the soul harmonic universe, the main higher sense that is coming online at this time is cellular telepathy, which allows for inner direct cognition, that allows a person to read and sense energy signatures. Cellular Telepathy is connected to the layers of the soul matrix and when the soul is fully embodied, this sensory ability is turned on. Because the soul body is intimately connected to the human heart and is the true emotional body, if an individual is willing to open and heal their heart, this will attract the soul frequencies and the Cellular Telepathy skillset as a natural ability.

For those accessing the monadic planes or embodying their monadic matrix, transmutation allows shape shifting and Transmigration abilities to come online. Additionally, these allow the projection of one’s consciousness for sensing and remote viewing in other dimensions and realities, to begin to come online as a natural ability. It should be noted that the disembodied NAA entities stationed in the monadic planes, also make use of these particular sense abilities, which they have activated through purely mental body means, called psionic ability. Psionic abilities are certainly much higher mental body senses than what is available to most earth humans at this time, however they are devoid of heart center. For this reason, they contain much more limited abilities than what exists in the higher potentials of activating the original human DNA.

When we begin to access the avatar planes or embody the Christos diamond sun matrix, Transfiguration allows for multiple holographic emanations to appear in several locations at once, so that bi-location becomes a natural aptitude. Transfiguration also allows for making the consciousness body extremely small or extremely large, in order to gain a perceptive view of extremely small or large objects. As an example, making oneself very small to view carbon-based atoms and buckyballs, or making oneself very large to get an overview of an entire planetary body. The transfiguration ability is at will, and is connected to the commitment to be GSF and earn Cosmic Citizenship, that offers complete spiritual freedom to travel in and out of time and into other Universes.

Extremely rarified at this time on earth, the rishic planes allow for the Founder Flame body consciousness to enter and exit dimensionalization at will. This is a level of being that exists as a Solar flame body, able to create any multitude of forms and enter and then exit a reality in and out of time, at will. [6]

MATEO SOL: “7 Gut Instincts You Should NEVER Ignore”

In order to fulfill your spiritual purpose in this life, you’ve got to walk the path less traveled.

And to walk the path less traveled, you have to embrace your inner wolf.

It is your inner wolf that will guard, guide, and protect you with courage, integrity, and intelligence.

But here’s the thing: in order to embrace your inner wolf, you’ve got to listen to your gut instinct.

The problem is that our gut instincts are often polluted by fears, prejudice, and mental clutter.

In this article, I want to share with you the seven gut instincts you should never ignore. You’ll also learn how to differentiate the voice of fear from the voice of primal wisdom.

What is the Gut Instinct?

Your gut instinct is the physical reaction you have to the world around and inside of you.

When you experience an overwhelming “gut feeling,” your body is carrying out a primal response to subconscious information. The ultimate purpose of your gut instinct is to protect you. As your gut instinct is the most ancient and primal “sixth sense” you have, it is the one you can rely upon the most.

One example of your gut instinct in action would be deciding to spontaneously avoid walking down a road at night because something “feels off.” That feeling is your gut instinct warning you that danger is afoot. You may then glimpse an intimidating gang of men down the street as you hurry by — your gut instinct has just saved you from potentially being robbed, beaten up, raped, or worse.

How Does Gut Instinct Work? (and Why You’re an Animal)

Put simply, your body is like the television screen on which your subconscious (the radio waves) transmits its information. When you can learn to read your body, you can learn to accurately tune in to your gut instinct.

We human beings like to believe ourselves to be separate from animals. Yes, we might be more sophisticated. But at our core, we are still animals — human animals. Our primal impulses and evolutionary origins don’t just disappear because we sit and read the newspaper each morning or wipe our asses with lavender-scented toilet paper.

As noted by anthropologist Clifford Geertz:

… man is an animal suspended in webs of significance he himself has spun.

Rather than get hoity-toity about the fact that we’re only really advanced animals, why not embrace it? By honoring the wisdom of the subconscious mind and its impact on the body to produce ‘gut instinct’ we can save ourselves from a lot of suffering. (This has been proven by the way.)

What’s the Difference Between Gut Instinct and Intuition?

Gut instinct and intuition are often used synonymously. And, yes, they are interconnected. But they aren’t quite the same.

So what’s the difference?

Put simply, gut instinct is your primal wisdom. Intuition is your spiritual wisdom. We need both if we are to walk our spiritual paths with courage and intelligence.

Intuition is very cerebral — it is a calm and clear sense of “knowing.” On the other hand, gut instinct is very visceral and physical — you feel it in your body.

Intuition can be expressed through the body, and the gut instinct can be expressed through intuitive knowing. But generally, both are clearly discernable and strikingly different in their experience.

Also, gut instinct is much more emotional and reactive (as it is wired in the primal brain), whereas intuition is more neutral and calm.

Examples of Gut Instinct

Some call it a “hunch,” others an “inkling,” but in this article, we’ll refer to it as the gut instinct. Here are some examples that are taken from the animal kingdom and human (animal) behavior of gut instinct:

  • A herd of zebra sense danger while grazing. They cannot see the lions lurking in the surrounding savannah, but something is distinctly “off.” One zebra whinnies and the herd begins galloping away vigorously.
  • A herd of elephants meander through the deserts in search of water. Instinctively they know what direction to move in to find their sustenance.
  • A cat sits on the edge of a three-story house and wants to find a way down. She slinks over to the edge and stares at the ground apparently about to jump — but then changes her mind. She climbs down to the first story roof and then makes the jump, apparently aware on an instinctual level that jumping from any higher distance would injure her.
  • A person approaches you at a bar wanting to flirt with you. You start reciprocating, but something feels wrong. You sense a predatory quality about this person. You don’t trust them. You excuse yourself and leave.
  • Two hikers get lost on a trail within the mountains. Without a compass or any way to determine a direction back to camp, they sit silently and tune into the surrounding trees. Suddenly one of them points to the west, “I have a feeling that is the way back!” An hour later they have made it back to home base.
  • You’re driving down a highway at night. Suddenly, the impulse overtakes you to change lanes immediately. You obey the impulse, and a couple of seconds later miss a large spike of glass that could have punctured your tire and rendered you stranded on the side of the road.
  • A young woman is sitting in class at college. Out of the blue, she feels the strange impulse to return home. She ditches the class and catches a taxi, a pit of dread looming in her stomach. When she arrives home, she finds her mother on the floor having a heart attack. If she had ignored her gut instinct, her mother would have most likely died alone.
  • A man has two job offers. One of them pays less, and the other pays more. Logically he would choose the job that pays more, but he can’t shake the knot of dread that forms in his stomach every time he considers accepting the higher paying offer. He decides to choose the job that pays less. Two months later, he is relieved that he chose the right offer as the higher paying company went out of business due to a high profile lawsuit.
I hope you now have a good idea of how the gut instinct operates!

Signs You’ve Experienced a Gut Instinct

Pay attention to these signs:

  • A sudden feeling of dread or fear (that is out of context)
  • A strong urge to do something (feels like an inner nudge or pull)
  • Full-body chills, goosebumps or “tingles” up the spine
  • Nausea or physical uneasiness
  • Sudden hypervigilance (or being on “high alert”)
  • A clear and firm voice within you instructing you to do/not do something

You might experience all of these signs at once or only one or two of them.

Is it Fear? Or is it Your Gut Instinct?

Don’t get them confused!

But also, don’t worry if you have already. Chances are you were never taught about the difference between superficial mental fears and true gut instinct.

The mind can easily fool us, particularly when it comes to gut instinct. After all, we feel our emotions within our body. When you’re scared, you most likely get clammy hands, butterflies, and an increase in heart rate, right?

In a similar fashion, when we experience a gut instinct, we also receive physical sensations.

So how on earth can we distinguish between the two?

My response is to pay attention to your mind. What is the quality of your thoughts? Is your mind racing, frantic, or chaotic? If so, you are experiencing fear.

On the other hand, if your mind is relatively neutral, but your body is experiencing strong reactions (like a sense of impending doom for instance), you are experiencing a gut instinct.

In other words, when you need to distinguish between the voice of fear and your gut instincts, always turn your attention to your mind.

Why?

Gut instincts are spontaneous — they arise out of the blue. They don’t have time to build-up in the brain, therefore, the brain is relatively still and neutral. There is no “hmm, should I? Shouldn’t I?” going on. There is just an immediate DO THIS/DON’T DO THIS.

Fears, on the other hand, build-up. They are typically more vague, nagging, unclear, and tumultuous. If your mind is spinning, if your thoughts are everywhere, you are experiencing fear, not gut instinct.

7 Gut Instincts You Should NEVER Ignore

Obviously, you must be the judge. But there are some situations in life where your gut instincts shine the most.

While it’s easy to brush off most nagging sensations, please never ignore the following ones:

1. “I’m in danger”

Remember that your gut instincts reflect what your subconscious mind already knows. Although you may not be able to pinpoint what exactly the danger is, please listen to this inner warning. It could be the difference between life and death.

2. “They’re in danger”

Yes, you might sound like a lunatic. Yes, you might feel embarrassed or perplexed. But if you genuinely feel that someone is in danger, tell them. You have nothing to lose. You might just prevent the person from making a big mistake or endangering themselves.

3. “This isn’t the right choice”

If you get a strong and clear feeling that what you’re doing isn’t right, pay attention. Even if there is no moral or logical reason why you should be feeling that way, take heed.

4. “I need help”

Your gut instinct doesn’t only warn you of danger, it also helps to preserve your emotional wellbeing. If you receive a strong sensation that you need help (whether physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually), seek it out. Don’t linger.

5. “I need to help them”

At some point in our lives, the overwhelming desire to help someone will arise. There may not be any rational reason why. The other person may appear to be perfectly fine on the surface. But don’t let appearances deceive you. Have a conversation with the person. Ask them how they are. This might make you feel vulnerable or uncomfortable, but you will at the very least make the person feel special, and at the most potentially save their lives.

6. “Something feels off in my body”

Unless you’re a hypochondriac (which is unlikely), your gut instincts rarely lie about the state of your health. If a sudden strong and clear desire arises to see a medical professional, do it. Get a full health assessment, and even if nothing comes up, feel proud of yourself for practicing self-care.

7. “This is it!”

Often when the perfect life calling, spiritual path, job, house, decision, option, etc. comes along, your gut instinct will immediately notify you. If you receive a strong and clear feeling that practically screams “YES” don’t ignore it! This is one of the most important reasons why it’s essential to listen to your gut instinct. It could be the difference between making a life-fulfilling choice and a soul-starving decision.

Trust Your Gut

So long as you’re able to distinguish between the voice of fear and the spontaneous feelings of your gut instinct, it is safe to trust your gut.

Trusting your instincts is an invaluable life skill and one that will tremendously benefit you on the spiritual path. After all, this instinct is built into our very DNA, so why not make the most use out of it?

As a final recommendation, I suggest practicing mindfulness meditation if you struggle to trust your gut. Mindfulness meditation will help you to become aware of your thoughts and body sensations. The more awareness you can develop, the easier it will be to make the distinction — it will become second-nature to you.
