LISA RENEE: “False Identity”

“The false self or the False Identity is usually formed to generate inner walls in our unconscious mind as a result of unhealed painful trauma and fears. People in pain form opposite sets of compensating behaviors, which means they act out behaviors that are actually the opposite of who they really are. This is done to keep up appearances or meet externally perceived expectations, connected to their mental body enforced belief system. These compensating behaviors turn into fear based coping mechanisms in order to get through life, with people putting up a façade or false identity. They may be reduced to impersonating other people’s behaviors around them in order to feel safe, where other people’s behaviors become the mental body architecture that form the false identity mask that they show to the world. Essentially, the more in pain a person is the stronger their walls of separation or Amnesiac Barriers, which form attachments to belief systems or emotional conflicts recorded in the instinctual mind or Pain Body. When these attachments do not get what they want from how they have been associated and valued by the Conscious Mind, they are in a Perpetual State of Suffering through a case of false identification. Removing Suffering in the mind from forming attachments is the process of removing association and the assigned values, which color or cloud judgments through Ego Filters. The ego mind has such a small picture of what’s happening in the overall, that it perceives the situation from its own limited beliefs and confirmed bias.”

~Lisa Renee

When a person has not recovered their core self, they have no sense of who they really are and what provides meaning and connection in their life. As a result, the False Identity accepts the mind control in the 3D worldview that we exist in separation, and reinforces the fear based belief systems that are promoted in the Controller Pillars of Society.

Without a strong core self, we let other people think for us and many times, dominate our personal will. As a result, the lack of Personal Integrity and instability within the core self is easily swept away into the massive power of these external forces, such as in Mind Control.

Many people are feeling inner pressure as they are being forced to move past old 3D identities and let go of the false self. As a result of current shifts, all people are being pushed to recognize and feel the differences between the authentic core self and the false identities used to mask pain and Trauma. The only way to regain an understanding of Personal Integrity, is to know the difference between what is authentic to you and what is not, and stop repeatedly acting out those incongruent behaviors that are out of integrity.

The false self or the False Identity is usually formed to generate inner walls in our unconscious mind as a result of unhealed painful trauma and fears. When we allow others the power to dictate to our identity, we become lost, confused and very unhappy.

At this time it is important that we not seek to repair and reprogram the false identity mask of the Negative Ego’s pain, or that part of our lower mind that has compensated with behaviors to hide away our deepest fears that we are unlovable, worthless, or inadequate. It is time to break through the ego walls of separation and fear, to discover the true authentic core self through unconditional self-love and unconditional Self Acceptance.

If we exist in false identities and behave inauthentically, wearing masks in our everyday life, suppressing our true emotions and feelings, we are engaged in Counterfeit Conversations, and thus we are unable to discern what is real and what is false. If we contribute to fake conversations in order to maintain the status quo, we are choosing to behave in a form of dishonesty. This produces self-delusion from the lack of Personal Integrity, and a person that has not developed the core inner self has very little emotional stability and mental clarity.

To address our core negative beliefs and core wound, we must look to the frustrations and irritations we feel in everyday life, by listening to the inner dialogue we have that is negative about ourselves, negative about others, negative about our conditions. Many people’s core wound is generated in their earliest memories during childhood, and this emotional pain may have been defined in previous lifetimes in similar situations, when the same emotional theme played out and was not resolved and healed, it is replayed into this current lifetime. Drilling down into the core wound of unhealed emotional pain and fear, takes us into the classic case study of ego Walls of Separation, feeling disconnected from experiencing or feeling unconditional love and self-acceptance.

Each person will grow to develop their own Ego Defense Mechanisms that reinforce the experiences of separation, which take us away from giving or receiving unconditional love. When we live in fear our body constricts and we hold back our heart, suppressing our feelings, withholding authentic and truthful communication, which increases emotional and mental pain. When we live in a fearful state our body will constrict from tension, it will contract away from giving and receiving unconditional love, and this denial of self-love is the main cause of continuing to experience and accumulate emotional pain. Our beliefs around family and our connections to family lineages will give important insight and clues to the negative core beliefs and wounds that we are struggling with, that we have inherited from the False Parent.

If we hold a vision of humanity as eternal souls coming into the material reality to learn lessons to grow and purify ourselves spiritually, it is easier to see that most people have forgotten who they really are as they are wearing many false identity masks. It is rare today to meet with completely honest, balanced and authentic people that reflect Personal Integrity. Thus in this deeper reflection, we may have forgotten who we really are and come to realize that we are still bargaining away our Soul. [1]

Perpetual State of Suffering

Essentially, the more in pain a person is the stronger their walls of separation or Amnesiac Barriers, which form attachments to belief systems or emotional conflicts recorded in the instinctual mind or Pain Body. When these attachments do not get what they want from how they have been associated and valued by the Conscious Mind, they are in a Perpetual State of Suffering through a case of false identification. Removing Suffering in the mind from forming attachments is the process of removing association and the assigned values, which color or cloud judgments through Ego Filters. The ego mind has such a small picture of what’s happening in the overall, that it perceives the situation from its own limited beliefs and confirmed bias.

These biases tend to accumulate a False Identity, something we think we are when we really are not that. When one notices associations and judgments that are being formed, identify this content as coming from the false perceptions of the Conscious Mind and lower minds. Observe what it judges and assigns value to. Notice its functioning and pay attention to any negative behavior, pain body triggers or automatic impulsive reactions. When a person is paying attention to their thoughtforms and reactions, they can choose to respond through shifting into the Observer Point by communicating with the conscious mind in order to prevent its tendency to create false identity. This is the Ego, it is not my real self. Notice the patterns of the Negative Ego, and when your body is in mental or emotional tension, it is the contraction of energy inside the body based on what the ego is thinking and ruminating upon.

The Ego wants this and that and the other thing. (whatever the ego is valuing or associating)
It wants this and that and the other thing (whatever IT is valuing or associating) Having self-awareness and communicating this way in the internal landscape, is a process of refusing to form attachments with the false ego identity and all of its biases, as related to the value that is placed on the thoughts and the result of placing judgments on yourself or others. Suffering in the mind happens when we harbor judgments of the self as identified with the value and the association that has been made by the ego mind. This is called setting up the False Identity. LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Self Ownership and Boundaries”

“The possibility of self-ownership has been destroyed for most people on the earth through the continual deception, Mind Control, Manipulation of Consent and NAA Archontic Deception Strategies that are broadcast to the masses in order to shape the anti-human culture. Most of us reading this by now, realize that the people that are in control of the resources of this earth, are either not human, or are depraved humans that have sold out their soul, and taken the role as the personal pet to serve the Alien overlords for a pittance. We are being lied to in every way imaginable, and what we see in the mass media is what they want us to see. Remember, that is the weapon of the aliens (Satanic and Luciferian forces), and the AI Mind control. Stay above it. Stay neutral.”

~Lisa Renee

Reclaiming self-ownership and clearing negative ego fear programming is the most important thing you can do to help free yourself and make progress to express your true creativity and art inside your soul. It is through reclaiming our true heart based and empathic humanity, practicing unconditional love no matter what is thrown at us, that we can be free from the fear based programming and intimidation. When we are in the presence of a controller, manipulator or bully, being able to hold neutral observer awareness is very important.

  1. Find your spiritual lessons inside the obstacles. Where are you weak and what are your strengths? Look for the pieces you may have missed inside yourself, that which you need to get stronger or change the way you have been doing things. The game has changed on earth and we must change with it. Every weakness you have will be attacked and exploited, so take action to correct them. The answer to everything is higher consciousness and self-awareness.
  2. Command your personal space and claim your human right to co-exist on earth as a GSF being, while taking personal responsibility for self-ownership. Assert this every day and build this spiritual muscle.
  3. Kick the negative ego to the curb, discipline your mind to stay in observer while working to stay aligned with the resonant energies and feelings, rather than relying on the mental body constructs. Keep the mind quiet and calm.
  4. Replace the negative ego earth laws with the highest authority made in the Universal Laws, make the commitment to follow and express the Universal Law of One and Service to Others in your life every day.
  5. Commit to live peacefully and harmlessly, to remove all anger and violence inside your body and mind through self-love, self-respect and self-forgiveness. Pray or ask for help every day.
  6. Command all energies and implants that exist in your body that were placed there without your consent, to be governed by the Universal Laws of God. Take full ownership over your body, all things in your body and consciousness now belong to you completely. As the result, you will take responsibility for reprogramming them into states of harmony. State that all programs or technology inside your body are now aligned to the higher governance of your Avatar Christ or God self.
  7. Stop pushing to look externally for 3D ways to survive, and ask what you can do to go beyond the control matrix and serve your highest purposes. It is likely you will need to meditate more, get quiet more, and stop doing what you think you have to do, because it is highly likely that you are doing the wrong actions that will yield you nothing but frustration. The chaotic mind will not lead you, only the still heart will lead you.
No matter what is happening in your life, you cannot deviate back to negative ego thinking, correct yourself and stay centered, neutral and calm as possible. Remember, that is the weapon of the aliens (Satanic and Luciferian forces), and the AI Mind control. Stay above it.
  8. Keep boundaries and try to stay away from unhealthy and toxic people, gather strength inside yourself. Make people earn your trust with trustworthy behavior. Don’t tolerate liars, manipulators and violent people.

More on Self Ownership

Self-ownership (or sovereignty of the individual, individual sovereignty or individual autonomy) is the concept of property in one’s own person, expressed as the moral or natural right of a person to have bodily integrity, and to be the exclusive controller of her or his own life, as well as the body, mind, and spirit. The possibility of self-ownership has been destroyed for most people on the earth through the continual deception, Mind Control, Manipulation of Consent and NAA Archontic Deception Strategies that are broadcast to the masses in order to shape the anti-human culture. Stay neutral.

To be sovereign over one’s self is to be free of the control or coercion of others, to truly have the freedom to direct one’s own life through having Informed Consent about the many things that impact our bodies and consciousness. We extend that belief to include freedom over Self-Determination in the direction over one’s consciousness which connects with the Soul, Spirit and higher intelligence spiritual bodies. Self-Sovereignty is inherently a human right given through Universal Laws, expressed through the Law of One. The teachings of the Law of One describe the spiritual laws that govern our spiritual evolution for each dimension. It is a single philosophical system of World Humanism, which merges cosmology, science, Human Rights and spiritualism.

To accept personal sovereignty or self-ownership, also means that person must accept Self-Responsibility. As you increase your use of free will choice and consent, you also increase the responsibility for your own actions and reactions.

Self-Responsibility is being able to own your own emotional conflicts without blame, guilt or projection upon another person, by making it their fault. Do not assume that you know anything about that person that can be judged for what you cannot see or really know, as you have not walked in their shoes. When feeling upset, restore balance to your heart and aura, by lovingly holding your boundaries without violating others boundaries by expecting them to resolve your conflict. Be willing and open to learn the lessons and find out what the real issue is, which most of the time is not what it appears to be. Going deeper and reflecting on forgiveness of yourself and others, allowing time to pass, helps to neutralize the conflict. Learning how to become responsible and accepting Self-Responsibility is a major step of productive Negative Ego clearing.

Self-ownership (or sovereignty of the individual, individual sovereignty or individual autonomy) is the concept of property in one’s own person, expressed as the moral or natural right of a person to have bodily integrity, and be the exclusive controller of her or his own life, as well as body, mind, and spirit. To achieve self ownership, one must make the effort to know their innermost selves, understand how their body and Consciousness works, as well as become aware of personal motivations and perceptions that influence their life decisions and quality of lifestyle. To master ourselves on the earth plane is to attain self mastery which is the process by which a person may have the freedom to take control over their own life, body, mind and spirit.

The possibility of self ownership is destroyed through the continual deception, Mind Control, Manipulation of Consent and NAA Archontic Deception Strategies that are broadcast to the masses in order to shape the anti human culture, increasing world slavery by monetizing human suffering and Human Trafficking.

Self-Responsibility

To accept personal sovereignty over one’s complete self, also means that person must accept Self-Responsibility. As you increase your use of free will, you also increase the responsibility for your own actions and reactions.

Human Rights

Human Rights are moral principles that describe certain standard of human behavior, they are the same in Gods natural laws, the Law of One:

1. I have the right to take care of myself, and protect myself from being threatened physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.

2. I have the right to set my own priorities and choose the manner I express to live on earth, as long as it does not intentionally harm others.

3. I have the right to express feelings, opinions, and desires.

4. I have the right to be treated respectfully.

5. I have the right to create my own happy, healthy life based in spiritual purpose.

6. I have the right to be GSF and be given the power to be in charge of directing my energies and life force.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Embodying Integrity”

“The world is rapidly changing during these stages of bifurcation, in which the Negative Polarity and Positive Polarity spirals are becoming more extreme and amplified in the external. In order to stay deeply connected into our core self, and to withstand the massive impact of these opposing forces colliding, we must take conscious steps now to embody personal integrity.”

~Lisa Renee

Personal Integrity is the quality of being truthful and honest with yourself and others, of intentionally aligning personal behaviors and actions to be congruently aligned with your own Personal Value System, moral principles, and ethics. It generally requires personal choice and commitment to align ourselves to stay consistent with personal values and ethical standards, so that when we speak we mean what we say.

Developing Personal Integrity is essential to becoming a stable, clear and trustworthy person that aligns their decisions in life with their chosen personal values. It is the milestone of building a strong character guided by one’s chosen personal values, and is reflected in a person that is firmly centered in purpose and directed in life by their own core self. We compromise our core integrity whenever we let others make poor decisions for us or when we betray a trust, betray our personal values, or betray that which we know is the truth for ourselves. When we compromise our Personal Integrity, we allow a back door vulnerability for dark force manipulation that many times descends even more darkness and chaos into the situation where we had made the compromise. To support the embodiment of our true essential nature, achieve single soul occupancy and continual consciousness expansion, it is imperative that we understand how to generate and maintain Personal Integrity.

Self-Inquiry upon Personal Integrity

To build and maintain personal integrity takes some effort and commitment, like developing the self-awareness that is required to define your personal values so that you can measure your behaviors and actions, in order to evaluate how aligned you are to your authentic self. When you consciously participate to clarify personal beliefs and core values, the next step is to honestly assess how well you are doing, by reviewing yourself in a personal integrity report. It may be a powerfully positive process to review your core values and generate personal integrity reports annually, so that you can see how you are evolving and transforming, as you better stay aligned to your own personal value system. This begins to develop more competency in self-leadership and life management skills, so that you are empowered to make positive differences from the values that you lead in your life. Real self-leadership and Self-Ownership begins when we have absolute clarity within the context of our personal beliefs and core values, which become the guiding principles we follow in our lives.

What are the most important Personal Values that motivate my life?

Choose up to five of the most important core values that feel the most essential to live authentically and express your highest purpose. Then focus upon those themes that you have chosen and evaluate if you are practicing and increasing these important values throughout your life. In the Guardian context for reclamation of Christ, our personal core value system would be directly connected to the Law of One practices. For example, for those dedicated to be of service to the Law of One, some of our most important personal core values are:

  • Expressing Unity Consciousness, knowing we are all interconnected.
  • Expressing Unconditional Love and Compassion to Myself, Love Others and Love Earth.
  • Expressing Service to Others orientation to motivate personal actions.

Maybe upon deeper reflection or in the future you’ll find that your most important personal values are shifting, or are revealing differently in order to become more specific in their quality. The more specific we are in identifying our core values, the more accurate and clear we can be when applying those to the behaviors that guide our life. As an example, let’s say through deeper self-study you have identified a recurring pattern that makes it hard to feel confident in valuing yourself when in the company of intimidating people. One of the core values that you choose is to Value Yourself equally to others, no matter what happens. To make this an important guideline in your life will help strengthen personal behavior to value yourself while in intimidating situations, which increases Personal Integrity.

Once you’ve defined some of your most important personal values, then inquire on each one to evaluate how you can better align your thoughts and behaviors with the meaning of each value. For example, ask three questions about the core values of expressing Unity, to help you accurately assess positive changes that you can make to be more authentic and within integrity.

  • What does Unity mean to me, how do I express Unity in my thoughts, behaviors and actions?
  • How can I better practice Unity consciousness throughout my life?
  • Am I practicing empathy with others to more deeply express Unity?

Am I living in Personal Integrity and what areas can I improve?

As you meditate and reflect on your life over the past year, assess if you have been authentic to your core values and the ways that you can improve your actions, to reflect integrity and authenticity in the future. In each area when reflecting upon personal values, inquire on what is aligned to your authentic self, those things that feel they are functioning well. Then place your attention upon the personal lessons and opportunities that you have to greatly increase inner strength, the core strength you will need in order to act authentically and within personal integrity.

Summarize the key points in your Personal Integrity Assessment for reference.

As you gain clarity on identifying important personal values and how you can build and maintain authentic integrity, prepare a summary of key points that you can revisit for inspiration to help guide your life direction and purpose in the next cycle. Print out your notes to clarify in more detail your personal vision for living within core personal values, knowing that when you are maintaining personal integrity it naturally aligns to fulfill your highest purpose. Embodying core personal values, living, thinking and breathing those values is what expresses Personal Integrity. This is the key to avoid negative cause and effect or miasmatic imprints upon what you are manifesting. Then make an effort to re-read and reflect upon your Personal Integrity Assessment regularly, to keep you focused on what personal core values are the most important guiding principles of fulfilling your most authentic expression.

Practical Application of Embodying Integrity

In the process of completing a personal integrity self-assessment and consciously choosing your value system based on what you know to be true for you, now is the time to take conscious steps every day to behave in ways that are consistent with your personal values.

  • Identify the behavioral traits that need to be addressed and are required to change.
  • Determine the underlying reasons why you have not behaved with greater personal integrity.
  • Observe the obstacles and other people that are used as excuses to lie or violate your personal values or moral code.
  • Commit to build authentic relationships through greater truthfulness, honesty and being open and direct.
  • Compile a list of tasks and behaviors in which you dedicate to become more trustworthy and honest.
  • Protect your basic human rights to be authentic and protect the rights of others, by respecting the decisions and opinions of other people.
  • When possible, be of service to others and live as an example for embodying truthfulness and integrity.
  • Be willing to honestly self-assess progress on your commitment to personal integrity, making adjustments along the way.
  • Look for the support of others who are inspiring examples of personal integrity, and have similar goals and personal values to be honest and trustworthy.
  • Develop Accountability for personal behaviors and actions, and if you make a mistake that impacts others or you break a promise, be willing to admit it and apologize.

The world is rapidly changing during these stages of bifurcation, in which the Negative Polarity and Positive Polarity spirals are becoming more extreme and amplified in the external. In order to stay deeply connected into our core self, and to withstand the massive impact of these opposing forces colliding, we must take conscious steps now to embody personal integrity.

PIA LLAMA: “8 Signs You Are the Designer of Your Life”

There is always a great storm before the sky clears to let in the most astounding light. The storm is dark and heavy and may feel like hell but no transformation was ever easy. Be present with yourself in this time, you’re on the right track.

Here are 8 signs that your life is getting better, even though it seems difficult.

1)  You’re starting to make major changes in your lifestyle

You stop procrastinating and do what you really want to, simply because you believe you can. You may make changes in your diet, start eating better and successfully stick to exercise regimes. You choose to do things out of a sense of adventure not necessity or obligation.

2)  You feel like the world is full of opportunity, perhaps too much of it!

When you realize your true capabilities and your interests, you may feel confused or misguided. That’s okay, try your hand at whatever your heart desires and see where it takes you!

3)  As you begin to get closer to your real self, you wonder whether you’ve abandoned some distinct parts of you

Everything that becomes a subconscious pattern, attaches itself to the ego and molds our ‘persona’. When we start shedding negative, redundant patterns, we often feel like we’ve lost a part of ourselves.

In reality, we are growing into the version of ourselves that we always wanted and were at our core. So don’t be afraid and know that you are the conscious creator of your life and mind.

4)  You are not afraid to speak your mind

You’re no longer afraid to speak your mind and make your truth known to others. This newfound sense of self will often affect your relationships; some might wither away making way for healthier ones.

Just remember that they cannot love or appreciate what they cannot comprehend and require time to understand the real you.

5)  With an increased self-awareness you start to understand what you truly want

You stop repeating the same mistakes. Through the laborious process of trial and error you have gathered enough self-awareness to live your life honoring your wants and needs. You shed old patterns not only as a consequence of this self-awareness but also, self-love.

You no longer see the point of putting yourself through situations that aren’t in favor of your well-being. All decisions come from a deep, intuitive knowing.

6)  You notice things you didn’t before

You may start to feel like you can see right through people’s true intentions. This may scare you at first as some may have less than noble intentions, but it is the gift that comes with being in touch with your intuition. Don’t ignore the signs, always trust your gut!

7)  Your sensitivity is through the roof!

You don’t know why you’ve been bursting into tears at the drop of a hat. You’re more empathic toward yourself and others, as you notice more dissonance between you and people you love.

It all points toward healing the self and relationships. Everything that you feel, must be let out and felt completely.

8)  You stop playing the blame game

Finally, you realize that you are the one solely responsible for your actions and happiness. No one else is to be blamed except you. Stop waiting for a person or situation to arise in your life for you to experience happiness.

Reclaim your well-being. See your own divinity, your natural state.
