“When we change position in the time field, as we are doing now as a result of the bifurcation, our location on the grid shifts in incremental degrees. In our lightbody structure we have a clock shield template that adjusts the difference between the biological time record and the space-time we inhabit. This internal lightbody structure is constantly shifting now to slowly accommodate the shift to the next harmonic, and the location we are interfacing with horizontally and vertically within the planetary architecture. Essentially during this phase we are time travelers skipping to the future timeline, and our body is not used to traveling through time in this way so rapidly, so the body is acclimating to this change and needs to conserve energy to adjust. Dormant functions in the lightbody are coming online as we get pulled away from artificial technology and frequency fences that were suppressing and constricting the lightbody in the 3D timelines. We’re getting used to living in the matter world without AI time loops and the reversals used to feed the alien machinery.”

“Most people are disconnected from the unified relationship that exists between their body and the layers of their mind, and so cultivating deeper awareness of the body’s sensations and movements, while noting complex deeper feelings that arise is important in developing self-awareness, as well as progressing into the stages of the higher embodiment process. If a person has little body awareness, combined with little self-awareness of the consequences of their thoughts and actions, they generally remain unconscious to what they need to do in order to free themselves from pain or to better help themselves. Real embodiment only happens when the higher consciousness bodies are able to come into the physical realm, which means to fully align, embody and seat within the physical body itself. As we have more present moment body awareness we start to experience the physical body we inhabit, knowing that it is the vehicle for our mind, consciousness and spirit to express through in order to travel through time. Everything we experience has greater purpose for lessons and gaining knowledge about the inner spirit traveling in the material world. When we allow ourselves to be totally honest with how we are feeling in our body, we can be present to the embodiment process and then we can start to observe those places that need our love and attention, so they can heal and recover. The body informs us when something is not healthy and that something in our body or life needs to change in order to rebalance and heal. Thus we need to learn to love and connect into our body while listening to the body’s messages, tuning into what the body needs to keep us balanced, healthy and embodied.”

Real embodiment only happens when the higher consciousness bodies are able to come into the physical realm, which means to fully align, embody and seat within the physical body itself. Currently, the structural changes as a result of the bifurcation within the past, present and future planetary realms, impacts all human beings towards greater embodiment levels of their soul, monadic and higher spiritual layers.

Embodiment is about becoming more conscious and aware about our body and mind, and how they really function together in direct partnership with our consciousness access level. As we ascend, we are becoming more self-aware in a first-person experience that is recognizing more of what is actually happening within our body and mind, at the same time we are traveling within a group consciousness experience. Through dedicated self-observation we can pay attention to many different layers of consciousness patterns, reactions and stimulus that are occurring simultaneously and extend throughout the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual bodies. The earlier stages of authentic embodiment levels are dependent on developing self-awareness, as the more deeply we know ourselves, and we know our body and how its functions, the deeper we can go into the spiritual embodiment stages. If we do not observe our deepest motivations, self-talk and pay attention to our bodily reactions, we cannot truly know ourselves and this generates inner disconnection that blocks the integrative embodiment process.

Embodiment begins to happen within the consciousness layers as one becomes more self-aware of what the body is doing during a variety of different contexts that we encounter in life. These are the situations, experiences, relationships, our memories and history, the social and cultural lenses that we filter through our personality to make sense of the world. Through all of these layers of context that we are exposed, we have many memories and beliefs recorded in our physical body and nervous system from the experiences that come with those sensations and feelings, that are all interconnected.

Thus Embodiment goes hand in hand with dedicated self-awareness and by making the commitment to be in the observer consciousness, to watch and listen to our body and mind by paying attention to exactly what it is doing and feeling in the moment to moment. We learn that the mind’s contents and beliefs will reflect in our unconscious or automatic reactions to any external stimulus, and thus we observe these reactions, because we want to know ourselves more deeply in order to be free of unconscious blockages that thwart embodiment.

The first stage of authentic embodiment begins with moments of saturating concentrated focus upon the present moment awareness of the body’s sensations, whereby recognizing the body’s language, feelings and reactions are the sum reflection of the buried contents of the mind. Automatic reactions in our body can notify us of deeper context and belief that are carried within some area of the mind and this content takes shape within the form of the body’s posture, gestures or movements in some way. Most people are disconnected from the unified relationship that exists between their body and the layers of their mind, and so cultivating deeper awareness of the body’s sensations and movements, while noting complex deeper feelings that arise is important in developing self-awareness, as well as progressing into the stages of the higher embodiment process.

When we cultivate body awareness in this way, it allows us to make positive growth changes in ourselves, because from observation, we have become aware of what we needed to change to become healthier or more balanced. It is nearly impossible to make positive changes in our lives when we are not aware of the changes we need to make, because we are unconscious of the areas that need improvement. If a person has little body awareness, combined with little self-awareness of the consequences of their thoughts and actions, they generally remain unconscious to what they need to do in order to free themselves from pain or to better help themselves.

Consequently, developing self-awareness in the present moment by paying attention to the body is the key to making positive changes within ourselves that can ripple positive impacts, that greatly improve the quality of our lives. As we have more present moment body awareness we start to experience the physical body we inhabit, knowing that it is the vehicle for our mind, consciousness and spirit to express through in order to travel through time. Everything we experience has greater purpose for lessons and gaining knowledge about the inner spirit traveling in the material world. As we start to experience this inner knowing as a reality in our day to day life, we become more embodied, connecting with higher aspects that find expression through us that expand our consciousness. We are continually growing by learning more about ourselves and embracing change in the process of being more deeply authentic.

  • Embodiment means to feel how it feels to be in your body and to be conscious of those feelings, paying attention to recurring patterns that may be disempowering and limiting. Only when we can see these patterns and how they influence us, we can change them.
  • Dedicate to explore improved body awareness through observation of sensations, feelings and experiences that are happening in your body moment to moment.
  • Pay attention to impressions that you feel in bodily movements and reactions, where does your body hold stress and constrict? Where in your body do you feel more relaxed and open? What can you do to more deeply connect with your bodily awareness?
  • Slow down and find ways to move your body that feels positive and joyful, such as dancing, swimming, deep breathing, connecting with nature and allowing something harmless to feel pleasurable and be enjoyable.
  • Practice and explore what it means to be embodied by being authentic and true to your experience in any context that you may find yourself. Your experiences are valid and important in the authentic embodiment process. When we deny feelings and experiences we’ve had, we deny the truth, which blocks embodiment.
  • Make the commitment to become fully embodied by being as authentic and truthful as you can be in all circumstances. As you grow and change, your version of authentic expression will also continue to grow and change. Accept change as necessary for continual authentic embodiment.
  • Disregard labels of acceptable or nonacceptable themes that describe terms that are spiritual, conscious or awakened, in the positive or negative. Instead focus fully on really what you are feeling in the moment and finding the most authentic and compassionate expression for it.
  • Pay attention to your reactions in your body as they reveal places where you still may be hiding something from yourself and others because you are afraid. Be willing to face what it is that you may be hiding and attempt to describe it so you can learn to overcome the fear that feeds it.
  • When people in our life such as friends or family members are relating to us in past images or inauthentic ways, gently invite them to know the real you, share something that is your authentic self and then ask them to be real with you. In the embodiment process, we want to relate with others who also value authenticity and support this path along with us.
  • Participate in body awareness centered activities. Research therapies and educational material online that may be highly supportive now. Find areas that interest you, such as body work, fascial and tissue release, somatic therapy, methods that focus on embodying presently through grounding, breathing, posture, perceptual awareness, hydrotherapy, neutral mind and meditation.

Compassion is a Virtue of the Spirits of Christ — one in which the emotional capacities of empathy and sympathy (for the suffering of others) are regarded as a part of love itself, and a cornerstone of greater social interconnection and World Humanism — foundational to the highest principles in philosophy, society, and personhood.

Throughout the ages of planetary evolution many different humanist philosophies have developed, as well as many organized religious traditions. Most all of them have emphasized the positive traits of human Compassion as a virtue to strive for in daily life. When we think about the meaning of the word compassion in our society we generally think of a human characteristic that has a moral or ethical judgment cast upon our perception of it. This judgment is stemming from our mental body Negative Ego which then seeks to define what we as human beings believe is good or bad. Anytime we use the Ego Filters to shape our fixed belief system and its inner dialogue, we get judgment. Our judgment then assigns a value to our perception of events.

Compassion directed from the judgmental mind becomes extremely distorted to fit into what we believe the circumstance is that actually deserves our compassionate point of view. From these ego mental distortions, many which are reinforced by religious dogma, our idea of what defines compassion can become muddled within extremely dense emotions such as guilt, shame or resentment. We may give to charity to make ourselves feel better, so that the inner personal conflict will go away in the belief that we are being compassionate. We may feel obligated that in order to be a good person, a spiritual person — we should be compassionate in order to have empathy to feel others suffering. This is not true Compassion.

God’s Natural Laws (the Law of One) returning to the planetary architecture is of an intelligent design which is manifested directly from the Compassionate Witness of the God Source Essence. The God Source essence is that true reverent heart based feeling of Compassion for all of life and is the key to regain true humanity on a planet that has lost its humanity to alien Mind Control. The Anti- Human structure and laws which are defining our current material reality have been set up and bound to the priority of bloated and selfishly dominating egos. The more the egos sacrificed and murdered life for personal or selfish gain, the more karmic disease (Dead Energy and Dead Light miasma) and their polluted imbalances spread into the collective. The collective pollution of human mental disease has resulted in Psychopathic behavior and an attitude that is fully disconnected from life. When disconnected from life, one is disconnected from Soul and God’s Source Light. In order to reconnect with life and thus have value for human life, one must experience feeling empathy and Compassion for self and others. This is the true core essence of every human being’s highest potential. Without the experience of feeling emotion a human being becomes disconnected and unable to feel or experience anything.

The Law of Compassion is the first basic truth of One Self-God Self. As One Self-God Self, to be “Compassion in Action” towards others is then to be in harmony and right relationship to Self, right relationship to God, right relationship to the Universe. This is a Law of One practice.

This is the truth of right relationship, of loving understanding, of actively expressed Love. It is the foundation of Christ, unity consciousness and the expression of the inner unity within or Hieros Gamos.

From the genetic level of the form-bodies template, Lack of Empathy and lack of Compassion is stemming from not having an emotional body, of which the higher feeling and emotional-sensory bodies are the primary functions of the Soul Matrix. Without a soul body this type of disconnected being, whether human or non-human, has no feeling body except for the lower functioning of the Instinctual Mind. The 2nd Chakra functions as the Instinctual Mind and this becomes the substitute for the instinctual levels that are expressed in some type of perceived emotional state. In truth, this Instinctual Mind aka Pain Body is not an emotional body, it has been mutated from soul damage and become a distorted center of aberrant Miasma energies and instincts that are misunderstood as emotions. These states are not true self generated emotions, they are instinctual states being absorbed and experienced through the collective consciousness. One may not experience true states of love, Compassion or deep emotional spectrums until they begin to connect with their Soul Matrix bodies or have been able to experience a loving, and open heart center. The heart opens during the first stage of awakening in the 4th Chakra, or from being incarnated directly with this Soul-Spirit connection.

“During the Bifurcation of Time, one will note how fast things change from moment to moment, which can bring spontaneous surprises. However, it requires that we learn to master the art of Learning to Let Go! With that being said, I want to share with you some tools on simple key points to help you let go during these challenging times. The original author is unknown or I would give direct credit. Key Point # 1 – Learn To Let Go

Our stories are deep-rooted and until we begin the journey of awakening, our stories define us. The ego identifies purely with the story. Holding on to the ego story, especially those laced with our inner demons, are the stories that have caused us emotional pain and are the major causes of fear-based reactions in the body. They result in that tight, knotted or sick feeling inside our gut that signals stress. Our solar plexus is the main contributor as we feel in conflict over personal power. While these emotions certainly feel real while they last, they are in fact triggered by the thoughts and beliefs, by the memory of a prior situation stimulated in the mind. Seeing the unreality of those memories from the perspective of consciousness, our wholeness being in the now, is the perceptual shift that frees us. Then letting go of the past happens naturally, and we experience true emotional harmony.

Key Point # 2 – Face Your Fear

Get centered then look at the situation whether real or imagined and what is triggering the fear and affirm to yourself: I welcome this as a gift. It is showing me where I am not yet free. Then you simply picture in your mind the worst thing happening. You visualize experiencing the loss or failure, or whatever it is you’re afraid of over and over again, until it begins to lose its charge. Until you realize that no matter what happens,you as the lucid ever-present consciousness, which witnesses everything will always be okay. Like the samurai warrior you learn to die before you die. Dying to the images and concepts of I and Me, and thus you are free. Also using the Core Fear Matrix Removal is greatly supportive to releasing emotional charge over facing your fear.

Key Point # 3 – Open Your Heart

Stress and fear close the heart down. We become judgmental and critical and life starts to feel empty, joyless, and meaningless. As you become more present, more sensitive to your own and others’ feelings and to the underlying concerns, worries and fears that most people have, your natural kindness, compassion and generosity are liberated and with them deep inner strength and courage. An open heart balanced with common sense and good judgment makes you the kind of person others want to be around.

Key Point # 4 – Releasing Blame

Blaming those who have hurt, wronged or betrayed us causes our heart to harden, makes us feel like a victim and just perpetuates our own suffering. People do hurtful things because they do not feel loved and they are not at peace within themselves. Understanding that, focus on being fully conscious and present in your own life and it will be easier to let go of blame, resentment and anything else that interferes with your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. This is the essence of forgiveness.

Key Point # 5 – Speak The Truth

To be present without any agenda, one of the signs of being awake requires self-honesty. You have got to be willing to look within and examine the stories that you are still believing, whether stories of self-doubt, guilt, resentment, judgment, arrogance or whatever. As you face them breathe into them and see through their unsubstantiality. After all, you can’t actually find a thought or belief anywhere and they start to drop away. Then it becomes easy to speak the truth because you’re no longer caught up in trying to defend or justify your ego, which itself is also just a storyline.

Key Point # 6 – Be A Listener

The best way to invite honesty and to attract people to you is to be interested in them. If you are present with them, you will establish the level of trust that makes them want to open up and share themselves with you. Listening is one of the most important keys to being present. Listen to others, listen to the sounds in your environment, and especially listen to the sound of your own thoughts. Listen to the silence beyond thoughts, to the silence that you are. Listening in turn opens you to the experience of yourself as a living, feeling, vibrating, conscious human being. [1]

“The false self or the False Identity is usually formed to generate inner walls in our unconscious mind as a result of unhealed painful trauma and fears. People in pain form opposite sets of compensating behaviors, which means they act out behaviors that are actually the opposite of who they really are. This is done to keep up appearances or meet externally perceived expectations, connected to their mental body enforced belief system. These compensating behaviors turn into fear based coping mechanisms in order to get through life, with people putting up a façade or false identity. They may be reduced to impersonating other people’s behaviors around them in order to feel safe, where other people’s behaviors become the mental body architecture that form the false identity mask that they show to the world. Essentially, the more in pain a person is the stronger their walls of separation or Amnesiac Barriers, which form attachments to belief systems or emotional conflicts recorded in the instinctual mind or Pain Body. When these attachments do not get what they want from how they have been associated and valued by the Conscious Mind, they are in a Perpetual State of Suffering through a case of false identification. Removing Suffering in the mind from forming attachments is the process of removing association and the assigned values, which color or cloud judgments through Ego Filters. The ego mind has such a small picture of what’s happening in the overall, that it perceives the situation from its own limited beliefs and confirmed bias.”

When a person has not recovered their core self, they have no sense of who they really are and what provides meaning and connection in their life. As a result, the False Identity accepts the mind control in the 3D worldview that we exist in separation, and reinforces the fear based belief systems that are promoted in the Controller Pillars of Society.

Without a strong core self, we let other people think for us and many times, dominate our personal will. As a result, the lack of Personal Integrity and instability within the core self is easily swept away into the massive power of these external forces, such as in Mind Control.

Many people are feeling inner pressure as they are being forced to move past old 3D identities and let go of the false self. As a result of current shifts, all people are being pushed to recognize and feel the differences between the authentic core self and the false identities used to mask pain and Trauma. The only way to regain an understanding of Personal Integrity, is to know the difference between what is authentic to you and what is not, and stop repeatedly acting out those incongruent behaviors that are out of integrity.

When we allow others the power to dictate to our identity, we become lost, confused and very unhappy.

At this time it is important that we not seek to repair and reprogram the false identity mask of the Negative Ego’s pain, or that part of our lower mind that has compensated with behaviors to hide away our deepest fears that we are unlovable, worthless, or inadequate. It is time to break through the ego walls of separation and fear, to discover the true authentic core self through unconditional self-love and unconditional Self Acceptance.

If we exist in false identities and behave inauthentically, wearing masks in our everyday life, suppressing our true emotions and feelings, we are engaged in Counterfeit Conversations, and thus we are unable to discern what is real and what is false. If we contribute to fake conversations in order to maintain the status quo, we are choosing to behave in a form of dishonesty. This produces self-delusion from the lack of Personal Integrity, and a person that has not developed the core inner self has very little emotional stability and mental clarity.

To address our core negative beliefs and core wound, we must look to the frustrations and irritations we feel in everyday life, by listening to the inner dialogue we have that is negative about ourselves, negative about others, negative about our conditions. Many people’s core wound is generated in their earliest memories during childhood, and this emotional pain may have been defined in previous lifetimes in similar situations, when the same emotional theme played out and was not resolved and healed, it is replayed into this current lifetime. Drilling down into the core wound of unhealed emotional pain and fear, takes us into the classic case study of ego Walls of Separation, feeling disconnected from experiencing or feeling unconditional love and self-acceptance.

Each person will grow to develop their own Ego Defense Mechanisms that reinforce the experiences of separation, which take us away from giving or receiving unconditional love. When we live in fear our body constricts and we hold back our heart, suppressing our feelings, withholding authentic and truthful communication, which increases emotional and mental pain. When we live in a fearful state our body will constrict from tension, it will contract away from giving and receiving unconditional love, and this denial of self-love is the main cause of continuing to experience and accumulate emotional pain. Our beliefs around family and our connections to family lineages will give important insight and clues to the negative core beliefs and wounds that we are struggling with, that we have inherited from the False Parent.

If we hold a vision of humanity as eternal souls coming into the material reality to learn lessons to grow and purify ourselves spiritually, it is easier to see that most people have forgotten who they really are as they are wearing many false identity masks. It is rare today to meet with completely honest, balanced and authentic people that reflect Personal Integrity. Thus in this deeper reflection, we may have forgotten who we really are and come to realize that we are still bargaining away our Soul. [1]

These biases tend to accumulate a False Identity, something we think we are when we really are not that. When one notices associations and judgments that are being formed, identify this content as coming from the false perceptions of the Conscious Mind and lower minds. Observe what it judges and assigns value to. Notice its functioning and pay attention to any negative behavior, pain body triggers or automatic impulsive reactions. When a person is paying attention to their thoughtforms and reactions, they can choose to respond through shifting into the Observer Point by communicating with the conscious mind in order to prevent its tendency to create false identity. This is the Ego, it is not my real self. Notice the patterns of the Negative Ego, and when your body is in mental or emotional tension, it is the contraction of energy inside the body based on what the ego is thinking and ruminating upon.

The Ego wants this and that and the other thing. (whatever the ego is valuing or associating)
It wants this and that and the other thing (whatever IT is valuing or associating) Having self-awareness and communicating this way in the internal landscape, is a process of refusing to form attachments with the false ego identity and all of its biases, as related to the value that is placed on the thoughts and the result of placing judgments on yourself or others. Suffering in the mind happens when we harbor judgments of the self as identified with the value and the association that has been made by the ego mind. This is called setting up the False Identity.
