CHEMORY GUNKO: “DNA Upgrades: What They Mean & How They Affect Our Body”

All over the spiritual communities you hear talk of the words DNA upgrades, upgrades and light body activation. But what does this actually all mean and how is it impacting your life, the situations around you and your body?

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU AND YOUR BODY?

There was a really interesting experiment done a few years back that shows how DNA immediately affects the environment around us by pulling atomic elements like photons into a holding pattern. Effectively, what is happening is that Source is sending microwave particles of light and energy from the sun with all these storms, burst and flares.

These microwaves enter your body (this is why I don’t talk on phones, too much can be damaging), and begin to change your body at the level of your DNA.

All healing does this actually – the new energy (or resonance) makes physical changes to your DNA and cellular structure.

Over the course of the next three weeks your body then adjusts to these changes (the integration period).

After the integration period, the photons around you respond to you differently – causing the people and situations in your life to change and respond differently as well.

So you’re experiencing the changes of shifting now, first as your body adjusts, second as you purge emotionally, and third as you adjust the NEW YOU to the old environments and people you’ve always moved in.

It’s difficult, because when we experience change internally, we want the world around us to change immediately – and for the better.

But the universe does not rush to fill something that is already filled – it creates space for energy to flow.

So along with emotions purging, people and environments are going to purge in order to make space in your life for the new stuff that is coming.

This is not a loss – it is change ONLY.

So surrender and don’t fight it. You wanted change and this is what the first part of change looks like.

If you are feeling a strong urge to take action on an issue or relationship in your life, remember rule 1:

WAIT BEFORE YOU ACT

Give this a few days or a couple of weeks to see if the energy passes – you can always still act if you wait later on. You can’t unsay or undo that which has been done or said in anger or passion.

And no, all is NOT fair in love and war. It is NOT okay to say or do what you want and then come back from it afterwards and act like nothing happened.

If you want people to treat you with respect and you want your arguments to go smoother, then offer the same respect you would like to receive.

If you love the person in front of you, then remember that this argument is part of your relationship of love – you still act with love in a relationship.

VIDYA FRAZIER: “Energy Update — Ascension Process Is Gaining In Both Intensity And Speed”

It seems for many of us lately that the Ascension process is gaining in both intensity and speed.  Especially since the beginning of 2016, there have definitely been new Ascension energies flooding in, giving us an experience of transitioning that is more pronounced than before.

And the energies have a different flavor from what we’ve experienced in the last few years.  They’re hard to describe.  In one way, there seems to be a firmer push with them.  We’re being compelled to move forward somewhat faster now, whether we feel ready to or not.

There’s also a demand to be ever-more vigilant about what we think and do and to see what we are creating for ourselves.  The energies are affecting—and, at times, disrupting—our lives more than before. There’s no ignoring them any more.

Stepping into a New Chapter in Life

New Ascension portals are opening up.  For some, I’ve noticed, a whole new chapter of life has recently opened up.  It’s as if they’ve stepped through a portal and are in the process of leaving an entire way of life behind them, along with an identity they’ve played out for most of their adult lives.

For these it is generally a very exciting time.  There’s an exhilarating freedom they’re experiencing and, at times, an expansive joy that wafts through their being.  New vistas are opening up, promising new adventure, greater creative expression, and deeper fulfillment.

Yet, at the same time, they are also feeling a sense of being somewhat “untethered” and disoriented, which can bring in a sense of anxiety.  Old reference points are disappearing, leaving them feeling unable to describe their lives—or even themselves—anymore in a familiar way.

Changing Identities

New 5D identities are emerging.  For many of these people, old karmic bonds with other people have either loosened or completely disappeared.  They can no longer attach their identity to being someone in a certain relationship anymore.

Either their partner relationship has broken up, their children or relatives are no longer people they really relate to anymore, or close loved ones have died.  However it’s happened, they now sense themselves as relatively unattached beings in a world that seems to no longer be familiar to them.

Others who have recently stepped into a new chapter in their life are those who have either retired, lost their job, or found they could no longer stay at work they’ve never liked to begin with.  Or perhaps they’re someone who has recently found that a passion they’ve had for a long time now feels flat and they can no longer attach their sense of identity to it.

Spiritual Missions Opening Up

Spiritual missions are coming alive.  Something foundational has altered for these who are finding themselves walking into something brand new in their lives.  It’s somehow changed them more deeply than if the physical changes in circumstances they’re experiencing had happened in the past.

It’s as if something within them is now saying, “Okay, now get ready. You’re about to embark on what you’re really here to do this lifetime.”

There’s a wind gathering behind them, getting ready to propel them into a future that feels completely unknown.  And there’s no way to ignore it or move out of its way.  What holds them steady at this point is realizing that their spiritual mission may be about to fully flower into a more expansive expression.

It seems as if they’ve been given a certain amount of grace time to completely shed their old identities before moving into this new chapter of their life.  But they likely won’t be given a great deal of time for this, as the new energy is very present with them, waiting in the wings with its sense of excited impatience.

3D Templates Emerging

3D Ascension templates are emerging.  For others, the Ascension energies since the beginning of the year (and perhaps starting at the end of last year), have been intense in a different way.  It’s as if full “templates” of the core 3D programmings that have run them their entire life are finally surfacing. And all the emotions, misguided beliefs, thoughts, and habit patterns attached to the template are up for experiencing in an exaggerated way.

For some, this template could be called “Failure to Thrive”.  It’s as if all experiences in the past around a certain theme that have limited and traumatized them are now back to be re-experienced—but in an a more intense fashion.  If it’s a struggle about having enough money, this is what is now happening in spades.  If it’s chronic health problems, these are showing up, one after another.  If it’s relationship difficulties, that’s what they’re now feeling caught in.

Or the template could be called “Depression” or “Anxiety” or “Lonely”.  Or combinations of all of these and more.  There are many different 3D templates we all took on this time to live with and learn from.  And it seems that now it is truly time to see these clearly—and hopefully for the last time.  And then it’s time to move out of judgment of ourselves for experiencing them and allow them to release.

Letting Go of the 3D Templates

Ascensionn symptoms are amping up.  Of course, this is easier said than done.  It’s not a simple matter to let go of a pattern that has been deeply embedded in our experience over a lifetime (and sometimes lifetimes).  Often we have not even been fully aware of it till now.  And at times, it can seem as if the template has such a firm grip on us, we may never be able to wrench ourselves free of it.

It appears to take some time to shake these templates loose and allow them to release.  Even if they do seem to be finally breaking apart in preparation for release, we’re dealing with their pieces flying around in our fields for a period of time.  It can be very disorienting, as well as challenging.

Cooperating with the Ascension Energies

Learning to trust helps us into the Fifth Dimension.  As with those who are currently experiencing a firmer push into unknown territory, those having this experience of facing core 3D emotional patterns do well to understand that all of these experiences are part of the Ascension process.

Whatever is not resonating with fifth-dimensional energy cannot be taken with us to that higher dimension.  We must let it go and keep moving forward into the next experience.  At times, this requires a great deal of trust and a willingness to move out of our comfort zones.

Once we can do this, it can be amazingly exciting to watch and anticipate whatever may be next coming toward us in life, knowing that it is coming in order to lift us yet further into a higher vibration.

The positive and freeing purpose of certain experiences are certainly not clear at times until we’ve made our way through them.  But if we look closely, we can see that everything—absolutely everything—is happening for our Ascension in as expedient a way as possible.  We just need to trust this and cooperate the best way we can, so that we are skillfully and trustingly riding the Ascension energies as they flow in, rather than resisting them.

MICHAEL FORRESTER: “6 Shifts In Consciousness We Are All Experiencing Right Now”

Absolutely everything is a wave of energy and there are many new energies taking place on Earth. We’ve shifted consciousness, but we’re still using old reflections to create our reality. Abundance in all aspects of life is now much easier to achieve in the new vibration and a confidence in our abilities will soon magnify to great levels in the coming years. There will be some obstacles and challenges ahead, but know that the following shifts in our being are happening right now as all humans are born into spiritual wealth without practice.

Vibrating frequencies build a virtual construct that makes you think you are in a physical world, but you are not. You are living in a holographic universe which is an illusion — so well designed, that only the highest beings of light can see it for what it is. This is your destiny, but now you will continue to play this game called Earth at a level never played before. You are still playing with three dimensional rules in a fifth dimensional world, but you’re quickly learning how to make the transition by shifting energy.

Think about all the areas of wellness, whether they be physical, mental, social, lifestyle, morals, the spiritual aspects of life (e.g. new age, Western religion, Eastern spirituality)… they are all enveloped and affected by energy. How you think, feel and act is all energetic. Right or wrong, black and white, good and bad don’t really exist, but we still need the perception of duality to continue the energetic game in its current form. We are discovering that everything is actually a shade of grey.

The most important thing you can do right now is listen to what is whispering to your heart. It won’t shout to get your attention so you must listen very closely to the messages you are receiving.

1. The Realization of the Eternal Nature of Your Being

You are immortal in a physical vessel which you decide is mortal. Your physical vessel does not need to die, but you have come to accept that it will, so it does. There is a balance of well-being that is certain for all of us. You all have a shared pain and part of the process of integration is the understanding of why it exists. Illness is not always a sign that there is something wrong. To acclimate to new energy, many of you have chosen to push through these physical barriers first. You have been conditioned that you must all naturally contract diseases and take drugs to fix them. This is not so.

You WILL know the eternal nature of your being and you will enjoy putting down your burdens and stop struggling to defend and guard against things you feel have gone wrong and must be made right. This is where most of your pain resides. You will learn to love knowing that you don’t have to fix your planet or anybody else and that everything is just as it should be. You will come to know that your governments are exactly where they should be as are all your diverse beliefs and desires.

Things do not have to change for you to be who and what you came here to be. It is then and only then that all the “fixing” required by your egos will actually occur, but you will also know that in reality, nothing ever needed to be fixed. You will let go of any resistance and hold yourself in steady alignment. Will it not be a magnificent moment when humanity can just be without having to be something else? This is where you are headed because you are divine beings of light and you have become masters at this game you call Earth. You no longer need to allow fear and resistance to subject your life to pain. You are moving away from this and transitioning more to love.

2. Shift in Vital and Spiritual Energy

Vital energy makes up about 70% of total subtle energy and sustains the physical body, mind, intellect and ego. It is distributed through subtle channels which connect at special points of intensity most popularly known as chakras. This constructs the physical (voluntary and involuntary actions) and the subtle body (conscious/subconscious intellect and ego). It is prevalent throughout the body and supplies energy to the cells, nerves, arteries, lymph etc. Some concepts relating to the subtle body are partially understood by scientists, but the level of understanding has always been rudimentary. That is now changing.

Spiritual or Kundalini energy lies dormant in a person until activated. These concepts cannot be measured with current technology. Those who have practiced meditation and spiritual principles at the qualitative and quantitative level have assisted in the continual grace of principles that leads these Kundalini forces on the right path. However, the shift in global frequencies and fifth dimensional concepts is allowing all of humanity to earn spiritual wealth simultaneously and without the efforts that were once necessary. In the past, people had to work hard to amass spiritual wealth. Now, it will be as if all humans are born into spiritual wealth without practice. You have received a magnificent upgrade that is allowing this energy to be activated by simply embracing the being that you are. It is leading to spiritual growth at an accelerated rate.

3. Energetic Harmony

Imagine creating a unified harmony through 800 trillion cells and vibrating them into health and well being. Humming itself produces overtones which can heal your mind, body and spirit. You will begin loving your voice and humming or singing from day to day to assist in accelerating your spiritual growth. It will come natural to you. You will begin feeling mystic silent overtones vibrating through your cells and body. This will also awaken your deepest desires to be unified with overtones of love and help breakdown stiffness and pain and facilitate your spirit body to flow.

As you begin to break down the veil, you will realize you have a shared pain on this planet and it is not your own. It is connected to everyone and everything. There is beauty in that shared pain and you will learn to see it for what it is through energetic harmony. You will move past specific body pain you thought was your own when it was actually part of the collective. Once embraced, this pain will cease to exist. You will let this pain go because you will understand its origin. Many of you will heal from pain and disease in ways you will think are miracles, but it will be simply the miracle of who you are and nothing more.

4. Energetic Causation

What scientific studies have failed to address on our planet is causation. They have tried through many different methods to obtain conclusive results in their scientific research through a countless number of double blind, placebo controlled and random studies which are considered the highest standards for scientific experiment. We can tell you that there has never been one published scientific study based on this standard that has identified causation beyond sub-atomic levels. Yet it is precisely those levels that cause everything to manifest in the physical body as it does.

Scientific studies can only derive correlations because they do not address energetic causation which is the underlying mechanism behind every single experience and event whether physical or non-physical. 100% of your diseases are based on energetic components within your field. There is NO other cause of disease. Diseases are primarily third dimensional experiences and will cease to exist when you learn to remain at higher vibration — and you will.

This will be a big one for scientists as many will learn in the coming decade to factor energetic principles as causation before initiating any study. You will all begin to have a better understanding of the effect of energetic resonance and the effects on all physical things. This will revolutionize science and remove many obstacles that have hindered scientific inquiry from progressing on the planet. The physics and the metaphysics will soon combine.

5. Energetic Transfer and Reflection

You can only attract what is within your vibrational field. There are no experiences that you can obtain in physical form without attracting them from a vibrational perspective. That includes the most horrific experiences and the most beautiful ones.

What you will learn to do is accept relationships and experiences for what they are. People and experiences serve as a reflection to teach you something about yourself. If somebody says something that offends you, it is because your vibrational field contained an element that needed to be addressed. You will see these people differently. You will thank them for being that reflection and the transfer of energy that was necessary for you to recognize your own vibration. You will honor these people for coming into your life and teaching you what would otherwise be quite difficult to learn without their assistance.

You will come to enjoy the effect that all people have on you, even those you now consider to be obnoxious, rude, insensitive, careless, ignorant, etc. These are qualities you have always judged in yourself and the reflection is only there because you attract it. So start thanking your overbearing boss, nosy neighbor or rude coworker for what they bring to your energy field, because you’ve attracted them into your life for a reason and they’re only doing their job… to be the light you want them to be, and most of the time, it was a mutual effort and request.

6. Polarity Consciousness and Neutrality

Perhaps one of the biggest victories awaiting humanity is the shift from polarity or duality and the dichotomous right vs. wrong which has resulted in much of the conflict and suffering that exists between men and women, people of various races, the wealthy and poor, the strong and weak. Hierarchies have also been formed creating further degrees of separation, (good, better, best) where particular persons or events were rigorously judged within this context. This will end.

All of humanity will begin to understand that all experiences and perceptions are neutral in nature and it is only the ego which places an emphasis on good vs. bad, or right vs. wrong. This shift will be part of the grand awakening which is currently well on its way. You will begin uniting and accepting each other as equals, and this will be passed to your children liberating successive generations from the shackles of duality. Humanity has already begun transcending this pattern.

Life’s experiences which are now viewed in extreme polarity and prejudice will be viewed as the natural order of one’s life. Being present in that observation by loving, allowing and accepting the world will lead to joy, happiness and enlightenment.

What Next?

The hard part is over. The only thing left to do now is alter your expectations and enjoy the ride. You are a divine being of light and your true nature will soon be all you know. The pace is now accelerating and the coming changes will also be met by shifts in monetary systems, the political landscape and well as modifications in social and economical infrastructures. This will happen sooner than later, but likely before the end of this year. Many of these events will happen simultaneously and when the greater cycles begins, you will know. It will be difficult, but that is the time to be centered and focus on seeing all the good that will come in the age of empowerment. You are a truly empowered human… own your mastery.

ROMEO BARON: “Rise Of The Divine Human – Unlocking The Seals On Our DNA Template For The New Earth Reality”

We are in the final count down into the number of days left before Everything Changes. A while ago, our OverSoul Family placed protective seals on our DNA template until the time came when we would be truly ready to access our highest DNA potential. The reason why protective seals were placed on our DNA was because when the seals are unlocked we all have the potential to be instant manifestors of reality. It was decided that we would be ready to begin unlocking the seals on our DNA by the end of September 2016.

The reason why we needed to wait until this time where there is more Light than darkness, is because the Guardians knew we would manifest horrible things if we were given the freedom of manifestation before this time, due to negative alien intruder manipulation. Something else must take place in our consciousness before we are to be given this divine ability. Each individual must be fully tuned into Divine Love, The removal of the Negative Polarity is the first step. Neutrality; harmonizing the Polarity of Negative charge and Positive charge in the thinking brain is the focus in this current Ascension Cycle.

For instance when the physical body is healed of negative thought-form and thus its polarity, neutral state is achieved and in this state the heart intelligence can be opened and accessed easier. In this ‘Shift’ in consciousness we will achieve Ultimate healing of the hearts of Humanity. When the seals are unlocked, it will bring a feeling of freedom as the negative polarity in the physical body dissolves. When our higher vibrational frequencies are activated within our DNA template, we return to the divine state of instant manifestation.

There will still be many who are not ready and those are the ones who will have a very hard time unlocking the Seals from the DNA template. So those who have not prepared for this Event are going through a very toxic state of existence. They will continue to create whatever is still stuck in their attachment to the Negative Polarity. When a negative thought is stuck in the thinking brain, it is extremely toxic. It will make people sick, depressed and unable to function.

It is much easier to shift a person from positive charge to neutral than from negative charge to neutral. As Negative Polarity orientation on this planet has reached its harvest capacity, it means those beings in negative polarity are being moved off planet in this Ascension Cycle in order to balance their energetic responsibility. As I understand it, it is not of this Earth Body but somewhere else on another planet with much less veiling.

Those of us who understand manifestation can rest assured that only those who have moved out of the Negative Polarity in the thinking brain and into the mid brain or the neutrality state will be able to manifest through the Higher Mind in Harmony.

What has begun to take place is the ‘prime time’ for the final conflict drama, and the planet as a result will re-balance itself with bringing in the the 12 dimensional frequencies, the divine blue print for the New Earth Reality.

MICHELLE WALLING, CHLC: “Your Higher Self Is Ready To Join You”

Many of us are here in service to ground the energies of the shift into higher frequencies. In order to do this, a part of our multidimensional self needs to ground here to Earth while still being connected to the higher realms.

A part of the “work” I do is consciously connecting with my higher self, or the larger part of me that is outside of this matrix. I ask that my body be healed and cleared so that I can accommodate more of my higher self’s energies into this body. The higher self cannot merge into a low vibrating body nor can it stay if there are blockages.

I often ask my higher self to join me as much as possible while doing my meditation. I especially ask for guidance while doing my life coaching sessions, and it never fails me. I have learned to trust my higher self and most of the time it is driving my “vehicle” now without me realizing a difference, other than things seem to flow smoother when my higher self is more in the body.

There are times that the higher self retracts for a while. Lower density emotions can bring this on, however that usually happens so that you can clear out more for the higher self to bring more of its essence. At this time, I have observed many people in the In5d community exhibiting more of their higher self than their old 3d self.

The 3d self is run by the ego and is always in fear mode. That is because the 3d matrix reality uses fear and separation as the number one way to keep your vibrations low. The ego does not necessarily go away when your higher self merges with you. The ego runs the personality, but when the higher self takes the wheel, the ego takes the back seat.

While Earth is shifting, she needs beings planted on her that can stay connected to the higher realms. This keeps her from needing to have too many earthquakes or volcanoes. It also allows her to keep vibrating at a higher rate for her eventual shift from 3d to 4d and 5d in the physical. She has already shifted and separated realities on another level. We are still catching up to this in the slower densities, but it is accelerating.

If you have a sudden change in your personality, preferences, or relationships, your higher self may have walked in. Usually this would attribute to positive changes in your life. However, sometimes your higher self needs to walk in and shake things up a bit. It also likes to stop in to repair something like a relationship, especially if that relationship is necessary in your spiritual development. Some people aren’t conscious of their higher self stopping in, and that’s ok too.

If you have never thought of asking your higher self to join you, you can simply take some time to yourself and connect to your inner space. There are many ways to do this, but I like to imagine moving my consciousness (my thoughts and awareness) to inside my heart. I take a few deep breaths and ask for a connection. The connection has always been there but we have just forgotten. The more you do this, the stronger the connection gets.

Eventually, those that choose to ascend to a higher vibrational frequency will simply be their higher selves all of the time. The higher vibrational essence of their oversoul will have seated into the body and this will continue shift our reality. Everything is energy vibrating at a certain frequency, and whatever frequency you resonate at will determine what reality you tune in to. Earth’s higher self is assimilating with her, and she is supporting those who wish to vibrate away from fear and separation.. The re-connection to all that you are is now occurring and anything blocking it will be shown to you so that you can clear it.

Those that are working to integrate their multidimensional aspects are truly bringing heaven to Earth. They are building stronger bridges of connection, and when one person accomplishes this, it helps the collective. Change is inevitable in your reality as you change your vibration. If you are having a tough time right now, don’t forget that you always have guides by your side that you can count on. Be sure to utilize them by asking for adjustments to occur smoothly and painlessly.
