STEVE TAYLOR, Ph.D.: “Transformation Through Dying — The Aftermath Of Near-Death Experiences”

Ascension Avatar note: I’ve been through this three times since age 3 and retained my original soul, but each time came back wiser with new abilities… art… hearing ‘music of the spheres’… having ‘x-ray vision’ into the souls of humans, if they are human at all or a cloned version… knowing the final outcome of earthly events long before they ‘occur’…

.   .   .

A near-death experience is when a person appears to be clinically “dead” for a short period — when the heart stops beating, the brain registers no sign of activity and other vital signs indicate death — and yet they report a continuation of consciousness. This may happen following a cardiac arrest, for example. For a few seconds or minutes, a person may show no biological signs of life, and yet when they are resuscitated, report that a series of unusual experiences.

Typically, near-death experiences begin with a feeling of separation from the body (or out-of-body experience), sometimes with a humming or whistling sound. Then there is usually a journey through a dark passage or tunnel towards a place of light. There is a feeling of serenity and intense well-being, a sense of calmness and wholeness, which is often so pleasant that some people are reluctant to return to their bodies, and even feel disappointed when they regain consciousness. Often people meet deceased relatives or beings of light. In a smaller proportion of cases, there is a “life review,” in which the significant events of a person’s life are replayed.

Throughout the experience, people feel that their senses have become heightened — everything they experience has a quality of intense realness. In contrast to hallucinations, NDEs feel much more real than our ordinary experience. There is often also a sense of being outside time. Even though a person may only be unconscious for a few seconds, they may undergo a complex succession of experiences that may appear to last for hours. There is also a sense of connectedness or unity. The sense of being a separate entity, enclosed within our own mental space, is replaced by a sense of being part of an interconnected network of being, of sharing identity with other people, or the world in general.

Near-death experiences are controversial because it is difficult to explain them in neurological terms. Many suggestions have been made — for example, that they are caused by cerebral anoxia, by undetected brain activity, or the release of “psychedelic chemicals” like DMT or ketamine in the brain when a person is close to death. From this point of view, NDEs are nothing more than brain-created hallucinations, no more real than dreams.

The After-Effects of NDEs

However, one of the most striking things about near-death experiences is their long-term effect. They frequently bring about a profound shift of values and perspective, which itself leads to major lifestyle changes. People often become less materialistic and more altruistic, less self-oriented and more compassionate. They often feel a new sense of purpose, and their relationships become more authentic and intimate. They report becoming more sensitive to beauty, and more appreciative of everyday things. One person who had an NDE after a heart attack told the researcher Margot Grey, “Since then, everything has been so different… The sky is so blue and the trees are much greener; everything is so much more beautiful. My senses are so much sharper.” People often report becoming more intuitive too, and even sometimes developing psychic abilities. Another woman told Margot Grey that she felt “a very heightened sense of love, the ability to communicate love, the ability to find joy and pleasure in the most insignificant things about me…I seemed to have a very heightened awareness, I would say almost telepathic abilities.”

One of the most significant effects of NDEs is a loss of the fear of death. Because NDEs have such a powerful quality of realness, most people are convinced that they really have briefly experienced death. As a result, they become certain that there is life after death. And since their NDE was such a blissful experience — so blissful that people are sometimes disappointed to return to their bodies — any anxiety they may have had about dying dissolves away. It’s probable that an unconscious fear of death is a major source of a lot of pathological human behavior — such as materialism and status-seeking — so when this fear disappears, it has a major effect. So the loss of fear of death probably contributes significantly to some of the other changes I’ve already mentioned, such as a shift away from materialism.

It’s remarkable that one single experience can have such a profound, long-lasting transformational effect. And this is illustrated by research showing that people who have near-death experiences following suicide attempts very rarely attempt suicide again. This is in stark contrast to the normal pattern — in fact, a previous suicide attempt is usually the strongest predictor of actual suicide.

And in my view, the fact that they have such profound after-effects makes it seem very unlikely that NDEs are a brain-generated hallucination. Hallucinations certainly do not have these kinds of transformational after-effects. They are usually quickly forgotten, with a clear sense that they were delusional experiences, less authentic and reliable than ordinary consciousness. But with near-death experiences, there is a clear sense that what we experience is more real and authentic than normal consciousness, and our vision of reality — and our values and attitude to life — are completely transformed.

So if NDEs can’t be explained in neurological terms, how can they be explained? Perhaps to a large extent, they can’t be explained. But as I point out in my new book Spiritual Science, they certainly point towards a different vision of the world in which consciousness isn’t directly produced by the brain, but is in some sense fundamental and universal.

INSPIRATION FOR THE DAY ~ Moments with Millie: “Never Too Late”

I visited my elderly client who is under hospice care this morning.  She was asleep in a wheelchair in the hall of the facility.  I grabbed another wheelchair and sat in front of her.

She woke to my touch.  “Hello, darling!  How are you?”

Disoriented she looked at me and said that she was okay but didn’t like where she was at.  She went on to complain until I smiled and asked her a few questions.  She nodded then and agreed it wasn’t so bad.  Her dementia has progressed significantly the last month as she is transitioning.  She even said she was waiting for me but she has no clue who I am.

“Tell me something new, my love?”  I asked.

“I was at a concert yesterday.  The entire day.  They played black people music.”  Her blue eyes opened widely.

“What’s black people music?”  I asked waiting for some logical answer.  She has been a racist all of her life and extremely feisty.  She’s been verbal about it.  But today I saw change.

“You know… black music!”

“You mean, like soul music.… Music that gets into your soul and makes you move with the best beat?”

“I guess.  They asked me if I wanted to stay and I told them I was happy to.  I needed that music.”  In the midst of her delusion “they” are people of authority.  She continued explaining how the music made her feel.  She kept sighing and sharing the lightness in her body.

It was absolutely delightful to witness this.  Her story was fascinating.

I got off the wheelchair and dropped to my knees in front of her.  She touched my cheek.  I rubbed her hands.  I kissed her soft skin.

“Oh sweetheart, I feel that’s heaven.  Don’t you?  There must be soul music up there. I like to believe that there is the sound of black people jazzy music in the afterlife.  I want to believe there is some Louisiana symphony that makes you come alive….”

She interrupted me,  “Yessss!  I want that.  I want to dance to black people music in heaven.  Oh yesss!”  Her eyes tearing with such loving awareness.  It was pure yumminess.  And a gift of awareness for me.

Folks, it’s never too late to have a change of heart.  It’s never too late to change your ways.  It’s never too late to accept the world and rejoice in diversity.  Ohmygosh…. to witness this woman transform before her death and allow herself the acknowledgment of equality is huge.  She’s 85.  It’s never ever too late.

I walked out listening to the sounds of soul music from heaven.  She’s ready to go home.  I hear the trumpets playing….

ALLISON ENGEL: “Have You Been Feeling The Trickster Archetype On The Prowl?”

“If the enemy remains behind closed doors in the psyche, then it can continue to show up in our experience and victimize us. Until we face these repeating patterns we cannot unblock channels of abundance and properly lay the ley lines of heaven on earth. All must heal within the self in order to transform into a power player.”

~Allison Engel

The trickster is the dark force/Lucifer/vampire archetype that is popping up through our consciousness again.

With the last energy blast on May the 2nd hit, we were cleared of everything that was blocking the last bits of ego suppression so that we can see how the trickster operates within. The next part of this journey as Mars goes retrograde on May 12th is Ego Ascension. This is an uplifting experience of the warrior releasing all prowess in the fight. We then get to kick back and see how we are shaming ourselves and being our own barrier to abundance.

The wicked will lose the fight this whole period, so if the trickster has you thinking that you are fighting the good fight against evil out in the ether, then you will be challenged to remain peaceful and not cast shadows on the other in your experience. You will get to see how anyone who initiates a fight will lose the battle.

The asteroid belt is full of surprises, because very little of these archetypes have been named and explored. When it comes to the psycho-social mechanisms in society, there is an auto-immune reaction within our own framework that tries to illicit feelings of excitement and grandeur in the hidden realms in the psyche. This is to counter balance the grid work that we all must do to be accountable for our own inner transformational healing.

If the enemy remains behind closed doors in the psyche, then it can continue to show up in our experience and victimize us. Until we face these repeating patterns we cannot unblock channels of abundance and properly lay the ley lines of heaven on earth. All must heal within the self in order to transform into a power player.

Our auto-pilot program around authority is that the system is evil/bad and controlling the people. This unfortunately is mislabeling the institutions that are able to provide abundance of revenues streams and if we can tune into our own inconsistencies around being a loving and powerful human we can stop the vampire clause in the system and level up our own playground of wealth and abundance. We then continue to afford what we project.

If being wealthy is “bad” then we are devaluing abundance desires within. It isn’t spiritual to be poor and sick and a victim to the authority. It is spiritual AF to take back the power grid and create huge revenues of cash for healing systems to pop up around Gaia. It can only happen if you champion through your own experience and understand that you are weak to the authority that is if you continue to think that the power of the dark has more authority than any single human. That is a dark authority within that wants to be held and honored in the space of love and nurtured back to health. Then that shadow becomes more power and something that can no longer seemingly come from outside, as you have already championed it in your own ley lines.

Each of the archetypes wants to honored and held in the space of light and release it of its densities and mental constructs that keep the individual in an auto program of melancholy or fight or fight. This way the purity is within and the system can only power forward and honor what it truly wants to experience.

The event is every day as we get surprised by our own unconscious appetites for freedom. There is no more waiting as every day is a journey through the unconscious realms in our own hero’s journey. And now we know how.

LISA RENEE (Energetic Synthesis) “Earth Element is Transforming”

Aurora Earth

Currently, the planetary body is undergoing a space-time reorganization that ripples out many strange anomalies that influence the quantic field.  As a result, there are new patterns of electromagnetic disturbances, interruption or distortions in the collective field. The quantum field, also referred to as inner space-time, is rippling these effects into the unmanifest layers of the core manifestation template, otherwise known as the blueprint matrices that make up the layers of morphogenetic fields in the earth. Gridworkers may feel the Blueprint structure in the planetary field transforming completely with the shifting timelines, and this feels like something very different, extraordinary and even bizarre is occurring in the earth fields.  It feels like it is a new design that is encompassing our consciousness with the necessity to learn a foreign language, and yet it feels distantly familiar and vastly powerful.  The Blueprint alterations impact the dark matter template, and this appears to have direct consequences to altering and changing the Earth Elements, and the elemental structure of the earth body.

Bio-Spiritual Evolution

The physiological Adaptations that are influencing humanity are in response to the series of biological and spiritual evolutionary markers that are profoundly impacting the planetary architecture, planetary elementals, and the Earth Element itself.  The combined changes are further impacting the human phenotype as it has been documented within scientific consensus.  The Human Race Phenotype is a generalized expression of characteristics and traits influenced from the combination of the genetics, behavioral and environmental factors, as well as the variety of influences stemming from the collective consciousness.

Earth Element is Transforming

As a result of the structural and architectural changes influencing the earth body, the earth element and earth substance as a raw material, for matter forms is also transforming.  All planetary elements are shifting, however, the relationship that the earth body has specifically connected to the spleen functions, has direct relevance to the current transformation impacting the emotional body and the blood production in the physical body.  The Spleen governs transportation and transformation of what we consume, into energy that builds and protects the blood.  The blood holds our entire consciousness record blueprint.  As such, this is entirely related to the main shifts that are occurring between our higher consciousness as it translates into our physical body into the blood stream, as these records are beginning to circulate and connect into the physical body differently.

The Wounds of Christ are karmic blood Miasmas recorded in the planetary body and collective human body from Crucifixion Implants that were holographically inserted into the planetary brain.  These inserts misdirected and stole the planetary life force and crucified the human body parts belonging to our spirit.  One important area of the human body that was impacted from the planetary inserts was the Spleen implant, located on our 7D axiatonal line, in the left side ribcage.  These false crucifixion stories and Holographic Inserts are how the planetary collective mind was invaded, to reflect the salvation model of a crucified deity, to spread organized religion.  This represented the enslavement of humanity to recycle their Souls from tainted blood and Blood Sacrifice, which is what the crucifixion story actually is.  The current evolutionary stage is impacting the release or surfacing of these human blood records and their histories, and as a result, there is a detoxification and shift occurring in our blood, and potentially, the full release of the Spleen implant.

Stomach and Spleen Relationship

This imbalance can escalate many physical and emotional issues for the people of the earth, as their body and sense of identity in relationship with the earth element, is greatly fluctuating and transforming.  When we are out of balance and feeling disharmonious with the earth element, it greatly impacts the stomach and the spleen organs, and we feel extremely depleted, drained, and emotionally unhappy.  Traditional Chinese medicine considers that the Spleen is one of the most important organs functioning within our body.  When we consider the higher functions of the spleen as designed is to purify, protect and spiritualize our Blood, and that it was crucified in the earth element by the NAA to stop its proper functioning in the human body, then this has direct significance and spiritual importance.  Reflecting on this relationship to see if there is resonance in our own body may be helpful to reveal ways we can better support the physiological changes that are occurring in the planet, that are impacting the earth element of our body.

Our relationship with food, consumption, and energy management is also changing, and some of us may feel pain or over sensitivity in the solar plexus region from being unable to digest our food, unable to digest our reality, while feeling unable to process the amount of intense emotions we feel.  This impacts the stomach and spleen from being able to transform what we do consume into proper nourishment and circulating them into vital forces that the body requires to stay strong.  When the spleen and stomach suffer damage, food and drink stagnate and do not transform, the mouth loses its ability to distinguish flavors and the extremities feel limp and tired.  Discomfort, bloating and distention are felt in the stomach and abdominal regions, symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea appear, or there may be excessive bleeding.  Many chronic and difficult health problems such as edema, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, hair loss, iron deficiency, irregular periods, infertility, can be due to a disorder of the spleen function.

This pattern is very common in our culture, not only because of the spleen crucifixion implant, but also because of the culture of disconnection we are subjected to.  As well as the excessive thinking high stress and irregular eating habits that are a result of our busy daily schedules.  The Spleen is the center of transporting the energy of what’s processed in our stomach, into our Blood and transforms that into healthy vital forces that the body can use to regenerate and strengthen itself.  Western medicine does not consider the spleens importance at any level, and thus, researching traditional Chinese medicine that understands the spleen as an essential organ for our body’s health, and agrees with the fact that everything is interconnected with energy, may be much more productive.

Empaths and Stomach Issues

The intensity of digestive related or stomach problems like stabbing pains, bloated distension, painful inflammation, burning and nauseated sensations has been prolonged enough over the past months that we need to address this issue.  Empaths will most commonly have more of these related digestive and difficult elimination issues, as the mid-section and internal organs in this area are lined with neuronal tissues that act as the second brain.  Many of us process higher sensory perception and external energies from the midsection, which is exacerbated as a result of the lower 1D-2D-3D energies dissolving combined with massively amplified AI transmissions, this can feel like a direct punch to the gut.  Empaths will process environmental energies more from the center of will and the still point, and this will result in an assortment of stomach and digestive organ issues that the medical system will not be able to identify, understand or heal.  Obviously this is disturbing to witness in sensitive children, with parents that have no idea what the cause of this stomach pain actually is.

With all of the debris and demonics flying around, the planetary field is quite unstable at this juncture, not to mention the heightened aggression of AI control, and this lends to more fragments, attachments and miasmatic dead energies coming out of the ley lines that may get stuck in your field for a variety of reasons.  Generally, if you can identify it, it clears off and goes away rather quickly with a few key word commands and calling for support from your higher self.

Being an Intuitive Empath is when you are affected by other people’s energies, and have an innate ability to intuitively feel and perceive others.  An empath’s life is unconsciously influenced by others’ desires, wishes, thoughts, and moods, as they can pick up on these energies in the environment.  Being an empath is much more than being highly sensitive person and it’s not just limited to feeling and expressing emotions.  Empaths can perceive physical sensitivities and spiritual urges, as well as just knowing the motivations and intentions of other people.  Empaths have a natural skill with Higher Sensory Perception.  A person is either an empath or not.  Empaths are open to process other people’s feelings and energy, and in many cases, can take on the emotions of others.  For this reason, many empaths experience things like chronic fatigue, environmental sensitivities, or unexplained aches and pains daily.  Empaths have a tendency to openly feel what is outside of them, because they can feel barraged by external energies, making it harder to accurately feel what is inside of them.

Etheric Webbing

Those Lightworkers that are healers, Starseeds, that are very empathic, and are very much in the heart healer archetype and are very loving, they can often have a humongously distended field, or large etheric field because they’re so empathic.  These people need to tighten the etheric webbing closer to the physical body and not have it extended so far out.  Sometimes empaths have issues with personal boundaries, and they become psychic sponges for other peoples negative energies or they naturally process others’ emotions.  This group really needs the 12D Shield.  This lesson may happen at the earlier stages of Awakening, as people tend to be in the love and light sensation of our first heart opening, and they haven’t figured out the wisdom of understanding how to actually navigate through these many complex layers of energy dynamics.

Newly awakening people as a part of their learning process is to understand the necessity for energetic boundaries.  They may not be grounded and are so open and so heart centered this leaves their aura unprotected and their etheric body gets way outside of the physical body, when it actually should be closer in and symmetrical.  The more out of energetic balance a person is, and if they are not fully centered in their auric field, their etheric body starts to become interfered with by dark or negative energies.  The etheric gridwork in the etheric body can get covered with debris and energetic garbage and this can make that person sick or manifest diseases.  No one should be used like a psychic sponge, as it will overload your body.  It’s extremely important to keep your etheric body webbing closer to your physical body.  Ask your God Higher Self to tighten your etheric body and your etheric webbing closer to be more protected by your physical body, use the 12D Shield, and this will help adjust the layers.

SAMUEL GENTOKU MCCREE: “20 Ways Sitting In Silence Can Completely Transform Your Life”

20 Ways Sitting In Silence Can Transform Your Life

“Silence is a source of great strength.”  ~Lao Tzu

For over two years I spent one out of every four weeks in silence.  At the time I was living at a Zen Monastery and every month we would have a week-long silent retreat.

During this retreat we sat meditation in silence, ate in silence, worked in silence, and only communicated through hand gestures and written notes.

At first living like this was hard, but over time I learned to grow to appreciate silence.  By the time I left I learned that silence was my friend and teacher.

What did silence teach me?

1. Satisfaction

I used to think I needed to watch TV every night.  But at monastery I went without and discovered I didn’t need it.

Silence taught me to be happy with less.

Pick something that’s weighing you down and let it go.  Your life will thank you.

2. Expression

When you can only talk by writing a note, you only say what’s important.  Before the monastery I talked a lot but said little.

Silence taught me that a few simple words well spoken have more power than hours of chatter.

Think of one simple thing you can say that would help someone feel better and say it.

3. Appreciation

Being able to speak makes life easy, but when I couldn’t talk I learned how much I relied on others.

Silence taught me to appreciate the value of relating to others.

The next time you see your friends or family, try to really listen.  Deep listening expresses deep appreciation.

4. Attention

Several times at my first retreat I thought my phone was vibrating.  But then I would remember I didn’t have my phone.  It showed me how my phone divided my attention.

Silence taught me how important it is to let go of distractions.

The next time you are with someone you care about, try turning off your phone and putting it away.  It will make paying attention easier.

5. Thoughts

I once sat a retreat next door to a construction project.  What amazed me was how easily my thoughts drowned out the noise.  I realized if my thoughts were this loud, I’d better make them as wise as possible.

Silence taught me the importance of shaping my thinking.

Take time each day to notice your thoughts and let go of thoughts that don’t serve you.

6. Nature

Because I sat retreat in every season, I know that the sound of wind in fall is different than it is in winter.

Silence taught me to notice nature.

Take a short walk outside in silence and you’ll discover the wisdom and peace that nature has to offer.

7. Body

During retreat I noticed that whenever I got lost in thought, I lost track of my body.  And when I focused on my body, my thoughts would calm down.

Silence taught me to be in my body.

Close your eyes and ask, “What sensations do I feel in my hand?”  Learning to feel your body can calm your troubled mind.

8. Overstimulation

Whenever I went into town after retreat, the world seemed so loud and fast.  I came to realize how much our senses have to process most of the time.

Silence taught me the importance of reducing the stimulation.

Enjoy some quiet time everyday.  The less you see and hear, the more settled your mind can become.

9. Sound

People would come to the monastery and remark how quiet it was.  But living at the monastery I knew all the noises, from frogs, to owls, to the sound of sandals on the sidewalk.

Silence taught me that the world is a rich texture of sounds.

Sit in front of your house and close your eyes.  You’ll be amazed at what you hear if you listen long enough.

10. Humanity

During retreat I was surrounded by imperfect people who were doing their best.  Some were happy, some were sad, but all were wonderfully human.

Silence taught me that people display great beauty.

Find a good spot to people watch with an open heart.  What you see may inspire you.

11. Space

For a long time anytime something difficult came up, I would just distract myself.  But retreat taught me that if I avoided something it would never go away.

Silence taught me that space helps me face hard times.

The next time you face something difficult, pause and honor whatever is arising.

12. Love

I used to think love was this big thing.  But in retreat I found that I felt love for so many things.

Silence taught me that love can be simple.

Think of someone you haven’t said I love you to recently and tell them.

13. Courage

I used to think courage was about facing danger, but during retreat I realized that real courage is about facing yourself.

Silence taught me the courage it takes to be still.

When we stop moving everything we’re running from catches up.  The next time you are afraid, stop and wait for it to pass.  There is immense courage inside your heart.

14. Perseverance

Every retreat reminded me that speaking is easy, but staying quiet is hard.

Silence isn’t flashy, but it has an immense power to endure.

The next time someone doubts you, instead of disagreeing, silently vow not to give up.  Action speaks volumes.

15. Faith

I often ask for reassurance or feedback.  But living is silence meant I had to trust my instincts.

Silence taught me to have faith in myself.

The next time you begin to feel anxious, sit in silence and see if you can find the space of deep faith that lives in your heart.

16. Honesty

I used to lie so I wouldn’t have to explain myself.  But when I couldn’t talk I began to notice this impulse and how much it degraded my integrity.

Silence taught me the importance of telling the truth.

Notice times where you tell little lies and try telling the truth instead.  It isn’t always easy but it’s the first step to trusting ourselves and others.

17. Gratitude

During retreat I didn’t have a lot of comforts.  It helped me see how much I took for granted and how much I had to be grateful for.

At the end of every day sit in silence and ask yourself what am I grateful for.

You’ll be amazed at the blessings you discover.

18. Simplicity

I used to love drama and conflict. But at retreat I found I was happier when I kept it simple.

Silence taught me that simplicity and joy are close companions.

Pick one space in your home you could simplify.  Keep it simple for one month and enjoy the ease it offers your life.

19. Connection

I used to think I had to talk in order to feel connected.  I realized during retreat that I can feel connected just by being near people I care about.

Silence taught me that words can get in the way.

Do something in silence with someone you love.  It will be awkward at first but eventually you will see what it means just to be in someone presence.

20. Truth

I studied philosophy in college and I thought I could read about truth.  But retreat taught me that truth is found in silence.

Silence has taught me a deeper truth than words ever could.

Sit in silence once a week and feel the truth in your heart.  It’s there whether you can express it in words or not.
