ALEXANDER PAPAGEORGHIOU: “Accountability — The Death of The Victim”

When we speak of Awakening, Ascending, and becoming Creators, we often address this as a change in our energies and who we are, a proposed new vs the old.  This is not really accurate.  At the present time, we are becoming what we have been all these lifetimes, ever since we descended into physicality and Karma.

Yet, to create now we need to look at our own role in the past and what experiences have brought us here.  A lot of people ascending have a great difficulty accepting and taking responsibility for the choices their souls have made over the lifetimes that have led to the diverse, and often painful experiences, they often resort to blaming others for.  This brings us to Accountability.

If we look through a 5D lens at the world today, we can see that all we hold in relatively high esteem, like our social construct, governments, institutions, gender roles, and so much more, often evade any kind of accountability for their mistakes, and flow by unapologetically and unaware of the harm that is already done.  We are all part of the human experiment and mistakes are totally acceptable.  Nobody is without fault, ever.  The difference is if one is willing to accept that they have been wrong, be held accountable and accept a different path needs to be taken the next time around.  If we look at our leaders, from the community outwards, often there are mistakes made, and hurtful consequences result from this, but a wall of fake legitimacy is put up so as not to deal with these.  This is the 3D Male EGO at work.  The same ego can make no mistake because admitting to such would be a sign of weakness and that is not a reality people want to see, or so they believe, and therefore the veils go up again and again.   This is most probably one of the most pressing issues of our times.  Lately, since the last months of 2017, we see this patterns of accountability and those who have evaded it in our faces constantly, as the game is up.  In our own lives and hearts, we need to have the same conversation with our egos.

Before we came around for this lifetime, our soul chose a set of events and lessons that would help us evolve towards balance.  For many of these years we have been victims, blaming the world around us for our pain and anguish.  The fact we need to swallow and make peace with, is that, even through that pain, we were the CREATORS, not the victims, we chose this to learn and flourish, and we ended that cycle by waking up and progressing towards the current moment.  Our Creation, though inadvertently, began eons ago.  This cycle we become conscious of this.  This is the most liberating aspect of our lives if we look it straight in the eyes.

We are not victims and we have never been. We chose these lessons, we went through them, and here we are.  The more we accept our symbiotic relationship with our soul and the partnership we have, and the role we have had in choosing these experiences, we can stop blaming society, employers, family, lovers, and the world over for all the pain we feel.  There is no doubt that the 3D density has been grueling and trying on most of us and our bodies, minds and spirits have often flared, but here we are.  We are awake/ning and we MUST accept our role as creators, of our past mishaps, unconsciously, and our path to changing this energy, this time consciously.  This is the first step to liberation from 3D, the total acceptance of all we have had to face and its subsequent release, replacing that with the faith we have in the UNIVERSE, the SOURCE, and ourselves as CREATORS.

We are here now, so it is time to take the last layers off and no longer see victims in the mirror.  There is too much love around flowing through everything we once knew as reality to blame everyone else for our misfortune.  You will only create, if, and when, you are ready to release this, and accept that whatever position you are in, you are there because you know exactly how to get out of it.  Liberate yourself now, and look at the face staring back you from the mirror.  You won’t recognize it anymore.  The first step to the new you is your willingness to CHANGE.

Much Love,

Alexander

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “You Need To Stop Absorbing Other People’s Negative Energy, And This Is How To Do It”

Empathy is the ability to recognize and feel other peoples emotions. Sympathy is feeling compassion for other people.

Often times to be an “empath” means that you are absorbing much of the pain and suffering in your environment, which can sacrifice your ability to function at a high level.

5 Ways To Stop Absorbing Negative Energy

If you have ever been in a room with a negative person, you know just how toxic their energy can be. Learning to stop absorbing negative energy from others is such a great spiritual skill to have. Here are five ways to stop absorbing negative energy:

1. Remember, you can’t please everyone.

If someone is bullying you, complaining about you, or dissing you, do not make it your mission to try to convince that person to like you. This will only suck you deeper into that energy field and will make you energetically dependent on their opinion of you.

Not everyone is going to like you. Everyone on earth is living here for a different purpose. By loving yourself first, you will create a forcefield around other peoples opinions that will protect you from being so drained by their opinions.

Also remember, you can’t change everyone. Don’t make it your mission to fix them in that moment either. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is not try to change them but to just not feed the energy that they are projecting at you.

2. Be careful who you invite into your life.

Your body, mind and direct environment is your temple. Who are you inviting in? Is it an open invitation? Do people even have to wipe their feet clean before walking around or is it ok if they drag mud onto your soul? In Brazil there is a slang word called folgado. The direct meaning is “loose” or “lazy” but it really means “freeloader”. There is not exact english equivalent though because it is a mentality even more than a lifestyle.

If you give a person a piece of bread one day, they will be asking for the loaf the next. If you let someone stay for a weekend, they will then try to stay the week (or two!). I once thought my wife was cold and mean spirited towards some of our neighbors. Once I realized she was merely respecting herself and her home, I valued her direction and adopted it as my own.

It is great to be generous but there is a fine line to work with so you are not being trampled on, thus disabling you from helping those who truly need it. Learn to say “no” and to be OK with that.

3. Stop paying attention.

A parasite needs a host to survive. When you pay attention to somebody else, you are giving them energy. Whatever you focus on grows and energy vampires will steal your thoughts – decreasing your energy levels. Some people will dump their energy onto you and then drive on to the next pit stop. A friendly ear can be a wonderful thing but there is, again, a line that does not need to be crossed.

Perhaps you’ve found yourself being the source for a person to relay their frustrations at work, a relationship or even successful accomplishments. All of these emotions can drain you in various ways and cause you to measure your own life in ways that are not productive.

Love yourself enough to tune them out, tell them to stop, or tell them you can’t handle it right now. It’s not mean of you to reject their toxic energy.

4. Breathe in nature.

Go into nature, meditate, relax and breathe. Purify the water within yourself, exercise and float easy. Like a butterfly, float gently but move fast. Breathing increases the bloodflow circulation around the body and will help prevent to absorb energy from those around you. Walk with confidence, keep your head up and don’t allow anyone to make you feel inferior. A caterpillar eats everything around it and becomes fat, immobile. It must first become light in order to fly.

5. Take 100% responsibility for your thoughts and emotions.

How you feel is 100% your own responsibility. The universe is sending people into your life to test us. The perception we have of ourselves is greater than the perception others have of us. You are not a victim, nobody has power over you. Consider how your thoughts or expectations may have manifested the situation that is bothering you. What if the answer lies within your level of patience, irritability, or compassion? Unless we take the time to look, we subconsciously affirm our own victimization to the world around us.

Once you hold yourself accountable and responsible for the way you choose to respond to something, you connect with yourself on a deeper level. When you are connected to yourself on a deeper level, you don’t get knocked off your center as easily.

Place yourself in situations that boost your own energies. Does this person make you feel good? Do you make that person feel good? You are worthy of a brilliant experience and it is time to realize that fact. Learning to protect yourself against other people’s energies starts with self-love. Remember that you are worth of happiness and peace, it’s OK to say no. and you are the author of your own energetic state.

MANIFESTING MARIA: “Manifesting Self-Reflection”

“Self-reflection is the capacity to exercise introspection and the willingness of humans to examine their fundamental nature, conscious thoughts and feelings, in order to learn more about their purpose and soul essence. It causes us to ask ourselves who we are, why we are, who we want to be and how we can be better.”

~Maria Palmeri

I don’t know about you, but just “being” isn’t enough for me. One of my core values is intentional growth. I have to strive to be my best and true self. To grow, to learn, to evolve, to have pride of character and to touch the lives of others and inspire them to the same. Don’t get me wrong, I won’t always be my best self, I make mistakes. I’m no spiritual snob… but I am always trying to understand myself and my motives so that I can try to manifest my best self and true desires. To do that, I always have to be conscious of who I am and what I’m reflecting.

I was talking with a friend the other day and we were commiserating about “Why are we on this quest of inner healing?” Why are we moved to emotionally twist ourselves up and chase down our demons to be our best selves when we can look around and clearly see that others seem to be comfortable walking around and interacting as their (for lack of a better word) “shitty-shit” selves?!

“Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power. ”

~Lao Tzu

It occurred to me that not everyone has self-reflection skills. Self-reflection is the capacity to exercise introspection and the willingness of humans to examine their fundamental nature, conscious thoughts and feelings, in order to learn more about their purpose and soul essence. It causes us to ask ourselves who we are, why we are, who we want to be and how we can be better.

Why is introspection so important?

It’s easy to get distracted by life, moving from one moment to the next. Too busy doing, reacting, blaming and ultimately delaying the critical thinking necessary to constructively examine our lives. By enhancing our ability to understand ourselves and our motivations, we bring our focus back from outside diversions to ourselves and inner self-growth. Self-reflection is the key to real and lasting, positive self-transformation and personal growth.

We have over 50,000 thoughts per day, over half of which are negative and over 90% of which are just repeats from the day before. Many people get stuck in the cycle of blaming their feelings of failure, unworthiness, or unhappiness on others, while remaining blind to what they do to create and re-create their circumstances. Without awareness, we can change behaviors but we will not manifest the real and lasting transformation that we desire.

“An unexamined life is not worth living.”

~Plato

If we can become experts in self, we can change our wasteful or negative thought patterns into positive, self-transformational thought patterns that benefit our lives, progeny and the collective community.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Denial and Blame Shifters”

“Psychological projection is when humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities by denying their existence inside themselves, while attributing those same qualities to others.  For example, a person who is habitually rude may constantly accuse other people of being rude.  This incorporates blame shifting.  Denial of the truth is the seed of all Ego Defense Mechanisms.”

~Lisa Renee

When we understand how fear is created in the body, it is helpful in releasing the grip of anxiety and fear patterns. People that are triggered into fears and mental anxiety may impulsively turn to blame shifting or the projection of their fears onto others. When people are in deep pain and they are suffering, many times they will move unacceptable impulses in themselves and place them onto someone else. Sometimes, if another person or situation makes them feel uncomfortable, the person will blame them for their own discomfort. In this way, it is a denial of personal responsibility by attributing to others their own unacceptable or unwanted thoughts or emotions.

When a person is shifting blame to an intuitive empath type of person, this can feel like someone throwing an energetic weight on top of them, while trying to make the empath process another person’s emotional garbage. In this way, the blame shifter is throwing off his emotional garbage onto another person whom he perceives can process his emotional stuff. This throwing off energetic weight in blame shifting or projection is a method used in order to release his or her own internal anxiety, in which that person seeks to release inner pressure that makes them feel immediately better about themselves. There is an emotional pay off that exists in blame shifting. Blame shifters tend to need to find self-justification for their own negative behaviors. They conveniently place blame onto others in order to continue with their own sense of self entitlement to behave in the ways that make it easier for them to cope with stress. Rather than get to the root of problems, they deny them by shifting blame of their issue onto others.

Psychological projection is when humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence inside themselves, while attributing those same qualities to others. For example, a person who is habitually rude may constantly accuse other people of being rude. This incorporates blame shifting. Denial of the truth is the seed of all Ego Defense Mechanisms. The concept of denial is particularly important to the study of addiction as facing the denial is getting to the root and cause of the addictive personality. When denial occurs in more mature minds, it is most often associated with death, dying and rape. Such as thoughts that are made towards crimes against humanity that are too terrible and fear inducing for that person to actually consider as accurate or truthful information, so they deny them instead. Extremely difficult topics, like SRA [Satanic Ritual Abuse] or dying, may trigger great inner anxiety and fear, and are generally shut down from further discussion because many people are too afraid to confront these topics for a variety of reasons.

Denial is putting up a thought barrier and arguing against an anxiety-provoking stimuli by stating that it doesn’t exist. When we live in denial we are refusing to perceive the more unpleasant aspects of the external reality, as well as many unpleasant aspects that may be hidden in our own behavior and personality. Denial may also mean denying the happening of an event or the reliability of information, which can lead to a feeling of indifference on the topic in general, and to completely ignore the possibility of beneficial information.

A person that is rejecting unpleasant or painful truths inside themselves or in situations may use:

  • Simple Denial: deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether.
  • Minimization: admit the fact but deny its seriousness and impact through a combination of denial and rationalization.
  • Projection: admit both the fact and seriousness of the issue, but deny personal responsibility by blaming somebody or something else as the problem.

It is important to note that what makes denial denial and not just the refusal to admit to or accept a truth or fact, rests in the degree of that individual’s direct experience and awareness of the actual existence of the truth or fact. In denial, an individual does not see or is mostly unconscious of the existence of the truth or fact. The choice to refuse reality, then, is unconscious as well. Refusal to admit to or accept a truth or fact differs from denial, in that the individual recognizes or is conscious of the existence of the truth or fact but consciously refuses to accept it as such. Refusal to admit to a truth or fact, especially when it concerns others involved, can be considered a complex psychological and emotional manipulation tactic that is designed for selfish motivations.

When we are unaware of our subconscious reactions and thoughts, it is easy to project one’s unconscious qualities onto others, and this is a common occurrence in everyday life.

It is helpful to understand that dark forces in humans and nonhumans, commonly use blame shifting as a psychological warfare tool to weaken and exploit spiritually awakening people. Blame shifting is a potent way to use trauma based mind control to weaken people, and so controller and manipulator types use this tactic skillfully to exploit those around them. Blame shifting can also be accompanied with Gaslighting. We must remember the goal of dark forces is to exploit and weaken those spiritually activated. Thus they will target the mental body, emotional body and spiritual body, in so to exploit personal weaknesses. The plan of action is to make that person doubt themselves or second guess what actually happened to them, even if they remember what has happened very clearly. When a person is in perpetual self-doubt, this greatly weakens his or her mind and spiritual communication. Gaslighting is a form of psychological-emotional abuse that Controlling types of personalities and dark forces use to which a victim is manipulated into doubting and discrediting their own memories, perceptions, experiences and sanity. When people do not have the whole picture of events, and they are being deceived and manipulated with only limited access to the truth contained in circumstances, it obfuscates their ability to make informed, clear and well thought out decisions. Thus human and non-human Gaslighters like to tell other people what they are feeling, what they are perceiving, what they should be doing, and criticize and condemn anything else they do not agree with in that persons experience, because it is not favorable to serve their own selfish agendas. By attempting to gain total control over another person, this directly leads to control over the mind of another person, and this is what dark forces are striving for. As long as they have some influence or control over the mind, they continue to have control in the mind, body and spirit of that individual.

These dark forces can be included in the subconscious fear content that exists in the fragmented parts of the individual’s mental body, in which great darkness has been allowed to grow and even flourish from feeding the fear. When a person has not taken care of their subconscious fears, the inner darkness may explode from inner to outer, in which blame shifting and projection becomes a part of that person’s survival mechanism to cope with life. When the negative ego and all of its shadows are feeling threatened, it will attack and lie in order to preserve itself, in a variety of ways that is described as ego defense mechanisms.

Anytime we reject the unpleasant truth to remain comfortable within our belief system, or from our fears of self-annihilation, we easily accept lies as truth. When a person believes the negative thoughts they received from a negative entity, are actually coming from their own mind, and they act out that destructive behavior, the entity is successful in deceiving them. Generally, entities use an emotional bait hook based on manipulating the type of pain or trauma that specific person carries. The dark force will find an inroad into the weakness of that person, and possibly bind itself to the wounds of that person, through the consent that was made during the destructive behaviors that person has acted out in the past or present. In order for that dark force to remain connected to manipulate the subconscious mind of the unaware person, they will use deflecting tactics to keep attention away from their existence and to keep the focus on other people and things on the external that can be used for blame shifting. This is a potent way to continue to lodge the programing for fear bondage loops of victim-victimizer archetypes, which amplify polarities in the energies, and thus are feeding parasites and predators.

Being able to own your own emotional conflicts without blame or projection upon another person by making it their fault is the hallmark of personal responsibility. Do not assume that you know anything about that person that can be judged for what you cannot see or really know about them, as you have not walked in their shoes. When feeling upset towards somebody else, restore balance to your heart and aura by lovingly holding boundaries without violating others boundaries. It is a violation of another’s healthy boundaries by expecting them to resolve your conflict and process your emotional content. Be willing and open to learn what the real issue is that has created the conflict that exists within you. Most of the time, we’re upset about something deep down from our own inner fears and it’s not what it appears to be on the surface of life. By going deeper and reflecting on forgiveness of ourselves and forgiveness of others, while allowing the time and space needed to heal, helps to neutralize the conflict in most cases. We all must learn how to become responsible for our own behaviors, thoughts and actions. Accepting Self-Responsibility is a major step of productive negative ego clearing, in which we stop blame shifting or projection when it is merely convenient for us to unload our emotional garbage onto other people.

LISA RENEE (Energetic Synthesis): “Personal Accountability”

“Are you accountable for your actions even if nobody holds you accountable — or nobody catches you?  Of course you are.  If you do not think so then you are cheating on yourself.  You are the person who will ultimately suffer the consequence of your actions.  Even if you cannot visibly see the consequence of your action today, there is always a consequence that will show up either now or later on.”   ~Lisa Renee

All human beings are responsible for their thoughts, deeds, actions and behaviors, all of these are direct choices made by each person in the moment that will have direct Energetic Consequences. Whatever quality of energies we prepare our body to be resonant with or hold as spiritual conduit, whether it is positive forces or negative forces, is what we allow ourselves to have consent with. Whatever kind of force we are in consent with (whether we know this or not), is the Frequency that our body and Consciousness is subjected to in Universal Law. The quality of spiritual force will have corresponding dimensional laws which govern the actions of that quality of that spirit. Negative forces are in the lower dimensions and create servitude and bondage to time, while positive forces of the Spirits of Christ are in the highest dimensions and create sovereignty and freedom for the Soul and spirit.

Universal Laws contain the principle of Accountability that has the purpose to restore energetic balance through ones personal thoughts, deeds, actions and behaviors throughout that beings lifetime and spiritual evolution cycle. All energetic repercussions to the Soul and Spirit is accounted for and those actions are made responsible to the appropriate parties at the end of the Ascension Cycle. Practicing Accountability is a direct part of Spiritual Ascension. As we increase our ability to be responsible, we increasingly develop our spirituality and the way we perceive human values that evolve ourselves out of existing in the lower energy dimensions. Being accountable to our behavior and choosing more evolved higher ethical behaviors, is how we stop the cycle of Attachments, servitude and bondage to lower spirits and their lower nature.

Leadership or Stewardship Roles

I AM Accountable towards Others and Speak my Truth Harmlessly.

In leadership roles, accountability is the acknowledgment and assumption of personal responsibility for one’s actions, products, decisions, and policies including the administration, governance, and implementation within the scope of the role or the position of influence and power made over others. Accountability encompasses the ethical conduct necessary to model integrity through being answerable towards the resulting consequences of one’s choices and actions, especially in regard to the impact made upon others, or impact made to a group, organization or impact to planetary resources. Accountability cannot exist without the proper ethical model to understand that being responsible for one’s actions, thoughts and deeds, has consequences that are a result of the decisions that are made. In other words, an absence of accounting for decisions and choices that are being made means, there is an absence of accountability. Without accountability, there can be no integrity nor trustworthiness present. This is also an accurate statement when determining the quality that one will experience in their personal life, family dynamics, career and in every social interaction and communication they engage in. This principle is required in both the macrocosm and the microcosm relationships of our life. The importance of committing to personal accountability as a developed character trait and skillset in order to improve one’s life conditions in every possible way, cannot be underestimated.

Have we lost the trait of being accountable? What would someone say about your accountability? Has it become so commonplace to exaggerate everything we say?

Accountability is an ethical model and character standard that expresses you, and only you, are totally responsible for your actions. The willingness to be accountable for what you do and what you don’t do (or refuse to do) is a significant trait of your moral character.

Many people confuse responsibility and accountability as being one in same. In the practical reality, they are character traits that are more like two sides of the same coin. Being accountable has more to do with giving up certain ego defense behaviors, such as negative beliefs and attitudes, than just making an effort to behave or relate to others in a different way. One of the most common ego defense mechanisms used to avoid personal accountability or responsibility is to become upset, blaming others or to have an emotional tantrum. When a person goes into tantrum mode or gets upset because they have been triggered, obviously, they can no longer effectively handle the matter. They have gone “unconscious”. When a person goes unconscious and engages in tantrums whenever they are emotionally triggered, they are now fodder for dark and negative energies to harvest negative emotional energy and increase the negative charge.

This is a common ego defense to avoid facing the truth of the matter or the task at hand in order to avoid any attention being placed upon the person’s accountability to their own actions. It’s a diversion tactic that is made by the unconscious impulses of a person, or they deliberately choose to have a tantrum in order to change the focus of the discussion.

This is done by simply tuning someone out, lashing back insults in an attack mode, or by having a mental conversation while someone is attempting to point out how they could have assumed greater responsibility or accountability. Some of us may be reminded of occurrences such as these with our significant relationships, partners or spouse. Yet another ego defense is playing the role of victim-victimizer in order to escape or detract from personal accountability. When people are unwilling to look at something or be accountable for their actions they will commonly say expressions in the victim-unconscious roles such as  “I can’t” and “I’m unable.” If they are master manipulators they will usually use doublespeak to confuse the truth in the issue and turn around the responsibility to be handed to the weaker person or less dominating party. Sometimes, being personally accountable to one’s actions and the willingness to tell the truth, simply involves courage.

Do you have the necessary courage to exhibit personal accountability? One may want to examine the consequences associated with being accountable and responsible before answering. First, accountability means you are responsible to somebody or for something. Second, being responsible means that you cause something to happen. Third, by exhibiting accountability, as seen through the eyes of the people around you, may look like the following:

  • Accepting complete responsibility for your behavior.
  • Meeting/exceeding agreed upon expectations in an agreed upon role or position.
  • Admitting mistakes and taking steps to correct them.
  • Admitting limitations of knowledge or skills in certain areas.

Accepting responsibility is being fully aware of exerting control of one’s behavior through one’s choices. Additionally, one accepts the consequences of the choices one makes while taking responsibility for what may be perceived as positive or negative experiences that come with those choices.

Integrity, or doing what is right, because that is the right thing to do, is the epitome of accepting responsibility. We all have much to gain by exhibiting personal accountability in our personal and professional life. Some of these are listed below:

  • You become a person that can be trusted.
  • You are respected by people around you. Your words or actions hold credibility.
  • You demonstrate trustworthy behaviors within interactions made between the group/team/organization that you are connected.
  • You are a person with strong moral and ethical character.
  • You can be trusted to complete challenging projects and meaningful assignments.
  • What kind of person do you want to be?

Personal freedom begins and ends with responsibility and accountability. Personal accountability is an opportunity. It is an opportunity to contribute to the world, contribute to the human race and the organization of which we are a part. It is the opportunity to be counted as trustworthy among the other people inside our organization and for whom we truly hold caring respect. It is our opportunity to ask, “What can I do to contribute?” and “How can I make a difference?“. If our spiritual and other organizations foster an environment that values integrity, trustworthiness, honesty and courage, personal accountability truly presents all of us with a vast opportunity to grow while serving others.

Below are a few exercises that we can work on:

Tell the truth. Many times we may make the mistake to believe that saying a “little white lie” is better than to risk hurting feelings or dealing with someone else’s judgment of our behavior. Maybe we are in fear and afraid to face the consequences. When we engage in lying about something or we try to cover it up, this deceitful action will always boomerang and make the situation much worse. When deceit is used to manipulate or cover up, it snowballs into a larger problem and sucks time and energy. Save yourself some time and protect your energies by telling the truth.

Monitor yourself. Are you accountable for your actions even if nobody holds you accountable — or nobody catches you? Of course you are. If you do not think so then you are cheating on yourself. You are the person who will ultimately suffer the consequence of your actions. Even if you cannot visibly see the consequence of your action today, there is always a consequence that will show up either now or later on.

Go within. When you have conflicts or trouble in relationships or situations, look in the mirror first. Ask the question to yourself, “What is the problem here?” “What am I doing or not doing to solve this issue, and what can I improve upon?”. In many interpersonal communications with every social aspect, whether its communicating with family, friends, or acquaintances, personal accountability is sorely lacking and urgently needed. Accountability is not just a mindset but is an important skill set that everyone can learn and should master. Choose personal accountability and own it. This commitment will always eventually reveal a much more positive situation for everybody involved.

Unified Cooperation builds Accountability

Through Unified Cooperation, the consistent development of the group can better align towards mutual agreement, that helps to build energetic Coherence, congruence and Accountability, within all members of organizations and communities.

Accountability and Self-Responsibility for one’s direct behavior and actions cannot exist without developing inner Coherence.

Practicing Accountability is a direct part of developing inner Coherence and supporting the integration of the personal layers of the Lightbody. This means we do not have a duplicitous nature, or a split personality that shows one face to the public, and another face in private. We must be willing to give up useless ego power struggles with others.  As we increase our ability to be coherent, we show ourselves as we are, and there is an ability to allow people to be just as they are in that moment, without judgment. As we develop our inner Coherence, the way we perceive events changes, we evolve away from needing to feed negative emotions, control outcomes or stop the need to attack others. Being accountable for our behavior and choosing more evolved and higher ethical behaviors, is how we stop the cycle of painful attachments, servitude and bondage to lower spirits and their negative nature. These negative spirits interfere with the function of our instinctual body, thus, distorting our feelings and intuitive perceptions into creating pain, suffering and misery.

LISA RENEE (Energetic Synthesis): “Carelessness”

eyelight.jpg

Dear Ascending Family,

We have big issues on planet earth with very destructive behaviors being conditioned as common place and being normalized in everyday society. The Archontic Deception Strategy is to increase Carelessness and recklessness towards life and creation, while promoting the death culture to intentionally shape a lack of empathy or compassion for others on this planet. So why does being Careless and reckless with our selves and others increase our risk for losing our feelings of empathy and further, become a high risk activity for being possessed or used as a dark portal for spreading dark forces? The Controllers want us to be irresponsible and uncaring towards ourselves and others, to not care what happens to other people, or even to the earth itself. Why do we see so much carelessness and recklessness especially being pushed upon the younger generations of today?

Let’s look at it.

Carelessness refers to the lack of awareness during a behaviour that can result in unintentional consequences. The consequences of carelessness are often undesirable and tend to be mistakes or negligence. A lack of concern or an indifference for the consequences of the action due to inattention may partake in the origin of carelessness. (Wikipedia)

We study spiritually abusive behaviors so that we may understand them better, as these are negative behaviors that disconnect you from your soul and spirit, and for that reason we call these behaviors Archontic Deception or AD Behaviors. In the death culture, we will come to notice that many of these destructuve behaviors are promoted and advertised in every form of mainstream media, and so the intelligent question to ask is – why would that be?  Who benefits from the fact we are careless, reckless and potentially negligent?

(AD) Carelessness – We are selective in our commitments only doing the least required without care or responsible only to that which has self-serving motivations that give reward. We have little responsibility to how others may feel or how we impact others because we are negligent and careless of anyone’s feelings. We emit energetic garbage or litter the environment without a second thought. Not knowing our boundaries or limits we spew emotional debris or hubris on others at will. Many times our apathy and carelessness are from deep feelings of unworthiness and low self esteem.

When we are careless, we do not own up to having self responsibility for our personal actions, or how the choices we make will actually impact or even harm other people. The message transmitted into the collective consciousness is to be careless and to not care about the consequences of today. We are conditioned to not care about the harm we may generate to life, to nature and to other people, only to think about ourselves in the moment and not to consider the long term effects. Being careless is very destructive to us and to others. Promoting carelessness as “cool” and “hip” is really the mind control conditioning of accepting the Death Culture into our society and world.

How do careless behaviors feed into spreading the death culture?

The Death Culture is used to promote these destructive lifestyles in order to permanently damage the heart, damage the soul and brain into some kind of form of fragmentation or dissociation. Dissociative behaviours eliminate all traces of true human empathy and remove the personal accountability towards the ethical implications and consequences that are behind the operations of the current world social, political, military, corporate structures that are used to carry out this anti-human agenda. Splitting behaviors and enemy patterning manifest as internal walls of separation because like soul fragmentation, the use of compartmentalization in corporate structures are also very much related to the creation of internal walls and external walls of separation. These walls of separation are something that exist inside of us, thus, they can exist in terms of our consciousness. Our higher consciousness is being fragmented into pieces so it is sequestered behind walls that we cannot perceive. These internal walls of separation are built from trauma and pain accumulated within the 1st, 2nd or 3rd chakras, and this is when people can have extreme symptoms that appear as sociopathic duplicity, incoherence, evil twin, and multiple personality disorder.

The Death Culture is all about not caring about life and promoting death. When we do not care about life or other people, we lose our ability to have empathy. Lack of empathy is turning humans into automatons that are spreading dark forces that feed the Negative Aliens. Why would they want humans to act and behave more like them?

Lack of Empathy -The NAA can be best understood as a Psychopathic or Sociopathic personality or identity profile with a Lack of Empathy that has no feelings of remorse. Narcissistic Personalities and Psychopaths have little to no remorse for the harm, destruction or killing they cause any person place or thing. This is described as a Lack of Empathy, which is characterized by the inability to feel, experience emotional states, or discern what another life form may be feeling. Lack of Empathy is a mutation in the DNA of a species that has been disconnected from its Soul-Spirit, and thus suffers from genetic damage and Soul Fragmentation. Most of the Negative Aliens and those humans serving the NAA are unable to feel, experience or express higher emotions, such as emotive and empathetic states of loving kindness or Compassion. Essentially, with a Lack of Empathy as a AD value system, it is easy to program killing machines that have no remorse for their actions nor care of the consequences to their actions.

Thus, the Negative Aliens have downloaded their genetic mutations through mind control technologies which manifest as a severe lack of empathy within the collective consciousness of the human race, in order to control the planet to serve their agenda. A major control mechanism is to enforce the cycles of Victim-Victimizer archetypes in the population of earth.

When we are careless, we also increase the risk that we will be used as a dark portal or even possessed by dark forces. If we pay attention to our thoughts, behaviors and actions, we can grade them in so to stop feeding into these destructive or separative behaviors. We can assume the more careless we are with our own body, the less we pay attention to our actions and are less willing to be responsible for ourselves, we actually lose self ownership over own our mind, body and even our soul. The more careless we are, the more risk we have.

Stages of Risk in Human Body – as extensions of the Cosmic Christ spiritual hierarchy, we hope to emphasize clearly the vulnerabilities and weakness that exist in adults and children so we can help to inform others, when we are asked for help.

How do dark forces and fallen entities attach to or infiltrate the human body as a dark portal?

First, when we are reckless and careless with our body and indulge in the Houses of Ego (especially fear, guilt and shame) or engage with negative emotional theatrics continually, and without disciplined awareness, we are a Stage One Risk.

Second, when we are in automaton states, obsessive mental looping states, hypnogogic, trance or meditation states (without 12D shielding), having cellphone or technology on our body and near our head 24/7, disrupting our electromagnetic field, we are a Stage Two Risk.

Third, when we indulge in addictive states, either with drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, gluttony, hospitalizations, or take any psychoactive or psychotropic drugs that change or alter brain wave function, we are a Stage Three Risk.

Fourth, when we indulge in promiscuous sexual activity, have sexual addiction, sexual shame, play seduction games, and use regular forms of pornography, sex clubs, and prostitutes or engage in group sex, we are a Stage Four Risk.

Fifth, is the class of deviance and sexual perversion, which is completely controlled through possessing entities. Behaviors such as pedophilia, sadism, bizarre sexual fetishes, or any kind of violence, where pleasure and pain receptors are reversed in the soul matrix. A person with reversed pleasure centers (receives pleasure from inflicting pain or violent actions) is under the control of satanic forces.

During the Ascension Cycle, why is it more risky today to act carelessly and recklessly with our body, mind and spirit?

Since late 2012, the human body is more vulnerable to being used as a potential dark portal of invasion as the person becomes Consubstantial to the collective forces of ego, represented by the Satanic or Dark Galactic layers of those hierarchies. (See Houses of Ego and NAA). Additionally, this is exacerbated from alterations in the magnetic and gravitational fields of the earth, which result in dissolution of certain dimensional membranes. Essentially, what used to be several separated fish tanks have consolidated into one vast fish tank, where all the contents are now shared and swimming together freely. This has both positive impacts and negative impacts to those unprepared to deal with these new forces entering their personal reality. 3D Humans that have not developed strong Impulse Control and have not cleared negative ego automatic thoughts are at higher risk for being used as a dark portal, when they go unconscious. This can be remedied through consistent meditation, prayer and self-inquiry to remain in present time as the conscious observer or witness to events.

Can you see the connection of being careless or even reckless in our actions, and how this contributes to the higher risk of being manipulated or used by dark forces?

Do you feel if you are drunk, high, or use consciousness altering substances to where your consciousness is not grounded within your physical body – Is that a positive event or negative risk? Is it worth it?

What do you think happens when you sleep? What can you do to be more responsible for yourself and take care of your mind, body and consciousness? If you don’t take care of your mind, body and consciousness, what do you think will be the consequences?

With love,

Lisa
