The intensity continues as we move forward into July, we are continuing to be repositioned and shifted so that our energy bodies and our consciousness is congruently aligned with the new timeline architecture, as well as with the new energy foundation. As we continually undergo micro-adjustments in just about every area of our inner person and outward lifestyle, we are witnessing more of the mental patterns and archetypes from our past lives. As cellular memories are surfacing, they can reveal themselves as powerful and intense emotions, images or sensations that arise from within suddenly, as feeling associations are being reconnected.

These cellular memories are from both the ancient human galactic histories, other lifetimes as well as patterns we may have lived out in our current lifetime that may have contributed to fixed patterns of behavior. Many unresolved trauma patterns continue to cross over into multiple stations of identity, these are generally deep patterns of emotional trauma or negative behaviors that surface so that we may resolve them. They may be stemming from our multiple lifetimes, and the many human incarnation experiences where those same patterns were repeated many times without finding energetic balance or conflict resolution. The collective consciousness patterns which have defined who we are in order to accept the belief systems that have been imposed upon us, have been deeply disturbing to our core spiritual being. It is reflected to us daily throughout the macrocosm how isolated and divided we feel as a species, that the human race has evolved completely and utterly alone on this rock, disconnected and without contact from other species, as well as not knowing the existence of our spiritual families. As a species we have been handed many false concepts and negative archetypes that we have believed to be true about ourselves that define our sense of self in our human identity.

As a result, many people on the earth have been negatively conditioned to feel deeply alone, feeling unwanted, feeling they do not belong, feeling burdened by uncertainty and insecurity and believing that there is something wrong with them. When we feel deeply disconnected and alone, all kinds of disempowering thoughts and painful feelings can show up in our lives. When we can shift our awareness from purely focusing on ourselves and looking to the larger picture, it may occur to us that we are not alone, and that this thought form has only surfaced for us to see. An incredible amount of people, nearly all people have directly experienced these exact same thoughts, also experiencing these exact same painful feelings of isolation and disconnection from others. How many people on this earth are feeling this way right now?

When we realize that the pain of disconnection and isolation is the misery within human existence that stems from the negative mind control inflicted upon us by the NAA, we can begin to realize that we are no less than anyone else on this planet. Feeling deep grief, experiencing great loss and sorrow, the state of suffering, this is intrinsic to the general human experience in the current reality of which we all share and are a part. When we can actually see and feel into the collective consciousness that holds this overall collective mindset of disconnection, we can know that we really are not our thoughts and feelings. Did you choose these certain thoughts that surface into your mind? When these negative thoughts pop up in your mind without warning, suddenly surfacing from out of nowhere, observe them and look deeper. You will notice that some of these thoughts and feelings trigger you when they surface while others do not, there are thoughts that show up and they disappear just as quickly. All thoughts and feelings fade away from memory over time, whether you want them to or not. The mind control programming on this earth teaches us that we are supposed to be the content of all of our thoughts and feelings, and when these random thoughts suddenly show up, that they actually belong to us and constitute an essential part of our human identity.

Thus, all of these patterns are being refined during this time to give us the opportunity to see what we need to change or heal inside ourselves that we inherited from the collective consciousness mind control. This is a time where we must learn to create our new reality from an entirely new palette of color, creating new thoughtforms about ourselves, feeling deeply into the new emotional spectrums that ignite cross collaboration, co-creation and manifestation. The infusion of these new color frequencies are from the unity code harmonics, the trinity wave formats that create a base for the new energy platform, and this architecture is available to us now to help us build something entirely different.

As you study these old and painful patterns from the past you will begin to see them embedded as distortions that have great influence upon human consciousness, the 3D belief systems that have profoundly impacted the way human beings function in the world at so many different levels. The mental games and reptilian mind control programs that are running covertly within our unconscious self, those larger behavioral patterns that are set up by the death culture that has been accepted by mass society. All of the subterranean distortions of the upside down world are coming into blaring review for us to more deeply analyze in order to comprehend what is behind it and how it has influenced our lives.  We have to see who and what is running a mental racket into the mental body of our unconscious and conscious mind, in order to become free of its negative triggers. A racket is a corrupt mental program running in our conscious or unconscious self that justifies itself into being, to protect the psyche from discovering its deepest and darkest fears. When the unconscious mind is running rackets it is very tricky and manipulative, trying to cover up the truth in order to continue to feed the ego programs for an emotional payoff. However, we are being pushed to clearly see these mental rackets running within our psyche, as the new energy foundation will not tolerate or support them. Running mental rackets is the antithesis to embodying personal integrity and authenticity. In order to be congruent with the core essence and the nature of our true self, we have to see the rackets that are bargaining with our ego in order to receive a mental or emotional payoff. Then take steps to remove faulty thinking and clear these mental rackets from taking control over our emotional state that influence the spiritual house of our inner being. When we are running mental rackets, we become the cause of our own mental and emotional suffering. When we can recognize that we are contributing to our own suffering by running negative mental rackets we can choose in every moment to give it up instantly.

Suffering is generated from focusing on what we want something to be, seeing the difference between what we want and what is actually the reality in this moment. The expectations of wants, needs and desires put projections onto something or someone that you want to be different from what they actually are, and this generates pain. When we want to force change upon another who is not living up to our expectations or desires, we may be feeding into blockages that make the situation of our own suffering become even worse. When we project our desires and needs onto others, when those expectations are not being met then people feel deeply hurt. And yet this hurt was produced from one’s own internal suffering by placing expectations upon another to relieve it, instead of finding deeper acceptance that allows each person to be who they are in this moment. When we find the generosity to hold total unconditional acceptance and love for others, we naturally find the same unconditional love and acceptance for ourselves.

If we want to be emotionally freed from feeling hurt and abandoned by other people, we must give up all expectations we have of other people, and find acceptance for them and the situation we may find ourselves in the moment.

Are you running mental rackets that are making you suffer? Mental rackets are fixed ways of thinking, being and behaviors that you refuse to change even if they are unhealthy or destructive to you and others. Fixed ways of being can be a mental program playing out certain archetypes or negative patterns, such as feeling victimized by something and looping into the victim-victimizer thoughts that generate repeated grievances and recurring complaints. If we have the same pattern of behaviors that generates recurring complaints about something or someone, then we have to take responsibility to change that mental pattern in order to begin to change the results that we make in our lives. Many people that constantly complain about the same issues and constantly feel hurt and betrayed by others, may not realize that deeply hidden in the unconscious mind, is a mental program running for an emotional payoff.  There is a payoff for every emotionally driven behavior and thought, whether positive or negative, that can be used to manipulate types of responses that you want to get out of other people. We can choose to let them go once we have honestly identified the negative emotions that are repeating patterns, and then digging deeper for the emotional payoff that is received from that behavior.

When we are not self-aware and we continually feed into the same negative behaviors without making an effort to change them, we are continuing to feed into duplicity at the expense of being totally honest with others, with upfront and open communication. Sometimes these negative behaviors happen in our more intimate and emotionally connected relationships. Many people may not be aware they are emotionally duplicitous with others, and that is a seed of deceit that will generate a return of more of the same.

To go deeper and commit to let go of running mental rackets in order to receive an emotional payoff from them, we can spend some time to untie the knot between the negative behavior and the emotional payoff habit. Spend some time alone honestly assessing the negative patterns you may have running mental rackets that are tied to emotional payoffs. What’s important to recognize is that undesirable or negative behaviors are often associated with a mixture of wanted and unwanted consequences. One of the most important payoffs that is often associated with undesirable behavior is the reduction of anxiety and tension. There are many different types of undesirable and negative behavior that are used as coping mechanisms, that actually help people temporarily reduce their feelings of mental or emotional anxiety.

Once you have more clarity on the deeper reasons why this undesirable pattern has emerged, then find the vulnerability to share honestly with that person when you have noticed this dynamic occurs in that relationship. First, share the negative thought and behavior that has become a habit, once you have identified this happens between you and another person. Allow yourself to be vulnerable and reveal to this person the emotional payoff that you receive for using this negative behavior between you. Then commit to this person and yourself that you will not run this negative behavior and emotional behavior racket anymore to the best of your ability. Then declare to the person what is the most essential parts of your relationship that you value, as well as discovering the ways to build deeper trust together.

This is a time of Reality Check so that we can see what damage has been done that has left coping mechanisms and mental rackets, taking stock of what we have left to mentally and emotionally process, so we can live and speak in the deepest truth and integrity that we are capable of. Blind spots in our awareness or the perception that we hold of others that keep us in denial and living inside the deceptive psychological defense programs, or running mental rackets cannot continue. We are being rid of layers of drama, trauma and defense mechanisms that we have been operating unconsciously and consciously as the result of being a 3D human. Many of us on the ascension path may find ourselves deeply enmeshed in clearing these emotional and archetypal patterns now. It may show up as a part of healing the larger macrocosm mental rackets or healing something in your personal life, however the process of revelation is the same. All of humanity is subject to running these mental rackets and programs. This process can be painful as it requires that you give it all up at the Altar of inner spirit, nothing is held back, nothing is sugar coated, nothing is veiled from your ability to see or live by the truth as you know it. All we need to do is drop any resistance and let the circumstance self-correct as we participate by compassionately witnessing the pattern as it is being shifted or completely dissolved and removed. It is also dissolving the membranes that create energetic walls of separation that exist inside of us, so that we can be more whole within and therefore also be more whole in our interactions with others.  This can be an intense time of spiritual awakening and expansion, so taking the necessary time out and being gentle and forgiving in these circumstances, is the practice of building energetic self-mastery.

Our mental body is our inner consciousness.  Our outer physical body is a manifestation of our inner consciousness, our mental body. It is the product of the thoughts that make up our belief system. Whether consciously or unconsciously, our thoughts will eventually manifest in our outer world. In order for healing in our outer world to be anything more than a temporary fix, we must transmute the origins of the dis-ease in our mental body. Otherwise, our outer symptoms will eventually return to reflect our inner turmoil. The bottom line is we must change our consciousness.

Not all imbalances in our mental body will have obvious manifestations in our physical body. Some may manifest more obviously in our emotional body and/or the circumstances we create in our lives.

To use myself as an example, while I am the child of a white mother and black father, I grew up in a single parent family. I didn’t know my father growing up, my mother did not speak of him. This fostered in me a deep sense of abandonment and confusion, on account of having no male influence and no connection to my black heritage. In order to cope on the mental and emotional levels, I developed a prejudice against black men. This was a mental sickness. I was a child with black ancestry who, for all intents and purposes, was racist!

Although not something I was proud of or shared with many, it was a belief system I held well into my twenties. Only when I immersed myself in African culture did I somehow find the cure. By surrounding myself with black men, I was able to transmute the negative core belief that had plagued me for most of my life. It was that simple: immersion.

Your mental body lives in duality. It is ultimately conscious of both sides, but is easily conditioned and influenced to favor certain attitudes, especially when you are young and vulnerable. In my case, not only did I protect myself from a sense of abandonment through the formation of warped beliefs, my attitudes were also shaped by the fact that I grew up in an area where covert racism was the norm. When I traveled the world, I didn’t consciously decide that I was going to heal my mental affliction, it seemed to just happen. With hindsight, I learned something fundamental that allows me to help others with their own transformations.

In your quest to heal negative attitudes and beliefs, there are certain holistic therapies that can directly help you heal the mental body. However, it’s important to note that any healing that takes place in the mental realm also affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Everything is connected. Here are three examples of ways to heal the mental body:

Heal the Mental Body with Dance and Music Therapy

Do you feel a sense of joy and exhilaration when you dance to your favorite music? I’m guessing the answer is yes! Dance therapy has been used as a complementary energy medicine since the 1940’s and is thought to help alleviate symptoms of depression and promote overall health. I would have to confirm this, based on my own experience of using dance and music to lift my mood. It’s fun!

 

Heal the Mental Body with Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is often used to treat trauma, depression, and addiction. Hypnotherapy is said to be effective because it accesses the subconscious mind, not just the conscious mind. It treats the whole person rather than just the symptoms that show up in the conscious mind, which typically accounts for only 10%. Hypnotherapy reaches the deeper levels of mental issues that are buried and often completely blanked out as a result of some traumatic experience. In addition, hypnotherapy helps to remove the underlying blocks in the mental and emotional bodies, thus making affirmations more effective. It is only our mental and emotional blockages that prevent our positive affirmations from manifesting.

 

Heal the Mental Body with Light & Sound Therapy

Light and sound therapy works by balancing the chakras and bringing the bodies into alignment with their natural harmonics. Each part of our energy system has a unique rate of vibration. When any aspect is out of sync, ill health can occur. In simple terms, sound and light therapy works by restoring our natural resonance. Continued use trains our bodies to vibrate at their natural frequencies.

Whatever beliefs or attitudes you have that are holding you back from your highest joy and excitement, find a way to shift your consciousness to believe the opposite. Surround yourself with people who have healthy attitudes and avoid those individuals who feed your negative beliefs. If your goal is to heal a dis-ease in the physical body, surround yourself with people who believe you can heal. Avoid those that feed your fear or tell you ‘it’s not possible!’

Anything is possible if you believe! Your thoughts create your reality. You may have to make some difficult decisions to withdraw from certain people. In order to successfully transmute negative beliefs, you must leave behind ALL that does not serve you. Make everything you do, read and say affirm the positive mental attitude you want to cultivate. Know this, even the most ingrained and extreme negative attitudes can be transformed quickly. What generally takes the time is finding the willpower to initiate the change. Once you make the commitment to heal, that healing is well within your grasp. Plant the seeds in your mental body and eventually those seeds will grow and flourish in all aspects of your being. Before you know it, you will be transformed.

ERIC RAINES: “Protection/Extraction Protocol Prep” (Guided Energetic Clearing)

This technique specifically induces chi flow up the spine and down through the arms and legs, and tingling/movement, or rushing sensations should be felt through the body, especially the arms if you have fairly decent flow in your body.  If you do not experience these sensations as you go through the breathing/visualization/movement of the technique, you have blockage in your body that is not allowing you to access your chi flow.  To clear blockage to enable chi flow, follow the tutorials in this video at least three times a week for two weeks.  Focus on breathing into all corners of your body, including the toes and fingers, and everything in between. Increase your repetitions of the Chi Kung movements up to 30-40 times for each session, and if you feel comfortable, do the Chi Kung twice a day.  Opening up your flow and clearing blockage will start to induce flow through your meridian system, but pinch points and interference from the etheric control systems might cause discomfort.  If, when going through this process of clearing out blockage to access your flow, you feel uncomfortable spots in your body such as buzzing, pain, pressure, burning, or movement sensations, breathe chi and life into the areas, gently coaxing the pain to smooth out and flow, opening the area where the discomfort is located, with an internal command/visualization of relax, open, and let go.

Once your chi flow is able to be felt, you can move it around at will in your body.  Breathing in chi feels much more meaningful, and the more you move and practice with it, the stronger and more sensitive you will become.  With this sensitivity, you can begin to explore sensation outside of your body by pushing your inner chi, out of the body into a bubble around you.  Intuitive sensing in the beginning is as simple as finding the areas inside and outside of you where the energy does not easily flow.  Because seeing the etheric control systems are fairly hard to do without lifting your frequency to be able to perceive them, you can easily find them simply by finding where the energy does not easily flow, or does not flow at all.  Expansion in this questing internally and externally is fairly easy with practice.  In the beginning, you only get hints and faint inflections of what might be or might not be, but the trick is to trust it. If you feel like something is blocking the flow, something IS blocking the flow.  The more you practice and stretch your awareness out, the sharper and more in tune your perception becomes.  Continuing with this steady practice, one day when you are pushing a wall of chi against a spot that is not moving, suddenly you see a black spot, resisting the flow in the light of your energy.  It might be small, as in the size of a quarter, or large as in the size of a house, but suddenly you can see it.  Once at this point, you can take your consciousness and project it like a flashlight, looking around you to see the world for what it truly is.  Shining a bright beam of chi illuminates the darkness around, exposing anything hiding, watching or interfering.

The energy I use in my work is always brilliant gold, like a piece of the sun.  When attuning your chi to a color, this is as simple as feeling the chi flow, and visualizing it whichever color you wish the energy to be.  My affinity for the brilliant gold comes from that naturally being the color of my energy after a series of energetic activations, but you can attune your chi to any color you wish.  I find gold is much stronger in removing implants, parasites and entities, simply for the fact that it contains all frequencies of light, both visible and invisible in it.  When we take a prism to break apart a beam of sunlight, we can see all the spectrums of light inside of that pure, golden beam, including all of the “invisible” light that we can not see.  Gold light is not a preference for any color, but a preference for all colors, seen and unseen, and it resonates the strongest against the pure black, darkness of the control grid, and is thus my method of choice for healing, protecting and extracting.

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body.  Fix that and there is no disease, ever.  The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater.  Which one are you using to heal?

Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality.  We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it.  The outcome depends on both.

Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state.  How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment.  There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body.  Rectify that, and disease cannot exist… it would be impossible.

All the emotions are varieties of two: fear and love.  Fear/stress is contagious and causes contraction: inhibits creativity, brain activity, inhibits the immune system, selective perception and over extensive periods of time leads to breakdown.  Love (positive beliefs and emotions) has high impact and causes expansion: creativity, physical and mental endurance, more productivity in shorter time because we take decisions quicker because we are receptive and highly perceptive.  This a question of Math, HeartMath, as per the contribution in this field of the HeartMath Institute: when one has accurate information, they make better decisions.

The research behind the evolution of HeartMath came from the idea that the body’s emotional response to events do not always occur from “top-down” processing (i.e., the brain sends signals to the heart and other organs, and the body responds accordingly).  Rather, it has now proven that often times our emotional state triggers our heart to send out its own signals to the brain and other organs, and the body then responds accordingly.  For instance, while two-way communication between the cognitive and emotional systems is hard-wired into the brain, the actual number of neural connections going from the emotional centers to the cognitive centers is greater than the number going the other way.  Have you ever: Made a “rash” decision?  Done something dangerous on impulse?  Taken a risk because you believed in it?  This research helps explain the influence emotions have on our ability to think and act.

In fact, researchers at HeartMath have determined that the physiology and nerve centers of the heart are so complex and active, that they constitute a “brain” all on their own, termed a “mini-brain.”  We now know that the heart contains cells that produce and release norepinephrine and dopamine, neurotransmitters once thought to be produced only by the brain and ganglia outside the heart.  Even more remarkable is the discovery that the heart produces oxytocin — the “love hormone” — in concentrations that are as high as those in the brain.

 

7 Simple Actions To Create Positive Feelings

 

1.  Think about the colleagues who helped you today.  Thank them in your heart.  Think about your current assignments.  Know that they will work out well and work from this space

2.  What is it that you would like to have professionally?  A new project?  With whom?  Think about it in detail, be specific and imagine you are already working on it.

3.  Entertain the feeling of celebration that arises in your heart.  From this space take the appropriate actions to make it happen.

4.  Find ways to help your colleagues, or make them feel that you care.  Do one invisible act of kindness per day, or more if you want to.

5Before starting your work day give thanks and envision it the way you want it to be.

6.  When finishing your work day give thanks and clear it of negative emotions (which come out of fear that we know now is illusion) Do not take them at home or preserve for the next day.

7.  Smile.

 

The time of crisis is literally here: there is the fast pace of our world, the assault of too much to do with too little time and resources.  Being in the present moment is just a concept for most of us and has little translation to daily life practice.  Fear is widespread and is polluting us on a very cellular level: hypertension, autoimmune diseases, cancer, infertility, chronic back problems, anxiety, and depression; the list could continue forever.  The difference is how we interpret crisis because we can be at complete peace in the midst of chaos.

Can we live the life we want?  Can we be authentic in our speech?  Can we identify and release our underlying limiting beliefs so that we begin a new commitment towards genuine compassion, abundance, love and connection?  Your commitment will show in your body and intentions.

The planetary body is shifting into the higher frequency band that is located in the next Harmonic Universe.  The collective consciousness has been shifting through the layers of the higher dimensional frequency bands quite consistently, during the Ascension Cycle.  However, what is happening now has a massive impact on the configuration of the construct that makes up the individual and collective mental bodies.  The impact to the three lower layers of the mental body construct generates forces that create intense energetic pressure upon people’s bodies, in so that they learn to adjust their 3D ways of thinking, behaving and negative ego coping mechanisms to evolve into the higher mind.  Many people may feel the pressure as they are being forced to move past old 3D identities and let go of the false self.  As a result of current shifts, all people are being pushed to recognize and feel the differences between the authentic core self and the false identities used to mask pain and trauma.  This discernment is needed to help people develop into their higher mental bodies, in so that they can align to the higher frequencies that are transmitting during the current collective consciousness shift.  The planetary body is rolling up the lowest three frequency bands, 1D, 2D and 3D.  This means that the lower three dimensional frequency bands will cease to exist in the same way they have on this planet.  This produces a massive pressure upon the constructs that exist as the lower mental bodies, which for some people with unhealed trauma, will be felt as surges of electrical pressure on the nervous system that generates even more mental anxiety and physical tension.  We are under a lot of pressure to recollect our soul fragments and transform into a new and higher version of ourselves.  This pressurized sensation upon our body and mind can bring up feelings of fear as we progress into facing the unknown and overcoming fears of uncertainty and self-doubt.

The false self or the false identity is usually formed to generate inner walls in our unconscious mind as a result of unhealed painful trauma and fears.  This wall of separation that exists between our unconscious mind and conscious mind hides secret negative beliefs or internal fears that we have collected about ourselves as the result of how we perceived life experiences.  For some people, these deeply buried fears and pain is so devastating that they avoid addressing it, as it can sink them into a dark abyss of emotional pain that they do not know how to cope with.  To hide from this emotional pain, they develop coping mechanisms to help them better survive in the 3D world of obligations and stress, while living in a culture that emphasizes escapism, which is pain and fear avoidance.  People in pain form opposite sets of compensating behaviors, which means they act out behaviors that are actually the opposite of who they really are, in so to keep up appearances or expectations connected to their belief system.  These negative habits form into coping mechanisms that help them to deal with the anxiety they feel that is created from past unhealed pain and trauma.  These compensating behaviors turn into fear coping mechanisms in order to get through life, people putting up a façade or false identity that they believe other people will accept or love.  Or they may be reduced into impersonating other people’s behaviors around them in order to feel safe, and other peoples behaviors become the mental body architecture that form into the false identity mask that they show to the world.  When we allow others the power to dictate to our identity, we become lost, confused and very unhappy.

At this time it is important that we not seek to repair and reprogram the false identity mask of the negative ego’s pain, that part of our lower mind that has compensated behaviors to hide away our deepest fears that we are unlovable, worthless, or inadequate.  It is time to break through the ego walls of separation and fear, to discover the true authentic core self, to recover our core self through unconditional self-love and unconditional self-acceptance.

In order to break through the false identity mask and recover our core self, we have to be willing to face the core negative belief we have about ourselves and address the emotional pain that it created.  The task for emotional and spiritual healing is to find out what the core pain belief system is and dismantle its control over our behaviors, especially when it has created dual or more false identities as coping mechanisms for fears.  This happens when people have separate identities that they show different people or they adopt a certain personality in a variety of social settings.  As an example, the personality behaviors that exist when at home alone and the other personality behaviors that are exhibited in public or in social settings, are either false identities or connected with the authentic core self.  These examples of false identities are created in order to meet social expectations or appearances, and this marked change in personality while in private or in public can produce split personalities with splitting behaviors.  If we exist in false identities and behave in-authentically, wearing masks in our everyday life, suppressing our true emotions and feelings, we are unable to tell what is real and what is false, and this produces self-delusion, a person that has no core self with little emotional and mental stability.

To address our core negative beliefs and core wound, we must look to the frustrations and irritations we feel in everyday life, by listening to the inner dialogue we have that is negative about ourselves, negative about others, negative about our conditions.  Many people’s core wound is generated in their earliest memories during childhood, and this emotional pain may have been defined in previous lifetimes in similar situations, when the same emotional theme played out and was not resolved and healed, it is replayed into this current lifetime.  Drilling down the core wound of unhealed emotional pain and fear, takes us into the classic case study of ego walls of separation, feeling disconnected from experiencing or feeling unconditional love and self-acceptance.  Each person will grow to develop their own ego defense mechanisms that reinforce the experiences of separation, which take us away from giving or receiving unconditional love.  When we live in fear, our body constricts and we hold back our heart, suppressing our feelings, withholding authentic and truthful communication which increases emotional and mental pain.  When we live in a fearful state, our body will constrict from tension, it will contract away from giving and receiving unconditional love, and this denial of self-love is the main cause of continuing to experience and accumulate emotional pain.  Our beliefs around family and our connections to family lineages will give important insight and clues to the negative core beliefs and wounds that we are struggling with that we have inherited from the False Parent.

The False Parent is the main Victimizer Archetype that is used to create pain and trauma in the child, when that child is totally dependent upon that adult person.  When abuse is suffered in childhood, destructive attachments and negative bonds are formed within that child that carry into adulthood, if they are not cleared.  To free the body, mind, emotions and spirit from the bondage of trauma induced by parents or others when we were children, we must take responsibility to learn how to love ourselves and unconditionally forgive what has happened to us.  This action dissolves the causality and the consequential effects, as well as later entanglements that this pain has created throughout the child’s timeline, all the way into adulthood.

If we hold a vision of humanity as eternal souls coming into the material reality to learn lessons to grow and purify ourselves spiritually, it is easier to see that most people have forgotten who they really are as they are wearing many false identity masks.  It is rare today to meet with completely honest, balanced and authentic people.  Thus in this reflection, we may have forgotten who we really are and are still bargaining away our soul.

The core wound we hide from is the shock and trauma we experience when we feel separated from unconditional love.  This core wound organizes our ego identification in ways to help us feel more safe in the world, many times draining away our creativity, love and sexual connections.  Overcoming our resistance to face inner pain or fear requires that we undergo the dark night of the soul process so we can experience the direct knowledge that we can come through our fear and pain, and become fully connected to experience the state of unconditional love.  Many people require a spiritual crisis, which starts as a life crisis of some kind, in order to get to the level of desperation that pushes them to let go of everything fully.  In this phase of letting go, going past the fear, they find themselves in a new state of awareness with an open heartedness that releases the floodgates of unconditional love, compassion and empathy.

When we resist the emotional and spiritual process required to address our hidden core wound and pain, it can occupy us for many years in seeking psychological, emotional and spiritual healing work.  The core wound is most commonly generated in the pre-verbal or non-verbal areas of the brain, body and consciousness, thus it is greatly entwined with the physical body, CNS, as well as the functioning of the three layers of ego.  If there is no self-awareness of the pain held in the triggering of this core wound, the wound takes over the body and runs on automatic through the nervous system and brain.  To bring unconditional love and stabilize it into our body and conscious awareness, we need to identify the organizing belief systems that trigger our core pain.  We must remember who we are in our spiritual essence, our sense of true core self, before we took on the fear based belief that we were separated from love.  If we are willing to feel the wound that led to the pain generated from our separation from unconditional love, this reveals to us where the wound is located in our body, or where the black emptiness resides.  Our core wounds manifest as an aching emptiness or black hole somewhere in our body, usually found in the heart center.  Once identified, the black holes of pain need to be filled with the light of unconditional love and forgiveness.

To go beyond Core Fears and Recover the Core Self, this quick exercise may be helpful:

Source the Belief System: Identity the negative belief system that drives the core wound, that spreads emotional and mental pain and leaves fear residue and constriction sensations in your body.

Connect to your Physical Body: Identify where the core pain or aching wound can be felt in your body and body parts.  Pay attention and observe how your body constricts and closes down in fear when you are feeling your core pain or core wound.

Observe the Fear, Witness: Stay present to the core fear and pain without trying to change it or shift it immediately.  Observe it as being connected to your physical self, your biological self.  Do not try to make the fear or wound as something positive, or bargain it away, just allow yourself to be fully present with the fear and pain, without believing it to be true.  Call it out for what it is, the negative ego or predator mind.

Experience Vulnerability while Feeling Pain: Be open to feel the vulnerability that pain may make you feel, without assigning any labels or value of good or bad.  Stay present to experience unbearable pain as an energy, thought form and vibration, staying as open as you can to witness it in your body.  If you can focus on the feeling of being vulnerable, allow yourself to be fully innocent, knowing that being comfortable with emotional vulnerability is a great strength. .

Invite in Unconditional Love: Bring to mind and imagine yourself in your eternal spirit body before this core wound, pain and the negative beliefs existed.  In your mind, completely surround the fear, void, blackness, in the body, and area of pain with the unconditional love, light and power of the Krystal Star and Godhead.  See your entire body lit up in God-Sovereign-Free imagery, enlightened, free and liberated from pain.

Most people fear that if they let go of their personality structure, they will not exist.  Primal fear surfaces when we get close to our true spiritual essence and core self, because it is the ego death, and the ego mind has programs that act as defense and survival mechanisms.  The Negative Ego will fight to protect its survival, it will use every trick and deception to prevent you from discovering your true core self and authentic nature.  Do not be afraid to face it head on.  Our spiritual source is the true power on our side and it is important to remember this fact when the mind attacks with fears and phobias.  In order to transcend the fear and mental body attacks, stay in the present moment and remain formless and transparent, as the compassionate witness.  The more we practice this exercise in disciplining our negative ego from going into its mental attack loops, the easier it gets, as we gain spiritual strength.  We gain incredible strength when unconditional love is reborn as our new unifying principle, our true core self’s spiritual power and human dignity surfaces, and we are no longer shattered and overwhelmed by life’s circumstances.  As we develop to become more grounded in our true spiritual core, the false identity will stay in the background of awareness, but it ceases to be the driving force of our life any longer.  When our true spiritual core self and spiritual connection is restored through consistent devoted attention, it automatically weakens the power of core fears and the ego defense mechanisms.  When our focus and attention is consistently relaxed and expansive, we are no longer constricted and limited by the framework of the automatic habits set in place by the negative ego mental body construct.

Unconditional loving presence in the now moment, and learning to relax and allow whatever emotional material is surfacing in our awareness, is the primary inner spiritual work we need to do.  Each emotional layer that requires healing must be processed in its own order and timing, when we feel strong enough to stay open and vulnerable to feeling and witnessing the emotional pain and trauma that is in core wounding.  Staying open and willing to process personal emotional pain may happen for extended periods of time in order for the emotional imprint and residue to completely release from the body.  Emotional pain and trauma is like a black seed embedded in the energetic matrix and cell memory of the body.  Each of these emotional seeds have a lifespan from the accumulated experiences that gathered that particular emotional theme.  With consistent loving attention, kindness and self-care, the emotional seeds of pain will complete their lifespan and it will pass away forever, clearing away and healing the layers of the body.

The people that remain in the 3rd dimensional consciousness during this shift will find themselves increasingly uncomfortable, extremely pressurized and unhappy.  Thus, many will feel the squeezing pressure to transform rapidly through the alchemical theme of polarity synthesis, which helps to bring completion to these old karmic patterns from the past, if we are willing to let them go.  This purging process will add or subtract the required blueprint patterns that we may need to meet these new coordinates in the earth grid, and to help clear out the unstable or dark force influence in our lives.  We are being purged deeply and the remaining content is processed into higher light and consciousness, to be stabilized and synthesized into the body, in order to improve energetic coherence and recover our core self.  Our responsibility now is to practice unconditional love to all that we see, and to see everything and everyone around us as connected to the unified whole.  At the same time, we make clear intentions of where we place our consent, in higher authority.  This loving intention and compassionate practice will keep our heart open and aligned to the source field, and will make the transition much more comfortable.

1. Get a drink of water.

Get a drink of water.

You could be dehydrated! Your body needs water. Not juice, soda, or alcohol — get a tall glass of water and make yourself drink all of it.

2. Make your bed.

When you have a lot to do and it feels overwhelming, making your bed can be the first step in getting your life on track. It will also (hopefully) discourage you from getting back into it.

3. Take a shower.

Take a shower.

Life feels different when you’re clean! And it can give you a burst of energy if you’re feeling lethargic. Wash your hair and give yourself a head massage.

4. Have a snack — not junk food!

Did you eat enough today? It’s super tempting to eat junk food when you feel like crap. If you don’t feel like making a whole meal, maybe eat just a piece of fruit; something you can burn throughout the day and not in a burst of five minutes.

5. Take a walk.

6. Change your clothes.

Even if you aren’t going to leave the house today, put on real clothes. Or, if you’ve been wearing the same uncomfortable clothes all day and feel restless, change into your sleepy clothes and slippers and relax.

7. Change your environment.

Staring at the same four walls day after day can be drudging. Can you work from a cafe, a library, or a friend’s house? If you can add going somewhere to the list of things you did today, you may feel more accomplished.

8. Talk to someone, not on the internet — it can be about anything.

If you don’t feel like talking through your troubles, that’s OK. Visit a friend, talk to them about a movie you saw. Call your mom and see how she’s doing.

9. Dance to an upbeat guilty pleasure song.

NOT ELLIOT SMITH! Pick something high energy and bump it. Dance like a rock star for one song to get your blood pumping again.

10. Get some exercise.

Do some cardio, work up a sweat. If you don’t have the time for a whole workout, look up a sun salutation on YouTube and stretch for as long as you have time. Do some push-ups or sit-ups at your desk.

11. Accomplish something — even if it’s something tiny.

Do you need to grab some groceries? Schedule a doctor’s appointment? Reply to an email? If you can’t get to the big stuff on your list, focus on the small stuff, and don’t forget to congratulate yourself for getting something done.

12. Hug an animal.

If you don’t have a pet, can you visit a friend’s? Or can you go to an animal shelter?

13. Make a “done” list instead of a “to-do” list.

Instead of overwhelming yourself right now, start feeling better about what you did get done. You can add “brushed teeth,” “washed dishes,” or “picked out an outfit” to your list. It doesn’t matter how small the task, prove to yourself that you’re effectual.

15. Give yourself permission to feel shitty.

Give yourself permission to feel shitty.

You’re allowed to have a shitty day, and you don’t have to fix it all right now. If you try to fix it and it doesn’t work, that doesn’t mean it’s hopeless. Give yourself the time and space you need to feel what you’re feeling.
