LISA RENEE: “Finding Inner Peace as a Lifestyle”

Many people are undergoing extreme internal and external chaos during the frequency shift and the resulting changes it imposes on one’s lifestyle. The forces of transformation are chaotic and confusing to an unprepared mind and body. For those that are called to awaken, the Ascension cycle imposes the dismantling of previous ego identities and their predisposition to create the condition of stressful and imbalanced lifestyles. When we are stagnant in our life, running a treadmill of repeated patterns, these patterns repeat over and over and that oppresses and suppresses our consciousness growth. This makes a human being feel truly unhappy and isolated from connection and meaning.

Being stagnant in our identity, routine and daily schedule, also suppresses our personal development. When we commit to use tools for personal development, we may learn how to regain our true humanity and find value in the principles of expanding and protecting life force. Expanding and protecting Life force is the energetic currency of the coming times, and too many of us have prostituted our life force for material things that have no value to the soul. This stagnation of the soul, promotes anti-life values and spiritual oppression. This oppression weighs even heavier on a burdened mind, and therefore a burdened body. A burdened body and cluttered mind becomes unhappy, soul disconnected, chaotic and then sick. Sickness of the Spirit-Soul stems from the Sickness of the mind.

When a mind is gripped in sickness from burdens that it does not release or let go, its many results are:

  • Obsessions
  • Ruminating
  • Panic Attacks/Fear
  • Delusions (thinking about hypothetical situations over and over)
  • Confusion
  • Pathologies, which erupt to cope with reality
  • Addictions and substance abuse

Like many challenges in life, letting go of negative emotions, negative thoughts and clearing your mind is much easier said than done. However with consistency, tools and practice, anyone can learn to clear their mind and let go of mental obsessions in a way that works for you personally. This takes some dedication and effort towards one’s desire to have peace in one’s life, no matter what the external circumstances.

Personal anger and blame is not productive for anyone that is unhappy with some person or circumstance in their life. To empower oneself, one must take full responsibility for their emotions, thought forms and their interactions with others. Without personal responsibility one’s life will descend into a spiral of pain and suffering, with excuses made for promoting negative behaviors. The person this hurts the most is the person generating the negative thoughts. No matter how much you are angered by someone else, that person is not nearly as impacted by your generated hate thought form as you are yourself. This is an action of self sabotage. Stopping the cycle is imperative by learning how to revalue oneself, revalue others and live a life where one can achieve a sense of inner peace and calm. From the inner calm, which can be generated from a clear and calm mind, one can be present in the moment to enjoy what life has to offer right now. As you open to be in the now moment, you open to a multitude of opportunities that would not be seen nor perceived with a cluttered and confused mind. The more confusion, the more chaos, the more internal pain one will experience in themselves. All of us can stop this destructive cycle in our lives now.

Be Here Now

This is called mindfulness in the Buddhist tradition, which is the understanding of training one’s mind to become fully present in the now moment. It is a type of meditation to immerse yourself, to be fully present in any activity that shows up in front of you. It involves slowing down and focusing on one thing, the thing that is present and in front of you now. If that thing is an activity, fully immerse yourself in that activity happening now.

Refocus

The best thing one can do to clear one’s mind when having trouble removing an obsession or rumination is to shift your focus. Bring a positive activity into your life to change your focus; through exercise, chi gong, reading a book, listening to music, playing with a child. Take a break from stress and worry by refocusing yourself to be fully present to another activity.

Breath Work

Retraining your nervous system and reprogramming your mind, is entirely possible through the application of breath work. If quieting your mind has become extremely difficult throughout the changing energetic terrain of the external ascension landscape, change your inner landscape by releasing your mind lock through this suggested breath work tool.

Meditation

Consistent meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind. Meditation can be applied through many different techniques, and is helpful for facilitating forgiveness and letting go of negativity in many forms. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit, relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the “thought” pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the now moment.

Try Emotionally Cathartic Writing

When one feels bursting at the seams from inner frustration, and the mind is anxious, it may be helpful to try to express all thoughts and feelings on paper. Writing them out may help one to be able to let them go and release them. Through journal writing or self-inquiry, one can delve deeper into the topic that is creating the mental anxiety. This way it allows for an examination of emotions and may allow inner epiphanies to become clearer, allowing for better emotional conflict resolution. When one is open to allow different alternatives to be received as potential resolutions, this allows the mind to shift out of its anxious pattern. Shifting out of these patterns is called cognitive restructuring, which resets brain synapse firing. Changing ones thoughts changes ones brain chemistry, allowing new creative resolutions to old problems, making shifting out of old patterns possible.

Unraveling old behaviors can be extremely humbling and give one the sense of the true immense force that exists within the emotional body. It is important to witness them and try not to be overwhelmed or consumed by them. Here is a little exercise to assist in regards to closure and acceptance on all past patterns or circumstances. It is extremely helpful to give voice to what may be unresolved conflicts in your mind, or that have been unexpressed and unacknowledged.

For each person or circumstance, here are the questions to ask yourself and write out completely:

  1. List all resentments
  2. List all regrets
  3. Write all unsaid or undelivered communications
  4. List anything you would have wanted to acknowledge to that person or in that circumstance but did not. When it feels complete, burn or shred the paper and Invocate out loud:

Ascension Avatar note: Lisa dedicates this to Starseeds who have gone through life as ‘targets’ or ‘victims’. It’s funny because just minutes ago before reading this article, I was thinking about how in this life, nothing and no one has ever been successful in ‘messing with me’. The ones who tried always ‘fell on their butts’ somehow, or in one case where they unjustly tried to get physically violent, got a broken jaw before they could blink. No, it isn’t good to be violent, but it’s nice to have a strong inner spirit as a personal protector and an example for others… It’s also good to have a wise loving heart that understands why people behave the way they do… and what’s even better is knowing the ‘final outcome’ of people and events… as a cue… to let go and keep going onward and upward…

Many of us that are on the Ascension path, or have awakened to remember ourselves as a Starseed, have come to the earth during the Ascension Cycle to actualize our unique blueprint and mission, attempting to embody the highest template of Christos Consciousness possible, and to help support the mass planetary awakening. Most Starseeds chose very challenging earth bloodlines to incarnate into during this cycle, as well as co-created very aspiring spiritual missions in pre-birth agreements, to stretch themselves into the outer limits in order to reach their heroic probability. We knew what was at stake in this specific incarnation. Thus, many of us have front loaded intense consciousness lessons and karmic clearings in this lifetime, in order to master the polarities and entities, and to gain mastery over the technological mind control and learn about the anti-human culture impacting this planet. As a result of the front loaded 3D earth lessons, many of us have suffered through intensely disturbing and difficult childhoods, trying to make sense of the world around us, as well as cope with the dysfunctions and abusive situations arising between our own biological family members.

Most Starseed people suffer from extra levels of memory wipe and are harassed more directly by the NAA, starting in childhood, in order to discourage them from discovering their true mission and spiritual purpose. As a result of this specialized dark harassment, many of us may develop an unconscious complex and pain body thinking that something is deeply wrong with us, or that we are a bad person, because we cannot understand how we found ourselves in this strange predicament. Was I a mass murderer in my previous lifetime, that this ill treatment is actually justified? You have a right to be baffled and confused by this ill treatment, as nothing is as simple as it seems, and the narrative we have been told is false. We have to awaken and remember why we came to the earth during the Ascension cycle.

Before we incarnated into 3D earth, we understood our responsibility to heal the family of origin bloodline, and that the spiritual support we would have to complete ancestral healing would be made available to us. We just did not remember or know how much hard work that would actually turn out to be! Additionally, after some years of slogging through the miasma, at the master number age of 33, we generally reach another threshold of completed genetic pathcutting and kundalini activation. Our holographic re-patterning expertise is now applied to the collective consciousness grids of the earth, making us a gridworker by default, an acupuncture point to run rainbow frequencies into the grid, sharing our unique DNA pattern with the earth. We find ourselves with streams of light and kundalini current blasting out of random body parts, sparks coming out of our hands and fingers with an increasing sensation of an open and widening heart and crown used for spontaneous transiting and soul retrievals. Sleep no more Christos Starseed, because now your body is an organic God technology in which during sleep and awake hours there is no difference, you travel to the ends of the Universe to answer the clarion call, and work with other spiritual family members on what needs to be done.

In this stage of development our personal world explodes, all personal interest and preference in 3D is washed away into non-existence, and all that is left is the truth spirit and Service. As a result of this Starseed mission, many of us not only suffer from an Orphan Complex, during various stages of our ancestral clearing and healing process, but may also experience ourselves as being singled out as the “black sheep”, the oddball, the outcast, the weirdo. Many conventional 3D earth people around us seem to sense that we are energetically different, like they know we are different but cannot put a finger on what is different about us. They do not feel comfortable about those differences, and begin to develop clever ways to verbally attack, emotionally manipulate or cope with the fear that is surfacing by blame shifting. Gaslighting 101, straight from the NAA dark press. Many times a Starseed person can feel singled out for isolation, ridicule, ostracism, and being accused of things that they did not do, acting in the archetypal role of scapegoat. Oh my scapegoating, let me count the ways, how many times were others emotional burdens thrust upon me as if it was my fault? Standing there like a wallflower trying to go unnoticed, only to be subjected to another’s emotional theatrics, a boatload of dark spit balls and etheric weapons only to be told it was my fault. This repeated pattern does not exactly help our confidence levels, as when you are considered the odd person out in a group of people, where you don’t feel to be fitting in anywhere, it’s a lonely and bewildering proposition.

However, the most important piece in this Starseed experience is that although it is not pleasant to have people easily feel they can use you as an scapegoat or whipping post, it is a great learning opportunity to master the world of forces, and the 3D negative ego. To understand that if you do not completely love and accept yourself and reclaim your own spiritual power, someone or something will try to rip this light out from inside you by making you feel small. On this planet the default setting is to use ridicule and character defamation by the local schoolyard bullies to make you feel bad about yourself. We must come to the level of recognizing ourselves for who and what we are as Starseed people, unapologetically but harmlessly, knowing it is our job to take our power back, and to love ourselves unconditionally for all we have been through, knowing it all has purpose. We cannot keep acting as the doormat for parasitic exchanges, being sucked dry from idiot compassion, allowing our light, our heart and spirit to be eroded by those who are run by fear and intimidation.

This is my public confession as a Starseed, that I have always been considered to be the oddball, the black sheep, the weirdo. The one that people around me cannot understand, and to be constantly criticized and put down by those around me that seek to gain control over what they cannot understand. As a youngster, I had thought of myself as the red head step child, the beat up kid that the Universe didn’t want. God knows it took me most of my life to understand and fully accept my Starseed-ness, in so that I could reclaim my personal power and stop caring what others thought about me. In order to fully reclaim my authentic Christ Self, I had to choose expressing my personal truth over all things, and learn to ignore the stream of dark accusations leveled towards my service mission. The dark is the darkness, and it lives in the shadow of ignorance and confusion in people’s minds, it just is the way it is. As a spiritual catalyst, as a person that loves truth over discomfort, I have never been popular or well liked, instead my mere presence makes some people deeply uncomfortable. All of my life was a struggle to conform to others expectations of me, struggling to make ends meet, struggling to make it through the day, living as someone else that was unrecognizable to me. Even now in my own direct field of experience, I tend to be labeled as things I’m not. I live my life on earth as generally feeling very misunderstood by the majority of people, the fish in the wrong pond, an oddity here on planet earth.

I share this experience with the Starseeds of this world so that you know you are not alone in feeling this way, the earth is a strange and beautiful place, but the judgmental nature of the mind control here is set up on turbo. And this takes some getting used to, that you will be labeled or looked at to be the black sheep, or an oddball, for just being yourself. And this is the made up persona used by others unconscious pain in so that you are made to be the whipping post for that unresolved emotional content which is not understood, and remains unreconciled in the shadow selves. Some of the most baffling things I’ve learned about being on the earth, is that in general, 3D people do not understand the value system of ‘live and let live’. Instead, they tend to immediately act threatened if you do not want to conform to their lifestyle and agree with everything they say. Somehow 3D people take this personal, which is really strange to me. How is it that just being myself, as authentic as I know my inner self, to be threatening to another? This is earth, and its surreal down here.

Recently, we had a Starseed community member share that she felt she walked around the earth with a big “F-You” on her forehead. This blog is dedicated to you, and all of us that have felt this same way over the years. She shared that people seemed to react to her in excessively negative ways to put her down, and wondering why this parade of people seemed to want and even enjoy sending an stream of emotional garbage while excluding her. I laughed out loud, having recognized this pattern throughout my life also, as in the hardest times of my spiritual nomad phase, I was convinced that I was marked with a message in my etheric layers that said “kick my butt”. Later I learned that my butt was getting kicked really hard because:

  • I had to learn my lessons, see my influence and not abuse my power.
  • I had to totally love and accept myself, the real part of me that is unique and seems weird to others.
  • I had to take full responsibility for my mission, my life, as it is now.
  • I had to toughen myself up and stop with the idiot compassion.
  • I had to listen to my inner spirit always, no matter what.
  • I had to trust God and no one else, fearlessly.
  • I had to see where the darkness was blocking me from achieving my mission.
  • I had to motivate myself to keep going, never give up, even when the dark was royally kicking my butt.

Starseed people, you have been blessed with unique and sometimes otherworldly gifts that make you appear to be different to others. So many of us struggle to find common interests with the 3D lifestyle, and yet this is not who we are and what we came to offer this world. In many ways, you are a person from the future, and are some of the brightest and biggest lights in this world. You have much value to offer the people in this world. Sometimes the brightest lights threaten to outshine others around them, and sadly, this tends to make others feel insecure about themselves. So next time someone says an off-color remark, remember this person feels insecure about themselves. I know you don’t think you are powerful and so bright, but you really are! Muster the courage to reply and say something kind, bless them to find inner peace, and go on your merry way. Insecure and fear based people are a plenty in this world, and a simple act of kindness in the face of insults can actually restore faith in humanity.

Starseed people, do not make yourself small and cringe when you are ill-treated in this way, called the black sheep or weirdo, a person that is excluded from the mainstream acceptance. We are here to resist the mind control programming, we do not conform to the slave mentality, you are here to show the way for others around you. Being unique and different means that you are making an original contribution to the earth culture and impacting the world by fearlessly shining your light, and speaking and acting in your personal truth and from personal integrity. Personal Integrity is the quality of being truthful and honest with yourself and others, it means living as you are right now, aligned with your own personal value system. From this day forward, may your personal prayer include that you commit to serve your heart and that you will always be true to you. Honor your entire being and honor your life force, inquire and put forth the effort to know the real contents of your heart’s desires and look for that higher purpose to keep spiritually growing. And only really give to others what feels joyful and aligned for your person. Do not bargain yourself away or sacrifice your truth, be bright, be light, be harmless, but stay strong and steady on the course! We are in this together.

NIKKI SAPP: “How To Be Confident While Remaining Humble”

Somewhere along the line what we recognized as confidence may have been misconstrued a little. We started associating traits like aggressive, loud, opinionated and arrogant with being a confident person. You’ve probably seen the type, or maybe you are the type.

They know FOR SURE that what they believe is the unequivocal truth. Therefore they need to tell everyone about it… constantly.

When they aren’t able to convince someone to believe exactly as they believe they may be caught calling others, “asleep” or a “sheep” or any other plethora of derogatory names that I probably can’t mention here. We also may have misconstrued what it means to be humble a little bit too. Being Humble is associated with weak, shy, meek, and someone who cowers to others.

Someone who is so unsure of themselves or their beliefs that they keep them to themselves and are too insecure to tell everyone they meet their opinion on everything. Is there a way to be both? Can a confident person also be a humble person? In order to answer that question we must dissect what it means to be truly confident, and how does “artificial confidence” come about.

There are many reasons a person may develop artificial/arrogant confidence. One may be cognitive dissonance, which means they may be holding on to a belief so tightly that when evidence is presented that contradicts this belief they may be completely unwilling to look at the new evidence. They may have become so attached to this belief that it has become a part of their sense of self.

Since they are completely attached to who they think they are it may be a painful experience for them to open their mind up and see things from a different perspective. The actual energy behind holding on to a belief so tightly that you are unwilling to let it go is fear.

The human ego is always afraid to be found out, so to speak, therefore, any threat of someone or something coming along and debunking one of its belief attachments may bring about a negative emotional reaction such as anger. Anytime anger is involved we can be assured that fear is the culprit behind it.

Genuine confidence doesn’t need to get angry because there is no part that fears being wrong or that others aren’t believing them. Another reason a person may develop artificial confidence is because they are insecure.

An insecure person may not truly believe in their theory or themselves so they feel if they can convince others that they are absolutely the right one they can at the same time convince themselves.

This is often done in an aggressive manner, because they are attached to the outcome of people believing them. Again, the fear behind not achieving the outcome they desire is causing them to act in a rude or aggressive manner. Genuine confidence can remain quiet, kind and humble because there is no underlying fear that needs other people to believe exactly what they are saying.

Genuine confidence is humble. It kind of realizes that most people are operating from their own level of understanding and trying to convince them that they are “stupid” or “wrong” usually won’t work anyway. The humble part of them realizes that LIVING and BEING their truth is always more effective than incessant talking or convincing ever will be.

Also, humble confidence isn’t attached to being right. In fact, it happily welcomes new ideas and beliefs because it knows that only when it opens itself up to seeing things from all perspectives is it able to perhaps learn something new.

In order to maintain humble confidence about our beliefs we must do two things. One is question ourselves….constantly. You may ask yourself, “Do I know absolutely without a doubt that this belief is true?” Meaning, “Did I see it with my own eyes”- normally the answer to this will be no.

So not to say that you won’t have some beliefs about things that involve situations that you weren’t physically there, but it just means that you always maintain a healthy sense of doubt about your beliefs.

This doesn’t mean that you’re unsure of yourself, it means you are wise, because it means you are open to hearing new evidence. Or you can ask yourself, “Is it possible that I am so attached to this belief that it has become a part of who I think I am?” Or even, “Does it matter if the person I am telling about my belief believes me or not? In this present moment does the fact that they are convinced or not convinced change anything in this exact moment in time?”

You may find that most of the time, the answer to that is “no.” The other thing a person can do in order to remain humbly confident in their beliefs is to realize that every person they come in contact with can only understand things from their own level of understanding. Which means they are only operating from their own personal programming which may or may not be completely different than yours.

So yes, there may be times when you tell someone something and you enlighten them to something that they hadn’t thought of before but there will also be times where any effort to convince will fall on deaf ears.

When you are unattached to the outcome, you will be fine with either without getting frustrated or angered. Once we realize that our “truth” may not be someone else’s “truth” we can completely relax into interpersonal relationships and take every interaction with a human being as a potential learning experience, which will allow us to always be learning and growing as a person.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “The Road to Resilience”

Dear ES Family,

Over the last decade, with the steady amplification of polarities, the rising intensity of external energies and forces, the challenges that we may have to face that test our character, test our mettle, seem to have been greatly magnified. We have often spoken about the planetary Dark Night of the Soul, and by observing the outer world, its clear that its in full swing. Over the past year, I have prayed countless times for guidance on what is the best process for helping people that are enduring extreme challenges, and painful transitions, when they have not been educated with strong coping skills or given proper support towards knowing the absolute necessity of cultivating resilience. We live in a culture of mind control to shape weak characters, and habits that weaken our mind, body and energy field, so that we are easily overwhelmed by dominating forces and challenges. Life on earth is not easy, it is a tough school of knocks in which we can learn a tremendous amount, especially now.

To survive these challenges, we have to look at life on earth as lessons and learning, looking at painful or negative events as an opportunity to see something that we did not see before, or to change how we perceive the world around us. As we learn from our life experiences and we can observe more clearly, we gain more emotional intelligence and the ability to explore our true purpose. Why did you come to earth now? All of us have things to accomplish on earth during the ascension cycle, and these experiences are deeply personal, intimate and unique to who we are. No other person can define the spiritual purpose for another, this is our responsibility to find out. To gain an accurate assessment of the reality we find ourselves, we will need to know ourselves very deeply. We may need to take off the rose colored glasses of denial in order to to see the accurate truth inside things, or we may need to find the light that does exist in the darkness while it sleeps, finding faith, love and acceptance in the spirit of humanity. At the rate of change and transformation we are enduring resilience is an important skill to cultivate for mental and emotional wellbeing.

Stability, Resilience and Tough Times

People may have gathered many delusions in their belief system about what it means to be happy and to feel pleasure, which is instant gratification that is portrayed by the mainstream media and consumptive modeling to make us believe in such fantasies and crafted advertisements as if they are real stories. Instant gratification teaches us little, we cannot learn about ourselves and the world we live in, if we believe instant gratification and selfish desires are the meaning of life. This is a luciferian and satanic narrative to keep us weakened and trapped in material delusions and Service to Self ego games.

Learning how to deal with difficulty, being willing to really see the truth of the matter, is much more productive than clinging to an illusion. To feel content and connected, it is required that you learn how to be strong and self reliant, that you pick yourself up after a fall, and that you know how to refocus your mind away from emotional sadness when you don’t succeed or get your needs met. One of the most important skills we need today, is to live in peace with unmet desires and needs. Attachments make us suffer greatly, and as such we should have preferences and not attachment to the outcome. This does not mean you give up, it means you never give up and look at life as lessons that build character and strength, you keep moving forward the best way you know how to in the moment.

How can you find the inspiration to persist instead of getting depressed or angry when things go awry, and to accept that they often will. Much of the time, life on planet earth is about conflict resolution and learning how to synthesize energies in the world of extremes, to neutralize polarity and return to peace.

How do people deal with difficult events that completely transform and change their lives? The death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious illness, criminal attacks and other traumatic events. These are all examples of very challenging life experiences. Many people react to such difficult circumstances with a flood of strong emotions and a sense of uncertainty and fear, bringing on mental paralysis or anxiety.

What enables people to generally adapt well over time to life-changing situations and stressful conditions? Navigating life’s challenges requires life skills. To develop life skills, you have to live through your life, gaining experience, gaining wisdom from hard earned lessons. This process involves resilience, it is an ongoing process that requires time and effort and engages people in taking a number of steps. Developing resilience is a personal journey towards maturity whereby each person will have to choose different approaches in order to build personal resilience. Resilience is an important energy building tool, being resilient also helps to keep healthy boundaries that build a stronger energy field, or aura.

Building Resilience Principles

  • Connect to your higher purpose and meaning in life.
  • Maintain perspective, look for the larger picture.
  • Find ways to implement your unique talents and strengths.
  • Be realistically optimistic, seek truth for accurate assessments.
  • Generate postive feelings and gratitude for what you do have.
  • Be open minded and flexible in situations, be willing to persevere.
  • Reach out to like minded souls, find connection with others that understand.

Learning from the Past

Focusing on past experiences and sources of personal strength can help you learn about what strategies for building resilience might work for you. By exploring answers to the following questions about yourself and your reactions to challenging life events, you may discover how you can respond effectively to difficult situations in your life.

Consider the following:

  • What kinds of events have been most stressful for me?
  • How have those events typically affected me?
  • Have I found it helpful to think of important people in my life when I am distressed?
  • To whom have I reached out for support in working through a traumatic or stressful experience?
  • What have I learned about myself and my interactions with others during difficult times?
  • Has it been helpful for me to assist someone else going through a similar experience?
  • Have I been able to overcome obstacles, and if so, how?
  • What has helped make me feel more hopeful about the future?

Emotional Intelligence

To cultivate resilience we will also need to understand emotional intelligence. Over the years, I’ve noticed a theme that the older you are, it may be easier to gain emotional intelligence, some people are very emotionally competent and managing emotions is easy for them. While others have to work a lot harder to tame unruly emotions, and need a different approach to clear pain body impulses. The more experience you have in exploring and managing emotional states, the deeper you know yourself, the easier it is to have emotional intelligence. Younger folks seem to struggle with this more in the current tumultuous terrain.

Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to monitor one’s own emotional state and be able to observe other people’s emotions and to distinguish between different emotions and identify them appropriately. When emotional states are able to be observed and discerned for their quality, one may use this emotional sensory information to help guide thinking, behavior and actions. All humans experience some emotional state that help guide our actions in life.

As our Emotional Intelligence increases, one will experience a variety of positive transformations in one’s life. Destructive behavior patterns of the past may transform into more positive behavior as one begins to solve the mysterious puzzle of human interactions and gain a quiet and confident understanding of them. Anxiety may yield to more peaceful, tranquil, and contented feelings as ones deeper emotional understanding increases. One starts to gain improved self-confidence and feel empowered, and less confused and frustrated with circumstances. Overall, one can transform from confused to confident; from clueless to comprehending and enlightened, from fragmented to coherent, from shallow to deep, and from oppressed to liberated, as one learns how to become the authentic self.

We must remember that we are in a war over control over the mind, and limitations and pain we feel are also created in the mind, which means we have the power to remove and clear them from impacting us. Our goal is to build strength in our inner world via inner reflection and meditation, which is building the energetic strength of our energy field, while learning how to observe and remain neutral to what happens in the outer world. We change the locus of power, giving power to our inner spirit and inner world, while removing external influences form having power over us. This takes some time to master.

How do we get there? Building Resilience over time.
