LISA RENEE: “Finding Inner Peace as a Lifestyle”

Many people are undergoing extreme internal and external chaos during the frequency shift and the resulting changes it imposes on one’s lifestyle. The forces of transformation are chaotic and confusing to an unprepared mind and body. For those that are called to awaken, the Ascension cycle imposes the dismantling of previous ego identities and their predisposition to create the condition of stressful and imbalanced lifestyles. When we are stagnant in our life, running a treadmill of repeated patterns, these patterns repeat over and over and that oppresses and suppresses our consciousness growth. This makes a human being feel truly unhappy and isolated from connection and meaning.

Being stagnant in our identity, routine and daily schedule, also suppresses our personal development. When we commit to use tools for personal development, we may learn how to regain our true humanity and find value in the principles of expanding and protecting life force. Expanding and protecting Life force is the energetic currency of the coming times, and too many of us have prostituted our life force for material things that have no value to the soul. This stagnation of the soul, promotes anti-life values and spiritual oppression. This oppression weighs even heavier on a burdened mind, and therefore a burdened body. A burdened body and cluttered mind becomes unhappy, soul disconnected, chaotic and then sick. Sickness of the Spirit-Soul stems from the Sickness of the mind.

When a mind is gripped in sickness from burdens that it does not release or let go, its many results are:

  • Obsessions
  • Ruminating
  • Panic Attacks/Fear
  • Delusions (thinking about hypothetical situations over and over)
  • Confusion
  • Pathologies, which erupt to cope with reality
  • Addictions and substance abuse

Like many challenges in life, letting go of negative emotions, negative thoughts and clearing your mind is much easier said than done. However with consistency, tools and practice, anyone can learn to clear their mind and let go of mental obsessions in a way that works for you personally. This takes some dedication and effort towards one’s desire to have peace in one’s life, no matter what the external circumstances.

Personal anger and blame is not productive for anyone that is unhappy with some person or circumstance in their life. To empower oneself, one must take full responsibility for their emotions, thought forms and their interactions with others. Without personal responsibility one’s life will descend into a spiral of pain and suffering, with excuses made for promoting negative behaviors. The person this hurts the most is the person generating the negative thoughts. No matter how much you are angered by someone else, that person is not nearly as impacted by your generated hate thought form as you are yourself. This is an action of self sabotage. Stopping the cycle is imperative by learning how to revalue oneself, revalue others and live a life where one can achieve a sense of inner peace and calm. From the inner calm, which can be generated from a clear and calm mind, one can be present in the moment to enjoy what life has to offer right now. As you open to be in the now moment, you open to a multitude of opportunities that would not be seen nor perceived with a cluttered and confused mind. The more confusion, the more chaos, the more internal pain one will experience in themselves. All of us can stop this destructive cycle in our lives now.

Be Here Now

This is called mindfulness in the Buddhist tradition, which is the understanding of training one’s mind to become fully present in the now moment. It is a type of meditation to immerse yourself, to be fully present in any activity that shows up in front of you. It involves slowing down and focusing on one thing, the thing that is present and in front of you now. If that thing is an activity, fully immerse yourself in that activity happening now.

Refocus

The best thing one can do to clear one’s mind when having trouble removing an obsession or rumination is to shift your focus. Bring a positive activity into your life to change your focus; through exercise, chi gong, reading a book, listening to music, playing with a child. Take a break from stress and worry by refocusing yourself to be fully present to another activity.

Breath Work

Retraining your nervous system and reprogramming your mind, is entirely possible through the application of breath work. If quieting your mind has become extremely difficult throughout the changing energetic terrain of the external ascension landscape, change your inner landscape by releasing your mind lock through this suggested breath work tool.

Meditation

Consistent meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind. Meditation can be applied through many different techniques, and is helpful for facilitating forgiveness and letting go of negativity in many forms. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit, relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the “thought” pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the now moment.

Try Emotionally Cathartic Writing

When one feels bursting at the seams from inner frustration, and the mind is anxious, it may be helpful to try to express all thoughts and feelings on paper. Writing them out may help one to be able to let them go and release them. Through journal writing or self-inquiry, one can delve deeper into the topic that is creating the mental anxiety. This way it allows for an examination of emotions and may allow inner epiphanies to become clearer, allowing for better emotional conflict resolution. When one is open to allow different alternatives to be received as potential resolutions, this allows the mind to shift out of its anxious pattern. Shifting out of these patterns is called cognitive restructuring, which resets brain synapse firing. Changing ones thoughts changes ones brain chemistry, allowing new creative resolutions to old problems, making shifting out of old patterns possible.

Unraveling old behaviors can be extremely humbling and give one the sense of the true immense force that exists within the emotional body. It is important to witness them and try not to be overwhelmed or consumed by them. Here is a little exercise to assist in regards to closure and acceptance on all past patterns or circumstances. It is extremely helpful to give voice to what may be unresolved conflicts in your mind, or that have been unexpressed and unacknowledged.

For each person or circumstance, here are the questions to ask yourself and write out completely:

  1. List all resentments
  2. List all regrets
  3. Write all unsaid or undelivered communications
  4. List anything you would have wanted to acknowledge to that person or in that circumstance but did not. When it feels complete, burn or shred the paper and Invocate out loud:

I resolve any and all vows and agreements that I have taken, anyone in this body has taken, and anyone within my genetic lineage has taken pertaining to:

In the scientific and Spiritual communities, it is fairly common knowledge that time truly does not exist. Time has been manipulated into a single flow of point A to point B, instead of the all encompassing essence of the infinite, or the eternal NOW. What most have not been able to grasp, is that simply by existing inside of time and accepting it as fundamental in how your reality functions, you are opening yourself up to multiple access points.

It is only when we step into time, once we cross over into the adult world of work, bills, and increasing pressures, does time begin to hold sway. The age old adage of “Once you turn 18, time just goes faster and faster.” explains everything. As a child, 5 minutes can feel like a half hour or sometimes even longer, simply because we have no other worries than doing exactly what we are doing right then and there. It is only when we are older and have time limits and deadlines that we impose on ourselves every day does time begin to infect our consciousness. This is the fundamental barrier between the childhood consciousness where everything is possible and magic is only around the corner, to the fully sterile, sanitized, compartmentalized and fractured “adult” mentality

In a place of frantic rushing, we cannot find stillness.

In a place of worry outside of the now (fear of the future, regret of the past), we cannot find peace.

In a place of rigidity, we cannot enjoy the flow.

In a place of hate, we cannot find a smile

In a place of closemindedness, we cannot understand the deeper nature of what is real and what is not.

By stepping into the NOW, by experiencing THIS MOMENT as fully as possible, you automatically phase out the list above. In the NOW as fully as possible, there is no frantic rushing. There is no place to be other than right here, right now, thus the term “late” does not even exist. Focus on what you have control over in the moment. If you are “late”, turning yourself into an emotional and energetic nuclear explosion serves nothing but the entities that are feeding on that resonance. Breathe. You will arrive when you arrive.

By stepping into the NOW, there is no past, there is no future, there is only direct 5D experience. Fear of what is coming and regret at what has been cannot exist, simply because the direct experience of the NOW, with 100% of your focus firmly placed there is all there is. There is no time to worry, because you are outside of time.

By stepping into the NOW, we immerse ourselves in the experience. Completely immersed in the moment means that you are directly dialed into the nuances of the experience, completely in tune, yet not micro-managing the event….completely in sync, yet not directing. This allows for simul-flow, or direct reaction to the NOW without thought or intention….it is a state of just being. In this state, true physical magic is possible.

By stepping into the NOW, there is no place for grudges or building resentments. In the now, you are in a constant state of shifting to accommodate the container (water flows into the teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water flows into the cup, it becomes the cup). If there was emotional friction in one moment, in the next moment there is only cooperation because there is no past in the NOW. With no preconceived biases or stereotypes, we meet each other as people, not categories. People are naturally generous, happy, compassionate and loving….when they stem from the NOW.

By stepping into the NOW, there is no trying to fit the situation into your understanding of how things are. By stepping into the NOW, you see things for what they truly are, not what your belief system dictates is real. This by far is the most important thing you can do for yourself while in this reality. By releasing the agreements that the collective consciousness has imposed on our reality, we can then see into the heart of this Matrix. By becoming aware of the parasitic construct, we now have the power to do something about it. Energy flows where attention goes, and the parasitic construct has more light and attention on it right now than ever before.

Stay in the NOW dear ones. Breathe. Experience fully. Observe in wonder. Spark the inner child back to life. We got this

How to clear your energy field of harmful external projections

Once you are in the space of the Cosmic Flush, ask your God Self and the Galaxy Being to send any harmful, un-loving projections back to the God Self of the sender. Pause for a moment, and ask your God Self to bring back all of your OWN harmful, un-loving projections that you have sent out so that you can address them in time as your God Mind sees fit.

This process may take some time, so it is important that you stay focused on the NOW and don’t allow your ego mind to analyze who is sending you harmful projections, or even what is being projected onto you. Ego analysis will invariably lead to an ego judgment of the energy present. Instead, keep your state of present moment awareness, simply acknowledge that the energy is present and focus on your God Self sending the energies back to the God Self of the sender.

A helpful mantra to use if you want is: “What’s yours is yours, what’s mine is mine.” Remember to stay in a neutral state of mind. Judgment, anger, resentment, victimization or any other non-loving emotion will slow down or halt the process.

If you feel that there are external energies “stuck” in your energy field, ask the Galaxy Being to deliver transmutational holograms to free up any stuck energies so that your God Self can give that energy back to the God Self of the sender. The Galaxy Being is extremely efficient at hologram delivery, so allow it to do the work so that you don’t get bogged down in details.

It is of the utmost importance that you ask your God Self to return these un-loving projections to the God Self of the sender. If you know somebody is sending you harmful or unloving thoughts and you send their energy back to them from your ego level, you will perpetuate a battle of ego wills that will only escalate to the point where you and the other person are psychically attacking the other. This is counter-productive to our goals of clearing our energy fields. When you allow your God Self to return the energies back to the God Self of the sender, the “transaction” takes place at a level beyond ego duality, beyond drama and struggle.

The reason you will want to bring back your own projections is simple: Everyone has a vast amount of energy tied up in judging others, condemning events, resisting the way things are in this moment, etc. When you ask your God Self to bring this energy back, you are tapping into a metaphorical gold mine of your own energy.

Not all of this energy will be immediately available, but by disengaging your own unloving projections and disentangling from the harmful projections of others, you put yourself in a state of inner peace and clarity that will serve you in clearing your energy field of unresolved issues from this life and other lives as well. CONSCIOUS REMINDER: Staying Present In The Now — Here’s What You Can Do To Pursue Your Dreams”

Every one of you has probably noticed that regardless of how hard you try, you cannot make your long-run plans anymore. It just means that when you try even harder, you will probably make certain things happen.

However, today’s lives are not working in that way anymore. Instead of making plans and then working hard on them, you are guided to ask for someone to guide you and set your intentions about the following two or three steps towards that same intentions.

However, unless that guidance comes, nothing is going to work well, no matter what you do.

“Making the things work” ended.

The time of ‘making the things work’ has ended. Are you waiting for your guidance to show up? Are you permitting your life to open out just as it is going to? For a lot of people, this may seem like you are standing still.

However, when you remain still for a more extended period, you can notice that the approach does not mean not taking any action, but it is simply about staying here and be present, to every level of your knowing and being.

Staying very present is aware action.

When you stay present at every level means that you are taking conscious action. So, it will allow you to be right in that present moment — entirely.

It is going to put your focus here and right now. You will look toward your future, but you are not really overlooking what happens now, as you are quite busy as you focus on far off goals.

To be and remain present will allow your soul to come next to you entirely. So, this is the place from where guidance of everything you have to do appears — your soul.

Your soul wants to be the creator of your life.

Your soul wants to live inside you and through you. This is the reason why it creates the conditions which require you to widely open to it.

Also, that is why your soul drives the shift in your human experience. It wants to create your life with you. It also intends to be the co-creator of your life and even the rest of this world.

It seems like the soul has conspired. It does not let your long-term plan to work as you want, as it wants you to become more present and long enough, so it may come into you more entirely.

Deep breathing, meditating, or journalling are some things which you can do in order to connect with your soul and also become profoundly present. A lot of people do these things or take actions in this simple way.

What is going to happen when there is a specific thing waiting inside our imagination, and which desires to actually be born within us?

Usually, it may feel as our difficulties can make our dreams look like they are impossible to happen, so we will not believe that it will occur for us. Also, it can look like the ones that achieved higher levels of success actually have a better, to begin with than other people have.

But, success cannot come overnight, although every one of us has the chance to achieve it. When we faced tough times and struggles, most of us that were successful started bad and also experienced heartbreaking difficulties and struggles first, and that made us find the other self that transformed us.

So, at times we feel like we are not getting anywhere, we should not surrender, because the dream and idea were planted in our minds for some specific reason and it is all on us to show it — we can do it!

We should not get bitter, but get BETTER.

At a time of misfortune and rough times, we will probably think why us?

However, those times do not imply that we need to be stuck there forever. Tough and difficult times occur to every one of us, and the way we overcome those times is what later on determines our lives. Sometimes, such times can destroy us and lead us to take become addicts of drugs and alcohol. However, when such strong emotions may get focused on our purpose and dreams and gain a more constructive form, it will be time when every single thing may turn around.

A person named Helen Keller, the one that was born blind, deaf and dumb, and who marked the history of the great of life, is actually the evidence that regardless of the circumstances, a person can never be defeated.

The person who changed this whole world, as he invented cars, named Henry Ford, comes from a family that was uneducated and poor. However, he was working with everything he possessed, and he never waited for something to occur by chance. Instead, he followed his dreams, so the world also changed as a result of his great work. Moreover, Thomas Edison has failed about 10,000 or more times, without giving up of his dream.

There is just one difference between the ones that succeed and the ones that don’t, and that is never surrendering.

Here, we will present you the six steps to make your dreams become a reality.

The six steps for specific goals by Thomas Edison:

1. Focus on your mind and the most particular thing you desire.

2. Think about what would you like and try to do and give in order to get what you want.

3. Schedule the event.

4. Write openly about what you really want, put the right time, and mention what you have the intention to give — then, describe all that clearly.

5. Then, read that statement two times a day prior to going to sleep, and also when you wake up.

6. In the end, convince yourself about it being yours.

We are not supposed to wait for chance or luck, because everyone that succeeds what he or she wanted did that with great hope, and wishing and also mental work prior to acquiring it.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Leave The Past In The Past, And Start Living In The Now”

A lot of people are living proof of how they can be captured in the claws of the past. Signs which show that you are living in the past are many, but you need to be strong enough to recognize them.

Here are actions you should use in order to live in the present.

1. Don’t escape the moment

Life is a battle, trying not to face with the reality will cause you bigger problems. Facing the fear will hell you to overcome it. After dealing with every issue, you will be stronger as a person, and you will appreciate every minute spent in the present.

2. Embrace your pain

Everything that life serves to us, is served with a reason. You should embrace that and move on. Pain and suffrage are part of life, and we cannot avoid them. They makes us stronger, and enrich us with experience.

3. Ground yourself

No matter what your problem is, you need to stay grounded. In order to achieve this you can go outside, put your arms on tree, focus, and feel the object, analyze what you are hearing and feeling. You are here now, and there is no other place that you need to be.

4. Project a better future

What you are surviving now, will make you a stronger and smarter person. You deserve a better future, so with new experiences you are capable enough, to reconstruct your project for your future. Don’t be anxious, make your dreams become reality.

5. Remember what didn’t go wrong

Experience is the best thing that you can get from your past. Learn from the mistakes, and try not to copy them in the present. Think before you act, and you will build your life as if it was an empire.

6. Welcome new joys

You need to get free from the claws of the past, and let happiness to enter in your soul. You should give yourself another chance, and move on with your life. Live your life fully, for yourself and for the people around you.

7. Make necessary changes

Changes will make you to stay in present, not to lose yourself, and to stay focused. Eliminate the fear from new things, change your job, your home, meet new friends. Break the monotony down.

Once you do this, you will see how all of the pieces in your life are getting into their place. And it is really satisfying to watch, believe me.
