AHTAYAA LEIGH: “3 Ways To Heal The Mental Body”

590329a596bf91d2888b742e3bc7a5bb

Our mental body is our inner consciousness.  Our outer physical body is a manifestation of our inner consciousness, our mental body. It is the product of the thoughts that make up our belief system. Whether consciously or unconsciously, our thoughts will eventually manifest in our outer world. In order for healing in our outer world to be anything more than a temporary fix, we must transmute the origins of the dis-ease in our mental body. Otherwise, our outer symptoms will eventually return to reflect our inner turmoil. The bottom line is we must change our consciousness.

Not all imbalances in our mental body will have obvious manifestations in our physical body. Some may manifest more obviously in our emotional body and/or the circumstances we create in our lives.

To use myself as an example, while I am the child of a white mother and black father, I grew up in a single parent family. I didn’t know my father growing up, my mother did not speak of him. This fostered in me a deep sense of abandonment and confusion, on account of having no male influence and no connection to my black heritage. In order to cope on the mental and emotional levels, I developed a prejudice against black men. This was a mental sickness. I was a child with black ancestry who, for all intents and purposes, was racist!

Although not something I was proud of or shared with many, it was a belief system I held well into my twenties. Only when I immersed myself in African culture did I somehow find the cure. By surrounding myself with black men, I was able to transmute the negative core belief that had plagued me for most of my life. It was that simple: immersion.

Your mental body lives in duality. It is ultimately conscious of both sides, but is easily conditioned and influenced to favor certain attitudes, especially when you are young and vulnerable. In my case, not only did I protect myself from a sense of abandonment through the formation of warped beliefs, my attitudes were also shaped by the fact that I grew up in an area where covert racism was the norm. When I traveled the world, I didn’t consciously decide that I was going to heal my mental affliction, it seemed to just happen. With hindsight, I learned something fundamental that allows me to help others with their own transformations.

In your quest to heal negative attitudes and beliefs, there are certain holistic therapies that can directly help you heal the mental body. However, it’s important to note that any healing that takes place in the mental realm also affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Everything is connected. Here are three examples of ways to heal the mental body:

3 Ways to Heal the Mental Body

Heal the Mental Body with Dance and Music Therapy

Do you feel a sense of joy and exhilaration when you dance to your favorite music? I’m guessing the answer is yes! Dance therapy has been used as a complementary energy medicine since the 1940’s and is thought to help alleviate symptoms of depression and promote overall health. I would have to confirm this, based on my own experience of using dance and music to lift my mood. It’s fun!

Heal the Mental Body with Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is often used to treat trauma, depression, and addiction. Hypnotherapy is said to be effective because it accesses the subconscious mind, not just the conscious mind. It treats the whole person rather than just the symptoms that show up in the conscious mind, which typically accounts for only 10%. Hypnotherapy reaches the deeper levels of mental issues that are buried and often completely blanked out as a result of some traumatic experience. In addition, hypnotherapy helps to remove the underlying blocks in the mental and emotional bodies, thus making affirmations more effective. It is only our mental and emotional blockages that prevent our positive affirmations from manifesting.

Heal the Mental Body with Light & Sound Therapy

Light and sound therapy works by balancing the chakras and bringing the bodies into alignment with their natural harmonics. Each part of our energy system has a unique rate of vibration. When any aspect is out of sync, ill health can occur. In simple terms, sound and light therapy works by restoring our natural resonance. Continued use trains our bodies to vibrate at their natural frequencies.

Whatever beliefs or attitudes you have that are holding you back from your highest joy and excitement, find a way to shift your consciousness to believe the opposite. Surround yourself with people who have healthy attitudes and avoid those individuals who feed your negative beliefs. If your goal is to heal a dis-ease in the physical body, surround yourself with people who believe you can heal. Avoid those that feed your fear or tell you ‘it’s not possible!’

Anything is possible if you believe! Your thoughts create your reality. You may have to make some difficult decisions to withdraw from certain people. In order to successfully transmute negative beliefs, you must leave behind ALL that does not serve you. Make everything you do, read and say affirm the positive mental attitude you want to cultivate. Know this, even the most ingrained and extreme negative attitudes can be transformed quickly. What generally takes the time is finding the willpower to initiate the change. Once you make the commitment to heal, that healing is well within your grasp. Plant the seeds in your mental body and eventually those seeds will grow and flourish in all aspects of your being. Before you know it, you will be transformed.

DIANE CANFIELD: “Sociopathic Behavior And The Cure”

The Butterfly Effect

Since there is only LOVE — there is a separation with some that have not been loved and do not know what LOVE is.  This behavior when to the extreme can play out as what is termed sociopathic behavior.  What is really — lack of LOVE and separation from Source.

One of the attributes of a sociopath is to accuse others of what they themselves are doing.  This accomplishes two things for them, it takes the attention off of them and puts the victim in a defensive mode.

The victim then has to try to explain themselves when it is actually the sociopath that should be doing the explaining.  This is a common mechanism that is used by someone with no conscious and no connection to SOURCE.

They also feel they are above everyone else and untouchable.  They may also be charming and likable by many.  Yet few know the hidden secrets they carry and the way they manipulate others.

They do not operate on the same code of ethics that most of us do.  They operate on service to self, while making it look like they are service to others.

Empaths are especially vulnerable to this because we have a tendency to “care too much”.  We are the ULTIMATE nurturers and support for others.  This is the opposite of a sociopath that looks to use others for their own gain.

Energetically they feel chaotic and not peaceful.  They may seem to always be on edge waiting for someone to find them out.

We can see this in all walks of life, in business, family and all places where there are high profile people.

The answer to this is to LOVE ourselves enough to be able to spot this immediately when we see it.  We can not “care enough” to fix this person.  They have to at some point learn to love themselves enough to work on themselves and learn how to genuinely care for others without expecting anything in return.

The answer in the higher states is to have healing centers where they are shown what LOVE is and how to love others — just for the sake of LOVE

AHTAYAA LEIGH: “3 Ways We Can Heal the Waters of the Earth”

Healing Waters.jpg

Water transmutes, transforms, transfers and transmits information.  Most people have heard of the work of the late Dr. Masaru Emoto, who popularized the knowledge that frequency physically alters the structure of molecules in water.  He showed us that water infused with love forms perfectly symmetrical water crystals, much like a snowflake.  On the other hand, water that has had hate projected into it takes on a non-symmetrical form, basically a messy blob.

When water is programmed with the love vibration it reflects the perfection of God that is pure divine love.  The water literally becomes purified.  The purer the emotion of love, the purer the water.  The planet herself is made of 70% water, and our human bodies, as part of the Earth, contain almost as much.  When we fully comprehend this we can appreciate the power that water has to heal the planet and all living beings who live upon her, as part of her.

There seems to be an increasing number of incidents being reported about the contamination of water in recent years.  From the poisoning of the water supply in Flint, to the constant stream of radiation that is pouring into the pacific ocean from Japan.  Our water is desperately crying out for our help.  It’s time for us to wake up, listen and take action.  Each and every one of us has the power to take an action that makes a difference, and it’s simple to do.

As mentioned earlier, water transforms, transfers and transmits information.  With the power of our consciousness we can infuse water with our intention.  Science has proved this.  By filling our waters with love and peace, we can quickly spread that energy until it floods the entire planet.  As conduits for divine healing power we each have the ability to heal the waters and it’s time every living soul knew this.

1)  Bless your food and drink

Gratitude is one of the highest forms of love.  When we give thanks for our food we channel the energy of gratitude into it, and then when we ingest the food that gratitude is taken into our bodies, blessing every cell.  This consistent practice helps to raise our vibration, and thus the vibration of all beings on planet Earth, with whom we are interconnected.

Here is an example of a non-secular prayer/blessing:

“Thank you great spirit, universe, God [whatever feels comfortable to you] for providing me with this food.  May it bless my body, every cell, sending the message that ‘I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you’.  I give thanks to all beings that have made this meal possible, and wish all beings to be happy, nourished and free.  Blessed be, and so it is.”

We can also bless our food with sound when preparing it by playing solfeggio harmonics or chanting over the food.  For example, when preparing food or drink chant ‘peace’ three times over it.  Three is the number that manifests in the material dimension (3rd dimension), and so it is said that repeating an intention three times manifests that intention into physical reality.  The number three connects the body, soul and spirit.

2)  Charge crystals and give them to natural bodies of water

We can charge crystals with our prayers for peace and love for all beings on Earth.  Ask the crystals to delete any non-loving energies they come into contact with, including radiation and pollution.  Clear quartz works especially well for this purpose.  When charged, toss the crystals into any (and every!) body of natural water, such as a river, lake or ocean.  Like water, crystals are also powerful conductors of energy and when prayer infused crystals touch the water those prayers will be multiplied and amplified rapidly.  The prayers in the water will evaporate, forming clouds.  These clouds will create rain and our prayers will fall to the Earth far and wide, touching souls and activating the water molecules in their bodies.  This is science!

3)  Open portals at lakes and rivers flowing to the ocean.

We can open portals of peace at bodies of water that will allow golden light to enter and infuse the water with peace, again spreading it worldwide.  We can simply ask Mother Earth to help us safely open a peace portal and affirm that only pure love and light may enter or exit the portal and that all healing effects must be for the highest good of all in the manifestation of peace on Earth.

If we use the power of our emotions, our own water, to transmit our loving energy into the waters of this planet we can raise the consciousness of the entire world.  Feel the love and transfer it into the water so that the water may transmute all that is not love into love.  The impact we can have on the healing of this planet by doing this is almost unfathomable.  Let’s bathe our Mother Earth in love and heal our beautiful home so that she may be ready for the new era of peace.

ALEXA PELLEGRINI: “The Power of Water for Healing and Spiritual Growth”

ac30f6b80c7ef467c7228580008acc10

Our organs and our cells are comprised of water — in fact, up to 60% of our bodies is made from water alone!  Yet as a society, we continue to forget the healing benefits of water and consistently choose soft drinks, coffee, flavored water and energy drinks as water substitutes.  Water — and not Vitamin water or sparkling soda, but real, pure water is your best friend on your journey to repairing your mental and physical health and increasing your vitality.

Why Water is Vital to Your Overall Health

Imagine a dam in a river that’s been closed off.  Suddenly, the river’s flow begins to weaken, and everything that’s a part of the river’s ecosystem begins to fall apart.  Fish and small mammals can no longer absorb the nutrients they need from the water.  Waste from the river has nowhere to go, so its population dies off.  When the water disappears, so does the vitality of the environment.  The human body operates similarly: without water to usher nutrients and proteins throughout the body, the body’s organs begin to shut down.  Even the food we absorb can’t be properly digested without water to act as a lubricant.  Without water, our body also has no way to expel toxins or pollutants, which increases our chances of acquiring serious ailments from constipation to cancer.  The body’s ‘ecosystem’ perishes.

There’s one organ in your body that needs water the most: your brain!  The brain is 75% water.  Without proper water intake, the clarity of your thinking will decrease and you may be in a perpetual state of fatigue without knowing why.  The best way to preserve your brain health and boost its performance is not just to use it, but to nurture it and care for it.  Your brain never stops running, and it requires constant fuel.  So, before you reach for that cup of coffee in the morning, start your daily routine off on the right foot by showing some love to your gray matter and having an 8 ounce glass of water.

Water Not Only Nourishes Us – it Also Heals the Soul

Water has always been emphasized for its nutritional value, but its other healing benefits shouldn’t be overlooked.  Even observing the ocean or a flowing stream of water can soothe the troubled mind.  Perhaps one of the reasons we feel so comfortable in the water and listening to the sounds of rushing water is because it mimics the fetal state.  From conception, we develop while floating in the embryonic fluids of our mother’s womb.  Floating on the surface of a warm bath or pool can draw us into a state of total comfort and relaxation as we subconsciously return to feeling completely nurtured and protected, just like we did before birth.  When we surrender our need to be physically grounded and allow the water to hold us, we also lose our need for rigid self-control and total self-reliance.  One of the best ways to mentally unwind and relieve stress is to go for a swim, then float on your back and do some simple deep breathing.

Salt water is also a wonderful natural alternative to traditional anti-inflammatory agents.  Gargling with salt water helps strip away excess mucus and bacteria lingering at the back of the throat and in the tonsils to either prevent or treat a cold and a bad sore throat.  Bathing in warm salt water or swimming in the sea can help dry up acne, scab over minor open wounds and encourage the drainage of harmful toxins from the lymph nodes.

Listening to water during meditation and visualizing water are two excellent ways to help reduce stress after a long, difficult day.  The body, when held in a constant state of tension for long periods of time, has been proven to suffer — scientists have found a link between consistently high stress levels and an increased chance of getting heart disease, cancer, anxiety disorders and other serious conditions.  The following exercise will help you take advantage of the healing power of water to reduce your stress levels and stay well.

Step 1:  Begin by taking some deep breaths.  Continue to breathe until you quiet your thoughts and feel relaxed.

Step 2:  Start to envision any kind of water: an ocean, a stream, a brook, even the rain.  Construct this visual in your mind, then try to picture what the water sounds like.  Focus solely on the images and sounds running through your mind.  How does the sight and sound of the water make you feel?

Step 3:  Now, picture immersing yourself in the water.  Whether it’s allowing the rain to glide over your skin, or diving head-first into a beautiful, warm pool, visualize your anxiety, fear, anger and stress melting away as soon as the water touches your body.

Step 4:  Close the exercise with a few deep breaths, and exit the meditation feeling cleansed and revitalized.

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “4 Essential Oils You Need in Your Home and How to Use Them”

4 Essential Oils You Need in Your Home and How to Use Them (2)

Essential oils are natural oils that are distilled from a flower, plant or herb. Essential oils hold therapeutic properties and also carry an extremely high vibration.

Essential oils not only smell delicious but they can also be used for a variety of purposes and can help heal the body on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Unlike perfume oils, essential oils are non toxic and are much better for the environment, making them a a superior choice to artificially scented candles.

Even just by putting a few drops of essential oil with water into a diffuser can fragrance your entire home without any nasty side effects.

If you are looking to get started with essential oils, here are 5 of the top oils you need to start with and how to use them-

1.) Lavender

Lavender essential oil has so many therapeutic benefits, but what it is most famous for is helping to reduce anxiety and promote calmness. Lavender is the perfect oil to use when you want to relax and unwind for the day. It can also help you to switch off your mind before going to bed.

For the best effects, combine a few drops of lavender oil with water into a clean spray bottle. Shake and then gently spray your pillow and bedding. You can also place a few drops of lavender oil onto a small towel and place it under your pillow for peaceful sleep all through the night.

2.) Peppermint

Peppermint essential oil is extremely invigorating and can help to sharpen all of your senses. Peppermint oil is also energising, which means that it can give you a great pick-me-up at any time of day. One of the most popular uses for peppermint oil however, is helping to relieve headaches and even migraines.

Simply dip the end of a tissue with 1-2 drops of essential oil and then place the tissue in the opposite nostril of your headache. So if your headache is on the left side of your head, place the tissue in your right nostril. If the headache is in the middle, you can place a tissue in each nostril. Keep the tissue in for around 5 minutes and your headache will be gone or dramatically reduced.

3.) Tea Tree

Tea Tree essential oil is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal making it a great oil to use around the home. Simply mix a few drops of tea tree essential oil with water and use as a great, non-toxic spray for counter tops and bathroom surfaces.

Tea Tree oil is also great for helping to relieve acne and even reduce the appearance of redness and scars. Add 1 drop of tea tree oil to coconut oil or another carrier oil and apply on your skin. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to avoid using this on your face.

4.) Sandalwood

Sandalwood is an extremely rare and expensive, so it often comes blended with other oils. Sandalwood essential oil has an extremely high vibration and is often used for spiritual healing and clearing of negative energy.

Just 1 drop of sandalwood oil on the back of the neck is said to ward off bad energies and can help to release any toxic build up in your aura. Sandalwood oil can also strengthen your aura and help to activate your third eye.

Sandalwood beads or mala beads are also great to use during meditation, however due to the rarity of the wood these can be hard to come by. If you can find any plain wooden beads, you can rub them with sandalwood essential oil for a similar effect.

ERIC RAINES: “Protection/Extraction Protocol Prep” (Guided Energetic Clearing)

This technique specifically induces chi flow up the spine and down through the arms and legs, and tingling/movement, or rushing sensations should be felt through the body, especially the arms if you have fairly decent flow in your body.  If you do not experience these sensations as you go through the breathing/visualization/movement of the technique, you have blockage in your body that is not allowing you to access your chi flow.  To clear blockage to enable chi flow, follow the tutorials in this video at least three times a week for two weeks.  Focus on breathing into all corners of your body, including the toes and fingers, and everything in between. Increase your repetitions of the Chi Kung movements up to 30-40 times for each session, and if you feel comfortable, do the Chi Kung twice a day.  Opening up your flow and clearing blockage will start to induce flow through your meridian system, but pinch points and interference from the etheric control systems might cause discomfort.  If, when going through this process of clearing out blockage to access your flow, you feel uncomfortable spots in your body such as buzzing, pain, pressure, burning, or movement sensations, breathe chi and life into the areas, gently coaxing the pain to smooth out and flow, opening the area where the discomfort is located, with an internal command/visualization of relax, open, and let go.

Once your chi flow is able to be felt, you can move it around at will in your body.  Breathing in chi feels much more meaningful, and the more you move and practice with it, the stronger and more sensitive you will become.  With this sensitivity, you can begin to explore sensation outside of your body by pushing your inner chi, out of the body into a bubble around you.  Intuitive sensing in the beginning is as simple as finding the areas inside and outside of you where the energy does not easily flow.  Because seeing the etheric control systems are fairly hard to do without lifting your frequency to be able to perceive them, you can easily find them simply by finding where the energy does not easily flow, or does not flow at all.  Expansion in this questing internally and externally is fairly easy with practice.  In the beginning, you only get hints and faint inflections of what might be or might not be, but the trick is to trust it. If you feel like something is blocking the flow, something IS blocking the flow.  The more you practice and stretch your awareness out, the sharper and more in tune your perception becomes.  Continuing with this steady practice, one day when you are pushing a wall of chi against a spot that is not moving, suddenly you see a black spot, resisting the flow in the light of your energy.  It might be small, as in the size of a quarter, or large as in the size of a house, but suddenly you can see it.  Once at this point, you can take your consciousness and project it like a flashlight, looking around you to see the world for what it truly is.  Shining a bright beam of chi illuminates the darkness around, exposing anything hiding, watching or interfering.

The energy I use in my work is always brilliant gold, like a piece of the sun.  When attuning your chi to a color, this is as simple as feeling the chi flow, and visualizing it whichever color you wish the energy to be.  My affinity for the brilliant gold comes from that naturally being the color of my energy after a series of energetic activations, but you can attune your chi to any color you wish.  I find gold is much stronger in removing implants, parasites and entities, simply for the fact that it contains all frequencies of light, both visible and invisible in it.  When we take a prism to break apart a beam of sunlight, we can see all the spectrums of light inside of that pure, golden beam, including all of the “invisible” light that we can not see.  Gold light is not a preference for any color, but a preference for all colors, seen and unseen, and it resonates the strongest against the pure black, darkness of the control grid, and is thus my method of choice for healing, protecting and extracting.

GOSTICA: “Cats Are Empathetic Too and Help Us Heal”

Cat Empathy

As claimed by the Egyptians, the cat appears to see the spirits of the dead… and much more.

Anyone who has a cat, usually sleepy and lazy, has noticed that it sometimes looks up, even blowing furiously, towards something that the owner does not see.

The ability that cats have, for example, to be able to see that particular phenomenon that consists of the orbs, balls of energy appearing in photographs taken with digital cameras or with more sensitive film, is easily demonstrated and verifiable.  Indeed, there are several photos showing the cat observing with curiosity and interest in the direction of the Orbs spheres, invisible to man.

How is it possible?  In the specific case of Orbs, if it were an optical defect due to dust, as some scientists suggest, how could the cat show interest or fear for a simple speck of dust?  If, however, they were different entities, not necessarily spirits, but only energy, then the special cat ability to sense vibrations and frequencies unknown to man, could be explained in scientific terms.

The particular sensitivity would allow cats to see objects and phenomena that the human senses, not particularly developed, cannot perceive.

Just because scientists do not have the tools to observe a phenomenon, it does not mean it does not exist.

Cats appear to possess a range of specific skills, such as, empathy.  Who owns a cat, has certainly experienced the phenomenon whereby when you’re not well, our friend somehow “feels” it and tries to transmit energy to the diseased part.  A stomach ache, an intestinal disorder… that’s where our cat curls up on, giving us a warmth and a feeling of incredible well-being.

No coincidence that today we are using this empathy for the famous Pet Therapy, which successfully cure various ailments also psychic.  It is not the only power available to our four-legged wonder: unique among animals, the cat tries to sleep on the so-called Hartmann Nodes, like those particular intersections of the Earth’s magnetic field lines, which envelop the entire planet regular intervals.

If a man stayed long over one of these nodes, would have a feeling of fatigue: it is not so for the cat, which seems contrary to relax over these nodes avoided by all other animals.  Because?  This perception of magnetism is known in many animals, such as migratory birds.  But the cat does more, it is as if it was in connection with the Dark Energy that permeates the entire Universe.

Is this is the secret of cats?  Is this warmth healing that they transmit us when we are sick?  If we think that this energy – theorized and demonstrated through mathematical calculations, but not yet spotted because the aforementioned sensory deficit in human beings – is related to the ancestral magic rituals related to the concept of the Mother Goddess, it explains how the Egyptians had been able to deify the cat, as an exponent of the same ground universal female deity.

But in all this, what are the practical consequences?

On the one hand, you consider the cat as an evolved, intelligent and sensitive, perhaps even more than the man on an emotional level.  For this reason it is necessary to treat it in an ever respectful behavior, however, that you should keep with all living beings.  And to observe its nuances and learn to perceive the subtle worlds, invisible dimensions that surround us.

KIMBERLY SNYDER: “The Amazing Healing Benefits of Gratitude”

Healing Benefits of Gratitude

If you’re alive and reading this, you have something to be grateful for.  That’s great news!  This post will give you support in practicing gratitude on a regular basis, so you can better heal yourself, while lowering stress and anxiety, enhancing your sleep, and improving your relationships.

The Healing Benefits of Gratitude

You may not realize that something as simple as expressing gratitude — something that costs nothing and takes very little time — can have such an impact on your health.   Yoga Masters have been teaching for centuries that gratitude is a key component of a happy, balanced and healthy life, but it’s nice to see that it’s in alignment with modern findings.  A comprehensive look at gratitude and its effects  [1]  showed that when you routinely appreciate others or even just the positive parts of your life, you can experience:

  —Less aggression  [2]

—Heightened feelings of altruism, empathy, warmth, a greater desire to treat friends, family, and strangers with more kindness (you may even set off a chain of random acts of kindness!).  When someone does something nice for you, you’ll be inspired to pay it forward  [3]

—Reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety, and more optimism  [4]

  —More trust in others

—Extra intrinsic motivation to do and achieve more  [5]

—More satisfaction from relationships (romantic relationships also get a boost from gratitude!)  [6]

—Better ability to deal with criticism/less sensitive to others’ negativity

  —Better sleep

—Lowered likelihood of developing a drug or alcohol problem

—Lowered risk of eating disorder (thanks to a healthier body image)

   —Quicker recovery from post-traumatic stress

The review suggests that there could actually be a causal relationship between gratitude and well-being.  That means increasing gratitude could directly enhance many different aspects of your life, most notably your health.  Could there be an easier, or more inexpensive way to enhance both your happiness and health?  (Okay, sometimes gratitude can be challenging when you’re feeling down — especially in the beginning–but with practice, it becomes much easier, I promise!)  Training yourself to think this way only takes a few minutes at a time, per day or even per week. Eventually, it will help shift your whole perspective on life in a much more positive way.

What Is Gratitude, Really?

That seems simple enough to answer, right?  You can feel gratitude when someone helps you out, but being thankful isn’t always related to another person.  Are you thankful for your warm clothes in the winter, even if you purchased them yourself?  What about your meals, even if you’re the one who has to prepare and cook them?

No matter what, you can focus more on the positive and choose to feel gratitude for anything, or anyone, at any time.  Once you get into the habit of consciously appreciating the positives around you, that attitude spreads over into the times when you aren’t actively practicing the feeling of thanks.  I do this when I walk down the street or wander into my backyard and gaze at the lemon tree.  I express gratitude every day for each and every unique, beautiful tree and plant I see.  I think we should all be more grateful for nature and her beauty every day!

Final note about the research. When comparing feelings of gratitude to other areas of the subjects’ lives in the studies, there were correlations between gratitude and:

—Feelings of satisfaction with life in general

—Feelings of living life to the fullest

  —More self-acceptance and personal growth

—A feeling of staying true to themselves

—The belief that they have quality relationships in their lives

How to Practice This Universal Language

Learning to practice gratitude isn’t a long, drawn-out process.  You can start right now and begin noticing differences in how you feel and your outlook on life in just a few weeks, even if you’re not practicing daily.

Keep a gratitude journal.  At the end of the day or week, write down five things you’re grateful for.  This could be something as simple as being happy the weather was warm enough for you to hike before work earlier in the week or that your spouse did the dishes.  You can even be grateful for the lemons that you use to make your hot water with lemon in the morning, that fill you with beautifying vitamin C and enzymes!

Set an alarm on your phone that will go off periodically throughout the day.  Each time it goes off, stop to remind yourself of something you’re grateful for.

Don’t jump right out of bed at the sound of your morning alarm.  Take a minute to take a few deep breaths and think of a few things that you’re happy to have in your life or experience, whether it’s a beautiful sunrise or the warm blankets you have covering you.

Do something nice for someone else, family or stranger, even if it’s just giving them a compliment and thanking them for something they did.  Spreading joy and showing your appreciation for another human being not only brightens their mood, but yours, too!

Talk with your spouse or best friend at the end of the day about what you’re grateful for.  These daily talks are more interesting than asking if they took the trash out or fed the dog, and may open the door to strengthen your relationship, especially if you start naming things you’re grateful for in each other.

Leave little notes for yourself around the office or at home that remind you of the things you’re grateful for.  Running across those during a stressful moment could make you feel better.  Try sticking them on the top of your smoothie cup or one of the meals you’ve packed for the day.

Really think about what you’re thinking. No, that isn’t a typo.  Your thoughts affect your mood, and you’ll be happier if you’re thinking thoughts of gratitude!  When a negative thought crosses your mind (it happens to everyone, of course!), take a closer look at it.  Are you just feeling grumpy and turning your bad mood into one big growing ball of negativity?  Was your ego, the image and labels you hold about yourself, somehow wounded in some way?  Is there any truth in the thought that you can use to change your situation or use as a catalyst to turn your thought into something more positive?  Once you glean the useful bits from your negative thoughts, kick the rest and give your thoughts a more positive spin.  Here’s an example. Let’s say you tried something new and failed.  Instead of saying, “I’m a failure,” remind yourself that failing — sometimes multiple times — brings you closer to your goal.  It’s still progress and you can still learn from it.  And that’s something to be grateful for.

Tell someone that you appreciate them and why.  They’ll feel good, and so will you!

Start Today!

Use this today as a starting point for a lifetime of feelings of gratitude.  Your whole outlook on life will change once you give yourself that nudge, and you’ll feel better in so many different ways when you begin focusing on the positives.  Look at what you do have, be thankful, and strive to reach out to help other people and keep the goodwill going.

The goodness in your life will blossom in even more abundance as you do.

Now here’s my turn: I’m sending gratitude to YOU for being you and part of this wonderful community.

Love,

KIM HUTCHINSON: “Is There A Dark Side To Reiki?”

hidden dangers of reiki.jpg

Recently, I read a Facebook post from a healing colleague about the hidden dangers of Reiki.  I was surprised by the assertions which basically said that Reiki energy was from a lower vibration and that it harmed, rather than healed, people.

While this point of view didn’t resonate with me, it piqued my curiosity.  I wondered what would cause a holistic practitioner to suddenly turn on Reiki, especially given that Reiki blazed the trail for so many other healing modalities.  This prompted me to do a little digging online, and to also meditate on the question.

Allegations Against Reiki

My online research led me to several articles about the supposed dangers of Reiki.

According to these sources, Reiki:

  • comes from a low vibrational source which may be harmful and deceptive
  • can be used to steal good energy and implant negative energy and cords
  • symbols are from, or have been corrupted by, dark forces

There are other concerns, but you get the idea.

Why is this Happening?

I have several ideas as to why some practitioners are turning away from Reiki.

Incompatible Beliefs

Many of the articles were written from a religious perspective. Even though Reiki is spiritual rather than denominational, religious authors had several major issues with the healing practice, and found it to be contrary to their faith.

Guidance:  If this applies to you, then you must follow the path of your heart.  If that is your religious faith, then more power to you!

Dark Night of the Soul

Several people wrote about experiencing upsetting, and sometimes even frightening, post-healing episodes. What they described sounded like aspects of the Dark Night of the Soul, during which a person releases old trauma and past life karma.  Releasing so much pain and suffering can be overwhelming at times, and it can feel as though the darkness is attacking, rather than leaving, you.

Guidance:  Keeping those lower emotions inside negatively impacts your health and energy level. It is far better to release them rather than to store them.  That being said, if you feel overwhelmed by negative emotions bubbling to the surface, I advise combining energy healing with professional counseling.  Cognitive therapy slows the process to a more manageable level; helps to make sense of your emotions, and gives you coping techniques.

Dark Entities on the Loosh

People in need of healing, or who are going through the healing process, often attract lower vibrational beings.  These service-to-self entities may be non-corporeal or multidimensional in nature.  Most are from 4D. Dark beings are (voluntarily) cut off from Source, and so they steal energy (called ‘loosh’) from light beings in order to survive.  They feed off this loosh, getting the greatest surge from our lower emotions (i.e. fear and hostility).  Reiki helps to boost your spiritual gifts so, rather than implanting you with entities, Reiki treatments may elevate your awareness of them.

Guidance:  The best way to rid yourself of dark entities is to raise your vibration.  If you move your energy to a higher planes of consciousness, you disappear from their awareness, in the same way that oil separates from water.  To do so, you need to heal your fear so that you can embody more Love.  Energy healing can be very helpful in this process.

Healer Heal Thyself

Many people who receive Reiki treatments love it so much that they choose to become practitioners themselves.  Reiki helps them to feel so good that some people launch into their new healing career before they’ve finished their personal healing.  Then, as they focus on healing others, their own unresolved issues begin to surface.  The flow of healing energy may be partially diverted to the practitioner, thus decreasing the amount going to the recipient.  The wounded practitioner may also be purging toxic emotional energy which in turn may be attracting dark entities.

Guidance:  When looking for a healing practitioner, set the intention to find someone who is pure-of-intent, heart-centered, healthy and a channel for divine Love.  As for healing practitioners, your desire to serve and help others is admirable, but self-care must be your primary focus.  Love yourself first; get the healing help you need, then go out and love the world.

Energy Evolution

For many years, Reiki served as an entry point to spiritual development.  It was a wonderful introduction to the energetic world. But now, with the ascension in full gear, some people are rejecting Reiki because it feels like it is from a lower vibration.  That’s because their personal vibration has increased.

Guidance:  Just like us, Reiki is evolving. It has the capacity to address the ascending body’s needs as well as any newer modality.  The key, again, is the channel through whom Reiki energy flows, for s/he colors the energy with his or her own vibration and consciousness.  Look for a high vibrational, heart-centered practitioner.  And practitioners, do what you can to maintain a loving, peaceful, high-vibration.

Darkworkers

In some cases, there may be darkworkers (self-serving people) posing as lightworkers.  If a person has mal-intent and they perform Reiki, then it is possible to steal energy and send negative vibes.  But, the same could be said for anything in this life.  It’s all about intention.

Guidance:  Once again, it’s not about the modality; it’s the healer who is important.  If the healer is a crystal-clear channel for Love, then darkness can’t hijack the healing process.

Life Making Use of All Possibilities

We create our own reality; or, more accurately, we choose our reality from an endless list of options that already exist.  Every possibility you could ever imagine is playing out in at least one parallel timeline.  We align with the timelines that most closely match our vibration.  That means, in some timelines, these Reiki fears are real and everything listed above is true.  In others, the debate never occurred; in others still, Reiki doesn’t even exist.

Guidance:  I don’t resonate with the warnings regarding Reiki, and, since what I believe determines what I receive, then Reiki is perfectly safe for me.  Ask yourself what you believe, and be sure to listen to your fears as well as your higher mind.  Whatever you feel and believe the strongest, you will experience as your reality.

Honor your truth.

LISA RENEE (Energetic Synthesis): “The Conditioning of Lunacy”

“To heal our soul we begin by healing our emotions, and negative ego behaviors.  We choose to listen to our heart and feelings, and determine the ways we can become more kind and loving to ourselves and others.  When strengthening our character, by increasing our tolerance and compassion for others, we help to develop Emotional Competence, as well as more confidence and Self Esteem.  These qualities help us to have a better understanding and interpretation of what is actually happening around us, which increases our accuracy in the discernment of people and events.”   ~Lisa Renee

As we move forward this year, it is very important to understand that planet earth and her inhabitants are moving through a very turbulent time of collective consciousness transformation that directly impacts the mental body.  We are undergoing another stage of core magnetic field shifting that radically elevates the magnetic tone resonance that emanates from the inner core of the planet.  Because of how the magnetic field resonances connect with our brain’s neural net and stations of consciousness, the 3D personality and its mental body constructs will lose coherence in its ability to process in linear and logical ways.  This means we are required to synthesize our heart-brain complex and activate the higher functioning mind that exists above the layers of the personality.  Thus, people that are heavily dependent on their intellectual capacity, extremely mentally rigid, or severely traumatized or fractured are having a really difficult time maintaining stability and coherence during this time.

Recently, it has been made clear that more of the public are not faring well physically, as well as psychologically or emotionally from the massive impact of magnetic shifts made in the global brain resonance.  This is not an easy discussion to have, but this issue needs to be drilled down further so that those of us that are observing this phenomena in the collective have a point of reference for compassionate witnessing.  This particular theme of lunacy is disturbing and many of us will need to gather strength from the fact that this is happening in greater numbers on the planet.  Rather than choose a formal psychological label that is used to describe mentally fractured people, I am using the word lunacy to help connect the erratic behaviors that are in relationship to shift in the moon, lunar forces, soul fracturing, and its artificial magnetic field that transmits mind control programming.  Currently, it is more sensitive to refer to a person of unsound mind as a person with a mental illness, but this does not take into account the direct connection mental illness has to soul fracturing, and how the moon and lunar forces are deliberately used to fracture people by the NAA.  The moon’s artificial structures are interdependent on the planet’s magnetic field and the remaining lunar forces to co-exist within a certain parameter of 3D frequency circulation in the planetary grid network.  As the lunar forces are being replaced with more Solar Plasma Light in the grid network, it can be the trigger that catalyzes either spiritual awakening or psychotic break in the mental body of the public.

This is more apparent in the people that have not had any direction to discipline the negative ego or mental body, an uninitiated person that has not been introduced to the necessary self-reflection and inquiry work to resolve mental and emotional conflicts and recover their core self.  When a person remains very internally conflicted and lives within perpetual cognitive dissonance, this generates a lot of stress and pressure on that person’s body, especially in the mental and physical body.  Every person has a pressure point or breaking point and when there is enough pressure exerted on the body, deviations in behavior can occur.  When people are internally conflicted and fractured they reach a point where they will explode, as a bodily mechanism for releasing the energetic pressure that emotional and mental conflicts create.  However, when a person develops themselves spiritually, and frees the lower mind, they become incredibly strong and able to withstand pressures that many others are not capable of.  This breaking point is occurring in some of the fragile minds of fractured or traumatized people, and is what we are witnessing in larger numbers.  This unstable, and sometimes insane behavior, is something that we should be able to discern quickly, and be able to be neutral and stand fearless while in its midst.

With the infusion of massive technological warfare and psyops made against the minds of the people, this brings another category of assault which is the intended creation and spreading of lunatics in the environment, and the lack of spiritual support or medical help that is available for that group.  Currently, the phenomena of producing lunacy and lunatics is apparent and rising in society, certainly it is strongly evident in the online environments, as the incoherent and fractured behaviors of lunatics are being conditioned to become more acceptable and normalized in the popular culture.  This year we have significant changes occurring that are evicting out more of these lunar forces, removing lunar entities from lower dimensional realms in the earth body.  The interconnection that is made between the magnetic force disruptions to the lunar force AI structures in the earth, is raising the problem that segments of people are interdependent on these artificial magnetic field pulse rhythms to co-create their perception of consciousness reality.  These groups are people filled with lunar force, which is a black field substance that is connected to the moon chain lineage and lower satanic entities.  As the lunar force and magnetic changes are spiking into much higher resonances than ever before, some people are losing their grip in reality.

A lunatic is an informal term describing a person whose behaviors and actions are considered mentally ill, dangerous, unstable and unpredictable.  The term lunatic derives from the Latin word lunaticus that was used to describe madness, as the range of mental diseases thought to be caused by the moon.  By the fourth and fifth centuries astrologers were commonly using the term to refer to neurological and psychiatric diseases.  Philosophers such as Aristotle and Pliny the Elder debated that the full moon induced insane individuals with bipolar disorder by providing light during nights which would otherwise have been dark, and affecting susceptible individuals through the well-known route of sleep deprivation.  Until at least 1700 it was also a common belief that the moon influenced fevers, rheumatism, episodes of epilepsy and a host of mental diseases.  Apparently, because the use of the word lunatic was considered insensitive, offensive or insulting, it was removed from general legal or medical use.  On December 5, 2012 the US House of Representatives passed legislation approved earlier by the US Senate removing the word “lunatic” from all federal laws in the United States.  Although the word lunatic may have been labeled into a negative connation, it also removes the connection that mental disorders have to the lunar forces, and this knowledge is helpful to remember at this time of magnetic shifting.  Our bodies are potentially able to evolve to hold much more solar light in our cells, and many of us are birthing a Solar Sacrum, clearing out the lunar forces in the sexual energy centers and filling this area with solar light.

There are multiple layers of inorganic architecture and mind control that have been artificially created to work with the moon to control, deceive, separate, confuse, torture and steal human beings sexual life force.  These violations wound the soul body.  When the soul fragments from any kind of intense trauma, it shuts down the soul connection, heart connection and systematically splinters the layers of the mental bodies.  If this is not healed, the soul fragments are unable to embody at all, and exist in fragments strewn across the planetary consciousness grids.  The physical result is a disconnected soul from its incarnated human body.  The soul is outside the physical self, may exist in fragments, rather than energetically integrated to be embodied.  The more soul fragmented and damaged a person’s energetic body is operating the more distorted the thoughts and behaviors become.  Insanity is a diseased mind (diseased or disconnected soul) which leads the person to choose to continually inflict destruction and harm to the self and others.  If continual destructive and spiritually abusive behavior is not stopped, it will damage the soul through fragmentation and genetic degradation.  Insanity is a way to define behaviors which create soul destruction, that action which ultimately disconnect the body and mind from the soul.

This spiritual disconnection is the result of most all human diseases, brain dysfunction and related psycho-emotional distortions, many that have clinical references to bi-polar, mania, narcissism, and psychopathy.  Once a soul is fragmented, the body is very easy to control through addiction and can be easily possessed.  In order to feed the chain of hungry ghosts, to possess a human body by attaching to its soul fragments, is the way they are able to gain access into the soul’s energetic source.  The more unstable, incoherent and spiritually abusive the behaviors, the easier it is to take full control over that person because they are weakened by their fracturing which causes lunatic types of behaviors.

To heal our soul we begin by healing our emotions, and negative ego behaviors.  We choose to listen to our heart and feelings, and determine the ways we can become more kind and loving to ourselves and others.  When strengthening our character, by increasing our tolerance and compassion for others, we help to develop Emotional Competence, as well as more confidence and Self Esteem.  These qualities help us to have a better understanding and interpretation of what is actually happening around us, which increases our accuracy in the discernment of people and events.  Negative and destructive emotions that are suppressed and remain hidden, greatly cloud our discernment and obfuscate the interpretation we make about events in our life.

  • What emotions can you recognize and describe?
  • How well can you interpret what your emotions are telling you?
  • How successfully do you respond to emotions in yourself and others?
  • Can you allow yourself to feel deeply and explore empathy through others?

Unfortunately, if we do not heal our negative emotions and conflicts, we will become prisoners of this inner violence, without understanding why we have been consumed in pain throughout so much of our lives.  As a result of the bifurcation, if unhealed inner violence is still present, these uncleared negative energies create a lot of pain and suffering that along with the changing magnetic field, will produce even more insane behaviors in people as the result of fracturing.

As the globalscape intensifies, we may need to monitor our own self care and wellness, taking intermittent sanity checks and retreats totally away from exposure to the mainstream culture, when observing the increasing lunacy that is surfacing in the environment.

Love, Lisa
